I'm your host, John Harold, and it was Fauci's testimony day. And boy, oh, boy, did that far exceed my expectations. Just kidding. It was exactly how I figured it would go.

Obviously, Fauci isn't going to be held accountable by Congress. no matter what people would have liked to have think, that people who create the problems, or at least turn a blind eye when the system they've created has like gone amok. They're not going to fix the problem. And they were all in with Fauci, every one of them. They're claiming to be duped now.

They got some great social media content. But of course he pled the fifth, regardless of the pardon. They're not going to do anything about it. There's a couple posts out there. Maybe we'll read through them talking about some potential pathway. ways, but there is no reason to expect Congress to be part of the solution for the problems they created.

Let's see what the chat's doing. How many here were on the congressional rug before they pulled it? So funny, people actually thought that Fauci would be in trouble and held accountable for the millions of deaths. That is from Frederick Leathers in the rumble chat. And yeah, I think a lot of people were. A lot of content creators online, social media, decoders, were expecting big things today. but he pled the fifth.

And yes, I know he has a pardon from the fake auto pen. What does it mean that he pled the fifth? I mean, if I were him, I'd do the same thing if you show up to Congress at all. They have been, you know, willing to refer people

for criminal contempt to Congress. But even if there is no crime committed, I just say that. What are they going to do? Frederick goes bad, so we're making excuses for their ineptness. They can refer to the DOJ, seems Dems get reps,

they're elected to represent. All they do is create content for re-election cycles and donor money. And then they just do whatever their handlers tell them to do, whatever the lobbyist tell them to do, anything but actually provide solutions and try to fix things. They pretend to do it. They post about doing it, or at least post about wanting to do it.

And these hearings provide great fodder for them for their Instagrams. But they never actually get anything done. So we'll talk about that today. We'll talk about a couple of Trump's true social posts. I doubt we're going to decode any wrinkles in the flags today. A couple interesting other random stories we'll go through and then we'll get you guys out of here, maybe early again. Because I guarantee you the CNN's of the world, the liberal leftist establishment mainstream media, they're probably not going to cover this on their main networks. Yeah, I mean, that's important. But I just feel like we're getting closer and closer to that period of time where the patience is wearing thin.

Like, yeah, this isn't going to move the needle one way or the other, this hearing. So what's going to move the needle and what we need is some form of just an accountability. And I think it seems like people are getting less patient waiting for that stuff. This is what Catherine Heritage posted. She spoke to a couple of people about. a possible path forward. Let me see if I can find. I know she had a long clip on this.

Okay, here we go. Fauci pardon, not bulletproof. On the pardon, before the hearing, Senator Rand Paul, a former senior Justice Department prosecutor, told me that there are three viable legal strategies to challenge the preemptive Biden pardon, but there is no easy path.

One strategy calls for charging Fauci with a crime, with the exception, or sorry, expectation that he would file a motion with the court to dismiss based on the pardon. This could open the door to challenging the sweeping pardon's viability and also years of litigation would come with that. Another strategy involves Congress because Fauci has theoretically been preemptively pardoned against past and future criminal charges related to his NIH work.

It can be argued that Fauci has no plausible claim to the Fifth Amendment, the right against self-incrimination. If Fauci takes the fifth at Senator Paul's hearing, which he has, the committee could seek to compel Fauci's testimony, a finding of contempt could follow. Finally, one of Fauci's closest associates has been criminally charged with pressure and the right incentives. He might be flipped and become a cooperating witness. A lot of what-ifs and maybe is in here.

Dr. David Morins, who was a senior advisor to Fauci at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, was indicted on multiple charges, including conspiracy and obstruction, including destruction, alteration, or falsification of federal records, along with allegations that personal email accounts were used to evade the Freedom of Information Act. This could be a powerful motivator. From media reports, he's pleaded not guilty to all five federal criminal accounts. So the three strategies here. Getting the guy to roll, that's a crapshoot.

