friends. We recorded a live episode of what it looks like, what it feels like, what it sounds like
when the strongest youth team in the country at MASH Elite Performance is at Max Out Friday.
So the goal of the day was to build to a 1RM snatch and a 1RM clean and jerk.
There's no time limit, but MASH has a couple world champions in the gym.
We got Morgan to build up to about 7 pounds,
less than the world record right now for his weight class,
which is really awesome because he's only 17 years old.
Ryan Grimsland set a PR in his clean and jerk.
Kendall, she hit a 209-pound snatch.
That's Kendall Hudson.
It was just an awesome day, and we thought it would be really cool to do, like, a live show talking about what it means to PR,
how to build, like, a max out Friday, the culture of strength in your gym,
having, like, a real weightlifting team and what that feels like, how practice is set up.
Just a lot of cool things that MASH has going on at this gym.
Having like the most elite youth team in the country right now.
It's a little different.
There's going to be parts that feel a little weird just because we were being very quiet
because people are clean jerking over 400 pounds right in front of us and we don't want
to be annoying to them.
But for the most part, it's really good weightlifting talk and a lot of coaching on building up to maxes,
what to think about when you're building up to maxes.
And it was a blast to shoot, and I hope you guys love it.
We'll see you in the break.
Thank our sponsors.
There we go.
Welcome to Marble Strong.
Dom Anders, Varner.
To my right, Mr. Douglas Anders, Varner to my right.
Mr. Douglas E.
Larson to my left.
Crystal McCall.
Coach Travis Mash.
We are at Max Out Friday at Mass Elite Performance.
I feel like if you're not in the weightlifting world, you wouldn't care.
But if you are, we are at the center of the strongest.
Do you think there's another place in the country right now that has this many great youth lifters?
Nope.
Or just lifters in general?
Nope.
In one place.
And we're at Max Out Friday, which is exactly what it sounds like.
We are going to snatch for a 1RM.
We're going to clean the jerk for a 1RM.
And we have a really good potential over the next hour and a half here of seeing a world record go.
You might see a world record. Maybe so.
It'll be really exciting.
I give Morgan and Ryan
financial incentives.
That's what Morgan
would be needing.
What'd you tell them?
100 bucks per PR.
100 bucks.
100 bucks online.
100 bucks on snatch,
100 bucks clean and jerk,
100 bucks total.
At the maximum,
300 bucks.
They're going to clean you out,
Trev.
Clean you out.
Are they squatting today too
just for training purposes? Tomorrow.
Tomorrow? Okay, okay.
I'm not putting that on. Snatch and clean and jerk.
I love that. I love that there's a little money
flying around. You've got to fill the chalk bucket
with a little something special. That's right.
Okay, so wait. So for Morgan, what's his best
and what's he trying to hit today and what's the world record?
140 snatch,
191 clean and jerk.
So to... I don't know his best PR.
What is his best total, I mean?
His best total that he's ever hit, I think, is 325 or –
Yeah, 325.
He's hit 328 in one weekend, but not in one sitting.
40 – he did 40 in 88 with your boy –
Oh, yeah, 328.
My bad.
40 in 88 with Mikey Cohen one Friday.
His mom is trying to, like, shoot it low so she can get the other bucks.
Smart woman.
She's taking 20 off the top.
It comes to my PayPal, and then I have to send it to him.
There's got to be a transaction fee.
You take a cut, for sure.
I'm an advantage.
How long have you guys been doing Max Out Friday here?
Years.
Okay, so since.
How about a little history of Max Out Friday?
I think Max Out Friday probably originated from Cal Strength,
from the days when Glenn Penlay was there.
They still, I think Cal Strength still goes heavy on Fridays,
but they don't do like a true Max Every Day.
Sometimes they do, but they call it Big Friday now
because they don't necessarily max out.
So, like, I think now we're the only ones who continue to do a true max out.
Yeah, you max out Friday?
Every Friday?
Well, it could be a max triple.
It could be a max complex.
So it is maximum effort.
This is where we use the conjugate.
Or what Louis Simmons, you know, max effort.
Or Bulgarian.
It's not Louis Simmons.
I guess Bulgaria coined the max effort.
So it's a different variation every Friday.
Right.
Yeah.
And then when we're this close to competing, it's max snatch, clean and jerk.
That's where I differ.
In weightlifting, you can't be so conjugate.
You have to have a little bit of like, that's what I'm looking for.
It has to be the said principle. It has to be
Specific adaptation those demands look at that look at you go
So you want it wants best specificity leading up to competition? Yeah, six weeks out. Yeah, it's that's danger. That's it
Friday, okay, five people that are competing within the next three weeks.
Three of them are going to the AO final,
and two of them in the room are going to Argentina to compete.
For Team USA?
Yeah.
So we've got –
Cool.
Who have we got in the room?
So we've got Tim Olips.
He's from Kentucky.
He's going to Argentina.
Okay.
We work with him online.
Like I said, he's from Kentucky.
They have a great group.
It's CrossFit Rugrats.
Now Rugrats Barbell, but they are doing really well.
Yeah.
They're on our national team, though.
So when we compete nationally, they compete with us.
So they're a big part of our team.
Okay.
And how old is he in roughly what he's left?
He's the youngest.
He's 15.
15.
I want to say his best are somewhere roughly like 112, 145.
He and I just talked, and he said he has some goals of like 115, 150 today.
Okay.
And who else we got?
So we have Morgan, obviously, McCullough, her son, who is like the –
him and Ryan are the top two youth in the country in the male division.
Ryan's about to age out, which will leave, obviously, Morgan at number one.
Right.
Both of them are Team USA multiple times,
Team USA between Ryan Grimsley and Morgan.
Morgan's broken several American records, 13 youth, 14, 15, and now 16, 17.
They've both broken several Pan American records.
So it just so happens that Ryan is kind of in that group
where the records still reflect CJ Cummings.
So it's kind of a brutal weight class.
Right, right.
Then we have Isaac, who is all the way from New Zealand.
He's over here staying with us for two months.
He's Team New Zealand.
Yeah, we like watching Isaac.
How long is he here for?
I like watching past people.
Three months, actually. Three months. Three months. He's Team New Zealand. Yeah. We're, like, watching Isaac. How long is he here for? Like, watching past people? Three months, actually.
Three months.
Three months.
Yeah.
So, and then, let's see who else we have.
We have Hannah Dunn, who's our 16-year-old female lifter that is going to Argentina in December.
Wait, which one is she?
She's back here on the left-hand side in the MASH halter top.
Yeah.
Gotcha.
She is probably my most improved of late athlete. Yeah, yeah. She's, like, set a million PRs in the last two weeks. She looks very sharp. Yeah. Gotcha. She is probably my most improved of late athlete.
Yeah, yeah. She's like set a million PRs in the last two weeks.
She looks very sharp.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Sarah, who is, she's one of our top weightlifters in the national ranks, but she and Chris are
both our top two powerlifters now.
Mm-hmm.
So, Sarah's an amazing weightlifter, and then there's Karina, who is Tim's sister and Tim's coach,
day-to-day coach who's lifting, who's also a really good lifter.
So in this room right now, there's like one.
Oh, I forgot.
We have Kendall Hudson.
Kendall Hudson, who is our newest athlete.
Yeah.
So she's killing it, total 200 already,
and she's only been doing weightlifting for six months.
Where'd she come from? CrossFit world? She came from CrossFit, yeah. She's in a already, and she's only been doing weightlifting for six months. Where'd she come from?
CrossFit world?
CrossFit, yeah.
She's in a tough weight class.
She's in a 71 weight class with Kate and I, so it's a battle.
But she's got the best second pool in the game.
Yeah, and then there's Jackie Bigger.
Now Jackie is to me own, but she's been on my team a long time.
She's an athlete that very well could have already been Team USA,
but just things have happened and it didn't work out.
But if she makes it back, she's definitely one of the top females in the game.
So I just got to hopefully help her continue to climb,
and I think that's about it.
She does a bunch of coaching with you as well, right?
We got to shout out Matt Weininger.
He's probably Travis' oldest athlete.
He's 19 now, but he's been with Travis since he was 11 years old.
Wow.
He is actually younger.
It's been a decade.
He was nine.
Okay.
It's been a decade.
Yeah.
Well, most people that are in this room right now have been maxing out for,
this isn't their first rodeo of hitting as much weight as they possibly can put on the bar for the day. But as people go into a day like this, if a gym owner or athletes want to start putting
a max out Friday, something consistent in their, ooh, that was snappy. Something consistent in
their programming where they are maxing out. What do you do for programming leading up to a max out Friday,
knowing that it's coming, or just the mentality of do you like having
every Friday you have to show up and we've got a big day you have to be here for?
Well, here's the way I schedule it now.
Mondays are our highest volume day.
Tuesday is normally accessory work.
Wednesday is our lower volume day.
And then Thursday is our lowest volume day,
leading to Friday being our high-intensity low volume.
So once again, Monday high volume, Wednesday medium,
Friday low but high intensity.
That's the way it works.
And Saturdays are usually squats and pulls and accessories.
So they do those usually on day six.
Gotcha.
Strength day is Saturday.
So do you have anybody on your team right now that is competing at the same weight class?
Does Isaac and Morgan look about the same?
They're not.
They're not, right?
No, Isaac is an 89.
Yeah, he's got to be smaller than Morgan.
Yeah, Morgan is a 96.
Are they going to grow into the same weight class?
Because they're both big-ass human beings.
Yeah.
They're both children.
Why is Isaac so fast?
Isaac's at – is Isaac 19 or 20?
Maybe 19 or 20.
He's older than Morgan.
Oh, so he's older.
