Badlands Media - The Daily Herold: March 27, 2026 - White House App Letdown, Call-In Deep Dive on Emergency Powers, and Devolution Debate
Episode Date: March 27, 2026Jon Herold hosts a Friday call-in edition of The Daily Herold, opening with reactions to the much-hyped White House announcement, which turns out to be a new official app offering livestreams and dire...ct updates. Jon critiques the buildup around the announcement, pointing out the recurring pattern of overhyped expectations versus underwhelming reveals. The show quickly shifts into audience participation, with callers driving the conversation into deeper territory. A primary focus centers on Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs), where Jon and a caller discuss their historical roots, their connection to executive orders, and how they may be triggered during national emergencies. The discussion highlights the lack of transparency around these documents, the absence of recent congressional updates, and the difficulty in determining how many currently exist. The conversation expands into broader theories around emergency powers, including FEMA’s potential role in crisis scenarios, logistical infrastructure like supply chains, and how these systems could be activated in large-scale events. Jon offers a more measured perspective on “devolution,” expressing skepticism about any clear public disclosure while acknowledging that indirect signs could still emerge over time. Throughout the episode, Jon emphasizes the complexity of connecting fragmented information, encouraging listeners to stay grounded, avoid overinterpretation, and recognize that large systemic shifts, if real, would likely unfold gradually rather than through sudden, dramatic revelations.

That's a hell of it.
Well, good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to the Daily Herald here on Badlands Media.
I'm your host, John Harold, and happy Friday, and also happy early birthday to both PJ Corgan and Polymathenon from the chats.
Their birthday is tomorrow, it seems.
So happy birthday to some longtime Badlanders.
But how's everybody doing?
I hope you guys are having a good Friday.
I sure am.
I went to Mass this morning with my kids.
That was fun.
Didn't have as much time to do show prep, which was unfortunate, but it was worth it.
But I am going to do a call-in show today.
I'll be posting the link soon.
And whoever wants to call in and say anything, whatever, be happy to chat.
You know, would appreciate it if you come with a question or a topic that you want to discuss.
But there's a new White House app.
I didn't even see that.
And no, I guess I probably will download that.
is that the big announcement they've been teasing is a white house app because i mean that's kind of
lame if that's what it is but very fitting that's what they've so they've done multiple times
launched the white house app it is this is what they're doing live streams real-time updates straight
from the source no filter the conversation everyone's watching is now at your fingertips
this is what they've been teasing the last few days oh and this is launching soon yep
Crazy. You can't come on to complain to me, fat chance. That's acceptable as well.
Happy for to hear complaints. I do want, there's one story for sure I want to talk about.
I mean, I have a few tabs open. One story that I don't think many people are talking about.
And it's, in my opinion, one of the bigger stories that's out there. And I think I don't share that, or I do share that opinion with other people too.
So, Scott, I think the White House app is a great idea. I'm not saying it's not a great idea.
I'm just saying it's not, you know, every time they do these little teaser things, I think I was poking fun at this yesterday.
They get all decoded and everybody's like, oh my gosh, I can't wait to see what this is.
It's going to be something huge.
Indictments are coming, tribunals, whatever, you name it.
And it's a White House app.
A little lame.
A little lame.
But real quick, let's get a quick word from the sponsors of today's show.
And then we will start plug it.
away and before we even get rolling i'm going to put the link to join into both the youtube chat and

Post Garber says it's not the White House's fault that retards try to decode everything.
that is true. That is very true.
Rocky 20201. What's up, Brother John? Coming in late, give us an awesome show. I will do my best.
But I can't take full responsibility if it's not an awesome show because I'm going to have guests today.
And I already got one in the back. And before I even get into any stories, I think I want to bring them on.
Medbeds code. How is it going, sir?
My life is fantastic on purpose. Thank you for. Fantastic on purpose. That's the way to do it.
I don't think I've ever talked to you in person on the show before. I've always seen me in the chats, though.
Yeah, I've tried to catch in and I have attempted to make it to a couple of garts, but 15 acres and 50 animals, it's hard to get away.
Oh, wow. Where are you located?
Just above Loveland, a couple of hours from Ash, farther up in northern Colorado.
And if we do a guard in Estes, I can get to the Stanley in 45 minutes from my front gate and I'll bring the mules.
There you go.
I know my girlfriend wants to go to the Stanley Hotel.
We'll see. It's kind of a cost thing.
Let's go as just park.
All right. We can see. We'll probably get arrested if we go to Comey, Colorado.
But we'll see what we can swing. But how are you doing, sir? What do you want to talk about today?
So I have done, I don't know, four or five years worth of research on P ads.
And what my research has shown is that the PADs are actually woven into executive orders.
And the trigger for the PAD engaged.
is some sort of national emergency which is usually nuclear because the p ads I find
P ads all the way back to the the Kennedy administration and possibly even back
to the Jackson administration but I what do you think's happening in this
what or what's the trigger I guess the question I'm trying to ask what's the
trigger that actually makes devolution become more apparent to just everybody
so that they can start dissolving the matrix spell that our government is here to help us.
Yeah, that's a great question.