I doubt it. We always speculate that these people are rolling on each other all the time. Have we really seen any actual evidence of that ever happening? If we're being honest with ourselves, we have not seen that evidence. but if we want to live in fantasy land we could speculate all day that it's happening who knows

this first one charging him with the crime going through the process of delegitimizing the the actual pardon that he received which I think would be well worth the time delegitimizing those pardons would be a great idea it's kind of a bummer we haven't even gotten there to this point already

Trump used to talk about it but if we can go all the way through that process and delegitimize those things, that'd be great. It'd be even better if we could delegitimize them because of the fact that Joe Biden did not win the election, not just because they were signed with an auto pen. The election part is much more important. But the second strategy, this is the strategy that I would anticipate they take, and maybe you'll catch on what I'm throwing down here of why this is an issue.

There's a problem with this. Another strategy involves Congress because Fauci has theoretically been preemptively pardoned against past and future criminal charges related to his NIH work, it can be argued that Fauci has no plausible claim to the Fifth Amendment. the right against self-incrimination. If they go down that path and they try to get them like, oh, you were pardoned, you can't,

you can't plead the fifth, they would be de facto confirming that the pardons are legitimate, almost codifying it in a way. And I'm not cool with that. I'm not cool with that at all. But that almost sounds like a great, you know,

break glass in case of emergency type scenario for the establishment to codify something of Biden's as being true and legitimate. Our goal should be working to delegitimize the entire four years of Biden because he did not win the election. And we don't think he was ever fully allowed to take on all the roles of the present. That's the devolution theory right there. But if there's anything that works against the delegitimizing whatever Biden was for four years, we should not be cheering for that or in favor of that.

And if you're arguing that Fauci was not allowed to testify or plead the fifth because he was pardoned, you're in a sense going against the more important argument that the pardon was illegitimate in the first place. Does that make sense? Cancan, a state could, yes, but you have an issue with this capacity as a federal bureaucrat. New case, why didn't we have a badlands on the ground correspondent for this proceeding anyway, John? Because we don't have the bankroll for that at the moment. Until my lawsuit's done, I don't have any extra cash to like throw at projects like that, which I maybe, did before. Once I get on my money back from the lawsuit, both the loan paid back and all my

attorney fees paid for, we will do some more on the scene location type things. EH. Kyle, John, it shows how horrible the Dems are, fawning and thanking Fauci. Paul and Johnson said the Dems never took, look at the evidence they found. Ram Paul set up a website with all the docs. They never logged in once. Are they tracking who's logging in to that stuff? That's ridiculous. Not surprising though. But yeah, of course they're not going to, they were in on it, guys. The establishment media, the left, some of the rhinos, and a whole bunch of people were in on whatever the COVID thing was. Intelligence community, big business, big tech.

There might be some Republicans now pretending to fight the good fight and expose all this stuff. I'm sure there's ulterior motives at play. But they were all in on it, no way of what this thing was. Remember this clip? This was from the devolved series. And it's a great clip. I'll speed it up a little bit, but showing how Trump was trying to save lives. And it was all the mainstream media and the so-called experts and the people on the left who were constantly fighting against Trump at every opportunity.

Had Trump fought any harder, they would have impeached them, guaranteed. And a lot of good things have come out about the hydroxy. A lot of good things have come out. I happen to be taken it. Hydroxy Gordon. I'm taking it. I've found it to be highly irresponsible for the president who have come out and make that statement. Frontline workers take it.

a doctor's taking. He's our president and I would rather he not be taking something that has not been approved by the scientist, especially in his age group and in his, shall we say, weight group, but it's morbidly obese, they say. But he's clear, no evidence that it works to treat this disease. There's no evidence that it works to prevent this disease and there are some potential side effects. And if you look at that phony report that was put in, that report on the hydroxy was given to people that were an extraordinarily bad condition. Extraordinary bad. People that were dying. He shouldn't be taking it. I mean, you know, his own FDA has said that this is still something under investigation.

