Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 6/4/26 - Luna's "Assault," Hines County Win & Bolton Plea Deal

Episode Date: June 4, 2026

Jon Herold comes in Thursday with a healthy amount of righteous indignation and Phil Scarborough's best news in years. Anna Paulina Luna filed assault charges after a Code Pink activist tapped her arm... in a Capitol hallway, and Jon plays the video, compares it to Savannah Hernandez's actual assault, and asks the obvious question: what does calling that an assault do to people who have been genuinely assaulted? Phil Scarborough's Hines County, Mississippi story reaches its conclusion: a judge voided the 2023 Democratic primary after finding missing ballot boxes, missing voter registration forms, missing ballot books, and missing machine tapes, and ordered a new special election in 45 days. Jon calls it one of the first times since 2020 he has seen an election actually thrown out over fraud. John Bolton is expected to plead guilty to illegally retaining national security documents and pay over $2 million. Todd Blanche is being nominated as permanent attorney general and Jon does not think he has the Senate votes. Trump posted in real time calling out California's slow ballot counting as theft and saying the US attorney's office in Los Angeles is already investigating. The House also voted to rein in Trump's Iran war powers with a few Republican crossovers, and Jon sees a potential constitutional fight coming.

Starting point is 00:00:00 The Badlands, what are the Badlands? Explain those Badlands. That's a hell of their name. Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Daily Herald here at Badlands Media. I'm your host, John Harold, and it is Thursday. It's a pretty good Thursday. We're going to talk a lot of shit about Annapalina Luna. Maybe not a lot, but at least a little.
Starting point is 00:00:32 And if you watched last night's power hour, you probably already saw some of this. It's going to be a little bit of a repeat, but. I think it's worthwhile because this situation, this whole Jesse Smolle type situation that she is putting herself through subjecting us to is a great example of why you shouldn't just be cheerleading everybody that you think is on the good team, the red team or whatever, because she's making you look like a fool. So we're going to talk about that. Quick reminder, guys, today at 3 p.m. Eastern. So I want to confirm that. 3 p.m. Eastern, we are doing an exclusive ticket holder GART live stream. You have to have a GART ticket, whether that's in person or virtual, to attend the exclusive live stream. So get your virtual tickets. We'll email out the link to join the stream, roughly a half an hour before the show starts than any purchases after. We'll have the email in there as well. So get your tickets, guys. And help us come up with show topics and whatnot.
Starting point is 00:01:40 But yeah, I just wanted to get that out of the way before I forgot about it completely. Hammer Guy 35. I hope Anna Panuna is going to survive her injuries. Yeah, we're definitely going to talk about that. Candy B, waiting for a procedure watching and listening. Hello, John and Badlanders. We'll pray for you for that procedure. Subjecting us to that sounds as whiny as she is.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Maybe. Maybe that is a little whiny of me. But guys, this is insane. it really is let's let's start off the show with this we'll get to the sponsors here in a little bit yesterday was she was doing a hearing with gosh I don't even remember who they were talking about I think they were talking to rubio weren't they and she comes out and posts this oh where to go did she delete it she did not delete this oh no here it is I found it sorry um this is what she posted after the hearing after I questioned secretary Ruby
Starting point is 00:02:55 on Code Pink and their ties to the CCP, their organization followed me out, berated me, and then their headperson here in D.C. smacked me. I will be filing charges. By the way, these are not allegations. It happened. My staff was there when it happened and wrote statements for law enforcement officers. I want to see what statements they wrote. They need to publicize all this shit because when you see the video, it's mind-blowing. It's really not. She's such a grifter. no surprising, not surprising whatsoever that she would, you know, exaggerate and kind of make this up altogether. And I know there are people that believe it was wrong of the person to touch her. And maybe you can make an argument that, okay, yeah, we can't touch anybody. But I'm going to
Starting point is 00:03:41 give you some examples of some other situations where Anna Plina Luna herself has touched somebody or Trump has touched somebody. And we've never had an issue with it. But she's trying to make a big deal of it and people are caught cheerleading for her because they like her for whatever. whatever reason. And it's ridiculous. We're going to make fun of you guys. So I was questioning Senator Rubio on Code Bank, which is a foreign funded organization. And I've been going after FAR, et cetera. And so as I was leaving, they were asking questions. I don't have an issue asking questions, but when you are berating me and trying to block me from being able to come vote, it's an issue. But I continue to answer them. I was walking out of Rayburn. And as we were trying to walk away from them, I guess they didn't like what I was saying.
