the Iran War. There's a few different interesting stories kind of going around here. First of all, Secretary Lutnik went on, I don't remember whose show. Gosh, my tabs are all out of order. Super annoying. I'm annoying myself.

Okay, here we go. So Lutnik was on a show speaking at the G20 Innovation Summit about AI. He answered a question about the military actions in Iran. I misspoke. 18 members of our military have died.

And to those families, I'm going to go to read the full post here. And to those families, my heart breaks, and I'm so very sorry for the loss. I was thinking about the Venezuelan military operation where no service members died. As the 25th anniversary of 9-11 approaches, I'm deeply thankful for our military and the sacrifices, the men and women who serve our great country makes. So such an attack where I lost my brother Gary, and best friend Doug, and 656 other close friends and colleagues in the attacks on the World Trade Center, never happens again, never.

So he misspoke, definitely. Trump came out and posted that, yeah, he was thinking of Venezuela. But I do think it's interesting how he took this, this mistake he made. He could have just owned it. But then he turned it into like all about him and the people he's lost and how much he actually supports the military. Maybe I don't know Howard Lutnik personally. But the media was definitely running with this. Like, how could he possibly say this?

There have definitely been 19 people or whatever, 18 people that have passed away. but Trump gave him some cover. Then Trump got into the media and hammering them about how wrong they are. The people in the media outlets that keep harping on the fact that we have no ammunition and they are 100% wrong are actually treasonous.

They do it because they would rather see the United States lose a war that we are easily winning than see me win, President Donald J. Trump. And I would even rephrase that a little bit. They would rather see Trump lose than America win rather than the United States lose than Trump win.

It's not necessarily about Trump winning. It's about him losing. That's the goal at all costs. Nothing else matters. The casualties of war, whether it's the United States citizens or not, does not matter. Then we have this

that came shortly thereafter, right? Because this post was at 955. At 956, he posted this. And there's no way he wrote all this within less than a minute. So these were definitely pre-planned posts, fully written out, posted right back to back. For the treasonous gum that refuses to accurately report on our military operation on Iran, we have virtually unlimited amounts of mid-to-high-grade ammunition, far more than we could ever use for this or for any other war, which is highly unlikely,

that could improbably take place. In addition, we are producing munitions at levels never seen before. We're stockpiling and preparing for any contingency that could happen. We are taking them for ourselves, the USA, rather than selling them to others. But the sales to allies will soon begin. Again, also, please let it be known that the Biden administration gave far more munitions away to Ukraine at no cost to them whatsoever than we have used in Iran. Hundreds of billions of dollars was given to Ukraine and NATO, free of charge, that Europe would have paid for if they were only asked. but we will be asking for that money though somewhat belatedly thank you for your attention to this matter

president donald jay trump he turns it into an attack on people saying that we're running low on munitions which he referred to as the media in the first post he turns it into like yeah nato we're going to be charging them for for this shortly so i did like that but let's go to this story that's circulating right here trump privately whether to declare war the Iran war over, according to a report. President Donald Trump has privately discussed with senior aides whether to declare the Iran war over and has indicated he favors the idea, according to a new report, as he publicly signals that the conflict may not last very much longer. U.S. officials told the Wall Street Journal that

Trump has discussed declaring the war over while telling AIDS he believes continued economic pressure will eventually force Iran to dismantle its nuclear program or lead to the collapse of the regime. reported discussions come as the U.S. and Iran continue to exchange fire and compete for control of the Strait of Hormuz. When the Fox News reached out, they pointed to remarks Trump made Wednesday. It's very simple. Iran could not have a nuclear weapon. As soon as it's over, which I don't think will be very much longer. I don't know how much more they can take. You know, whatever it is, doesn't matter. Trump also said this approach to Iran was not being influenced by the election and argued that as party supports his efforts to prevent Tehran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Number one, I'm not running, but my party is running. I'm going to help my party, Trump.

said but i think my party respects the fact that we're not allowing iran to have a nuclear weapon and frankly other presidents should have done that but they didn't have whatever it takes to do it trump has pursued an economic pressure campaign in recent weeks to bring iran back to the negotiating table although tehran has shown no signs of backing down so i want to go through a little timeline with you guys okay i think this will be worth it let's go all the way back to february 28th U.S. and Israel begin major combat operations in Iran. This is when the first wave of attacks took place. War had begun or military operations had begun.

We weren't allowed to say the word war. We weren't allowed to question any of it. I think that's stupid gatekeeping. But anyway, two days later, or, yeah, it would have been two days later, the Trump administration sent on, no, this would have been, hold on. I got to get the right thing here. Yeah, it was two days later on May 2nd that Trump submitted the war powers notification to Congress. Because within 48 hours of starting a conflict or something, you have to notify Congress.

