Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: 9/24/26 - Panda Diplomacy, the CNN Press Ban Ruling, and Another Shipwreck Struggle Session
Episode Date: September 24, 2026Jon Herold opens with the lighter news of China sending two pandas to the Atlanta Zoo before digging into a federal judge's overnight ruling that Trump's White House press ban on CNN, MSNBC, and Polit...ico was likely unconstitutional, questioning whether a judge should be able to override a president's national security determination at all. He also does a live deep dive into CISA's newly released 2026 Election Infrastructure Security Plan, tracing its private sector advisory structure back to the same voting machine vendors and CrowdStrike ties he's flagged before, and lands on his long standing theory of why he believes Trump actually won in 2020 and 2024 despite ongoing election fraud. Jon closes out by addressing another wave of attacks on Badlands host Shipwreck over her stance on voting, reaffirming that hosts are free to say what they believe without censorship. Sponsor reads, conference ticket news, and a lively chat session round out an opinionated Thursday show.

The Badlands, Jordan, the Badlands, explain those Badlands.
That's a hell of a name.
Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Daily Herald here on Badlands Media.
I'm your host, John Harold, the most dangerous man on the internet for the words that I say.
PJ Corrigan in the chat, so I just can't believe you give Badlands airtime to Shipwreck and Alpha and J.B. and Jordan Say there,
you know, if I'm being honest, I can't believe I give airtime to myself some days.
but here we are and yet you guys tune into me every single day uh the internet has lost his mind i
don't give a shit people are retarded and but we are working on a little something i think you guys will
enjoy um coming out i mean i don't know when but it's just these people are all hypocrites that's
you guys already do know that um but we'll we'll we'll show everybody it's it's it's gonna be a
fun time so just stay tuned um new case john is too happy it's freaking me out like chucky
Yeah, you know, one thing you guys have learned about us, I hope, over all this time,
is that we are consistent and we are able to be consistent with the things we say because we believe
the things we say.
We don't just, and we went over this last night.
We've gone over this many times.
What over it yesterday.
We don't just switch our opinions and thoughts on things because of the incentives.
And we are most likely the only people who do that.
and when you can prove that other people do that,
it's, I don't know, it's just fun.
And also, you know, seeing some of the haters poke their heads out again
and just reminds me of like,
while we're in this like lull here waiting for the current lawsuit stuff
to be dealt with and over with and whatever,
the flip side of that of me countersuing the shit out of some of these people
is going to be enjoyable,
even though some of them have no money enough to beg for it on Twitter
because they can't pay a lot rent.
But it's coming.
So just stay tuned.
But we're not going to dwell on any of that today.
We have some news to discuss.
Some interesting news.
Guys, we're getting pandas from China.
Two pandas from China because we're best friends.
Trump is best friends with Xi.
And there's no better way to tell somebody.
You know, they say like diamonds are a girl's best friend or whatever.
Like you're supposed to get people roses.
Xi is changing the game.
Like we need to now evolve and start getting the loves in our lives pandas.
So we're going to talk about that, but that was mostly a joke, if you can tell.
Sissa put out their new like 2026 midterm election security thing,
and I haven't had a chance to actually read through it,
but we're going to do some of that together to see if anything has changed.
And newsflash, probably nothing has changed.
We got a couple true social posts from Trump.
We have what else?
I don't know.
Well, oh, the late last night, like two in the morning,
the judge in the case that the handling the media suing Trump about them losing access to the white house he came out and ruled in the media's favor and so we'll talk about that a little bit too and whatever whatever other headlines might pop up so you guys can um if you have any stories post him in the chat and maybe i'll get to him but let's see where the show takes us but we're going to start it all off with some soft disclosure in a realm
Divided by ancient houses, a war has begun.
In the house of Lipbaum.
Jonathan of House, Drake.
You stand accused of defying the decree of Madame Margie and refusing the razor.
I've never heard of what the actual consequences are if we don't shave off our beards.
Waiting to find out, because I have no intention of shaving.
In this realm, even the beards may fall.
You're one of us now.
House of lotion and Tallow.
House of Manytalo.
House of Mityl.
And House of Deodorant.
She can't get away with this.
This would have never happened if she had Bitcoin.
Eat a bag of Dragon D's, Jean.
Last Kimmer K-tivated, punctured in Phil Spice.
Wait, Mitch.
He's a flash-rook down on your head.
The brain help the friction.
Looks like you guys could use a little help.
First of all, I've got to say,
supporting six small American businesses, huge fan.
Big fan of America.
But I came here to tell you,
you have a big problem at your border.
A very big problem.
An army of dry-skinned walkers is coming into your lands.
And trust me, you do not want them here.
They're dry, they're cracked, they need to be hydrated.
This is going to take conscious strength and lots of hydration.
We have to spread the word.
promo code walkers 17% off at softdisclosure.com
what about madam marjorie and her beardless son already handled
i've got the brush on it put this on your beard
to soften it motherfucker game of lotions
soft disclosure dot com promo code walkers 17% off because we are the world's foremost
queue platform or whatever uh we also got a quick spot from unicity
which I love their herbamate tea or whatever.
And then after this, we'll get into the meat of the show.
Do you have belly fat, high blood pressure, cholesterol, or any others on this list?
If you're like most patriots, you don't just have one.
It's not you.
It's your environment.
Big pharma and big food have kept us in fat storage and damage mode.
That's where to feel great comes in.
Yellow in the morning to extend your fast and burn fat.
Orange before lunch and dinner, putting your body into fat burning and relief.

Results in 90 days or you get your money back.
