Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 6/5/26 - California Stolen Live, FISA Blocked & DOGE Goes Dark

Episode Date: June 5, 2026

Jon Herold comes in Friday on a show that starts with a funeral. DOGE.gov has been taken down after five months of no updates, and Jon is in genuine mourning over the loss of his reliable eight-second... daily segment. Then things get more serious: Spencer Pratt is being slowly and obviously bumped from the LA mayoral runoff by late-arriving ballots while everyone watches, federal prosecutors confirm multiple California election fraud investigations, and Trump is posting about it in real time. Jon delivers his funniest and most logical takedown yet of the "just vote them out" solution to election fraud, complete with a mock ballot system for whether the audience should vote. The Save America Act was rejected 48-50 in the Senate with four Republicans opposing it, and Jon asks Elon Musk and others to explain how voting out people in a fraudulent system fixes the fraudulent system. Trump also told the Wall Street Journal he wants Pulte to shrink or possibly terminate the ODNI entirely, which Jon and Chris Paul have been saying for a long time. Seven Senate Republicans including Rand Paul, Josh Hawley, and Mike Lee joined Democrats to kill the FISA renewal. The US and Russia signed a Bering Strait tunnel design agreement today. Trump endorsed Lindsey Graham. Jon has thoughts.

A long, long time ago, the writer went to a dangerous cave. Because he was on an adventure. Or like he smelled like an adventure.
Starting point is 00:03:27 But the cave was protected by spiders and lizards. No, it was snakes. It must be snakes. Whatever it was, the writer wasn't scared of it because it was ghost. The lotion rations. Then he found the golden field. It was soft disclosure. Ghost had exactly one second to switch it.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Or the whole case explodes. And it belongs in every house. Visit softdisclosure.com and use promo code. Lodin for sent out. By the way, guys, I got some kind of big breaking news. We finally have an update to the Doge website. after over five months, whatever it's been, we've been covering it every single day,
Starting point is 00:04:46 pretty much this in the sense of the website was created. Here's the update on the Doge website. Last five months, no update on the Doge website. It's finally been updated and no longer exists. The Doge.com page cannot be found. I'm wondering if you guys could maybe plug that into your browser, see if you're getting the same update as me. But yeah, how about that Doge?
Starting point is 00:05:17 They were just doing so many efficient things to our government. The website couldn't even handle it. What's up, Jarhead Pig? Good to see. St. Pete, the Bonnie, all you guys. Yeah, do me favor. Doge.gov in your browser. Let me know if it works for you.
Starting point is 00:05:38 Because, I mean, this is about the update I was expecting. ever going to get one again gone talk about a ruckl appears to be down know what this is kind of breaking i'm probably the only one who ever checks this so i should uh let me do a little um my stuff can stop freezing on me the doge.gov web page has been taken down you guys want to help me post it let's see okay doge.gov let's do this way negative for me it doesn't work for any guys crazy unbelievable probably got it on a better post that after no update on the website for over five months stuck at 215 billion dollars crazy it's not breaking news unless you use sirens and swear that's true I just don't really care rebel Nader and people wonder why I'm black
Starting point is 00:06:59 pill well I mean there's no reason to black pill over this because we've been making fun of doge not updating for so long that you shouldn't have expected anything different but if there is the reason of black pill it's probably the price of gold and the silver gold is down 4357 silver down 69 76 bitcoin is down to 61 30 345 um our gas prices for the day are down another two cents they are down almost 17 cents you can decode that from last week but i don't know we'll see the story yes if I believe it about the gas reserves being like ram dry. There's no update on the presidential website. One interesting thing about the economic numbers is we got a really good jobs report. And so getting a good jobs report, even Trump commented on this. He's like, yeah, with a great jobs
Starting point is 00:07:58 report just announced, stocks should go up, not down. That's the way it was for 200 years. Growth does not mean inflation. How else can a country attain greatness? It's a good question. Yeah, the jobs report numbers added a stronger than expected 172,000 jobs last month. Labor market appears to have found its footing. Economy added a bunch of jobs. The latest jobs report provided some reassurance that the U.S. labor market may be stabilizing after a year of weak and stilted job growth. Unemployment held steady at 4.3% while employment gains topped 100,000 for the third consecutive month,
Starting point is 00:08:32 a pattern we had not seen since 2024. Isn't that retarded? Job numbers are great go up. Stock market goes down. Makes total sense. But let's talk a little bit about California elections. How's that sound? California, let me type this in.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Here is the current breakout down. I'm mainly focusing on the L.A. mayor because that's the one where I would have anticipated that if there was a chance for like a Republican to ever maybe win or you know whatever not the incumbent democrat candidate it's spencer pret mainly because of his ties his campaign was great hilarious he's got a good message the a i videos were awesome he knows so many people and he's like he's from the party of false decorum that's like what california is but as i've also been saying there's no way he beats the election fraud and after karen bascott you know like hey she's going to be she's a lock for the general the runoff
Starting point is 00:09:32 it looked like Spencer Pratt may have been like yeah we got a commanding lead here like he's going to be the guy in the runoff with her but they are slowly and subtly mean not not even subtle there shouldn't even say that they are slowly and very obviously going to steal this for nitha yeah whatever her name is ramen noodles over here and get Spencer Pratt out of there and people are talking about it but the cheat is on you are right cat the cheetahs on and they are uh different stars the holiday in resort is sold out for garth is there a woman who would like a roommate why are you being sexist and just asking women deborah but uh yeah um i've been taking screenshots i check the website every now and that
Starting point is 00:10:24 i should have uploaded um but i can just look last screenshot i took oh yeah nothing's changed and i took the screenshot yesterday at 8 54 p.m that's not Yeah, there's a bunch of people online freaking out about this. We got this video from Wall Street Apes. Talking about election fraud. This is how Democrats steal elections in California. Election worker is seen running through the same huge stack of ballots three different times. Same batch as ran, taken out, ran again and again and again.