And that starts the War Powers Resolution clock, the 60-day window. All right. And so if the conflict started on February 28th, essentially, 60 days from there is May 1st, I believe. but here we go. Let me go to you this story when Trump initially terminated the hostilities with Iran so that he didn't have to get Congress involved. The White House is arguing to lawmakers that President Donald Trump does not need to disengage troops from the conflict with Iran in order to comply with the War Powers Act because an extended ceasefire has effectively ended military hostilities. The Trump administration faced a Friday deadline under the 1973 law that is designed to end

military operations for 60 days or after 60 days unless Congress. has formally blessed the mission. The White House essentially states that the 60-day clock no longer applies in letters sent Friday to Mike Johnson and Charles Grassley. On April 7, 26, I ordered a two-week ceasefire. The ceasefire has since been extended. There's been no exchange of fire between the United States and Iran since April 7th. The hostilities began on February 28th had been terminated.

And so this started the clock. And here's the part on March 2nd is when the 60th clock started. okay just what was a couple days later maybe even a month later july 7th because we had the 60 day supposed like memorandum of understanding hostilities were kind of slowing down well then we had this july 7th i think this is around the time trump was in going to nato or turkey or whatever u.s launches new strikes on iran after reinstating oil sanctions over shipping attacks military unleashed a new wave of strikes against iran on tuesday and revoked a license allowing the country to sell oil. So this officially began, or re-began, the war powers clock. It was two days

later. Let me pull this up. Trump sends Congress formal notice that Iran conflict has resumed on July 7th. So it opens a new 60-day window to use the military in a region without congressional approval. So let's do a little question to the machine here. what day is 60 days from July 7th? And the machine says 60 calendar days from July 7th, 2026 is Saturday September 5th. So today's the third. The fifth is this coming Saturday. And now we're getting stories that Trump is discussing whether to declare the war over.

So why would he do that except to follow the same pattern as before and keep Congress out of the conflict? Does that make sense? Does that timeline make sense? I'm trying to find, you know, we could look into the significance of what it means. Let me read some more from the machine.

This is not on the screen. But because the notification is required with it, actually I'll skip down. after the 60 days, the statute permits up to additional 30 days only if the president certifies in writing that unavoidable military necessity requires continued use of forces while bringing about their prompt removal. And there's a major dispute over whether Trump gets a new clock at all. I know Adam Schiff has been doing everything. But the war powers resolution is supposed to prevent a president from conducting an indefinite war without Congress. The president can introduce U.S. forces into hostilities without prior authorization, but they must notify Congress for the than 48 hours. Once the relevant report is submitted or was required, the law generally gives

the president 60 days to either obtain congressional approval or authorization or terminate U.S. involvement. And that's what he, I think he knows Congress would probably shut her down. Actually, it's at such a weird point right now that I don't know if they would because they're using it, I think fairly effectively, at least to not Trump supporters and like the independence of the world, the normies. I feel like they're using it pretty successfully to like get them to at least paint the narrative that people are turning on Trump because of the war. Right? I mean, it's hard to argue with that, with them being somewhat successful with that.

And so maybe they would want the war to continue. But it's this interesting spot right now. It feels like Trump is setting up another war powers clock reset. And if that's the case, I feel like you heard it here first. Because I haven't seen anybody. It's possible that I'm wrong, but I haven't seen anybody else talking about this. Oh man, you guys in the chat of talking grocery shopping? What are we talking about?

Three and a half? How many? 17s and 60? Oh. If you're going to have taken care of Iran in the 80s like you should have, we wouldn't be dealing with this now. But of course they didn't want to deal with it then. There's a reason they allowed it to continue the way it had been.

Roger Cleve. This biggest change I want to see in Rumble is the stopping of the freezes. Yeah, we actually have a meeting with them today too to talk about some of those issues we've been having. Phil Scarborough, everything is a sigh up. Totally agree with you there, man. Yeah, that's where I'm at on the Iran war. That's all you'll probably hear me and talk about it,

is Trump is playing some mind games and actual political games with Congress, trying to keep them out of the loop. And whatever he needs to accomplish there, he is worried that Congress will prevent him, right? Otherwise, he wouldn't care. If it was a war that they supported, or they were okay with what he was doing there,

he wouldn't care if the 60-day window came and went. He would go get congressional authorization. He doesn't think he'll get that. so he's doing everything he can to keep them out. And I think that's notable. Like for whatever you think about the conflict, like I'm for one of no fan of our involvement in foreign wars. I understand there's bigger game theory, things going on.

