Thank you. music 1.5% Hey, what's going on?
It's Quinn David Furnace.
Welcome to my show.
Quinn David Furnace presents the Bean Town Podcast for Sunday, May 15th, 2022.
What's going on?
How are you?
My name is Quinn.
And this is my show.
We're coming to you live on a Sunday morning.
It's a beautiful day in May.
Very excited to be talking to you today.
We got a couple weeks left here getting ready
for the big move.
And yeah, it's going to be, it's going to be a fun show. We're talking one direction.
We got a new right on cue segment. Man, we got something for everyone going on here.
So you're going to want to tune in. You're going to want to get comfy.
It's a nice Sunday morning. Maybe get some coffee, some OJ, whatever you need to feel comfortable. It's completely just
come as you are, just like a nice non-judgmental church service, the best kind of church services.
I want to say hello to my friends in Pakistan, hello Hyderabad,
hello Islamabad, hello Kiberpas, and you know for all you in those rural areas too, get your
Google Translate out because we're going to be, we're going to be you know, spelling, we're going to be, you know, spelling. We're going to be making one direction rankings.
We're going to be chatting about an art gallery idea that I came up with yesterday.
So I think it's going to be fun.
I think it's going to be a exquisite and tasteful array of topics today on the bean town
podcast.
And I don't think you're going to want to miss it.
Before we go any further, I want to mention,
listener discretion is advised when you are listening
to the bean town podcast.
Number one, we will occasionally use some language.
Number two, this podcast is objectively terrible,
but hopefully, hopefully a little late back today,
a little, you know, just kind of relaxing.
Cause I'm trying, I'm trying to bring that energy into this space, you know,
I'm trying to get everyone a little bit calm.
Things have been crazy in the world, just in my, my life alone, you know,
I got coming home last night.
I was out with dear friends of the podcast, Ryan,
Liggan, Christian English, and even Christians older sisters, well, here is a great time.
We were out in downtown Chicago. They were visiting absolutely fantastic to catch up, get
some beers, go to the art institute. We're gonna be talking about the art institute, not that one, but my new idea in a second here,
but man, I tell you what, I have reached the end of my rope
with this apartment basically,
and I don't wanna go through all this stuff,
but essentially, I think at kind of a core human level,
right, you want your home, your apartment to feel like, you know,
a place where you can come, you can feel comfortable, you know,
not have to worry about, you know, anything else,
just throw all your troubles away.
And I came home last night, man, and they've, it's really bizarre
because they've been doing showings in my unit, because my lease ends in, you know, 16 days here.
And of course they can do showings, but per my lease, I'm supposed to receive 48 hours.
Notice of, you know, them why I do a showing and, you know, it's kind of weird because my landlord is like this 90 yearyear-old Greek lady who uses an apartment service to, you know, handle all that stuff, which is fine.
But when she first put it on the market this time around this year, I got text from like five different agents all asking me to do showings, and I was like, okay, fine, like what guys, you do what everyone to do because most of them were all out of work.
But things I've noticed, it's very clear when someone has been in here to do a showing
when I get back because I never lock my bottom door, just the dead bowl at the top when I leave.
But when, you know, whoever shows the unit leaves, they lock both of them.
So it's clear.
And so that's happened a couple of times
without them texting me and I'm say,
haven't been home.
But it's just kind of like, okay,
that's kind of a pain in the ass
because they'll open some blinds or something
or leave a light on.
It's like, that's really your tini.
But last night I come home and my first thought
was, oh my gosh, I got robbed
because there was some stuff knocked over
there was you know lights on and a fan on and I was just like what the hell is this um and I've
done a fairly thorough walk through my apartment I mean hey that takes 15 seconds to do but it was
definitely just another showing
because again, the bottom door was locked as well.
And obviously none of my very valuable equipment,
podcasting equipment was stolen.
But it's just like, man, it's a real bummer
to come home after a day out of having fun.