Starting point is 00:04:24 So one of the leading. Before I even go too far, what she said. said here as I was walking out she was berating me blocking me from voting none of that happened either so just I want to play this one part one more time so you guys can key in on that because she's saying a lot of things here that didn't actually happen the lady I don't know the lady I mean she's probably insane she's a liberal right but she wasn't being disrespectful in terms of how she was talking like I would not consider that berating and Annapalino was responding back to her and then the whole smack thing
Starting point is 00:04:57 didn't happen it's ridiculous they were asking questions i don't have an issue asking questions but when you're berating me and trying to block me from being able to come vote it's an issue but i continue to answer them i was walking out of rayburn and as we were trying to walk away from them i guess they didn't like what i was saying so one of the lead organizers actually smacked me and so at that point i broke contact can you like reenact how you were hit if just i was literally walking trying to walk away from this person and they smacked me in what part of the body they smacked my arm SmackDart, are you injured right now? I mean, look, either which way, you don't touch anyone, especially if you don't like what they're saying.
Starting point is 00:05:34 You cannot physically harm someone. You can't hit them. You can't block people from being able to vote. None of those things happened. The lady tapped her arm lately. Wasn't trying to block her from voting. Like, she's pulling shit out of her ass right now. I don't understand why she's doing this.
Starting point is 00:05:52 And then her reaction, too, like to go on and file charges and like double down and try to call these people out and make it seem like she like she's trying to we all see the video right and we see what happened in the video and she's telling us like yeah what you've seen that video that's not what actually happened and she's trying to convince us somehow that what we see with our own eyes is not what actually happened it's insanity so let's uh let's look at that let's look at the actual incident here and again note do you see the lady trying to block her from voting no anapleina luna's like kind of even smirking the lady's just walking right next to her single way that that government
Starting point is 00:06:41 can get money to keep the hospitals going to actually get each of the people to people because it doesn't sound like you do no because marco rubio has been sanctioning the Cuban people which is hurting them by the billions by the bill no that hurts the people there they have no that hurts the people there they have power you are misinformed oh okay nice little right now I'm sorry you just touch me you're gonna walk away right now I'll send to call Capo please don't touch me I don't bye I don't even know like what to say on this that hasn't already been said this is such a joke nice little love tap and so she she's filing charges for like assault she's calling that assault and there are people that are like yeah you can't do that you can't do that and
Starting point is 00:07:41 It was in our chat last night. I don't know if people are being serious or trolls about this, but I have a hard time believing. They actually think that this is an issue. The person didn't try to cause any harm. She was engaging, like she was talking back and forth. They were having a conversation. They were walking.
Starting point is 00:07:57 Maybe they didn't agree, whatever. The lady lightly tapped her arm. Like, I've done that before when I've been walking and talking with people, like trying to point something out like, hey, look at that. Or hey, what about this or whatever? Like everybody has done that. And nobody actually sees an issue with that. But there are people that are trying to defend.
Starting point is 00:08:11 like Anna Polina Luna's antics here and calling her a victim of like an assault because of it. And I'm just curious like, what did you guys think? What did those people think back when Trump was at NATO and he did this, this violent assault of Montenegro? Look at that. Hit him on arm way harder than Anna Polina Luna got hit, shoved him to the side. Did you people call for him to be charged with assault for that? I doubt it. And maybe there's nobody in my audience who.
Starting point is 00:08:41 is actually defending Annapalina Luna here. But I have seen it online. Like there are people doing it. And it's insane to me. But the behavior itself from Annapal Luna, I'm very glad this happened because it was very early on in Trump's second term here when the Epstein stuff was kind of starting to go ham. And I want to say it was February of 2025.
Starting point is 00:09:10 She created her little declassification task. force where she was going to go like it wasn't even a real task force they had no subpoena power but she went to coma he's like okay i want to do this thing and i want to chair it and so they gave a six months temporary task force might even have been extended it might still be going on i don't even know which is kind of wild because it's done so little that i don't even know if it's still in existence anymore but i was like this is grifting and you guys know that you again you guys watching probably this is nothing new to you and you for the most of the most of the for probably agree with my statements this entire time.
