Badlands Media - Why We Vote Ep. 192: Shelby Robinson (Bush) of We The People USA Alliance
Episode Date: October 14, 2026Ashe in America and CannCon finally get Shelby Robinson of We The People USA Alliance on the show after years of citing her Maricopa County work. Shelby explains how her group came together around vo...ting machines, from the 230-page report on their history and funding that went to Congress, to the Runbeck case and the push for a "Logan Law" so election vendors face the same transparency Cyber Ninjas did. The guys ask about the Kari Lake and Abe Hamadeh trials and why courts never looked. Then Shelby walks through what her team caught on the county's cameras after certification: staff inserting flash drives into a terminal that feeds the whole secure room, port blockers opened with no key log, and an employee with a history in the EMS server room. She asks why the updates came after logic and accuracy testing instead of before, and why the cameras can only be watched four at once. After Shelby signs off, the guys dig into chain of custody and certified updates, and close on the Justice Department letter to Georgia State Election Board executive director James Mills about Fulton County. Grab a coffee and settle in.

The badlands, one of the badlands, explain those badlands.
That's a hell of a name.
All shows are why we vote now, but this show is actually why we vote.
So please hit the like button and share the show and drop into the chat and leave us a comment because all three of those things hit on three metrics that help us out.
And we certainly do appreciate it.
Yes.
And because this is probably the most important show on the entire internet.
Facts.
Yeah.
It is the number one solely dedicated to election show in the next.
nation. I think it is. I don't think anybody's had a show as long as Ash and I have covering elections.
Facts. And not the nitty gritty of elections like the drunk lady in Minnesota. But we should play that at the
end of the show. And not campaigns. And not campaigns. No, the actual, the actual systems of
fake voters, fake ballots, fake counts. Yes. And tonight we're going to jump right into the show because we have a
special guest joining us and I want to make sure that we get the most out of our out of that time
that we possibly can. So I want to go ahead and welcome to the stage from We the People, Arizona,
Shelby Robinson, also known formerly as Shelby Bush. So We the People USA Alliance. I always call it
Arizona Alliance. I don't know why. But Shelby, welcome to the show. No, thank you. Thank you so much
for having me, Brian and Ash. I really appreciate it. Yeah, a long-time fan.
fans of the work you guys have done out there.
Yeah, Arizona, we've followed your work for quite a long time out there.
I know Jordan's always writing about you guys and the work that you guys are doing.
So I'm definitely excited to have you guys on, especially given the news that just recently came out of Maricopa County.
But if you want, Shelby, introduce yourself to our audience for those that don't know you.
Sure. So I am co-founder and chairman of We the People USA Alliance. We also have a PAC. That's why you said A-Z. We the People A-Z Alliance, which is kind of where we started. And then we've transitioned. So we have the PAC, but then we also have USA Alliance, which is a 501 dedicated to government corruption, election, integrity. So I have been.
kind of in the fight to expose truth since about 2015.
And it was around 2016 that my husband, Steve and I got involved in election.
And we started learning about the voting machines.
And I guess we were election deniers before it was cool, you know, well before 2020.
And that's kind of what spiraled us into this stage is when 2018,
happened in Arizona. We wrote a report. We sent it all over the place. We sent it to Congress.
We sent it to the FBI, to pretty much anybody we could, the EACs, to some local legislators.
And we said they're going to steal 2020. And this is how they're going to do it. And nobody did anything, right? And then 2020 happened. And we get a phone call, hey, are you guys the ones that wrote this report? Can you kind of enlighten us on why you thought 2020 would be stolen?
and how you think they did it.
And so ever since then, it's been our primary focus.
We do deal with some other issues,
but elections are so critical because border security,
child trafficking, all of that is fed by our corrupt elections.
So if we don't first fix our elections,
we're never going to fix the rest of the problems.
So that's my passion, and that's what we do.
You will fit in perfectly with this audience.
Go ahead, Ash.
This can be the first time that you're on the show.
I think so.
Well, that's wild.
Yeah, I mean, I cite your work all the time, particularly going back to the case against
Rumbach to get the access to the footage of Rumbach handling the ballots and the just
bizarre way that that case played out.
But that surprises me.
I totally.
Yeah, I don't think I've, I think we've talked before.
Yeah.
But I don't think I've actually.
been on the show. You know, that run back case is quite interesting, if I can digress on that for a second.
I'm actually working with some people nationally, and we are going to be pushing really hard for a
transparency bill. It is absolutely ridiculous that these third-party contractors run critical
government infrastructure, and they're not subject to public records. So I don't think that people can
quite understand the gravity of that, but it's important they do. And I think it's something
that we as American people need to really, really right for. You can't abjugate your duty
to some private industry and then say, we don't have to answer to the people because we're just
contractors. It's a way for them to hide government transparency. It's a way for them to hide
things from us. So I don't want to lose sight of that is what I'm saying. So I'm glad you brought
it up and I want people to keep remembering over and over again how important that is.
Yeah. And when you have when you have that transparency bill, I would love to see it. So I can hand
it to some people here and maybe they can do something similar because we have the same,
the same situation that you guys have. Everybody does the black box of elections and the
plausible deniability of public-private partnerships. Absolutely. Yeah. Runback has there at this point
We're now finding out how expansive their reach in the elections actually is.
And we saw the mailing issue with Maricopa, with Arizona last week.
We found out about that.
But going back to the 2020 election and our mutual friend, Kevin, this was something that they uncovered out there in Georgia,
that they sent 770,000 ballots a week before election day to Georgia from Runbeck.
And, you know, when you have a company like you're talking about there that is is so integrated into the system.
I mean, to the point in Maricopa, and we talk about this all the time, where mail-in ballots are returned to run back instead of to Arizona.
And they're stored at runback, you know, while they're waiting for processing and all that.
I mean, that's just crazy.
And on top of that, you know, going back to the audit that they did down there in 2021, you know, Cyber Ninjas was held accountable to transparency.
Like they were, Doug Logan was sued in court and required to show, you know, communications, text messages and all that stuff.
And run back that same, you know, that same scrutiny was not applied to run back.
And they were much more, you know, intimately involved in the election operations as a whole.
And to me, that's crazy.
And major, major hat tip for working on legislation to bring that transparency to the, you know, to the elections.
