2023 is going to be your best year ever, but you have a duty, a responsibility to actively
become a participant in becoming the 2.0 version of yourself.
Welcome to the Bedroes-Cooleon show.
Back when Q was rolling with Lorenzo and a Benzo, I was banging with a gang of instrumental.
Hey friends, welcome to the Bedros-Cooleon show. I'm Bedros-Cooleon, and today we're going to talk
about something really awesome. We're going to focus on the new year, 2023, and I want to make
2023, the best year of your life. And to do that, I'm going to give you a strategy, a game plan,
a playbook to go off of. But before we do, I want to tell you a funny story. Listen, we're all
friends. And it's just us here on the podcast and also on YouTube. So, you know, it's only millions
of people. But funny story. And I thought of this because I was actually in the restroom right
before this episode at the urinal. And guys, you know how we do this. We'll stand at the
urinal and we'll start reading through our text messages or scrolling through our phone, right?
So true story.
There I was in Las Vegas several years ago and I was running a coaching program, a mastermind
program, and during one of the breaks, I went to the restroom.
So imagine a giant ballroom, you know, it's a two-day event.
I got my, whatever, my jeans and t-shirt and hat like I normally do, my chucks.
And I go to the restroom, man.
and I'm scrolling through my iPhone,
and I'm taking a piss at the urinal.
And about, I don't know, eight, ten seconds into the piss,
I realize I'm feeling something really warm,
like on my right leg and then on my foot.
And I stopped looking at my phone and I looked down
and my urine stream had split.
You know, when you sometimes have the split urine stream?
So one was going in the urinal,
the other one was just kind of,
sprinkling across my barbell jeans, barbell brand jeans.
And so I was like, fuck, panic.
I got piss all over myself.
So new rule that I have is to see who texted me,
but I never go through scrolling until I know I have a steady stream of urine going
into the urinal main.
That's how we roll around here.
We don't fuck around and have a double stream only to be found out later that we just
pissed all over ourselves. So I had to go back up to my suite and had to change out. And then you're
calling like the room service and you're saying, look, I'm going to tell you right now, I need
laundry service, but I'm going to tip you extra big this time because I pissed myself, but not,
not the way you would think. But at the urinal, then it's a long story. So let's get into the year
2023 and how we're going to make it the best year for you, fellas, because I know that you are
focused on becoming 2.0. Like when I think about bedroost 1.0 and I think about
Bedros 2.0 now, like, it's like I've lived two different lives. You know, I was pleasure-seeking.
I focused on the things of desire instead of duty. I focused on pleasure instead of purpose.
And I constantly lived in this life of light levels of stress, depression, anxiety, overwhelm.
And I always felt unfulfilled as Bedrosse 1.0. But as I started to do the work, and for me, it was,
unintentional so it took longer. It only became intentional within two years of doing the work. The work
I started was, if you've read my book Man Up, you know that I suffered a massive panic attack when I was
38 years old, so about 10 years ago. And that panic attack was so scary that I felt like I was
having a heart attack. And in that moment, I'm like, shoot, this is how I die. It's so sad that I'm
going to die 38 years old. I'm not going to be able to walk my daughter down the
or teach Andrew to be a modern day night, right?
And so when I later realized it was a panic attack
because I went to the doctor the next day
and they said, hey, your heart's fine,
but you're obviously under a lot of stress.
You're obviously very overwhelmed and panicky
and quite honestly you seem depressed.
What gives?
And I realized that I was constantly leaning into pleasures.
I was still hardworking.
See, make no mistake about it.
I was making good money, but I was not disciplined.
I was making good money, but I wasn't getting enough sleep.
I was making good money, but I wasn't working out consistently.
I was making good money, but I wasn't eating right.
I was making good money, but I was not living congruently to my core values, right?
I had vices and addictions that I felt bad about, that I felt guilty about, that I felt shame about.
