Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 9/22/26 - Trump's "I'm Not Running" UN Speech and the Superintelligence Rebrand

Episode Date: September 22, 2026

Jon Herold digs into Trump's UN General Assembly speech, playing multiple clips including his declaration that he "gives no credence" to the midterms when it comes to Iran policy, which Jon reads as T...rump deliberately putting distance between himself and a Republican Party he doesn't fully trust. He also breaks down Trump's push to rename "artificial intelligence" to "superintelligence," his comments defending fake news bans as a national security matter, and a new Pentagon Homeland Defense Board Jon connects to his ongoing theory about the military eventually countering a weaponized intelligence community domestically. Other topics include over 200 arrests in a DOJ and DHS voter fraud crackdown, a new US Denmark Greenland military basing agreement, and an unconfirmed Zelensky and CIA Director Ratcliffe airport meeting in Ireland. Sponsor reads and a lively chat session round out a dense, clip heavy Tuesday show.

Starting point is 00:03:37 Taking Ash is bag almost every day. That's pretty funny. That is quite funny. We also have, gosh, we have a few sponsors today. I'm going to save some of these for a little bit later. No, what, actually I lied. I'm going to do the game of lotions right now, and then we'll get to it. And I'll get to the Rumble ads here in a little bit.
Starting point is 00:04:00 In a realm divided by ancient houses, a war has begun. In the house of Lipbaum. Jonathan of House, Drake. You stand accused of defying the decree of Madam Archie and refusing the razor. I've never heard of what the actual consequences are if we don't shave off our beards. Waiting to find out, because I have no intention of shaving. In this realm, even the beards may fall. You're one of us now.
Starting point is 00:04:50 House of lotion. Tallow. House of mini Tallow. House of Beardoy. And House of Deodorant. She can't get away with this. This would have never happened if she had Bitcoin. Eat a bag of Dragon D's, G.
Starting point is 00:05:28 Last Kimmer K-tivated, punctured in Phil Spice. Wait, Mitch. He's a flashed up down. If you're a brain help the friction. Looks like you guys could use a little help. First of all, I've got to say, supporting six small American businesses, huge fan. Big fan of America. But I came here to tell you, you have a big problem at your border.
Starting point is 00:06:02 A very big problem. An army of dry-skinned walkers is coming into your lands. And trust me, you do not want them here. They're dry, they're cracked, they need to be hydrated. This is going to take conscious strength and lots of hydration. We have to spread the word. promo code walkers 17% off at softdisclosure.com what about madam margery and her beardless son already handled
Starting point is 00:06:28 i've got the brush on it put this on your beard to soften it motherfucker softdisclosure.com promo code walkers mpg stewart says green stars the lotion iat is a lotion iatola yeah uh cabin girl 62 i'm watching on youtube and it was the 17th like there's a deacon in that somewhere. Anyway, this is my favorite soft disclosure ad so far. We would agree with you there. Okay, let's get into this real quick. Gold and silver, both up from yesterday, if I'm not mistaken. Not by much, but 43.56 for gold silver is at 66.81. Bitcoin, again, popping off. Up over 86 right now, which is amazing. I hope you guys all got your Bitcoin. Badlandsgold.com and Badlandsmedia.tv slash
Starting point is 00:07:44 river. The gas prices. Guys, we have a. a little bit of a drop for the first time in a while yesterday it was at four dollars and 47.86 cents and today it's at four dollars and forty seven point five cents so we had a point zero zero three six uh cent drop and i know i'd filled my gas tank a little bit earlier today and i could i could tell i could feel it it was amazing um simulams 1779 it's for five dollars says no negativity today for $5. While we have different viewpoints, I believe in American exceptionalism, and I'm glad to support you as an entrepreneur.
Starting point is 00:08:24 I appreciate that. And hey, you know what? Being critical and having an opinion that is not in agreement with everybody else's about what's going on, I don't necessarily call that negativity. I just don't, you know, I see things differently as everybody else too. I'm not the hopium push. I'm not a cheerleader. That doesn't mean everything is bad either.
Starting point is 00:08:43 So, but thank you. I appreciate the rant. Marine in the Wood, I put $233 of diesel in my truck today. That is insane. Okay, and call me stupid. You guys can call me stupid for this question because it's probably a stupid one. But I never studied gasoline and why we use one over the other. Why can't we get to a place where we use no diesel?
Starting point is 00:09:10 Maybe that's something I'm going to look into. Again, I know that's retarded, especially for a lot of. like, you know, farmers and stuff, people who use diesel a lot, bigger trucks. Gosh, die at M. $10 diesel near Shasta Mountain. That's insane. That's insane. But if anybody is going to answer for that. Diesel is better, John?