And no one had given me any sort of heads up
or alert or anything like that
that they were coming into my unit.
And so what would happen right now
if someone came in while we were recording
the Bean Town podcast, it would be like,
hey, you know, this isn't cool.
And to make things even weirder,
I got a text last night similar to around the time
I got home from
one of these leasing agents asking to do a showing in my apartment like midday Monday, which
is actually less than 24 hours.
It was like, yeah, that's final bail work.
I don't care.
But then they texted me a little bit later and like, hey, I also scheduled something for
tomorrow, which is today, Sunday at 5.30 pm.
And that's usually when I'm like at, cooking dinner, it's my weekend.
So I was like, I try my best to be accommodating, but I do have a right 48 hours or less to say
no.
And so I'm going to go ahead and not allow access for this one.
And then here's a weird thing,
that leasing agent texted me back
and is like, Mike said it was okay.
And I'm like, I don't know who Mike is.
My landlord is K, I've never met a Mike.
And so I reiterated again, like,
you know, I'm not sure who this is.
Like, I don't quite understand this communication,
this confusion, but again, like, I do have a right,
per my lease, LEASE, to 48 hours.
So here's a really interesting thing.
I have no idea what they're gonna do,
are they gonna show up here at 5.30 PM?
And if so, it's going to be really uncomfy
because if they just come into the unit, which is happening,
and I haven't gotten into all the year-long specific atrocities
of living in the apartment.
But there have been multiple instances
of entering without any sort of warning, no knock,
and it's just like, man, it's uncomfortable.
I never have felt safe here.
I've never felt at home here.
So it's been a really shitty year in that regard.
But it's like, hey, are they going to come here at 5.30?
And then I'm going to have to go through this very uncomfortable thing
where it's like, I don't even know.
Like, I told you no.
And yet, you showed up here.
So it's all gonna be, it's 16 days,
and God, it cannot come soon enough.
The bizarre thing too is like last weekend,
I was getting texts from the leasing agent
being, they were telling me like,
guess someone signed for your unit without seeing it.
And can I come in and take a video so they know what they're getting themselves into because they've just seen pictures of a similar unit.
I was like, yeah, of course, it was one of those again, like less than 48 hours,
but while I was at work, so it's like, yeah, that's fine.
But I guess that application didn't go through it and get approved or something
because we're still doing all sorts of showing.
So it's just, man, I'm this close to being ready to sleep outside at this point because I'm just very uncomfortable.
And I've left a text in my landlord especially last night when stuff was knocked over and lights were turned on and stuff because I was just like this is this is really rough.
So anyways that's why I've been feeling very like on edge very like just always nervous,
always anxious. And so I'm trying to bring some cool
calm energy here to the bean town podcast.
So that's what's happening today.
I hope that you're having a better time with all of it
than I am, but I wanted to share with you.
So yesterday we went to the Art Institute of Chicago
and got in free with my DePaul ID,
kick an ass over here.
And I had an epiphany, epi, epi, epi, pH,
A and Y, while we were viewing these art exhibits,
and got all these amazing galleries, beautiful paintings, pictures, all that stuff going
on.
And I said, you know what, they got all this space.
They own it, but hey, imagine if you were renting this, it'd be crazy.
Why don't we come up with an art gallery that's just QR codes.
You really just need one room because each QR code
probably only needs to be what like two by two inches something like that. So
rather than wasting all this space on you know all these big frames and you
got to deal with your here's the other thing every every one of those rooms
every one of those galleries at the art institute has a hydrograph and
If you don't know it's something that measures basically like relative humidity and air pressure maybe something like that
I don't know but it's it's to you know make sure the quality air quality of the room is you know what you want and
You wouldn't have to have any of those
so you don't need the fancy, expensive technologies
and you just, all you need to do
is print out some QR codes, slap them on the wall
and you can link them to whatever image you want.
You know, you could have your moneys, your rodans,
your susans, your serrots. You could have NFTs.