That's basically like saying it's free.
I'm pretty sure.
So make sure you guys check that out.
Let's go through some of the news now.
Gold and silver down a little bit from yesterday.
Gold's at 4291.
Silver is at 6439.
Bitcoin about the same as well.
was yesterday 84 462 gas prices did go up almost a cent so that hurts four dollars and 48 cents
but whatever they'll come down when trump wins the iran war someday yes jih is in um is in the
united states are doing a bunch of meetings here's uh donald trump a big day with president ghi of
china super intelligence will be a big topic of discussion but i want to leave it exactly where it is that is
his position also. Our guardrail is the DOJ. So if AI ends up killing everybody,
do not be afraid because we'll put the people in jail. That's all you got to know.
Funny stuff from Trump there. Another post from in the Ford's theater lies. Just another
example of how the fake news media and the Dumaocrats conspire together to make up false stories
about President Donald J. Trump shouldn't be allowed to happen. Our country is desperately
seeking a free and fair press.
That is very true, and we have been for some time now.
It's unfortunate that we still don't have one.
But it is what it is.
Another one here.
The Democrats make up lie after lie.
The new one is that I want Ford's Theater named after me.
That's where Abraham Lincoln was assassinated.
Who would want that?
I don't.
It's fake news, started by the MSDNC and CNN.
So he's going after the fake news, and we could probably talk about that next.
Next. The judge has come out and blocked Trump's White House ban on CNN, MS now, and Politico.
Judge Timothy J. Kelly issued a temporary restraining order and told the White House to immediately restore the press credentials for the employees of the three news outlets.
We're going to read through a little bit of this, and then I'm going to show you probably the most ridiculous part of his ruling.
A federal judge on Thursday said the President Trump's order barring.
CNN MS now and Politico from the White House was likely unconstitutional and ordered the administration to restore access to three news outlets.
There's Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court in Washington granted a 14-day restraining order and told the White House to immediately return, reinstate, and restore the press credentials held by employees of the three outlets.
The news organizations were likely to succeed in their claim that the White House had violated their constitutional due process rights by revoking their press credentials without advance notice or an opportunity to respond.
Judge Kelly wrote in the order issued in the early hours of Thursday.
He also rejected for now the administration's argument that revoking the outlets' press credentials was necessary to protect national security.
So I'm curious where you guys stand on this because there have been instances in the past where not only has Trump tried to do this,
didn't he try to remove Acosta from the White House back in 2018?
And I don't think that held.
The Pentagon has been trying to remove some people.
They're still stuck in litigation.
and that might even be in this article.
Pete HECSeth has also imposed
reporting access restrictions on news organizations
at the Pentagon.
The Times has successfully challenged
some of these restrictions in court
and the Pentagon is appealing to rulings.
But I also know the left has done this as well.
And it's an interesting time with this going on
because we do have a lot less focus
on mainstream media as a whole, I think,
and more people tune into like podcasts
and stuff like this,
independent news organizations if such exists out there like balance media um and so the the need for
for for like so if if these mainstream media outlets are not allowed to be disbarred or whatever from
from the white house does that mean anybody can just be like i want to be at the white house
and the white house has no say over it because what it really is is like a little media
cartel that they have with the white house correspondence association actually did an interview
with um oh what's her name chenelle reown way back in like march or april of last year maybe may i
don't remember the date but it was in 2025 and we talked about the the new media and what the
um you know what carylnavitt was doing and whether or not it actually changed anything and she was
like ah not really so so this is just interesting but the most interesting part of this and i don't
even know if interesting is the right word but in the judge's ruling he talks about the national
security implications that the defense used. For another, and simply put, the record lacks factual support
for defendant's contention that the revocation of plaintiff's hard passes will, in fact, protect
national security, but that national security will be endangered if the court orders their passes
reinstated while this litigation proceeds. Defendants offer no declarations or other support,
classified or unclassified, explaining how any of the reporting they identified in their letters to
plaintiffs damage the national security. You know, I've studied this concept.
a lot when it comes to the devolution stuff because there's plenty of precedent out there that the president
out there that the president of the United States can interpret the actions of pretty much anybody,
consider them an act of war, and no court can determine whether the president's wrong on that declaration
or that determination. Only the president can, you know, determine that and determine what degree of
force can meet the situation. I can't remember the exact quote, and I totally butcher that,
but you guys understand what I'm saying. So how can a judge now,
come out and be like, well,
even though the president says this is a national security threat,
I don't agree, and they didn't prove it, so I'm going to ignore that.
That doesn't seem like that's the right order of operations for me.
Does that make sense?
Is the president required to show that something is a national security threat?
in order for a judge take or should a judge be taken at face value but then also on the flip side of
that like how many of our constitutional rights have been infringed on in the past like talking
patriot act and everything that stemmed down from it because of national security reasons so this
is just the interesting argument interesting thing like i wonder how the trump administration is
going to argue it because there's something here this was a trump appointed judge too which is weird
QBag BC says access doesn't mean chairs up front or being called on no no wandering the halls
and that's another great point like give them the press credentials back who cares you don't have to
allow them on the plane you don't have to call on them in the press room you don't have to hold
press conferences period Trump can just do addresses from the office anytime he wants to get
his message out you go back to whenever karenl levit resigned and everybody's talking about who's
going to be the next press secretary we don't need one
We literally do not need one.
And I think my argument at the time was like the fake news is
totally corrupt and whatnot anyway.
All they do is lie.
All they do is propagandize.
So screw them.
Like just we don't need to give them any information so they can spend their stories.
Because that's all they do with it anyway.
