And if you guys remember the 2022 midterms, Badlands and like devolution and myself got like personally blamed for us losing the midterms. But now this is, we're heading into the third election cycle now where, you know, we're an entity, we're a group. We exist.

And this is the third time where massive struggle sessions are happening. And we're just, of done with the BS. Like we're done playing these games. Shipwreck, you know, she's, she's got our own opinions. And I've talked about this before. I don't agree with her about everything. And I don't care if you guys do. Just like I don't care if you agree with me about anything. Badlands is not like there's no requirement for conformity here. We do not gatekeep. If somebody has an opinion, they are allowed to present that opinion. If somebody has an opposite opinion, they're allowed to present that opinion. They can call each other names. I don't

really care. I really don't. I mean, sometimes it gets a little, you know, if the people are going at it and being super disrespectful, that's where I'm like, okay, guys, can we not, can we not be super disrespectful to each other and just like, I have the argument and the friction. But we really do embrace the friction here. That is, that is something we've, we've always said. And I've never once told anybody what they can and can't say on this platform. And that will always be the case. But shipwreck stands right now, and she's not the only ones, which is kind of funny. But her ex-stance is like she's not going to vote in the midterms and as far as i'm aware she hasn't told anybody else like you shouldn't vote in the midterms either maybe she has i don't know i honestly

i don't i don't watch everybody's content on badlands otherwise all i would be doing is sitting my computer watching content all day because there's a lot out there um and if as far as i'm aware the only person i know of for sure that is like you shouldn't vote is probably g-money maybe a john drake i don't know um but we're back again where people are like freaking out calling her subversus of calling all these things and and so i had to post this morning and i'm going to read it to you guys and then we'll we'll talk about it so this is what i put out there a midterm message from badlands media i'd like to start with my favorite part of the declaration of independence we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal that they are endowed by their creator

with certain unalienable rights that among these are life liberty in the pursuit of happiness that to secure these rights governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed but when a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same object invinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism it is their right it is their duty to go to their nearest precinct and vote in the midterms because nothing can stop what is coming except for people on social media who think voting for uniparty candidates and fraudulent elections in order to win the midterms is akin to

taking first place in the Special Olympics or at the end of a fortnight that thou art still retarded. Stopping little bitches and tattling on Badlands hosts who don't believe we can vote our way out of this. That is a very valid opinion, by the way. There are people who don't think we can vote our way out of this. This is me now, not reading it. And there's nothing wrong with that opinion. And the conclusions they draw from that is totally valid as well.

You can disagree with that all you want, but that is a totally valid opinion. First and foremost, I will never tell anybody on this platform what they can and can't say. any of the hosts will confirm that to be true. This inevitably leads to a variety of opinions and plenty of friction. We embrace that friction. If you think voting is the solution, then effing vote. If you don't think voting is the solution, then don't. I don't care what you do and it's not my business.

And I stand by this. Like, I haven't, the funniest thing about all this before I continue, I have not once said that I personally am not voting. And I'm probably not going to tell you guys what I end up deciding to do. because it's none of your business. And I'm not here sitting here, trying to tell anybody. And as far as I'm aware,

I don't think anybody on Badlands is doing the same either. Like nobody is trying to tell you guys what you should do. We believe and we put enough faith in you guys to not be retarded and make your own decisions about what you think is best. But we are still going to talk about and say the things that we believe we can be saying. And nobody's going to gatekeep us or stop us from doing that. You can struggle, session us all you want. We are not going to stop saying the things that we believe.

That's just the way it is. But this is very true. If you think that voting is the solution, or even if it's the, I see this a lot, it's like, well, I don't think voting means anything, but at least if I vote, you know, it's one less vote they can steal. I'd rather say I voted and do the voting than not. That's great. Then go do that.

I do not care. I literally do not care. Could care less. Couldn't care less. Whatever the phrase is, that's the phrase I feel. Okay. Do not care. And if you don't think voting solution, then don't.

Also do not care. Could care less, could not care less, whatever it is. If you're so retarded that you need somebody to tell you what to do and think, then you don't deserve the sovereignty you think. And that's the funniest thing to me, too. It's like people freaking out on social media, a lot of it comes from the Q accounts too. I'm sorry, and I'll give you a great example of this in a little bit.

