Badlands Media - Why We Vote Ep. 181: The CIA Note, "The Book," and Byrne's Coup Confession
Episode Date: July 29, 2026No guest this week, just CannCon and Ashe in America turning the heat all the way up. They start with that newly declassified CIA note on Venezuela and lay out why it reads less like a bombshell about... Maduro and more like a blueprint for what happened at home. From there, things get spicy. The two dig into a certain must-read election book (now referred to strictly as Voldemort) and why wrong technology and phantom barcodes make them question the whole point of it. Then come the Patrick Byrne clips, complete with a Qatar phone call, a data center in Belgrade, and a casual mention of being asked to lead a coup. Along the way: Bill Pulte's firing spree, Smartmatic and Sequoia genealogy, Colombia's Petro claims, blockchain voting waiting in the wings, and cautious optimism about 2026. Plus gold, boomerangs, and a heated debate over Wawa.

The badlands, you're out of the badlands.
Explain those badlands.
That's a hell of their name.
All right.
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.
Happy Tuesday night.
Welcome to Why We Vote.
And I am joined by my co-host, Ash.
How you doing?
I'm good.
Oh, I'm well.
You're well.
To be grammatically correct.
Oh, I don't have the chat pulled up.
My brother was one of those like jackasses.
I always used to do that.
I'd be like, how you doing them?
I'm good.
He'd be like, you're well.
I know. I am that Jackass. Every time you say me and Ash, I want to correct you. Ash and I.
Me and Ash and I. Ash and I just sounds crappy. Hey. Me and Ash and I just sounds like, I don't know, doesn't sound great.
Sounds like an eye looks fabulous, Max says. Max says your hair looks fabulous.
Oh, thanks, Max. I washed it yesterday, I think. Yeah, there you go. That's like a thing, I guess, for women.
I didn't know that until I got married.
Yeah.
Well, you, oh shit, did I accidentally enable subscriber-only chat?
Because I think I just hit the wrong button.
Check and make sure I made it.
Okay. Sorry.
I don't think so.
All right.
So we were supposed to have Marley Hornick on tonight,
but there was some little scheduling conflict.
I don't think she's going to be able to make it.
She might, but I've not heard back.
And I know there was some conflict.
and it was it was like she would have to join you know on her phone and I was like no no let's just redo it and we can get you in your studio and
and have like a good quality conversation and not you know something not that we couldn't have a good quality conversation on the phone
well well yeah yeah we definitely have a quality conversation but you know being able to pull in graphics and
anything else that she might need I'd rather you know do it the right way you know yeah agreed plus there's so
much to talk about.
Yeah, there is. I mean, we've got a, we've got a midterm coming up here in like two months.
I think they're going to start voting like next week.
Yeah.
Did you see, um, Pulte's out now?
Because they, uh, they confirmed Clayton today.
Oh, they got nervous.
He, I, I, is the, this is the, the plan with Bill Pulte all along is that he goes into the agency and he
fires everyone and then he moves on to the next agency to fire everyone i'm wondering where he's
going to go next and i find his presence delightful cia yeah i mean he's you know that that would
make the going to the 18 intelligence agencies would make sense after being at odie and i when's
todd blanche's acting term over at ag yeah i don't know they're trying to confirm him aren't they as
full well if you want to if you want to speed that along just
throw Bill Pulte at DOS.
Yeah.
That's the best thing.
It's like,
Jay Clayton, they were talking about him like, he's the Antichrist.
And now they're like, oh, get him in there.
Oh, my God.
This guy's so much worse.
Do you think we got anything out of Pulte?
I mean, the firings are good, I guess.
You know, today they announced the fifth round of firings.
30% of the remaining is gone.
But, I mean, do we think we got anything substantial out of that?
Do you mean, what?
So when he went into FHA, he fired a ton of people, exposed a bunch of corruption, and it led to indictments.
He's at OD&I.
He's fired a bunch of people.
They have declassified a ton of information that Tulsi said she was going to declassify, and that's out.
Now it's exposed to a ton of corruption.
There are certainly names of people that should be indicted.
Where are we on the timeline, I think?
man. So I don't know if you heard on daily this morning, but like I am feeling oddly, like really
optimistic. Like I think I'm like a little bit beyond microdosing on hopium right now. I think I've
moved on to like. You're tripping out on hopium? I'm not tripping. I'm not tripping. But, you know,
I'm definitely, I'm definitely eating more of the of the opium shroom than I, than I, than I was before,
you know. You've moved on from a few spores to a cap. Yeah, like I'm probably,
doing like a cap a day right now.
And it's only been like the last like 40.
I think for most people a cap a day would still be microdosing mobile.
Not for me.
It's not.
I don't know.
That took a weird turn.
We don't even have my shroom vibe as a sponsor tonight.
That would have been we should have done that.
No, we don't.
But we actually, we actually should talk about our sponsors though.
Because our sponsors are what keep our shows alive.
We love our sponsors.
I love them so much.
Especially gold and silver, which are back in the headlines.
After an incredible run earlier this year, both metals have pulled back.
But recently, they've started climbing again.
Gold is once again pushing above the 4,000 mark, while silver is rallied sharply as
investors return to precious metals amid global uncertainty.
Analysts point to continued central bank buying strong physical demand and growing industrial
demand for silver as reasons that the long-term outlook remains strong.
Every day, more Americans are looking to diversify with assets that have stood the test of time,
and that is why now may be the smart time to take a closer look at Goldco.
For limited time, Goldco is celebrating America's 250th anniversary with a special offer.
On qualifying purchases, you'll receive up to 10% in free silver and a free solar generator.
It's a valuable bonus for anyone looking to strengthen their financial preparedness.

recommend you get yourself some silver and some gold, but I'm especially partial to silver. Badlandsgold.com.
It has more utility for the individual, certainly. And if you are,

You might find exactly what you're looking for.
It's badlandsmedia.

All right.
Yeah, I actually glued mine to the top of the ammo can because I kept knocking it over by accident.
And so I glued it.
And now it's probably like I could probably peel it up pretty easy because it's metal on wood.
And that's not gorilla glue is good, but not that good.
but at least now if I bump into my thing,
it's not going to knock it over like it always does.
So there's that.
I got that going for me.
Hey, shout out to Jackie and Cam who just rated the stream.
What's up, guys?
Yeah, thank you.
Appreciate that.
So where do we want to,
because there's so many different facets of election news and integrity
and all the other stuff that we could go.
I mean, we got the D classes.
We've got the Columbia story.
We've got the CIA story.
We've got the mail-in ballots.
We've got, I mean, there's just so much.
Where do you want to go to start?
I think we should start with the CIA story.
Okay.
So I, man, X is still not working for.
Oh, no.
I got it.
I got you.
Which one do you want?
Well, I know my CIA story is actually on my sub-stack.
Oh, you want to pull up yours.
Well, it's on my substack because,
you know right now it's not published yet and I don't know if it's going to publish so I have it up as like a preview on substack.
So it's going to be controversial man and you know this is one of those things where like everybody's afraid to, you know, they're worried about publishing stuff and and who's going to sue who and the law the law fair is going to, you know, ramp up with all of this stuff going down.
And so, you know, I decided I wanted to write an article. I told you guys last week we, we, at the end of the show,
show we talked about that CIA note that came out we read through it as quickly as we could
and it basically it was a blueprint it was a blueprint for what we saw uh here in in this country
you know and they're talking about Venezuela first and foremost you know as Ash and I talked about
last week CIA did not conclude for the CIA concluded that not only did Venezuela
not interfere in foreign elections meaning our election but they didn't even interfere in their own
elections and that was something you know that we've been told by certain three-letter agency
talking heads over the last couple couple months especially i mean that story brian is um i think the
story and you know that i feel this way and um i don't think there's any question who the
controversial person that was going to sandbag me was right um it wasn't you
It wasn't you.