The Peds are always so interesting to me, and especially because there's actually so little we know about them.
The Brennan Center has a really good collection of the Peds, and for those who aren't familiar,
it's the presidential emergency action documents.
And my understanding of them, you know, being I haven't actually seen them, we just, you know,
they're talked about in some FOIA documents, is they, they've been.
basically are executive orders that are just there on standby and get triggered depending on a
national emergency and we don't know specifically what the national emergencies are but there's
there's a couple things let me show you you go to the Brennan center and they have a whole
list of of documents and I don't remember which one's the good one but I'll share my screen here
so you guys can see what I'm looking at right how do I get this up here there we go
So Brennan Center, I'll post it in the chat.
And they have some of these that give you an idea of like which department responds to certain scenarios.
I don't know if we're going to get proof of devolution.
I've I've been hopeful of that, especially at the beginning.
I was very hopeful.
Like he's got to disclose it somehow.
I'm, I'm less convinced that's going to happen.
We may be able to see some like semblance of, you know, okay, well, obviously the only explanation here.
is some sort of county government, even if they're not going to talk about it.
But what I really want to see is the right here, so like these house appropriation stuff,
this is the things I talked about before where they changed the language from, you know,
there was exactly 56 documents to approximately making me think that there was some form of
change to the number of peds.
You haven't had a house committee appropriations hearing on this topic or involving this topic
since 2017.
So that's almost 10 years now.
where we've had no change.
We don't know how many how many pizza are.
And I think that would be pretty enlightening.
But I don't think it's just nuclear.
I think it can be a whole range of different things.
But yeah, who knows, man?
I love the topic of pizza, so I'm glad he brought it up.
Well, FEMA is also a player in this because the FEMA is either good or bad,
depending on who wins.
The FEMA, there's, if you look at the skews for Walmart,
Just a whole rabbit hole about Walmart's and lockdowns.
But if you look at the skews for Walmart, they actually are the same skew sets for a regular soldier engagement for, you know, getting cots and socks and jocks and food.
So that and the whole Walmart distribution engagement, we've been seeing that crumbling.
I just, I think the bad guys are actually losing, but it's unrealistic for us to think that this 3,000 years spiritual war is going to be changed in 10 days of darkness.
That's just foolishness.
It's going to take a generation.
It's your generation, not mine, John.
I'm older than.
So I love the work.
I'm continuing to do the PADS research.
If I come up on anything earth-shattering, I'll bounce it to you via Ash or Cancon or something.
But I continue to research it, and I just, I still can't weave it together.
There's no central document stack.
They're hidden all over the place.
This is the one repository I've seen is on the Brennan Center.
And it hasn't been updated since, I think it was Trump's first term, when they were like freaking out about his potential emergency powers.
So I would go through here.
There's a whole bunch of documents that are a lot of this, a lot of mumbo-jumbo, a lot of it's classified still.
But this is the best idea you can get on what's out there.
Well, the reworking of the Law of War Manual, I think also is pivotal in this because of the Pichinko engagement of how these things would engage.
So there has to be a chain of evidence, chain of command, chain of action.
And that's what the emergency action documents are.
So I've been keeping a heads up.
If I come up with anything, bomb shelly, I'll send it to you.
Sounds good, man.
Appreciate you coming on.
Good to see you.
Good to meet you.
And yeah, we'll chat again in the future.
Better to be seen than viewed.
Thank you.
Like that.
Thank you, MedBeds, for coming on.
Yeah, the Pete stuff is always so fascinating.
I wouldn't be surprised if we've, if we get something, you know,
another discussion about Trump's emergency powers.
sometime in the near future, especially as we're closer to the midterms.
But anyway, let's plug through a couple other things while I wait to see if we get another guest on.
No update on the Doge website. Silver is up from yesterday.
It's almost $71 gold is at over $4,500.
Adelandsgold.com.
River Bitcoin is at 66.
It's down quite a bit buying opportunity.
So I'd encourage you guys to check that out.
we have a couple new or one new update on the presidential website and i'm hearing rumors that
we're going to get a few other executive orders in the coming days i don't know for sure don't
have confirmation but the latest is addressing DEI discrimination by federal contractors so that's um
i don't know DEI stuff i thought we already fixed all that but we're doing more and then the big
story that i really want to talk about is this one this came out
a few days ago and I'm
like nobody's talking about I didn't even see it till this morning
and it's weird to me that
that people aren't talking about this
considering we are in the middle of a conflict
over in Iran but this from the Asia
times sophisticated drones
attacked Louisiana's
Barksdale bomber base
is the first time a U.S. airbase was
temporarily put out of operation in wartime
something that never happened even in World War II
This is March 22nd.
Now, we're going to read through some of this.
And the attacked word might be a little strong.
But the fact this happened at all is just kind of mind blowing.
We're at war right now.
We're doing bombing campaigns in Iran.
And one of our Air Force bases had drones all over the air.
And they had to go inside and they had no way to shoot it down, which is even the most remarkable part.
Marksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana, not far from Shreveport.
was attacked by drone swarms during the week of march 9th the attack disrupted b 52 h aircraft
launches in support of operation epic fury against iran it is the first time a u.s air base was
temporarily put out of operation wartime something never happened during world war two each way
forced the air force to halt operations and send its personnel to shelters
barkestell is the command hub of the u.s air force global strike command not only our b 52's base there
but the base is part of America's nuclear triad.
It shelters long-range nuclear missiles, such as the AGM-86B,
and will soon house a new long-range standoff cruise missile.
Shelters and storage sites for the new missiles are under construction.
The only other significant U.S. Air Base for B-52s is in Minot, North Dakota.
Shout out, North Dakota.
The drone waves lasted around four hours each day, an extraordinarily long loiter time for a drone.
It is not known if the drones were fixed wings.
or quadcopter types or how they were powered liquid fuel or electrical each wave consisted of 12 to 15
drones and the drones flew with their lights on intentionally making them visible um barksdale
air force base does not have air defenses nor does it have fighter jets that can take down drones
isn't that a little mind blowing like this one of the only places in our in the world for us that we
house our b 52s we have nukes there and we don't have air defenses for it
What is going on with that?
Hold on.
Palin Republican.
Thank you to anyone who said prayers for my husband last night on Sacks channel.
Seven millimeter stone impacted and hydrone.
Hydronophrosis.
Hopefully he passed without surgery.
Kidney stone.
Though I've had two of those.
They're so damn painful.
I'll get to your rant here in a second.
Schweisler says she was at the Minot Air Force Base many times.
And you know, I come across those videos on Twitter often where it's like,
If we got into World War III, you know, the first target that people would take out isn't what you think.
It's not L.A. It's not New York.
They would take out North Dakota because of how many nukes it has there.
I'm just like, damn it, all the places.
I know my wife is a baddie that isn't a baddie, but I'm sure she would want in on that trip.
You guys are doing a baddie trip? I want in on that trip too.
All right. I'm going to keep going through this.
The Air Base does have some electronic countermeasures that were designed to disable GPS and the data links between the drones and the remote operators.
operators, the electronic countermeasures failed to work.
Drones themselves may have been autonomous or semi-autonomous and operated in ways
suggesting the drones were equipped with multiple sensors that directed the behavior of each
drone over the base and in response to attempts of jamming.
In a nutshell, the drones that operated over Barksdale were far more sophisticated than
anything seen in Ukraine, where drones are heavily used and well beyond Iranian capabilities.
So then who the hell did it?
They guessed China.
The drones could have been from a potential adversary, China being best equipped to produce a drone
of the type that flew for Barksdale.
From what has been observed, the drone design surpasses almost anything in the U.S.
arsenal.
And it makes me think of the Chinese spy balloon, you know, that we had that story while Biden was in
office.
And that was a minor devout proof because they called in former admin officials to get briefed
from them.
Weird.
But yeah, what is going on here?
Why isn't more people talking about this?
This is concerning to me, to say the least.
The fact that we couldn't shoot him down is one thing.
The fact that they were sent at all while we're in conflict, whether it's in conflict or not, this should be concerning.
It also reminds me of the stories we got.
I think it was towards the end of the Biden administration of all the drones that were like all over the place around military bases.
Something weird here.
Something really weird.
Let's probably math on the sky circles.
CSUSB Geochem says, doesn't China own a bunch of land around?
bases. Yes, they do. All over the country. Medbeds coasts is drones designed for attack use
a shifting frequency control system preset frequency hops like a frequency rubics cube. The frequency
defense measures cannot get a lock on control channel. Phil Scarborough, you're assuming the story
is true. What makes it any more true than all the other fake news were bombarded with 20%?
That's true. I mean, I don't know for sure. I was not there to see with my own eyes that this is
true. But again, it came out a few days ago. A lot of people are talking about it.
We'll go with this.
If it's true, this is very concerning.
That's a great point.
John in Connecticut left a couple of rumble rants here.
One for $10 says when Josh and Alpha said that Tulsi is still active duty and did not resign to be DNI,
this means she can take orders from her CEO as well as Donald J. Trump.
I think her military command would have to come first.
Why would her military command have to come before the commander in chief of the armed forces?
then he says to me this is confirmation of devolution because she can't serve two masters and djt wouldn't appoint someone to d and i who had divided alliance otherwise is it true that she didn't resign i've heard i've heard people say that before i guess i don't know if i've ever seen and she has not resigned for military service
she's a lieutenant colonel in the army reserve yeah i don't know how that works and any like comment for me on
her taking orders or what it means for whatever reason
would only be speculation. But I do think I have a Tulsi Gabbard's story
somewhere. Maybe that was yesterday? Yeah, that was yesterday.
But this is an interesting one. I ran linked hackers claim breach of FBI director
Cash Patel's personal inbox.
It's kind of another rerun story too. We got this story. Wasn't it about
who did they hack?
What's the guy's name?
The older guy, gray hair.
Why can I not think of his name?
You guys don't remember, but they hacked his email and they got the whole dossier on J.D. Vance, which was fascinating.
But anyway, an Iran-linked hacking group has claimed responsibility for breaching the personal email account of FBI director Cash Patel posting materials online that include personal photographs and a purported resume.