But that's who comes from. like these are the people that are like trump is conducting fifth generation warfare and five d chess and nothing can stop what is coming and patriots are in control and all these things but also if you don't go and vote you're going to disrupt the entire plan and therefore you're a traitor you're subversive just the dumbest logical framework possibly and exists possibly ever probably ever definitely ever it's so stupid but that community the cue people and like i'm not i don't want to paint with too broad of a brush because i know plenty of people and some of the oge ones who are not like this. It's not hashtag not all Q people, but there are some people.

And it when it comes to like this type of behavior, it always seems to come from people in that crowd who are the most like everything's a purity test. Everything's a loyalty test. Everything is gatekeeping. And they paint with such a broad brush. If you do not agree with what they say, you are the enemy. And we've been victim to this. And I'm not saying like, when I say we've been victim to this, all the attacks on Badlands Media over the course of the years, and this even predates Badlands, going back to like right when we first launched,

maybe even a little bit prior, it has all come from people in the Q community, trying to prevent us from even getting started, trying to blow us up like once we did get started, and then going into the midterm stuff, and then the lawsuit that we're up against, and all the people that have been supporting that and funding that, all Q people,

the people that were in Badlands and left and did so trying to leave as big of a mess as possible as going as far as messaging like supporters of Badlands, people they met at our conferences and who only followed them because they were on Badlands, telling them of all this BS about us that was not true trying to get them to stop supporting Badlands and go support them. All of these people have been Q-Q accounts, every single one. It's weird how that works. But these people who like preach the message of like think for yourself and do your own research and all that stuff, they can't handle it if if somebody like has a different opinion. I put my faith in you guys in the audience.

I do not believe you guys are retarded. Maybe some of you, but I claim myself to be retarded. That's okay. But you guys can make your own decisions. I'm not trying to tell you what to do or what to think. And I believe you guys understand that, which is why you're still here. Anyway, continued. The American Revolution was founded on the radicalized.

idea that political authority depends on the consent of the governed, that the people can challenge the legitimacy of the system they believe has failed them. Like that part is huge. People, the founding fathers, the principal idea was they were entrapped in this system, put on them by the crown, and they couldn't take it anymore. So instead of continuing to petition the crown and operate within the system, they're like, know what, screw this, we're done. And obviously led to the right, and here we are today.

The founding fathers challenged the legitimacy of the system. It was the loyalist to the crown back then that defended the system. And so like these people that are using like the founding fathers as part of their arguments of why you should vote, it's the dumbest thing I think I've ever seen because they are totally inverting what the founders intended. And I was actually thinking, I was like, most people when they read the, the Declaration of Independence, they read the first like two paragraphs of it, but they never get down into the meat of it, like all the transgressions of the crown

and the tyranny and everything of the King of Great Britain and all these things. And I was thinking it might be a great show sometime and I'm probably going to do this at some point. Going through all these lists, like he's refused to assent laws, he's forbidden the governor, blah, blah, blah. You could probably find so many modern day parallels to the reasons. They literally listed the reasons. that they went forth with the revolutionary war and put up the Declaration of Independence, you could find a modern day parallel to almost all of these reasons, I bet.

Every single one. The founding fathers would have kicked shit off years ago, decades ago. If they saw where things were right now and what the government has become, you're telling me they would just like, oh, well, let's go vote in the midterms to fix it. No, that's a joke. But anyway, back to the post. These struggle sessions are pathetic and they won't work on us just like they haven't worked the last 17 times. And yes, that's a decode and, you know, whatever, all the things.

And so obviously put this out there. It wasn't necessarily in defense of shipwreck. I defend her right to say whatever she wants and I will do that all day long just like I do everybody else on Badlands. But it's just like the principle of it because we're met with this a lot. Every time there's an election coming up, there's been people who've left Badlands because of this, in my opinion. and it's just it's tiresome it's old it's ridiculous and they're they're misrepresenting the things i think they're they're putting zero faith in in people and it's a very just a very weak argument i find it so hard to believe that these people are like trust the plan cue all this stuff but like

it's fully dependent on every major issue like we need to get more gop members into congress to implement trump's agenda like the entire cue plan rests upon you know us having a majority in congress which by the way we just had a majority in Congress these first two years. So dumb. It's so dumb. But obviously it was met with responses. And this is a great example of a Q account who I've interacted with minimally, very, very few times. A couple of DMs back and forth.