Starting point is 00:09:30 You said Netter, but I think you meant better. Diesel pulls. Diesel is more efficient. There we go. Okay. The Bunny says spending $450 a month in fuel for hobby to drive to and from work. That is crazy. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:09:48 And I don't get how much. I, um, the key awakening says Trump gives no credence to elections. We're actually going to talk about that. I have a few clips. We're going to play. Let's start with this. We'll start going through these. We're going to start with his comments.
Starting point is 00:10:03 This was actually after, I think, his press conference, but this is his comments about the fake news, which I think is good to listen to because obviously we have the whole back and forth, Trump kicking out the fake news, which is something you should have done in this first term, honestly, something other presidents have done in the past. So this whole, you know, victim plane that they're doing is ridiculous. But take a listen. I'm talking about national security. I think we have a right to clean out fake news, you know.
Starting point is 00:10:28 News is fake. And by the way, they said they were going to be here, but they came. I knew that would happen. What are they not going to be with President Xi tomorrow? So, but they said, we will not cover Trump. This is something you don't have to know about. You won't have this problem. But, you know, we have a lot of fake news.
Starting point is 00:10:45 And I think when news is fake, and it's actually dangerous, I think the right to clear it out. How is it dangerous? Could you just elaborate? How are these news media that's dangerous? Well, when they make statements about the war, when they make false statements, false militias, and they don't have sources, but they say they do. No, no, it's very dangerous for our country, and I won't stand for it. I'm talking about... Totally agree. Very dangerous to our country. You know, after everything that went down yesterday, I did post that video. I think I had posted before the show and I did go and post on true social.
Starting point is 00:11:18 I'm just curious to see what he does. Oh, by the way, I was right on my little decode or lack of a decode, I guess, if you want to call it that, that the White House account when they put out that TV screen thing, and I was like, well, it's probably not going to be, you know, the EBS test like everybody thinks. It ended up being Trump TV, which is just a YouTube channel that is airing 24-7. So I don't know why we keep falling for those little hopium pushes. Okay, let's play the clip here where Trump talks about the elections because Key Awakening in the chat says Trump gives no credence to elections. Technically he said that, but there's also a little more context to it.
Starting point is 00:11:54 And I think there's a different take you can have when discussing what he actually said here. Let's take a listen. They're waiting to see how I do in the midterm election. He's talking about Iran, by the way, and like the deal and his big decision whether to nuke them off the face of the earth or wait to make a deal or whatever. And he's talking about the weight that's going on right now, like what they're waiting for. And he says the midterms, because they think he cares about the midterms. But he basically says, no, in the context of this deal and I ran, I don't care about the midterms. They're waiting to see how I do in the midterm election. What they don't realize is that I'm not
Starting point is 00:12:33 running. I did that already. And won in a landslide. We won in a giant landslide. and I'll be here for two and a half years. The Republican Party is running and I'll be helping them, but I am not running. I gave absolutely no credence and will not give credence to the election when it comes to Iran. It doesn't even enter my mind.
Starting point is 00:13:00 The only thing... He's essentially saying that when it comes to this Iran deal or whatever, he doesn't care about the results of the midterm. Like he's not going to change how he operates with Iran in order to win the midterms. And I know some people will look into this and say, you know, he just says he doesn't care about the midterms.
Starting point is 00:13:21 And guess what? That's what I believe. I don't believe he does care about the midterms. The more interesting thing that he says here is he's not on the ballot. The Republican Party is. He is once again dissing it. And this is something we've been talking about for a little while now. Like, if you believe in the Unipart,
Starting point is 00:13:40 party, which most people do, even though a lot of people don't operate that way, there's all these truthers out there that say you have to go vote in the elections have in the past talked about how there's a uniparty and they don't work on behalf of the American people and all these things. That's a very, very real, real thing. And I believe Trump knows that. And so giving the government back to we the people or you the people, however he said in that speech, that would involve a destruction of the way, like the status quo, but
Starting point is 00:14:10 the Democrat Party and the Republican Party. Where's the Republican Party skin suit for sure? And he's going to, you know, help them in the midterms, whatever that looks like. But to me, what he said here is creating more distance between him and the Republican Party. Like, well, if they lose, it's not my fault. And it's been so funny watching how these, like the leading up to these midterms, how it's been playing out because some of the stories of, you know, Trump is trying to make this all about himself.
Starting point is 00:14:36 And it's like, well, wait, why is Trump acting like, He doesn't care about the midterms. Like, what's going on here? And then the Republicans were starting to get stories where they're saying, you know, we're trying to distance ourselves from Trump so that we win the midterms. It's just really interesting. But I'm going to play this part one more time. Just you can catch on to what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:14:55 And again, while I do believe he doesn't actually care about the midterms, the context he said it here was when it comes to the Iran deal, but the part that is most important, in my opinion, is that wedge that he's putting between himself and the Republican Party. Because at the end of the day, if the results don't end up being super awesome for the midterms or what everybody wants, like where the red team wins the midterms, they're going to blame Trump. And all the truth is out there who's like, yeah, you have to go vote and all these things. They're going to say it was people like Badlands fault, you know, I'm going to find somebody
Starting point is 00:15:30 to blame. But Trump is going to blame the Republican Party. And they are the ones who should be blamed. I mean, fraudulent election system for sure. But the Republican Party is not our friend. They have not done anything to really help Trump at all. The one thing that you could point to that were like, yeah, they kind of did help Trump there was maybe the one big beautiful bill. But even there, they allowed a whole bunch of BS to get snuck in there.