Gotcha.
So he's probably at the height level he's going to be at.
Yeah, he is.
Yeah, Morgan's still got a couple of natural puberty growth spurts to go.
And Morgan's not the tallest dude in the room today.
Tim.
Yeah, dude, this kid is super freaky fast and strong.
And Tim is an 81.
Yeah, if I walk by that kid in the airport,
there's no way I think he would snatch more than me,
and he embarrassed me yesterday.
Wow, look at Jaggy like the Jackie of old.
Yeah.
What are the girls going to, like, who,
if you were to put money in a chalk bucket for them today,
what would be the, what are the numbers that we need to see out of the girls?
Well, the battle is going to be between Sarah and Kendall.
They're pretty close.
Kendall is going to be – both of them will be over 90 kilos in the stands.
Yes, she said she's going 95 today.
She already said it.
She said it on my Instagram.
She's looking at –
Oh, Kendall?
Yeah.
Yeah.
If she is 95, it will be tough for Sarah
because Sarah doesn't do a lot of weightlifting anymore.
It's mainly powerlifting.
Well, she cleaned 264 the other day.
What did she clean? It was 120? Sarah is just super weightlifting anymore. It's mainly powerlifting. Well, she cleaned 264 the other day. She cleaned what?
It was 120?
Sarah is just super athletic.
She's strong.
Strong as an ox.
She's probably the most pure strength athlete of the girls.
Yeah, that was power.
That was really good.
Yeah.
Yeah, you said there's not a single girl in the country that you think could beat her at the one-time challenge.
I don't.
No.
You know, maybe a bigger girl, but anyone even close to her weight, I would say no.
Just because she's so strong at squat, bench, deadlift, snatch, clean, jerk.
She doesn't have a weak spot.
Yeah.
Well, I saw her just pull 400 off the floor, or squat 400.
What's her deadlift?
451.
God.
Let's watch this kid. It's way too fast. Thank you. Go. Let's watch this, kids.
Way too fast.
Bam.
Yeah.
That's 100, right?
Yep.
Hold on.
I'll be back.
Okay.
I feel like we're going to get him to, like, 120 today.
Yeah.
If he hit 120 for a triple on the snatch balance the other day,
I feel like we'll be able to see 120 come up.
What does he weigh?
Do you know?
I think that he walks around around 83, but he's in the 81-kilo weight class.
He's 15 years old.
We're going to need, like, a numbers person to do these in pounds
for all the people listening right now.
Oh, you got it.
It's like a pure weightlifting conversation we're having right here.
Right now, Tim is putting 115 on the bar, which is 253 pounds.
Yo, tell me what goes on when like one thing i love coming here and
watching is the difference between like a crossfitter going from the second to third pole
it looks like one big movement where we're in here all the lifters are slowing the movement
down so much that like that third pole is so obvious that it's a separate piece.
What drills and, I guess, coaching do you put into programs and stuff to really practice that?
Because it's not a natural thing for most athletes to have.
To get faster at the third pole, some of the things that we might do is go from the power position because you have no choice but to get under the bar fast.
Or from blocks at a higher position.
That's probably two of our best.
But the third pull is probably the deciding factor
between a good weightlifter and a great weightlifter.
Yep, that's why I'm good.
You got Jackie going 69.
Yeah, this is –
Yo, I was watching her do snatch balances yesterday.
Her back and her overhead position,
like her shoulder blade fits into her back way better than mine does.
It was just freaking shredded strong.
I remember the first time watching her.
I was with Muscle Driver when we saw Jackie.
And I saw her out of the corner of my eye, much like Morgan, and the way she moved.
Number one, she's got a huge butt.
I'm just calling it like it is, which is a very good sign of a good weightlifter.
Yeah, you need it.
And, you know, she just looks like an athlete.
Like everything about Jackie says I'm a great athlete.
Yeah.
I'm probably better than you, you know.
And so then I was like, I went back and told Don,
I was like, man, you need to check out this girl, which she did,
and then we recruited her.
How much of her training?
Oh, we got 95 today.
Kilo just took, I mean, Kendall just took 75 kilos.
That was 75.
I thought it was 85.
Whoa, no, that's 85.
40?
75.
75.
It's a women's bar.
Yep.
How much of their programming is the same, and how much of it is varied based on they're working on their own specific weaknesses,
et cetera.
Okay.
So, like, the closer you get to a meet because of specificity, it's very similar.
The further out, the more different it gets.
Yeah.
Right.
But still, there's differences.
Like, there might be exercises they do before they lift that are, like, set, they're designed
to, like, defeat certain flaws that they have.
Like, for example, like let's say that somebody is like not standing with the bar long.
So they might do a pull, pause at the hips into a snatch
before they start snatching regular to like start to dial in
that standing with the bar using your legs.
So those would be some of the differences.
But other than that, it's like this close to a meet is very similar.
And since you guys are here, even like Matt should be different,
but we're going to let him go since you guys are here.
I appreciate that.
When in doubt, max out.
You need those t-shirts, man.
I want you all to know she cannot steal that from me.
That is my thing.
I kind of feel like that. I'm just piggybacking off of it.-shirts, man. I want you all to know she cannot steal that from me. That is my thing. I kind of feel like that.
You know, I'm just piggybacking off of it.
I kind of want – yeah, let's watch this.
There's 72 kilos.
This will be the most she's done, I'm pretty sure, since she's had a baby.
She just had a baby.
The baby's over here watching mom's on the ground.
Smoked it.
Let's go.
Yeah.
Yeah, just – if you're listening in your car right now,
be prepared for random
screams from us because
we're only like 10 minutes into this and it looks like
everybody got way too excited
too early. Yeah, if you're listening on audio,
this is being recorded.
This is a video-based show for the most part.
Either finish listening to the
show and then go back and watch the video or just pause it right now
and go watch the video because this really is that much better with video
yeah all right tim's about to take that one yeah i actually want to talk about this kid as soon as
he's done reach up yeah the reason i wanted to talk about him is because he just missed that and um his legs go up to about my throat so um
what and yesterday we were talking about him she looks so good yeah um when we when when we were
when i was training with him yesterday when yeah i was training with him because he crushed me. You know, his legs and he gets – it's really tough.
Oh, smoke.
Yeah, that was –
So, so good.
Yeah.
It's hard for him to get his knees out of the way.
Yeah.
Because he's got such long legs.
How do you guys teach that patience and, like, just taking stuff off the floor for him?
I mean –
That's why he's got that wide stance where he pushes his knees out super far.
Yeah.
It's really tough to lift when you're that tall.
You know, a lot of lifters, especially when they have longer femurs,
sometimes if you have them turn their toes slightly out,
it changes that shin angle so it's a little bit easier to bring the bar back.
Come on, girl.
There you go.
Yeah.
Yeah, the more you toe out, the more you push your knees out,
your knees also travel back at the same time,
so they don't get in the way of the bar in the same way.
Yeah, have you guys seen this many?
I mean, we've never had this many lifters come to you guys, I would imagine,
as you've had in the last five years.
But the idea of what a lifter needs to look like in order to be strong
probably has changed a lot, too.
Like, you're no longer discrediting that tall, lanky kid when he walks in.
You go, okay, cool, let's make this person strong.
There's no reason we can't.
We have, he's what, 6'2", 6'3"?
He's at least 6'2".
What weight class is he in?
81.
He's only 178 pounds.
Wow.
I mean, that's a tall, skinny kid.
But we have to put weight on him.
That's what I know.
We're going to find 4,000 calories a day.
Yeah.
Up that 500 a week until he's 205 pounds.
Here goes Dylan taking 110, which is 242.
110 is a good number.
How long has he been working for you guys?
He's got plenty of pull on there.
This is the semester.
He's got to stick that.
Oh, Lance, yeah.
We forgot to mention Lance over here in the corner.
He kind of started early with his snatches and stuff.
What's he most famous for?
To being Sarah Davey's boyfriend.
That's right.
That is correct.
Hi, Sarah.
That was a softball question.
Man, that was a make right there.
Here's Ryan about to take 110, which is 242.
He's a 67-kilo lifter.
Oh, good.
How do you get that faster on the bar?
Just athletic.
Holy shit.
Have his mom and dad.
What did they do?
Uh-uh.
I mean, they came from a CrossFit background.
I don't know what they've done.
His mom's Puerto Rican.
This kid, or the kid last night, Isaac from New Zealand last night,
cracked me up.
We were like, dude, how did you get into weightlifting?
It was, well, my parents opened a CrossFit gym, and then I basically lived in it.
Oh, yeah.
That's our story.
There's a lot of kids growing up right now.
Here's Morgan taking 120, 264.
Yeah, looking sharp today.
Looking fodder.
Yeah.
I love sub-max weights with high-caliber lifters.
It makes just something you know is heavy look effortless.
It's awesome.
So, so far we've just had Ryan and Morgan do just that.
Yeah.
What's Ryan going to hit today?
Is he going to hit 135, 140?
No, I mean, I would love 30.
30.
But, like, hopefully 27 at least.
Yeah.
Oh, that was smooth right there.
Yeah.
We got to fix that little hip shift, but that was fast.
He's working on it.
We're working on it.
Yeah.
We're working on it.
All right, here's one.
I imagine.
Oh, wow.
Can I lock a bar out like that?
That would be awesome.
Her overhead is probably the best on the team.
Let's see.
90, 108 right here.
Yeah.
There we go, Tim.
Nice.
Yes.
That was fast.
Yeah.
When you see a kid like that, what do you think a top end five years from now kind of?
A massive.
Yeah.
He's going to be very good.
He moves so well.
Here it goes.
It'll take an 85 kilos.