Like just out of nowhere once he messaged me and apologized for, I don't even remember stuff. I think he went in with the lawsuit BS at one point. And then maybe there was probably a falling out there and whatever. It doesn't matter. That doesn't matter. But this is the response. that a lot of the people are giving, and I think it's worth exploring the, or at least looking through this post and pointing out all the logical fallacies, because there's plenty.

The founding fathers also asked us to do one thing, vote. I don't remember them saying that. They did say it was a civic duty, but they also said, if a government becomes oppressive, you should probably overthrow that government. That's the government we have right now, guys. Trump was elected in 2016 and 2024. He has a 96.8% success rate in the midterms. Like, what does that even mean?

Our elections are fraudulent. we're in a fraudulent election system that this is a meaningless stat to me sorry Trump's messages messaging is a boat yes his messaging is all over the map if you believe he's conducting 5G warfare which a lot of these accounts claim to claim to believe then who cares what he says in any one moment

you have to figure step up for yourself because Trump is constantly going to contradict himself does it all the time we talk about that a lot on the show but we actually live by that like we believe that's happening and so that's how we operate we don't just pick choose the times that we want to take trump at face value because it you know whatever the incentives are behind it so dumb he has done nothing but fight for us and you john harold say what you want but messages like this are turning your back on him that is retarded and that is not true you don't know that my

message isn't exactly what trump wants you don't even know my message is by the way but for all we know trump giving the government back to we the people and like fighting against this regime maybe he needs more people to opt out instead of worship the government at every turn and everything they do cheerleading the government had the founders cheerleaded their government at the time we would still be under the crown rule right now so dumb he fights for us daily but totally agreed not voting for the trump agenda is an easy way to get rolled in the midterms did i not vote for the trump agenda like where did they say it and again this comes back to the funniest part i've never once said i'm not voting never once

and i've never seen never a single time told people that they shouldn't vote yeah i know problems still do exist in our elections but the simple fact remains trump is our president we elected him turning your back on him now after win after win after win after win makes no sense at all your message is disguised as patriotic but its core message is a message of apathy and defeat god bless you with a huge platform and you use it for messaging like this one day people will figure it out vote vote vote and this one is for my real cue peeps out there and the real patriots but tell patriot you are neither one of those things. Patriots vote. Patriots fight. They don't give up. And Patriots vote. Again, just worshipping, just slobbing the knob of the election system. But my response,

which I think was, I think it was fair. But who knows, maybe it's not, but I'll let you guys be the decider. Right on cue, we have the struggle session behavior. My post was calling out, because this is exactly what my post was calling out, a struggle session. I explicitly said if you think voting is the solution, then effing vote, which again, I stand by. I don't care what you guys decide is the best route to fix things. You do things your way, I'll do things my way, other people are going to do things their way, and I don't care. But what I was met within that post that I just read was an appeal to authority.

Trump says to vote, and it's a retarded one too, because, again, the siops. A purity test, patriots vote. A loyalty test, questioning voting means you've abandoned Trump. so dumb and that's a false peerity test by the way the founders didn't vote their way out of the crown they declared the system illegitimate and walked which is true you cannot argue with that that is what happened like so we can have the debate whether like

you know voting is the right thing to do I don't know I don't have the answer I don't know what Trump's plans are this whole conversation might end up being moot because maybe Trump is going to issue the national emergency that already wants to implement I'm skeptical that's going to happen but you guys can do whatever the hell you want. But these struggle sessions, like the people who are out there loudest,

like trashing people who are upset about the way things are and think there's a different method to fixing our problems. And you think you're better than everybody because you can scream, vote, vote, vote, and put vote, vote, vote in a post the most times. It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. This is a struggle session. You are not moving the needle.

You guys are making yourself look retarded. I mean, I think more people are waking up to like, what is with these loyalty tests and purity tests? These people talk about like, we've got to wake up the normies and get once we get enough people awake. And then, but then it's, that's not what they actually want. They don't want to wake up. And we've already known this because if as soon as enough people are woken up and the goal is accomplished and the plan is complete and all that stuff, these people lose their money. They lose their, their fault like nobody's going to care anymore. And people are already like not caring about the constant decodes.