Starting point is 00:09:46 But there were a lot of people back then who did not like my commentary about Anna Polina Luna and how I thought she was kind of a joke and this was a joke. Like, why are we doing this? This is stupid. And then there were even people, let me read you this post. I'm not going to say who it's from, but by the way, so I'm crystal clear. This is February of, yeah, February 14th of 2025. And at the time I was, you know, going pretty hard against Santa Polina Luna and how how you know guys I don't think this is part of the plan here no this totally was part of the plan
Starting point is 00:10:18 by the way so I'm crystal crystal clear here about this I consider every single account on this platform caterwalling over president Trump's handpicked de-class congressional committee head an apollina luna as taking an indirect backhanded swipe at trump which based on the video we just saw a backhanded swipe is assault you should go to prison for it probably Maybe you should start asking yourself why this was carefully and strategically planned out this way. There are still 25 to 30% of our fellow Americans who are trapped in the legacy media's matrix. If Trump did the info dump, you are screaming for those people would never even hear a whisper of it. President Trump is setting up a situation where they will perform one last unintended service by waking up millions more of us as they destroy themselves.
Starting point is 00:11:04 They're going to be forced to cover D-Class 24-7 spinning madly like tops while refuting and denying everything. And it's all because Anna Plina Luna's task force, whoever is like, yeah, Trump picked her to do that. We haven't gotten shit in terms of D class, of actual meaningful D class yet to date, really. All the D class stuff has come from the D&I and Congress, and it's mostly stuff that we've already known. We haven't got anything really new or damning. But no, people are like, Anna Polina Luna has been handpicked by Trump to D class and wake up the Normies. Where's that go? Where's that been?
Starting point is 00:11:39 It's been over a year now. Am I allowed to criticize her for calling that assault without taking that a backhanded, you to swipe at Trump? Because to me, I never, I never put those two together. I don't care how many pictures Anna Polina Luna takes with Trump in the White House.
Starting point is 00:11:55 That's what Gryfters do. This is just insane. I'm a little hot and bothered over this today. Not in a good way. What's the chat saying? Giggy B. I'm not defending her, but if that was A.O.
Starting point is 00:12:10 and one of us tapped her like that, we would be in jail with a million dollar bond. Would we though? Would we though? I doubt it. Maybe. But then, okay, think about that. She was on the other foot. If it was AOC and one of us did that to her, how would people be responding who
Starting point is 00:12:26 were defending Anapalina Luna right now? Would they be defending AOC in the same situation? No, they would not. This is the problem with, you know, we keep, we harp on this a lot and some people don't like it, but the cheerleading domer scale where everything you do is cheerleading and everything you do is doom in, if you're not trying to find the middle, you will get caught in situations where you have to defend retarded bullshit. And that's what we witness on a daily basis, because most of what we see on a daily basis is retarded bullshit.
Starting point is 00:12:59 And we're going in two more weeks, Annapolino, Luna will release the files. Yeah. Y'all go into the Great Assault Restoration Tour. I love that. We should rebrand, rename. Here's a Dr. Megan Nott's posted a link. Let's see see what this is. Stripper hooks for admin. Epstein 9-11 COVID MLK. That B has done zero. Once a hook, always a hook. This is back on January 12th.
Starting point is 00:13:32 In July, I referred Jerome Powell to the DOJ. Today he's officially under criminal investigation. This is the way. He's under investigation prior to her referral, by the way. Jetpack Jones. This is one of the infinite reasons female should not be allowed in positions of public power, especially in government. Yeah. That was being a fan.
Starting point is 00:13:57 We got exposed some unintentional unwanted contact are absolutely not qualified as assault and not criminal. Reeducation. Such snowflake behavior. And think about like what it does to people who have actually been assaulted. Like Savannah, um, is it Savannah Hernandez or something? Let me see if I can find that video. because she's a reporter, I think, or something. And she, yeah, Savannah Hernandez, she was actually assaulted.