It should not be taken outside of a clinical trial, taken out of hospitalized, only hospitalized patients should be getting it. There's no reason to listen to people, really, who have no medical knowledge whatsoever, pontificate about if it's useful or not. People said, oh, maybe he owns a company. No, I don't know the company. You know what? I want the people of this nation to feel good. I don't want them being sick. And there's a very good chance that this has an impact, especially early on.

It will kill you. I cannot stress enough. will kill you. However, the documents we've obtained refute that. The documents in question stem from a report of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, better known as DARPA, which were hidden in a top-secrette-secretire drive.

Major Murphy's report goes on to detail great concern over the COVID-19 game of function program, the concealment of documents, suppression of potential curatives like iburemectin and hydroxychloroquine and the mRNA vaccines. Why not just let the science speak for itself? Why are you promoting this drug? I'm not.

I'm not. I'm just saying, very simply, I'm not at all. You know what I'm trying to do. Why not let the science speak for itself? The science was Dr. Fauci and Co. And, yeah, they're on trial this week. So anyway, I think that's probably all the time I'm going to spend on this for now. I will talk about it tonight with Burning Bright for a little bit.

And then we'll get through a few stories and get you guys out

of here. First up, we have this one. This is Trump kind of talking about the COVID hearing and vouch you today. So many more people died of COVID under the Biden administration than under the Trump administration. Operation Warp Speed, in quotes, was a spectacular success. In fact, to many say one of the most successful things ever done by an American president. Quite high praise. I overrode Fauci on this. His ideas were crazy. Also, I said from the beginning that the virus came from the Wuhan laboratory in China.

Fauci strongly disagreed, always trying to protect China. I inherited Fauci, who was there since the 1980s, but with each passing day relied less and less on him, he made too many bad calls, like on masks. Remember at the beginning he was an anti-masker? He then switched to a supermasker. In any event, I didn't let him shut the country down, although he was. wanted to. I went the Federalist way and let the governors decide. The Republican governors did a much better job than the Democrats. Fauci was largely taken out of play. Then along came

Cipid Joe Biden who made Fauci a king. I called Biden to tell him Fauci was no good. Either didn't have a clue or was dishonest. The call was well received, but sadly not acted on. Biden went on to give Fauci vast destructive power. The rest is history, President Donald J. Trump. I think this is interesting. The part here where he says, I went the Federalist way and let the governors decide. Me and Chris just did an episode Saturday where we talked about maybe it wasn't this, was it this last weekend or the weekend before? Anyway, recently we talked about how a lot of the people try to place everything at Trump's feet like the bad stuff and they never want to place any of the credit at Trump's feet. But how many times has the governor's been the one or the local

elected officials or Congress or anybody other than Trump have actually been the people who have been making, been making the decisions that have been hurting and or not. helping your personal day-to-day situation usually never trump i mean there are some things he does that he has to do that i don't love or agree with but yeah you let the governors decide that's a great point see he definitely did so we'll see that's probably my last covid thing for the day so we'll see if we um get any actual movement from this but i doubt it a nice rug you got there tie matching curtains ties on a rug oh here we go the only rug i'm firmly standing on is the Trump will give us election integrity and we'll see a very public justice phase.

That would be amazing. New cases, no one considered actually securing the rug in place. You think if you get enough people on the rug that they physically would not be able to pull it out from under you? But ironically, it's when nobody is on the rug that the rug pull isn't effective. More people on it, the better it is for them, people pulling the rug. There's no way to secure those things. Just got to stay off them. Senator Ron Johnson is working hard with Senate Republican leadership to adopt a budget resolution before the August recess.

This is the first big step towards getting as much of the Save America Act as possible in a budget bill, funding our troops and helping our farmers. I'm calling on the Senate to get this critical first step done before the August recess. This resolution can be adopted at a simple majority threshold. Get it done. Thank you for your attention this matter, President Donald J. Trump. It is crazy they're going on August recess soon. Crazy, considering they don't like do anything the way it is. Now they're about to go on break.