The media pool is akin to the cheerleader click in high school.
Unreliable at best.
Fixed may net.
If the credential and access passes given, it can be taken away.
Otherwise, why does it exist?
That's a great point.
Q. Awakening, why do retarded judge rulings matter? They have zero power projection.
That's like the ultimate, honest question is who's going to enforce it?
And Trump at any point, in my opinion, can just disregard the courts.
The executive is essentially the enforcement mechanism of the judicial branch.
And Trump has played nice a lot of the times, but there really is no enforcement mechanism.
But whenever he does decide to like go against whatever the courts are going to say,
it's probably not going to be over the media.
Unfortunately, it's probably going to be something more important than that.
But who knows?
No Wimps 1.
Nobody is stopping them from reporting, just not letting rats in the house.
New K's.
What's the worst the mainstream media can do to Trump now, write mean things about them?
Good question.
Did I see Real Miss Bright in the chat?
What's up, Real Miss Bright?
Your husband was on one last night.
normally when he's on one I'm like super annoyed and bored but it was more exciting last night which was great
uh ray car i wish natalie winters was sitting in the front row that young lady has her stuff together
she definitely does new case leaking his treason start there that's a great great place to start for
sure they did reopen the james komi investigation into the leaking which you know the one that john
durham punted on before he investigated it and decided not to pursue charges but they are by far
that's not the only one. It's happening all over up and down. And a lot of these leaks, too.
The leaks, if you can call them that, are probably just made up stories in the first place.
But yeah, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with that. The fake news is going to fake news.
Marguerite Carlin, like a teacher overriding a principal's decision.
Newcase, White House press scores nowhere in the First Amendment, as if anyone actually cares about our Bill of Rights protections now anyway, with all the cameras and data centers.
That's true.
Away Mega 5.
GART 14 tickets.
Yeah, guys.
Gart tickets are on sale for St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Go to Badlandsmedia.com.
TV slash events.
Get yourself some tickets.
This is probably going to be our biggest one of the year.
And because we don't have any on the docket for next year yet,
it's technically the last Gart will ever have scheduled.
We're going to get a couple in next year.
But we're not going to do four a year anymore.
It's just too much for everybody.
and like the hosts mainly and we know a lot of people like to get to as many as they can but logistically
as kids get older and get more activities it's a nightmare like just this week with my kids we have
something every single day we have football practice we have volleyball practice we have basketball
practice and dance um there's volleyball there's real volleyball or volleyball game real tackle
football game flag football game two birthday parties it's just nuts and so you extend that out over a long enough time
Like, it's, it's getting harder and harder to, for us host to get to these things.
So get your tickets.
Come hang out with us because there will be less opportunities in the future, but there will still be opportunities.
Jay Gonzalez, afternoon, John, thank you for being principal and staying with ship.
I also will not be voting and I will exercise my rights to withhold my consent.
F the Uniparty.
I have, nobody told you to do that.
But that is your prerogative, man.
And yeah, I even got more DMs today about, about ship.
people just don't understand like I don't I don't care what people say it's not my job to
police what somebody says says says if you don't like what they say just tune out it's not that hard
and that's kind of my stance forever you're asking me to like censor somebody instead of you just
censoring like how many times that we talked about you know we just got to tune out of the mainstream
we just need everybody to tune out of the mainstream media that's what we say about the mainstream
media but when it comes to like other people in the conservative movement and the
truth or community who are just whatever you feel about what shipwreck says, I do earnestly
believe that she means well.
Like she wants the same things for this country as everybody else.
She just doesn't trust the plan or any of that stuff.
So obviously she's going to have a different opinion on things.
But instead of just advocating to tune them out, they're advocating for censorship and wishing
death upon an independent news agency.
It's just absurd.
Came here for a rant, even a baby rant.
when John gets hot it lights up the internet
Medvedsco the media machine is owned by a small group
de Jews who is the new owner of CNN as of yesterday
was it fake news that CNN was purchased yesterday
is that true
um was CNN purchased yesterday
wasn't it was it the Paramount Plus thing
which by the way I know Larry Ellison and all that stuff
and CNN
and there's
ties to Paramount is great, but the whole white hat, black hat game, we've played these games before.
It's hard to know who's who.
And so like celebrating Paramount purchasing CNN and thinking like, oh, well, this will change things.
I don't know if it's going to do that.
But no, CNN itself was not sold separately yesterday.
What happened is that Paramount Skydance proposed acquisition of CNN's parent company, Warner Brothers,
did go through.
Discovery move forward after an antitrust settlement, the transaction was reported as expected
to take effect by October.
Phil Scarborough, good to see, man.
I want to hope that all this is leading to something big,
that they're going to have to go around the old media completely
to get info out, or at least that's the new rug I've knitted.
Nothing wrong with knitting a good rug, man.
That's what old people do to pass the time, isn't it?
Not all old people, and young people do knit as well.
So just because I said that doesn't mean I'm calling young people old or whatever.
But I was supposed to be a joke and I butchered it and I apologize and I always tell myself I'm never going to apologize
But yeah, I mean that's that's the excuse everybody's saying
The whole Trump TV thing which was just his YouTube account
Streaming 24-7 replaying Trump clips the already existed YouTube account. I don't know people's
People are
Super I don't know everything's a rationalization. It's ridiculous
Jen is John Snow's ginger bride
CK Felt showing my husband how the chat works.
Awesome. Good to see us.
CK Felt.
Actually, we had a team meeting this morning, me and the back end folks, and we were talking
about how everybody's raving about the new merch we got from Scales gear.