Me.
You're way to.
It's definitely not you.
You don't even want to talk about this.
I think we can ask.
You can.
But yeah, I mean, I think we should.
So should we revisit the CIA note?
Should we talk about what's going on with the book and how the book was, I mean,
I feel like it's a devastating blow to the book.
And as I understand it, some of the people who were asked about the devastating bow to the book,
their response was, well, who.
wrote the CIA note. I haven't heard that. I have. I haven't I haven't heard that, but I mean, look, so I, you know, I talked to, uh, I don't remember was it, if it was Clay. Maybe I was talking to Clay about this, you know, through the chat back and forth. And, you know, last week he said, just remember this report is, this note is based on reports that came out from them. And, and until we know it's under the redaction and the citations at the end of the note,
For all we know, they could just be reporting based on news reports, right?
We don't know that this is like some super secret spy shit that they have been able to conduct and, you know, all that stuff.
But, oh, gosh, oh, geez, here we go.
I've exceeded the orders, but I would have thought it was worth it.
Five days before the election, I got a phone call in Qatar saying, no, Patrick Stand Down.
We have.
That has an echo for sure.
the DOD is going to take care of this we have the government uncle Sam's going to take care of this
thought it was worth it five days before the election i got a phone call in guitar saying nope
patrick stand down we have the DOD is going to take care of this we have the government uncle Sam's
going to take care of this so thankfully we didn't have to go blow up a data center in belgrade
um okay Phil scarborough go on the why we vote podcast they're smart folks I'd love to
get me on and I'll go.
Well, I don't remember pulling out of any podcasts, although maybe there are some.
Look, between my health issues and the bouncing around that was going on over the last
couple of years, Phil, I'm sorry, there were a couple times I was supposed to go on something
and had to write them at the last minute canceled.
So I'm sorry.
If it's alive, I do understand that there was someone who was kind of controversial, who I was
going to sandbag me.
I remember some story about that.
I don't know if that was why we vote.
But go ahead and have them get in touch with me.
So show of hands in the chat.
Who thinks it was Brian?
Who thinks it was me?
To be fair, I was the hardest on the book.
Yeah, that's fair.
You were harder on the book than I was, certainly.
I'd definitely.
harder on burn than I was also the one that got the phone call from the author.
Yeah.
Have you talked about that publicly yet?
Yeah, I have.
Yeah.
The author of the book called me.
The author of the book called Brian and was like, what are you doing?
And Brian was like, what do you mean, bro?
Like you have the wrong technology in Arizona.
The story you're telling about Mesa County is retarded and false.
This book wasn't proofed.
It was rushed.
What's up with that?
And they're like, well, just getting the spirit of it right is what's important.
And that's the thing.
Here's the thing. If getting the details of the book isn't important in this most important story that we're telling about elect, the truth about elections, it's finally coming out. These are the heroes. These people are heroes. They're also all shitting on Trump and the administration like all the time because they're not being recognized as the heroes and apparently getting reimbursed for whatever they did. Remember the whole perfect storm? That's what started this whole thing. Was Phil Scarborough was mad at you, me and Colonel Tate.
counter because we were mocking the perfect storm story.
I remember this. I was up at the farm and we were having that conversation.
And then Phil went out, tag Patrick Byrne. Patrick Burr was like, yeah, I'll go on their show.
And he didn't. He said he was going to.
He said he was going to, but he didn't. But if getting the details in the book, getting the details of election, security, technology, the history, getting the details in the book isn't important.
and it's still the most important book,
well, then the purpose of the book
is something other than telling the truth about elections.
So what is the purpose of the book?
As I've said, on the record several times,
I believe it is a CIA rewrite
of the history of both elections worldwide
and the CIA in the region
of Central and South America,
broadly, like with regards to narcotics
and regime change and all sorts of other things.
That's how it reads to me,
but I'll tell you what,
If the purpose of the book was to make sure that everybody understood the truth about how our elections are fake, how our elections are being stolen, if that was important, then the details would be important.
It would be kind of a big deal to have the wrong technology and use in Arizona.
And it's not just a clerical error to say it's the wrong technology.
The technology that they're claiming caused the fraud isn't in use there.
Same thing in Mesa County
Anywhere. In Mesa County, they say
that the barcodes were scanned. The barcodes on the ballots were scanned
10,000 times. One ballot's barcode was scanned
10,000 times. Only problem, we don't have barcodes on the ballots in Colorado.
The facts
in the book were false. And
people have been mad at us.
Brian and I, because we haven't carried this story and
worshipped the fucking people telling it.
Excuse me. I know that means
that some of you can't share the show now, but I don't care.
Not on this one.
This is so egregious.
And the author of the book called Brian and was like, yeah, I mean, it doesn't really matter
that we got like the details of the election technology wrong in the book about the truth
of election technology.
Are you kidding me?
It matters quite a bit, actually.
I'm trying to find the part on Maricopa because they, they not, they didn't just get the
equipment wrong.
They got the overall problem in Maricopa.
Copa wrong.
Yeah.
And, you know, they said that it was, well, they tried to make it sound like it was
specifically something with the machines along the lines of what they were, you know,
the crap that they were pushing in this book the whole time.
But, you know, and they were specifically also, they were talking about 2022, the Cary Lake
race.
And in that race, you know, that's doing a huge disservice.
Oh, here it is.
Another way to tamper, another way to tamper with an election is through the use of flashcards.
According to the engineers, this is how elections were stolen in strongly Republican,
Maricopa County, Arizona in the 2020 and 2022 elections.
Maricopa County is home to 62% of the state's population and therefore dominates Arizona's politics.
If you want to tamper with Sequoia Edge ABC voting machines, the ones used in Maricopa,
false, you damage the flash card.
Three vendors sell most of the machines used for the.
for counting votes.
As of September 2016,
the American election system and software,
ESNS, served 80 million, blah, blah, blah.
Dominion voting system runs elections in Maricopa County
using Sequoia touchscreen voting machines,
like the ones pictured below.
This is a description of voting machines
from Sequoia's website.
The ABC Edge is a touchscreen direct recording electronic voting machine.
It's a multilingual voting system,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
That wasn't the problem in Maricopa County
in the 2020 and 2022 election.
Now, 2020, I think there's all sorts of problems with that one.
But specifically 2022, you know, you're taking away, you're doing a disservice to Clay Parique and the work that he did there with Kurt Olson, Brian Blam, with that whole team in finding the 19 inch, 20 inch ballot discrepancy and putting Scott Jared on the stand and having him completely flip his story under oath from one day to the next, you know, that, oh, you know, that's, it may have been a printing issue, may have been, you know.
And then, you know, finding out that not only was that 19 inch, 20 inch thing, being a problem in 2022.
It was a problem in 2020. It was a problem in the 2020 primaries in 2020 and the 2020 primaries.
Like, it's been a problem for a while there. And nobody ever caught it until Clay busted out a ruler after Kurt Olson and Brian Blam got access to the ballots and figured it out.
You know, and granted.
And the testimony changed. And then the testimony changed.
There is an echo now.
I haven't. Do you guys hear this echo or is it just me? Remove the video that you have shared down there. It might be that. I'm not hearing an echo.
I definitely hear an echo. Yeah, they all hear it too. I'm going to refresh.
Uh-oh, it is Ash. It is Ash. Here we go again. I think it's Ash. I'm blaming Ash.
So you guys, the alphas make sandwiches.
They had the echo with Christy.
And then when Ash left, it went away.
So don't tell her I told you guys that.
All right.
Do we still have an echo?
Hello.
I don't hear an echo.
Can you hear me at all?
I think it's back.
Wait?
Check, check, check.
Check.
I don't know.
I think it's okay.
Now it's a triple echo and it's still there.
Brian's doing that on purpose.
Check, check, check.
Check.
I don't know.
No, we're good. We're good.
Okay.
I was just watching the replay.