Starting point is 00:10:57 Let's keep doing it over and over and over again. I'm talking about mailing ballots. This is what the super serious analyses from Fox News said. still some suggest it could be weeks, weeks to come. But here's where we are right now when the governor's race, Steve Hilton, still in the number one poll position here, leads to Javier Becerra by 1.1 percentage points,
Starting point is 00:11:23 roughly 63 and 1,000 votes now. Tom Starry number three came up since this time yesterday, came up slightly up from 19.8 to 20.2. Now you start to think there are more than three candidates in California, 60% of the votes been counted. So several million votes still out there. I'm gonna go to a second panel. I mean, before we can go on,
Starting point is 00:11:42 he's really good at pointing out a screen and like pointing out the numbers and reading the screen. This is a skill not many people could do. I don't think many people could pull this off, but he is nailing it right now. Super impressed. Panel here because I think there were 60 total candidates, 60 candidates for governor.
Starting point is 00:11:59 Chad Bianco is a Republican sheriff, right? Katie Porter's a Democrat. You start to think now, if the finish between Steyer, And Steve Hilton is that close. You start to think that these votes right here, 628,000 for Bianco, 255,000 currently for Katie Porter. If you were to put those votes into Baceres pile
Starting point is 00:12:26 or Steyer's pile or Hilton's pile, maybe in a couple days or weeks whenever they decide to call this thing, that maybe those votes really start to matter. Yeah, they do, really start to matter. Pades. Those candidates are out of it. But nonetheless, they still attracted votes and some of those votes could have been used in other areas. And you just wonder, like, if it is razor thin, what is the difference there in the end? Here's the mayor's race now. Sixty-four percent of the votes been counted. Again, Karen Bass has advanced to the runoff. So we're waiting right now on what happens with Spencer Pratt ticked a bit lower overnight. Nithia Rahman, the progressive ticked a bit higher. So these two really are in a battle. And some observers believe that Rahman is not. out of this because a lot of the vote that comes in late tends to come from more democratic circles here you don't say Hollywood LA and East LA so that's where we stand I don't even know I
Starting point is 00:13:19 subjected us all to listening to him talk about this for this I mean they're obviously going to steal it but don't worry all we need to fix this problem guys all we need is the save America act don't you worry but wait the Senate rejected a motion to add the save America act as part of the budget reconciliation on a 48 to 50 vote for Republicans voted against it. So what's our solution to fixing that problem? When we need the Save America Act to get rid of the fraudulent election system, that's our solution, right? But when the people who are beneficiaries of the fraudulent election system refuse to vote
Starting point is 00:13:58 for the Save America Act, all we got to do is vote them out, according to Elon Musk. It's just amazing. Just amazing. We figured it out. All we need to do to fix our elections is vote out the people that are not fixing our elections. If you want legitimate elections, all you need to do is vote harder for them.
Starting point is 00:14:33 Like I just, the logic. And, you know, half the time I'm sitting here thinking, Elon Musk is one of the smartest men in the world, right? like he knows voting them like that's not a real statement because the election systems are fraudulent and there's every time we talk about elections people get all buttered on social media and you know there's some interesting comments and this debate is not going away that that's very obvious some people are 100% adamant that the only solution is you have to vote okay i respect that opinion it's maybe the right opinion i don't know but also like there's a kind of
Starting point is 00:15:10 comment in response to me, I want to read it. There's a couple of them actually. One of them was using big podcast platforms to advocate for actionable election reform measures and real unified activism in our state houses. Rather than always saying elections are faking gay and telling listeners that voting is all futile would be a thing that might help towards fixing it. Maybe that's true. We do have an entire show called Why We Vote, the whole point of it and why we started it was to talk about our elections and how we them and ways to fix them and getting engaged and talking to professionals and all those things. It's all about the election system.