Starting point is 00:15:52 They didn't end the filibuster. They hardly confirmed many of Trump's picks. They didn't do anything. And we need to be mindful of that. Oops. Let me play this one more time. They're waiting to see how I do in the midterm election. What they don't realize is that I'm not.
Starting point is 00:16:11 running. I did that already and won in a landslide. We won in a giant landslide and I'll be here for two and a half years. The Republican Party is running and I'll be helping them, but I am not running. I gave absolutely no credence and will not give credence to the election when it comes to Iran. It doesn't even enter my mind. The only thing... When he says that about Iran, what other issues and situations could that be applied to? Like, what other things is Trump doing that, you know, a lot of people like, oh, man, I wish Trump would stop doing this because people don't like that, price are high, all these, whatever. And we're never going to win the midterms because of this certain situation, X, Y, Z going on. Clearly, Trump has shown, like, he doesn't give credence to the midterms with any of the things.
Starting point is 00:17:08 He just, he doesn't care. Trump has an agenda he wants to accomplish whatever those goals are and we can pretend to know what they are I don't think anybody really really knows the more you think about it
Starting point is 00:17:22 and think back to what Trump's like history is like if you believe the Iran nuclear threat is real and I know there are some people in badlands who don't think nukes exist whatever but if there is any reality to that story where Iran has been building nukes for like 50 years and they're just really bad at it and taking a long time
Starting point is 00:17:37 but Trump's original goal, stated goal was to denuclearize the entire world, right? So maybe he wants his, like maybe he's given up some short term like, yeah, this is not great. People don't like what's going on. Price is stink. I'm, you know, the Republican Party is losing support of the midterms. But long term, taking out the nukes is much more important for, you know, my legacy be damned the, the world. Who knows? But yeah, I think Trump has shown he does not care about the optics of winning the midterms when it comes to him getting done what he believes need to be done. I wish the people who are, you know, they call themselves truthers would come to terms with that.
Starting point is 00:18:23 What is or is not happening in Iran has little to do with gas prices. They are just trying to make Trump look bad and punish the people for supporting him. Yeah, because that's another thing. If Trump is, you know, kind of working against the interests of the gas cartel, the oil and gas cartel, they would obviously want him gone too i think the same thing is happening with the i think i think that whole thing is his time for for midterm narratives and and to make trump look bad or whatever it's it's so stupid all these people are against me he's up so many up against so many enemies and i wish you would have gotten rid of the media even sooner because they've been enemy number one and pushing all this stuff
Starting point is 00:19:02 anyway we have trump signing the uh the new deal with greenland and denmark i didn't know denmark Denmark had a woman as a leader. Thanks for only need to just watch him sign it. It's whatever. But he signed the deal and then this is what came out today. The U.S. is to establish two military sites in Greenland under the new deal. The United States plans to reestablish a Cold War era military base in southern Greenland and establish another military site on the island's east coast under a new agreement
Starting point is 00:19:48 with Denmark and Greenland, according to three people familiar with the matter who spoke anonymously to Reuters. So who knows that's true. I'm not on the sources. The two sites are, oh man, I'm going to butcher the, I'm going to butcher this. Narsar Swak, Narsar Swak, where the U.S. previously operated Bluey West One before closing the base in the 1950s, and then Mestersvig, a military outpost currently used by the serious dog sled patrol and Danish Special Forces Unit, the N1, its population has since declined to a few dozen people.