So we're good.
So it was Ash.
So poor Christy was getting blamed.
In my friends, I blame Jackie the whole time.
Christy was getting drug on Monday.
Drug.
And it was Ash the whole time.
Calm down.
I had to figure out what that is.
What's doing that?
my wife.
Okay. So anyways, going back to my rant here. Now, there were plenty of problems in
Maricopa County. You know, Kevin, when him and Rochelle and the team out there did their
research into Maricopa, there was all sorts of things that we found. And I've written extensively
about, you know, machines that have ballot counters that are, uh, were, we're out of date. So
ballot counters are like are like odometers on your car they only increment forward right but there
were brand new machines brand new remember maricopa bought brand new machines after 2020 because
the audit that was part of the stipulation of uh getting the the the shadig report into the into the
the routers right was like oh well you're going to sue us for that well we're going to sue you for new
machines because you guys tampered with our machines and they're like fine we'll buy you new machines
so they got new machines except the new
machines came with counters that were already incrementing.
There was there was differences in the software versions from one system to the next.
And, you know, just I mean, the, the number of issues in Maricopa were astronomical.
I didn't hear anything about Sequoia Edge, ABC voting machines out there, though.
Yeah.
Are we still echoing?
I don't know.
I was watching the chat and I don't know.
I think it's okay.
You're the only one that's echoing.
So you would have to be talking and you didn't talk during that rant.
So okay. Well, so that video clip that was shared by Phil Scarborough that had him mentioning why we vote and he says there was someone controversial that was going to say I beg me. This is this was my theory. Right. I had a theory. I'm not going to name the person's name. But I was speaking to somebody as I was putting my makeup on for that show. Friend called and was yeah, what are you doing? And I told him what I was doing. I was getting ready to.
interview Patrick Byrne and I was going to ask him why his story changed and I was going to ask him
why he was now all of a sudden calling for war because that's new. He hasn't been doing that the whole
time and asked him if he was in the intelligence community and that was, you know, like half an hour
before the show and then canceled. Maybe an hour. Maybe an hour before the show. I thought, for a long
time, I thought maybe that person called and said, hey, Ash and Breyer are going to ask you about a
bunch of stuff that you're not prepared for.
So that is a confirmation for me on the theory that that's what happened.
But also, you can't forget that a couple days after that, he went on Emerald Show and said,
I am CIA.
And, you know, that story I told before, I was fibbon.
I was fibbing about some stuff.
Didn't say what he was fibbing about.
I later took my comments and put them in a throw, my questions for him and put
him in a thread, just ignored it. Now he pretends to not know who we are. But the video that I was
going to play, and I'm like nervous to play it to try it again, but I'm going to try it again.
Oh, no. Um, like, if, if he was fibbing in the story that he told that got everybody to trust him,
then everybody trusting him still after finding out the story was, at least,
partially fibbed you should reevaluate your trust and here he also said this in um in that video
in those crazy four years it's that was all lies to to comfort people i guess but it was all lies
he's talking about q there was no secret military group i can tell you that there was a group
that reached out to me a group within the government i guess i can say now in early 2022 that said
you have well over support of well over 50 percent of the people in the federal government
patrick it and eventually i think i was told it was 85 percent and they're ready to back
a a coup uh will you be that will you lead it and i regret to this day i didn't ask more a a it was
somebody who was a real patriot but even there I thought am I being set up is this going to be is this
all being recorded is this is set up secondly I can tell you that if they had lost the if the election
had been rigged again in 24 I would have gotten back in touch with them and said okay I'm ready to go
we're not going to surrender the country but there was there were feds who reached out to me
in early 2022 that said we're ready to conduct a coup and most of the people in government are
ready to go along with it we need somebody and it can't be a
politician and this and that the other thing and will you will you lead it and
my answer and I was thinking I mean I thought of how I they would have to explain
how to do it I was thinking that you know if I did it what I would say is I'm
gonna stay in charge long enough to or they organize a clean election well to
clean up a bunch of horseshit and organize a clean election and then get out and I
thought that was what I would do if I did
it, but I thought about it for a minute and said, no, I'm not, I'm here to, I'll be a peacekeeper,
but I can't start a war. I can't be, I can't start a war. I've often looked back wondering
whether that was the right decision. And it was not somebody who would have been setting me up.
Your thoughts? So the government that has tried to thwart President Trump at every single turn
reached out to him about a coup?
Well,
it is playing the videos.
So I'll refresh again after this,
but I want to play this last one.
This is six minutes.
Okay.
We're going to play the six-minute video from 2020.
Okay.
I think this, what I'm about to offer,
should I also sound rather attractive to that side,
which is how about a coalition government
that does not include
Donald Trump, but it includes Michael Flynn. And I want to make clear, I have not run this by Flynn.
I have not run this by Flynn. This is nothing he's behind or has any, any, I have no idea if he
well, I think he would do this because he would do something to save America. But we all know
that behind dear President Joseph Biden and the nice, esteemed Vice President Kamala Harris, there's a
couple other shot collars in there. And that's all really the government. Those let's say four
people. I would suggest as a solution that could, I mean, if the left wants to just pound their way
through this, I don't quite understand, you know, their own federal agencies are melting on them.
I'm hearing 65% of people in the federal agencies are on my side. I hear all kinds of stuff
is going on and people are revolting in the military and so on and so forth. Do they really think
they're just going to play that out? Let me propose this other alternative.
have a coalition government.
Mike Flynn is like Steve Jobs.
I've met a lot of people watching over the years.
Mike Flynn is head and shoulders,
and he's a very strong.
He's like Steve Jobs decided to go and do military intelligence
instead of being, he's a strong player.
And he's about the only guy on the Republican side
that can be trusted by the people
because the people saw the entire Republican Party
throw Donald Trump under the bus
and do nothing for him.
Essentially all the politicians,
and essentially all the R&C fat cats and all of these people.
So no one, the people need to have someone they accept and trust
that those 57 to 69% of Americans who see through this charade,
there's no doubt.
And suppose we had a system that Mike Flynn joins up in that group,
and two more people I'm going to name.
And we promise, Mike Flynn's talking to Donald Trump every day,
Donald Trump calls from the golf course from Florida from New Jersey where for
wherever is these days and he gives his thoughts to Mike Flynn and Mike Flynn is in
every day at the senior the most senior level of government which is that little
group could the Republicans live with that could they hold their nose and live
with that Donald Trump himself did not get to walk back into the White House I
don't know I think Donald Trump might live with it me I can't speak for the guy
and listen this guy wants to come and press whatever lawsuits he wants to press
I'm not opining on the validity of such lawsuits.
And so, I mean, he has every right to press all the lawsuits he wants.
But I just am throwing this out there is something he might see the logic of.
And the left and the people in power and the Biden administration may see some logic in this.
And with it in this coalition super think tank of Biden, Harris, a couple intellectual figures behind
him, I'm not even going to name, put Mike Flynn in there and two economists.
One economist is a Democrat and his name's Simon Johnson.
And he's, we're friendly, haven't talked to him in a couple of years.
He was the chief economist of the IMF.
English man by birth, I think Oxford, Ph.D. in economics, maybe Harvard,
U.S. citizen chief economist of the IMF.
And he went on to become a MIT professor.
but quite critical of some things that happened under Obama, though a Democrat, and that is he saw,
and he gave a great interview. If you look up Bill Moyers, Simon Johnson, March 2009, he gave a great
interview where he described while running the chief economist at IMF, his job had been going
around to different countries and bailing them out, but looking across the table at the bold,
young leader, and there's always a new bold young leader, and saying, if we write you this check,
are you going to bail out your elites, or you're going to fix things?
And he was very critical of what happened in Obama and that Obama wasn't really doing anything in 2009 or 20th to fix Wall Street.
He just was bailing out.
And he was quite so he's a Democrat, but he's an honest Democrat that I would vouch for.