Damn.
Nice.
Damn. 85 kilos is Damn. Yeah. Damn.
85 kilos is 187.
What's her whole name again?
Kendall Hudson.
I only know the Instagram handle.
Ken Fit.
Ken Fit.
Something.
She's way too strong.
There's Dylan.
He hit that one time.
There you go.
Oh, that power snatch back there.
Yeah.
He's so fast, dude.
He is so fast.
Yeah.
Jesus.
Yeah. Jesus. Yeah.
If he had Morgan's strength or Morgan had his speed.
They would be the best athlete.
Yep.
That would be crazy.
Well, we were asking him, like, that's how the conversation came up.
We're talking about Isaac, the kid that's out here for three months from New Zealand.
Here you go.
Reno is 65 kilos.
Yeah.
That girl.
We were asking him, like, he was telling us about the All Blacks
and how they're the best rugby team.
It was like, well, you're a giant kid with a ton of power.
How the hell are you not playing rugby?
And he was like, well, my mom and dad opened a CrossFit gym.
We're like, oh, so then you became a CrossFitter.
There you go.
There we go.
Morgan's taking 125, 275.
275. There you go. Here we go. Morgan's taking 125, 275. 275.
There it is.
Yeah.
Woo.
We'll know in the next one.
What music is he listening to right now?
You know, it could be anywhere from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Queen to NF.
Who's NF?
It's a new.
New shit. I feel like he's like they say he's like a Christian
type rapper, but he's on the mainstream radio.
Yeah, that's cool.
Alright, there we go.
Going 80?
Who's going 80?
Isn't that
right over here?
Not 80.
30?
He was 125, now we Or not 80. 90. 30. Which person?
He was 125.
Now we're on 30.
Yeah, 130.
Yeah.
All right, Kendall.
What is this here?
It's 89.
This will be good.
89.
See this?
I'm already happy.
196.
Smoked it.
I'm already happy.
Fuck.
Yes.
Fuck.
Let's go.
That was baller.
It's my girl.
Yo, that pull under is so nice.
Don't sleep on Kendall.
No.
All you listeners, if you do, you're going to be sad.
I told you so.
On this podcast, I'm telling you, she's going to be, team, you're saying.
Watch.
She's up against Kate and I right now?
For now, yeah.
So.
Oh. Oh.
Let's go, Maddie.
Maddie's eight.
There you go.
Yeah.
There we go.
Maddie's dealing with his elbow.
He tweaked his elbow at his last competition.
So a little bit of extra shakiness.
Yeah.
Lance.
Yeah.
Lance has got good movement.
John Lantz.
How long have you guys been coaching him?
No, we don't. Sarah coaches him. Oh, God. got a good movement. John Lantz. How long have you guys been coaching him? No, we don't.
Sarah coaches him.
Oh, God.
Girlfriend's coaching him?
Yeah.
Man, and she's a better lifter than him.
That's tough.
I still think he outsmashes her.
Didn't we have this conversation last night?
Probably.
Yeah.
Karina, reach up.
Hold on.
Starting to get there.
Yeah.
He's like, oh, we got to fix that second pole.
Got to stay a little tighter.
What's Sarah got on the bar here?
She's got 85 kilos on the bar, so 187, I believe.
Yeah, she's more focused in powerlifting right now, isn't she?
Yes.
You got a girl.
She, it was quite interesting because she got,
she had a back issue a couple years ago and it put her out
to where snatches and clean and jerks were kind of not
on the menu for a little while and then she started to dabble
in power lifting.
She's got two.
120, 264.
There it is, power snatch.
Fuck, that gets fast.
So what's interesting is is Travis only had her snatch
and clean and jerking once a week,
but she was doing more power lifting.
And her, other than maybe some technique flaws that, you know,
just from not doing the frequency of it, she's just as strong as she's ever been on the.
Dude, that is so fast.
On the snatching and cleaning jerk.
Well, I mean, it's not like she's going to lose athleticism doing that.
Morgan taking 130.
130?
286.
Would be a good goal for him today.
What is the – is he going to get the 40, 45?
What's his –
I would say his goal is at least 140.
He hit it once, and he hit it really easily.
It's just kind of been out of reach.
God damn, that looked good.
Yeah.
Fuck, that looked good.
Yeah.
With Morgan, he had an injury right before junior Pan Ams,
and we've had to take a step back with the snatches,
do some corrections because he's a tall one.
He has the tendency to try to go around his knees as well.
So he's really been working on some technique.
Oh, that is there.
You just got to get a little bit of ass in there and get aggressive.
Yeah.
All right. All right, Hannah. Really easy for me to say over here.
70 right here, right? What are the markers?
154.
Yes, ma'am.
Why don't I have an upright torso
like that?
Because you have her mom and dad.
Mom and dad matters. Morgan's
130 is like the certain things you look
for as a coach, like that is a big one because that is where we're looking to open.
So, like, one of the first markers on Max Out Friday I look at is, like,
what is he doing with his potential?
What we're predicting is his opener.
It's good to see him smoke it.
No misses.
There's a good one for you right here.
All right, this is 92.
I've got to video some of these.
This will be on PR, right?
No.
Let's hope you're on 93.
Oh.
Oh, yeah.
Let's go.
Oh, all right, hold on, hold on.
All right, yeah.
I think this is the longest Travis hasn't touched a barbell
while the kids are getting after it back here.
Or his phone.
I can't believe the oldest person in this room right now is like 20.
It's Isaac, right?
I don't know.
Kendall is maybe 23-ish.
Yeah, and Jackie is 26, and Sarah is 25, 26.
Gotcha.
The girls are a little older.
Yeah.
And Lance is 26.
Gotcha.
Here you go.
Yeah.
There we go.
Good correction.
He just took, what, 125?
125.
Yeah.
So it's 275.
At least he had the squat size.
It makes me feel better a little bit.
All right.
Here comes Tim again for that weight.
Come on, Tim.
There's 110.
See what happens here.
Damn.
Yeah, there we go.
Damn.
What is that?
110.
110, 242.
Yeah.
For a 15-year-old boy, not bad.
Yeah.
So, you know what's funny?
That's the most I ever did in my life.
That's not true.
245. I'm5 that's really quiet
When I did it
Lifting you can scream through your lift and weightlifting it
Sarah with 90 showing you that you do not have to lift all the time to be awesome. She always grabbed that wide. Yeah
Atta girl.
Nice.
That's what it looks like when you're just strong as fuck.
Yeah.
There we go.
There you go, Maddie.
There you go.
Like literally she never ever.
She doesn't snatch cleaners.
Yeah.
She's just excited to hang out.
She's just a strong and a great athlete.
That's 198 or something.
Yeah, 198.
Here we go.
What's Morgan got on here now?
135.
Oh, this is a good lift right here. So this is. Five kilos below his something. Yeah, 198. Here we go. What's Morgan got on here now? 135. Oh, this is a good lift right here.
So this is...
Five kilos below his best.
Yeah.
So this would be awesome.
297.
297.
Boom.
Yeah.
Dude, that was smooth.
That was smooth.
That was...
I'm happy no matter what.
We get excited, yeah. No matter what he does now, I'm happy no matter what happens. We get excited, yeah.
No matter what he does now, I'm happy.
Okay, here comes Ryan.
Here we go.
Ryan, what is this?
120.
120.
This is –
Dude, that comes off the floor.
There's no doubt.
Yeah.
He would have to try to miss once that thing comes off the floor like that.
That's so well balanced.
Like you just see his back doesn't do the same thing mine does every time I lift.
And he's so athletic.
He's got the ability to save just about anything.
He does crazy stuff at the bar.
If he gets out of position, he just fixes it along the way.
He's a lot like John North.
He really is.
His lockout, actually, his overhead kind of looks a little very similar.
Wait, why did you make that comment about John?
Because John's able to save lifts that most people can't.
Oh, really?
So is Ryan.
Like shifting where somebody shifts it off.
I just saw your boy right here, and he is looking fucking motivated today.
Here we go.
That's 73 kilos.
That's one kilo under her best.
No, two kilos under her best.
What's her name again?
Hannah Dunn. I want to at least say their names when we... Yeah, that's Hannah. under her best. No, two kilos under her best. What's her name again? Hannah Dunn.
I want to at least say their names when we –
Yeah, that's Hannah.
She's 16.
She is a 59-kilo lifter.
She's got another year just like Morgan as a youth,
so she's looking to make some.
All right, here we go.
Here's your 95.
Here's your 95 right here for Kendall.
This is what Kendall has said she's going to do.
Oh, this is exciting.
Come on, Kendall. Come on, Kendall. Said she's gonna do oh this is exciting come on Kendall
Like correction, I think she's got it a little little quick in the back. It's easy for me to talk about it over here
You can yell at her people on the way to work want to hear this. You think having us over here, cameras on,
people doing commentary while they're listening is helping some of the athletes?
It's helping.
Is it hurting anybody, you think?
Does anybody not like to be the center of attention?
The people that it's hurting, that's bad because they're going to have to perform.
They've got to do it in front of an audience.
What's Isaac got on?
A bunch of changed stuff that probably amounts to?
125.
130.
I think he's creeping up on one of his best.
Oh, press on that thing.
Fuck, that's strong.
That's so strong.
Yeah, very good.
Holding that thing in place right there.
Trying to pull it forward.
He is so fast under that bar.
It's crazy.
So where's he ranked in New Zealand? He's got to be one of the best lifters
Here we go look at this
This is gotta be close to his PR things look you know over Oh. Get that.
Let's go.
Nice.
Stop.
What is that on there?
113.
Tim, is that PR?
This is about 250.
Oh, that was PR.