Starting point is 00:20:24 Denmark Greenland and the United States are expected to sign the agreement Tuesday, which they did. Denmark says the agreement will place Arctic security under N1. NATO rather than leaving it solely to the United States and Denmark. During the Cold War, the U.S. maintained 17. There we go. There's a decode for us. Military installations and more than 10,000 personnel in Greenland. Today, only Petufik.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Did I say that right? Space base remains with about 150 U.S. military personnel. So, yeah, I mean, this is the Monroe Doctrine guys right here. Him being in Iran and dealing with that situation, that is not the Monroe Doctrine. Monroe Doctrine is a Western Hemisphereic doctrine. We're going to secure our hemisphere. We're going to let other people worry about other hemispheres. This is right in line with that. So it makes total sense with everything Trump has been
Starting point is 00:21:08 talking about. Gigi B, I refuse to cast my vote for Donald's or Jolly. I'll be writing in a name in. I won't participate in the downfall of Florida for you. E.H. Kyle, John, the House passed 900 bills to the Senate, codifying President Trump's policy and closing loophole welfare Medicaid, HB1, visas with illegal immigrants sitting on Thune's desk, gathering dust. Has it really bend that many? Because I'm skeptical if that's the case. I wonder how many of those are, like, let's change the name of whatever. I think I can find, I got to remember where it is, but I can find the actual, yeah, here, bills over processing. Okay, let's see. House Chamber of Origin. Just do status of bill, introduced, committee consideration,
Starting point is 00:22:07 failed one chamber, passed one chamber. Okay, so yeah, you're right, 938. And then 90 have passed both chambers. Only 74 have gone to the president. Only 70 have become law. Okay, come on now. I want to see how many of these are just name change stuff, though. Electing a member to a certain standing committee, that counts as one.
Starting point is 00:22:37 I see some of these are stupid. expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding the terrorist attacks. Yeah, so I mean, great, 930 bills, how many of them are totally meaningless? I would say most of them. So I'm not going to give the House any credit. I'm not going to give either of them any credit.
Starting point is 00:23:01 Dunes hasn't even gotten the bill passed that fixes daylight savings time to make it permanent. That is ridiculous. Dang old Aggie, where will the Greenland bases get electricity? Many nuclear reactors, probably, but who knows? I have not been read in on the construction plans for those bases, so no clue. Let's talk about a couple more of Trump's.
Starting point is 00:23:29 It talks about AI here and talks about the globalist control for artificial intelligence. This is a longer clip. I'm going to speed it up a hair, but I think it's worth listening to. It also totally rejects any attempt to construct a global scheme to control for the artificial intelligence. intelligence being spoken of so much now here and after officially called super intelligence, changing the name, and that the use of the word artificial makes intelligence fake. It makes it sound fake, and it is not fake. It's actually amazing.
Starting point is 00:24:00 We have to be careful. In fact, it is exactly the opposite of what it purports. From this point forward, all of United States documents, and hopefully the world will be changed to use the much more accurate term, super, as opposed to artificial. So it's super intelligence. In other words, welcome to the new world of superintelligence dash SI. S-I. Let's see if that sounds much better.
Starting point is 00:24:26 It is much better and it's much more accurate. Let's see if I have any power. Maybe I do and maybe I don't. We're going to find out pretty soon. Super intelligence. Every major new technology brings challenges and super intelligence is no exception. Yet the very same people who said
Starting point is 00:24:41 will all be dead in 12 years because of global warming. a name since reborn to climate change because the planet was cooling, not warm. And nobody was dead. These are the same people that are now saying that AI is going to kill us all, that robots are going to attack us, and that everything is going to be a total disaster. The same group of people. This is the group that came up with the Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, the Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine hoax, climate change, open borders.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Whoever wins AI, you have to remember this. And now I say, whoever wins, SI, whoever wins, super intelligent, wins. That's the group that wins. And we're leading now over China by a lot and everyone else. And we're going to keep it that way. We're going to keep it very, very straight and very strong. I'm not going to stifle growth of something that will be bigger than the industrial revolution. Many say bigger than the industrial revolution or the Internet itself.
Starting point is 00:25:36 And we will be very careful. And that's why we have a Department of Justice, that we've already used it having to do with this very subject and used it very powerfully. Everything worked out very well and very quickly. And other law enforcement bodies that will rein things in if we have to do that. We will only encourage superintelligence. We're going to encourage it, not rein it in. We're going to watch it closely through the Department of Justice.
Starting point is 00:25:59 The United States leads the world in superintelligence and will continue to do so safely and responsibly. Yeah. So New Case in the chat is making a couple good points here. He says, Trump is not being informed accurately regarding the threat that AI poses to all of humanity. He says, nothing pushed this hard in human history has ever been good for humans. And I can't prove this, like what I'm about to say, but my thought on it still goes back to something, a line of thinking, you know, that we consistently over the years have deferred back to when it comes to the military and their technology. And just like the governments and their technology generally, if we're getting this,
Starting point is 00:26:39 version of AI now, what kind of like what version of AI do they have behind the scenes? Like if open AI just reached AGI two, three weeks ago, whatever it was, when did when did the military reach AGI behind the scenes? And if that's accurate, I mean, it might not be maybe maybe the entire, the entire, you know, technological advancement of AI has been what we've witnessed publicly and commercially. It's just hard for me to believe that. But if that's the case, have they already reached it behind the scenes? And so they already know that it's not going to be what they think it's going to be
Starting point is 00:27:16 or what they're telling us and doing that it's going to be. And is that why he's moving full speed ahead and doesn't care to slow down at all? Like that's where I'm, again, totally based on faith and no, absolutely no actual evidence that that's true. But we talk about that with a lot of different subjects. how the military is much more, some people say like 30 years more technologically advanced, it makes sense they would be with AI too.