And I give Trump the benefit of the doubt that he's doing what is in our best interest. When you look at the negative indicators, things like him trying to avoid congressional involvement so that he can accomplish whatever he's trying to accomplish there, that is a good sign. because he believes that they will stop him from doing what he's doing over there. So he must be doing something that is going to hurt the status quo, the establishment. It's much more than just your typical politics.

But okay, let's get into a couple other stories that I thought were fairly interesting. We have billionaire Leon Black suing the House Oversight Committee over the Epstein Probe subpoena. billionaire Leon Black sued the House Oversight Committee and Chairman James Comer, who, by the way, he announced that, actually, I don't know if it's an announcement, but it's heavily, highly rumored that he is going to be announcing a run for the governor of Kentucky. So I think he'd be stepping down from a lot of his congressional roles and stepping out of Congress to do so. But anyway, Leon Black is challenging a congressional subpoena issued as part of the panel's investigation into the government's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The lawsuit was filed before Black failed to appear for a scheduled deposition before the committee. The case marks Black's latest dispute with the panel. after he previously appeared for a closed-door interview or refused to answer questions about non-disclosure agreements. So the Epstein narrative does not die. Did you guys see that? What's his name? Thomas Massey.

He supposedly read some names from the floor. I think it's so dumb that they get to do that. Like, had he done that in any other setting, he potentially like opens himself up for defamation liability. But we give protections of defamation and such

to our, like they get protection. themselves from that from the speech and debate clause i think that's bogus i understand like why they wanted to do that but it's been been totally warped and weaponized like like nancy mace going out there and like settling lover squabbles with people she was sleeping around with by just totally defaming them on the house floor and the guy has no recourse for it this is ridiculous uh Elon Musk's super pack makes its first 2026 midterm spending we're still going to consider opening our own badpacks That is not off the table. Elon Musk, America PAC, disclosed roughly $800,000 in its first independent expenditures of the 26 general election cycle,

targeting key House and Senate race across the country. Isn't it a little late in the game for PACs to be getting involved in spending money? I think they do that a lot earlier in the cycle, but whatever, I don't really care. The Super PAC spent more than $247,000 in Texas, where Republicans are expected to deploy significant resources to support Attorney General Ken Paxton against Democrat James Talrico. America PAC also targeted Senate races in Maine, Ohio, New Hampshire, Iowa, Michigan, and Alaska, along with nearly 90,000 across eight House races. And the spending was disclosed days after Musk met with House Speaker Mike Johnson and Texas. And Republicans already hold a significant fundraising advantage over Democrats, including roughly 400 million held by President Trump's MAGA Inc. Super PAC.

Musk spent roughly $290 million supporting Trump and Republicans during the 2024. cycle that was super PAC making him the largest individual donor to a political committee that cycle is reportedly considered spending at least 100 million through america pack to help Republicans in the midterms amazing and that was sarcastic you didn't hear any but yeah Trump i'm curious to see where Trump spends his super PAC money or like where his super PAC spends his money can't leave those I was I could not take in the app but no problem on the website using Apple products iPad iPhone yeah that's something I'm going to ask them about too I've I've I've relayed that to them multiple times. Like guys, when you get feedback about Rumble or anything we do, we

typically try to take that to heart. And we want the experience that you guys get from us to be just as good as what we get from you. You know, it's not always. It's not always a love, love relations. There's some love hayden there. I feel the hate sometimes as well, but I also feel a love. Somebody explained logically to me why three, what we're told, separate AI companies all go down at the same time. They're clearly not that separate. That is something weird. federal investigators have met with Tish James whistleblower who alleged he was ordered to target Trump allies. Federal prosecutors and FBI investigators met for several hours Tuesday with a whistleblower from New York Attorney General Latisha James' office, who alleged he was pressured to pursue information that could be used against President Trump and his political allies. This Daniel Weisenfield, a former Brooklyn prosecutor and attorney and James Investor Protection Bureau,

met with both criminal and civil attorneys from the FBI and Department of Justice, according to sources who spoke with the post. This guy was put on paid administrative leave after a since-deleted email he reportedly sent to roughly 2,000 colleagues was leaked to the Times Union. In the email, Winston Field alleged that his supervisor

instruct him to find and pursue crimes involving Trump allies. Surprised this hasn't come out before. But anyway, here we are. Ted to teacher, John, the last text I sent you was a rant after chat closed that you should share at that meeting. Let me go and double check that.