Oh, that a boy.
Hell yeah.
PR.
PR number one.
Ring that bell somewhere in here.
That one looked good.
She got that into their hips too.
That might just be the end of the day.
That looked good.
Here we go.
140.
308.
We'll earn him 100 bucks.
Anything after this.
Here we go. Oh
Threw it too high
That's there
Yo when you miss behind you
You threw it too high
Threw it over his head
Yeah
Oh he might just go right at it now
Like a crossfitter
Yeah
Cause that was
Dialed
Oh
Yeah
He's very confident already
That he knows he's making that next
Yeah Sarah Come on He's very confident already that he knows he's making that next Yeah
Sarah
Come on
Man, she's strong
So strong
Oh, here it is
We're going for a PR over here, by the way
Hey, did you see this?
You guys see this?
We got a 309 on the bar.
I knew it.
Yeah, that was too easy.
He pulled it too easy.
Well, one more kilo earns a minor buck.
So, like, I would, too.
There we go, Matt.
95 right there, right?
That was fast.
Wow, that was fast.
Nice, yeah.
All right, we're at 125.
This match, no, it's one kilo under his best. We're at 125. All right.
This match, no, it's one kilo under his best.
We're getting close to the money for him.
Oh, you got to finish that.
Yeah, he's got to trust his legs. Trying to sneak under that.
Trust those legs.
What's his weight class again?
67.
Yeah, so I'm actually really interested when we're here at Max Out Friday
and the goal is to go heavy as shit,
but do you ever have people just kind of you look at that and you go,
dude, that was just bad wires.
You didn't trust yourself.
It had nothing to do with really like anything.
You're just trying to sneak under the bar to build confidence.
Do you ever have them back it down a little bit?
Yeah.
If he misses again, I will either cut him off or say go back down.
We have something.
Travis has created something called the golden rule to where if you miss,
back back down and work yourself back up.
Because sometimes when you wave down and back up,
it's better the second time around.
This is a big PR attempt right here.
Yep.
95.
95.
I don't know.
Is that going to mess her up?
Here you go.
Maybe the side.
Whatever you think.
Yeah, there we go.
Right there.
That's it right there. Yeah, there we go. Right there. That's it right there.
Yeah.
Yes, that is my girl.
That a girl.
Don't sleep on Kendall.
No, no.
That was PR, 95.
95 kilograms.
I'm telling you.
Kendall came to us after senior nationals,
and I think that she hit maybe 80-something.
What's Kendall's last name?
Husband.
Let's go Isaac.
Here goes Isaac tying his PR right now.
Here it is.
Oh, they're throwing it too fucking high.
Yeah, too strong.
Oh, he's going.
He's going to go in at three more.
Oh, I love this.
I love this.
Why not?
Look at him.
All right, 100 points.
Morgan just looked over.
He's ready.
He looked over saying, I'm taking your money.
He's going to make sure you're watching.
I'm taking your money right now.
Come take it.
Yeah.
Yeah, but Kendall's put a lot on her total.
We opened up at the AO3 higher than she hit at Senior Nationals.
I'm stoked.
We've got two PRs right up front here.
All right.
All right. Hannah's going. Who's going? This right here. Who's front? All right. All right.
Hannah's going.
Who's going?
This right here.
Morgan's got to be the next lift.
Oh, here we go.
In the back here.
Hannah's PR at 75, which is 165 pounds.
What's she weigh again?
She's a 59-kilo lifter, and she actually weighs in light every time that we compete.
Like two kilos.
We got to stop that.
That's a whole other story.
Oh, snap. Girls got to stop that. That's a whole other story. Oh, snap.
Girl's got to eat.
There we go.
You don't need to eat when you move like that.
All right, here we go.
Here goes Morgan, 141.
We are a 10.
141.
For the money, y'all.
For the money.
Here we go.
I think he's going to take it.
Put $100 in my man's back pocket over here.
Come on now.
Trust your legs, bud.
I think he's about to take my money.
I hope so.
I hope so, too.
Take it.
Got it.
Oh, man.
I got it, bud.
I thought he got it.
That looks good off the floor.
Who?
That looked really good off the floor.
He's a little pissed off right now.
I'm proud of him.
Yeah.
All right. Here Proud of him. Yeah. All right, on.
Here we go.
Ryan, what's Ryan got on here?
25?
25 still.
There we go.
Hold it, Ryan.
Look at how fucking good that overhead is.
You see right there how he kind of started, like, twisting.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
He was able to kind of move his body around it.
He was so athletic. That was PR. A lot of people, as soon as the bar moves like that they're gonna lose it and
he does lose it behind him sometimes but he's got such good shoulder mobility and so strong overhead
what was that what is on there uh that's 125 so 275 275, 148. All right, so here's 115 for Timothy.
PR number two for him.
Here we go.
Yeah.
Oh, that's just heavy right there now.
You get one PR a day in that lift.
So what's Morgan got going on in his head right now?
Coach slash mom.
You've been in this situation with him enough times.
He got one more in him?
Oh, yeah.
I mean, he gets mad because he knows it's there.
The pulse, it feels light.
He's just got to correct it overhead and anticipate it.
Trust his legs.
I think he just put on a good song is what I saw.
Maybe he had to change songs.
Actually, you know what? Probably what's going to be
on him right now is probably the flute
song. He would play that song over and
over and over again on repeat.
Anytime I hear the word
flute, I just assume it means glute
and you put it in your phone
and autocorrect made you say flute.
I'm never talking about flutes.
I have no idea what the flute song is.
I don't know what the flute song is at all,
but I know that glutes translates into flutes on autocorrect every time.
That's super annoying.
Here we go.
141 here?
Yep, 310.
I spotted this yesterday.
My kid is snatching what I'm squatting.
Someone's getting a big piece of chicken at home.
Here you go, dude.
Come on.
Come on.
One more.
Yeah.
Oh, my gosh.
Oh, my gosh.
Dude, that one was there. Yeah. Both of them gosh. Dude, that one was there.
Both of them were there, but that one was funny.
He's landing in front off the floor.
Right off the floor just forward.
That's his nemesis right there.
All right, look out.
Is that the pole that you guys have been working?
Yeah.
Oh.
It's all right.
It's heavy. We know it. Yeah, it's all right. That's the hardest's heavy, we know it
That's the hardest part
Here we go, what do we got back here
Isaac
Isaac 138
Isaac 138 on the bar
Ready? Let's go
You go
He's so polite
What does 138 translate to? Who? You go. He's so polite.
What does 138 translate to?
304? 303, yeah.
God, that's fast.
Yeah, I think that's a PR for him.
Yeah.
Yeah, so he got a PR there.
Oh, my Lord.
He got that big dinner last night.
Yeah.
All the sushi.
Yeah, that was big.
Morgan is pissed right now.
Yeah.
He had two people PRing in his own dojo.
He's about to say, hell no, not in my house.
Not on my platform.
Here we go, Tim.
Here we go, Tim.
Oh, God.
Oh, God.
Oh, man.
Isaac's going for another one back there.
Oh, yeah.
Do you make them miss?
Do we go until we miss, or do we go until we get there?
Because, I mean, you said one PR, and all of a sudden, in my world,
I'm like, unless it felt great, I'm going on to the cleaning jerk.
On a day like today, they're going to go, you know?
Yeah.
Because you guys are here, you know.
Come on.
What a great day.
I'm so glad we did this. Come on. What a great day. I'm so glad we did this.
Come on.
Yeah!
Oh, man, that's there.
Here we go.
That got me so excited.
Under, under, under.
All right, good.
It's all right.
Yeah.
I just feel like she's never going to miss.
Yeah.
It always looks so good.
I know.
Even when she misses her overhead position, it's better than mine.
She has worked so hard on the mental game.
I'm so proud of her.
Yeah.
Ryan is going 130.
Now, this is a big time left right here.
If he gets this, I'm going to go crazy.
And night close.
Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to go crazy. And night close.
Yeah. Yeah.
You know, 25 was pretty heavy.
Unless you went.
Wait, he went up five there?
Yeah, after that 125, yeah.
You know, though, that is the mentality one needs to be awesome.
Yeah, for sure. Yeah, and, you know, though, that is the mentality one needs to be awesome. Yeah, for sure.
Yeah, and, you know, the snatch is such a technical movement.
If you're off just by a slight millimeter or your timing is off just a little bit,
you know, and you're at 95%, even 90% plus,
there's a possibility you're going to miss the lift.
Ryan is the guy that, like, if you say, like, if you're at the Olympics,
I'm like, look, man, if we go up 15, we have a shot for a gold medal.
He'll put it on.
He would be fearless in saying, all right.
Yeah.
And that is just a rare, rare breed.
Yeah.
And he might or might not get it, but he would not be afraid.
Right.
He wouldn't look at me like, eh.
He'd be like, all right.
God went to that one time in competition.
We were at the Arnold, and he had a PR.
He comes backstage, and he was like, man, I can't believe I got that.
Your mom's so strong.
It was like a big deal for him to even attempt that weight, and he got it.
And he comes back, and he's like, what did I put on?
I got one more attempt.
I was like, just fucking add a kilo and go do it again.
He was like, 10 kilos.
And he just went out and slapped on a bunch.
Who did this?
Galvin.
He added a bunch of extra weight. Did he get it?
No, not even close.
But he just wanted to make the attempt.
I love Andy Galpin.
You already got a PR. What do you got to lose?
Just slap it on.
So Morgan stripped it down over there.
Yeah.
He's really good at audit and regulating.
Yeah, I feel like that's
a... Here we go. He's got one more.-regulating, which is awesome. Yeah, I feel like that's a – here we go.
He's got one more.
