Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 6/3/26 - SPLC Superseding, Anti-Weaponization Fund Dead & Pratt in Runoff
Episode Date: June 3, 2026Jon Herold comes in Wednesday frazzled from summer kid logistics and ready to make sense of a busy primary night. Spencer Pratt made the LA mayoral runoff against Karen Bass, California's results are ...still trickling in as expected, and Jon is not confident November goes any better in a system he considers terminally compromised. Trump confirmed on camera that he did call Netanyahu crazy and curse at him for bombing Lebanon, calling himself a wartime president in the same breath, and Jon finds the wartime president framing notably worth paying attention to. The SPLC got a superseding indictment adding detail on $4.1 million paid to informants who participated in cross burnings and KKK activities, and Jon wants to know if anyone in the truth community is on that payroll. Kurt Olsen just joined the DOJ grand conspiracy probe under DiGenova, and Jon has a mixed reaction he is saving for an upcoming Ash conversation because she has reservations he respects. Todd Blanche told the Senate the anti-weaponization fund is simply not moving forward, period, and Jon makes the principled argument he has been making all along: taxpayer-funded payouts without personal accountability for the people who committed the crimes does not fix anything. Trump's Iowa endorsement also just lost.

The Badlands, what are the Badlands? Explain those Badlands. That's a hell of their name.
Well, good afternoon, everybody, and happy Hump Day.
Welcome to the Daily Herald here on Badlands Media.
I'm your host John Harold, and I'm a little frazzled this morning.
Lots of kids' activities already, kind of all over the place.
But we do have some interesting things to discuss today.
We had the fake and fraudulent elections last night, California,
certainly is interesting as I kind of figured Spencer Pratt doesn't look like he's going to win,
but he's at least going to the runoff, it looks like, and I guess we'll see what happens,
but not too encouraged that he will actually come out on top.
But, you know, that's one of the things that I find interesting about all these primary elections.
Nobody ever talks about election fraud until, until something like Spencer Pratt comes along.
Like the election fraud is everywhere, but nobody wants to include that in their
analysis and even still with the California elections people don't want to include that in their
analysis but the election fraud problem in this country and very much so in California is pervasive
but we'll talk about that a little bit we also got Kurt Olson is now working with
Jodizanova over at the the RICO case down in southern Florida or wherever it's at talk about
that a little bit got some economic stuff some other random
videos I want to show. Oh, we also have a superseding indictment on SPLC and I'm trying to find
the actual copy of it, but might not be public yet. So that just dropped this morning. So
and beyond that, we'll see whatever you guys want to talk about. So I'll be checking the chat
as I normally do. Bass Burn says California still isn't updated since last night. Yeah, like in the
early hours of voting yesterday, like right after the show ended, I was just kind of scrolling
Twitter and you can see the posts already if you expect results from the
California elections you know just don't hold your breath it might take a few days
very much like they said back in 2020 when they stole the election from
Trump and they say it all the time in California not surprising
Hewlett says this is fraud.
California, same ballot with mayor and governor, but only
40% in on governor and 60%
in on mayor. How can that be?
Same ballot. I wonder if it's
because the mayor is just
L.A. County, I'm pretty sure.
The governor is everywhere.
I don't know. We'll see what happens.
Passion fruit. I hope Spencer Pratt wins. And if he doesn't, I hope he
asked for an audit or something.
Yeah.
I hope so too.
We have balanced media fans.
Iowa barely rejected Feinstra, the Trump endorsed candidate for governor,
for Zach Lawn, the Maha endorsed candidate.
What does that mean?
Trump had an endorsement that lost.
It's notable, but he's still like 150 and one then.
Mr. Eamon, 1968, the big fraud is in the primaries.
This is how we end up with two things of the same bird in general elections.
That's a great comment.
Escape the Matrix says, I won't put my energy in.
into a fake system.
I agree with that too.
Nunya 941.
This is BS.
So done with elections.
Escape the Matrix.
What are they going to audit?
A system that is unauditable?
That's a great question.
That is a great question.
Let's get a quick word from our sponsors of today's show.
And we'll see where the day takes us.
First up, we got Native Path, Krill.
This episode is brought to you by Native Path, Antarctic Krill Oil, Omega-3, Zastazanthinth
for heart joints and memory.
If you've ever walked out of a doctor's appointment, frustrated because all they said was it's nothing, just take ibuprofen.
There's something most doctors aren't trained to talk about, the kind of low-level inflammation that puts a hurt on your joints, muscles, and nerves over time.
Luckily, there's a unique type of omega-3 that researchers have been studying for it.
It's not fish oil.
Today's sponsor is exactly what you need.
Research shows fish oil is 50% less absorbable than krill oil because fish oils, omega-3s are in triglyceride form, while krill oils are in phospholipid form, which is the same format your cell walls are made of.
That means krill oil gets into your cells immediately, and in Head to Studies,
krill oil, outperformed fish oil at improving cholesterol, reducing inflammation, and easing
joint pain, often at lower doses.
Native Path Antarctic krill oil is sourced from pristine Antarctic waters, contains the powerful
antioxidant and astazanthin.
It comes in a tiny soft gel format, so there's no fishy burbs.