That'll be fun. That'll be funny to watch everybody freak out as they should. And then this one, congratulations to the great Jay Clayton on his confirmation by the United States Senate to be the next DNI. Jay is outstanding in every way and we'll do a spectacular job as director. and that's signed by yours truly president Donald J. Trump. I posted this online because they had the confirmation vote. They went through that Jay Clayton hearing very quickly. And it's interesting too because at one point, Trump said that he would not allow

Jay Clayton's nomination process to proceed unless they pass the Save America Act. Well, they didn't pass the Save America Act and he still allowed this to proceed. So what's going on there? Anyway, they got him in there, got him through. quick and now Pulte is gone. My post, I said, and just like that, as mysteriously as he arrived, Pulte was gone. For those who are big office fans, that's a quote from Oscar from the office. Great quote. What hilarious. I posted this. I think people thought that like I was trying to trash Pulte and I mean, I wasn't not trying to trash me either. It was just a funny office quote.

But I did get a share from Ed Martin, Eagle Ed. Ed Martin. He responded. I'm going to find it. When was that? That was yesterday. What's the date today? The 28th? Why can I not find this post? Okay, well, let me try this another way.

Can I look at who tweeted it or something? The post activity. Here we go. There it is. Jeez. Ely Ed Martin, history will record the Pulte as an epoch figure. God bless him. And it's just curious, interesting. Because what did he really do?

I mean, yes, there were some stories. He had like five reduction in forces in a row and the trims were told the DNI or the intelligence community by like 30%. That's awesome. The D class that we got, I don't necessarily credit that to Pulte. We were told it was all Tulsa Gabbard ahead of time. So it was all the credit to her. But then she had to leave. And Pulte came in.

Like he didn't get that stuff started. I don't necessarily think he even got it finished. I was told by a separate source, if you want to call them that, that all this stuff was coming through the president's intelligence advisory board, the PIAB. But like, you know, once Gabbard, everybody's like, everybody's looking at Gabbard. She's the one. She's going to do it.

She's going to do everything we need. All of it. All of it. All of it. It's like, oh, it's a Pulte now. Pulte's going to do it. All of it. Every one of it.

It's going to be the best. He's going to do all the things. And I don't even know what they were referring to when they said that. And now he's gone. So is Jay Clayton. Is it Jake Clayton? What does that mean about a prior assessment of these other people? Just saying.

I can't remember who was with. But when asked about Pulte and his expectations, and he says, I hope he fires people, which he did. And then he even mentioned, like, I don't even think the agency needs to exist.

We can dismantle the entire agency, just like we've dismantled the Department of education oh wait that's his role execute the firings so if that's his role ash i got a like why can't anybody else do that either if there was 30% of people that needed to be fired from the intelligence community which i'm i would be on board for 100% keep that in mind i want these agencies dismantled but if he could do it why couldn't tulsi do it while she was there and and actually confirmed to the role that's what i would love for somebody to explain what does that say about Tulsey if she couldn't have done that and what will it say about Jay Clayton if he doesn't continue to do that everybody's mortgage are now squared away remember the 50 year mortgage idea

Chad announced Monday it is withdrawing from the international criminal court accusing the hague-based body of ineffectiveness and bias against African countries. The government submitted a formal letter to the United Nations to start the process, which takes at least one year under the Rome Statute. That's crazy. Chad is the latest in a growing wave of exits. She on Thursday rejected the Department of Justice demand for information on non-citizens who were added to the state's voter rolls, citing federal privacy laws. The request came from Assistant Attorney General Harmy Dillon after Cheryl claimed last week that a supposed software era at the M Motor Vehicles Commission under the Governor Phil Murphy allowed roughly 6,600 non-citizen registrations between June. of 2023 and June of 2024. The DHS is claimed a significantly higher figure stating on July 16th that it identified 35,152 non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey. It sounds like we have their voter rolls. So why do we need them to send it again? Anyway, these are the fights I love because they have to do with elections. And just curious to see if we actually get any resolution through the federal agencies or if our resolution to fixing elections comes from somewhere else.