Starting point is 00:14:32 And when Anna Plano Luna comes out and claims what we just saw there was an assault, like what do you think that does for people like Savannah who are actually assaulted? It's the same thing with the Me Too movement. The Me Too movement completely like caved in. on itself because everybody's like oh me too me too and then all of a sudden nobody took it seriously anymore let me find this video here because um i just want to find a good one here here is the lead up to the assault i want to see the actual assault and maybe you guys have seen this before no audio on it i don't know why like they're like hidden her in the face with dildos
Starting point is 00:15:38 and they're pushing her and hitting her like this is actual assault right here and it gets worse i'm not mistaken so when the anapalina luna comes out and it's like oh i was assaulted and that's what we saw how do you think that makes somebody like savannah and then does feel look at this like punching her tackling her actual assault anapaluna it should be embarrassed you should fucking resign i'll be done i'll get off my soapbox now maybe we'll get a quick word from a couple of our sponsors and then we'll get to phil scarborough's good news ccci John assaulted me today when he tapped me on the shoulder. I actually don't think I've tapped you on the shoulders yet today.
Starting point is 00:16:50 Savannah was thrown to the ground and it appears nothing is happening to the people who assaulted her. Did you be? Yeah, let's see what happens with this, the Capitol Police and her pressing charges. Because if that actually goes through, again, what is Anna Polina or what is, how would we feel about Savannah? How should she feel if that goes through just because she's a congresswoman? So I want to see the statements from her to the police. Badlands meeting fan seems like projection too. I wonder if APL is a history of perpetrating assaults.
Starting point is 00:17:21 Well, it's like when you do stuff like that, she's the type of woman you would not want to be in a room alone with because talk about false accusations. What's up, Polymathanon? Wow. Okay. What happened to believe all women? In my experience, you should believe no women. Wasn't Luna in the military and Carrie's concealed?
Starting point is 00:17:44 I don't think she carries concealed, but she definitely wasn't the military. Just like a couple days ago, weeks ago, she was posting a picture of her with a gun and her like uniform and everything all badass clearly she's uh she must not have been very good in the military could you imagine okay i'm done sorry stop distracting me and bring me back to that i want to move on save pulse guys unexpected health emergencies don't wait and they are unexpected especially when you get assaulted in the arm with safe pulse you can stay prepared for those assaults from trust of medications like amoxicillin azithromycin and ivyctin and hydroxychloroquine to the medical emergency kit designed to help support over 30 common illnesses.

It's all delivered through a simple streamlined ordering process at prices you can feel good about. Whether you need an emergency kit or you're stocking up on everyday essentials, now's the time to be ready for whatever comes your wave. Is it Badlandsmedia.tv slash meds today and use promo code Badlands to save 20% off. That's Badlandsmedia.tv slash meds promo code Badlands. get that emergency kit or the emergency assaults that you may undergo.
Starting point is 00:19:03 Did that play the ad? My computer's been so weird lately. I've been playing around with cloud and stuff, cloud AI and doing some things. And so I think we'd have to move it to my other computer. I started it on here. I have the other computer set up. I just haven't actually moved it there yet. And I think I'm going to have to do that soon because I think it's kind of messing with my shit a little bit.
Starting point is 00:19:26 Ms. Ives, wow, John asking for resignation a bit much. Is it, though? She's a liar and a grifter, but like, you come out there and call that assault. I don't think it's, I don't know. I think asking for, I think a resignation would be fitting. She hasn't retracted her statement. She pressed charges called that an assault, and I think it's bullshit. But I mean, she wasn't, she's not going to do that, obviously.
Starting point is 00:20:07 second chance how did karen bass win election fraud so scarber there's much more important things to talk about than apel i know phil we're getting there be fair the entire congress should resign yes that maybe that's a better statement all of congress should resign i'd be totally cool with that okay phil is like freaking out wants me to play this video of his so i'm gonna do it from phil scarborough friends david archie fought hard for three years to get a crooked election in Heinz County, Mississippi nullified and a new one held. And today, a judge agreed with them. A new election will be held three years later. That is nuts. Now to breaking news in Heinz
Starting point is 00:20:57 County, a judge rules in favor of David Archie's 23 Democratic primary challenge. That means those of you in District 2 will vote in a new special election. Three on your side. Teddy Reedy joins you live outside the courthouse to tell you the evidence that led to the judge's ruling. Teddy. I-Ins County Judge Barry Ford has ruled in favor of David Archie saying critical pieces of voting information were missing in that election and that the election has been voided. It's been more than two years since David Archie lost the Heinz County District 2 supervisor race to Tony Smith by roughly 1,600 votes. Today, a judge sided with Archie's claim that the election was too flawed to stand. This victory is a victory for every voter in the state of Mississippi and every voter. in Hines County. Judge Barry Ford ruled the 2023 Democratic primary cannot be certified. He stopped
Starting point is 00:21:53 short of finding not right fraud, but he noted negligence in the handling of the election. At the center of the case, missing and unsealed ballot boxes, missing voter registration forms, missing ballot books, and missing tapes. In voting machines, that could not be located. Archie's legal team argued the Hines County Circuit Clerk cannot account for the ballot boxes after the election, and that alone was enough. The statute says, You know, he's the custodian of that record. And if he doesn't have that record, then it can't be admissible in court. And therefore, if the judge can't review the ballot boxes, then how can we determine what the outcome of the election was?