But anyway, okay, let's keep going here. CDC funded Danish vaccine researcher pleads guilty to stealing over $1 million. million dollars. A Danish vaccine researcher who co-authored a major study, supposedly finding no

link between the MMR shot and autism, has pleaded guilty to wire fraud after siphoning more than $1 million in CDC grant money meant for research on autism and infant disabilities. Paul Thorson, 65, admitted on September 1st running a year-long scheme that diverted federal funds while he worked as a visiting scientist at the CDC. Prosecutors say he submitted fraudulent invoices and pocketed the cash to buy a house in Atlanta, a motorcycle, and other vehicles. This is one guy, $1 million. and that is more than some people will pay in taxes in their entire life. Like multiple lives. That is not an insignificant amount of money.

And it's just one guy who did this. Do you know how many grants we give out in a year? No, let's look that up. How many grants are given out each year by the entire federal government hold for processing? There's no single fixed number. One analysis of USA spending identified 382,689 grant award records in fiscal year 2024. There were $409,000 in fiscal year 23 and $469,000 in fiscal year 22. The annual federal grant spending is more than $500 billion.

Half a trillion dollars. It's like a quarter of our, our definitely. How much of that is being fraudulently siphoned off by individuals or groups? It's a lot. That's just grant money. That's like not Medicaid spending or other things. That's just grants. A CIA memo, Gottlieb told agency in May of 2020 that US immunity was already at 20 to 25%.

A newly unclassified CIA summary released by Senator Rand Paul shows that on May 7th, 2020, board member and former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb told the CIA that national COVID serral prevalence was about 20 to 25 percent far higher than what he was saying in public. The meeting was led by CIA chief operating officer Andy McCrety, excuse me, McCrethes with Gottlie participating as a member of the CIA's external advisory board. According to the agency's own summary, Gottlieb discounts the two major studies from Los Angeles and Santa Clara County showing high serop prevalence. It's a hard word to say, guys.

And he estimated that the national seroprevalence was about 20 to 25%, which he said was insufficient to achieve herd immunity given the virus's estimated transmission rate. The Stanford Santa Clara study Gottlieb dismissed had put a 2.8% number on it. I want to know. Okay, here we go. On April 17th, Gottlieb tweeted that the national rate was about 5%. And he called Santa Clara a hotspot. On August 16th, 2020, he's told face. the nation, the national rate was only 8%.

Paul released the document August 29, 2026 after it had been classified for more than six years. I want to see the meeting, though. It was a May 2020 meeting. So in May, he says it's like 2025 percent, but he was out publicly saying

in April that it was 5% and then in August that it was 8%. This is where crimes are committed. Oh, that rumble should kick her ass. Kiss her ass. I kick around this. Thank you, Tadjit teacher, for the context.

governorship in November. I don't actually know if there's any more. Here's a story. Trump is moving to strip tax exemption from schools that aid minority students. interesting framing. The Treasury Department released rules that would prevent schools with race-based programs from qualifying for tax-exempt status, direct to both higher education and private schools. I think I'm at the point where like, let's just get rid of all tax-exempt institutions or make everybody tax-exempt. I think it's ridiculous. I think we've seen time and time

again, like there are very few actual tax-exempt organizations that are doing things for the right money, for the right money for the right reasons and not just for money like the people running a lot of NGOs you know maybe they bring in 500,000 dollars a year they're paying themselves 475,000 of it or how many people are just using NGOs as a pass-through for their activism how many schools are receiving money how many schools with 501c3 status are receiving money and just doing it to implement some sort of ideology or whatever. Like you don't, you rarely hear about NGOs, like doing good things. I used to work for a tax exam school, by the way, fundraising for the Catholic school system.

And we relied on the tax exemptions for those people to get the money. But there's got to be a better way. It's got to be a better way. Yeah, here we go. Founded a decade ago, HugginFace has grown into a leading platform for accessing open-weight AI. Engineers use it to collaborate on machine learning projects from model development to applications. It was the target of a recent,

unexpected hack by new open-AI model that went rogue. So that's like the one angle of the story. Like a super wealthy billionaire companies buying AI company, like we're going to see stuff like this happen all the time. Like that's not the interesting part here. It's the fact that the company he bought and his connections to Trump and Elon Musk and all the things going on, the fact that

Nvidia bought this specific company is, it makes me wonder if there's something there and it has something to do with the hack. I don't know. I just want to point that out. There's a story here about Hexeth heading for clash with GOP senators as frustrations grow. I'll just read a couple paragraphs to see if I actually want to read the whole thing. Secretary of Defense Pete Hacks-South is on a collision course with GOP senators, as key lawmakers have major concerns about the turnover of senior staff, the lack of a clear plan for ending the Iran war and the failure of the administration to reach out to Democrats to build support for funding priorities.