The group identifying itself as Handelah Hack Team said on its website that Patel will now
find his name among the list of successfully hacked victims.
Samples of the leaked content appear to show a mix of personal professional
correspondence dating back between 2010 and 2019.
A Justice Department official confirmed to Reuters that Patel's emails were compromised
but declined to provide further details on the scope of the breach or whether sensitive
government information was involved.
In a direct statement, the hackers wrote, the so-called impenetrable systems of the FBI
were brought to their knees within hours by our team.
Is Cash Patel's personal email, like guarded by the FBI and their impenetrable systems?
This is just our beginning.
Interesting stuff.
Calvary O3 frequency hopping, just like our sing, singars radios.
I don't know enough about that topic.
Frederick Leathers, AI, Tulsi Gabbard did not resign from military service?
Did Tulsi always have the gray hair streak, very suspicious?
Yeah, is that like a birthmark thing?
I had a cousin, or not his cousin.
It was a friend I went to high school with.
I can't remember.
Yeah.
Yeah, his name was Justin.
He had a patch on his head.
That was always great, even back in high school.
And it was because he got a birthmark there.
Ty says she cannot go on active duty for the army reserves while serving political office.
That makes sense.
And that's what I would figure.
Joe Gilmore, John needs a gray hair streak just saying, I have plenty of gray in my hair.
I have like a, I don't remember.
which side is this side one of these two sides I've like more gray than anywhere else
where all my stress just goes right to my side of my face RR Hode he says they hacked his
Google mail and claim hacked secure FBI service probably new case sink gars single channel
ground and airborne radio systems I know nothing about that stuff
CPAC crowd cheered for Trump impeachment hearings is that true I did not see that if that's
true let me look that up for processing here oh yeah
Look at this.
How many of you would like to see impeachment hearings?
That was the wrong answer.
How many of you would like to see impeachment hearings?
No.
So how does it happen?
Are these people just not paying attention?
Are they retarded or they actually want those?
Interesting dynamic.
It's weird that Trump's not going there.
And the rumors about us invading Karg Island are just like off the chain right now.
everybody's saying it's happening or not cargo maybe it's um the other island i don't remember what it's
called calvary o3 says frequency hopping means the frequency changes every second and is times we get
sequence so it cannot be jammed so does it change on both sides like both the drone and the operator
side i'm assuming free think mine says impeachment for judges yeah that's the impeachment i would want to
see speaking of that i have a story this is ridiculous a federal judge has blocked pentagon supply
chain risk designation against Anthropic.
Think about that.
I'll read through a little bit.
A federal judge in California has indefinitely blocked the Pentagon's effort to
designate AI firm Anthropic as the supply chain risk,
halting actions that would cut the company off from government-linked contracts.
Judge Rita Lynn ruled the designation violated constitutional protections,
writing that federal law does not support branding a U.S. company as potential adversary
over disagreements with the government.
Lynn said the move infringed on Anthropics First Amendment and due process rights.
Pentagon's designation required contractors to prove they were not using anthropic products,
a restriction previously reserved for entities tied to foreign adversaries.
Lynn delayed enforcement of her ruling for one week to allow the federal government time to appeal.
So this is like whatever the reason for the designation,
our government, our military, the president, looks at this company and they make a judgment that,
yeah, there is a supply chain risk here where our adversaries could
I mean, they could find a vulnerability in here and exploit it.
Right?
Like we need to make sure that we are careful with how this is used.
And a federal judge comes in and says, no, you can't do that.
Like that's a national security risk.
To me, the judge being the one to overturn that,
even though we're getting stories that they're still like negotiating this now.
So maybe it isn't as serious of a supply chain risk as we are being led to believe.
But regardless, a federal judge attempting to overturn.
this is just asinine.
New case says frequency changed every
10 milliseconds in
sync gars radios. It's faster
now and uses more hop frequencies.
Even cellular
uses frequency hopping tech now for like 20 years.
See, I've no idea about any of this stuff. It's fascinating.
Yeah, they have to be sync like clocks hopping
in frequencies or sequences.

Now let's watch this clip because I think this is just a...
hysterical. This is Trump in in rare form here. Take a listen. You kind of suggested that we'd
knocked out Ayatollah Jr. Have we and did the CIA tell you that Ayatollah Jr.'s gay?
Well, they did say that, but I don't know if it was only them. I think a lot of people are
saying that, which puts them off to a bad start in that particular country. You know, I sort of
have to smile to myself when I say, I see people trying to defend the power.
Palestinian regime for women, women for Palestine, but they kill women if you don't wear a certain
group of, if you don't wear a certain cloth all over your face, you have no chance of living.
And, you know, when I look at gays for Palestine, but they kill gays. They kill them instantly.
They throw them off buildings, and I'm saying, who are the gays for palaces? And they have
a significant amount of gays for Palestine. Now, I think when, you know, I did very well with
the gay vote, okay? I even had, I even played the gay national anthem as my walk off, okay?