One of them could link to Rick Astley YouTube.
Never going to give you up.
You could see Rick Roll people.
And then you'd be famous.
You know, like, oh, we heard about the Bington Podcast New Art Institute,
like which one is the Rick Roll?
You know, we got to find it.
And, you know, they'd have QR codes on the ceilings,
you got to zoom in to get the perfect,
this could be great.
And maybe one wall, you know, it's all QR codes,
but together they create one giant QR code.
So if you're zoomed out, if you're a little bit far away,
you're taking a picture on your phone,
then it recognizes a giant one.
And that could take you to BeentownPodcast.com.
Now there's an idea if I ever heard one.
This could be my next big creative project here
after Write on Q.
There are a lot of things to think about.
But speaking of right on Q, I'm glad I mentioned it because I'm happy to bring a new segment
to you all today. Here's what you have to look forward to when that next segment is.
Let's queue that up right now.
Next time on right on Q, the mass shooting in the Buffalo supermarket.
Here's what we know.
The 2022 NFL schedule release.
Buckle your seat belts, everyone.
And Finland applies to join NATO.
We look through 10 mistakes they made in their application.
Also, why isn't it in English?
Next time on Right On Q.
Well, that sounds like it's going to be a really fun segment. Why isn't it in English? Next time on Right on Q.
Well, that sounds like it's gonna be a really fun segment. We've got breaking news,
more, you know, breaking news,
and sports.
So, that's really all you could ever want in a show I feel like.
That's coming up next time on Right on Q.
And of course, you can always go to our website,
Beentown Podcastsyahoo.com slash write-on-Q
to see all the latest updates about that exciting new project
we've got coming up.
You can also go to the beantown blog.
You can check out our Cuts by Q here page.
Be a great time to mention our friends at Cuts by Q.
I made a sweet cut last week. I'm
really loving it to go bunch off the sides and the back like two inches off the top or something,
not quite enough for locks of love. But hey man, it was a good fresh cut and it's a nice kind
of summer look. So just remember when you need to fresh do something snappy and new,
call the experts at Cuts by Q.
Also our good friends at the Samson Q2U series.
They've got crisp, clean audio quality.
You'll love it.
You'll like it.
You'll want to just smooch it.
Like I just did.
Mm.
Kind of gross.
When God speaks, He uses a Samson. And of course, our good friends at Home
Pride Oregon call them up. If you want a safe certified home inspector that you can trust,
you can call 541-410-0316 and ask for Steve or you can go to Home Pride Oregon.com.
It's insured. It's double insured
You know, it's you're gonna want to trust the experts over there in central organ So give him a call he'll travel you know as far as I don't know
British Columbia, I suppose I'm not sure. I don't know how that license sure works
I don't know if if he passed all of those exams
We'll we'll check in with that and get back to you. But again,
homeprydorgon.com inspection, perfection. I almost forgot the catchphrase that would have been
embarrassing. So we're talking one direction here for no reason really other than just
to fill time. No, it was, it came up in a conversation between Rachel and I,
the other day.
I don't really recall what exactly we were talking about.
Oh, it came up because our kid fire,
who we talked about briefly last week,
just releasing a new album, they covered Harry Styles'
newest single, which I think is called, like, As It Was,
or something like that. And they covered it in one of their UBC sessions
that they put out there this past week.
And it pretty much sounded exactly the same.
It wasn't really a new fresh take on anything.
So I guess they just liked to play it, but still sounded good.
But that got me thinking, hey, man, I'm missing.
I'm pining PINNG for the glory days of 1 direction
here. So maybe we would wrap up this shorter installment of the bean town podcast with power
ranking, the five bandmates of the former hit boy band 1 direction. So to give you a
rundown, the five we got here, we already mentioned
Harry Styles, then we got not Neil Nile. I'm not sure because it's N-I-L-L, not
one of those new names we see very frequently. So I, you know, in American
English I'd be like, that's Nile, but I feel like the British, they tend to like
move things along very quickly. So maybe it's more like Nal, Nal learn something like that. And we got Lewis or Louis Tomlinson. I'm going to
call him Louis because I think it's fun. Then we got Liam Payne. And then we got Zane
Malik. So we're going to power rank these, you know, all of them and from from worse to
best. And if you're wondering what the criteria is,
it's completely subjective and way deep inside my own head.