So very excited.
And we're going to be in touch about another round of new hats.
So stay tuned.
Oh man, I'm way behind in the chat.
Ray Carl, car, when the mold starts to curl, then you have a true mullet.
Is it getting there?
We're getting closer.
I think I have a haircut Monday or Tuesday, like just to get the sides.
So we'll see what happens.
We'll see how it looks after that.
Phil Scarwood, did I miss the but-in-good news section of the show?
Oh, yeah, you did.
How awesome is this.
China is to send two pandas to the U.S. as a symbol of friendship, according to Xi.
China will send two giant pandas, one of them named Ping Ping,
and one of them named
Fu Shuang
to the Atlanta Zoo.
That might be the best news ever.
And it's funny because so many people are like,
pandas aren't even real.
Where do you stand on that?
I don't have an opinion.
Let's talk about this real quick.
SISA has released their 2026 election
infrastructure security plan.
And you guys probably know my feelings about SISA.
And I don't know, we'll read through some of this.
Sisa has released its 2026 election.
infrastructure security plan providing voluntary guidance tools and resources for state and local
officials to protect election infrastructure from cyber and physical threats ahead of the midterm
elections the 13 page plan outlines the election infrastructure officials are responsible for
protecting including voting and processing facilities voting hardware voter registration systems
and tabulation systems plan identifies potential threats including cyber attacks targeting state voter
registration databases and bomb threats directed at election offices and this one's interesting too because
just got news yesterday, didn't we, that the Democrats are suing to blocked armed federal agents
at the polls and they seek DHS voter integrity checklists. They're saying this is because they don't
want armed agents to intimidate voters or whatever. I think the DHS and ICE are like more so
we're just going to arrest illegals. But when you combine this lawsuit to stop armed guards or
whatever from being at the polls with this story of, you know, we're going to keep an eye on for
bomb threats.
It's just a little weird coincidence.
To address potential cyber vulnerabilities, it recommends considering paper ballots that can
be reviewed by hand for transparency, auditability, and resilience against software
failures or manipulation.
It also recommends post-election manual audits of paper ballots to verify strong vote,
or sorry, to verify voting systems function properly and identify errors before final
results are certified.
So let's go through some of this, huh?
The new report.
It's only 13 pages.
I would have been way more excited if it was 20 pages, but, or sorry, not 20, 17 pages,
but it is what it is.
I mean, they could have left like four more.
This page is intentionally not blank in here so that this could be a decode,
but it is what it is.
Here's a 17.
Never mind.
We're saved.
We got a 17 right there, January of 2017.
Let's see here.
Election Infrastructure Overview.
The election infrastructure subsector.
Do they still have?
the committee
let me
I'm gonna go look at this
if you guys remember my part five
the EIS
SIC
um
and how corrupt
that entire thing was
this is a dot go
I wonder if that is still in existence
topics
election security
this is role
the new plan
see if they still have
the election cybersecurity toolkit
that is with the CIS as the lead federal agency responsible for national
security election security CISA through the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative is
compiled the toolkit for free services and tools to help state and local
government election officials of vendors enhance cybersecurity now what is this
this is different from CIS I wonder if they just renamed it to address these
challenges this established the JCDC to unify cyber defense who is part of
the JCDC. Sounds like a band. I guess ACDC. That's probably where I got that from.
So I'm sorry, I'm doing a little bit of a live dig here, but I want to know who's part of this.
Okay, who comprises the JCDC, the U.S. government's intelligence community, sector risk management
agencies. We'll look and see who those are. The largest global IT and communication service
Provisors significant infrastructure operators across all sectors five eyes and
expert researchers I don't know if I trust this guys can let me see if I can find
who's oh here we go the JCDC shaping the partnership between government and private sector
globally they just celebrated their third anniversary this is back in
August of 2020. Okay, so this is definitely deep state shenanigans here.
Gosh, I wish they would just show us who's actually in this thing.
Isn't it weird how they like make this stuff difficult to find and difficult to like actually figure out how this stuff works?
Let's maybe try this one.
Securing open source TIT. No cost cybersecurity services and tools.
I think this might be where it's at.
Sorry, I'm like just all over the place now, but now I'm already balls deep in this.
I got it to finish. Connect with your regional cybersecurity advisor. Sign up for hygiene services.
But who is conducting these? I might have to turn this into a separate dig entirely.
Cybersecurity toolkit and resources to protect elections.
I don't know. I can't find it. So this is what it will do. I will dig into this later
since I just came across this now. And we will see if it's still people like, oh, here we go.
Look at this. Detect fishing attacks. Crowdstrike.
hybrid analysis.
That's awesome.
Crowd strike still on the machines.
Boom.
But I'll find more on this. I'll dig later.
Okay, let's go back to this.
Over 10,000 local election jurisdictions
manage day-to-day stuff, election infrastructure,
components, systems, and networks.
There's voting locations, technical facilities,
storage facilities, processing facilities, administrative
facilities, and voting hardware.
It is still
incredibly unfortunate that we actually have
voting hardware in the election process.
Technological components, hardware, software components like those should not exist.
Voting registration systems, election system, blah, blah,
keep staffing, roll.
I'll skip this.
Cyber vulnerabilities.
Election-related software, like all complex software, contains vulnerabilities.
They require timely remediation.
However, structural constraints within the certification ecosystem can significantly limit
vendors' ability to release patches and prevent system owners from applying them quickly.
This is assessment show state-local tribal elections.
offices frequently struggle with basic cybersecurity hygiene.
Talk about how they're going to make it easier.