Starting point is 00:27:48 New case, when you understand human history and human hubris, what could go wrong as we open this box made by Pandora atop the tower of Ba'el? Yeah, Babel, yeah, I don't disagree with you. I understand totally what you're saying. Angie Christ says, I really don't see the point of the name change.
Starting point is 00:28:06 This is just what Trump does. Trump is a he's a businessman, he's a marketer, and he constantly takes something, brands it in his own way, and then basically hijacks whatever they were trying to do with it. He's done with everything. That's just how he operates. Good to see AJC.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Strings and Things 7 says, militarily, AGI was probably realized 10 years ago. Yeah. Fixed net, like all technology can be used for good or can be used for evil, no different for AI. Yeah, again, I still think it comes down to some sort of election.
Starting point is 00:28:44 You know, if they were willing to fabricate an entire Russia collusion hoax to try to take down Trump, don't you think they'd use all the levers of power that they have available to them to try to take down Trump too, including some big scare push to slow down the market or whatever it is? The Q Awakening, artificial elections created an artificial president, an artificial Congress that flooded the artificial judiciary and created artificial laws. Pretty good. Misbehaving Irishmen.
Starting point is 00:29:07 I'm not sure I'd want to live 20 more years to see this play out. I've seen a lot of crap already. Yep. Okay, let's keep going here. Actually, I'm going to do one of our Rumble sponsors. My favorite, guys, the Rumble wallet ad before we go too far. Get this out of here. All right.

I didn't realize that was even a threat. Led by Ambassador Michael Walsh here at the United Nations, we have also worked with many countries in this room to implement the most sweeping UN reforms in history.
Starting point is 00:31:03 We cut the UN budget for the first time ever, slashing it by 15% in 2026 that eliminated more than 4,000 positions from the UN bureaucracy. The United Nations has great, great potential. I've said that for many years, but it must stop imposing the far-left agenda, globalist bureaucrats who nobody ever elected. Last year, my administration was forced to intervene to stop an obscure U.N. body. international maritime organization from secretly establishing a first ever global carbon tax, very expensive tax, to raise international shipping costs by 10 to 20 percent and maybe more than that. There is no global government. And while I'm president, there will be no global taxes. Don't we already pay a bunch of money to other countries, though? I feel like there kind of is global taxes. It's not additional, but they take our money and they give it away to other countries
Starting point is 00:32:06 for all sorts of reasons. I wonder how much we've cut down on foreign spending since Trump got back in there. Foreign spending by year since 20, let's do 2016. See if it gives us anything good. Assuming you mean U.S. foreign assistance. Inflation adjusted. Well, here we go. Oh yeah, he's cut down. That's great. Still a lot. And this is just foreign assistance. I don't think this counts as like defense spending and other things we spend, just foreign assistance. So that's cool. We'd love to see that at zero. We'll see what happens. Get you later, Key Awakening, getting back to work. Edgar Friendly says F taxes. Love that.
Starting point is 00:33:02 Okay, and I think this is the last thing I'm going to show you. Somebody earlier sent this in the chat, and it's hilarious. so check this out respect respect for its dignity and its right to a dignified and prosperous existence he's like we want you guys to respect us as he goes and drinks from a huge pitcher and spills it all over himself oh this is so funny that's hysterical anyway um okay let's get to a couple other news stories here and i think this is the story that phil scarborough sent over earlier feds arrested indict hundreds in voter fraud crackdown. Oh, this isn't even the story that you sent earlier. Phil, I'm going to need you to send that again.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Let me go back and find it. I don't know if the chat's going to. I'm going to find it in the chat. Yeah, Phil, I'm going to need you to send that again. Man, if you don't mind, I thought I had the story pulled up, but this is some different. The Trump Justice Department has secured more than 200 arrests and indictments and it's cracked down on election fraud and non-citizen voting, but that number expected to rise further. Citizen Attorney General Harmie Dillon said the department has indicated or, sorry, indicted or convicted 67 people for election-related crimes in recent weeks, while the Department of Homeland Security has made over 160 arrests.