Starting point is 00:22:31 Wilson called the missing materials a critical problem for the integrity of the race. When you take it to the next level and you see ballot boxes that are misplaced and are unsealed, let's put it that way. and ballot books that were missing, and tapes that were missing, and machines that we couldn't locate, and all the things that we heard at trial, that's very problematic. Current supervisor Tony Smith pushed back hard on the ruling.
Starting point is 00:22:57 His defense argued throughout the trial that any alleged irregularities were not enough to overcome his 1,600 boat margin. Smith says he plans to run again. I think that it's wrong. I think that it's been a case that we've proven ourselves people wanted to change and they showed it. I think that we were going to run again.
Starting point is 00:23:17 And I think that they're going to not only beat them about two to one, it's going to be beat back three to one. The people get not won. Cheat even more mischief in office. Wow. So what happens next? Judge Ford has granted a special election for this case. And guess what?
Starting point is 00:23:34 David Archie and Tony Smith are the only ones that are going to be allowed in this race. And that election will take place in 45 days. And you will have a chance to vote for that very soon. live in Heinz County. Teddy Reedy three on your side. I mean, that's that's pretty wild. I think my biggest takeaway, though, is never mess with a guy in a bow tie. I sounded like Steve Erkel, but clearly he's a badass attorney. This is great though. I mean, you found election fraud, but the resolution being like, okay, we're going to do it again. How do we know it's not going to be any better? But I don't want to like rain on the parade here because this is really pretty
Starting point is 00:24:10 damn interesting. This might be one of the first times, at least since. since probably 2020 that I've seen an election actually be rerun because of election fraud. Maybe I'm mistaken there, but I certainly can't think of any off the top of my head. What a, man, what a resolution to that. PennW. So does this set precedence for other elections to be redone? That's a great question. I do not know.
Starting point is 00:24:36 I do not know. Phil Scarborough says, I was involved in this case. They stole it from him. Yeah, they steal elections all over. Think about it. Like how many times have we had a story where like somebody brought up like, oh man, I think there's election fraud in this case. And how many of those situations have actually gotten all the way through the court challenges
Starting point is 00:24:58 and everything where they were allowed to present evidence and get to a point where the judge is like actually ruling in favor of it, like the right ruling? It's very rare. So yeah, this is absolutely dasting. So does, I read that. If he wins, are people going to understand? be able to understand him when he's saying government stuff. A little racist, but fair question.
Starting point is 00:25:23 I don't see a lot of these attorneys pass. The LSTAT, they can't even speak proper English. The LSAT is no joke. Ruling that, it shouldn't be certified is huge. Rerunning the election is good, but what about everything that I've been done with his help in the meantime? That's a great question. We now have standing. Yeah, I mean, is this going to carry over to other elections? We need a bigger impact on stuff like this.
Starting point is 00:25:49 But great start, Phil. story. You should almost come on the show tomorrow. Small Friday? Yeah, come on the show tomorrow and let's talk about this. A little bit more detail. And this is from 2023. A Democrat County supervisor in Heinz, Mississippi is challenging his party's primary election results after discovering massive election fraud. We have videotapes of someone going into boxes, bringing in thumb drives, bringing in ballots to be inserted into the machines. First he's talking about as the Heinz County Democrat Party chair. You watch this presentation. It sounds exactly like what happened in the 2020 election and the 2022 election in Arizona.
Starting point is 00:26:31 Democrats are rigging their own primaries. Imagine what they're doing in general elections. Yeah, that's great, great point. Be hisy. Oh, ROT. Also, they ruled that fraud was involved.