For the special offer, you can get up to 60% off.
Head to get krill.com slash badlands.
That's getk ril.com slash badlands.
You can try at risk-free with a 365-day money-back guarantee.
Hell yeah.
And we also got a bit of whimsy.
Summer weather is almost here.
A bit of whimsy is a boutique located in Iron River, Michigan that marries a passion for fashion
with a vision of providing stylish confidence-boosting apparel to women.
Every item in their boutique is hand-selected for its beauty, quality, and lasting comfort,
proudly celebrating the work of talented American artisans.
Whether you love free-spirited, bohemian vibes, or clean office-ready looks, a bit of whimsy has got something special waiting just for you.
With sizes ranging from small to triple X, there's a perfect fit for everyone.
Plus, every purchase directly supports local makers and the American craft community.
So heads up, Badlanders a little bit of whimsy.
We'll have a pop-up shop at Deadwood.
It'll be featuring American-made clothes and gifts from artisans around the country, so make sure you'll leave a little room in your suitcase.
In the meantime, swing by their online shop at Badlandsmedia.tv slash whimsy.

Right pill 78 wife.
Good to see you.
I haven't seen you in the chat on this show in quite a while.
But yeah, Triple X.
Like, you know, bigger bone people.
Isn't that a thing?
California would just give the auditors the team.
a Peters treatment. Bastards. Go. Dot go, though, waiting to see how many we need mail-in ballots
are not in yet. Isn't that how it goes? It's ridiculous. But let's let's get going. We got no
update on the Doge website. No surprise there. Golden Silver are down a little bit from yesterday.
Gold is at 4462. Silver is at 7427. Bitcoin trending down again, down to 65, 697.
I wouldn't be surprised if it goes down even further, like even below 60, but I think it'll obviously come back.
You're getting Bitcoin at a discount in this current moment.
Gas prices are down a little bit more from yesterday.
Another three cents on the national average.
It's good news.
Oh, man, I got to sneeze.
That's the worst.
Oh, it's like stuck behind my nose.
It's not going to come out either.
Damn it.
All right.
Yesterday we talked about that story where Trump supposedly lashed out and cursed Abby B Netanyahu.
And my initial take is obviously we should believe any of this stuff.
We have no idea until Trump comes out and neither confirms it or denies it or whatever.
And he did an interview with Miranda Devine where he confirmed it.
And so he should probably listen to what he said here.
Which you were angry with him.
You said, you effing crazy.
What are you effing doing?
I helped you stay out of jail.
Is that true?
Did you speak to him in those times?
I did. I always say angry. I was a little bit perturbed at his constantly fighting with Lebanon.
You know, at some point, I said, maybe we got to stop this. You got to stop it.
But I have a very good relationship. We've done well, done well together. He always says, we could never have done it.
But everybody knows that we could have never done it without the United States.
But we've, we've, I've worked very well together.
I like Baby a lot and I've worked very well with him.
We had a, you know, I'm a wartime president.
He's a wartime prime minister, very important part of the world.
And I think we've done, you know, very well.
We've gotten along very well together.
So I think that's interesting for so many reasons.
He confirms that he kind of lashed out at it, but he tried to downplay it.
He said, he's just perturbed at him continuing to bomb Lebanon.
And I think they've stopped the bombing now of last.
I could be wrong.
But then he goes on to call himself a wartime president, which I love when Trump does
that because wartime president, wartime authorities, evolution, whatnot.
But then calling BB Netanyahu a wartime president as well is also notable.
You know, I don't know what side of this BB Netanyahu comes out on.
I really don't.
I know Chris has one opinion of it.
And it's completely different than the opinion of ghost.
I don't know.
Not sure I fully care, but interested to see how it.
all plays out but um the conflict goes on and maybe with bb done bombing lebanon i don't know
maybe we will get the deal finalized soon i have no idea let's see here 12 any boy um
oh yeah i do have that story pulled up we'll get to that in a second no picture says i'd be tempted
to go to deadwood if shipwrecked was going to be there well why why just shipwrecked we tried to get her
there. I know summer is just so
busy for everybody and she's got
kids and all sorts of activities. She's going to
try to make it to one of these soon though.
But you should just come regardless.
CSUSB GeoCAM. Steve Hilton pulled ahead
of Bekara or Becerra, how he say his name.
Might be another Trump win dude. I'm patiently waiting.
But the way that works, I'm
if I'm not mistaken, is if a candidate
doesn't get over 50% of the vote,
then they go
to a runoff in November, which is
to happen and they get a much bigger magical mail-in ballot turnout in the november ones and i'm
pretty positive they will steal it rebel natar shipwreck brings up topics most of us are unwilling to
explore yeah jessica storm gart debate ghost and chris regarding bb israel see here's the thing
chris like he he has his opinion that he leans but i i don't think he's not like discounting or
or totally against the opinion of ghost either.
I don't think it'd be a really good debate.
I think Chris can see it both ways.
And I'm sure Ghost can too.
And they just like tend to lean opposite directions of each other.
Candy Bee, what a Candy Bee say that?
What am I missing?
Spetzel says, Candy Bee, at least you can admit it.
Don't forget coward.
Oh, here it goes.