One more yank at it.
Oh, my Lord.
Super close there.
One more.
One more.
One more.
He's like, I like that.
That one was better than the last one.
Yeah.
I feel like that's a really –
That one was better than the last one.
I feel like that's a real skill when you are in Olympic weightlifting
to recognize when the wires go bad and you just have no chance.
I feel like you missed two lifts and just that timing.
I'm going to go watch Isaac try 140.
Oh, shit.
Here we go.
140.
This is why he came to America.
All the way from beautiful New Zealand to Louisville, North Carolina.
He left this summer over there to come here.
You hear all that screaming in the background?
That's 140 on the bar.
Yep, 308.
Going to take a quick break to thank our friends over at Organifi.
Make sure you get over to Organifi.com.
This is three years in a row I've been telling you to get the green, the red, and the gold drink.
You know why?
Here's the deal.
Shrugged listeners love this stuff.
The reason is because the green, the red, and the gold load you up with all the micronutrients that I promise you you're not getting in your day.
The green is delicious.
The red is delicious and sweet.
The gold is phenomenally delicious.
If I had to stack them all in order, that's the order I put them in.
But they also have these really cool flavors that come out.
The chocolate, legit, better than all of them,
but the best one of all time that's coming in the fall is the pumpkin spice.
Woo!
I wish it was on sale right now.
It still might be on their site.
But if you get over to Organifi.com forward slash drug,
you need the vitamins, you need the minerals,
you need to go get these drinks.
The juices are super simple.
They taste delicious.
And I promise you, you're not getting the micronutrients you need.
You don't sit around and eat salads all day.
You're not getting the vegetables in your life.
You're not getting the variety.
That's why Organifi is so special to us because in one little shake,
you can get everything you need and they taste delicious. So get over to Organifi.com forward
slash shrug. You're going to save 20%. And then our friends over at Bioptimizers to really get
the best results from any diet, whether it's paleo, keto, or vegan. There are three things
that can really help optimize your results.
First, enhance your digestion and elimination.
Second, boost cellular energy.
Third, rev up your fat-burning metabolism.
You can do all of that without any extra nutrients
or nutritional supplements, of course.
But the right supplements certainly help.
One of the best diet aids ever comes from my friends at Bioptimizers,
and it's called K-Pex, K-A-P-E-X. What is K-Pex? It does three things. First, it breaks down the
fats you eat into fatty acids using a proprietary lipase and dandelion extract blend. Got to be the
dandelions. Most people are eating a lot more good fat in their diets these days. This means
you're breaking down the dietary fat into usable energy and not storing it that's the fat second they transport those fatty acids into the
muscles and into the liver and they have several ingredients that dramatically increase the fatty
acid oxidization inside the mitochondria both in your muscles and livers in other words it's more
fuel into your motor and the more horsepower for your motor.
If you take three to five capsules of K-Pex in the morning on an empty stomach, the energy is incredible.
It feels like a cup of coffee, and it lasts six to ten hours, and there's no nervous system stimulation.
It's an incredible pre-workout, but without the caffeine. So get over to Kennergize.com

friends back to Max Out Friday.
Yeah.
That's heavy.
Yeah.
What was his lift rate before that?
It was 138.
So he just went up two kilos.
But I think 135 was his match to his PR.
I'm not 100% sure, but he's PR'd.
I think a lot of times, especially with snatch, it's one of
those things, like, you know, every time you take the lift, it's not, it's not, you know, for your
strength, it's not really close to your absolute strength, but, you know, it's fatiguing, it taxes
your CNS, and, you know, just like for a CrossFit athlete, when they get frustrated with double
unders, it's really hard to focus and be able to hit them consistently, so, you know, once you get
to a point where you're fatigued
and you're also frustrated, the snatch is probably not going to happen.
So you're just going to have to, you know.
And then the more times you try it, it can make your –
What do we got here on the bar with him?
This is 127.
This would be a one-kilo PR.
So that last one was not a PR with him, the 125?
The 125 was actually one kilo less.
See, I feel like that's a great example, right?
Like, he missed the 130 pretty bad.
And then that one just, the timing is just so off.
Yeah.
Like, it's just time.
I mean, he's moving on right now.
But it was just, like, a good example of exactly what we were talking about.
Of, like, that one extra lift, there's no chance because the timing just gets so bad
with whatever you miss one or two times.
And it's such a rhythm thing.
Yeah, and I think it has a lot to do with, you know,
athletes who, you know, that you have to approach the bar the same thing
for a 70-kilo lift or like a light lift versus a maximum.
A lot of times, like for him, if you watched him build up,
once he got really close to his max, he started, like, trying to sneak under the bar.
He wasn't trusting his legs.
And you got to approach it the same way.
Here she goes.
Here we go.
Last one.
I think you're right, Anders.
I think you're right.
This is the one, dude.
This is it.
That's it.
That's it.
Ah!
You got to do it again.
You got to do it again.
It's still there.
That one was better.
That's enough.
That one was still better.
We got to compete.
No, no, no. You're a bad influence, Anders. I mean, That one was still better. We got to compete.
You're a bad influence, Anders.
I mean, that one did look better than the second one.
They're getting better.
Yeah.
If she was smart, she'd call them off.
It's like a bullpen coach coming out and you say, go back to the dugout.
I've seen her miss a back squat. Go back to the dugout, coach.
I've seen her miss a back squat where she gets stuck,
like where she's almost standing up with it,
and then she'll do it again and she'll more do one more the guys that don't lift as much as you
say do one more what's he gonna hit over here how long is this guy staying in your house
for 10 days oh my lord i told him he could stay for free if he'll just come help me with my
power lifting me so buy groceries you gotta feed that kid that's a problem you got two of these monsters to feed now plus you that's a heavy food bill each week yeah pretty much what's uh what's
the goal here on clean and jerk for morgan uh 191 is his best so anything over that but i think that
he would be happy if he hit 190 today because that 190 and 135 would be a 325 total.
Is that a PR total?
It's not a PR total, but it would be something consistent.
His best in competition total is 321.
So if he can hit 325 multiple weeks here,
it's a good indication that he's going to hit that at the meet.
Yeah, so AO Finals, if he goes,
Mastro's saying he's going to open right around 130.
Yeah, we will open above 130.
We opened at the AO3 at 125, and we ended up at 131 because he missed his opener.
Just a weird miss.
Yeah.
So we're going to open up between 128 and 130 if we can on this one,
which he's been a lot more consistent with 130.
Yeah.
And 135, actually.
And you'll see Morgan works up pretty fast on his clean and jerks.
He does a lot of weight and time.
Now he's just doing things.
Now he's just doing things.
He's just letting the world know I am better than you right now.
And yes, you are.
Kendall and Sarah, what are we going to do on the clean and jerk?
Besides just eating Skittles over there.
I predict Kendall's going to hit at least 115.
See, that's my girl.
She hit the clean last week, and she missed the jerk.
And that was a PR clean for her.
115 would be good.
Five more.
I love it.
You said 90?
All right.
Yeah, you got to make a comeback.
Yeah.
Yep.
And we got to see who totals first to see who wins.
She might have beat her by six.
Oh.
See, it just got turned into a competition.
Always.
There was no doubt with all these cameras around. Was it not a competition before? No, it just got turned into a competition. Always. There was no doubt with all these cameras around.
Was it not a competition before?
No, it was always.
See, with the teenage boys, money is a factor.
That's their...
Bergner warm-up.
Bergner warm-up.
Yeah, there it is.
Yep.
Scarecrow, I'm not against it.
Let it be known.
Yeah.
Especially now that Don's passed away, I can admit I'm okay with it.
I'm cool with it.
Yeah.
So pretty much everybody's moved on to their clean and jerk style.
He does not like scarecrow at all.
No.
What's the rationale?
He says because you never, in reality, pull up high like that.
And so you're teaching people to spend too much time up top trying to pull the bar up
versus thinking about extending the hips and pulling under.
Yeah.
So that's why.
So there's two train of thoughts in America.
There's one to practice like that.
That'll translate to what Don's after.
Don's about doing it.
You know, here's what it really happens.
Let's talk about that.
Yeah.
Let's talk about this other way, even though it doesn't really happen.
So it's like they're after the same thing.
Well, it's like Thacker used to say.
Whoa.
I just saw.
Go ahead. Sorry. It's like Thacker used to say. Whoa, I just saw. Go ahead, sorry.
It's like Thacker used to say.
In the beginning, when you're first learning weightlifting, it's a jump.
And then once you get good, it's not a jump anymore.
It's not a jump at all.
Yeah.
Right.
I would agree with Thacker on that.
Dawn would not.
You know.
Yeah.
Jackie, we're talking about Dawn.
Yeah, I know.
Wah, wah.
She was.
We didn't mean to get you.
Dawn was her first person.
Oh, gotcha, gotcha.
Yep. I think so much so.
I mean, we've still used the word jump with people when we teach them.
If they're just not getting extension.
But, like, I wouldn't use it on somebody who is getting extension
because then you're just over-emphasizing something you don't need to.
It's all about trying to solve a problem.
You give a cue, and if it solves a problem, great cue.
And if it doesn't, you move on to a new cue.
Yeah, there's no bad cue if it works.
He's done.
I was hoping to give the squad a little.
Yeah, at some level, it's always trial and error.
Tell me what's going on with Isaac back here.
He does this thing that I have never seen live where he rested on his shoulders
and moves his hands out.
Oh, yeah.
Not many people have the mobility to do that, but he does.
I've only seen that online with, like, the, I don't want to say it.
The Colombians.
Yeah, that's right.
The Colombians.
They make it look so easy.
And that's just the techniques that they teach.