And he's very capable.
And it was more about countries going through financial crises than anyone in the world.
And he's not another Wall Street slub.
The Treasury and SEC is filled with Wall Street wannabes, Wall Street has been, Wall Street's going to bes, Wall Street taking a break for a few years.
I'm pat on my resume.
It's, there's not nearly enough of the intellectual economists that actually at the World
Bank, the IMF, and other people who have, who actually have much more to offer in my view.
They have a theoretical knowledge that I believe is lacking in the personnel at the senior
levels in general in the Treasury Department of the SEC.
Yeah, they would dispute that, of course, but they're very orthodox thinkers.
The other economist I would name in my dream team of this working group is a Spanish economist
of the Austrian school.
His name is Hazus Quirta de Soto, not the De Soto from Peru, not Hernando de Soto, but
Jesus Huerto de Soto from Spain, an Austrian economist, a great historian of the school,
and he has worked on dual sovereign currencies.
And between Simon Johnson and his background, this MIT professor, former IMF chief economist,
who knows all about countries going through transitions and doing the hard things versus those
who pad along and kicked the can down the road and just make it worse and worse.
He was all about that.
And this other fellow, Hayes was squirted through the Soto, who knows all about dual sovereign currency
and how a country could do what I walked through about what is to be done.
Those two economists, you put them and Mike Flynn, and he's an Austrian Spanish economist,
so you don't even know what, can say what party is.
Mike Flynn and Biden, Harris, and the two shot collars in a room, I wouldn't want any part of this.
I'm not offering, and I don't want any part of this.
I'm done.
If they did that, I think that offer might be attractive to the current administration.
Well now.
I'm going to refresh real quick.
Okay.
Well, while she's refreshing, that is, that is not refreshing.
That is very concerning, actually, extremely concerning.
Good.
Does it sound?
No.
No.
That's his own idea.
That's his own idea.
I don't want any part of this.
I'm just going to design it.
But it's also not a coup on the Biden administration.
because Biden and Harris are part of the working group.
Donald Trump doesn't get to walk back in.
It's a globalist coup.
And Patrick said in the video from earlier this month,
I think it was earlier this month, right?
Or maybe it was late June, recent.
He's always wondered if he should have said yes.
He was approached by it as he's sitting there three years ago,
four years ago, laying out.
Designing it.
Designing it.
And designing it with a bunch of globalists.
which is concerning that they put General Flynn in with all of those globalists.
Yeah.
IMF.
Are you kidding me?
That's who I really want running our country is the IMF.
Yeah, we need to bring in two foreigner economists to figure out how to fix the United States of America.
This is the, I think we talked about this on a recent show.
I think maybe it was book club.
Spot the globalist.
Spot the globalist is how you figure out what's true and who's good guys and who's bad guys in this environment.
Because the globalists have global incentives.
And the globalists were a big part of why we took exception with this book before we even read it.
Because one, they were calling for regime change.
That's not something that we America First people advocate for.
Is it?
Is it?
I don't think so.
I don't think that we do advocate for regime change, except they were advocating for regime change.
And key part of Patrick Burns' story going back to how DJT lost the White House, his series of blog posts that became the book, the deep rig, that became the movie the deep rig.
And even into his Capitol Times magazine article where he lays out his whole thing, big part of his story is that he's the entire war.
That was the biggest thing for me where it was like, hang on a second, his story's changing because I tracked his story since December.
And it has always been relatively consistent until they started pushing this book.
and along with the book came calls for regime change,
but not just any regime change.
Regime change to install a globalist,
Maria Carina Machado,
who I think we did talk about on this show,
was in Caracas,
in the broader network of leftist NGOs
at the same time as Jenna Griswold.
Did you see this?
And that was the answer.
So I don't know.
Did you see,
I think it was,
it was like a TED Talk style interview.
I sent it to you.
But did you see where he said, well, yeah,
overstock was kind of my cover job as I was operating.
So was it recent?
I don't know the date.
Because his story was always that he was the overstock CEO.
And because of his access in that role, right?
He was meeting with heads of state and, you know,
really important business leaders all around the world that he was approached by a secret
bipartisan Senate committee who gave him a letter that Chuck Grassley keeps in a safe for some shit
that gave him the authorities to kind of bend the law and operate outside the law while he
was attempting to root out corruption in the U.S. government. That was his story. It was two weeks
ago. And so when you look at, when you look at this and this, this thing really stinks to me. And
and the reason for that, Ash, is because there's been pivots and there's been changes and there's
been, you know, narrative shifts and there's all sorts of things. And a lot of it has to do with the
book. A lot of it revolves around the book. And, you know, part of the, you know, my logic behind this
is while the book came out and is pushing all of the,
or they're attempting to push the focus on election integrity
to offshore countries,
especially third world countries in North South America,
northern South America, Venezuela, you know, Cuba, Colombia,
countries that we are kind of on shape,
well, not so much Venezuela anymore,
but we've been on shaky ground with over the last couple of years
and, you know, going and grabbing Maduro up.
And when you think about what they've done, and we know he's funded a lot of election integrity,
groups and grassroots organizations and everything else over the last, you know, six years,
going back to the beginning of 2020.
And he talks, I've put $100 million into elections.
Is it really your money?
And I kind of wonder that.
I kind of wondering.
For a refund now.
Well, he is.
He's asking Trump to give him money back.
He's asking for a check.
you know, oh, they would have written me.
He's saying it tongue and cheek, like, you know, like out of the side of, you know,
out of the side of his mouth.
That he's asking for reimbursement.
I don't think that's tongue and cheek.
He's got all his little minions asking for it too.
How is it that the administration hasn't reimbursed Patrick Byrne yet?
You know, he went broke right after USAID dried up.
I, that's what I was about to say.
I think, I think that when USAID dried up, I think, and national endowment and all of these other
intelligence fronts and he's admitted he's intelligence,
I think that's where this all came from. And I think we're watching an op.
You know, we both have known that we're watching.
Definitely an op. Yeah.
There's no question. Somebody asked me this on the next the other day. Like,
do you think what he's saying is believable or do you think it's an op? So pause.
It's definitely an op. He's talking about working for a super secret Senate committee,
talking about being CIA. In the first clip we played, he talked about,
being told he was sitting in Qatar about to bomb Serbia.
What? Yep.
Sitting in Qatar about to bomb Serbia and he got a phone call and they told him to stand down
because the U.S. government was going to take care of it.
So it's definitely an op.
Even if everything he's saying is true, it's an op.
Also, I don't believe that everything that he's saying is true.
But I don't know where to parse the lies because he's so chaotic in his storytelling.
I also think he sounds like he thinks he's going to be indicted.
I sent you that actually you sent it to me that one video of him in the car that one day
and he was like, listen, I take responsibility for everything.
Whatever happens.
Everybody did whatever.
It was just, you know, it was me.
I have a letter and Chuck Grassley's safe.
The super secret Senate committee told me I could do all the stuff I was doing, et cetera, et cetera.
He sounds like he thinks he's going to be indicted.
I wonder how much of the defunding of USAID and watching kind of how some of these organizations are struggling now to make ends meet and stay, you know, head above water.
Now, granted, a lot of the election integrity stuff has kind of died down now that the Republicans have the Congress and they have the presidency.
And, you know, your average MAGA Republican is not as vested in election integrity as we were when we had a desired outcome that we were seeking.
So now it's like they forgot about it.
So I understand, you know, fundraising drying up in that regard.
But also when you look at a lot of these organizations and you look at how, you know, things,
we always had this feeling, Ash, whenever like a lawsuit was brought or whenever a case was heard or whenever an audit was conducted and a final report was put out.
And we were just like, why are you, why are you holding back?