Absolutely.
and I will tell you, we kind of jokingly called out the Logan law, because if you read the case,
it actually states that it is not allowed to be used as precedent.
So normally when a case is filed and won, it sets some kind of precedence.
Well, the judge specifically excluded that to be used for future cases.
And we tried.
We tried to talk about how this happened to Doug Logan.
and how we should be able to see what Runbeck is doing.
But the case is actually cited to not be allowed to be used.
And I don't remember the exact legal term for that,
but it's just for Doug Logan.
It was just against the audit and it can't be used in any other court case.
So I thought that was fascinating.
Again, oh, go ahead.
Just real quick, the one thing that always stuck out to me in that case, Shelby,
was the judge, you know, that was overseeing the record.
for cyber ninjas, you know, he went to the plaintiffs and said, you know, what do you think
we should do while they're responding in terms of like a penalty? And I believe they said like
$1,000, you know, per week or something like that for not, you know, something reasonable, I guess,
for the time that he went over the compliance. And the judge was like, no, that's not enough.
That's not enough. And I think the judge did something crazy, like $50,000 a week or some
crazy number like that. It was insane. Well, that was Judge Hanna. And Judge Hanna is an absolute
radical who legislates from the bench. There was a case, though. As you guys probably know,
our organization was heavily, heavily involved in the Kerry Lake trial and also in the Abe
Homiday trial. And there was an attempt to seat me as an expert witness because of my
background in government compliant. And Judge Hannah, I mean, just the way he's like, oh, you know,
what does she have to do with anything? It was, it was really, really bad. He is an incredibly biased
judge. And that's the problem. They're so comfortable on the bench because as long as our elections
are corrupt, they're going to keep being seated there, right? So, you know, we got to fix our elections
first and then we got to fix our corrupt judiciary because that is the second biggest problem in
our country. Yeah, and they're intimately related. You know, when you look at that Maricopa audit and
the conduct of Maricopa County during that audit, there are subpoenas that they still haven't
complied with. The courts have said that they were, they had to comply with subpoenas, multiple
subpoenas, and they just didn't. And, you know, nothing happens. But, you know, when the other side,
to your point about it being, I don't know that it was the same judge, but, you know, there's a
of that. There's a lot of that going on going around and you know, that selective application
of the rules and the codes of conduct and the it is, you know, kind of politically driven, politically
motivated. And that's, you know, that that that is your, you're absolutely spot on. We have to
deal with that in very short order. Yes. They had, you know, again, we're rehashing a bunch of
stuff. So I'm sure our audience. I'm still, it's still blowing my mind that Shelby hasn't been on the show
before. Although we've covered
like your testimony and your work and stuff
so it feels like you've been on the show.
But it really is below my mind.
Last night I was like, I was
talking to Kevin
and I was like, hey, can you get me in touch
with Shelby Bush? Because I want to get her on the show and I don't think she's
ever been on the show. She's one of the few people.
I remember we spoke when we were out at the,
I think we spoke at the pit
out there. But other than that,
you know, I hadn't had you on.
So, but, so going, I have two questions, actually.
Well, one's just a statement and the other one's a question.
So, you know, talking about the Maricopa thing again, I'll never forget, Ken Bennett and Bill Gates, when they were testifying before Congress, you know, within five minutes of each other, you had both of them flat out contradict one another regarding the audit.
And it was Bill Gates testifying, and I believe this was under oath, Bill Gates testifying that they only used vote secure payments.
in the election there. And then, you know, five, ten minutes later, you have Ken Bennett testifying
that they found at least ten different types of paper when they were doing the audit. And
somebody is lying there. You know, I mean, you can't, you can't have just vote secure paper
and also ten types of paper. But we only want perjury when it's other things, I guess,
that we're getting into. And if you watch the Kerry Lake trial, Scott Jared perjured himself
multiple times, right? So it's never an issue that seems to be charged or a concern to the judiciary,
and that's why we have such an issue there, right? But yes, they did. They did contradict themselves.
You know, Ken Bennett actually turned out to be quite the disappointment in the election integrity
sphere, right? But we knew that going into it. A lot of people don't know this about Ken. And again,
I'm going to digress, but he actually, when he was Secretary of State of the State of Arizona,
we knew that there was ballot harvesting rings operating out of the San Luis and Yuma County area,
and there was a lot of evidence to it. And Ken Bennett actually had that investigation shut down.
So he actually allowed it. Yeah, there's a pattern of election fraud cover up on that front.
So it was actually interesting.
Every now and again, Ken would come out and do something on the right side of things.
But for the most part, he wasn't any better than the board of supervisors.
Okay.
So the question that I had is you had mentioned earlier that you were involved in the Carrie Lake and the Abe Hamaday trial.
And trials, plural, two separate trials.
And for the life of me, this has always bothered me.
And I can't, I can't for the life of me figure out, you know, one of the, one of the,
kind of the judgments or, or the justifications for the dismissal of Carrie Lake's case was that they just didn't rise to the level of, uh, the victory, right?
I think she was lost by like 19,000 votes or, or whatever the case might be. And, um, I, I can never understand why Abe Hamaday wasn't a party to that case because he only lost by like 210 votes or something like that, you know,
it was a very small number and I feel like what was presented by Kurt Olson and Brian Blem in that trial
and you know the work that Clay Parique did and you know I think Heather Honey also testified like that was
enough and I just never could understand why Hamaday wasn't involved in that in that trial
yeah you know going back to it when we think about it I don't know why either honestly I think
and this is with all affection to Abe, because I consider him a friend.
You know, when you're kind of on the battlefield working these trials and doing this stuff,
I mean, you grow a bond, and I care about him a lot.
But I think at the time the election happened,
I don't think Congressman Homiday really understood the gravity of what this was.
I actually know that.
I'm going to state that as a fact because we had to.
many of long night conversations where he said until you've really lived through it until you've
really been a victim of it and lived through it you don't really see how bad it is and so in some
regards i think it had to do with the fact that he wasn't there yet he didn't see what we were
seeing in that case and then once we analyzed his case which he thought oh this is cut and dry this is
easy. We're going to win, no problem. And then we got the run around from the one judge after another
and it was just an ongoing battle. He started to see more and more and his eyes were opened in a way
that they weren't before. And so I think, you know, initially for people who are just stepping
into the sphere, some of the sphere, some of this stuff feels fringe to them, right? And they just
can't wrap their head around it until they're in it and they experience it. And so I think that's
why Abe didn't sign on that case. I think he just couldn't allow himself to get there yet.