So coming in at number five, the worst member of one direction
who Rachel actually shares from what I know shares this viewpoint.
And I was playing with her a little bit saying,
oh, no, he was the best.
I'm gonna put number one, but I can't.
Louis or Louis Tomlinson, born Louis Troy Austin.
He's the worst one.
He's just kinda, he doesn't really do anything.
He's put out a couple of singles
since one direction broke up six years ago.
And he was a judge on the X Factor in Britain,
which is where he was discovered.
And he has one album I think that came out
like right before COVID.
But you know, he just kinda looks like Harry,
but a little bit different.
And I felt like, you know, kind of at the start
of one direction, he was a little bit more of like the main guy, but it feels like, well,
everyone else was kind of getting better and cooler. He just kind of didn't really do
anything. And I don't think anyone's ever really seen him talk. He doesn't seem to have much of a personality.
So, you know, that's why he's number five.
Coming in at number four, we got Liam Payne,
which, if we're being completely honest,
no one knows anything about.
He's the most, not interesting, like, basic looking one of the group.
I'm not that he's not attractive or anything like that,
but he's just kind of like,
you know, he doesn't really have any distinctive features.
He's just kind of there.
And he really hasn't done anything.
I'm on his Wikipedia page right now.
He had a debut album in December 19th.
And everything about him is just like one direction stuff.
And let's see.
Liam Payne is a pop singer who explores other genres like electronic.
Well, that's just good to make sure you have in the Wikipedia article.
Looks like he's done some philanthropy, average support of UNICEF, so that's good.
Personal life, he dated someone from the,
an X-Factor dancer, he dated British model
and actress Naomi Campbell.
I feel like I've heard of her before.
He began dating model Maya Henry in 2019.
They got engaged in 2020 and, oh, sad ending in June 2021
announced they ended their relationship.
The couple got back together later that year and became engaged once again.
Wow.
So, it's a real roller coaster, but basically when half your Wikipedia article is just
your engagements, your breakups, and oh, he was on a, he did a voice roll on a 2016
episode of family guy.
You know, those are kind of the, those are kind of the main hits here for Liam
Payne. And gosh, I think if I was doing this over again, he would, he would come in at
number five because he kind of, he kind of stinks.
So that's Liam Payne.
And he's, he's solidly here at number four the second worst I guess rather than the fourth best
All right now we're getting into the nitty gritty number three
We mentioned his name earlier in the show what we did everyone else is two, but we especially mentioned his name now
And I a l l space H. O. R
a n
This is the guy who looks like Ellen DeGeneres, which,
you know, back in one direction was a thing that was, you know, you wanted to be compared
to Ellen DeGeneres. Now, not so much. Ellen is like half canceled. She's like semi canceled.
And I feel like, I don't know, what was that? She had that quote, like last year or something like that,
when she announced that, you know, this season
or whatever season of the Ellen DeGeneres show
or Ellen, whatever it's called,
because she's had multiple shows
that's confusing and it's hard to keep up with,
would be her last and the reason she cited was
because it's just not hard anymore.
And that was just like, I'm sure that's true for her,
but it's also just like a really terrible thing to say.
So because of all those quotes and the fact
that she's half canceled, that's why now
or only comes in at number three here,
because he just pretty much looks like him.
Looks like he, or it looks like her.
Looks like he had a debut solo album at 2017 Flickr.
I hardly know her.
And let's see, second studio album, Heartbreak Weather.
Ooh, might have to give that a listen later today,
release in March 2020.