Like, why are you pulling your punches?
why in the Maricopa County report that was that was completely lackluster yeah there was so much in that
report that didn't make it into into the final report for the Senate and and you know you look at
who funded that now am I I'm not making I'm not saying that that's you know that that's what
happened here but I mean how many times do you have to look there's I'm not going to start
name and names because I don't I know people that are were directly involved directly
and I don't want to throw people under the bus.
But you got to wonder, guys, where you guys set up?
And I know these people are genuine people.
Where you guys set up?
And I just, now that we're seeing the narrative shift,
now that President Trump is back in office,
now that we've got, you know, people working behind the scenes on this,
and truth is coming out, and we're starting to find out more and more stuff.
We're starting, I mean, how long do we go on believing Venezuela stole elections?
And the whole time the CIA's like, no, they didn't steal elections, not here, not there.
And then, oh, by the way, you know, tying back in the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the
point was running a lot. Well, Sequoia's parent company was running elections in Columbia, too. And the
president of Columbia now is saying that it's the Batista brothers of de la rue that are rigging
elections in Columbia. And you got to wonder, was it, was it smartmatic? Or was it
Sequoia? Was it the in London base company or was it the expats in Florida? And just, there's a lot to
unpack in this space right now. And there's a ton of information coming out at us. And,
you know, I can't take a word that that guy says seriously. And I'm sure there's a lot of
truth in things that he says. But I can't take any of it seriously. Yeah. And that's the thing is that
we're not denying the history of Venezuela, or I should say, I don't want to speak for you. I'm not
denying the history of Venezuelan, the ancestry involved in U.S. voting companies. And it's ties back to
Venezuela. That's a matter of record. It's a matter of the congressional record. It's a matter of
the Siphyas record, the foreign investment in the U.S. It's a matter of the head of the National
Voting Rights Institute, who also is one of the founders of free speech for people who also signed
every pleading in the case against me was talking about the issues with Venezuela's involvement
in the source code of U.S. voting machines back in 2012, 2011, 2012.
this is not news. This is, I wrote about this in my trial brief before my trial. I laid out this
history and I pulled from your scripting back when you and I were working on that thing and we were
scripting. I pulled from yours to write my trial. I was actually really grateful we did that project,
even though it never came to fruition because I used a lot of it for my trial brief. And so that's not,
that's not what's at issue. It's the story using those facts that are a part of the record,
the story that's being woven
to rewrite what happened
and to say, oh, it's not Americans.
It's not Americans that are stealing elections.
Americans are just retards.
It's the Venezuelans with their fingers on the buttons of elections.
They've been passing around the...
Hugo Chavez saying,
I'm about to elect the first black president back in 2008.
Have you seen that one going around?
Yeah.
Like that story is intended to absolve the CIA
except for the, you know,
lone bad guy rogue actor narrative.
Well, it was Frank Holder,
who was in the CIA and is also, you know,
the head of public trust for every betting institution in the nation.
He was a rogue actor and, you know,
he was doing it for Venezuela,
but he was actually working for Cuba.
So take care of that one bad guy and then everything's fine.
And the CIA will go back to being good guys.
I'm sorry.
That genie isn't going back in the bottle.
the story that is told in that book, which is not just being told in the book.
It is the story that's being told through many mainstream election denier accounts that are white-knuckling this story about Venezuelan election fraud.
The reality is that it was Americans.
The decision rights were held by Americans.
The decision rights were exercised by Americans in every aspect.
in every aspect of the design and execution of the fake election system.
Fake voters, fake ballots, fake counts.
And pointing the finger at a foreign nation and calling for regime change in that nation
as though that's going to solve our problems is a Dodge intended to make us look over there
so we don't actually solve our problems.
It's noise in the system and it takes the little bit of truth
about Venezuela's history in U.S. election systems,
and there is a history there,
takes that truth, and it spins a narrative that serves an agenda,
and I am sick of that shit.
If it's not important to get the details of the election fraud
in the election fraud book, correct,
then the purpose of the book is not to tell the truth about election fraud.
The purpose of the book is something else.
It's propaganda.
It's propaganda.
It's propaganda.
So you said something interesting there.
You know, you said we know the origins or the genealogy of the machines, Venezuelan.
And then you mentioned Sipheus.
And, you know, we don't know anything about Sipheus, except that they rejected the merger between, you know, Smartmatic entering the U.S.
and the merger between Smartmatic and Sequoia in the United States.
But that's all we know.
We don't know what their thought process was.
We don't know what any of their arguments.
We don't know anything that went on between them because everything Siphyus does is.
is is uh is classified and you know for those that don't know and we we mentioned this yesterday but
the council on foreign investments in the u.s is made up of the top cabinet members of whatever
presidential administration is in place so it is it is you know when you go back to the
obama uh era uh the obama administration you're talking about eric holder you're talking about
hillary clinton you're talking about uh rice susan rice you're talking about uh who else am i thinking of
was Loretta Lynch in there back then?
You're talking about all of the Obama cabinet members,
the proverbial deep state, so to speak, right?
First time you're talking about Hillary, right?
Yeah, I said Hillary.
Did you say Hillary?
Yeah, I said Hillary.
But that's who you're talking about.
And, you know, I can't help but think, again,
the CIA, with the CIA note that just came out,
and Trump has now posted it, you know,
it's funny because a bunch of people are posting it now,
and I was like, oh, I wrote about that a week and a half ago, guys.
Here's my, here's my link.
But when you look at that report, again, it's saying that nothing happened.
There were no stolen elections.
There's no evidence that Venezuela stole the election.
And this is the CIA saying it, right?
The CIA has wanted to essentially put Machado in that position, Guido after Machado,
when Machado was ineligible to run.
They've tried to orchestrate coups, right?
And I think it was it 2012, I think, or, no, 2005.
They tried a coup then again in 2012 and then again in 2019, the Bay of Piglets.
They've tried to overthrow that government and place Machado in several times now.
And, you know, it wasn't until 2015 when Smartmatic became SGO Corp and was bought out by the London Globalists,
but this was years after Smartmatic was bought Sequoia from De LaRue.
When I start putting all these things together, Sequoia was allowed to.
operate in the United States. It was originally founded in the United States back in the 1800s.
I didn't know that. Sequoia voting was in the United States back in the 1800s.
It became, you know, a London-based business was sold for $16 million to Smartmatic.
And then it was told Sequoia is allowed to operate in the United States. Smartmatic is not.
Was that, you know, was that original purchase done in order to inject Smartmatic into Sequoia or in order
to inject Sequoia into Smartmatic
and to try and take over the election
in Venezuela.
Because what happened after the globalist bought Smartmatic in 2015,
2016? What happened after then?
That's when you have the 2017 election
where Mugica comes out and is like,
hey, they stole 1.7 million votes.
And Smartmatic is like,
deuses, we're out of here.
So, you know, it's just there's a lot of,
there's a lot more to unpack in this than just
smartmatic bad, Venezuela good,
or a Venezuela,
no good. And they're trying to steal the United States elections. There's a lot more to unpack
in this whole story. And I think we need to dig deeper into the Petro claims in Colombia, because
he's got documented, you know, evidence. Granted, it's going to be before court, but he's got evidence
showing, you know, hash files being changed on the E14s, you know, forms, which are essentially
like poll tapes at our level, their handmarked documents that are scanned up on computers. And he's
showing that the hash files have been changed on these things,
timestamps, metadata, all that stuff.
And then he's specifically calling out the Batista brothers,
which is Thomas Gregg and Sons in Columbia,
which is the Colombian subsidy of De LaRue.
So I just don't know what to believe anymore with all of this shit.
The only thing I can do is focus on American elections
and the work that Americans are doing here to expose
domestic manipulation of our elections.
So you and I have talked,
not terribly recently, but over the years, about the idea that the next election solution is waiting in the wings.
Yep.
Right?
Whether it's mobile voting or blockchain voting or ring choice voting or whatever it is, it's these companies exist.
They are ready to go.
And it's important to remember that Patrick Burns was one of the early investors in votes.