Spezl, I'm a retard and chill, I guess.
Not voting in fake elections.
Sorry, not sorry.
Yeah, I'm not going to knock anybody for it.
Red Pill 78 wife, I will be there.
Aren't I a bigger pull than her?
That's a good question.
I would say so.
Edlands Media fan, do you think we could get shipwreck to come to a bad lander meetup in the Omaha area?
You could certainly ask her.
You could certainly ask her.
Candy B says, I don't feel like a coward or a summer soldier.
I'm choosing a different theater in the Info War.
And I know, this is such a, I mean, never ending discussion.
And it's not going to end any time.
soon the whole vote don't vote people who are voting or think we should be voting and get upset at
people who think that the answer is to opt out you know that's that's never going to change but
i also i think we should be a little more open-minded on all sides because i understand exactly
why people who continue to want to vote and whatnot why they do so and why they feel obligated to and
i get it i totally understand and i'm not going to knock you for doing that but i also totally understand
the people who are like, I think the way to maybe win this is to opt out of the system altogether.
I'm not going to knock that either.
I don't think any of us should.
If you think that your path is the better path, make a better argument instead of just calling people cowards and retards.
That's not how you win an argument.
People who make that part of their argument, like, oh, the people, if you're not going to vote,
then you're subversive, you're coward, all those things.
That's the losing argument.
If you think you're right about your path or whatever you're advocating for, make the better argument for it and you'll convince more people.
Bill Scarborough says, Shepard is bad, shit crazy, can't stand her voice, I know I'm an asshole.
You are an asshole.
I like her.
I don't think she's crazy.
I think we're all a little crazy.
I'd be tempted to go to Deadwood, Dick Strip was going.
You already said that.
But why?
The fact you said that, it's almost a little creepy.
She's probably not going to come for sure now.
Can I vote yourself out of fake elections to each their own?
Voting may be faking gay.
but at least submit the paper and try
repeal 70 a wife yes vote what's wrong with you
as burns whom shall say f off in a rumble chat
has the largest penis in the group what
misbehaving Irishman I haven't seen you in a little bit
I don't think anyway John Cid and yeah I'm looking forward to seeing you two
Deborah stars be happy voted early today but Phil Scarbo like
says you engage where the battle is you vote whether it's fake or not
He spelled weather wrong, by the way.
But that's like not an argument, really.
I don't know.
We had this debate at Garden.
It didn't really make any progress.
We needed another four hours or so to get to the bottom of that.
And I don't know.
Let's continue, though.
We have another comment from Trump here.
This is a funny one.
Well, they say he is giving approval because that's the way it has been for a long,
long time.
His father and then him, I guess it's a succession.
but we seem to be getting along quite well.
Would you like to meet him or meet any of the Iranians in person?
I've never thought of it, actually.
It's a very good question.
I'll think of it.
Yeah, I'd like to meet him.
I'd like to meet everybody.
I'd like to meet him.
We probably will meet at some point, depending on how it all works here.
So who's making the...
He thinks he'd get along pretty well with Ayatollah going to meet him at some point.
It's just kind of funny.
On the heels of like, did you really curse that BB Net and Yahoo?
Yes.
Yes, I did.
And you're going to meet the I-Tillow, of course, at some point, probably.
Ridiculous.
Trump had a bunch of true social posts.
Trump, 007, Winnie Houston and future president Donald J. Trump.
Traction.
I mean, these boomer memes are ridiculous.
And a bunch of endorsements out one.
He also is pardoning, and I didn't even look up who or what this guy's criminal was or crime was.
Dunning Reservation, I strongly endorse a full and unconditional pardon of Congressman Stephen
buyer.
See what he did.
Stephen Beyer. I guess I don't know
if he's actually going to pardon him, but he's
at least considering it.
He was arrested and charged with insider
trading for buying shares of Sprint
and Navigants Consulting before both
were acquired by other companies, which
he knew before the information was made public.
He found guilty
in 2023 and sentenced to 22 months
in prison.
I mean,
I'm
not a huge fan of
if he actually committed the crime of insider trading
I don't think he should be part
like that
if we don't get to do it why does he
why do any of them
I think I saw that they're looking into
George Santos now for insider trading
by the way
which again that's
if you're going to go after people for it
I'm fully in support of it
but just go after everybody
where's the Nancy Pelosi's of the world
they all they all fucking do it
what is this letter say let me come back into this congressman is an honorable man an
extraordinary american guided by his faith and committed to values and beliefs that i've
personally witnessed like you however he has suffered the consequences of a politically
weaponized federal and state judiciary prior to the election of george bush
this guy served as the chairman of the republican national committee
uh let's see i want to see why he thinks okay i worked with chairman byer to centralize the
the VA IT architecture.
He was on
Trump's transition team. I didn't know that.