Starting point is 00:15:48 I feel like that's a pretty good effort. We also have the Badlands Media.tvslaugns, groups, the Badlanders groups where people are encouraged to get together with people in their own community and effect change at the local level in their areas. It's the whole point of those things. Build the community, realize you're not alone, and you guys start to affect change in your area however you see fit. Like however it's best in your area. Not every area is going to be the same. then on the flip side of that like that is all that the the community the movement whatever that's all we've been doing for decades is you know just vote harder and fix it yourself like just how dare you not say how dare you anybody say that you shouldn't vote and it's it's never met with like a logical argument because that's that's what i think needs to be done is let's have the discussion because what if opting out is that the solution if you don't agree with that that that's
Starting point is 00:16:42 totally cool. Nobody's forced to stop voting. I would never tell anybody not to vote. I'm definitely going to have the discussion zone. I'm never going to tell anybody on the network not to say what they believe. Everybody can decipher themselves what the fuck they want to do. It's ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:16:59 And then another comment that I saw, which I thought was interesting and I shared it in our private chat and Ghost had a good response to it. It's actually true. If you don't, the fraud will never be exposed. If the people don't realize it, there won't be a mandate to do what needs to be done to clean it up. Frustration is the goal.
Starting point is 00:17:19 Apathy is the enemy. Like when I posted the screenshot of that to the group chat, because we do that sometimes. Like when we get responses that we think are interesting on social media, we'll post it to each other and like discuss it kind of. And I was like, um, voting to expose the election fraud, just or just one more election to expose the fraud is like the new two weeks to slow the curve or whatever. And then Ghost had a really good response about the apathy thing. I'm going to read it. He says, what do he say here? He quoted apathy is remaining ignorant and under the spell illusion that the current system is legitimate and earnestly serving the people.
Starting point is 00:17:59 Defecting isn't apathy. It's rebellion. That's like saying 1776 was apathy to the British crown and culture. And that's a damn good point. Yeah, this debate's not going away. Voting out people from office using fraudulent election systems does not work. The unit party system wins that way. But hey, I might still vote.
Starting point is 00:18:25 Everybody can still vote. You do what you want to do. But we're going to have the discussions. Let's stop the name calling. I think both sides are being retarded. I'll be the one that name calls the rest of you guys to be respectful. Giannula says our government has been corrupted for a long time now. in my opinion the only solution is to bring it down and start all over yeah
Starting point is 00:18:48 well scarp boy if you don't vote you really deserve to get the hose again because if you don't vote you guarantee someone will vote for you depends on which hose you want maybe I feel like if you do vote you almost guarantee that somebody will vote for you because they have your vote to manipulate however they want if you have voter ID the Democrats will say voting is racist what did ava master say that if a master's vote to stop the spread there you go I like that If you don't vote, you get screwed at the lower local governments also. Our country seats, our county seats are horrible.
Starting point is 00:19:24 People just don't turn it out. They only bitch. Spencell, L.O.L. Terrible analogy. In 1776, they didn't opt out and sit out. They actually participated stronger, gave more and risked everything. They rebelled against the crown, though. Rebelling against the current election system is not voting in it. Spetzel, I know we disagree on this, and I love your input on it.
Starting point is 00:19:55 I like the back and forth. we should have a vote ourselves we should do a vote you guys send in your ballots mail them into me I'll tell you guys what the results are and we're going to vote on whether or not we should vote and I'll tell you what the results are
Starting point is 00:20:12 you just have to take my word for it you don't get to validate my findings but I I promise pinky promise that they'll definitely be legit the results just send them in Sherry Sky if we opt out
Starting point is 00:20:31 but the system is still going. Then the only voices counted are the ignorant and corrupt. We have to get them paused, canceled, until fixed, or we bite. Occasionally, we get a person. I think she meant to continue that. Badlands Mini Fan, the confusion is that the observable behavior that defecting an apathetic state appears the same. It's different motivation and intention.
Starting point is 00:20:56 100%. That's a good point. That's very good point. Yeah, this is like one of those things where, like, I don't think the needle is being moved either way. It's very rare anyway if they are. Like the people who believe one side of that argument, they're never going to change their opinion on it. And the people who believe the other side are probably never going to change their opinion on it.
Starting point is 00:21:23 Instead, we're just going to yell at each other all day long. And I'm just going to be stuck here in the middle with you guys. I'm looking forward to voting regularly after I exit this plane. TRP 6978, we had barely 10% show at the polls. Which polls are you talking about? Project Cleathers. How long before the results a week after the actual voting? I'm not going to, I'm not going to put a deadline on it. You know, I don't want to, I want to make sure it's a legit vote. I need to make sure that, you know, everything's on the right paper.
Starting point is 00:22:02 I need to make sure everybody use the right color pen and filled in the box completely. I might have to adjudicate some things. And then I have a machine that I'm going to feed them into to like count it and then I have my kids and I'm going to let them like kind of come up with a number or two for me. They'll compare them all, see how close we are. And then I'll decide if I like the result and if I don't, then I might change it. And then I'll let you guys know what that result is. So it might be a few weeks.
Starting point is 00:22:31 It might even be a month. I don't know. I'm definitely going to take my time though because I definitely don't want to get the wrong result of the election. We drop our ballots to you via helicopter. If you have a helicopter, yes, that is awesome. So of anybody who's going to pick up the mail? I mean, if I'm being honest, I don't actually need your ballots to give you the result.