Number four in the US, I miss that
if I'm being completely honest.
He's Irish.
Ooh, I thought they were all British.
But this guy now is Irish.
He's got his own website.
So that's how you know that it's a legit kind of thing.
And I will say this guy's Wikipedia pages
has substantially more material going on here.
Let's check out the personal life.
He enjoys golf soccer and gay like football.
That's gotta be a fun sport.
I feel like we ought to do a whole episode on that
sometime, it kinda looks like rugby.
Oh, the bean heads will find this interesting.
In the summer 2010, we'll play football
with Francie injured his knee and was diagnosed
with a floating kneecap.
Now, if there's one thing I know about patelli injuries,
it's, they're serious and they should not be taken lightly.
So, you know quick
a Quinn's medical minute here for all those kids at home when you're playing
gala football you think you've sustained a floating kneecap injury. You're gonna
want to go get it checked out. It's not something that you can just take care of
yourself. You can't do at home surgery like I did when I got when my braces got
messed up and my freshman dorm college after eating a muffin you're gonna want to go seek the advice of a
medical doctor or one of those one of those other doctors what it's like hormone
therapy doctors or something who they're like homeopathic medicine is that what
I'm trying to say here you know because either one of those should be able to deal with,
you know, a floating kneecap, I would say. So yeah, you're going to want to get checked out and because you won't be able to, you know, do this yourself. So that's Quinn's medical minute,
a brand new segment here in the Bean Town podcast. Looks like Nile has also done some stuff
in support of Black Lives Matter,
attended multiple London marches.
He was vocal about the 2020 election,
expresses distaste for former US President Donald Trump.
I didn't see L and do anything like that.
So, hey man, he was on an episode of I Carly.
So, he was a musical guest in Saturday at Live three years ago.
So we're talking about a guy who's really made something
of himself.
So that's why now comes in at number three.
And if I was doing this again, because I didn't research
them at all before I went live on the show today,
hey, he could easily be number two or maybe even one and a half.
So we've reached number two now
here and you know there's only two left really and I look it's interesting that I'm doing a
one-direction power rankings because I really don't care about one direction or any of the members
but it's kind of fan service you know I want to bring in a new group of students,
of kids, of everyone I want people to really enjoy it.
This is a show for everyone.
That's why we're doing this today.
So coming in at number two,
the bad boy of the group is Zane Malik.
Z, A, oh, his name, his original name is Z, A, Y, Z, A, I, N. But now he goes by Z, A, Y, N.
Okay. Here's a little show business lesson for all the kids out there that Zane Malik taught
us. If you want, you, if you want to get edgy, you're going to want to replace a vowel in your name, specifically
an I with a Y.
Okay, next time you hear the bean town podcast, it's going to be from Q, U, Y, and N. Quinn
Fernis.
Now, that is a name that's got a spark, it's got PEP.
It really catches your attention.
You're like, what is that? Inkin, INCAN, Quinn Furnace, that's David D.A.V.Y.D.
Quinn David, Zane Malik, known mannomenously.
That's a tough word.
M-O-N-O-N-Y-M-O-U-S-L-Y.
That's a mouthful.
Is Zane?
Or Azane, he's an English singer born and raised
in Bradford. I think that's in Worcestershire County. Zane is kind of the bad boy, okay?
And he was, as I recall, the first one to leave One Direction. It was a whole big thing.
He left the group. One Direction was in shambles. Certain fans have never recovered
since his first studio album, Mind of Mine, was 2016, lead single, Pillow Talk. Sounds pretty sexy.
He did a collaborative single with Taylor Swift and Sia, met with international success,
much like this show. He released his second studio album, Icarus Falls,
and now there's a great tragedy in 2018.
His third album, Nobody Is Listening in 2021.
Point, that, hey, you want to talk about,
you know, kind of a tagline for the Bingtown podcast.
Nobody is listening, that could be good.