Congressman Byer prosecuted President
Bill Clinton as impeachment trial, sought an
indictment against the First Lady Hillary Clinton
for obstruction of justice for hiding the infamous
Rose Law firm billing records and defended
the military overseas vote that was disenfranchised
during the Florida recount of the 2000 presidential
election. The Clinton, Obama, Biden,
political surrogates never forgot his contributions
to our country. The SEC and DOJ
were weaponized against Congressman Byer,
as political retribution and prosecuted him in criminal and civil courts without any direct
evidence by testimony or document well is that accurate hold on i want to see if um there's any info
on the trading buyer was arrested and charged by the cc for insider trading according to the cc's complaint
after leaving congress in 2011 buyer formed a consulting firm the steve buyer group which provide services
to t-mobile in march 2018 buyer attended a golf outing with the t-mobile executive for
from whom he learned about the company's then non-public plan to acquire Sprint.
Byer began purchasing Sprint securities the next day.
And ahead of the merger announcement,
he acquired a total of $568,000 of Sprint common stock in his personal accounts,
joint account with his cousin and an acquaintance account.
The complaint also seeks disgorgement from buyer's wife.
That's a weird word.
Who profited when buyer executed unlawful trades in a brokerage account
in a parallel action,
the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York announced
related criminal charges.
At the trial, Karen Hensel, a television reporter told the jury that buyer traded stocks for her to help her catch up financially after they had an affair.
Hensel testified that buyer did not tell her why he chose sprint or navigate.
I don't necessarily believe the woman accusation, but if it's true that he did that, I mean, that's kind of bullshit.
Harold Patriot, okay, fine, I'll consider going to dead with it.
Yeah, you should. Why would you not?
It's going to be so much fun.
By the way, if you're a golfer, we are going to do a little golf.
like a tournament style thing on Thursday morning.
And so I'll get with Ms. Brad.
We'll probably send out an email or something for those who are planning to come so we can get that all coordinated.
But I cannot wait.
It's going to be so much fun.
Why did Trump pick the Republican Party?
Don't want to watch this.
What was that that you shared?
Sorry, but this is an insider trading.
You just got news from someone who should have kept his mouth shut.
I mean, but I didn't get that news.
I didn't get the same opportunity.
Try to put a shirt with sleeves on.
They fell off, says PJ Corrigan.
Let's keep going.
So that's the true social.
Here's the DOJ obtaining a superseding indictment
against the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Justice Department said Tuesday,
it has secured a superseding indictment
against the Southern Poverty Law Center,
adding new allegations about how the organization's tax-exempt
donations were used to fund informants inside extremist groups.
A grand jury in the Middle District of Alabama
alleges the group used roughly $4.1 million
to pay individuals embedded in hate groups
who prosecutors say then took part
in activities including recruiting members and obtaining
materials linked to cross-burnings and Ku Klux-Land-Ragalia.
The updated indictment reportedly removes language
referring to false or misleading statements to banks
following a Supreme Court ruling in Thompson v. United States
clarifying that the relevant statute applies only to false statements.
It also adds additional detail on the SPLC's reported revenues
from public filings that were not included in the original
charging document.
SPLC faces 11 counts of wire fraud, bank fraud,
and conspiracy to commit money laundering,
with prosecutors alleging it to fraud of donors and banks by routing funds through shell accounts to individuals.
I'm excited for this trial because I want to see if we can get an actual list of the people that were the paid informants.
I think that would be pretty interesting to find out how many of the people that we see in the truth community are actually on the SPLC payroll.
So we'll see what happens.
H. Cal John, if California pulled any type of election fraud in this environment of 2020 election disclosure coming,
they didn't think Trump wouldn't have California election under a microscope.
They're truly ignorant.
You know, that's an interesting comment, but also, like, just being real about it.
And I don't disagree.
Like, I've been waiting for election fraud exposure for ever now.
Like, just as long as you guys, we've all been waiting for it.
We all wanted to come.
But to this point, it hasn't happened yet.
So, I mean, it's hard to be like.
You know, yeah, just wait, we got them again.
Until it happens, I think we can be skeptical.
It's going to happen, especially considering it's been like 10 years.
So how did Trump get elected three times by people not voting?
How about Cheney record ousting?
Cassidy, Corning, Crenshaw?
How about the dozens or maybe even hundreds of others?
Did people not voting make those happen?
I'm who's not going to vote anymore.
Explain that.
Well, I mean, that's a lot there.
How did Trump get elected?
Well, first of all, in 2016, I don't think they had, I mean, there was still cheating, I believe, obviously.
I don't think they have the election fraud infrastructure in place like they do today.
I don't think they did back then.
I've said that forever.
I was like, oh, well, they just stopped this deal.
I mean, maybe, but I'm skeptical.
I think he actually had, like, he had the support of the people, the will of the people, the mandate of the people.
And Hillary didn't campaign in certain areas.
I think there was a legit way that he a legit path that he got to to the
electoral college totally needed 2020 stolen clearly 24 I don't think our
election fraud system was fixed at all I think they just couldn't allow him to to not
get in there I think it was would have been too obvious all those other people I
don't care about because these these people in the primaries that were putting in
over supposed rhinos right like how many times have we been wrong about those people
and how they turn out. It's very rare.
You can't look to a single person in Congress
and convince me
that that person's like super solid,
you know?
And that's just my opinion. Like, I think
every one of these people are,
or rhinos are captured in some form.
And it's because of the,
the uniparty in the primaries.
If they can get somebody in there,
it doesn't matter if it's a Republican or Democrat
on the general ballot. They can get their guy in
at the primaries. And it's happened time and time again.