But he's all the way there now. Yeah, there's a disbelief, right? It's actually, I think,
one of our biggest barriers in trying to solve for election fraud is that people just can't get
their heads around the fact that something like this could be going on at the scale that it's going on.
And when you, you know, when you've looked at every aspect of the systems and you see the design and the air, the handoffs and the area where at every handoff in the system, there's plausible deniability baked in so that there's always a Spider-Man meme.
If something goes wrong, we're going through that in Colorado right now, right?
There's a mess up with some ballots.
And it's, oh, it was the district.
No, it was the county.
No, it was the state.
Oh, it was the vendor.
Oh, it was the printer.
It's, it's, that.
And then at the end of the day, it's, well, you know, we learned from our.
mistakes and we made some process changes and everything is fine now and no it isn't but that is usually
enough for the masses to not allow their brains to go to the bad place where you realize that you know
we have we have a system that is effectively in my opinion based on the information available designed
for fraud absolutely it's um it's a form of cognitive dissonance i think is what they call it right
It's like the reality, to believe the reality is so overwhelming that people literally cannot accept the reality.
And it's only until it impacts them in some way and they feel it that they don't have an option anymore.
It's like a willful ignorance, but I don't even think it's intentional.
Yeah.
Okay. Shelby, last question before we get into this story out of Maricopa, I promise, because I'm dying to know this.
I did not realize how long you've been in this fight.
I mean, Ash and I, I think, are, you know, post-2020 election that really woke us up to what was going on.
And obviously, once you see it from that perspective, you can't unsee it.
And it's just eaten at me ever since.
You saying you got involved in 2015 and 2016, what was it that got you involved in this?
Okay.
So interestingly enough, Steve and I started meeting with whistleblowers during the Obama administration.
people that had left either NSA, FBI, the different agencies.
You know how there was a mass exodus under Obama?
There was a mass exodus under Biden.
So a lot of these former intelligence people who actually love the country,
a lot of them ex-military, they kind of banned together and they started doing research.
Well, without going into a long, long story,
Steve and I got connected with these guys.
And, you know, one thing that I've learned about the intelligence community and, like, no disrespect because I have the utmost respect for a lot of these guys is they're not incredibly, like, organized, right?
And so Steve and I would help them put reports together.
So they were gathering information, things about Olaug Deripaska, right, during the Hillary Clinton, the Russian scandal, all of that stuff.
and they would send us information and ask us to generate reports,
help them put the reports together that they were issuing out to Congress.
So we started doing that.
It was around 2015 that the Democrats started screaming election fraud, election fraud.
A lot of people don't remember that.
But you had Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, these guys wanted to ban voting machines, right?
And so we got, yes, yes.
And so we got connected with a man by the name of Kevin Schip.
Kevin Schip was a former FBI, and he was a kind of a star leading role in a documentary called Kill Chain.
A Kill Chain, if you're familiar with Kill Chain, Kevin's Ship was featured in Kill Chain.
And so Kevin said, Steve, Shelby, I need you to do all the research you can on these voting missions.
Find out their origin.
Find out who funds them.
find out how they're hacked, look at all the studies and issue report.
So we did.
And at that time, believe it or not, everything was public information.
We knew about Hugo Chavez.
We knew about Venezuela.
We knew how Romney, Mitt Romney was actually part of the voting machine fraud
and was one of the first ones that instituted in a primary election in Utah that went really sideways.
And so all of this information used to be something you could Google.
And so we put together like a 230 page report about the dangers of voting machines and got that to Kevin and they sent it off to Congress.
And so that was in 2015.
So at that time, that was when our county recorder started doing weird things, mass adjudication and crazy stuff in America at the county.
Of course, that was Adrian Fontes, who is a cartel attorney.
and so it just kind of spiraled us in there.
So it was honestly, Kevin Schiff and Kilchane was the inspiration behind that.
We are definitely going to have to get you back for another show and talk about all of that stuff
because that is fascinating.
Anything that predates 2020, you know, is kind of, it's fresh to both of us.
So I would love to get you back on for that.
But let's, so let's get into this Maricopa thing.
And I'm going to pull up this video here.
and you guys have uncovered this video and I'm going to play it through.
There's no volume here, but walk us through what's going on here, Shelby.
Sure.
So on the right side of the screen, the man sitting at the terminal, his name is Brian Ramirez.
Now, something interesting you'll see is the filing cabinet, and I'm giving you guys information we haven't put out on Twitter,
but the filing cabinet, the gray one that you see at the end of that aisle, that top drawer is where they put the secure.
keys and that door is supposed to be locked. So Brian comes in and he already has the keys to the
port blocker. So for those of you that are familiar with elections, you know that little door
that Brian opened at that computer terminal is what they call a port blocker. So after LNA,
they're supposed to keep all the ports locked so that you can't insert USB drives. So these guys
come in after
9 o'clock, I believe it was
about 9.08 p.m.
And he takes out his keys.
He unlocks the port blocker
and he inserts a
USB drive into this computer.
The
lady behind him
is also a county employee
who brought her kid. Now,
understanding that two people in that
room, the security that's supposed
to bring, is it supposed to bring oversight?
She's supposed to be watching him. Now, there's two
problems with that. This is all speculation, but it comes from good sources. I believe she is involved
with him, and that is his kid. So this isn't an unbiased secondary party that is there observing and
monitoring his his on going. This is a employee that he is intimately involved in sitting across
from him tending to her child. And all of this equipment was tested on October 5th.
for LNA testing and should have been locked down in field.
This occurred on October 7th, two days later.
Now, since we've aired the video, the county has come out and admitted that they were doing system updates.
Now, one of the boards of supervisors, Mark Stewart, on Fox 10 last night, stated that they were updating tabulators.
Today, he has wound that back and said he misspoke.
They were updating the adjudication system, which is.
what our claim was to begin with. Now, in Maricopa County, we use digital adjudication,
which means that those adjudications and duplication stations that you're seeing in this
SAMR Review are connected to the tabulators, and they're connected to the EMS system. So anybody
with proper credentials can sit at that computer and access anything connected in that VPN,
including the main server area. Now, just real real,
quick. I mean, even with the justification that they're doing an update or whatever, this is in the
safe harbor period. This is after the logic and accuracy, these machines are supposed to be locked down.