Starting point is 00:34:33 Never mind, that that isn't here, Phil. DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen reported his agency is investigating 1,620 cases of alleged non-citizen voter fraud and reviewing an additional 300,000 entries from state voter rolls. That's it, though. I mean, yeah, this number makes more sense. So 300,000. This seems low. The effort is coordinated through weekly meetings between a multi-agency group and White House Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, part of an all-of-government push ordered by the Trump
Starting point is 00:35:04 administration to clean voter rolls. Dylan noted that non-citizen voting happens a lot more than anybody says and was largely unproscuted under the prior administration, which handled only 13 such cases in four years. Now, this is all great because none of these people should be voting. And so there's the positive outlook like this is good. are pursuing this stuff love it great news we can cheer lead that the part i want to see which i don't i don't think i've seen any movement on and know what this makes me think of a few things
Starting point is 00:35:34 have we seen any movement on the fbi fulton county raid like remember when they went down and raided that and we're digging into election stuff i don't think we've seen anything with that in months since tulsi was in office if i'm not mistaken and but anyway i'm going to i'm going to to see more like election machine stuff like i want to get to the bottom of that one way or the other it needs to happen and maybe there's some you know bigger investigation wrong by the scenes i fully believe that trump has that evidence and has had that evidence since 2020 there's no reason to believe otherwise even though we haven't seen it yet i want to see the public story of that being told though you know what i mean that's what i want to see and we haven't seen it yet thank you fix baynet for sending that in
Starting point is 00:36:21 I do that wasn't this the story though so I think we're good Putin and Saudi Crown Prince discuss Middle East safe passage through Hormuz and Bab el Mandeb whatever whatever that means some sovereign alliance comms here Putin and Saudi Crown Prince said there is no alternative to political and diplomatic efforts to de-escalate the current crisis while taking into account the interests of all parties according to the Kremlin
Starting point is 00:36:48 they also discussed the worsening military and political situation in Yemen and reaffirmed the need for an immediate cessation of hostilities and conditions for constructive intra-Yemini dialogue under UN auspices. They also stress the importance of safe and unimpeded passage for vessels through regional international water rays, including the Bab Elmond Deb. And I don't even know where that is. That's a ghost question. I should see if you can come on this week and talk about some of this stuff. All right, we also have this. Hague Seth announced he's chairing a new Pentagon Homeland Defense Board.
Starting point is 00:37:18 the newly established Pentagon Advisory Board intended to provide military guidance on Homeland Security missions and address needs not covered by existing federal advisory committees. The board will have up to 20 members, including Hakeseth as the chair and the Assistant Secretary of Defense
Starting point is 00:37:32 for Homeland Defense and America's Security Affairs as vice chairs. It will also include the Deputy Assistant I don't care who's on it. The board's establishing documents say the Pentagon needs independent consensus-based advice on Homeland Defense that is not available from other federal advisory committees or agencies.
Starting point is 00:37:48 They say existing advisory bodies at the DHS and the State Department have different mandates and cannot provide the military specific guidance needed for domestic troop deployments, military crises, and campaign planning in the Americas. So that is more notable. I wonder where if they have the actual document. I'm overseeing a purge. I'm sorry. I'm just looking through the original story here.
Starting point is 00:38:21 Let's see if I can find this. See if AI can find it for me. Hold for processing, guys. While that's looking, I'm also going to go and check if there's been any new DoD directives, because maybe there's something in here about it. Global Force Management Data Initiative, that's new. DoW conference program, I think I saw that last week. Let's see what this is.
Starting point is 00:39:00 That was just policy, signs, responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for the generation and use of enterprise force structure data. Nothing like super duper interesting. But okay, the primary founding record appears to be the Department of Defense Federal Register Notice, establishing the Homeland Defense Board, published. Okay, sweet. Here we go. Courants, public interest, submit written statements, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:39:33 Establish, renew, reestablish, reestablish, reestablish, emergency discretionary agency committees. Let's see if it talks about exactly what the role is. In evaluating candidates, no, that's not it. Okay, here we go. explanation of why the committee subcommittee is essential to the conduct of agency business. The establishment of this advisory committee is essential to the conduct of DO Department of War business because defending the homeland is the department's paramount statutory and strategic priority. That is very true and I love that.
Starting point is 00:40:13 The HDB's advice and recommendations will serve to enhance the employment of existing DOW forces and capabilities to provide a thorough layered defense for the homeland using prevailing ground, sea, air, and space-based capabilities. Department remains committed to provide our nation with strong, reliable, and effective homeland defense. Additionally, the HDB's advice and recommendations will directly enable DOW's execution of national defense strategy, which prioritizes the defense of the homeland above all other military objectives. Over the past 10 years, rather than lessening the threat from peer, near peer, and rogue state adversaries, in addition to non-state actors and hostile asymmetric activities, has become more intense and complex.
Starting point is 00:40:51 The DOW provides for a common defense of American citizens and the homeland by deploying and maintaining the premier warfighting force across the globe. The modern threat environment has fundamentally altered the geographic sanctuary of the continental United States. In an era where peer and near peer adversaries are actively projecting economic, cyber and military power into the Western Hemisphere, they will provide critical independent assessments of defensive postures. Here, this is the part that's interesting. Furthermore, the HDB's advice and recommendations are vital for navigating the complex, legal and operational boundaries of domestic military operations ensuring the DSCA is executed effectively.