And so until I start seeing people in Congress that are actually like, okay, this person does seem to be trying to do what's best for the people and what does constituents want and supporting the mega agenda.
I'm going to be skeptical until that happens.
Michigan White, 1963, have you ever thought about doing a charity golf outing maybe to get people together, get other celebrities possible?
I mean, I go to that one golf outing in Minnesota.
I did last year anyway.
Maybe I'll do it again.
It's not only one that's going to be, I think August or September they said.
2024 no one would believe Harris won so they just stole Congress instead yeah tj kibbles i believe
we're just going to get the save act whenever we get it nobody will be prosecuted i'm not i'm skeptical
we're even going to get that i don't think we're going to get the same america act
judge chukin allows house judiciary committee to intervene in biden audio tape case that's ridiculous
u.s district judge tanya chukin ruled tuesday that the house judiciary committee can
intervene in Joe Biden's lawsuit seeking to block the Department of Justice from the releasing
audio tapes and transcripts from his interviews with ghostwriter Mark Zwanitzer. The lawsuit aims to stop
the Trump admin's DOJ from providing the materials to Congress before a June 15th deadline.
During a hearing in Washington, D.C., she said that the committee has a legally cognizable interest
in enforcing its subpoenas and that Biden seeking a preliminary injunction that could impair that
interest. So that's good. She said that the basis was sufficient to allow the committee
to intervene in the proceedings and set a June 8th deadline for it to file its opposition to Biden's request.
Wait, so she ruled in favor of?
I'm confused.
She ruled against the Biden administration if I'm reading this, right?
Yeah, well, that's weird.
I would not have expected that from Tanya Checkgun.
This is probably the bigger news from today.
I was trying to get Ashon to talk about this, but I don't think she responded in time.
Let me double check.
Yeah, she didn't respond.
But eventually I'm going to have her on because I don't know.
what to think on this. I really don't. And Ash has some reservations. I'm not going to speak for her other than
to say that. And she knows more about Kurt Olson than I do certainly, but probably most people out there.
And his role in like some of the things, the Tina Peter stuff, the connection to Patrick Byrne and Mike Lendell and whatever. Like she's,
Asher's like, I would say the go-to authority, her and Cancon on on Kurt Olson. And they're both a little like they're not sure what to think.
and that's probably putting it mildly.
But anyway, election official joins DOJ role in grand conspiracy probe of prior investigations of President Trump.
Kurt Olson, a White House official who assisted President Trump's efforts to examine the 2020 election results,
has joined the Justice Department as a senior attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
Justice Department spokesperson confirmed Olson began his role on Monday,
who will report to attorney Jason Redding-Quinnonnas,
a prosecutor involved in developing
a broad grand conspiracy inquiry
examining whether past
investigations and prosecutions involving
President Trump amounted to coordinated wrongdoing by
officials. It's been overseen by Joe
DeGenova. That's the case we're talking about the RICO
guys. The effort
is being overseen where prosecutors are reviewing
prior federal probes into Trump, including the
Russia collusion investigation tied to his 2016
campaign. Cases brought by former
special counsel Jack Smith, the FBI's
22, search of Maralago.
And now it looks like they're adding in
an election element, you know, bringing Olson in any way.
He's been involved in efforts examining possible foreign interference in U.S. elections
and participating in the collection of voting machines and election materials in Puerto Rico, Georgia, and Arizona to support the investigation.
Because my initial thoughts on this were like, well, this is interesting.
Like, it's the Jimmy's Ross a little bit.
They're adding the election element to the RICO investigation, which is expected.
I expected that to be there in the first place.
But they're adding in now.
So that's cool.
But then talking to Ash a little bit, like, hey, what do you think of this?
And I don't know.
I'm just not as, I don't know if I'm as excited anymore.
But I don't want to, I don't want to like speak for her either.
Because I know there's a story here that she's like working on.
And I don't want to like tell it.
So I think, I don't know, I'm going to have her on eventually sometime this week, hopefully.
And we'll talk about this.
Ash said she was going hiking today.
No wonder she didn't respond.
What is Richard Roar complaining about?
John discombobbed temporarily.
What do you mean?
She's out hiking and he's the documents, dude.
Let's get in the game, John.
There's no documents right now for me to go through.
Ash sound positive about Olsa on day this morning.
Well, I mean, there's two ways to look at it.
It is either very positive, like all the things that I would expect.
But there's also another reading of it that I think we all need to have in the back of our minds.
But I don't want to be the one to give it to you.
I want her to be the one to give it to you.
So hold on.
I just need to check.
I don't have to pick up my son.
Is that a like a training thing?
Don't stop believing.
John won't let you what?
Dana Tinch,
my kids are too young to count.
I stole their candy.
Secret ballot doesn't allow us to count.
I still gave them some candy so they didn't recognize my fraud.
Wait, what happened?
Did my video get cut out or something?
W.A. Sandy says he's got info.
How Quinoa's office uses it once they verify it is not going to be up to Kurt.
Maybe.
Rebel Nader, votes should be attached to the Social Security number made public.
If you can't handle that, don't vote.
I don't want you to anyway.
Yeah, we'll see.