You're not supposed to be putting anything in or out. Correct. Correct. That's absolutely correct.
And if there are updates to be done, why would you not do them before October 5th? Now, I am not a computer
programmer. I am not a software developer, but I would imagine that an update doesn't occur in a 24-hour
period. So I would imagine they got through LNA and the developers didn't say, oh, my goodness,
there is this patch that you have to throw in there now two days afterwards. It doesn't typically
work that way. And the interesting thing, as you know, Brian, is this is an ongoing repetitive cycle
because Kevin saw the software discrepancies in 2022 in the slog files,
and he PRRed the videotapes from Maricopa County.
They provided them to Kevin, but guess what they didn't provide?
The angle that showed them manipulating the machines,
that came from our source where we were able to get that video.
They did the same thing here.
They said these tabulators and this room is under 24-7 surveillance.
You can watch it around the clock.
Why would we do anything nefarious in camera view?
They didn't.
This view that you guys just saw is not part of their public fees.
They didn't know we could see them.
Yeah, this is the statement that Maricopa County put out in response.
They said Maricopa County is committed to transparent elections.
You can view our tabulation center 24-7-365.
These images of two employees working late in the tabulation center were recently sent.
to the elections department by an individuals or individuals questioning the legitimacy of their
presence as occurs in the weeks preceding an election. These employees were working on a legitimate
election task late into the night. These photos may be used on social media to imply wrongdoing.
This is not the case. Know the facts so you can vote confidently is what we are told.
So that statement tells me we're doing something with something. Just trust us.
That's what that statement says. I mean, it's a bunch of garbage. Well, I mean, they say no, the facts. And so let's, let's unpack the facts. That's that camera angle was not on the public live stream. You would not have seen that on the public live stream. From what I've seen reported, these two individuals left work at like 530 or something and came back later on.
6.23 p.m. So here's the interesting thing. They were working on those two.
computers throughout the entire day, and they were doing the same thing. They were inserting flash
drives all day long into that one terminal. Why? Not because they had to update a single computer
multiple times, but because, like I said, that single computer feeds that entire secure room.
So they can go into that one computer acting as a server and access and update the entire
system or any components of the system.
at 628-ish 627 p.m.
They left for the day.
And then they returned at 908 p.m.
But the entire time they were on camera,
even during the day and at night,
they were at those terminals.
Why?
I'm going to speculate
because those two computers
are the only computers
that were not in the public feet.
And are they're all networked together?
They are.
Yes.
So you can do one computer if you have access to the one computer.
Do you know one of the big things that we found out during the Maricopa audit that was shocking to anybody that has any inkling of an idea of cybersecurity is that everybody had the same user login.
And do you know if that was changed?
Do these people have unique logins now?
So my understanding based on what I've read in the election plan and the EPM is each terminal.
has its own login now.
But still, no individuals.
So if I'm an IT person,
then I would have a login to every single computer,
and it would be the same login as anybody else.
So once again,
there is no way to assign who is manipulating the software,
who is accessing the computers.
Here's another interesting fact,
and I have additional video on this I want to put out,
is you understand what a port blocker is
and why it's important, right?
This was one of the ways that they told us having those USB ports on the tabulators and the
equipment were not scary because they would just simply block them, right?
He opened that port blocker and it remained unlocked.
I have video footage all throughout the day of multiple people accessing that port with flash
drives with nobody else around and they didn't have a key to open the port blocker because
it was never properly locked to begin with.
And, you know, just for everybody that's listening, you know, we talked about this during
the curling, when we covered the curling v. Raffinsberger trial, when Halderman testified
about what you can do with that type of access, having just a USB drive, Mark Cook has
done the demonstration live here on why we vote, where you can insert a flash drive and in,
you know, milliseconds, right? Just almost instantly, you can upload just about whatever is pre-prone,
programmed onto that flash drive without even knowing.
So I mean, you don't even have to be a willing actor.
You just have to somehow be convinced that you for some reason need to plug that this
particular USB, you're handed the USB, you plug it in.
You might think you're doing a legitimate service to the computer.
You're doing an update.
And in reality, something could be uploaded.
And this is why there's that port blocker.
This is why there's the concern, you know, with having that.
That's crazy.
Every time a key is used to open a port blocker, according to the rules and regulations, the statute, HAVA, the Secretary of State EPM, it needs to be logged.
The keys need to be checked out and logged.
The USBs need to be logged.
There needs to be chain of custody, reason for access.
All of this stuff needs to be logged.
based on what we witnessed on October 7th, none of that occurred,
including that drawer I told you about in that filing cabinet.
That drawer is where you're supposed to check out keys.
And those are the keys to all of that equipment in that secured room.
That drawer was left unlocked.
We saw multiple people opening and pulling keys out of that drawer and walking away throughout the day.
That's not okay.
Yeah, that was going to be one of my questions is what is the chain of custody on the keys?
because we just see him use a key in that, right?
We don't see him walk to that drawer.
You say throughout the day the drawer was unlocked,
do we know when he got the key?
Does he have his own set?
Like what?
Right.
Well, we never saw him on camera take the key out of the drawer.
Here's the other interesting fact.
When he left for the day,
he also never left the flash drive nor the keys.
He left the election building with that flash drive
and those keys in his possession.
Okay, so my second question,
is both for, so for the keys, if according to, is it rules or statute where there has to be chain
of custody on the keys? Is that in the rulemaking or?
That's part of statute. So Arizona has this interesting thing called the election procedures
manual and EPM. It's adopted every two years, but once it's adopted and signed off, it becomes
kind of defecto statute, right? So it's the rules and regulations. And it's outlined in there,
chain of custody on the keys, chain of custody on the keys. Chain of custody on the keys. It becomes a fact that.
the port blockers. There's also mention of it in ARS, Arizona revised statute. And I believe if you go to
Haba, the same thing. All of that stuff has to be maintained in a chain of custody and a log.
I'm just reminded, Brian, of the NAS 2021 National Association of Secretaries of State where they had
lock picking seminar in the training that they gave to officials. So the second, so in, so those logs should be
able to be produced and to be compared to the video footage to show if they are accurate.