So it's just it's it's so stupid. I'm sorry. I got a little heated here. But like what do we what do we do with this? Like for them to for for these people like not just him, but I think his wife too like he was out there calling shipwreck a traitor and and subversive or whatever. Like that rhetoric is incredibly.

And again, I'm like almost at a loss for adjectives to use. but it's so stupid. I don't know these people. They don't know me. They don't know the things that I've done to try to support the movement. They don't know how much money I've invested into like Q accounts.

They know how much money Q people have stolen from me directly stolen. People I've given the benefit of the doubt to that I've given money and supported what they wanted to do. I've supported Q shows on this network more than probably any other network out there. There's like always been a Q network or Q show or multiple Q shows

on BATs on BATs on. And as long as people want to keep doing the content, I'll allow it to be there, even though I disagree with some of the behaviors and the decodes and whatever. I believe there are good people and I want to support that. And in turn, I've just been stabbed in the back repeatedly. And it's always coming from the same damn crowd. But then to call me a traitor because I allow people to say like they don't believe voting is the answer. They would be calling George Washington and Sam Adams and all those. They would be calling them traders.

Like if you went back in time, these are the people, these are the loyalists to the, the crown that's what these people are like they claim to be you know participating in this you know info war and winning all these you know winning back the the country and doing all these things but they are operating like loyalists to the crown bunch of pussies i'm sorry and i'm not calling people who like believe voting is the solution if if you think that's the solution that there's nothing wrong with that belief you you can believe that the election system is illegitimate you you You can believe that the government is corrupt and all these things. And you can still think like, well, what else can I do?

At least if I vote, they can't steal it or whatever. I'd rather say that I voted and tried than not. There's nothing wrong with that. It's just not people don't agree with you. Not everybody agrees with you. And they have a different solution. There shouldn't be anything wrong with that either. But you will rarely see maybe G money is the exception of this.

You will rarely see people who are like, I don't think voting is. the answer. Shitting all over people who say voting is the answer and calling them treasonous and traders and all these things. You'll never see that. But you always see it in the other direction. It always comes the other direction. And it's, it's, it's just, it's gross. It's really gross. But there's, there's some like weird underlying behavior here coming from always the Q crowd, not all hashtag not all Q people, but always from some people and that's like their thing. who are the worst gatekeepers, they put forth the most struggle sessions,

and they are the first to label people that they don't even know things that they have no idea if they're true or not. And that's a shit I'm just sick of. There are a lot of really good people in Badlands, people who truly love this country and only want to see positive change. Well, they want to see this country back

to its actual golden age glory days, just like we think Trump wants it to be. and for you to come out and call them traitors and not patriots and whatever because they have a they believe there's a different method to solving our problems I just I can't stand for it anymore can't do it

You extend grace to Trump. And maybe that's, maybe that's fair. Maybe he deserves more grace than we do. But you're contradicting yourself when you say that one person is allowed to say those things while people don't get the conclusion. And maybe it's just as simple as like, do you just need us? Are we allowed to talk about election fraud and all that stuff as long as we explicitly say, but please vote guys? And again, me saying, I'm not even saying I'm not voting. Never have once said that I'm not going to vote.

And up until this coming election, so far, every election. I've been eligible to vote and I voted in. That's what's hilarious. Like you guys, I don't know, I don't know what to do with that. Like it's such a, it's such a dumb excuse. If we're going to expose the election fraud system, we need to talk about it. so let's do this quickly Shiny Hunters claims it breached FBI and stole employee data I know what I would love to see this data all published and leaked online so we could see who the actual feds on social media are that'd be really cool the Digital Extortion Group known as Shiny Hunter said Tuesday that it breached the federal bureau of investigation and stole data on almost all FBI agents and people who applied for jobs with the agency. The group said it targeted the FBI in response to a May 26 agency announcement that detailed its methods, advised victims not to pay its ransom demands.