I'm going to get Ash on later this week.
We'll talk about it.
We have this.
Bessent says that he is performing IRS commissioner duties amid Trump tax settlement scrutiny.
Treasury Secretary Scott Besson said Wednesday that he is performing the duties of the IRS commissioner,
even as he insisted he is not the agency's acting commissioner, during a huge.
heated Senate exchange over President Donald Trump's settlement with the IRS.
Dessen who had been the acting,
let me see where I'm in front of the video.
Is this it, I think?
Stock trading stuff,
but I'll let you guys listen to this while I find the other one.
The 113 page document publicly listing all of his individual stock trades at the same time
that he is making decisions affecting those stocks.
So you're going to sit here with straight face and say it's not a conflict of interest
for the president of the United States to do that?
I'm going to say this body needs to get its house in order first.
How about we get the White House in order at the same time?
I would encourage you to do that.
I don't trade in individual stocks.
I don't own any individual stocks.
My house is in order.
Thank you.
Senator, you're very great.
Others on this committee can't say that, Senator.
Let's look at some individual trades.
On January 6th, Donald Trump purchased up to a million dollars worth of Navidia stock.
One week later, his administration changed U.S.
policy and loosen the rules on export controls so that
Navidia could sell its chips to China. Now the price of
Navidia stock is through the roof. So Secretary Besson, you said last year
if any private citizen traded the way members of Congress do, quote, the SEC
would be knocking on their door. So my question is should the SEC be knocking on
President Trump's door to start an investigation over this trade?
Again, if this body wants to ban individual stock trading, which I would advocate for yourself,
start there.
And if you want legislative action to continue, that's your prerogative.
So it's our prerogative.
So you would support our saying that President Trump should be investigated over this.
I would support any.
Our trade should be investigated and President Trump should be investigating.
I would support you getting your house in order, Senator.
And how about she's the worst?
I think this isn't the question.
I'm looking for, but this is a good one.
I couldn't find the one I was looking for.
Yes.
Let's be clear here.
Nobody is interested in the ramblings of a capo
in the most corrupt regime in American history.
We want to get some facts about this deal.
That's what we're here for.
Thank you.
Well, thank you, and I will ask my questions first today.
And we would like to hear what Adam Wyden
and Jeffrey Epstein talked about.
son's largest investment position was Rick's cabaret. So did your son and Jeffrey Epstein talk
about pole dancing as he begged him for money using your limited credibility?
Suck it, Wyden. This is a funny come back. I hate these Senate panel hearings. They're so political.
They don't accomplish actually anything, but you get some good sound bites out of it. So
I'm going to try to find that commissioner one, but none of the videos I'm looking at have the
transcripts available yet. So whatever. But yeah, he's performing the duty.
of the IRS thing while the
while Trump's settlement thing
goes on. So
we'll see where that goes.
So stupid. Here's the takeaways from the primary
elections. I should have probably covered this earlier.
Hold on to the archive version.
All right. Six states,
ranging from California to New Jersey, held
their primaries Tuesday night.
Takeaway number one, the Democratic
establishment gets its guy in Iowa.
Iowa Senate race is not been considered a top-tier race,
but the Democratic primary drew lots of attention.
Democratic Super Packed vote spent about $10 million.
They got this tour at guy in.
Trump endorsed Dorsey goes down in Iowa's governor race.
It's the one we talked about earlier.
He endorsed Instra.
Zach Lawn appears to have won.
Yeah, we know this.
Big name California race is going to take some time.
Runoff race here and here.
Yep, runoff race, Karen Bass and Spencer Pratt.
Yeah, and then good news for Democrats,
Montana. A lot of Democrat good news, it sounds like. Let me see what other headlines I got for you guys.
I'm going to play a quick soft disclosure ad and then we'll come back to talk a little bit more.
A long, long time ago, the writer went to a dangerous cave. Because he was on an adventure.
Or like he smelled like an adventure. But the cave was protected by spiders and lizards.
No, it was snakes.
Snakes, why did it have to be snakes?
Whatever it was, the writer wasn't scared of it because it was ghost.
The lotion raider.
Then he found the golden.
The older land.
Ghost had exactly one second to switch it.
Or the whole case.
The fact of the note belongs in every house.

This is the exchange where Todd Blanche says that the weaponization fund,
the $1.776 billion, which, by the way, when that first happened,
I was like, is this constitutional?
I mean, this seems a little silly.
That's a little weird.
And me and Chris have been talking about this on a couple of power hours now,
and now they're not moving forward with it because of the backlash,
which I think is interesting.
Interesting. Like if you still have the right to do it and it was constitutional and legal or whatever and justified, who cares about the backlash? Just move forward with it. But they're not. So take a listen.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Attorney General, I wanted to ask a few questions about the anti-weaponization fund. We know that the department has agreed to pause this effort until at least June 12th. I wanted to ask what your plans were for the fund after June.
June 12.
So thank you.
So look, we're not moving forward with the fund.
You're right that there's a date that in the case in the East District of Virginia in June,
but we are not moving forward with the fund, period.
The reasons for the fund is something that President Trump talked about for a long time,
which is the fact that there were a lot of people in this country who had their government weaponized
against them.