That seems like something that's pretty easy for the county to be able to produce to assay
any concerns because we don't want people to not trust elections. Also, if the official
story is that they're updating adjudication software, one, how can that happen post-logic and
accuracy test? How is any software updates able to happen post-logic and accuracy test? But two,
if they are taking the extraordinary step of updating the election software after the logic and accuracy test, wouldn't we expect it to look more official than a guy sitting at a terminal by himself with another employee whose back is turned to him while she's playing with a toddler?
Right. Well, and you guys have to remember, and I know I pointed this out, this is the very same man who in 2021 tailgated into the EMS server room at the exact same time the files were deleted. They claim archived, but they admitted deleted in the congressional hearing, deleted off the EMS system. That's him right there by himself in a server room. And when we're going to be deleted, he said, he was deleted. And when we're, he admitted deleted in the congressional hearing, deleted off the EMS system, that's him right there, by himself. And when we're. He was deleted, he was deleted. That's he was deleted. That's he
we public records requested the key badges.
He wasn't even the one that badged in.
So we were able to prove with both video and the key log that another employee
badged him in and left him unattended in that room when those files were deleted.
Incredible.
And so that's, again, a record of evidence that should,
if there's really nothing wrong with this,
they should be able to produce that everything was on the up and up.
And this guy doesn't have his own set of keys and all of those kinds of things.
But then also, whatever they were doing to whatever the USB did, whatever they were doing actually on the machines, there should be log files for that as well.
And so even though Brian's, as Brian said, you know, EMS admin, unfortunately we can't identify who the person is.
well, you compare the log file with the timestamps to the video and you should be able to
identify what happened. There is absolutely zero reason that they should be able to obstruct inquiry
into this, especially because it's after the logic and accuracy test. Oh, 100%. A hundred percent.
And, you know, it's interesting because we keep talking about the logic and accuracy test, right?
And a lot of people are reaching out to me saying, is there going to be a demand to,
repeat logic and accuracy.
That's not enough.
Thank you.
That's where I was heading, Brian.
That's not enough now.
How do we know?
Okay, it can count a ballot image.
That's all we would know from a logic and accuracy.
At this point, it needs completely inspected, forensically audited, and recertified before
it is actually safe to use in an election because stuff has been manipulated post-certified.
in testing. So I want people to understand that. I mean, this is much bigger than an LNA test.
This and that's what they'll end up doing. And that's what they'll say, well, okay, fine. We'll run the logic and
accuracy test again. But you know, you go back to, there's been testimony, I believe, from
Hari Hurstie has testified that you can defeat the logic and accuracy test.
Professor Clements had, what was his name, Jeff Lenberg, who was a penetration tester, also said you
can defeat logic and accuracy test. I mean, any expert has, has, you know, would admit that,
yes, that can be, these machines can be programmed to behave a certain way and recognize when
they're being tested and to act appropriately while they're being tested. There's a lot more to this
than just, you know, do a logic and accuracy test again to, you know, give the facade of,
of security with these machines. Where's the, you know, if this is an update, where's the update from,
from Dominia, well, in Liberty Vote now or whatever.
You guys are still using Liberty Vote, right?
Yes.
Yeah.
So where's the update order from Liberty Vote?
Where's the ECO, the engineering change order?
Where is the, like, where is the, what would you call it?
The chain of custody on this update.
Where is, you know, where it has to be a certified update.
You can't just go in and be like after the fact.
And to be fair, in Georgia, they basically, remember when we were covering,
Harry McDougal when Clay and Ben Cotton testified.
And the woman was like, well, the machines don't exist in a vacuum.
When we got them, they were certified.
So after that, if we make changes, you know, whatever, we make changes.
That's crap.
Right.
There's this, this is something, this is very, very serious what's happening here.
Because they're going to try and pull the wool over people's eyes and say, again, we did the logic and accuracy.
Like Ash said, we should be able to pull the system law files perfectly timed with the time stamps and see exactly what this guy was doing.
down to the keystroke, we should know exactly what happened on that computer.
And I mean, they're just, if we don't get accountability on something like this, then we're screwing.
Election, sir, fake.
I agree.
I agree.
100% with everything you've said.
And, you know, we thought when we had them dead to write in 2022, manipulating the software,
we thought they would do something.
I think now we are in a position where,
We can't go another election cycle with them allowing this behavior to continue.
There's just no way.
The EPM and Arizona Revised Statute states that if there are any, I think they call it de minimis.
Deminimous.
De minimis.
Any de minimis changes that those have to be signed and approved by the Secretary of State.
where is the Secretary of State sign-off order?
Why aren't they presenting that?
When they put out their little statement,
somebody's doing something somewhere trusts us.
Why didn't they put out the SOS signature certification saying
this is exactly what's being modified.
It has all been tested and certified,
and these updates are approved.
They didn't because they don't have it.
And in 2022, we sought the same record
and they never produced any records showing that their modifications and updates were official in any capacity whatsoever.
Does let me ask you, does Justin Heap have any like oversight authority in the operations here?
Because as recorder, I thought that there was this, you know, the lawsuit, as I understood it, you know, the lawsuit from last year, he was, he successfully clawed back the oversight.
over like operations dealing with elections.
So is this something that he can order an investigation into?
No, unfortunately, the way that the separation of powers are between the BOS and the
recorder's office, he has zero influence or power over the tabulation.
Him and his staff do not even have access to the BTC room.
So if they wanted to audit it, they couldn't, they can't go anywhere near.
it's outside their purview entirely.
Who does?
The Board of Supervisors.
They have full oversight.
Scott Jared is the one who manages that whole department.
So he's the one that everything is appointed or elected.
Board of Supervisors appointed or elected.
He's a bureaucrat.
He's appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
He was appointed after the big failure of 2018, where three races changed in the middle of the
night in Arizona, Maricopa County decided to do a bifurcated version of government where they would
appoint two bureaucrats, one from the recorder's office and one from the BOS, and these two bureaucrats
would manage our elections. And after Stephen Richard before heep, they decided to eliminate
the recorder's director, which was Ray Valenzuela, basically eliminate his influence. And that's
what the lawsuit was over. And what that encompasses is early vote stations, signature verification, and voter rules. Everything outside of that, the BOS still maintains.