See, now they're starting to, they have the fake polls of all the negative things about the Trump administration and how there's going to be this huge blue wave. And now they're starting to see the narrative that even the GOP is getting sick of it. the GOP is over it. What kind of picture do you think they're painting here, guys? As, sorry, the world is forgetting how to fear nuclear war. As borders erode and arms control collapses, nuclear deterrence is losing its grip. The danger may not be just catastrophe. It says it creates a special office that is only oversawed by the president. And it talks about mergers, integration, lifetime of everything to the entire chain. And you talk about, oh, Soros is behind this. Soros is upset. The Pentagon, two days after it passed out of committee in the House, now past the full House, is that the Senate, unprecedented, literal coup over our most sensitive stuff. The Pentagon, the Defense Intelligence Agency, joined by six other agencies said, Israel is now the highest level national security threat for infiltration and spying and espionage. Are they controlled by George Soros?

It says over and over again in 219. There's a Senate bill that Senator Cotton is supporting that integrates all the intelligence as well. That's also in Section 219. So to say that, oh, they've got some missile systems. Netanyahu wrote letters to the committee chairman, thanking him for including his language that he wrote, then section 224, now section 219. Netanyahu wrote the section that literally says that this individual is co-equaled, the Secretary of Defense, and can merge everything in live time.

Don't believe me. I've heard any of this. You create a cabinet. They're creating a cabinet position? No, it creates a special officer within the Pentagon who is only reports to Congress once a year and of the president and who has and who cannot be challenged. it says by any other Pentagon head, word for word, don't believe me. Go to the NDAA Defense Authorization Act 2027.

Now in the U.S. Senate and read Section 219. Do not believe me. Okay. Obviously, I've already read this section multiple times. I've read almost all of that NDAA. He is utterly wrong about this. And it's, it's retar like if you, if you are in opposition to something, oops, I mean to press play.

If you're in opposition to something, that's fine like you might have your reasons to be in opposition to it but if you have to misrepresent what you're talking about in order to express your opposition to it you're not actually opposed to it you're just a liar you're a propagandist like you can make an argument of that you don't want the mutual intelligence and technology sharing that we're going to be doing with Israel something we're already doing very heavily by the way and this is codifying like I understand there are good arguments to be made but to completely misrepresent what's actually in here. And this is what these debates amount to.

Like both sides misrepresent something. And then they debate over whether that misrepresentation is good or bad. And they just like name call. And it's so stupid. There's no actual intellectual honesty within debates like this. But remember what he said. He said there is a section and this is quotes from him that literally says that this individual is co-equal to the secretary of defense. It creates a special officer within the Pentagon who cannot be challenged. It says by any other Pentagon head. Word for word, don't believe me, go to the NDAA. Read Section 219. It says no other department head can even question them. It doesn't say any of that. It creates an executive agent, I believe they call it. Let's pull it up. The establishment.

The Secretary of Defense shall designate an executive agent, as such term is defined and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, responsible for synchronizing cooperative efforts between the United States in Israel to expand and accelerate bilateral defense technology research, development, testing, evaluation, industrial cooperation by identifying. I mean, we don't have to read through section by section, but there is no part in here. I just want to show you where the executive agent cannot be questioned by anybody. What was the exact quote that he said? I just read it.

I already forgot it. There's nothing in here that says this person is co-equal to the secretary of defense. It actually has this person reporting to the secretary of defense. It has nothing to do with him not being challenged to this person. The person that's actually supposed to report to Congress is the secretary of defense. Not later than 180 days after the date of this enactment of this act, the secretary of defense shall provide to the congressional defense committees an interim briefing on executive agent designated pursuant to subject. The efforts undertaken by the executive agent to lead the Department of Defense implementation,

the status of coordination, all the things, just a status update. And then after a year, the Secretary of Defense submits the defense committees, the report of all the things. Nothing in here about, like, everything Alex Jones said there was a lie. And my point being, and the reason I wanted to point this out is this is a very easily provable, like, this is what he said. Within what he said, he said literally and word for word, go read it yourself. When you go do that, you recognize that it doesn't say that whatsoever.

And I encourage you guys to go do it. I'll post the link in here. Go read the full section for yourself. It's only like three pages. It's not that long. And you can be four against it. Like Alex Jones, I don't care. That is not what I'm talking about here.

I'm just pointing out here how these people operate. And this is what Alex Jones, like, entire show is. It's misrepresentation of things. And then he uses that to argue something and use fear and, like, why the thing is so scary to get you to do something. It's all propaganda. And that's all these people are doing. I'm probably not going to watch the full debate.