And when you are feeling guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, it's usually because you are living,
incongruently with the man that you want to be. The 1.0 man wants to become the 2.0 man
and the 2.0 man through your consciousness and conscience shows up and knocks on your door
by way of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, shame, guilt, etc., right? Until it finally for me led
into a massive panic attack. I'm being very transparent and honest with you guys because if you're
like, well, I think I suffer from depression and anxiety. Listen, I understand depression's real,
but I bet probably 2% of you out there have real clinical depression. The rest of you are living
incongruently with the man that you want to be, just like I was, and therefore your conscience
is reminding you that you want to be 2.0. You tell yourself that you're going to live a better life.
you're going to be vice free, that you're going to focus on your nutrition and your diet,
and you're going to focus on your family and your mindset, but you don't, and you give into the
pleasures and the desires of life, and you ignore your duty and your purpose, and as a byproduct,
you begin to suffer in silence. And you know that most men live lives of quiet desperation,
and they take that song to their grave. That's the reality of most men. I don't want that for you.
And so if you've committed to making 2023 a better year for yourself, the best year of your life,
and it is going to be the launch pad that you begin to elevate your life from and become a role model to the people around you,
become the pebble that creates the ripples, then you're going to love this episode and you're going to want to share this episode.
And by the way, guys, we know that only 24% of you watching this show of our viewers are subscribed to the channel.
And if you value anything that I teach on a weekly basis on YouTube and on my podcast,
I ask you to please, pretty please with sugar on top.
One, if you're on YouTube, subscribe to the channel.
And two, please on the podcast platforms, leave me a review,
a five-star review for the value that I'm adding to your life in exchange for this
transactional relationship that we have, right?
I charge you no money for this.
I promote no products on this show, right?
And if I'm going to promote anything,
it's going to be my own products anyway,
simply because I believe in my products.
I created my products because I believe
that there was a need for them in the industry
that I created it in.
And so I'm not going to push other people's shit on you.
And I am asking you that this is a transactional relationship
and that you leave me a review,
you subscribe to my YouTube channel,
and that you share,
and it would be very meaningful.
to me and I will continue to pump out content like this and literally shepherd you,
usher you to the highest version of yourself.
You have that promise and commitment from me in exchange for you subscribing and leaving
a five-star review.
So with that said, if you want to become 2.0, what do we need to do?
We know we have to embrace some level of personal development, right?
We have to become congruent with the man that you want to be.
that man, in addition to personal development and self-growth,
needs to also train hard and get lean.
Remember, one of our first episodes of the Bedros Kulian show
is get jacked and make a lot of money.
And I explained to you why, getting jacked,
getting lean and athletic,
and making a lot of money are some of the highest versions
of personal development.
Because in the process of getting jacked,
you learn focus, you learn consistency.
You learn delayed gratification.
You learn to put your emotions and feelings and thoughts aside and to come into the gym
or to hit the road and do those miles anyway.
You learn that if I want to get jacked and stay jacked, I have to eat clean around the clock.
I have to meal prep.
I have to sacrifice.
All of those things that I just talked about there, discipline, focus, consistency,
delayed gratification, sacrifice.
all of those things, emotional discipline to just completely disregard and avoid your emotions,
because if we all operated by our feelings and emotions, literally it would be chaos.
It would be chaos.
Like if I, every time I was angry, I decided I'm going to go punch a wall like I want to
punch a wall or punch someone or run someone over or do something stupid.
Could you imagine?
I'd be in prison or I'd be dead, right?
And if every time your emotions and feelings tell you that you're tired, you don't feel like it,
it's not a good day to work out or make money or do something good, if you listen to your feelings
and emotions, then you're never going to make it in life.
You're going to swim in the sea of mediocrity.
And that's where the unwashed masses are.
They swim in the sea of mediocrity, silently hoping that something changes for them and using hope,
hope as a game plan instead of actively working to change and impact their own lives.
They don't want to be an active participant in the elevation of their own life.
They're hoping that something changes.
They're hoping that they get motivated.
Motivation is fleeting.
Discipline is consistent.
So whether I feel like it or not, I do what is on the roster to do that day.
And you know that a high level of discipline and personal development is acquired through the process of getting jacked and staying lean.
Same with building a business and sustaining financial wealth, right?