Including, mind you, this isn't even in the statute. This should be under the recorders purview. The BOS still maintains that services all of the camera systems.
So all of the cameras that they have that they claim they're showing that they're not,
the BOS controls those cameras.
So what's the problem?
No, go ahead.
I was just saying.
And as you said, this shot that the, of Garcia, is that his name?
Ramirez.
Ramirez, thank you.
And the other employee and the toddler, that shot is not in what they publicly put out.
Correct.
As a matter of fact, I got about three calls from people of, I'm going to use the word importance, people of interest in levels of.
Oh no, we lost your audio.
Shelby.
Yeah, Shelby, we lost your audio.
We can't hear you.
It sounded like her mic pulled out or something.
We lost your audio.
I don't know if you can hear us.
Oh, now I can hear you.
You left off with people of importance.
Yeah, so people within government.
I got three phone calls after releasing this video from people in government.
And the first question is Maricopa County attorney's office wants to know how did you get this video.
That was the first question.
And two, what other video do I have?
That's only cared about.
Did you tell them to eat at check or did you tell them the answer?
I said we're a repertoireal agency and that our sources are protected.
Unbelievable.
How dare you discover that we were modifying elections genes unlawfully outside of business hours
when we didn't think anyone was looking?
But then we're going to go out publicly and say,
how can you suspect we did anything wrong when it was there for the public to capture?
No, it wasn't.
secure. Out of curiosity, can you see, can you see them entering the building on other cameras?
Yes, there are other camera views. You just can't see what you're actually doing.
Correct. Correct. So if somebody happened to have been sitting, watching the live feed,
which, by the way, after we started capturing the live feed and getting video and using the
video to show some of the rule breaking and the stupidity.
I don't know if you notice this, but it times out every 26 seconds.
So you cannot watch, I think it's like maybe 29 seconds.
So click on a camera, the live feed camera, get up and get a glass of water and the camera
feed will shut down.
You have to reset the feed every 29 seconds.
What person is going to sit through the knife?
clicking on multiple cameras every 29 seconds to happen to touch somebody.
So this transparency thing, it's all a farce.
It's as big of a dog and pony show is LNA tested, right?
Yeah.
Because they say, we have all these cameras.
You can view them, but you can only view four at a time,
and they'll time out on you every 29 seconds.
It's been a minute here since we've played this.
So I think we should just rehash this because Ash is.
I reposted this.
Scott, I can't do this, Jared.
It's one of my favorite videos.
I love it.
Me too.
To be providing those voters with the options and the ability to, I'm sorry, I can't do it.
Thankfully, he got over that apprehension and decided to go out boldly after that.
Well, he was very apprehensive on day one of the Kerry Lake trial, and then he came back.
back bold the next day.
Very well. He had a good talking to by the county attorneys the night before day two of the trial.
Yep.
So perjury, he'll do that.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly.
So, okay, so let's get back to the, to what the, the possible solutions are here.
So Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has the, uh, the jurisdiction over that particular building.
Um,
you would think that via that this has to be a violation of of HAVA you know plugging these in is can the DOJ get involved
what are you guys pursuing well you know without disclosing too much but what are you guys
pursuing in terms of legal remedy for this sure so I have contacted people within the political party
I have contacted people that I know in the Department of Justice for the Department of Homeland Security.
And I know that one of our people have reported it to the FBI.
So the FBI, the DOJ, the DHS, and the political parties are all aware of this.
And so that's kind of the place to start.
we have spoken to council for a couple of different agencies that are kind of looking at what their options are.
So it's very new, I think, at this point.
Last night, Foxton's interview where they admitted that they were doing system update,
I think perked people's ears up a little bit more.
And so hopefully we'll get some kind of resolution.
I am concerned, though, that it's going to come down to, will you just need to redo an L&A.
And I that's just not enough.
It's not sufficient.
It's not good enough.
It's not going to solve the issue.
And there's so much more, right?
I mean, these are repetitive pattern behaviors.
So if we just, if we don't find out what the crux that this is, who is requesting
these updates?
And it's not just America's County.
We know that in 2022, they went mid-election and updated the ESP.
software in Penal County, which ended up causing them to miscount over 700 ballots that were aware of.
And that was only on a subsect of ballots that were recounted.
It wasn't counting a lot of votes.
It was pushing them into like a digital dwarf three as they blank undervote.
So there were mass numbers of undervotes occurring in ES&S.
And we found out that those updates were done midstream during an election.
This happened in Georgia, as you said, and I believe it happened in Colorado.
And there are other places where we have been able to prove that they're doing these updates.
Why?
The question has to be why.
People need to really wake up and ask themselves, there are two years between major elections.
Why weren't those updates done a week ago?
Why weren't those updates done a month ago?
Why are they doing them post-LNA and post-certification?
There is a reason and it's strategic and it's intentional.
And if somebody doesn't investigate that issue and we don't get to that issue, then it's just another, oh, the county messed up.
Like Ash said, right, oh, the county did something bad.
Shame on them.
We're going to L&A test it, trust the plan.
And we can't keep accepting that.
The unfortunate thing with that, Shelby, is that, you know, going back to and, you know, not to take, you know, I'm not taking a shot here, but going back.
to what you were explaining earlier about Congressman Hamaday is people just don't understand
and they don't see it until they have seen it, right? And so when you send it off to people
like the news, you send it off to the FBI, DHS, they come back and they're like, oh, well,
they're going to do a logic and accuracy test and we'll make sure it's all on the up and up.
And they don't understand that that can easily be circumvented. Like that is not a solution
that is going to justify this problem. And who knows what this.
this system is going to do now. I mean, there's all sorts of, of, I mean, Eric Coomer's words himself,
our shit is riddled with bugs, right? It's not secure. And, you know, there's just, there's,
there's too much at stake with this to, to just go back to a logic and accuracy. So I'm hoping,
at the very least, you know, they bring in somebody that's a competent, you know, somebody that's
competent in cybersecurity and, and computer forensics, you know, a Clay Parique or a Bencott.
or somebody like that and let's them look at this and see what exactly they did at that time.
Agreed 100%.
That would be the big one, right?
And I will be cautiously optimistic that we can get there.
I am really, I have to tell you, I'm actually surprised at the amount of traction this video has taken.