The reasons for the fund, I think, were, remain as important as they were, but they were, but it remained
important as they were before but we are not moving forward with the fund not
moving forward ever correct oh no there's no more fund then well to the
extent there was a fund and remember the fund wasn't set up yet there were no
commissioners made name there was no claimants brought anything in front of
there was no claims made yet so yes we're not moving forward with the fund
you and there you go not moving forward the fund but I think the tax situation
is going to remain, like his, uh, the tax protection.
Trump, his family members and related businesses, entities remain protected from tax
audits and enforcement actions in connection with the tax turns filed before last
months out of court settlement of this lawsuit.
Yeah, yeah, so the tax situation doesn't change, which whatever.
Spetzel, Donald's a Trump suit for 10 billion.
If he gets like $4 billion, fairly likely.
He can just open an anti-weaponization from privately and have some money left over for
others or more of the fraud.
Yeah.
But there's still settling it, though, if the tax protections are going to stay.
The whole thing is so fishy.
Like a judge is, you don't often see when there's a settlement, a judge coming out and like
not accepting and reopening the case.
I mean, it happens, but it's pretty rare.
Dan Laporte Kalamstresor, I saw that and I'll get to you as soon as I get there.
I miss something.
Elizabeth Warren needs to be deported with the rest of the Indians.
Guys hit the thumbs up.
Yeah, do me a favor.
Hit the thumbs up.
Let's see if there's anything.
I might be out of stories now.
I think that was everything.
Oh, this guy got fired.
What's his name?
Scott Pelly.
CS News fired 60 Minutes correspondent Scott Pelly over a row with the new executive producer Nick Bilton.
Shaka marks the latest in a series of major changes at the network since Barry Weiss took over the network.
Her tenure has prompted internal dissent, much of which has leaked.
into the press. Weiss founded the free press after leaving the New York Times and became head to CBS News
after a buyout. Pelly was among those critical of Weiss's decisions, including the appointment of
Nick Bilton as executive producer for the show. Pelley said CBS News head Barry Weiss was
murdering the show and accused this new producer of having slender qualifications for the job.
Pellie made his accusations in an introductory meeting Monday between the news magazine staff
and Nick Bilton, the new executive producer named by Weiss last week, according to a detailed report
on the status website, which said I'd heard a recording of the meeting.
Wasteur stuff was not present, according to the report.
Status reported that Peli, the longtime 60 minutes correspondent,
began grilling Bilton at the 10 a.m. meeting about the firings last week of Bilton's
predecessor Tanya Simon and correspondence Sharon Alfonzi and Cecilia Vega.
Status also reported that Pellie told Bilton a former tech journalist and filmmaker
that his qualifications for the position were slender and yeah, so stupid.
Pelley also charged according to status that WICE herself had no qualifications for her job.
I mean, I did probably agree.
Weiss sucks.
I don't care for any of these people.
Love the drama regarding the IRS property tax on this.
Gotcha.
Nobody's saying true, especially because it isn't part of the record at all.
Democrat policy from Buckwain's here says,
F American citizens reward immigrants.
Fat chance isn't the fund a settlement in a court case?
Yes.
but they're not pursuing that anymore,
but they're still keeping the tax thing.
So I don't know if there's going to be anything else that gets added.
H-Cal, that's BS.
What Biden's DOJ did to American citizens,
they destroyed families, business,
and bankrupt them,
kind of some of them in their lives.
I don't disagree with that.
Don't disagree with that at all.
And I want there to be personal accountability
for everyone of the people who did the political persecution.
But does it need to come a taxpayer expense?
That's where I'm,
I'm
unsure.
Will Emerald Med be at Gart
Deadwood? I do not know.
Spencell says the case is now
still open. I know the judge opened it, but if
they're getting rid of the
they're getting rid of the fund, but they're
saying they're keeping the other part of the settlement with
the tax protections.
Is that
how they're moving forward? Are they going to close the case down
with no financial
incentive or something? I just, I don't know.
We'll probably find out too.
I'm sure the judge's going to look at it.
But the judge reopened it because she wanted to look at the settlement terms.
It's not a good look that, I don't know.
On this last Saturday's power hour when I was talking about this,
and I was kind of questioning like if you're the enemy
and you were going to embed some people within the Trump admin
and, you know, just kind of mess things up here and there along the way
so that it can be used against Trump.
Like Todd Blanche has done that in my opinion on a few cases.
He's done it with the Epstein thing,
which has been an op against Trump the entire time, in my opinion.
And then this settlement situation seems to have been bungled as well.
And they're definitely, it's a definite attack vector.
So I don't know.
New case, if the government had been weaponized against the Dems,
they would have no problem at all with President using his private money.
He won in a lawsuit against the government being used to set up a fund to pay.
Yeah.
I mean, I get what you guys are arguing.
I get the argument.
I just personally do not like taxpayers.
funds being used for anything
like this.
New case, to pay victims of government abuse of the
citizens, it isn't even taxpayer money now
since it was awarded to Trump. It was
taxpayer money and it hasn't been
awarded yet. It was a settlement. It wasn't even awarded.
It was just like Trump sues
his own IRS
and then his DOJ
settles it
with Trump.