Because when you build a business, you hire employees, you learn leadership, communication, mission planning, vision planning, you develop culture.
You begin to problem solve.
Look at all those high value skills that you get from entrepreneurship, being a successful entrepreneur.
You learn to deal with risk.
You learn to deal with chaos.
You learn to deal and process through stress.
You develop stress inoculation when you start a business because on paper your business plan looks good.
But as soon as you go to execute, like all of us that have been successful in business, everything will go wrong.
And that is the universe testing you and asking you, are you ready for success?
Do you really have what it takes?
Or are you just someone who is hoping?
Is your game plan a hope and a wish versus actual discipline and fortitude planning and execution?
Right.
And so understand that personal development is mandatory to become 2.0 and to have the most spectacular 2023.
You also must understand that there's certain physical challenges that you must do, right,
to be able to begin to build a harder mindset, a tougher, unshakable outlook.
Your outlook on life determines your outcome in life.
And so I want to give you guys three very specific things for free,
and one thing that you're going to pay $15.26 to
to that's going to help you kick off a better 2023.
Thing number one, and by the way, all these things,
now if you're listening to this on any of the podcast platforms
like Spotify and iTunes,
I'm going to ask you after the show,
go to my YouTube channel,
go to this particular episode,
and then click and look into the description box
where you will find these free things,
three free things that I'm going to give you
that's going to make 2023 even better for you
like next level better, not incrementally better,
next level better if you apply to your life.
Thing number one is I want to give you a free copy
of my book, Man Up.
It is an international bestseller,
it is a Wall Street Journal bestseller,
it sold enough copies to become a New York Times bestseller,
but because of the title, Man Up,
they did not give me the nod and put it on the New York Times list.
But as far as I'm concerned,
and it sold enough copies according to my publisher,
and we have evidence for this,
that it even became a New York Times bestseller.
But I share that with you
because I want to give you a free copy of Manup.
Now, you can go to Amazon and buy it.
You can go to Audible and buy it.
Right?
If you want the physical version,
you can buy it from Amazon.
If you want the audio version,
you can buy it from Audible or iTunes,
or not iTunes, your Apple music platform.
But if you want it for free,
you're going to click on the Manup
book offer and you're going to enter your email address and your name and I'm going to send you
the digital version, the e-book version of my book, Man Up, number one. Number two, also in the
description box in YouTube, you're going to get my six-week marathon challenge. As you guys know,
twice a year, I put myself through a six-week difficult challenge, something difficult that I'm not
good at that I'm going to get good at in six weeks. I'll usually hire a coach and they will coach
me up to that level, right? That six week first six week challenge I ever did was a marathon. I hired a
running coach and I told him that I don't believe I'm a good runner. I'm not meant to run. I'm meant to
lift weights. I'm a big dude. I'm 235 pounds at the time, right? I'm 220 now, but I was 235 pounds on a lot
of juice and I just benched and deadlifted and squatted and would get winded trying to even
jog half a mile. True story. And so I put myself in this mental box that said, I'm not good at.
One of the things was a marathon or long distance running. And when I realized that that is preventing
me from becoming 2.0, you see the things that you say you're not good at and then you put,
you have this, every one of us have this box. And for most of us,
that box starts really big, this giant box that says, I'm not good at, and then you might put
public speaking, running long distance, remembering names, a list of other things, right?
All these things.
And when you squish all these things into that box of I'm not good at, guess what you do?
You begin to reinforce the message and you find evidence to believe that you're not good at.
So I wouldn't, it's not like I was running and jogging at least two or three times a week
to get better at running.
So I just told myself, I'm not good at running.
Well, of course you're not good at running if you're not running, right?
And so I was like, fuck that.
I'm going to make my, I'm not good at box so small that one day it'll just,
boop, disappear and become non-existent.
So I started chipping away at every false belief that I had put in that box and said,
I'm not good at.
And the first and scariest one for me was running a marathon.
I was like, I'm going to train for six weeks and run the San Diego Marathon.