Starting point is 00:26:43 Why would he be allowed to run again? Yeah, I mean, I guess they're just, they're looking at the election itself, not like who perpetrated the fraud. Dr. Megan Nott's. These racist comments are an abomination.
Starting point is 00:26:55 This is my proclamation for the nation. We've come too far. we have a little racism here sometimes man it happens Lee Wald and John have you seen the VP Pence and his kids spilling the beans can't confirm or deny I have not seen that and I it's probably fake news but maybe
Starting point is 00:27:17 most judges are pussy ass bitches though so I doubt it starts a wave says skeptical true to the name man those garbage is a good guy Democrat but good guy and smart yeah if you're willing come on the show tomorrow and we'll talk a little bit more in more detail about this case. Let's get to Doge quick.
Starting point is 00:27:38 No update on the Doge website. Silver is up a little bit from yesterday, but not much. Gold 44-94, silver 74-55. Bitcoin down to 63. Wouldn't be surprised if it gets down to the 50s. And then gas is down a little bit. Another two cents from yesterday. But this story in Politico, I thought, was interesting because it's talking about gas prices.
Starting point is 00:28:01 and how they're going to be going up soon. Tank bottom, oil industry warning Trump administration that drained inventories threatened to spike gasoline prices. Industry executives said the loss of oil through the Strait of Ormuz's draining petroleum inventories to dangerously low levels. Industry executive has a flagged the issue to senior White House officials and cabinet members in recent weeks as part of the Trump administration's opening ongoing dialogue with the U.S. energy industry. People have said the warnings came as recently as late last month as data from U.S. energy information administration and other sources began showing that fuel makers were increasingly relying on oil and fuel from their storage tanks to replace products no longer arriving from the Middle East, or dangerously low levels. Iran has effectively closed the Strait of our moves, blah, blah,
Starting point is 00:28:47 managers are drawing down supplies in their oil and fuel storage tanks. So why is gas prices going down a little bit if they're drawn on their reserves? A white else official deny that any senior members of staff have been warned privately by the industry about inventories. Politico's anonymous sources are wrong. Very well, it could be. It could be fake news. But I do think it's interesting just in terms of like what we've seen with the gas prices, even though the war is ongoing or whatever. They've been coming down.
Starting point is 00:29:21 And so is this like a way to spark it back up? A little fear porn before the midterms. Oh, here we go. We have a rant from old school 16. Hey, John, check out this new update of the classic meme. It's Anna Polina Assalta. That's really good. I dig that.
Starting point is 00:29:37 Thank you for the dollar and thank you for the great comment. Lee Walden, John, please review my rant. I don't see a rant in here, man. When did you leave it? Oh, by the way, I forgot to give a shout out over to J.C. Bird over on YouTube, who became a YouTube member. Thank you for the support. Hope I'll see you in Dead one, man.
Starting point is 00:29:59 The planes are not bombing too much now. If Bitcoin breaks 60K support, it's going to 50K or lower. Yeah, very well could. Gas is down 20 cents in Maine. Could be the Venezuela oil being refined. This is not the NSR, but the floated inventory. Fake news, John. Okay.
Starting point is 00:30:19 Our expert, our resident oil expert says it's fake news. And you said start of the show. If you put, oh, there you go. Lee Walden said, Ahoy, John and crew, do you recall my thoughts regarding a greeting table and guests and creators better yet? Have a tiki bar for open mic with guests and creators bird's eye from Badlandia. Yeah, we're going to try to be a little more creative with some of the
Starting point is 00:30:39 the stuff we do at Gart in terms of how we interact but I'm not going to probably change too much because the events go so well but hey we're open to suggestions we want to make the experiences as good as can be for you guys so get those tickets but let's see a couple updates on the presidential website I didn't find them too like dasting so I'm probably not going to read them, but implementing schedule policy career in the accepted service and strengthening customs enforcement. This is the accepted service one. Senior policy influencing positions must be transferred into scheduled policy career to
Starting point is 00:31:25 increase accountability in such positions. So order effectuates these transfers and amends the civil service rules and regulations in previous executive orders to implement schedule policy career. In addition to ensuring accountability for performance, this order also advances merit in the federal civil service by directing. executive departments and agencies to appropriately recognize and reward scheduled policy career employees for outstanding work. And give gold stars to government employees just what we needed. Arizona Supreme Court, speaking of election stuff, has rejected appeal, A.G. Chris Mays moves to seek new indictment in Trump electors case.