Yeah, he made it look super easy.
Every one of them, they do it that way.
Dude, Rabbit just appeared out of nowhere.
Was there a trap door he just came up through in the middle of the floor?
Rabbit sleeps in the gym in his secret cubby hole.
Dude, he did it right, though.
He moved in on the girls' side of the room.
That's right.
He's looking dead serious, too.
He got some blood taken today.
Yeah, because we had told him he couldn't.
So I folded, as usual, with Rabbit.
It gives me a hard time about I give him 1,000.
I love Rabbit.
No matter how crazy he is.
He's got a clean and jerk first with Matt, so that was the deal.
I was going to say the stop sign that said we're recording didn't stop.
Yeah, I saw it.
I knew he would want to be a part of it.
That's good.
I'm soft.
I'm really very soft.
You're supposed to be.
Yeah, I am.
Until you really, really have to.
Yeah.
I will get him. Rabbit knows if I have to, I be. Yeah, I am. Until you really, really have to. Yeah. I will get him.
Yeah.
Rabbit knows if I have to, I will.
Yeah.
What's Morgan got on the bar over there?
150 kilos.
He's got 330 on the bar.
We're not even paying attention.
Well, this is like his third to last warm-up.
Gotcha.
So, he moves really fast on clean and jerks on the warm-ups.
Let's get some pictures of my boys.
But.
Is Morgan only using knee wraps on clean and jerk,
or is that just for today?
You know, this is something that he started trying.
I don't know.
Probably in the last two or three weeks he started wrapping his knees.
He always wore knee sleeves.
And then I think whenever he hit the 191, he had the wraps on,
so I think he thinks they're good luck.
He's been squatting in those too a little bit.
He doesn't wrap them super tight, but he –
Well, it makes you significantly stronger as far as I'm –
I mean, those are those little skinny weightlifting knee wraps.
They're not like powerlifting knee wraps.
And they're probably –
Can you use powerlifting knee wraps?
You can, but it slows you down.
It's just like –
It does? I've never used a powerlifting weightlifting. And they're probably. Can you use powerlifting in your room? You can, but it slows you down. Yeah.
It does?
I've never used it for a little weightlifting. A lot of Colombians tend to because, you know, Colombians are super fast,
but they're not going to be as strong as like.
No one in Colombia is going to be stronger than Morgan.
They don't make humans like that down there?
No.
Not only do they make humans like him anywhere.
I'm biased.
Do they just have like a cultural emphasis on speed but not on strength?
I mean, I don't know if it's an emphasis or it's just their genetics, you know.
They're super fast.
They're just not super strong.
Well, like for Morgan, he's never going to miss a clean
because he can't stand it up because he squats so much.
Yeah, right.
We're not going to have a week squatting this gym.
Men or women.
Let's go, Tim.
We have a minimum requirement.
What did you say? He said We have a minimum requirement What'd you say?
He said we have a minimum requirement Seriously
Okay
Isaac's got a month or two
To meet that requirement
Well
So we'll ship him out
If he's not done by three months
Last night he was talking
Look at that jerk
It's great right
Yeah
He goes collar to collar
After he cleans it
You know what's awesome about Isaac
Is just that smile
He's just like
He's a happy kid.
Yeah.
I love him.
I knew it the second, like, on his videos in New Zealand.
I thought he was really stiff and quiet.
And I went to pick him up in Charlotte at the airport.
And the first thing he does is come up behind me and scares me.
I'm like, oh, I like this kid.
Had you ever met him before?
No, not in person.
Oh, that's awesome.
And so, like, I'm like, I like you already.
I'm going to scare you back, but I like you.
Yeah.
What's Kendall's PR over here?
I imagine Sarah's really close to talking about beating her already.
She hit 113 and took 115 for a ride.
She PR'd the clean and missed the jerk, so that's her goal today.
Yeah.
She was a base cheerleader, so you'll watch her.
She'll be a little shaky on her recovery, and she can still save it because she's, you'll watch her. She'll, she'll be a little, um, a little shaky on her
recovery and she can still save it. Cause she's just so strong overhead. And you know, who says
cheerleading is not a sport because look at her. She's, that's where Maddie came from too. Kendall
is such good energy too. Like this whole new era of master elite, like she's the athlete I'm after.
Kendall, like, like even if for some reason she doesn't make 10 years, that's who I want. She's the athlete I'm after, Kendall.
Even if for some reason she doesn't make 10 years, that's who I want.
She's just good energy. Somebody around.
I want a nice, good person, and she's that perfect.
She's so fun and so low-maintenance to coach.
It's the best.
I'm taking Kendall and Isaac with me next week on a road trip.
We're going to max out. You're powerlifting me, right? Yeah, my powerlifting to – we're going to max out in –
Your power lifting meet, right?
Yeah, my power lifting meet.
They're going to come help.
I'll be in Jamaica.
Yeah.
Too bad you boys won't be there.
Not, man.
We're going to miss you.
Not this time.
Hopefully Fisher will be down there for us.
All right, Sub Morgan.
He backed out.
I think because he got hurt.
Sub Morgan now has 170 on the bar when he takes that.
I guess we could still go.
Still an option. We're going to 170 on the bar when he takes that. I guess we could still go. Still an option.
We're going to Switzerland.
Yeah.
And Poland.
Yeah.
Oh, well.
Have you been there before?
One-time challenge store.
Europe.
That's awesome.
2020.
I've never been to Switzerland.
No, we're going.
We've got to figure out those dates.
We'll be in Germany in April.
We've got to.
We have a lot to figure out.
We've got Germany.
Australia.
Okay. Australia, New Zealand. This whole thing about not traveling just went out the window. We got Germany. Australia.
Australia, New Zealand.
This whole thing about not traveling just went out the window. Egypt got canceled.
I'll bring my kids.
Yeah.
If you bring the kids, you can just keep the whole family over there.
I'll bring like one kid per trip instead of like all of them at once.
Like one per trip.
Well, you know what's crazy, though?
You know, with Magnolia, she can fly for free for another year.
She's a lot cheaper.
She has priority for the next year.
What's Ryan's PR clean and jerk here?
155.
He did it in competition.
There you go.
It's so interesting watching somebody that weighs 148 pounds do what he does.
It's awesome.
You look at Morgan, you know he's about to take your lunch money.
When you look at Ryan, you're like, oh, that's a nice kid.
Maybe he'll grow.
And he's the strongest kid in the country.
And he'll sneak up on you too.
It's not very imposing.
And then you watch him move, you're just like, whoa.
He just won, of course, Morgan with a two.
But, like, he won youth Pan Ams this year.
Morgan won last year.
But we skipped this year because we had a – What is that over there?
It's 170, 374.
Watch how easy.
Oh, that's a tough clean.
Just kidding.
Pow.
Tough jerk.
Yeah, that jerk is –
There's two things when I watch really good weightlifters that blow me away.
It's the third pull and how distinct it is from the second.
You can really see them pull under the bar.
And then the overhead position and the jerk.
It is so strong.
It is my favorite accomplishment as a coach because his jerk used to be shoddy.
If you look at the video, I posted a video of all his best
accomplishments.
His jerk used to be shoddy when he was 12.
No, it was no.
No, that's not true.
No.
When I was coaching him alone.
He was 13.
It was like, it was, yeah.
Don't lie, he was 15 the whole time.
He had a good snatch, a really good clean.
Yeah.
Like, he came with a good clean.
I won't take credit for that.
But his jerk was the worst.
And then we scaled way back, the same thing we're doing with the snatch,
and now he's got a beautiful jerk.
What was distinctly wrong with his jerk?
It looked a lot like Kendrick's kick jerk.
Yeah, yeah.
It was like, you know, so we worked on the position,
and we just took the time to do it right.
Because I don't want him to be like, you know, we've already talked about it.
Like, I don't want him to be like, you know,
some of these other lifters where your coach just gets them and says,
oh, well, they're going to be good no matter what, so just let him go.
I want him to do it right because a jerk done incorrectly is, like, the most dangerous thing you can do because, you know, like,
I mean, I'm not going to name names, but there's lifters out there who I would attribute the ending of their career because they jerked incorrectly.
Like a turning of the foot, you know.
Your knee is not supposed to rotate, you know.
It's supposed to flex and extend, and that's about it.
And so, like, when you're rotating every time, it's going to happen.
Sarah, is that 110 on the bar?
Yep, 110.
They were getting serious.
They escalated pretty quickly over there.
Yeah, they got after it.
Oh.
That clean was easy. Good, they got after it. Oh. That jerk was a clean was easy.
Good lord, is she strong.
Stack.
Hold on.
Sarah's been having, like, some junk in her shoulders recently,
so I'm not surprised that that jerk might be a little bit.
But she's, well, you saw her clean 120.
Was it yesterday?
Yeah.
Smoked 120.
I wasn't going to have it go up.
That music's a little bit rough.
For what?
Must be Ryan's playlist.
We have no cutscene rules.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Look at that.
Like in the music.
In the music.
Oh, let's go, Timo.
This is 180 for Morgan.
We're getting serious everywhere now, Morgan, Tim.
This is 396.
I'll just get them both at the same time.
Mm-hmm. This is 396. I'll just get them both at the same time.
The future.
Oh.
All right, here goes Mo.
And the now.
There it is.
All good.
God, that's butter.
Yeah.
What was that?
180.
So 396.
396.
Does he not make you feel just inferior?
He does me.
This was our opener at the AO final.
I mean, at the AO3, sorry.
What, he just hit?
Yeah, we opened with that like about two months ago.
Not anymore.
There we go.
That's a jerk.
That was probably the best looking jerk she's hit so far.