Starting point is 00:22:57 So, I mean, as long as they're kind of sent to me, I can just fill them out for you on your behalf here, you know? And I probably know what you want. I know what's best for you guys. Like, do you think I would actually? let you guys have a say in the results of the election of whether or not we should vote or not give me a break you guys don't know anything you guys don't know what's best for you as long as we have a secret ballot how do i know someone didn't change my vote good question do you get drop boxes yes
Starting point is 00:23:29 and by that i mean you take your vote go outside drop it in the garbage and i will count it that'll count can we text in our vote much more secure than mail yeah i'll allow that to text or email votes it's time to release the seismic photos of our reps doing kids We barely get 10% thumbs up. Thumbs engagement here. So I doubt we could get any more than that to actually vote John. Yeah, that's actually standard though, 10%. Probably a little less like 8%.
Starting point is 00:24:02 That's a Rumble wide metric. That's like a streaming wide metric. Anything outside of that is typically purchased. Can I just get one vote one million times? That would balance out the morons. Here's some news. I was going to get to that. bill and Phil's just always trying to run my show it's a little little aggressive bro stay in
Starting point is 00:24:31 your lane the hard guy version up but yeah Trump urges less shackled hold on there we go less shackled pulte it's a fire intelligence community employees he said in an interview the office of director of national intelligence should be much smaller and maybe even terminated Hey, guess who's been saying that same fucking thing for a long time? Sorry, I don't know why that I got so heated, but that's been us. Me and Chris been talking about that for a while now. President Trump said he wants Bill Pulte, his incoming acting director of national intelligence to begin the process of firing a large number of employees as part of a shakeup of the U.S.
Starting point is 00:25:12 intelligence community. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Friday, Trump said he has privately told Pulte that he believes the Office of Director of National Intelligence or ODI and I to oversee 18 federal intelligence agencies and units is unnecessary and or too big. I'd like to see it smaller. I think there are a lot of people in there that shouldn't be there. Trump said, pointing to holdovers from the Biden and Obama administrations, asked whether he's calling on Pulting to fire people. Trump said he wants him to start the process, adding that his eventual nominee to serve in the role permanently should continue that work. I want to find the part where he says should terminate it.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Frankly, it might be good for him to shake it up before people come. Trump said because if he reduced the size in conjunction with me and in conjunction with possibly the person coming in, he can do a lot of hard work. Um, we don't need a weaponized DNI. So, then that. Meanwhile, Trump said he wants Pulte to approach the job similarly to the way education secretary
Starting point is 00:26:08 Linda McMahon has managed her agency. She has moved to reduce the size of the department, which Trump has previously said he wants to eliminate. Um, we've made the department of education much smaller and likewise this should be much smaller referring to the OD and I and this should maybe even be terminated and we'll make that decision. Hell effing, yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:29 It's got me a little fired up right now. I'm going to share this with Chris because he's going to love it. Hold for processing. This is really important that Chris knows how over the target we've been. Alrighty. I can not get back to you guys and the show. We'd love to see him start firing people. I'm going to deal with Ryan Whitty, amazing buying experience.
Starting point is 00:27:14 He even paid for the $41 for expended shipping. Good, dude, great products. witty. That's cool, man. John the polls. I'm talking about our local county state polls. Keep counting as long as it takes, we want it,
Starting point is 00:27:34 safe and accurate. You're still talking about the election thing? I guess I'm a little behind in the chat. Tattoo teacher, John is as salty as me today. I'm angry for no reason. I mean, if I'm being honest, yeah, you nailed it skeptical. The reason I'm super pissed is because
Starting point is 00:27:46 Doge is, like, I'm losing an entire segment of my show, a segment that I can rely on every single day. and now I can no longer do that. I can no longer go to doge.gov and be like, no update on the Doge website. Our government has cost me
Starting point is 00:28:03 a eight second spot on my show every single day and I don't know how I'm going to replace that. I'm a little upset. Yeah, it's frustrating. It's not the kind of efficiency I was looking for. If there's cheating in Cali, there has to be a trail of communications text,
Starting point is 00:28:22 email, something. You would think that. But, I don't know. We've had like 12 election cycles. We've got to have enough evidence by now, don't you think? Power the legal aides for all corrupt judges. What did Thai say? Okay, they sent over an article.
Starting point is 00:28:46 We can talk about that too. Let's see what it is. It's from JC especially. Oh, yeah, this is a fun one. Seven Republicans vote against FISA extension after bipartisan plan blows up. Are they allowed to use that word? Like that phrasing, especially talking about a government, you know, surveillance state bill that was put in place after the Patriot Act.
Starting point is 00:29:09 I feel like you're not allowed to use blow up in that context. But anyway, seven Senate Republicans voted to block debate for a bipartisan deal to renew Section 702 of the FISA for another three years after Democrats tanked the plan over President Donald Trump's pick for the director of national intelligence. Tommy Tuverville, Rick Scott, Rand Paul, Eric Schmidt, Josh Holly, Mike Lee, and John Kennedy joined all Democrats. except for John Federman in voting against the measure. Hmm. Well, Democrats voted against it in protest of Trump's pick. Seven Republicans justified to vote by arguing there weren't enough protections for citizens. I mean, hey, I'm in favor of this.