It's all taxpayer money. I mean,
I know it's hard to say these things sometimes
because Trump's our guy, Trump's our boy.
but that's still true like in the optics of it are not great
like it's okay to say that go that go the government is weaponized against Trump
I mean it comes down to your principles on this like people the government is
is constantly overreaching they're constantly being weaponized against us the poor
man especially but then like all their political enemies and that's what we hope
Trump is going after but when it comes down to restitution for some of this stuff
are you okay? Are you okay with just taxpayer dollars being spent to pay off the crimes and all these things, the victims of crimes by the government, without any of the actual people who committed the crimes being held accountable?
I'd rather be the opposite way. I would much rather see the people who did it be personally held accountable and then personally held liable too. It won't be nearly as much money unless some of them are rich. I don't know.
but but I want to see that I want to see the justice and accountability that's how you get the
weaponization to stop if you're just like buying off victims essentially because that's what this
would be with taxpayer dollars and no accountability the system itself isn't going to change
in the case then if it's a government fault who should pay i would argue make them pay personally
and stop protecting them behind the shield of qualified immunity and taxpayers funding
on the actions of the government officials have to pay yeah because that that's what i think should
happen that the people should personally have to pay for that stuff and the same thing with like the
congressional slush fund when they
get accused of
sexual assault or whatever
the inappropriate behavior
that shouldn't be taxpayer dollars either
they should personally have to do that stuff
I'm the victim of a lawsuit right now right
totally based on falsehoods and bullshit
I don't get government money
to pay off like to pay any of my stuff
right I'm not going to get access to that but it's still like a formal
weaponization so yeah I know it's
it's obviously an individual suing me
not the government
being weaponized against me but still like i just i don't i don't like it washington sandy they get sued
in their official capacities but they are indemnified by the government as their employer and we pay it
yeah it's so so stupid bay theater dave thankfully it's all faking gay skeptical right it's why
the states do stupid shit get sued pay on millions and then do the same thing shit over again
government new k is this great comment here if government is big enough to be weaponized against us
it's too big already exactly r r hodi says the only problem with that logic is that it is still
taxpayer dollars ultimately we pay their salaries the extra they get from core is most likely
kick back also from our money yeah I mean so they would obviously lose their job and yeah
they work for the government whatever the government's way too big that's a whole other
problem to tackle but people in the position of power in the government weaponizing against
individuals they should lose their job they should be held personally liable and they
should be held to account for doing it.
I might be out of stories.
Let's see if there's anything new in the news cycle.
Really?
Do you guys got anything you want me to talk about?
Again on Twitter quick.
E.H. Carl, John, did you look at the whistleblower interview I sent you a week or two ago?
He went out of his way to get hired by the DOJ to go after people that weaponized the government
and he was told to stop?
Let me double check my messages here from you.
Not sure.
I see it.
Oh, is this this guy?
Oh, you'll have to send me it again.
I've been behind on my messages.
kids are just so busy right now. Jetpack Jones, what kind of dance is your daughter do?
Ballet is the worst. The place she goes to has all sorts of different kinds. The class she was in was,
I think, lyrical or something. X based on Tuesday evenings regarding the grand juries.
Interesting. I'm supposed to give like 300 bags of them or something.
C.C. says, after watching the moves and outfits of some of the girls in the nine plus classes,
ballet is the only one I want her to do. Yeah, that's the problem. Like, man.
some of the dances were not appropriate in my opinion and i'm never a hard time if my daughter
continues down that path of being a dancer she enjoys it she loves it she wants to be like the
next she says taylor swift but yeah guys if you guys have nothing else for me i'm probably gonna wrap
her up me and bernie break out the power hour tonight should be a fun one let me check youtube

but I got it.
What's up, Polly?
New case, just never let your daughter dance like that freestyle
guy out from Australia. Was it at the Olympics? Yeah,
that was terrible. That was so funny.
An astrology guy I watched sometimes.
This is from Scott A. Ann
in the YouTube chat.
I said it is rumored that Trump had a stroke.
I haven't seen that anywhere.
Just speculation. It's bullshit stories.
I don't see nothing.
12 Indy boys sent this over.
Sellers are pulling homes off the market at the fastest pace since 2020.
More frustrated home sellers are given up right in the midst of the all-important spring market.
Nationwide, 5.8% of all homelessness were pulled off the market in April.
That ties with December for the highest share of homes delisted since March of 2020.
When the pandemic hit.
The increase comes as higher market rates, elevated gas prices, and weaker consumer confidence,
take their toll on housing demand.
Sellers are no longer in the driver's seat and aren't getting the prices they want.
Mortgage rates have been falling at the start of this year with the 30-year fixed,
briefly touching 5% the end of February.
Then they jumped sharply when the war with Iran started and it remained elevated since.
It makes sense when the economy is struggling like it is.
People can't buy homes and if the sellers aren't getting the price they want,
you just don't sell it.
With that, guys, I'm going to get out of here.
You've had more activities to take the kids to the rest of the day, but I will be back tonight.
10.30 p.m. Eastern on power hour, me and burning bright. So make sure you tune in.
Should be a good show. Do me a favor. Hit that thumbs up on all locations and get your guard tickets.