Let's see, he's the only artist to have one
the Billboard Music Artist for new artists of the year twice. but he is listening, that could be good. Let's see, he's the only artist to have won
the Billboard Music Artist for new artists
of the year twice.
Oh, that's pretty cool.
Winning it with one direction in 2013,
and again in 2017 as a soloist.
So that's kind of why he made this number two.
There's a picture in his Wikipedia article
about halfway down where he's totally rocking
the Liam Gallagher look.
He's got kind of that big bushy hair on top and those huge eyebrows. Yeah, I mean, I don't know any of his songs.
I guess we can listen to pillow talk or no one's listening.
Let's check out these relationships.
He dated fellow X-Factor contestant Genevaline from 2010 to 2011.
Like we're supposed to know who that is.
He dated X-Factor contestant Rebecca Ferguson,
who is not the same Rebecca Ferguson that I know.
There's a Rebecca Ferguson who's a famous actress,
but this is not her.
And let's see, and actress Stephanie Davis,
all these no names, okay?
Why don't you date someone cool?
In the same year, Malik began dating English
singer Perry Edwards of the band Little Mix. I think that's, can't you get that at the
baseball games you buy a bag of Little Mix? It's got little pieces of checks, pretzels,
maybe a cheeto in there. I think that's Little Mix. This is all still in 2011. They became
engaged in 2013, but broke up in 2015. A lot of broken hearts in this one direction band.
Malik began and this power ranking says just turned into
Quinn, reads the personal life Wikipedia section of all five
singers. And that's that's okay, because that's what the fans
want. They want that kind of hardcore gritty on the street,
you know, digging into the details kind of reporting.
Malik began an on-again off-again relationship
with American model, Gigi Hadid.
Sounds pretty cool.
In late 2015, Hadid started his music video for pillow talk.
Oh, baby, let's see.
Anything else?
Hadid photographed them both for a Sachi campaign.
Versace.
They welcomed a child in September 2020. Okay, now that is
pretty cool. They spend majority of their time. This is interesting. At their
residence on a working farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where Malik tended to
horses and cows. I used to work all the time up in Bucks County. That's good
stuff, man. Oh no. Malik and Hedede ended their relationship in October 2021.
After Hedede's mother accused him of striking her,
oh look who else is canceled, wow.
So, Sains canceled, Ellen's canceled.
We're down to like three quality one direction guys now
and who are no names.
Let's see, court papers stated that Malik grabbed and shoved her
into a dresser causing mental anguish and physical pain and said,
Lut, lascivious threatening or obscene words. He was sentenced by Pennsylvania
Court to 360 days, just shy of a year of probation and completion of anger
management, domestic violence, education programs. Wow. I'm moving them back to
number five. Zane Malik is now number five. He's canceled them back to number five. Zayn O'Leake is now number five.
He's canceled, Alan is number five,
and Louis and Nigel, whatever his name is, Liam.
They're also number five, because they're nobody,
and they never will be.
Okay, that leaves Harry Styles.
He seems like a pretty weird kind of guy.
He's kind of got that like David Byrne's
strangeness to him.
But he wears crazy fashion.
He's a pretty good singer.
And I don't know if he writes his songs or not.
I think it would be extra cool if he does,
because some of his songs are kind of catchy.
But he just, he seems like a pretty down-to-earth of guy. So here he had word styles and that's his real name
too. He didn't have to change. It wasn't H-A-R-R-I-S-T-I-L-E-S. It's actually
authentic genuine wise as far as I can tell. So it looks like he released his
self-titled debut solo album in 2017.
And then let's see, he did some other stuff too.
It's the most recent, oh his second album, Find Line 2019.
It was the most recent album to be included in Rolling Stones 500 Greatest Albums of All
Time in 2020.
I wonder who he bumped out.
Probably like, probably Elvis or Joel.
The fourth single from the album was Watermelon Sugar, because I feel like that was like his
most famous song.
I wonder it's interesting that it was his fourth single.