And I think it probably helped me, but I did great with no Republicans ever gotten the gay vote
like I did, and I'm very proud of it. I think it's great. Perhaps it's because I'm from New York
City, I don't know, but the gay national anthem was my walkoff, and I think it probably had. But
think of it, gays for Palestine, but they kill gays in Palestine. So when they hear that, I think,
probably we can talk about it it shouldn't be too hard i mean think of what he's doing here if
this commending guy is the leader over there and they're going to be negotiating like trump totally
already took the wind out of the sales by calling them gay like there's nothing wrong with being
gay but they have a problem with that and i just think this is hilarious this is like one of those
negotiating tactics the art of the deal right you totally like belittle and make fun of your the person you're
be negotiating with and give yourself the upper hand right off the bat.
It's just hysterical that he actually did that.
And I hope they keep rolling with it.
We have this.
Yeah, this was the rumor of the executive order.
It's on Fox News.
Trump is allegedly going to declare a national emergency at airports and sign an executive
order instructing DHS to immediately pay TSA officers.
He said he will sign an executive order to address airport
disruptions announcing the move in the true social post you know he really did this probably because we
have got coming up and he didn't want our attendees that are flying in to have to deal with all this
stuff he says because the democrats have recklessly created a true national crisis i'm using my
authorities under the law to protect our great country and then what we got from congress was
a vote a little senate vote to partially fund dhs and i i would imagine to avert some of these issues
Let me play this clip.
Where did I put it?
Hold for processing.
Okay, I think it's this one.
One last night, and typically no one wins government shutdowns.
Democrats, they did not get some of the ICE reforms that they asked for.
Republicans did not get full DHS funding in this.
You know, ICE is left out and Border Patrol is as well.
Now, John Soon, the Senate Majority Leader, he said that this was not about getting people necessarily
to support the bill. His charge last night was really to make sure that there weren't objections
when they moved this on the Senate floor about 212 this morning. There are only so many off-ramps
in Congress, and lawmakers saw this one coming down the highway, and they did not want to miss
that one. This is why the Senate has left town. This is a jam job for the House of Representatives.
Either the House will take this or leave this. This has not been pre-baked with the House of Representatives.
And we also don't know the disposition of the president of the United States.
As I always say, this is about the math.
This will take a robust combination of Democrats and Republicans to pass this bill.
And keep in mind that yesterday, there were lots of Republicans on the record saying that they wanted to fully fund DHS.
They were not for this.
So how this is sold to the House today, we just don't know.
Guys?
And then here they're saying this on CNN, shutdown likely to continue.
New House GOP leaders are expected to soon announce that they are rejecting the Senate-passed bill that would have funded large swaths of the DHS, including the TSA, in favor of their own version.
That means the DHS shutdown could be extended by at least several days.
TSA officers who have gone without pay during the shutdown have called out of work, leading to worsening airport wait times for travelers.
The weekend travel surge is likely to exacerbate the issue.
This weekend, separately, there are no King's protests against Donald Trump's agenda.
planned this weekend across the country a new poll shows the president's overall presidential
approval rating in the high 30s so it does appear that this bill that they tried to push through
is not going to be passed by the house therefore we're not getting anything the Senate left for the
weekend not longer or two weeks they left for their two week break so ridiculous man Congress
Congress is the worst let's let's talk about this a little bit
This is on the Federalist and the Federalist sometimes has some good stuff.
I don't, don't love them, don't hate them either.
Pretty neutral on them, but I love this article because I think it says a lot about what a lot of us are thinking.
America can't heal from the Russia hoax because Mueller and his ilk have faced no accountability.
Now the caveat here is maybe that's coming.
Maybe that's what the Rico Grande thing is.
And I'm hopeful that's the case.
But I'm not going to choose to operate and ignore things based on opium.
That's just is what it is.
But this is spot on.
Not only can America not heal, but like, I don't think we can fix things without accountability for what these people have done.
Well, we just got out of the Michael Flynn thing.
and my thought process on it while I'm happy that he got a $1.2 million settlement from the DOJ,
the people that actually did the political persecution didn't cost them a thing yet.
None of them.
I mean, maybe some of them lost jobs or whatever.
But that's pretty damn lucky considering they should be in jail and they should be the ones held personally financially responsible.
But instead, no, they don't actually have to go to jail.
They don't face any real accountability.
And then we are left paying the bill for it.
for their bad actions, these unelected representatives or unelected people in government.
It's terrible.
Let's read a little bit of this.
The recent passing of former FBI director and special counsel Robert Mueller has spawned predictably fawning coverage from America's broken media.
The loss in the fetish fest is any real acknowledgement of the incalculable damage Mueller's invasive Trump-Russia collusion scam did to the country.
and more importantly, how none of its key players faced any accountability for it.
To better understand the egregiousness of it all requires delving back into the schemes or origins,
and we don't need to read all this.
You guys are very familiar with where this came from.
I want to skip down to right here.
The 2019 Mueller report and Mueller's subsequent fumbling testimony before Congress ultimately affirmed what was clear all along,
but there was no evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia to steal the 2016 election.
But by the time those events occurred, the damage to Trump and his first presidency had already been done.
And I would say the fallout from that is still relevant.
I mean, there are still people out there that believe Trump, you know, their hatred and TDS towards Trump stem from this.
And they never gone away from it.