I think this is a, did I read this story yesterday? Yes, I did. I did read that yesterday. Okay, so let's go to this story. Remember the other day when I was talking about the Trump true social? I think we talked about it Saturday as well. Is true social company is offering a service where you can basically get access to Trump's true social posts before anybody. You have to pay for it.

Big firms pay big money. I think $100,000 a month for the service to get like instantaneous access somehow. when they already have AI set up to pull his posts at a fraction of a second. So it seems, as I said Saturday, like they must be getting something earlier than that. Are they going to get access to his posts before they're actually public? And then we went on to talk about how, in my opinion, there are multiple people within the Trump administration and among these agencies, and maybe even in Trump's private sector. If they can infiltrate the government, they can infiltrate the private sector as well, totally reasonable.

And these are people that are making decisions as part of, you know, under the Trump umbrella, whether that's a business of his or an agency that he is the head of as the president. And not all of those decisions are meant to benefit Trump. In fact, some of those decisions and things that they are doing might be opts against Trump. I look at the Epstein situation as one of those things. I looked at the IRS settlement with Trump's personal attorneys and how that whole thing went down. Todd Blanche included in that as an op against Trump. And then I said Saturday, this feels like an op against Trump too.

This doesn't seem like it should be something that's allowed to happen. But TMTG and whoever's over there has decided to do it. And now they are being probed by Warren and Schiff. I mean, they're not probed yet. But Warren and Schiff are urging the SEC to probe Trump media's paid service, giving faster access to Trump's post. They've asked to investigate whether TMTG is violating the law by selling faster access. It appears to be an outrageous abuse of the president's office for his personal benefit

that undermines everyday investors and the insurance. integrity of our markets while enriching Wall Street and other wealthy insiders. They asked Atkins to complete a legal analysis of Trump media's new service, including laws that prohibit insider trading and market manipulation. A Trump media spokesperson pushed back in a statement to at CNBC accusing Senate Democrats of mischaracterizing the service, either out of ideological opposition to free markets or a failure to grasp the distinction between public and non-public information or quite possibly both. I said this is going to be an attack factor.

And the way that the story was worded. it made it seem like they were selling access that you couldn't get otherwise earlier access and the only thing that makes sense faster than a fraction of a second is before it's actually public so maybe they're right

on the characterization of the Democrats and it probably is out of ideological opposition and them not grasping for markets but in that case I don't grasp it either and I'm not just going to take their word for it but this is an attack factor and it seems like something for the mainstream media and the left

As I've been saying about this, this specific, indictment of Comey over the 8647 feels like an op against Trump as well because while I think Comey should be in prison and guilty he is guilty of so many different other things

this was never it which is why I wasn't cheerleading it and so what I'm looking for going through this article is I guess Trump's rhetoric around it if we actually get any because it's saying that Trump was demanding to see

details of the agency how do they know that Secret Service agents who questioned the former FBI director James Comey were told to send details of the interview to Air Force One so President Trump could review them, according to a new court filing by Mr. Comey's lawyers seeking to dismiss the criminal case against him. The filing is based on internal government documents turned over to Mr. Comey as he fights a criminal charge that a photo he posted online of seashells on beach that said 8647 amounts to a threat against the president. The disclosure is the most glaring example to date of the degree to which Mr. Trump now directs federal law enforcement actions and suggests his intent. tense personal involvement in investigating his longtime nemesis. Mr. Comey posts the photo. You guys know all the details. One Secret Service message cited in the filing from that day said that the number three guy at the DOJ wanted to ping the cell phone of Mr.

Messages do not appear to name the senior Justice Department official, but the number three position at the time is the associate attorney general, a job that was not to filled by Senate confirmed official at the time. A Justice Department person declined to comment. During the time, they tried to interview him the next day. Comey agreed to be interviewed face-to-face.

One government document said that POTUS was requesting a copy of the interview notes to use in a 6 p.m. press conference. At the time, Mr. Trump was traveling on Air Force One, and the Secret Service agent described the interview as a hot topic on that plane. See, that Mr. Trump was very interested. I don't know.