Look at that, though. I love her. Dude, that's so jerk. That was probably the best-looking jerk she's hit so far. Look at that, though.
I love that. Dude, that's so strong.
I will say, I think, is it confirmed that Morgan is the youngest to hit 182
on a clean and jerk in competition in the United States?
Youngest to do that, youngest to squat 500, youngest to squat 550.
Yeah, pretty much everything.
I think that.
Youngest to gone 500.
And 550.
And he technically did hit 300, 137 in a competition recently.
That's butter.
What is that right there?
That's 286, 130.
130.
That is, that was my opener in the last Olympic lifting competition I did.
Hold on, I got to help this tip.
That was my, 130 was my opener.
And then –
That's good, though.
Thank you.
What weight class were you?
Thank you for the charity.
What weight class were you?
I lifted at 85.
Okay.
I never cleaned a jerk 300 in competition, which is really annoying.
I actually probably was the strongest when I stopped competing
just because I took all the pressure to lift all the weights every single day off myself.
Yeah.
And then my body healed.
I moved better.
I hit 315.
No, 318 was my lifetime best clean and jerk.
And that was probably 18 months after I stopped trying to compete.
All right, Tim.
This is 140.
This is 308.
Yes.
He weighs what?
81 kilos.
178 pounds.
Yeah.
Nine feet tall.
Catch it.
Catch it.
There it is.
Look at that.
That's strong legs.
Here you go.
He's got to get it in closer.
Yeah.
Nice.
That jerk though.
That a boy.
There it is.
Nice.
That jerk was beautiful, Tim.
Yeah, 145 is his best, so he's coming up on.
146 he said.
146, okay.
I mean, basically same thing.
And what was that, 40?
40, yeah.
Okay, there's Dylan back there.
I think he's going to take 140 soon.
I think we got Isaac over here, but this is, like, not impressive for him.
No, not at all.
He needs to wrap those knees.
His knee wraps better.
Goodness.
He does that very smooth.
Oh, yeah.
He is super.
A little grip change.
Have you asked him where he came up with that?
Did he just, like, see it on the internet and was like, that looks dope.
I'm going to do that.
I don't know.
That's a very good question.
I'm going to ask him.
Because nobody teaches that except.
Yeah.
No, I don't think you teach it, like, can you or can't you.
Like, some people have the genetic trait to do that.
All right.
I think Sarah.
This one.
Sarah.
115. 153. Yeah.15. Sarah would be a 76 kilo
weightlifter if she was competing
right now.
76.
Oh, she smoked
that. That looks good. That's a great clean
stack. Drive up tall.
Oh, I was actually just thinking, oh, she made the clean. There's no way clean. Stack. Drive up tall. Oh.
I was actually just thinking, oh, she made the clean.
There's no way she's going to miss the jerk.
She's so fucking strong.
Just push press it.
Do you mind if I just strict press this real quick?
Yeah.
Grab it.
This jerk looks so good.
He's overcoming injury, right?
He works full time.
It's hard to develop a lot of power like that.
He had to take some time off.
Bring him in a little bit.
A little bit.
All right, here goes 187 for Morgan.
Like you'd vertically.
Okay.
All right.
He's being strategic about his jumps right now so that he can, you know,
go for a PR and not make too big of a jump.
There you go.
That looked better than the last two.
Oh, yeah.
There we go.
Much better.
We're about to get a PR.
Atta boy.
Yeah, so what I would say is he went from 80.
Usually he'll jump from 80 to 90, but he went from 80 to 87,
so he'll probably take a 5-kilo jump to 92, which would be a PR.
Right now?
I'm 100% positive.
He's very strategic about his jumps.
He doesn't waste any energy.
Oh, yeah.
He just looked over here, too, to make sure you saw it.
I saw it.
Rarely does he ever, like if I put money, he normally takes it.
Yeah.
There you go.
So what does this get us right here?
He's going 92.
92.
Look at you guys.
Look at you guys.
All right.
It's like we know.
It's like we finished each other's sentences.
Didn't you already take 140?
Nope, 30.
30, sorry.
Yeah.
There you go, 140.
Ryan moved so smooth.
Ryan moved so smooth.
It's crazy.
Super athletic.
What?
Hold on.
Unexpectedly fast.
He went two years ago.
He placed 21st in the CrossFit Open in the 14, 15-year-olds.
They took 20, right?
Yeah, they took 20.
And, you know, you would think, oh, he got in because not everybody would,
you know, accept their invite.
Every single kid accepted their invite.
So he was one.
I mean, what are kids really going to do in the summer?
It's summer break.
They're chilling.
Yeah.
Isaac's mind. That jerk is the coolest thing.
If he misses that jerk, it's only because he's lazy.
Have you ever seen – either of you seen that in real life before?
When we were in – we've been to Cuba with the Colombians.
I guess you've seen international.
And we've been to Colombia.
You actually do international meets, so yeah.
This is one of those times where you say, please take my money because I want to see
your PR.
I can't lose.
What's Kendall got on here?
115.
This is her PR.
This is her PR.
Come on, Kendall.
Yep.
Let's go, Kendall.
Easy.
All right.
Now, drive up tall, Kendall.
Oh, yes. Drive up tall, Kendall. Oh, yes.
See, this is exactly what I was talking about.
It was a little bit of a shaky recovery, like catch,
but she's got that cheerleading face, like just amazing.
Was that back-to-back PRs today?
Yeah, it's a 210 total, y'all.
She's been training six months.
Yeah.
So I don't want to hear about Kate now, really.
Like, give me, like, give her some more time.
Wow. Yeah. We do love you, to hear about Kate now, really. Give her some more time. Wow.
We do love you, Kate.
I do.
But I'm not trying to not be you.
You better work hard in this next quad.
I'm telling you, don't take a year off.
Can we just cut that piece out into like a boomerang of masks,
just like saying that over and over again?
You know, there should be mask snippets.
Like things that he says.
Look, some people are just born to be in the gym.
Yeah.
Getting people fired up to lift some heavy ass weight.
What is it he says?
He says, I'm not bragging.
I'm just telling the truth.
Yeah.
It's just what it is.
Just being real.
Yeah.
Let you know I'm coming for you.
Yeah.
Don't sleep.
Don't take a year off.
That's for sure.
What's the world record clean and jerk for?
195.
We're about to see 195.
For Morgan or for the girls?
For Morgan right now.
195.
This is PR right here.
Yeah, PR tip, one kilo.
He's about to tame them.
And then she just PR'd, snatched, and clean and jerked today.
Yes, she did.
In total.
Big total jump, too.
Gary Vee, once again, talking about, but he always talks about, like, you know,
when you're thinking about entrepreneurship,
instead of thinking about I want to make X amount of money,
you should think about what truly makes you happy.
To me,
you could be a billionaire and I could show you all my cool cars.
This is definitely my cool cars.
I'm showing my friends
what Crystal and I have created.
This is cool.
And that my cars are performing.
Yeah.
I'll tell you what.
These are high performance machines.
These are high performance.
All race cars.
Yeah.
I'll tell you what, what makes me the happiest as a coach is, you know,
when they hit things like that they've been working on in the gym.
Like, you know, Morgan, he hadn't hit his potential yet on the platform
from what he had done in the gym.
Neither had Kendall. And they both, you know, in their he hadn't hit his potential yet on the platform from what he had done in the gym. Neither had Kendall.
And they both, you know, in their last meets just crushed it.
Close.
Finally, it was coming to fruition how they were training
and smiling when they walk off the platform.
Oh, that was better, Tim.
There we go.
There we go.
I think it's going to be our total if he hits this.
Oh.
So close.
Too tall.
Too tall.
He's got to test those legs and use those legs before he punches with his
shoulders.
Yeah.
Did we lose it there?
Did we lose it?
Huh?
All right.
Morgan's about to go take 192, so I would go this way over here.
I'd be so upset if I missed that.
Yeah.
Oh, please, God.
Hey, turn it.
Turn it to Morgan.
Hey, Tim.
All right.
Hey, Tim.
Tim.
Tim.
Tim.
Let's go over a little bit.
192.
Yep, 192.
Ooh, that boy.
There you go.
Reset.
Oh.
Yep.
I think if he makes that clean.
Got the clean.
Just the jerk.
A little easier.
He'll get it.
He makes that clean a little easier, yeah.
He caught it a little off.
All right, Sarah.
Let's see if she makes the adjustment and makes this.
She's going to smash the clean.
Smashed.
There it is.
That looks smooth.
Bring the feet in a bit.
Yeah, there we go.
Drive up.
That's –
Oh.
That's all right.
Oh.
All right, stop that.
Yeah, yeah.
All right, so here Ryan's got 150, so he's getting close.
Yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying.
Hey, on Ryan.
Pits, on Ryan.
Oh, he's about to take my money.
You know something?
What's his PR?
155.
155. I will tell you What's his PR? 155. 155.
I will tell you that's something interesting about him.
If you'll notice the next time that he lines his hands up on the bar,
he's actually uneven.
His left hand is further to the left than the right.
Really?
Just watch it the next time.
You'll notice that sometimes.
He's doing that on purpose?
I don't know if he knows, but it's not interfering.
Yeah.
There you go.
There you go. 160 for Isaac.
He goes all the way out.
He's collar to collar on that, man.
I think that's wider than his snatch grip.
Yeah.
But it probably takes a foot off how far he has to drive the bar up.
Oh, yeah.
How much is that right there?
I can't count all this weight.
160.
It's just not like if I look at a bar that has two plates,
I'm like two and a quarter, 315, 405.
And then I look at these bars, I'm like, fuck,
I never really had to count that high.
Yeah.