I think it's something kind of unlike what we've seen before.
So hopefully that is the sign that more and more people are questioning it.
More and more people want answers.
And so I think the more that we the people, and I mean that like as we the people, not the organization,
the more that the American people start recognizing and understanding the importance of their election
and why they need to stand up and start allowing themselves.
to believe that there could be a problem,
then the closer we're going to get to a resolution.
You know, and I just, I always like to remind people,
there's been election fraud since the 1800s in New York City
when they used to tell the union workers,
you voted once, go vote twice, three times, four times, five times, right?
Election fraud has been a thing from the very beginning
and to deny the fact that it could occur now
under these vulnerable black box digital era is absolutely it's delusional.
It is delusional and people really need to wake up and understand this is a bipartisan issue
that is affecting every single American.
Absolutely.
We can't have real elections until there's honesty and accountability about how fake they've been.
And that especially with this, especially with, oh, yeah, well, you know, this thing happened,
but it was totally fine, as you said, right?
Some people somewhere did something.
Just trust us.
It's totally on the up and up.
How dare you question it, you election denier?
We're going to come after you now for questioning it.
These are not the behaviors of legitimate authorities.
These are the behaviors of people who are engaged in fraud.
And I say that based on what you're trained to look for in the SEC audit world to spot fraud.
It's the very behaviors that we see from our governments, the obstruction, the lies and deception.
And we're going to audit ourselves.
We appointed a law firm to come in and check out what we did.
And it's totally fine.
You know, trust us.
No, no, zero trust.
We're at zero trust with these people.
And as you said, it's pattern.
It's pattern of behavior at this point.
That needs to be called out.
Absolutely.
Shelby, before we,
let you go here first and foremost thank you so much for joining we definitely got to get you back on
and and and and and unpack all of the all of the stuff from back in 2015 as well um i've got your
uh we the people USA Alliance up on the screen right now if you guys want to follow them on X
we the people AZ A1 it's right there on the screen and uh I'll be Shelby before we let you go here
I will give you the floor for whatever if you'd like to promote whatever the floor is yours
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I just really want to wrap up by repeating some of the stuff that I said. And that is, we will never be able to hold our government accountable until enough people stand up and do something. And they always want you to believe, as citizens, that there is somebody smarter or somebody more capable or somebody with more experience that can solve the problem, understand the problem. And that is by design. Every single individual.
can make a difference in this fight, all you have to do is answer the call and be bold,
be brave, never give up, never give in, and be vigilant and watch what your government is doing.
And that's the only way we're ever going to dial this back.
And so if you're sitting at home and you don't know what to do and you want to do something,
reach out to an organization like ours, a local organization, or reach out to Brian and Ash and say,
how do I get involved? What can I do? Find a way to engage because the people in numbers can make a
difference. As long as they can de minimise us and make it seem like we are just a small faction
of people, the easier it is to ignore us than make us go away. And so we need all the people in the
fight that we can go. Amen. Shelby, thank you so much. And God bless. Keep us updated. And we'll get
you back on here very soon because I you know I think we could probably fill a whole show with just
like free form see where it goes because um there's a ton of stuff that intersects between everything
we've been covering over the last five years so we'll get you back on here soon Shelby absolutely
god bless you guys enjoy the rest of your evening we'll talk soon all right god bless
who my mind still blown that she hasn't been on but i'm like the biggest fan of her work and
We've covered, we've covered, you know, all of it since we started doing this.
That's just crazy.
But that was awesome.
Mind blowing that you can have, you can have camera angles that are just hidden, right?
We're going to, we're going to hide the cameras.
We're going to put key security, so in so doing, put key security toll gates off of camera, right?
if that feed is not in the shot, like it's not in what's out there, the way that we're able to
ensure that, you know, all of the processes are followed and we have all these checks and balances
totally trust us. If that feed is off the can't, then the drawer with the keys is off the
regular camera feed. It's wild to consider. And then how the hell, Brian, are they still using, like,
shared user credentials in U.S. election? How are they still using shared administrative
credentials in U.S. elections?
One system.
Like there's no individual accountability if you have a particular system that anybody can
log into and it's unique to that system, especially when you have a system that's
connected on a local area network.
There's no accountability.
Every single person using a system has to have their own unique identifiable login and
their own protected password.
And guess what?
If you share that with somebody and they decide to do something,
mischievous or malicious on your your user admin it's on you it's on you and so you protect that
that that is but that would never happen like in the military right in the marine corps
you would never have a cack card that was unique to a system your cat card was unique to you
you log in with that if you're caught doing something fishy on it guess what it's on you
that blew my mind but when you look at this when you look at this whole thing ash it's it's it's
Occam's Razor, right? That's what they tell us all the time, right? The simplest solution is
usually the right one or the simplest explanation. So like you were laying out there, you have a guy
that leaves work at 623, shows back up at 9, circumvents the cameras, like works around the cameras,
is doing something that is against the regulations, undoing the port blocker, putting USBs in,
doing an update, you won't tell us what the update is, it's just that he's doing it,
you won't show us where the update was approved, you won't show us anything. You won't show us anything.
You're just telling us that, oh, it was authorized what he was doing.
We're well beyond you telling us and we're just blindly trusting you.
And by the way, we're not even going to get into the fact that this is the same guy that was allegedly deleting records on somebody else's card before one of the most important audits in the history of this country.
On someone else's credentials are ready.
And that's the thing is that like not sharing passwords and credentials is cybersecurity one.
It's Access Control 101.
And like when we talk, this was two years ago, we did eight shows with Phil Davis going through all of the EMS admin and how they share credentials across this ecosystem.
And why is that critical?
Well, because those logs are a record of what happens inside of the machine.
And we have to have a record of what happens inside of the machine.
If we're going to trust machines in our elections, that's all part of the debates over Hava.
we go back to 2002. Now consider that this is McKinsey's October 2026 technology trends.
More than three quarters of all cybersecurity vulnerabilities are currently classified as zero day,
meaning that by the time they are publicly disclosed and exploit,
exploit has already been developed. Thus, while AI is helping security teams fix and find
vulnerabilities faster, it also helps attackers find and exploit them faster.