Let's see, his third album, Harry's House 2022, which spawned the chart topping single
as it was,
which is how we started this conversation
because Arcade Fire just covered it.
The thing about Harry Styles is he's trying to be an actor too.
You'll recall he was in the Christopher Nolan 2017 film,
Dunn Kirk.
He's known for his,
and he actually kind of plays like,
not the villain, the villain where the Nazis,
but he's kind of a dick in that movie.
Aside from music and acting, he's known for his flamboyant fashion. He's the first man to appear solo on the cover of Vogue Magazine. Now that is pretty neat. Okay, so we've talked about his music,
we've talked about his flamboyancy, we've talked about his acting, which as far as I can tell,
it's just one film so far. Let's see. He splits his time between two homes in North London,
having previously lived in the sunset strip area of West Hollywood.
He said his lost angelic residents
having become disillusioned with the city,
or he sold his lost angelic residents.
Okay. He also owns the law department in the Manhattan borough
of New York City.
All right, let's see what else.
Does he do?
Styles believes in karma.
And when Chelsea handler asked if he believes in God,
he stated he considers himself to be more spiritual
than religious.
All right, let's get to some of this,
let's get to some of this good stuff.
Oh, he's peskitarian.
Oh, that's pretty neat.
Let's see, for 2011 to 2012, 17 year old styles,
J.D dated television presenter Caroline
Flack. He was 17 and she was 32, yikes. He briefly dated American singer-songwriter
Taylor Swift later in 2012. Oh, I missed that one. Let's see. From 2017 to 2018,
styles was in a relationship with French American model Camille Ruch, who inspired his 2019
fine line. Since 2021, Stiles has reportedly been in a relationship with Actress
and director Olivia Wilde. Isn't she the one that was with Jason Sidakus? And
now she's with Harry Styles. Let's see. Anything else? When asked if he was bisexual, he replied, I'm pretty sure I'm not.
Hmm, let's see. Hmm. I don't think there's anything else that good here. Okay, so that's
Harry Styles. But yeah, I think he's got to be number one here. Although I will say there's
maybe a little, you know, you didn't see this twist coming, but a lot of people
don't realize there was a sixth member of One Direction. Bonus Jonas was actually in One Direction
for a very short stint. And so I'm actually going to put him at number one. So coming in at number
five, we've got Louis Tomlinson. Also at number five, we've got Nile Horn. We've got, Liam Hendrix, or not, he pitches for the white socks. Liam, pain, I think his name is.
Also with a Y,
not P-A-I-N,
but P-A-Y-N.
And then there's a rogue E at the end.
And then at number one,
we've got Harry Styles,
and then at true number one,
bonus Jonas.
So that's our one direction power ranking.
And then we've got,
we've got,
we've got Harry Styles,
and then we've got, we've got Harry Styles, and then we number one, we've got Harry Styles, and then at true number one bonus, Jonas.
So that's our one direction power rankings.
Guys, it's nine o'clock on the dot.
I am going to make a cup of coffee.
It's tough to podcast without your coffee.
So I'm going to get that going.
And that's what I had for you.
I hope that wherever you are, you're getting
some nice spring weather.
It's really bizarre.
The last time we podcasted was nine days ago,
I think we didn't on a Friday.
Or actually, it was Thursday night.
It was the NFL, no, not the NFL draft.
Anyways, it was Thursday night
and that was already 10 days ago.
And you wouldn't believe it.
The day after Friday, so there is still more than a week ago,
rainy, 40 degrees really gross.
And then since then, it has just been hot as balls
here in Chicago.
Although yesterday wasn't as extreme,
and I don't think today's as extreme either.
But all this past week, man, it was like 90 sunny, humid,
after just like, now you can't even call it spring.
It was like 40 and raining.
And we saw the sun twice in 47 days.
So spring never really happened here,
but I think today is more like a nice spring day.
So I'm going to get out, enjoy it.
And I hope you all can do the same.