My husband has the philosophy to go 135, 225, 315.
Yep.
405 if we're really, really getting after it.
135, 225, 275, 315, maybe 365, maybe 405.
Yeah, it depends on what you're lifting, right?
Once you get into the high fours, or into the fours in general,
you're just, okay, whatever.
Go after it.
Go lift the weight. All right, so here goes Kendall just, okay, whatever. Go after it. Go lift the weight.
All right, so here goes Kendall.
Come on, girl.
This is rad.
This is don't second PR on a clean and jerk, right?
Here you go.
What's she got on here?
1.17?
I'm not sure.
I can't see the.
Well, 15 was the...
120?
Is that what it is?
Oh, yeah.
She smoked that.
Here you go.
Oh.
Oh, my God.
That's there.
I don't even know how she made that look that close.
That there.
It looked like she was about to black out.
She locked it out.
She was just a little forward in the... Sheed out for sure like in the middle of that
here comes Morgan again there it is makes that clean easier drives it up
yeah it's a lot of weight for this right here when it gets this heavy he will
scoot over timing of the oscillation of the bar because if you miss the timing
when you jerk it it's the bark, that's the one right there.
Yeah.
So he's got to time it well so that when he's oscillating it.
Yeah.
So.
Now, you've got to think, this is only three kilos under the world record.
Oh, yeah.
We're not thinking he's doing anything poor by any means.
No, no, no, no.
What is he doing? He's six pounds under the most anybody
in the world
has done ever.
What's up with Kendall?
She blacked out.
She's still on the ground.
Still hanging out
on the ground
trying to put some
blood back in her brain.
That blood pressure thing
gets you every once
in a while.
Oh, yeah.
He's leaving all that
weight on the bar right now.
I think he got one more pull over there from Morgan.
He's getting busy because he's spending a lot of time.
Normally he stands up.
It's like a two count and then he goes.
A little bit longer.
Yeah, I was just telling him about how the bar oscillation,
you have to time it right or the bar could be coming back down on you
whenever you're going up and so it can drive you back down,
which is usually what happens.
Get that man some pre-workout for one last lift.
I would bet money Ryan's about to take my money.
Is this the lift?
Yeah.
This is the one?
Yeah.
What's Isaac's PR back there?
66, so he's one kilo under.
What's the plate on the outside for Ryan?
It's just a kilo, so he's taking 156.
So he's chipping his best right now.
And this is a PR total, so he's only got 200 bucks on this.
There it is.
That guy just moves really well.
Who, Rabbit?
Yeah.
Sometimes.
What would this put? I mean, his overhead lockout is so well. Who, Rabbit? Yeah. Sometimes.
I mean, his overhead lockout is so tight.
Yeah, yeah.
Sometimes. Because his best total is 273.
A low coach.
Travis, you didn't see it on Tuesday when it was trash.
You tried to give him credit twice.
Travis took it back full time.
When he brings his brain to the gym, it's pretty good.
Girl, that looked good.
So I have a question for you.
Is that sister or mom?
Sister.
Sister.
That's what I thought.
Yeah.
There we go.
Savage.
I think she just turned 21.
Come on, Isaac.
This is a PR total for Isaac right here.
First max out Friday. Oh, dude, he's getting right in my way. Dude, this is a PR total for Isaac right here. First max out Friday.
Oh, dude, he's getting right in my way.
Dude, get out of the way.
Oh, whoa.
If he stands up.
Oh.
I didn't think he was going to get on his shoulders.
And he just pulled under.
He made it look so heavy.
He made it look so heavy.
What do you think he got, like 400 pounds on the bar over there?
That's the thing about really fast people.
It's like sometimes they can pull that first pull really slow,
and you're like, no chance.
And then they just fucking sling under it so quick.
The kid from Sweden.
Oh, here we go.
Get real.
Oh, yeah.
Travis is out some money.
Yeah.
Good clean.
Oh.
Good job. Oh is out some money. Yeah. Good clean. Oh. Good job.
Oh.
That a boy.
Travis thought he was getting a right hook for sure.
Pay that man his money.
I want to see that Venmo transaction right now.
Pay that man.
Travis, come up with that cash.
You got 20s on you?
Yeah.
I'll take that in pennies so I get to feel it when I walk home.
Give that man his money.
I will.
Don't worry.
I'll pay it.
Gladly.
He just totaled 281.
That just put him right in the mix for making a senior pay an empty.
Yeah.
It sets him up perfectly.
He's what, 16, 17?
He's 17 years old.
So he'll make it because if he makes it at the American Open as a youth,
he will qualify for a senior team.
That'd be awesome.
But the only person I know to do that would be CJ and Harrison.
Yeah.
That was easy.
Yeah, it looked great.
He's about to go 60.
So now if he gets 60, all he'll need to do is 30 at the meet coming up.
What do you mean 60 and he only needs 30?
He'll need 30 on a snatch.
Oh, yeah, gotcha.
I think by then he'll have a chance.
Jacob Horst just hit 290 at a meet.
Is that to win his weight class?
To not only win it, but to also, I mean, you've got to win it,
but then you also have to like.
Who does he compete against?
Jacob Horst.
Nobody in the youth.
Jordan Wissinger.
Alex Lee.
No, I mean, like, there's other 17-year-olds that are.
No, no, no.
Him and Morgan don't compete against anybody in America.
Yeah, juniors doesn't seem like a fair.
Well, and there's not even any juniors at 67 for him.
Nope.
Oh, we're going again here.
And we're not going to allow it either.
62.
What's he going 62 for?
Anyway.
Come on, Kendall.
Screaming into the microphone.
That's perfect.
That's kind of why we're doing this.
Make people know what it feels like.
This is the best.
Here you go.
This is the best.
Come on. Make this clean easier. This is the best. Come on.
Make this clean easier.
Stand up.
Nice.
Come on.
Up, up, up.
All right.
Good.
That just ran out of air.
Hey, good.
Let's see.
Dude, that was a good second pull, too.
Hold on.
Ryan, why 62?
He's going to make it.
All right. I'm going for it. Yeah. Let's 286 make it. All right.
I'm going for it.
Yeah.
What's 286 get him?
Wait.
Yeah.
So if he gets a 62, he did 20.
Yeah, that would be like 287.
I mean, I didn't lift the weight, so I don't really know,
but that looked very easy on the jerk.
I can see him getting this.
I think he'll for sure clean it.
I just don't know if he'll make it.
Gosh, he moves well.
She's awesome. Yeah, this is 85. he'll for sure clean it. I just don't know if he'll make it. Gosh, he moves well. She's awesome.
Yeah, this is 85.
She'll smash this jerk.
Watch.
Pow.
Yes.
Dude, that overhead is so gnarly with her.
Yeah.
Like, I need that torso.
Just borrow from here to here.
Yeah, she's got a strong overhead.
She's fairly new too, right?
You know what, dude?
I'm telling you now. If he hits this, there's going to be a lot of seniors retire.
I'm going to put it up right away, and then I'm going to be like,
you guys should retire.
I hope you write that.
Just retire now.
I mean, he's a kid.
He's a youth doing their numbers.
I'd retire.
Find a different sport.
Find a different sport.
Pick up bodybuilding. Go on a dive. Yeah. Stay in the game a different sport. Find a different sport.
Pick up bodybuilding.
Go on a diet.
Yeah.
Stay in the game a little longer.
You got a few more. You got a week or two.
You got until next Max Out Friday.
Because I think, so Ryan has hit 125 in a meet, and he's hit 155 in a meet,
but he's never hit them together.
So if he can put those two together in the meet in December,
that's going to be huge.
Yeah.
And then put more on top of that.
The goal is a 291.
Yeah.
Let's go, Rap.
Yep.
Yeah.
Does he compete for you?
Who? Rabbit? Yeah. Well, I for you? Who?
Rabbit?
Yeah.
Well, I mean, he's got a job.
He's been dinged up in injuries.
If he's doing well, then he's doing it for me, yeah.
No, no, no.
I mean, are you going to competitions?
Is he pushing AO 1, 2, and 3?
Right now we're talking about, you know,
because next year the AO 2 is in Winston-Salem.
Oh, cool.
So I think he's definitely going to do that.
Nice.
See, earlier somebody asked me, I made a comment like that,
that we're not going to do similar jumps.
Other coaches, all they care about is six for six.
And that might be true, but, like, come the American Open,
especially with Ryan, like, that's not necessarily the goal.
The goal is 291, however we have to do it.
Yeah.
And if he goes two for six and it's 291, that's a win.
Yeah, well, and he's safe on the junior world list.
So it's not as if, you know, somebody's going to knock him off.
So you can make some.
Make some ballsy jumps.
Yeah.
Which is what we'll do.
And, like, with Morgan, he's on the world list and he's safe on it.
But we're trying to increase his ranking on it.
Is he in that?
What does he got to be?
He's seven and top six are funded.
So we got to move up a little bit.
Which is fully capable.
Yeah.
She got CJ and Harrison in the top two.
Next week, remind me on Morgan.
I want to do some warm-up sets
with some movements that will help that.
Okay.
We're going to wrap it up here in a minute.
Let's do it.
We're going to go to the airport.
Right on.
I think everybody's pretty much hit.
I think everybody's hit their numbers, and we're about to wrap this thing up.
Isaac's about to hit one more.
Oh, we got one lift in the back.
Now he's taking his shoes off.
Shoes are off.
Hold on.
Uh-oh.
Are you done? off. Hold on. Uh-oh.
Yeah.
What did he say?
Yeah.
He's done.
He's done?
He's done.
I think everyone's done.
Maybe Hannah might go up, but that's about it.
We're going to go to the airport.