We're sharing security credentials.
across like we're not even doing the basic in real life like like personal security so you don't get
hijacked by social engineering and you know like we're not even doing that we're not what
it's it's so bad and then they tell us it's the safest and most secure and they tell us that
we can totally trust them and as she as Shelby said somebody did something somewhere trust us it's
totally on the up and up absolutely not you guys are the the the night
thing I can say about you is that you're retarded. And I think that's way too nice because I actually
think you're nefarious. And this is exactly why, you know, when when people, you know, get all up in
arms about whether or not to vote and you just look at it and you're like the system, you guys don't
even care about the system. You guys just want to get out there and do this thing because that's the
thing everybody tells you to do. In reality, you're doing something. You know, I got, I can't remember
who it was. I think it was alpha that I got in this.
argument with and they said, you know, if there was a battle, would you just pull yourself off the,
would you just quit the battlefield if you knew, or would you keep pressing on that battlefield?
Well, if the battlefield was rigged and you knew that you could not accomplish the victory by
pressing forward on that battlefield, you don't continue to go on that battlefield.
You know, you figure out the way to get around it and you figure out the way to defeat your enemy
without pushing through that same battlefield. And the only way we're going to do that is with
accountability for things like this.
Like you just mentioned with that AI right there,
there is no way that we are going
to be able to continuously
and, you know,
perpetually defeat
the AI that's going to be involved
in election hacking in any
type of infrastructure, to be honest with you,
but especially in elections
where that is, you know, control
over a $26 trillion
economy, essentially.
There's nothing nefarious there.
It's the biggest stakes of any
heist you can ever imagine this is oceans this is an oceans 11 this is an ocean's 12 this is oceans
infinity literally ocean 1776 there you go you're stealing the country and and you're spot on but
you know that behavior that don't tell people not to vote don't tell people not to fight because
you might mess it up even knowing that the the system is what the system is that is what you get
when you prioritize you get what you measure right and if you're measuring access
and accuracy becomes an afterthought,
then that's the kind of behavior
that you're going to get from people.
And it's an incredibly effective tool
to get people rallying around the wrong set of metrics
because everybody rallying around access
and we can jump up and down and cheer
because of the turnout rate
in a completely inaccurate, unverifiable election
is exactly what they want.
Because it's like the matrix or in the one I go to is inception.
when the simulation starts to wake up and realize that she's there and it starts to attack her inside of it.
That's what happened.
That is what we are seeing from people who have been conditioned to prioritize access at the expense of accuracy for decades at this point.
Let's, before we wrap up here, let's go ahead and hit our sponsors.
And then we have one other update from Georgia that we're going to talk about here before we get out of here.
It will be a short show.
Also, it's pre-reported.
It might not be by the time we're done, actually, because we have our...
Yeah.
So let's hit our sponsors here.
First up, we've got our friends over at Unicity.

it's either him or maybe Caleb.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I got to have a conversation.
I had Caleb on Culture of Change last night.
We talked about kind of AI Dumerism and where the world was going.
It was a lot of fun.
But when we played that ad, I said, Brian says that he thinks you might be a spy.
And he said, and I had told him earlier that you guys said he never comes on white crumbs anymore.
And he goes, well, crap now that I'm on this show and I don't go on white chrome.
It's like, I love you guys.

chance to make a cameo. Even better if you're holding soft disclosure products or wearing the merch,
you get a little preference there. So place your order. Maybe get a little preference. Here's the thing.
And I don't think people fully understand this. There is always a risk for us in sharing with
Green Star what we think should be in, right? Because we have absolutely no power and it can totally
backfire. The same applies to this, you know, cameo. And I would just say if you're a first time soft
disclosure buyer and you don't have your product yet by the time you want to take the pick just send in a
picture of yourself we need your picture so that your likeness can be in the ad but you don't have
to be showing the um the product but it is possible as brian said that you may get you may get
preferential uh you know preferential treatment if you are showing the product but again we have
absolutely no control or visibility into what he's doing at all there

It's going to be lovely that time.
It's going to be so much fun.
Okay.
So we did say we might go the full time if we do this, but we can't because I have to allow
time for this to upload so I can.
Oh, okay.
All right.
Well, quickly.
Yeah, and we'll get more into this next week on, on why we vote or maybe even Thursday,
because Ash will be on daily on Thursday.
But this came out from the Department of Justice on October 12th from James Mills, the executive
director to the, or to James Mills, executive director to the Georgia State election.
Board. Dear Mr. Mills earlier this year, the FBI prepared electronic scans of 2020 election
materials obtained from Fulton County pursuant to a judicially authorized search warrant. A copy
of those electronic scans was given to the Fulton County Clerk of Court. The U.S. Department
of Justice has no objection to the Georgia State Election Board obtaining those scans or a copy
of them from Fulton County sincerely Trent McCodder, acting Deputy Attorney General.
So those now, the images that were taken in January, the files, the images that were produced from those files, are going to be given to the Georgia State Election Board.
I believe they're also going to be shared with Harry McDougal in the Caroline Jeffords case, I believe.
Good. Because that's ongoing in the Fabrito at all, Jeffords at all saga, which most of that was dismissed back in February.
but there's still a one count left, I think, that they're litigating.
So there was a hearing on Monday.
I've not gotten a chance to watch it yet.
So again, we'll try and get you updated on that, maybe Thursday morning or next Tuesday.
Yeah, if you find that link to that hearing, send it to me.
And I'll watch it before Thursday as well.
As Brian said, I will not be on Badlands Daily tomorrow, Alpha.
And I switched this week.
And so I will see you guys on Badlands Daily with Brian on Thursday.
and Alpha promised me he was going to show up.
We shall see.
He doesn't have to leave a few minutes early though because he's got something happening.
We shall see.
Well, smash that thumbs up, guys.
We deeply appreciate you guys tuning in.
I think this was a fantastic show and this is a very contemporary issue that we need to get eyeballs on.
We need people calling the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors,
calling their representatives in Arizona and calling the Secretary of State's Office
not that he's going to do anything, but, you know, just in case.
But yeah, we need, we need activity on this.
And we can't settle for logic and accuracy testing.
No.
So, no, absolutely.
We can't have real elections until there's honesty and accountability for the fake ones.
And that's, that's just a fact.
And I think a mantra on this show.
All shows are why we vote now, but this show is actually why I vote.
Please hit the like button.
And remember to use House Tallow.
House.