Man, I don't trust any of this.
Do you guys?
What insider threats?
Elections are administered at a state and local levels of government,
given the wide range of operational and short-term roles required to administer
and support responsibilities during an election cycle.
It is important to understand how insider threats,
both intentional and unintentional, can introduce risks to conducting secure elections.
An insider threat is a potential for an insider to use their authorized access or special knowledge of an organization to cause harm, whether maliciously or unintentionally.
The risk is a growing concern for election infrastructure stakeholders, including permanent staff, temporary or seasonal workers.
Yeah, this is a growing concern. Foreign adversaries as well as other malicious actors such as criminal networks could attempt to gain insider access through a variety of methods.
Threats to physical stuff.
And this is the part that worries me.
Siss and no-cost products.
And this is what I was digging on early.
and I'll just show you guys exactly what I'm talking about.
If you go back to, we'll go to my part 11 of my series.
This is the one where I talk about CrowdStrike,
their entire role in the DNC hack and all that stuff
and how they're totally a deep state company,
the Ukraine impeachment, the server, all that.
You guys are all familiar with that.
But if you go about halfway through,
we talk about cybersecurity and election security resources.
And it brings us to the Center for Internet,
security, and this is the group that was providing free services for state and local governments
to secure the elections.
It says right here, election infrastructure, ISAC.
Through the EIISAC, election agencies will gain access to an elections-focused cyber defense suite,
including sector-specific threat intelligence projects or products.
And all this stuff was free.
CIS and the elections infrastructure information sharing and analysis center provide many resources
to support cybersecurity needs of the election community.
And then if you dig into it, I think they provide them for free.
Yep, the SIS Secure Suite membership is free for all U.S.S. LTT organizations.
So it sounds exactly the same as what they have now sounds exactly the same as this right here.
And this is where we had CrowdStrike.
And it's on contracts being part of the defense of actual election infrastructure.
running EDR services, which means like they were protecting the software.
And if they did all the shenanigans before with the FBI and inclusion with the Hillary
Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee and whatever, we can totally
trust them on our machines and they're not going to allow bad actors to get in there or not
go in there and manipulate them themselves.
So yeah, this is why I have to dig more.
I think they did a rebrand to this JCDC, super cool sounding band name, whatever, but it
sounds like it's the same exact setup.
And again, I have no faith in the elections.
That is not me saying that you shouldn't go vote.
You can go do whatever the hell you want.
But no, I have zero faith in the election system or that our government is going to do
the ones that will secure the election system, which they used to benefit themselves.
So Ash 7076 says, after USAID, the MSIAC managed services version of this started begging
for money from the counties, like membership fees.
Yeah, so that's what we need to dig into, Ash, is what is this new JCDC?
and is it just the same thing?
Maybe the machine knows.
Does the Center for Internet Security still provide election security for United States elections?
Let's see what the machine says.
Yes, the Center for Internet Security still provides election security support to U.S. election offices,
but its role is focused on protecting non-voting election technology and sharing threat intelligence.
Let's see, I'll have to dig more into this.
I don't trust that for a second.
Okay, let's go back to this.
Table-time exercise, inside of threat stuff.
Talking with all the different things.
Regional security advisors, that sounds fun.
Information sharing.
This is the part where it's all so stupid.
The S-L-T-T-S-O-C.
And that's another thing I need to look into is if the,
what is it called, the E-I-S-A-C-C- or S-C-C-C?
here the EIS GCC I need to find out if this still exists because this is the thing where they're like we are going to secure our elections based on the advice of a certain group of private sector companies and those private sector companies happen to be the people that are running the elections and on top of that stealing the elections so yeah I don't I don't trust these people for a second
Let's see if we can find any new.
We have a 2023 charter.
I don't think they show the companies in it.
That's a 2021 charter.
2024.
In 2024, that's pretty recent.
Did they take, I think they took down the, I'm pretty sure they took down the actual list of names that were on there.
Let me try this one more time.
I'm sorry for all these searches, guys, and not going through the normal flow of the show,
but this stuff is what interests me.
Election infrastructure, what is it called?
What is it again?
Election infrastructure, subsector.
Okay, let's see if this works.
Okay, here we go.
Charters of membership.
There we go.
This is the same bullshit, guys.
Dominion voting systems, one of the people on the sector coordinating council,
which is advising on how we secure elections.
Look at all these things.
No ink.
Enhanced voting.
ESNS.
Eric.
I mean, these are all the worst companies.
Votech, Vodem, Vodhield, Voting Works, VR systems, Smarmatic,
Runbeck, ProVNV, Insanity.
You guys can check this out for yourself.
Skeptical says, wait, hold on.
Phil Scarborough, okay, dare I ask, and I know it's been asked before,
but how did Trump get elected with the faking gay elections?
If they rigged it for him, who did it and how?
Theories, we've talked about this, a ton.
Skeptical answer is they derrigged it for Trump.
They melted the Ukraine web server that had hammer and scorecard or whatever on it.
Supposedly they had Russia do it.
I don't know if I buy that.
I think it's more so the 2020 election.
They didn't.
And who knows, guys?
I don't even know if I should comment.
I don't know for sure.
My theory, my opinion is they didn't actually think Trump had a chance.
They believed their own fake polls.
they were really stupid.
They didn't campaign in certain areas.
And they underestimated the vein of that Trump tapped into.
Like that the message that he was selling of America first and like these elites have been robbing you blind for decades and it's time to change that.
Like this country is supposed to be about you guys, you the people, not the elites.
He really did a good job tapping into that.
And they underestimated it.