Starting point is 00:41:35 I like that. The DOW requires the advice and recommendations of a dedicated independent body of experts to navigate this complex threat landscape. They must have access to and benefit from independent and external perspectives from the broader national security community to address current and future challenges and opportunities involving the defense of the homeland, with highly effective capabilities to meet a variety of domestic and overseas requirements. Interesting stuff, guys. It's going to be successfully countering foreign influence. That's a biggie to me.
Starting point is 00:42:11 Surrupting transnational criminal networks, love it. Bridging the gap between the military and domestic Homeland Security agencies to scare the defense of critical infrastructure, which is election infrastructure. Man, not to get too hopiomistic or into the district. decode stuff or you know read into this too much the fact that this wasn't already like a thing is surprising but on the heels of like the monroe doctrine the new national security strategy and everything it makes sense but the fact that they're like telling us like hey there's going to be a specific role here for looking into like the laws and and whatever for us to be able to use
Starting point is 00:42:59 the military domestically. That is notable. Domestic military operations. Love it. Miss being an Irishman says, until we see the folks in the front office start getting locked up, it's all BS. Yeah. Amdra Beck says,
Starting point is 00:43:25 yes, where is the foreign interference in our voter rolls investigations in the continuously changing certified election results, investigations that Unite for Freedom gave DOJ with penalty of perjury? Gigi B says, I just don't understand why people who claim to be on our side try to steer us away from the machines. They use them to flip boats in real time. We saw it. I don't know, guys. I don't know what I don't say on that.
Starting point is 00:43:45 I just come back to like, well, what I, how do I say this? What we've said in the past is Trump is separate and distinct from his administration. Two different groups. Trump is operating on a level that I don't think anybody can fully comprehend. We can pretend to. and I think a lot of the people who pretend that they know understand what Trump is doing are constantly like cheerleading and everything he does and I don't think that's what he actually wants from us which is why we keep harping on that but I believe this goes back a long time I think Trump back in 2020 had all the evidence he needed to prevent Biden taking office right like you guys know the spiel I've said this many times and if all that's true he doesn't need one of the administrative bodies or whatever one of the admin agencies to be the ones to come out and like okay, we're going to dig into whatever and come forth with evidence of the election machines, rigging elections.
Starting point is 00:44:40 Trump already knew that, and I think Trump already has that evidence. So whenever he's ready to disclose that, which, who knows, maybe it's never, which would be a darn shame. But I'm not going to sit here and, like, depend and wait on, like, and give the benefit of the doubt to any of these other agencies to be the ones to do it. It does make any sense to me. Jetpack Jones, why are you excited about looking into the possibility of using the military in America. To me, this is a devolution thing.
Starting point is 00:45:11 Obviously, I don't want any government to just directly be using the military domestically. But it makes me think of Adam Schiff. And back in, what was it, 2020 or 2023, when you tried to slip into the NDAA, that any information gathered during the course of domestic military operations cannot be used in any legal proceeding, whether that's from a, courtroom to a congressional hearing or whatever can't be used now why would he be afraid of something like that unless he knows that that is a threat or a possibility
Starting point is 00:45:44 like at some point and I'm not I'm not gonna sit here and say the military is the only way because I think that's stupid but at some point like there has to be some sort of reckoning I've always thought that this is some sort of you know war between some some aspect of the military intelligence community and the weaponized intelligence community, you know, like the CIA, the FBI and those people, the ones who've been conducting illegal psychological warfare campaigns against the American people, if we're going to sit here and say that the military has no recourse in doing anything about that, then who does? Like, what do we do? If there's no recourse for the intelligence communities conducting
Starting point is 00:46:25 illegal psychological warfare campaigns against the American people and the reason there's no recourse is because we can't use the military domestically, what do we do? then there's no recourse period. Does that make sense? Like if our like cybercom or NSA, which by the way, the NSA and cybercom, I think it was a story a couple of weeks ago, they're setting up new, setting up new working groups or something. I'm going to search for this. But they're sending up a whole bunch of different new like, I'm going to call them working groups until I have a better word for it. And here we go. It's a major restructuring. They're reportedly undertaking a major restructuring that would establish five.
Starting point is 00:47:12 new mission centers. There we go. Rather than merely ad hoc working groups because the NSA director also leads cyber command, the move is prompted discussion of implications of both organizations, blah, blah, blah. I think number one for artificial intelligence, China, cybersecurity, combat support global intelligence. If the NSA or Cybercom were to come across the, let's say the CIA or the FBI or whoever it was, whoever Trump was talking about, and maybe there's the separation between Cybercom and NSA, maybe the NSA is doing it. I don't know. But if they were to come across one of those agencies conducting legal psychological warfare campaigns against American people. And they're like, well, maybe we should stop this.