Starting point is 00:32:00 AZ Supreme Court rejected an appeal in the 2020 case involving allies of President Trump, a decision that Attorney General Chris Mays followed by announcing plans to seek a new indictment to restart the prosecution. The Arizona Attorney General's office will return this case to the grand jury. And then they will decline to comment further at this time. A judge previously dismissed the indictment after finding prosecutors failed to present the grand jury with the precise statutory language tied to the alleged conduct. It's ridiculous. They're still moving forward with that. So hopefully we get that election fraud exposure soon because that will probably put a lot of this stuff to bed.
Starting point is 00:32:32 But maybe not. We have this kind of the biggest news in the war front. the U.S. brokered Israel-Lebanon talks produced ceasefire framework pushed toward expanded security deal. The United States convened a fourth round of high-level trilateral talks between Israeli and the Lebanese representatives producing a ceasefire framework tied to new security conditions. They've committed to a ceasefire contingent on a full halt to Hezbollah fire and the removal of all Hezbollah operatives in the South Latani sector. I have no idea where that is somewhere in the Middle East. The deal also establishes pilot zones where the Lebanese armed forces. would assume exclusive controlling excluding all non-state armed groups yeah so
Starting point is 00:33:15 they're gonna do security talks in June end of June here we'll see what happens it's like multiple negotiations going on at once know what I forgot to do today is check Trump's true social here we go oh we got some election fraud talk this is good Here's from last night. The Democrats are added again. They are trying to steal the governor of California primary and the mayor of Los Angeles primary away from two great Republican candidates. Here we go with the very late and massive numbers of mail and ballots. And here there's big cheating by the Democrats or Democrats, whatever, in California.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Votes are all tied up, may not be in for weeks under investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles. Why the vote counting delay? President Donald J. Trump. and then we have another one. Look, and this is just four minutes ago. Look what's happening in California. The Democrats right before our very eyes are stealing the vote. Hope Republicans are watching so they can finally pass the Save America Act.
Starting point is 00:34:22 Does that mean if we don't, is he saying if we don't get the Save America Act? We're just going to have to be subjected to election fraud forever. That seems silly. Yeah, Ty, I got that story too. We'll get to that. Actually, I think that's my next story. But just asking, just asking questions. Trump's allowed to talk about the election fraud, but we're not, right?
Starting point is 00:34:44 Just kidding. Just kidding, guys. Don't come mad. John Bolton reaches plea deal over retention of national security records. Former Trump National Security Advisor, John Bolton, is expected to plead guilty later this month to a single count of illegally retaining sensitive national security documents according to CNN. As part of the anticipated agreement, Bolton has agreed to pay a fine exceeding $2 million.
Starting point is 00:35:09 Wow. What did he do to get that much money? sorry, I've got to look him up. Now I'm curious. That is a ton of money. I mean, it could be from his book deals. The lawyer, I guess. Yeah, lawyers make money.
Starting point is 00:35:43 Anyway, back to this. Federal prosecutors charged Bolton earlier this year after alleging he kept diary entries and other records from his time in the first Trump administration at his residence. The original indictment included eight counts relating to transmitting national defense information and 10 counts tied to retaining such material.
Starting point is 00:35:58 The investigators also alleged Bolton shared more than 1,000 pages detailing his daily activities through a personal email account with two unauthorized individuals. His allegations are not included in the charge. He's expected to plead guilty to. I wonder for the prison. The Bolton plea deal results in him hanging, I doubt it. Fiddy Shram, luckily got here late, reroute to beginning and skipped all but the first ten minutes of the Luna rant. I agree. She's out of line, but damn. Yeah. For him to plead, he is singing, says Marine in the Woods. That is not necessarily true. I know we've said that's,
Starting point is 00:36:31 I've heard that so many times over the last like five years. Do we have any proof that any of the people that we thought were singing have actually been singing? Can you guys think of one example? Like a genuine question. Because I can't think of any. Let's see what else. Did that story, did that story. Did that story.
Starting point is 00:37:09 Speaking of elections in LA, this is where we're at, like no change from last night. I checked last night during the power hour. And there's been no change. There's still like 32,000 bouts. Wouldn't be surprised if they steal, steal second place from Spencer and get Ninta in there, whatever her name is.