Starting point is 00:29:49 Like, I don't think we should have FISA reauthorized. There was a Flurry Senate action Thursday night in into Friday morning. I wonder, why was there so much like action going on? Are they going on break or something soon? They did pass the $70 billion immigration funding bill. I think it funds the border and ice and whatever for like three years or something. After an hour's long, voterama where senators can introduce and vote on various amendments to legislation,
Starting point is 00:30:15 the bill passed with the proposed ban on the $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund, which the Trump administration walked back at support of earlier this week. The FISA vote came out after the immigration fund bill passed. It is interesting that they even tried to originally put the proposed ban on the anti-weaponization fund because Trump said he wasn't pursuing it anymore, at least his attorneys did. Speaking of the reporters after the FISA vote, the majority leader John Thune tried to portray himself as unperturbed.
Starting point is 00:30:49 We'll take another run at it. We're going to need some help from Democrats, obviously. On the Democratic vote against the bill, irresponsible. Maybe you should end the filibuster, Johnny. I wonder if Tulsi's been sussing out the deep state swamp moles and now Pulte going to fire their traitor asses. That's the dream, Claire Kat.
Starting point is 00:31:10 We'll see what happens. I just hope they end the entire agency. Get out the reports, fire everybody, arrest everybody who's involved, and disband everything. Department of Education shouldn't exist. Totally agree. Go to aliens.gov.
Starting point is 00:31:28 I've been there. Paul and John just lost part of himself. I did. Trump has given you eight seconds of your life back every day. So it's a fat chance. Give the MLB standings and eight seconds of commentary. I could, but that's not even that exciting right now either. twins aren't doing too hot
Starting point is 00:31:47 I have seen like all the rage these days this is the new um have you guys seen like the 84 and o dot com or the 82 and oh
Starting point is 00:32:00 where you like pick your team and try to go 84 and oh super stupid but it's kind of addicting you're seeing this like you okay let's see here so we need um you got a fill out a roster center left wing right ring
Starting point is 00:32:15 two Ds and a goalie and none of these people are very compelling. I'm going to change the error. Hey, look at that. Wayne Gretzky, 161 points. It's solid. We'll put them in there. Oh, yeah, look at that.
Starting point is 00:32:31 That's a great, 136 points needed. Lundquist for sure. Ovechkin, I'll take it. Well, that sucks. Yeah, we need two defensemen. We're never going to get any good ones. I need points. There we go, Bork, he's all right.
Starting point is 00:32:52 There, 78 and 6. This is all the rage these days when it comes to sports. Yeah, other than that, I don't even know what the twins are, what the record is right now. Yeah, they're in third place. Seven games back. There you go. There's your eight seconds. Sportsball hard know.
Starting point is 00:33:14 Why can't you research and comment on events actually happening? Your constant whining about lack of lockstep with your views is tedious. Won't hit me in the, J-Dena-08. You're the one here watching. This is how I do my show every day and have for like a year. year and a half. So it's really funny when people come in and be like, my vagina hurts. Go watch something else. I don't care. This is how I do my thing. And I'm usually right about things. So you can suck it. Federal prosecutors say multiple election fraud investigations are
Starting point is 00:33:46 underway in California. First assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California bill SLA said his office has multiple election fraud investigations underway in coordination with the FBI's Los Angeles field office, adding that prosecutors will follow the evidence wherever it leads and pursue violations of federal election law. I'm hopeful. Like, they should be doing that. They've also been telling us they've been doing that multiple times. So, you're not going to hold my breath. Like, until I actually see some results from some of those election investigations, I have no reason to expect. They're actually going to, you know, bear any fruit. But at least they're telling us again, they're going to do it. so that's cool jing ping is going to make a rare visit to north korea you can go meet with tiny
Starting point is 00:34:34 rocket man probably talk about the size of their nukes or whatever that they do i don't know zalinski calls for direct meeting with putin outlines path to end the war interesting timing of this story too because we just got this story where we voted to send more money to ukraine i'll get to that next but zlinski proposed that the two leaders should meet in the neutral country such as Switzerland or Turkey or location in the Arab world with Europe and the United States included as security guarantors in the broader process. He said direct engagement between Kiev and Moscow was necessary to address core issues that previous agreements failed to resolve.
Starting point is 00:35:16 It's called for a ceasefire. He's kind of like fall into the back burner, you know, so I don't know. I don't know what to make of this because the peace negotiates, like the terms of that agreement, whatever it ends up being, is not going to be anything different than what it was. back in march of 2022 like those conditions have not changed it's just when are they ready to like finally see that yeah i guess the war's over now so many boy got to run but i'll watch the rest in reply later can't wait for monday's doja update see you and deadwood soon that teacher honestly podcasters are so abused i know i do feel abused people with anonymous
Starting point is 00:36:01 names come in just talk shit they don't put their face or name out there John Botts came in Badlands Daily and told us they were leaving also. Yeah, it happens all the time. Phil Scarborough says, where do I order my red John Herald is right about everything, baseball cap? You can't because that's not. I smell my name. Pimp these haters put some lotion on it. They're watching.