Now, I think he has dissolved that interest.
I think there might be an interest that's still potentially owned by one of his, by,
company that's related to him. But he has no, and I'm not 100% sure on that. But it's,
he's, he was at the time that this whole thing got started, right? So votes is like a blockchain
voting company, blockchain voting startup. They've done some tests in different jurisdictions.
And that's what I wonder if the intention was that. And I definitely think that the people who want
to, to centrally control elections.
you know, you can, whatever name you want to give them, that those people underestimated the people.
I think that the people that want to say, we were never still supposed to be talking about 2020,
certainly not in 2026, but also not in 2022. In 2022, we were not supposed to still be talking about the 2020 election.
We were supposed to have moved on because everybody moves on because you move on when the midterms happens, right?
then you're focused on the next one and you stop looking backwards and they underestimated us.
They underestimated the people because the people are like, oh, hell no, this was egregious.
You did it in the middle of a pandemic.
And that's like the thing that's been, I've been obsessing about always is fouchy stuff.
Like the fabrication of the pandemic, which was at least in part intended to steal the U.S. presidency and successfully so.
And so like the the design.
of this op
could have been as simple as
build trust
with the election
the people who care, right?
The election,
the election integrity engaged
groups, build trust.
And then when it comes out
that our elections are untrustworthy,
you have the solution.
And everybody trusts you.
So you can provide the solution.
It could be that simple.
I still think we're going to get that message.
I don't know who it's going to come from.
And I doubt it's going to be the company votes.
But I think that there
are several potential centralized election solutions ready to go.
We have mobile voting companies that have done tests in jurisdictions waiting in the wings.
We have blockchain voting companies that have done tests that are waiting in the wings.
And of course, rank choice voting and the jungle primaries aspect of that comes around every two years,
depending on the jurisdiction and where those billionaires money is being poured into
and where they think they can get that passed by ballot measure.
So we are, there's no, like, there's not an end to this.
I don't think where there's a solution that allows us to go back to treating elections
we did before the 2020 election, right?
The hypervigilance is required because the outcomes of U.S. elections
are some of the most valuable things in the world.
And people will go to great lengths to control what they are.
Well, I think that's the only reason we haven't made the transition is because not only are we not supposed to be talking about it anymore, but also we are so radicalized against the machines and the technology that any move beyond the technology we're already facing will be vehemently pushed off.
Like we're talking like civil disobedience, right?
if they try and push us in the direction of, of, you know, blockchain voting or mobile voting,
cell phone voting, that kind of stuff.
And, you know, there's going to be a lot of young people that are going to embrace it.
But I think broadly, we've, we've kept this active enough that they wouldn't or that they're,
they're too reluctant to try something like that, especially with President Trump.
That's the only thing that worries me a little bit is when he's gone.
But, you know, I was talking about this on the show.
Spencer Pratt thing went well.
You mean when he called for phone voting?
I mean the idea that they're too afraid to steal elections right now.
Because I've heard that in the primaries, I heard that from a number of candidates, right?
Candidates who are running for office who know elections are fake, but maybe they don't get to fake, right?
Maybe they know elections are rigged, right?
They believe elections are rigged.
And their position was, well, I'm going to run for office.
and there's so many eyes on the elections now
that they're not going to pull anything.
They're not going to pull anything
because everybody's watching.
And that was the point I was making with Spencer Pratt.
So they don't give a shit.
I think there's a lot like, like looking at the tea leaves,
reading the tea leaves lately.
I feel like there is a,
I don't want to, I don't necessarily look.
I think both parties are establishment AF.
And unless we,
we're able to somehow rewind back to the primaries across the board and have the same momentum
we have right now. And I do feel like we have a lot of momentum right now. And maybe it's just me,
but I feel like we have a lot of momentum. I'm very optimistic on the quote unquote, uh, red wave in
26 in the midter. Which is why noise is so offensive on this issue. Yeah. But it's also, it's also like,
I like if I went up to, you know, somebody like my dad, right, or, you know, somebody, one of my
Republican buddies that, you know, golf and buddies or whatever. And I'm like, I think there's going to be a
red wave in 2026. They'd be like, really? And they'd be like so happy and I'd be like, it sucks.
And they're like, why is that? And I was like, because what have they done in the last two years with
President Trump to do anything beneficial, right? So unless we could go back to the primaries and actually
get some quality candidates in there, it's not going to matter. But, but that being said,
I also think we're going to see, you know, and I talked about this at Guard Vegas that we're going to start seeing the arrest.
We're going to start seeing the justice phase after the midterm elections. And, you know, we got the Biden.
We got the Biden tapes, the herd tapes. I don't know if you saw my part this morning on Project Oversight, the either or part of the Project Oversight press release. Did you, did you hear that part this morning?
I don't remember. Project Oversight made one of the best points I think I've heard.
It's an either or catch 22 that they're facing right now with Joe Biden.
And that's, you know, given these tapes, which are 2016, 2017, right?
That's the time frame that he sat down with Zwanitzer to do these tapes.
In 2016, 2017, either Joe Biden knew damn well that he was giving classified information,
top secret information, some of it so, you know, severely compartmentalized to somebody
that did not have the clearance, either he knew that, or he was cognitively, he was so cognitively
declined by that point in 2017 that he didn't really know what he was doing. And so either
he's a full-blown criminal and he gave, you know, he had classified info at home and was given
it to somebody, or you ran him knowing that he was so cognitively gone that he couldn't tell
that he was giving classified info to somebody that he should not be leaking classified info.
info to. And that's three years. That's three years still before he was quote unquote president or
scrotus as you call him. We knew we knew he was he was incapable of running the country when he was,
no, it was obvious when he was running. Remember when he asked that black guy if he smoked crack?
Do you remember that? Ash, there's a lid every day at noon, not being able to speak and articulate.
there was no question by anyone that was interacting with Joe Biden on a regular basis,
there was no question about whether or not he was capable.
So it's the latter, Brian.
They had to have run him knowing that he was incapable.
Yes.
And so if it's the ladder,
then everything he did is null and void.
He was not cognitive.
If he was not cognitively fit enough to know that he was giving classified information
to get out of clearance,
then everything he did is null and void.
and that would especially apply to the auto pen and that's the key is the Fauci diary coming out
right after the Her tapes right out or the Swannitzer tapes but right after this we get all this
stuff about Fauci that he lied to Congress and that he actually overestimated deaths by 10 fold 10 times
more he told us back in March of 2020 you know you go off even even the natural origin when he
stood up there and right after President Trump said it came from a lab, he went up there and said,
we have, you know, genealogists, genologists or whatever, that genealogist that went back
and said it definitely evolved from bats. And we had a phone call and we, it was two people out of
12 people on the phone call that said, yes, it's probably a natural origin. It probably originated
from human to, from animal to human transmission. Two people out of 12. And he came out and said that as
matter of fact, overthrowing the president in what he was telling us based on whatever information
he was given. And the fact that this is coming out right now, this is setting up, in my opinion,
for the 2026 midterms at the completion of that when there's no more political capital for
President Trump, whether he's running in 2028 or not, there's no more political capital,
capital that he needs to accrue. He's going full fucking, full, full war in 2026. And he's laying the,
the foundation right now. You've got to get rid of those pardons. You've got to delegitimize Joe Biden,
not just for the cognitive issue, but for the stolen 2020 election. I'm very bullish right now moving
forward. Like I'm pumped up right now. This is why I feel like we have to have a justice phase because
they've told us too much, you know, like that it doesn't make sense unless you want war,
right? Unless you want the people to take the law into their own hands, it doesn't make sense.
that you would bring the people into this level of awareness and understanding about what was done in the pandemic,
in the four years of the so-called ruler of the United States and his administration.
It doesn't make sense that you would give the people that much information without giving them the payoff of justice.