And so I think he legitimately won and they still cheated.
They still did like some of the mail-on ballot stuff.
But by 2018 and certainly by 2020, their voting fraud infrastructure was so just pervasive
and everywhere that they stole it from.
Now, fast forward to 2024, the outlier election.
I know there's theories that they derigged it, all those things, but I still come back to,
I think they had no choice because the narrative of Trump losing that election would
have exposed the election fraud apparatus.
I have no doubt.
I mean, obviously, it's a speculation because it didn't happen.
but it would have been hard
especially like where things were at that time
for them to successfully sell the story that Kamala Harris won
and at the end of the day
they would much rather
live through a Trump term and fight him tooth and nail
which they've done successfully these last two years
then
you know potentially
expose and lose
their fraud apparatus
and at the end of the day if Trump is
if Trump does what we think he's going to do, they're going to lose that regardless.
So that's just my feelings on it.
I may not be right.
Maybe the white hats are the ones rigging elections and it doesn't matter.
Whether it's the white hats doing it or the bad guys,
what does that say about your vote?
But you guys go vote if that's what you want to do.
That is not what I'm saying.
It's ridiculous that I have to clarify it every single time.
But there are people out there that will literally twist my words and lie about the things
I say, just to attack something I've never said. It's so stupid. Anyway, we already did this story.
Federal prosecutors have opened a probe into Jeffrey Epstein's executors.
Federal authorities have opened a probe into Darren Indyke. It's kind of an unfortunate last name.
And Richard Kahn, Jeffrey Epstein's longtime lawyer and accountant, who now serve as the
executors of his estate, according to the Wall Street Journal. They have been scheduling interviews
with potential witnesses and requesting documents about their dealings with in Dyke and Khan.
the documents sought include emails and financial records i wonder what they're going after them for
that's that's the curious part i didn't really say i didn't really dig into it to find out but
i do think that is interesting this is the story we talked about earlier democrats suing to block armed
federal agents at the polls i think it's ridiculous suing about something that hasn't happened yet
and unless what's that movie with tom cruise and they like get the little balls that come
the pre-crime unit what's that called something that's something that shall know but that's like
essentially what this is it's like we think a crime is about to happen we better stop this
ridiculous lawsuit, but I'm sure they'll find a judge. They'll hold it up in courts and there'll be
all sorts of shenanigans and delays. And since they saved it till this point, 60 days out, 50 days out,
whatever it is, they'll probably successfully have some sort of injunction in place before there's
a ruling that comes down and rightfully shuts this lawsuit down. But we'll see what happens.
Rand Paul has supposedly dropped some more bombshells on Fauci, saying more record destruction
and gain of function research has been found. Senator says new revelations on Fauci's phone,
computer and diary led his committee to try granting prosecutorial immunity to a former top
aide to Fauci. That effort failed. The revelations include undisclosed destruction of documents
and knowing attempts at increasing gain of function that weaponized the virus.
Democrats and a few Republicans seem set on keeping the information from public view.
And I'd assume the Uniparty also feel the same way.
What are we talking about here? It's always John's fault. Yes, it was probably my fault.
guys everything's always my fault every loss any inconvenience you've ever suffered has been because of me
and all the bad things that i've done um my bed's code the shadow government does not have to play
the election cycle game they are pervasive and impossible to remove the protected class protected by
the fraudulent judiciary i agreed agree agreed and agree past and present tense
uh brett hour they wanted all the red blooded men to die for israel and no one would fight the
war with Harris as at the helm.
That's an interesting take on it.
Post Garber, I believe we can make it too big to rig.
They do cheat, but the more people vote, the more work it is for them to cheat.
So make them work for it and get out to vote.
That's a totally valid argument, man.
I've never disagreed with that.
But some people do.
And maybe I have disagreed with that in the past.
I don't know.
At the end of the day, like, if we're right about how the fraud system works,
which I have no reason to believe we're not, you can't outvote that stuff.
But it's okay to feel that way.
And I understand why people do feel that way.
And the thing is like people who talk about election fraud and stuff.
And like some of the people who are attacking Badlands right now who in the past have said literally the exact same things we have,
even going as far and saying that like your vote doesn't matter.
Like literally some of the people who are attacking Badlands right now and lying and saying all these things have said in the past that voting,
it doesn't matter how many people turn out to vote.
It's impossible to outvote the machines.
Yet they're attacking Badlands right now.
for the same rhetoric. That's how full of shit these guys are. It drives me nuts. Don't worry.
We're gonna, we'll expose that. But I understand like people who say that change their tune when
it comes like nitty gritty time. Elections are coming up. We can't sound, we can't be the ones who
might take responsibility for a loss. Like if it happens that we don't win these midterms,
it's not going to be our fault. It's going to be anybody else's fault. And then they'll go back to
talking about the rigged election system after they go through.
weeks of struggle sessions blaming other people.
They have literally zero testicles.
They have big gaping vaginas.
Pardon my rhetoric here, but it's just true.
They're they're pussies.
They can't stand by what they believe.
And maybe it's just because they don't actually believe anything.
And they just have to say the things that the incentives support.
And so that's what they do.
But I understand that there's a lot of people out there who are kind of like that.
And I'm not saying that's what the people are who,
who believe that you should vote because
it, you know, at least it makes it harder for them to cheat.
That is a valid thing to say.
I'm saying the people who at one point said it doesn't matter,
but now are saying that it does.
That is, those are the ones that are with the vaginas,
if that makes sense.
That's a total valid argument, and I don't disagree with it.