Starting point is 00:36:29 No one is forced to be here except me, pretty much. And even me, I'm not forced to be here, but I choose to be. Talk about Judge Dugan sentencing. I can probably do that. He does want me to? What did she get sentenced to? is updated trying to find it here
Starting point is 00:36:55 I don't know she was facing like five years in prison wasn't she? Did they actually sentence her yet? If they did you have to send me links I'm not finding it anyway so I'm speaking of Ukraine more than a dozen House Republicans defy Trump helped Democrats pass Ukraine aid package. The aid package was passed
Starting point is 00:37:21 in a 226 to 95 split which saw 18 House Republicans and independent California rep Kevin Kylie who I've interviewed on the show, by the way, Kevin Kylie, vote with Democrats on the measure. He's the one that was kind of like looked a little nerdy.
Starting point is 00:37:38 He's the one who like went independent after being a Republican. I don't even know why. Probably because split with Trump or something. But why are we sending more money to Ukraine? Why are we sending money anywhere? We shouldn't be. That's what's so stupid about this whole thing. Like these elected representatives were told they're elected.
Starting point is 00:37:57 They're not held accountable to anybody. They do whatever the hell they want to enrich themselves. And we're just told like, if you don't like it, just vote them out. Okay. U.S. sanctions Cuban president, military entities over national security threats. The State Department on Thursday announced sanctions against five Cuban entities and five individuals under President Trump's executive order 14404, targeting Cuban regime's efforts to undermine U.S. national security and support radical left-wing movements abroad. But that just reminded me.
Starting point is 00:38:25 I haven't checked the NSPM website in a while. No update there. Maybe I can add that to my list of regular non-updated things. And also I should check the DoD Directives website. Sometimes there's interesting things out there. I don't think I've checked either of those this week. It's been such a weird week. Nothing new or interesting there.
Starting point is 00:38:53 You should do a movie review of Demolition Man. You know, I haven't seen that movie. Jeff Forrest. I drive over-the-road trucking, O-T.R. trucking. It's a great pleasure watching live enhanced by the vibe mushrooms. Hell yeah, man. Because money and weapons are going to Ukraine and then going somewhere else.
Starting point is 00:39:11 It's money and laundering. I just watched a video of a Mexican American being refused his ballot in California because he's wearing a mega hat. That is ridiculous. The Jeep dog wondering if Anapalina Luna's recovered from her assault. Yeah, the more I thought about this, I stand by my rhetoric that I think
Starting point is 00:39:27 she should resign. And the people are still defending that like as battery I think is a little retarded but then if you want to do that you can but then you also have to say that Trump should be charged with battery from when he pushed aside that guy over at the G7 or NATO
Starting point is 00:39:45 back in like 2017 have to do it done you should do a movie review of my film which just dropped today you don't have to remember I think I forgot to get back to you guys send me the link I do want to watch that though I feel so guilty like I say I'm call or speak to people about things and then I keep pushing it back because so much stuff comes up
Starting point is 00:40:09 I wish I could explain how nuts this week has been with the kids schedule and then when I don't my kids I'm playing catch up and things fall through the cracks you can't wear political attire to the voting polls so I'm not surprised about the guy being denied his ballot you know that's stupid too why is that such a stupid rule like we can't even audit our elections like who cares what we're wearing when we go vote so dumb 24 they asked me if a Liverpool hat was a mega hat. Did they win? Who won the whatever football, sports thing, soccer championship?
Starting point is 00:40:46 It wasn't Liverpool, was it? We should invite APL to guard St. Pete. We can verbally assault her. Like, I don't mean like actually like, be mean to her, but like just ask her questions that she won't be able to answer. Eric Hugh Freeman, I drove from Irvine to Santa Cruz tripping on acid. it was the blast that sounds uh pretty cool i was very disappointed when you all talked about luna and didn't play unipanabana yeah that was my bad do i yeah here i'll play it today make up um the u s and russia are set to sign an agreement friday on bearing straight tunnel connecting
Starting point is 00:41:41 alaska and russia i wonder if uh the boring company from elan musk it is hell yeah they didn't even read this article yet kremlin uh special envoy kareil demetrives says russian in the united states will sign an on June 5th to move forward with the design phase of a proposed tunnel connecting Russia's Jakatka region with Alaska across the Bering Strait. Regarding the tunnel, we'll have news tomorrow. We are signing an agreement to continue the tunnel design. The tunnel will be built. Is a tunnel really built or is it dug?
Starting point is 00:42:10 I think you probably say it's both. The proposal envisions a fixed land link between Asia and North America that has been promoted by Russian officials as a potential symbol of expanded economic cooperation with the United States. Amitia first introduced the idea in October of last year, estimating that a conventional build could exceed $65 billion while suggesting costs could fall below $8 billion if construction methods associated with Elon Musk's
Starting point is 00:42:33 The Boring Company were used. That's kind of juicy. Sovereign-aligned stuff, but yeah, we're super at war with them while we're trying to like, you know, connect our countries for economic deals. What else? That's an old story. I'm not getting in there.