Starting point is 00:37:30 Would not be shocking in the slightest. Yesterday, the House did vote to rein in Trump's war powers. A couple of Republicans crossed the line to do so. A bunch of douchebags. Iran war powers rebuke shows how Trump is increasingly boxed in. Is he though? I can CNN.
Starting point is 00:38:02 I have a house vote on Wednesday to reigning President Trump's. I ran war on power. Speaker Mike Johnson pleaded with Republicans to oppose it. An interview with CNN's Manu Raju, he repeatedly said it would be dangerous and would sap Trump of negotiating power to cut a deal to end the war.
Starting point is 00:38:18 The thing is, Johnson had a point. Such vote signal lack of resolve even in Trump's own party to continue the war. Before Republicans voted for it anyway, if the resolution were to pass the Senate where 50 of 100 senators have appeared to support it Trump would be required to either withdraw troops from Iran or gain Congress's approval for the war but then the White House is also a signal that it believes the underlying laws on constitutional so I don't think it would be a bad idea to see a constitutional fight over over some of this stuff are our Hody more of the walls are closing in stories we have had since
Starting point is 00:38:51 the first term yeah the cheat is in yes it is miss Ives hopeful theorists probably won't know until the indictments come down. That's true, but that's also kind of like you're rationalizing it. You know what I mean? W.A. Sandy, most are still being investigated. Maybe we think, we hope. That's the hope, right? By the way, yesterday, last night during the power, we kind of broke the news live
Starting point is 00:39:22 that A.G. Blanche is going to be named the permanent attorney general. He's going to have to go through Senate confirmation now. That could be tricky. I don't think he has the votes. we'll see but that's going to be very interesting if he doesn't have the votes it makes you wonder like why didn't they wait till after the midterms to do this maybe they don't think their vote total is going to be any better by then but also is this a way of trump to like move on from him you got you got to look at that possibility you never know how about congress congress voting to stop helping ukraine i don't think they are doing that i'm pretty sure actually they are looking to fund it to even harder. Oh, look at that. Just as I was talking about it, this story is on Politico. Blanche faces uncertain path through Senate. Senators voted to confirm Tom Blanche for Deputy Attorney General in early 2025, but there's no guarantee they will now vote to install him as the nation's
Starting point is 00:40:25 chief law enforcement officer. Senate Majority Leader John Thune told reporters it was hard to say if Blanche would have a difficult time getting confirmed to succeed Pam Bondi. Most former members are pretty deferential to who the president wants in some of these key positions. but added, this is an environment where nothing safe or a sure bet these days. Trump's nominees can lose three Republican votes and still be confirmed by calling in J.D. Vance to break the tie. But the bigger hurdle could be getting Blanche through the Senate Judiciary Committee, where opposition from one Republican is enough to bottle up a nomination process, unless the nominee can get help from Democrats on the panel.
Starting point is 00:41:01 It's not likely Blanche would get bipartisan support. Senator Tom Tillis is viewed as the critical vote for Blanche to win over the Judiciary Committee. Tillis his vowed he won't support Justice Department nominees who he views as sympathetic to those who stormed the Capitol on January 6th. And he previously told Politico that the Justice Department's anti-weaponization fund would be a factor in whether or not the Attorney General nominee is able to be confirmed. So damn, I don't know. Senator John Cornyn of Texas, another person on the Senate Judiciary Committee said, I think it depends on his answers to questions that I intend to ask him at the Judiciary Committee. I don't think he's going to get through.
Starting point is 00:41:43 I don't think he's going to get through. Interesting. Blanche and Cash have said in very recent interviews, these investigations are ongoing, along with subpoenas and grand juries, but thousands of people could be involved when you get down to white witnesses. That said whitenesses for a second.
Starting point is 00:42:14 And honestly, like, obviously, I don't know as much as Trump does. I don't know why he's doing what he's doing, but I've never been all that excited about Todd Blanche. Like, he was the guy behind the, Epstein op and I see that as an op against Trump. I know not everybody agrees and I know the cheerleaders definitely don't agree. But yeah, I don't know. We're all in on that because I think that's all the stories I got for today. Checking if there's anything else. So what do you guys want to talk about?