Shiny Hunter said it exploited a zero-day vulnerability in Oracle PeopleSoft, blah, blah, blah. I'm going to have Skip from Patriot Protect on on Friday to talk about this, so I'm not going to go too into details. But again, I will say, reiterate, I hope they publish all of this. I would love to see. I mean, if there's undercover feds out there and in harm's way, like obviously that would, that would suck. and a bunch of these Patriot groups. Agent in Jack Smith probe says he was kept in the dark on congressional phone data. I think we already knew this, didn't we? Retired Justice Department inspector general agent who worked on the Arctic Frost investigation that later became part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's probe of President Trump testified that prosecutors never told him the phone records he was subpoenae belonged to members of Congress. The word subpoenaein is a funny word, saying he would have raised the issue with his supervisor if he had known. Do you believe him? I mean, it sounds like

something somebody who's in trouble for not raising the issue with the supervisor would say. He's like, oh, if I'd known, I would have raised it with you, but obviously I didn't know. I don't know if I believe it, but whatever. The firm behind Trump's social account sues ex-partner over alleged embezzlement X strategies. Is that the real name of the company? What the heck? I feel like that should be Elon Musk's company. The political consulting firm that runs several of President Trump's top social media accounts has filed a federal lawsuit against his former chair and chief financial officer Derek Utley.

Company co-founded in 2017, co-founders, by Alex Bruchowitz and Utley accuses him of embezzling at least $5 million. Wow. Olley oversaw the firm's finances and exclusive access to its bank accounts. according to the complaint on South Florida Utley used company funds on luxury sports cars, designer clothing, jewelry, first class travel and heavy gambling.

2025 alone, the lawsuit claims he spent 200 days at the Seminole, hard rock hotel and casino and gaveled $29 million in company money on slot machines. I wonder if he knows about my system. Because if he did, he was just, those were investments.

He was just doubling the company's money. Resulting in a $3 million net loss absorbed by the firm while he kept the winnings. He also accused is accused of using company money for personal investments and a Miami fitness studio. Yeah, that's probably a no-no. What else? I also reach out to Seth Cash.

The story from the Atlantic, the supporters urging Trump to declare martial law for the midterms. Trump's advisors have been working for months to move his focus away from baseless theories of election fraud. I love how they say that. Should we do a baseless conspiracies episode on election fraud? All the things we get labeled conspiracy theorists for. On a Monday show, if you watched it, we were considering doing a show where we just project using psychic abilities the entire show to the audience.

And somebody said you should call it mindless conspiracies. And I love that idea. And I'm all in to do that. I am totally down to spend an entire. show, not actually saying a word outside the ad reads, because the show wouldn't be possible without it, and just projecting the show psychically to the audience. I don't know if I can convince Zach. I couldn't even convince him to grow a mullet like he said he would do. So we'll see. But anyway, Trump's a group of outsiders is making that difficult. And we're going to talk about the story on

DPA tonight. So I'm not going to go too heavy on this, but just to give you a little teaser. Of all the outside advisors urging President Trump to seize control of federal elections this fall, the attorney Peter Tickton can claim the deepest ties. The two men went to military school together as teenagers. In 2022, Tickton helped Trump sue Hillary Clinton. This year, he pushed Trump to secure a pardon for Tina Peters. Remember that? Something he couldn't do because it was a federal,

it wasn't a federal crime. A former college of clerk convicted of charges related to tampering with election equipment, which is why it might be worth listening when Tickton says that Trump could do something soon to take over the elections. He's the only one I know. for sure as the understanding of the severity of it. Tickton told us this month before taking the stage at an election skeptic conference in Las Vegas. The way Tickton sees it, there are three possible outcomes this fall. The first, a smooth election won't happen in his view because he claims

without evidence Democrats already cheated in the primaries. The second is that Trump takes action before the election to prevent cheating. Last option is that Trump tries to declare martial law on or around November 3rd. Either martial law or step aside, he told us about Trump's choices in the last scenario when we asked about the prospect of riots if Trump tries to overturn the election results said he was not concerned believe me our armed forces are a lot bigger than they are see the narrative they're trying to push here it's the optics of that that i don't know if trump wants although i'd be in favor of it it's really not my decision uh 10 year treasury yield leaps to fresh 19 year highs oh gee's coming to the united states by the way i don't know if you guys knew that trump enters thursday

So now he is simultaneously like full-throated the NSA and the Secretary of State, probably a few other things too. This is a story we're going to talk about tonight.