26.2 miles. Now you guys can get that entire marathon training program for free in the description
box in YouTube. And my coach created the training program for me. It's the same training program
protocol for you. You can download that. You can download the nutrition and recovery program.
And I went the extra mile. I didn't even have any mindset motivation for myself, but I went the
extra mile and I created a six week mindset motivation video and audio program for you so that when you're
going through the six weeks of training for your marathon challenge, you have every week you get a mindset
motivation video delivered to you from me that's going to put even more wind in your sales, right?
So for 2023, if you want your best year of your life, you have to tackle that marathon challenge.
I want you to go and just put your name and email address in there, get the marathon.
challenge and start looking for a marathon that's at least six weeks away in your town.
I don't care if you do the marathon, you don't have to do it the moment you download this thing,
right?
You don't have to start the six weeks the moment you download it.
But I do want you to commit that within 60 days of the beginning of the year of 2023,
I'm going to start training for a marathon.
So you have all the way until March, right, to have completed a marathon.
Dude, imagine how good you'll feel about yourself.
Having never done a marathon, never running long distance,
you will run and complete 26.2 miles.
It is such an exhilarating feeling.
You break so many belief systems.
You break so many glass ceilings that you've put for yourself
in every category of life.
Because it doesn't just make you a better runner.
When you do one thing really well,
you start doing a lot of things really well
because of that one thing.
And the third thing I want to give you that's absolutely free is my high performance leadership
course.
When I wrote my book Man Up in it, there are the six pillars of high performing humans, of high
performing leaders.
And those six pillars are what I've used to build a $200 million company and to amass a lot
of wealth and success for myself.
Well, on the back of my book, not literally on the back, but on the, because of the strength
of my book, I held a giant workshop where people paid $2,000 to be there for a day where I did a deep dive
into teaching the six pillars of high performance and leadership. You get all of the footage
of my high performance leadership course that we videotaped from that live event for free.
Why am I giving you this? Because I want to eliminate every single excuse that you guys have
for not leveling up because I know money is the biggest excuse.
Well, I don't have money to do that.
Cool.
These three things are absolutely free.
Yes, you'll have to pay whatever, $90 to run a marathon because you're going to have to
sign up for a marathon somewhere.
But if you're that broke, guess what?
You can just drive around, right?
Find a 13.1 mile course and then there and back makes 26,
point two miles, there's your marathon. You could do it in your own community. So you could even do
the marathon for free by setting the date six weeks out from your training and then literally running
13.1 miles and then turning around and running back and there's your marathon, brother. Right. But I want
to eliminate every excuse and every barrier that you have put in front of you so that I can force you,
shepherd you, guide you into the year 2023. And here's why, because I know that when you level up and
become 2.0 that you will begin to look for your sovereignty. You will look for freedom. You will
disconnect from the system. You will no longer become obedient to the opposition. You will no longer be
susceptible to the brainwashing because that is what is happening. You know this. Since 2020,
they've accelerated the process of keeping you broke and dependent and docile on them.
And I want you to become 2.0, not only for your kids,
not only for your spouse, not only for your mental, emotional, physical, and financial
freedom, but so that you were not dependent on the man.
You are not dependent on the system.
You are no longer a docile weakling, which is how they see you because they want to keep
you broke, docile, and dependent.
And now the fourth thing that I do want you to get is a book that you're going to have to
pay for because I didn't write it. Otherwise, I would have given it to you for free. And that book
is by Napoleon Hill. And the title is called Outwitting the Devil. And I want you to get the
audiobook version of it. Because when you listen to the audiobook version of it, you will hear
the character that plays Napoleon Hill and you will hear the character that plays the devil.
And Napoleon Hill interviews the devil on the stand in a courtroom. And he's got him right
where he wants him and the devil has no choice but to be open, honest, and transparent with Napoleon
Hill and Napoleon Hill gets the devil to confess why he has such a stronghold on the hearts and minds
of humanity and how you can break free. Now obviously the devil is a metaphor in his book
for the system, right, for the opposition, for big government, big pharma, big tech, big media
that want to, that work on behalf of the quote-unquote leaders that create the laws that aren't
necessarily good for you, the leaders that create the laws are designed to benefit them.