It's dangerous, I think.
it would be a choice that would undermine everything I believe about this administration and President
Trump and particularly that the reason it had to be this way and we had to go through this, you know,
movie and everything is to avoid exactly that outcome.
So I, you know, so I don't, I don't think that that's a logical thing that's going on is that they
would give us all this information and then be like, sorry, statute of limitations on all this
treason is up.
Well, so I agree, but I don't think it happens until after the, and the reason it doesn't happen until after the midterms is because if he comes out and does it right now, he's prosecuting or persecuting his political rivals ahead of a midterm election.
And he's just trying to stack the deck in his favor.
And this is what I said at Vegas.
And when we were at Garten Vegas, I said the election has to come first.
And I really feel, I mean, so for those that don't know, we did, I did talk about it this morning on daily, but we have three appellate courts right now that have conflicting rulings.
right now on Joe Biden on Donald Trump's mail-in ballot order.
You've got the first circuit who says, no, it's no good.
You know, they stated there's an injunction on it.
But then you have the fifth circuit down in Louisiana and the D.C.
circuit in, you know, D.C. saying that, no, it's fine.
First and foremost, it's probably not going to conflict with the NAACP agreement that the U.S.
Postal Service made.
Also, there is no rule yet.
So your latches, right?
There's no injury that's occurred yet.
this is the same thing they did to us in 2020.
And then the other thing is that they're saying, like,
I think it was the Fifth Circuit or maybe it was the D.C.
Circuit that essentially said, hey, or no, the DOJ, excuse me,
the DOJ appealed to the Supreme Court, you know, asked them to hear the case,
saying basically we're not stopping the way that states administer elections.
We're simply telling them, like, this is how the USPS is going to work.
You don't have to use the Postal Service.
That's a federal institute.
If you want to use it, you have to abide by the federal rules that the U.S. Postal Service has to operate.
You guys can go out and get FedEx. You can go out and get the UPS. You can go out and get D.HL.
I don't know. Do we the people support that?
No, absolutely not.
Do we the people support FedEx or DHS or the highest bidder, right?
That's why they're stuck. Whoever has the best RFP response. Yeah.
But that's why they're stuck. And what I think is fascinating is if this does stick and it's only
23 states that, you know, aligned with the First Circuit and the other 27 align with the fifth
in the, in the D.C. court, the D.C. appeals court, you're going to have some, some glaring
differences, I think, in results between those states. I think the 23 states are going to stay
relatively the same, maybe a little bit better for the conservatives. And the 27 states, I think you're
going to see massive swings in conservatism. You're going to see massive spikes because they're not
going to have the mail-in ballots being sent out. There's not going to be hordes of mail-in ballots
in major metropolitan areas to sway blue votes. And again, I think that's going to be really,
really telling if it stays this course. Now, I don't think it's going to stay this course. I do think
Scotus is going to interject in this one. I think they have to. And I think they have to do so
maybe by the end of this week. Well, they gave the other party, the non-moving party until the end of the
week, I believe, to respond. So President Trump, did you set that up that he had, um, they,
yesterday in the brief, I had the decision from, what is her name, Indira Talwani or something like
that. Um, the judge in Massachusetts that, uh, said that the executive order. Yeah. What?
It was two to one in that court, wasn't it? Um, yeah, it was, but her ruling was upheld.
Her ruling is the stay that was upheld. And, um, and you're right.
the circuits are split, which is great because that means that SCOTUS is more likely,
with the circuits being split and the urgency of the election coming up,
that gives us a good indication that SCOTUS is going to do something with this.
Now, I wouldn't get your hopes up because we're in the election window.
We're in the election period.
And the authorities are very hesitant to do anything dramatic in the middle of the election period.
And so, but the Trump administration did respond, did escalate that decision from the First Circuit is the one in Massachusetts that ruled that the stay had to stay in place.
Stay, stay in place.
And Trump and Sauer, Jonathan, right? Jonathan Sauer.
John Sauer, yeah.
Yeah, love him. He's fantastic.
Got a new voice, but he's cool.
He's got, he's got like a, like a pre, a pre-Kennedy thing going on feels like, like early Kennedy.
But he's a fantastic litigator.
And I always enjoy his arguments before the Supreme Court whenever we have the opportunity to hear him present.
And so they're going to be going to the Supreme Court.
I hope we get Orals.
That'd be cool.
That'd be fantastic.
We will do special coverage if we do.
Aren't they in recess, though?
Yeah.
But they still have the bit that doesn't mean anything.
If there's an emergency, they have to.
Right.
They have to convene.
I get that.
I get that.
But yeah.
And also,
fuck them because they whine about having too heavy of a workload all the time.
And they barely take any cases.
Actually,
they've said lately that they don't have a heavy workloads.
I think it was Thomas.
Who said?
Oh,
Thomas would say that.
But I bet just Sotomayor will disagree with him.
Well,
when I was talking about.
And wine that her vacation was cut short.
When I was talking about the original jurisdiction case that I said should have been brought,
I can't remember which case it was off the top of my head,
but I said this case should be brought to SCOTUS.
And oh, by the way,
SCOTUS has said that they don't have an abundance and overabundance of original jurisdiction cases.
And that this case could be heard relatively quickly.
And I don't remember which one it was.
But, yeah, well, this case needs to be heard quickly because of the imminent election that's happening.
and they could say it's too soon
it's too soon for states to pivot
that's what the states will say
we don't have time to pivot
oh my gosh you're telling us we can't do
elections the way that we do them
we don't have time to pivot
and they'll say okay well you know what
we'll put this in effect after
we'll allow your EO to go into effect
after the election they've obstructed
long enough to where it's too
you know controversial to do it at this
period of time so we'll
do it in the, and that's the game, man. That's the game of the lawfare is to drag it out,
drag it out, extend the pain, extend the pain, and wait them out. Yeah, I don't know what this
post here from Rasmussen is, but they put put this up in response to something that Scott
Presler put out saying, why are states suddenly proactively cleaning up their voter rolls?
Because they're about to be handed a federal list of voters that have been verified as
both as being both citizens and alive. County election officials aren't paid enough paid enough
to risk federal fraud charges. It's that simple. And I do think this has to go in a little bit with
what we saw in New Jersey. And then the 75,000 juror list that came out like two days ago.
That's another huge, huge deal right there. But, you know, this was something, Ash, you and I have
been talking about this since the Doge days, the beginning of the Doge days, 450 million people on the Social
security administration database and we're like that's got to change and you know i i had the post up from
april of 2025 when i said it doesn't need to change because people are getting social security that shouldn't
be getting social security that's not the the major problem i'm sure it's happening but that's not the
major problem the major problem is the voter rolls and that is you know hundreds of thousands millions
tens of millions i would say people on the voter rolls that have no business being there and now all
a sudden like imagine what's going to happen if if what rasmussen is claiming right there is actually
true and the federal government sends out list and says this is the eligible voters that you have we've
gone through the social security database we've gone through uh you know the DMV records we've gone
through uh you know the election databases we've gone through it and this is what you've got and if you
if you go beyond this we're going to investigate and if we find out that you guys have been
after we tell you this is what you got if we find out that illegals are voting in your in your
elections we're going to prosecute you we're not fucking around
anymore.
Yeah.
I mean, that's as it should be.
But then what will happen is the courts will be like, well, I don't really see any ill will
in this absolute fucking gaslight that's been done.
Five hours of the American service.
Yeah, five hours of community service.
Wait, you're an election denier nine years in prison.
Yeah, right.
Exactly.
You put out a fake tweet telling people to text your votes.
for Hillary Clinton.
They're my intimidating speeches.
If we don't fight back, we're going to lose our republic.
That's crazy.
That is what was cited in my case as the language in the playbook that made it in a piece of
intimidation.
If we don't fight back, we're going to lose our republic.
Yeah.
This is the, which is by the way, civil rights organizations who are supposed to be, you know,
the protectors of civil rights, including your First Amendment rights.