Starting point is 00:42:56 We could look at Trump's true social, see if there's anything juicy out here. Let's see. He's very proud of Rand Paul. Rand Paul says there should never be a situation where any Republican who campaigned on POTUS's America First Agenda turns around and rallies with Democrats
Starting point is 00:43:14 to poison pill a straightforward bill, funding ICE, and Border Patrol. I shot down this unrelated amendment and we got the funding passed. Donald Trump is very impressed by that. It almost sounds like being a little facetious. like proud of you when you say it like that you don't actually mean it
Starting point is 00:43:32 that's about the reflecting pool it's going to be super good at reflecting things awesome great new book by Ainsley Earhart America I'm so glad you were born is out now what a great title do you know who's golf swing oh man speaking of golf like
Starting point is 00:43:54 probably Monday I'm going to get on this when I know my kids maybe this weekend I doubt it though if you come to guard Badlandsmedia.tv slash events. We're going to be, you know, obviously it's awesome. You should come. But we're going to do a little golf outing on Thursday morning.
Starting point is 00:44:12 And it's going to be for people who want to golf and people who just want to come watch and hang out. It's going to be like a little tournament. It won't be free. Like you're always going to pay your way to golf and pay your way things like 30 bucks. If you just want to come watch and drive around with the cart. It's going to be an awesome time. So we'll get some details out to everybody on that. But that'll be Thursday morning.
Starting point is 00:44:31 but get your tickets everybody also i need to do one more sponsor i'm not mistaken and then i have a couple other stuff i want to show you and then we'll we'll get you guys out of here i think ghost is going live shortly come on now all right some rumble wallet we hear a lot about crypto but here's the part most people miss crypto was created so you could actually own and control your money after the two thousand financial crisis, Bitcoin was designed as an alternative to banks. So instead of a bank holding your money, delaying transfers or limiting access, you're the one in control. If you've ever had to wait for a transfer to clear, you felt that problem. Now, fast forward to today, everyone's heard of crypto,
Starting point is 00:45:19 but getting started still feels complicated. That's exactly why I use Rumble Wallet. It takes all that complexity, makes it super simple. You choose what you want, Bitcoin, dollar back, stable coins, or even digital gold backed by real gold. There's no complicated setup. It connects with MoonPay, so you can use your credit card or debit card or your bank and be up and running in minutes. And once you're set up, you can even support your favorite Rumble creators like those of us here on Badlands directly. So do this now, scan the QR code or click the link in the description and download Rumble wallet. From there, you can set up your wallet tab by and you're in the game. And in just a few minutes, you can go from hearing about crypto to actually owning some.
Starting point is 00:45:57 All right. What are you doing, chat? I'm going to catch on the chat here and then I'll see if there's anything else. golf is the only sport that people go into thinking they can play like a pro then don't when they play any other sport that's probably true can't fix you honestly they could have in line to me but in george i was told you aren't allowed to wear any political attire so maybe they just made it up that's um probably true c k felt you should get golf shirts from scales yeah we're going to have a hat there by the way good to see you k we're going to have a hat there for sure one of the new designs i'm not sure if our shirts are going to be there but yes you should get uh your golf attire from scales. I'll probably bring one of mine down. Wasn't the USA and Russia signed an agreement in some of all fears and potus mentioned Ness and Dorma
Starting point is 00:46:46 yesterday? I didn't see you mention that, but maybe MPG Stewart, we need a new bad land show called Bad Ideas. I don't actually interview Ram Paul. Oh, that made me think. Somebody said something that made me think of something. Oh, only lands tonight.
Starting point is 00:47:06 You know, we're doing a new rotation kind of thing. we uh tonight we have ash jordan alpha cam zach and bb on only lands tonight so make sure you guys tune in it's gonna be a fun one
Starting point is 00:47:21 what the hell is this trump shared this hunter biden drawing that's funny hunter biden's been like all the rage on on twitter lately there was like okay i guess i'll follow hunter biden now but he's like posting a lot talking shit
Starting point is 00:47:40 pretty funny Oh, yesterday also Trump endorsed Lindsey Graham. So for those who are like hanging every word on Trump's endorsements and how he's infallible, let me know what you think of this one. I'd like to thank our great senator, Lindsay Graham. You know what? Infallible is the wrong word because he's doing this shit intentionally where he's flip flopping all over the place. You shouldn't take what he says to face value.
Starting point is 00:48:03 There's an op-of-foot guys. I'd like to thank our great Senator Lindsey Graham for putting up the Save America Act for a vote today. It states that all voters must show voter. to all voters must show proof of citizenship. No mail-in ballots except for illness, disability, military travel. No men and women's sports. No transgender medialization surgery for our children. And by the way, point four and five are not even actually in the bill.
Starting point is 00:48:28 I went to confirm it. I know they were trying to put it in there. And as far as I found yesterday, they were unsuccessful doing so. So parts four and five aren't even actually in the bill. But every time Trump posts about it, he says it's in the bill, which is super funny. this Tuesday, June 9th, all Republicans in South Carolina should vote for Lindsey Graham. He has my complete and total endorsement. And he will not let you down.
Starting point is 00:48:49 President Donald J. Trump. There you go. That's ridiculous. Graham is a fat old pig, says Ramone 222. Yeah, Rebel Nader. I wonder if Trump is just trying to see how much he can disappoint us. Yeah, the money machine Graham who can be controlled. That's probably what he's doing.