And in the past two elections, three elections,
the 2024, 2022, 2020, I knew elections were going to be rigged,
but like I voted in every single one of those,
but especially the 22 and 2024 after all the research I did into election,
is how fraudulent they were.
Like my opinion on the fraudulent election system has not changed since 2021 or ever since
2020.
It has not changed.
I've still voted in elections.
So I totally get that argument and why people hold that argument.
Doesn't mean it's right.
We don't know if it's right, but it's a valid argument.
Minority report, that was the name of the movie.
Thank you.
My cousin doesn't pay attention to politics at all and she needs to learn something.
She could learn it from an Iowa lady like shipwreck.
Yeah.
Yeah. Not every not every the the cheerleading audience is not shipwrecks audience and that is okay.
Now no wimps won vote. It's all we really have. You go for it guys.
MPG Stewart theory badlands under increased attack because gaining YouTube followers and new exposure via crypto rich and other interviews inbound.
That very well could be. I think there's a lot of theories. If you really think about what Badlands is and represents, like,
Really honestly think about it.
We are collective of individuals.
We do not get any sort of outside funding other than the support that comes from like you guys.
But at the end of the day, like even if we did get outside funding, our ethos,
which we have said time and time again is that nobody will tell us what to say and what to do.
We will do whatever the hell we want at all times.
And like that's it, full stop.
And it doesn't matter if a company comes in and tries to give us money to say something,
we're not going to do it.
We'll take the money, but like we're not.
going to do the thing ever and we've lost money because of that or when the public wants like all
the incentives are behind saying a certain thing like you everybody the consensus needs to be around
this one idea and we're like well is that the right idea though like is that the principal
approach is that like is that is that a moral thing that we should be doing and we don't take that
approach that upsets people like you can't control you literally can't control what you say
and there are very few and burning bright hit on this very eloquently last night
Like, I can't think of any.
They probably exist.
I don't watch a lot of other content.
But there aren't many outlets out there or groups or collectives that honestly operate that way.
Where you cannot control them in any form or fashion.
You can't control them with money.
You can't control them with public pressure.
You can't control them with incentive.
Like, you cannot, you can't control us.
There are very few places out there where people with opposing ideas, whether you agree with them or not,
are allowed to honestly and earnestly speak their mind and not be afraid of like,
oh, am I going to get kicked off a badlands for this?
The only time we've had to kick people off was for subversion, like subversive things.
Like trying to hurt badlands and what we have here.
But otherwise, the people that are on here are allowed to say and do whatever they want
and they will not be censored by me no matter how much people bitch about it.
I don't care.
And like if you understand what kind of threat that,
represents to the establishment, the gatekeepers, the people who want to push narrative
certain ways and whatever, to have a group that is constantly just pursuing the truth at all
times, no matter what.
Like, that is a real threat to them.
And so obviously they're going to attack us at every opportunity.
And especially like in the times when it's almost easy to do, like, right now, everybody's like
emotionally drained from the last two years.
financially struggling. And it's like they are trying to pull on people's emotions to turn on badlands because we talk about elections. The same way we've talked about them for two years, it's just it's harder to hear now. And they need they need the like the everything's going to be okay if we just go do this one thing. And they think we're a threat to that. And that's why the cycle keeps getting repeated over and over again. I was talking to my fiance last night about it. This is the first time that we'll will be together during an election cycle.
and she was like, oh, so-and-so is talking crap about you just after begging for money and like, you know, whatever.
And I was like, this is literally nothing.
It doesn't even face me anymore.
I do not care because this is like the fifth time we've gone through this.
This is the third election cycle and like the fifth or sixth op that we've had to deal with.
It doesn't phase this anymore.
And that probably makes us an even bigger threat because not only can they not control what we say,
but we don't even care about whether or not they off us.
Like, just keep doing it.
We don't care.
And it's like they can't pressure us like it I don't know guys it's just it doesn't matter to us anymore.
We don't care whether people watch what we watch what we're saying.
We don't care if it affects our viewership.
We don't care if it affects the rants we get.
We don't care if it affects the sponsorship money.
We don't care about any of it.
All we care about is being allowed to say the things that we believe at all times.
And we're just going to keep doing that.
And I can't I can't think of a bigger threat to those people, whether it's whether it's a thousand people watching us
or 200,000 people watching us.
I don't think it matters.
That's a threat.
Because stuff like that does grow.
When you get that kind of spirit,
and this is why we do the Badlands Meetups and the Garts,
and we have over 60 self-organized groups around the country,
varying degrees of participation, that's fine.
But when you get people who are actually like getting together,
having conversations that they don't want us having
and trying to figure out stuff for ourselves
without their help and without their infrastructure to figure it out,
they don't want that.
And so obviously they're going to try to divide us and divide the people who watch us
and try to make everything a purity test and make everything.
Like if you don't, if you don't believe what I think, you're done.
You're subversive.
They brought up the freaking conic thing again.
No, not conic.
It was the firm and power generator.
Like people were bringing that up again.
That was like that's from the first day we started back in 2022.
People trying to, I actually wasn't, it was more 2023 because they were the sponsor of that first Gart.
Like, oh, did you not see that Badlands got seed money from Furman, a CCP front company?
Just the dumbest, dumbest stuff that we've already had to deal with, but they have nothing else.
They don't have actually anything on us.
So they just have to keep lying about us.
And that's fine.
People will fall for it.
But on a long enough timeline, all of these ops are going to fail.
And all the people that are attacking us are going to look like retards for doing it.
And I'm okay with that.
I got patience. Like times get tough.
Whatever, like we're not making as much money as we used to.