Yeah, right.
They are not, though.
which means, by the way, they should lose their status.
Well, let's take a quick break here and talk about some soft disclosure.

dome since my son birth. Damn that song slaps every time. Every time it gets me. And I just,
I'm always rocking out in the back because it hits so hard. And I just love it so much.
Softdisclosure.com promo code muffin hit it. All right. Um, man, there's something else I had
lined up. I wanted to throw at you before
we...
I'm going to read the rants if you want to think about it
and figure out what your last... Oh, no, no, I got it. I got it.
Okay. Yep. Did you see what the Democrats did?
You're going to have to be more specific.
Well, first and foremost...
The Democrats. The DNC.
The DNC is in shambles.
In shambles. I'm sure... Oh, the mortgaging of their
headquarters? Is that you're talking about? No. Yeah,
they mortgage their headquarters.
Two years in a row. They asked the... They've asked all their
their debtors, their creditors.
their creditors to their debtors to delay their payments for a month until after the election
to delay their payments.
And again, I think this a lot of this ties into Act Blue, USAID, National Endowment,
defunding of those organizations.
But the other thing is you saw what they did with the 2028 presidential,
changing it to South Carolina as the first primary.
How many times, how many times over the last five years that we've been together on this show
and other shows, Ash, how many times have I said, South Carolina is where they stole the 2020
election, the primary for Joe Biden? That's where they, that's where they stole it from Bernie
Sanders, from Pete Buttigieg and, you know, from all those other Democrats, that's where they
stole it. And now they want to start it there going into 2028. And again, and I think the reason for
that is I think they're conceding 2026. I genuinely think that they're at war with within themselves.
They're at war amongst themselves with the establishment Democrats versus the DSA.
What's up?
You think the DSA versus the DNC is real.
I do.
I think that's very real.
I did.
I was rooting for it.
I was cheering it on.
I was talking about this, you know, back in December that the DSA was the wrecking ball that
we needed to take out the Democrat establishment.
But what sort of started to make me think it was all KFAB was the Tina Peters response.
Because the DSA is supposed to be prison.
forum advocates, right? They're supposed to be, you know, the...
But, but it would have been, it would have been an opportunity for them to grow their numbers.
And instead, they ran right back. And you had the DSA, the DNC and the RNC in the Colorado
versions of that. It was amplified, all in lockstep and their response. And that to me was like,
oh, that's the whole of the establishment there. Because I think if the DSA wasn't the establishment,
then they would have had a principal prison reform position on that.
And it should have nothing to do with politics because they're a political
wrecking ball for the political establishment.
I still think that's too.
I think it's still too toxic for them to touch anything with Tina Peters.
If you if you read what Tina said about prison reform without attributing it to her,
I think they'd buy a hook line and sinker.
The NGOs, the NGOs joined out.
So the prison reform NGOs here in Colorado supported Tina Peters case.
supported what she was saying and supported the Trump administration investigation. These are
leftists. These are probably a lot of DSA people in those NGOs that supported President Trump.
Tina Peters is not more toxic than President Trump to these people. But when it came down to this,
you saw the establishment for who it was. And I'm telling you, the America first grassroots
like opposition is the only real opposition. And it's why they keep trying to destroy it,
flood noise into it, make it seem crazy, make it seem outlandish, because they own the rest of it,
the cabal.
I don't know.
I think it's, I think, I think that it is enough of an internal conflict that they are, that that's,
that's why they're changing the DNC primary in 2028.
That's the only reason I could think of.
They don't want a caucus because they will lose caucuses in Iowa.
They'll lose the caucus in Nevada.
They will lose the primary in New Hampshire.
What's that?
DSA wants caucus.
I know. I know they do. And they want, they want a caucus first because it's very difficult to rig a caucus. Very difficult to rig a caucus.
No, you should just go to jungle primaries and rank choice voting because caucus is hard. That's the message Republicans are sharing here in my state. I know. It's just as bad. I mean, it's all bad. And again, that's why I'm optimistic that I think we are going to see a pretty strong Republican turnout in 2026. However, you know, that being said, I still don't know.
I'm still not happy about it.
Like I still don't, we're not there because we're going to have a lot of
Band-Aids put on the election system through the executive order through,
you know, the executive order through the D-Class documents,
the voter roll list stuff that we're getting right now.
Even if the Save America Act passes through that,
we still have black box voting machines.
We still have no accountability whatsoever for stolen elections,
no accountability or transparency.
and no accountability when they're refusing to be transparent,
when they're not filling freedom of information requests,
when they're over-complicating these systems
and centralizing them in a way that they shouldn't be.
Yeah, I mean, I think that what's happening here in Colorado
is a little bit of the tip of the spear
for what it means to be postpartisan,
because I don't know anybody in the, you know,
is like Republican who is America First Republican
and has been kind of in it with the, you know, for the years, I don't know anybody that's
voting for the Republican gubernatorial candidate Victor Marx. People are either not voting
or they're voting for the third party candidate Greg Lopez. I'm here for that because
if we get the Republican number under 10%, they become a minority party and it'll be easier
to defeat them. But I think there's still enough idiots that will get them above 10%. And so that's
probably out, but I, there, there will, there are some Republicans down ballot that I will vote for
in races, but I am not a party voter any longer. And I won't be voting for the Republican gubernatorial
candidate because the guy's a scammer and a grifter. And, uh, he also plays with demons.
Amen. And I'm hoping President Trump does go to war with the GOP after the 2020.
Agreed. I think that's been the plan all along. I hope so. I think so. Thanks to Patel Patriot.
Cam Cuxie and Jackie a spotter for raiding the stream.
Thank you, Salbush, for gifting a sub that went to Frederick Leathers.
Thank you, Salbish, and congratulations, Frederick Leathers.
And one with Katz says, here's some seed money for the indictment party.
Let's go.
Let's do it.
One with Katz.
September, indictment party.
It says, what needs to come first, prosecution and justice for the COVID pandemic scam or
prosecution for election fraud?
I don't think they're mutually exclusive.
I think they are part of the same grand treasonous conspiracy.
Yeah, why not both exactly?
Now, there would be, I think, decision-making prosecutorial discretion and kind of a strategy
discussion around which players you would prosecute so that you could use the information
from the one in the next, right?
There would be strategic discussions, but I don't think that they are entirely separate
from, you know, whether it's COVID or Russiagate or election fraud.
one, because I think it's one conspiracy, but two, it's the same people.
And so I would think that in the prosecution of some of these people, like John Brennan, for example,
you would touch on all of these different, all of these different overt acts as part of the prosecution of the conspiracy.
Huckfillery, one measly Huck Buck, CanCon, the video volume was actually good tonight.
Kudos. I hope that's an aha moment.
Take on me.
I've given up on cranking up the volume on daily vids tonight.
It was great.
Hopium.
Stream yard controls the volume, dude.
There's nothing I can do about it.
Ash probably uploaded that video herself from her phone.
And there's nothing I can do to control the stream yard volume on videos.
It's true.
I scream recorded it on my phone.
Am I not supposed to do that?
No, no, no.
That's fine.
But I'm saying like if I share a Twitter post, it's based on whatever volume the Twitter post was recorded at.
Gotcha.
Okay, Huck, Phillary, I am offended that you gave your one measly Huckbuck to Cancon.
Exactly.
Myron 54, pray without seizing and keep engaged.

If I give them cookies before they go to bed, they'll be crazy, but tomorrow morning I will.
I'll text. I'll text Christy and tell her to give them cookie for you. Oh, great, spoiling them.
That's why they like her better. One, well, cash does the rest like me better. One with cats.

that came after, dudes started advocating for regime change war after spending the entirety of his
trust-building endeavors talking about how anti-war he was. And that's how it's how it goes. So,
you know, it is what it is. But if you like him, Mazel Tov, you know, enjoy it. Cheers. Bye.
See you guys later.