Starting point is 00:47:49 But then it comes back to, well, that would be considered a domestic military operation. You're not allowed to do that. You think the founders would, what would the founders say about that? I mean, that's treason. But if the Constitution itself prevents the saving of the Constitution, then there's something broken there. And so yeah, it's not like I'm sitting here cheering for troops to be down the streets of Bismarck making sure everybody's staying in line. I just, I want with how pervasive the enemy within is.
Starting point is 00:48:27 Like there has to be some recourse for that. And I don't know what that looks like. So again, I don't think it's the whole military is the only way thing. But sometimes we've got to be a little creative. And who knows? I could just be totally talking to my ass right now. That's just how I see things. Zalinski is supposed to be meet with Trump after meeting with the CIA director, Rackcliffe.
Starting point is 00:48:49 President Trump and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky are set to meet New York. I think they're meeting like right now. He spoke with, when did he meet with Rackcliffe? The plan meeting comes after Zilinski met with CIA director John Rackcliffe at Shannon Airport in Ireland on Monday. Didn't know Rackcliffe was in Ireland. According to two people familiar with the matter, the sources differed on whether the encounter was planned meeting or an informal conversation as their planes were refueled and neither disclosed what was discussed. Interesting stuff. Paramount settled state lawsuits over Warner Bros.
Starting point is 00:49:21 merger. I feel like that merger has been going on for some time now. We got this. Prosecutor zeroing in on Brennan's role in Trump Rush collusion. We can already knew that, so I don't think I'm going to spend much time on it. They determined Hayden Pantier died from accidental overdose. I think that people need to do drugs. It's unfortunate.
Starting point is 00:49:45 If you hear stories like that all the time. scientific technical term is BS inside the new best in China AI hotline. You know, we have a nuclear hotline. It would be funny if we have like, if we establish a new AI hotline just to make sure, you know, that if there's an attack on the country, we can message each other and be like, yeah, that's not us. That's actually just our AI. So please don't fight back.
Starting point is 00:50:11 A lot of narratives floating around and buzzing through these now because we're getting low on time. A lot of narratives floating around about how the Republicans were. at one point on the verge of a big red wave but now they're playing defense and are not looking as optimistic so um there's that i don't know what other stories want to get into there weren't really like super interesting true social posts i might be done i might be done with stories for today yeah i'm going to go through a couple more rant or not rants um one more sponsor from rumble studio and then we will read the chat and then get you guys out of here so let's do
Starting point is 00:51:01 keats real quick guys if you haven't yet you got to get on keat so where all the cool people are some conversations are not meant for an audience an advertiser or a technology company they are meant for exactly two people the messages you send to your partner personal thoughts private photos vulnerable moments deserve more than a privacy setting buried inside a corporate platform keats is a free messenger built peer-to-peer messages calls and files are end-to-end encrypted with no centralized company database holding the conversation. Keyt doesn't collect your metadata and it doesn't ask for a phone number or email. That means the company running Keet is not positioned in the middle of your relationship,
Starting point is 00:51:32 building a profile around the way the two of you communicate. Keep intimate conversations between the people they belong to. Search Keat in the App Store, Google Play. You can download it for free and invite your partner and move your next conversation to Keat and to get some privacy. Or you can also visit keat.io slash Badlands Daily Herald. Starting point is 00:52:15 Yeah, my team, that's such a good draft. And it has been so underperforming. And then yesterday, like last minute, I had Pooka Nakua supposed to be my wide receiver. The last guy had left to play, and they announced last minute that he wasn't playing anymore. And so I was kind of screwed. I couldn't go drop anybody other than Pooka Nakua to get a different wide receiver. But I wasn't going to drop Pukina Kua.
Starting point is 00:52:33 So I got, I've lost. I'm 0.2 right now. Escape the Matrix says, Keats is built on Bitcoin, which is true. E.H. Kyle says the military and the DOJ used to not be so spineless when it came to traders and spies before. This is what Democrats did. Made a bunch of soy boys out of our men, not the men here.
Starting point is 00:52:51 I like that. Dan MCP hate says on diesel prices, can we drop bombs on the cokehead of Keeve now? We'll see. Cindy Weedner, military to oversee the midterm election. Did we not have military to help oversee Iraqi elections as they emerged from the chaos of the war? Can we do it ourselves? I don't know. I don't know if we're going to have the military interdicting in these elections.
Starting point is 00:53:19 I don't think Trump cares as much as we think he does. or some people think it does. But with that, guys, I think I'm going to get out of here. I got a couple phone calls I've got to do this afternoon. And I will be back tomorrow or The Daily Herald 1 p.m. Eastern, but also the power hour. I'm going to see if there's anything else on it.
Starting point is 00:53:43 I might just rade you guys over to Jessica who's covering our President Trump at the UN Assembly. I don't think there's anything else coming up until later tonight. So, yeah, you guys, I hope you have a great rest of your day. I will see you tomorrow. I'm going to rage you over and with that we'll get you
Starting point is 00:54:02 out of here. Get you a little later guys.