Like, could you imagine how the country would, where the country would be, where like the division and divisiveness in this?
country would be like what levels it would actually be at if we had media that was honest if some of
this stuff didn't happen like how many problems could have been avoided and averted if it worked for
stuff like this from people that have yet to be held accountable we may have never gotten
covid they maybe have not ever stolen the 2020 election there's a laundry list of things
that potentially could have been avoided if there was any actual accountability but there hasn't been and it's
just for these people it's from the media too you're waiting for the part in which any of the
major participants in this fabricated hoax are held accountable for their actions you're not
alone to date none of the key players involved have faced any punishment for their appalling
behavior and therein lies the problem america cannot successfully move past the russia collusion
hoax until its founders and law-breaking participants receive the legal reckoning they deserve
they and their antics did indescribable harm to the republic and the country's democratic process
and we're still grappling with this years later.
Mueller may be gone, but the destruction he left in his wake is beyond measure.
Americans are right to demand justice for what he and his team did to the country.
And until they get it, they have no reason to waver in that desire.
And that's what I see, like, even though I want to be hopeful and stand on that rug,
consider we don't know what that rug is going to look like, or maybe it won't even be a rug.
But because we don't know what we're going to get from the Rico Grande thing,
we have no reason to just sit here and be like,
Yeah, they're definitely going to give us the accountability and just as we deserve until we see it.
There's no reason to act like that.
But I see a lot of people like, you know, the trust of the plan, full control stuff.
That's what, um, that's what a lot of people are like banking on.
No Wimps one says Mueller just recently passed. He met his justice.
Yeah, the fact that he died not in a prison cell though is it's not justice for us.
Like, yeah, he's going to go meet his maker and he'll, you know, I'm not, I'm not the one to judge him, but I'd assume maybe I'm not even, maybe I shouldn't even assume.
If I were betting man, I would bet he probably went to hell. Okay. I'll say that.
But that's not him being held accountable for his, for the wrongs he did here on this realm.
I know it's not the most important realm, but you know what I mean.
We do need to see some form of accountability. I think that is, that is part of the healing process.
and I don't think we can fully heal or move on until we get that.
And it's not just with the Russia gate stuff.
It's with the election stuff.
It's with the COVID stuff.
It's with the Biden family stuff.
Like there is a laundry list of things that we need to see some form of accountability for.
Or even as far as we move forward and, you know, try to go into that golden age.
I don't think it'll ever be as golden as it should be until we get that.
See what you guys are saying.
Let's see.
0.0000001% of taxpayers get to dictate what all citizens spend.
Hmm, the number's a little exaggerated.
Where is the stream yard link?
It should be pinned to the top, isn't it?
Or did I unpin it?
Whoops, see.
Sorry, just put it back in, PJ.
Hell is accountability.
I mean, I'm not saying it's not,
but I also want to see some of that accountability as well.
We held them Maduro accountable for something.
Did we, though?
What have we held them accountable for?
Have we seen, like,
Where are we even out with that?
I don't know if we've seen, has he been on trial?
Have we gotten evidence for him?
What's going on?
New case says, I agree.
We have to have accountability, public and visible and severe.
I agree.
Frederick Leathers, the power of the media is not what it chooses to report on,
but what it chooses not to.
I think it's a little bit of both.
PJ, there he is.
Hey, how's it going, John?
How are you doing?
Hey, I'm doing good.
How are you doing?
Good, good to see again.
Good, good to see you as well, man.
Yeah, what you got for today?
Here's what I got for you, man.
In the spirit of these Trump huge mega announcements, right?
I'm kind of, it reminds me of back, you might remember this from a couple years ago.
And it was, they had this, it was when that spy plane was in the air.
It had taken off like three days before the 2020 election.
And then it landed like right after the midterms.
Yeah.
And then Trump was going to have this big announcement.
It was at Mar-a-Lago.
He had like, I think he had his whole family there.
I might be mixing up some things, but there was this big announcement that was going to be.
And so there was all this hype.
And he ended up just announcing that he was running for election in 2024.
And it was just like one of the biggest disappointments in my eyes, man.
I was telling all my friends like, oh, dude, they're going to release everything.
All the election stuff is coming out.
The spy plane landed.
Like, this is what's going on right here.
And I remember that.
I remember just being so deflated and like angry about it actually.
And this is kind of embarrassing.
I used to listen to M.G. show back in the day.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, right?
And this is before Badlands.
And actually, I think this might have been a catalyst for you creating Badlands was,
I remember that next day listening to the show and I was pissed.
I was like, man, this is stupid.
And they're like, what?
You know, he's running for president again.
Like, you should be happy about this.
And I was like, at that point, I just, I stopped listening.
of them forever. I was done with them. And then I think he created Badlands right after that.
And, uh, you know, it was, I mean, obviously it's everything, it's been history since then, you know.
But, uh, you know, I'm just, I'm just wondering when is like the boy who cried biggest
announcement, groundbreaking, you know, when is that going to run its course, man?
