I believe it's a game day for the Calgary Flames. It is again. We're finally almost to the point where the rosters are some of the NHL ones, but we're not there yet. I saw it tonight. It's not yet. There's like two guys that might play in the top six for the flames and like one defenseman. Wolf's going.

Yeah, and I, sucks for them. I think what's interesting, if you want to talk about just like asset management, I don't have great fears of Justin Kirkland getting claimed on waivers. Now, I didn't last year around. Maybe you should be doing him a favor if he can get claimed. Good for who.

Well, and I was going to say, I didn't think anyone was worried about Cole Schwint getting claimed last you either, but he did. He went to Vegas. He crushed it. He was great. In the shootout, he is a responsible centerman, whereas Rory Karen's a center that can create offense. Kirkland's a great story. That's what he is. Yeah, until he got hurt and blowed his knee or whatever. It's still a great story. It was an unreal story. Like, long time journeyman. Remains a great story. Yes. I mean, I don't think the story. I think the usurper is already showing up in Mr. Perak, and I think there's not anymore. Perk slides in. That pushes being to the practice 7,8 with Miramanov, unless you roll 7, and then one of them will hit waivers. But yeah, like you don't, it's not yet time for Pristev.

It's certainly not because Netsov, Solov, Solov are undeniable at this point, so let them play big minutes in the A for a bit. Sure. I was sort of the thought this summer that a low-key, like, interesting trade candidate would have been posthal. They extended them, but you just see how many guys they've got in the bottom six

and how many wingers are going to be coming the next two years. It's like, the thing about possible is if he plays as he has in the past, he's the one guy that has something unique. He's the one two years ago, yeah. Whatever, right? But then when his game started to become just more pedestrian, so, well, okay, well, now you're not belligerent

and you're not running around and you're not doing those sorts of things. You're not good. And to be fair, and to be fair, like, Klapke came up and was a better shit disturber and looked like he had a little more offense. We'll see if that last, it was a small sample. And Lomburg is Piston Vinegar on the fourth line. So Pospisil is not going to be Piston Vinegar. Like, I don't know what you're doing with that extension. He got extended.

Now, you could debate whether Kirkland should center a fourth line or him or Karens or versus him because I don't love him at center. I love him being a shitstirber on the wing, but I would put Klapka and Lomburg ahead of him. Yeah, we should cut the court to this because we have to debate clapka and pospso. Yeah, it's a forward seven, eight, and nine on this. Our wing are is seven, eight and nine on this roster.

It's not our fault. Are they even 7, 8, 9? Well, just because you're not counting centers, yeah. Oh, sorry. Yeah, like it's forwards. 10, 11, 12, 12, 17. Yeah. And look, it'd be great if you had a red hot Matt Vae Gridden, Ida, Sunni of,

Hanzek, some of these guys that'll be in the A this year, but it's clearly not now. And you know what? Gridden's been fine? Yeah, it's been really good. It's the first, like, pro season. coming out of him. He's a babe. He's a wee babe. He's in swaddling clothes lying in a manger. Attractive, man. He may well be. I'm not that familiar with his, uh, with his looks.