That's okay because we don't care about the money.
So we're not going to change how we do things.
We're just going to keep truck along.
Anyway, that, I don't remember what got me down that path, but it is now 1253.
So I got to buzz through a couple things.
Mortgage rates top 7%.
That sucks if you're in the search for a home.
Trump admin launches.
Trump TV ad ahead of the midterms.
32nd ad apparently paid for by U.S. tax dollars
features photos and videos of Trump,
the American flag and military aircraft.
Sounds base, but how do you know it's paid by U.S. tax dollars?
You probably don't.
I bet it's private funded.
Trump's not stupid.
But maybe, who knows, maybe he did pay for with tax dollars.
And if so, I probably wouldn't agree with doing it.
Lawmakers to unveil Hollywood tax incentive.
Stakes are high for the entertainment industry,
which has been battered by years of work,
shifting to countries with lucrative tax credits.
Remember Trump didn't he have?
Who's this guy that's like his liaison to Hollywood?
And I was going to fix things there.
I don't remember.
US Canada's car and he says he studied risk of U.S. invasion.
So dumb.
I mean, every country war games that stuff.
But that's, we don't need to really invade them.
It wouldn't be that hard to take them over.
Would we really call it an invasion?
Maybe, I guess.
Okay. I think I'm going to end there, guys.

All right.
Do I have anybody after me today, by the way?
I don't know.
Oh, yeah. Badlands Book Club, the creature from Jekyll Island.
I can't believe they're still in that book. That is crazy.
I made a couple of rants come through.
Twelve Indy Boys says, bought our St. Pete Garter tickets this morning since I was sleeping when they went on sale.
Guard fever is real. See you soon again.
Oh, I can't wait to see you guys.
Always awesome hanging out and very much looking forward to Gart.
And thank you for the rant, by the way, and supporting Badlands always.
You guys are the last crew that have been to every single guard, which is remarkable.
But the only ones who have not been retarded and fallen for any of the ops.
Not everybody can say that.
And there are some people who came to a lot of guards but then stopped for other reasons.
But there are some people who used to come to every guards but then fell for the ops because they're retarded.
That's okay.
Peace, Pay and it gifted five subs.
Thank you so much.
Nikitho Higgins, mandatory voting is a bicameral decision.
Either eat a bag of these or wear a jacket of vaginas.
That's pretty funny.
Let me see if there's anything else in the chat to talk about the panda droid.
Badlands is failing. Mother's too late. Badlands and's new show host. And yeah, they're so dying.
Well, that's what's so funny too. It's like Badlands is irrelevant. They're dying. Nobody watches them.
But also it's Badlands fault for saying this thing. But it's so dumb.
Ash says BB epic rant last night.
It was. It was a great rant.
I don't believe not voting helps the cause, but it ships right to say what she feels now.
Stand by her and her right to say it. Amen.
Totally agree.
I sorry, I pray for you. Thank you guys.
And the prayers are always appreciated.
It's never easy, but it's getting easier.
Like I was saying, the longer they keep doing this stuff and the more they keep doing
this stuff, the less it actually phases me.
It phases other people like my mom.
She hates it.
Fiancee, she's getting better about it, but she isn't a fan.
I just tell him like, don't, you don't have to look.
If you don't look and see it, it can't phase you.
And that's kind of my approach.
Yesterday, I got a little bit more like engaging with the trolls.
And that's typically not my.
approach and I probably won't do that again in the future or try not to at least for a while.
But anyway, yeah, there's a lot of chats here. I do appreciate
Echcal, John, did you see my chat earlier to get ghost interview thumbnail fixed? The wrong one
happens when you share it. Yeah, we noticed that too and we don't know how to fix that.
So I'll reach out to the crypto rich though to see what we can do.
But with that guys, I'm going to get out of here and get you over to the Badlands
book club make sure you guys leave a thumbs up and like you know what we're figuring out like we're
trying to figure out how youtube does its stuff and and rumble if you guys don't mind doing me a favor
i know we always ask you to do things and like the homework sucks i hated homework and you don't have
to do this by any means but if you want to help us out a great way to do it is liking on rumble and
youtube like that's a great way and even on whatever platforms you you see is come up on just give it a
like but then also apparently on YouTube commenting on on YouTube helps and so just if you see a
bad land show over there that you enjoyed don't be afraid to leave a comment because the fact that
we turned on money from all these other places to be able to keep speaking and doing what we do
um it means that we don't make the big bucks and so we try to make the money where we can that's
from like doing things like getting you guys to leave a like and a comment over on on YouTube so
if you don't mind doing that and on Rumble as well, but we appreciate it.
Black and Destroyer X retards are attacking Shipwreck this morning after she put out a video.
Yeah, I'd message her this morning about that.
I was like, hey, we're not going to go anywhere.
And she was like, oh, thank you.
I didn't know if this is going to be an end of me on Badlands.
It's like, no, you were free to say whatever you want.
People are going to do that they've been doing this every single time.
This might be Shipwreck's first iteration with us and an election cycle two.
And I told her, it's like, you mean, you engage with whoever you want, do whatever you want.
But what I would do is just focus on the things that you like to talk about and ignore the haters.
Because once you start focusing on them and feeding them oxygen, that's when they capitalize.
That's exactly what they're looking for.
That's why I don't do it.
I just ignore it.
All right.
You guys have a great rest of your day.
I will see you tomorrow right here, 1 p.m. Eastern on the Daily Herald.
And stick around Badlands.
Watch the book club.
They're doing a great job.
You guys, take care.
Let's get started.
Thank you.