That's such a good question because we've seen this over and over and over again. And it's not to
say that some of the announcements he's made over the years when he's done this aren't like good
or big in their own right but i also think he comes down to like he's a he's a brilliant marketer
right they're going to do this stuff they're going to they know what kind of audience they have and
they know that they put out little comms and stuff like uh what was it yesterday exciting an
announcement tomorrow they put it out in a video but they had it reversed so people had to reverse it
like they wanted people to decode it they did that on purpose because they knew exactly what
everybody would respond with.
And it comes out to be a website.
So I think part of the responsibility for not like getting disappointed or upset about those
things is not to expect the big announcement every time they do this because they literally
do this every single time.
They make it seem like it's going to be something huge.
And we all freak out and expect something, you know, like the, the Rico Grande thing or
the election thing.
And then every time it's a rugful, rug pull and people get more and more pissed off.
And you're exactly right.
I remember that, though, with the plane landing and everything.
everybody's saying, he's going to announce it and we didn't get it.
It was frustrating.
Yeah, absolutely.
Between that, and I think it was right after the Fulton County when he got
arrested, you know, the indictment in Fulton County.
And he said, Monday, we're going to have this big announcement.
And, you know, I'm going to, you know, release all this information.
And then it was, okay, Monday here it's coming.
He's going to release all the stuff.
We got it all, right?
It's coming out.
And then it was like another one.
And it was like, oh, man, it's just, after years,
and years of it, man. It's like, you're right. You just got a, you got to temper the expectations
and you got to pretty much just set your expectations extremely low.
Yep. I'm with you, man. I'm with you there. Are you going to, I don't think we're going to game
this weekend. Did you finally get the game downloaded? I did. I did. Finally downloaded. It
took me like a week and three days, but it finally downloaded. So I got it on the computer. I'm
ready to go, man. Awesome. Next time we do it, I'll for sure hit you up. We'll get you on.
Awesome, brother. Well, good to see you again.
Good to see you too. Lay off those curls, man. You're making the rest of
I'll try, dude.
It's sons out, guns out today, man.
You know how that goes.
Oh, hey, I was going to tell you, you always talk about Joe in North Dakota.
I'm actually got some North Dakota blood myself.
My grandfather's family was from Valley City there in North Dakota.
No way.
Yes.
You know, when I was in high school going into college, I went to Valley City State University
because my old baseball coach when I was like 13 was the head coach there.
And I like I worked out and I was going to go play there.
but then they offered me a scholarship of like negative dollars.
Yeah, we'll give you a scholarship, but like really it's not a,
you have to pay full price.
I went to the local community college instead.
But yeah, I drive through there all the time.
Are you straight?
Nice.
Awesome, man.
That's cool.
That's cool, dude.
Awesome.
Okay, catch you later, PJ.
All right, man, take these, John.
All right, I see, I'm a little surprised at who's backstage.
I don't know why he's backstage, but Brian.
Is everything okay?
Yeah, I just came here to talk shit.
Well, let's talk shit, man. What's up?
I got a huge, huge announcement.
Let's hear it.
No, you got to come on my show and it's going live at two right after you're done here.
Are you being serious?
No, I'm totally kidding. I'm going to read the amicus brief.
There's a, there's a hearing going on right now in a mechus.
Amicus, amicus. I say amicus.
I think it's actually pronounced amicus.
I don't know. I don't think that's right.
If it's plural, it's amici.
Amichai.
Amichai?
Let's back in real time now.
Is it amicus or is it amicus?
Because I say it both ways.
Okay, now I got to do how to say.
Amicus.
Amici.
Let me look it up.
They'll give me the sound.
Yeah, it's amicus.
Amicus.
Okay.
What did I say amicus?
Amicus.
So you're hitting me.
So you say.
amicus. I say amicus and it's
there you go, play it. Amicus.
No. Amicus. Oh.
Amicus. I see there's another. That's what I was saying. You could say it both ways.
I've never heard a micas. I've heard amicus. I've heard amicus and I've heard amicus.
I've never heard amicus until you. But anyway, that's besides what do you do?
Play amici. Amici.
Amiki. So it's not a C-H. Okay. This is why we can watch a show to still learn how to say words.
Well, I'm going to be reading a lot of Latin words because I'm reading the amicus brief in Fulton County.
So Fulton County, there's a hearing today over whether or not the state or the government was allowed to take the ballots that they did, Normizing, Abbe Lowell, all those, you know, shill.
Well, they're not shills.
They're actually very smart, but deep state attorneys are going to be represented there talking about it.
The FBI agent was not, so they tried to subpoena the FBI agent.
get him testify they pulled a to ee and uh they denied the twoy request and said that no he will not be
testifying who denied that uh the federal government the doj really yeah they said eat a bag
you're not getting our special agent this is an ongoing investigation he is not going to come in
and testify about it so he's not testifying but they are so so the kevin uh kevin moncliffe and and some
others filed uh an amicus brief uh because they argued that the doj has been arguing against
this saying that they have legal grounds to go in there and take it, you know,
but nobody has argued against, uh, the claims made against the evidence that
Norm Eisen and then made against the evidence. So they submitted a brief, uh, on that to argue
against the evidence. So I'm going to be at two o'clock, I'm going to be reading that over on
my channel, um, because I think it needs to be on the record. And, you know, I'm not going to go too
crazy into details or anything or I'll give a little bit in there. Uh, and then tonight and
on why we vote, we're going to have Mark.
on doing the demonstration that he was forbidden from doing in the Georgia legislature showing the
back doors in the voice software so that hearing that that's going on right now right
I think it's going on right now they gave him five hours so I would imagine it's already begun
that is crazy and Fulton county is basically trying to get their the ballots back right
correct correct and the the DOJ argued uh because they they made a fourth amendment argument
saying that it's an illegal search and seizure and the DOJ argued back you're the government
you don't have any Fourth Amendment protections, which is a correct argument.