Starting point is 00:49:14 Less is more on Onlylands. Yeah, I mean, not every week. love six. It was going to be five and then BB's like, oh, I can be there. And so I'd rather him be there on a week when I'm not there than a week I am there. So that's why we did that.
Starting point is 00:49:36 See, there's anything else. I ran threatened to widen the war as talks with the U.S. hidden impasse. So the negotiations continue. No, I already did that. I already did that. I might be out of stories now.
Starting point is 00:49:51 So what do you guys want to talk about? I got everything. All right. Why was Trump's quote about Lindsay Graham box in? I think there's a significance to that. What do you mean box in? Is it my complete total endorsement?
Starting point is 00:50:13 I don't know what you mean. Can't Cook City telling her now to Ellen and I don't know what you're telling her. Gavin Hunter, 2028 says Elf Boy. Adam Carpenter in 1982, I once drove in a blizzard on acid. I don't recommend. I feel like a lot of people are saying
Starting point is 00:50:32 they've driven on asset. That's a weird. That's weird thing to do and admit to. A skeptical, John, did you follow any of the bricks and minifigs Lego corruption? Sorry, no, but I'm curious. Bricks and minifigs controversy mega thread. Brian Mansell's family
Starting point is 00:50:59 amassed a large Lego Star Wars collection during his life. I plan to sell the collection later in life and provide for his grandchildren's education. and he became Al Bryan approached his local bricks and minifix store to arrange the consignment agreement. He signed the agreement in 2023 with his local bricks and minifix franchise store to sell his father's Lego collection. Then an aftermarket Lego retail store that buys it. I want to see what happened. That's not a good.
Starting point is 00:51:31 As you're going to find a ongoing dispute involving the retail franchise bricks and minifigs. YouTube a reckless band and a $200,000 Lego Star Wars collection. Oh, apparently they illegally retain. calling to change of franchise ownership what the heck it's crazy like 200,000 dollars with the legos I feel like I have 200,000 dollars with the legos in my house how many legos we have lying around Phil Scarborough I'm trying to sell my vast vintage Star Wars toy collection need money for AI credits oh man a i freaking expensive that's true Ian Laporte clump did you see the mj truth post about justice thomas in the scotis case ruling regarding
Starting point is 00:52:28 one day voting an election I don't think I did let me look this is retarded I never pat myself on the back but I will for this I'm the man who caught them cheating in the California mayor race yet that was me like
Starting point is 00:53:04 what does I caught them cheating everybody knew they were going to cheat dude I think that's not that's retarded sorry what am I looking for here we go there's real hope for California scotas could potentially end election month once and for all right now the Supreme Court
Starting point is 00:53:21 preparing to rule in a major case called Watson versus Republican National Committee. Let me see if what the... There is a Supreme Court case pending right now. The court's already heard it. We're waiting at this end of the term. In June, we get all of these last decisions. The big ones, this one came out of Mississippi, and it deals with a state law that says how long you can count ballots after election day, if they're postmarked, what the grace
Starting point is 00:53:45 period is there. So I can't wait. We're going to get opinions next Thursday. Maybe that's in the pile. but it's certainly something that could, you know, be a big resounding ripple effect across the country based on what they decide in Mississippi. Yeah, you know, this all changed during COVID and California changed. They were on steroids the way they were changing their election laws. Yeah, I mean, I guess we'll see what SCOTUS rules on.
Starting point is 00:54:09 The thing is, guys, like, even if SCOTUS rules the way that we want them to or whatever, we got to get rid of the machines. They're going to find other ways to cheat. We're going to keep finding another way to cheat. The system itself is, it's just so broken. But I'm going to look into this mini-fig thing. Apparently, it's skeptical says. The point is it involves the Mormon mafia, which is nuts. And corrupt police departments covering up for the store owner.
Starting point is 00:54:40 The B, California announces they have finished counting the votes. Ronald Reagan has won the 1966 governor's race. That's really funny. All right, guys. I'm going to piece out, I think. I got to record an episode of a minimum. America for stories. I'm going to be discussing with rattlesnake meats.
Starting point is 00:54:55 I'm pretty excited about it. I'm going to raise you guys over to ghost. Do me a favor and hit that thumbs up. I appreciate it. A couple more rants here. Lee Walden says that the exposure of the Brunson CAs will be followed by the Insurrection Act. I know that's opium for shits and giggles.
Starting point is 00:55:10 Yeah, I see a bunch of people like when Trump is signing the Insurrection Act this month. Okay. We'll see. Pepe Lepete says for $5. If you're Vajajee Hertz, John Harold get yourself some soft disclosure you're for JJ and the audience well thank you yeah anyway um make sure you guys tune into only lands i'll probably be in the chat for a little bit
Starting point is 00:55:29 but i won't be on we're going to have a good rotation of people it's going to be a fun time so hope you guys have a good rest of your day you will see me again tomorrow night on the devolution power with chris paul going to be a fun one so hit the thumbs up and i will see you guys later have a good rest of your friday let's get started