So the DOJ's argument on legal grounds was perfect.
It was very well done.
But again, they didn't have anything that backed up the evidence and the false claims that they made against the evidence saying,
this has been debunked in conspiracy theory and all that shit.
Interesting.
I know in just the news article about this, they're saying that the Justice Department is accusing Fulton County of trying to disrupt an act of investigation, arguing that the
County should not be able to override a magistrate judge's ruling that the search was legally justified.
So I guess we'll see.
Are we going to get like any announcement after this hearing is done on what what they concluded or what came of it?
I don't know if we'll get a, you know, ruling today, but I will, I know some people that are in the
courtroom and Mark Cook's only able to come on for an hour.
So I'm going to try and get somebody that was in the courtroom to come on for about half an hour on why we vote at the beginning to talk about what went down in the,
in the hearing today.
Awesome.
So we'll cover all the grounds today on why we vote.
Are you going to come on the only lands then after that?
Perhaps, perhaps.
So that's a no.
It depends on how crazy it is, man.
You know how it gets in that, in that chat.
Not in that chat, in that room.
Yeah, 30 people in there.
And it's like, ooh, I can get a little heavy sometimes.
It's a little crazy.
No, that sounds good.
I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys come up with.
And I'm curious to see the back door demonstration.
too.
Yeah, that'll be.
Clay called it a front door, a front door intrusion when we were playing it on Badlands
Daily on, I think, Monday.
Why would he not be allowed to show that?
Oh, so I don't know if you heard that story.
They, they, so Mark Cook went and testify, or well, he didn't testify.
He gave public comment during a legislative hearing, and they went and edited his, his comment
on their website.
they cut out like 10 or 12 seconds of his testimony,
public comment.
Yeah,
they literally cut it out.
And again,
we'll cover that tonight on why we vote,
but I had an article up on Gateway Pundant about it earlier this week,
I think on Monday or Tuesday.
Yeah,
he was saying,
you know,
these systems have a way to infiltrate backdoor systems that have been exploited
and the testing companies knew about it and certified it anyways.
And yeah,
they just cut it out of his public comment.
I've never seen that before.
I've never seen that.
Yeah, that seems like they should be in trouble for that almost.
Like, that's, that's ridiculous.
That's a First Amendment violation.
Yeah, 100%.
Absolutely a First Amendment violation.
Anyway, well, awesome.
Looking forward to that stuff.
Make sure, where can they find your reading of the?
On your channel.
com slash cancon.
Yeah.
Awesome.
Cool.
Check it out after the show, guys.
Appreciate it.
I'll rate everybody over.
All right.
immediately see you guys later so yeah all right um i'm getting close to the end here and i'm trying
to see if there's any other stories that i really wanted to show you guys before we
we have this from pam bondi suppose it's kind of a big deal
whether we do or do not have a pending case or nor a pending grand jury what i can say is
public is that we have received transcripts from the house this had to be declassified and we are
awaiting transcripts from the United States Senate. The last thing I'll say on that is no one in
this country is above the law. Right. Well, we've been told that before. Yeah, so apparently we're
getting transcripts of of CIA director, former CIA director John Brennan. And it has to be
with the Rico Grande case. The thing I just, it bugs me with Pam Bondi is her statement of nobody's
above the law because it does not feel like that. Yeah, it's a nice little slogan. I'm sure it works
well on t-shirts, well on campaigns.
But until we see that, I wish they would stop saying it
because there seems to be plenty of people that are above the law
at this current point in time.
But with that, guys, I think I'm going to wrap it up.
I'll rage you guys over to Cancans channel.
And then you'll see me again tonight on Only Lance at 10.30 p.m. Eastern.
I'll be back again tomorrow at 10.30 p.m. Eastern for the power hour with Chris
Paul.
Sunday, I don't think we're going to be doing gaming.
But we're going to do another America First story at 1 p.m.
Eastern.
So make sure you guys tune into that.
I'm going to be recording it here right after the show, actually.
So a couple of rumble rants came through.
We had 12 in a boy.
Good to see you, Ty.
I cannot wait to see it till like in two weeks here.
Medbeds and PJ made your show great, but getting Brian to break news on your daily,
best daily ever for you, John.
Why we vote is always a must watch.
Absolutely agree.
And thank you so much for the rant.
S.R.G. 13.
It may be PJ Corgan's birthday, but all the ladies
got the treats today. Happy birthday handsome. Aw. It's a crowd favorite and favorite that PJ Corrigan.
Thanks everybody. I will see you tonight on Onlylands. You guys have a good rest of your Friday.
Let's get started.