That's the reality.
And so, when you read Outwitting the Devil and it costs you $15.26, at least that's what I saw it on,
my audible account, you will listen to it and you will hear the devil and Napoleon Hill having
this dialogue and the deep voice of the devil that bellows is so powerful that I think it will
have the same impact that it had on me. Like, holy shit, this guy's speaking the truth. And Napoleon
Hill in this book outwitting the devil completely breaks, just breaks beliefs by talking and getting
the devil to admit how he uses addiction and vices and fear and doubt and uncertainty.
to control and get compliance of humanity
and how he uses churches and schools
to turn creative humans
into robots
who are no longer free thinkers.
This book was not written recently.
If you know anything about Napoleon Hill,
he's long been dead.
This book was written in 1936,
And it was so controversial that even after his death, his wife and his estate said,
we are not going to put this book out because it is too controversial.
And the wife instructed the attorneys that oversaw the estate that after she dies
and after all of her kids die, that then the estate could put out this book outwitting the devil
by Napoleon Hill.
finally in 2011 this book that was written in 1936 was published and it is more accurate today
than ever before and I want you guys to listen to it but I want you to get these four things
my free book man up the six-week marathon challenge to put yourself through a physical challenge
so man-up is going to put you through a mental challenge right it's going to give you
a aha moments it's going to like light bulbs are going to go off when you're
read Man Up. And in a six-week marathon challenge, you're going to go through a physical challenge.
And the high-performance leadership course is going to teach you the six pillars of becoming a
high-performing human and an effective leader to lead yourself and others to success.
And they're not winning the devil. Well, you will see how the devil uses government, media,
schools, churches to begin to brainwash and to take.
to begin to kill creativity and active thought of humanity.
And so I also want you to begin to create life structure.
In 2023, I want you to set a goal that seven days a week, you're going to wake up at the same time, seven days a week.
See, I wake up at the same time seven days a week.
And I do that so that my circadian rhythm doesn't get screwed up.
why party Friday night and Saturday night and Sunday and then wake up all fucked up on a Monday
because you partied you didn't get your workout in you slept in or you underslept and then now
Monday your most effective day to get shit done your dragon ass while I'm out there guns blazing
firing off all eight cylinders right so I want you to create life
structure that I'm going to wake up at a certain time every single day, seven days a week.
Number one, number two, that you're going to work out at least five days a week.
Number three, that you're going to eat clean 80% of the time.
Number four, you are going to actively become the congruent man that you want to be
so that you don't suffer through anxiety and depression and guilt and shame.
like your conscience knows what you should do,
what core values you should have,
the type of character you should carry.
If you're watching pornography,
that's not congruent to the man you want to be.
Stop watching pornography, right?
Recently, on November 12th,
I stopped drinking.
Now, I'm not an alcoholic.
I've got other addictions,
Vicodin, but I'm not an alcoholic.
In fact, I drink like one or two cocktails
a month, like a very social drinker, if that. However, I realized that alcohol is not serving me
at all. It is literally poison. Why would I poison this amazing physique of mine, this amazing
mind of mine, even a little bit, occasionally? Why would I use it to just take the edge off at the
end of a long day? That shows dependence, doesn't it? That shows a light level of addiction.
dependence is addiction. And so I removed one more vice out of my life. And that vice was not even
negatively impacting my life one bit. I did it so that I can be a more congruent role model for you
and for my children. My son is 17. My daughter is 15. I want them to know that I finally made a
decision to not drink alcohol. I will role model to them what a superior.
your man is versus telling them with my words. I will role model to them with my body, with the way
I treat their mom, with the way I carry myself, with the money I make, the living conditions and
experiences I give them. I will role model in every capacity. And the one tiny little thing
that I still had that was just gnawing away at me was, why are you socially drinking? Why? There's
no reason. I don't even like to drink alcohol with food because it kills the taste of delicious
food. It's fucking bitter. It's spicy. At 48, I get a little foggy and light, you know, a little light
hangover the next day, even from one cocktail or two cocktails. What's the point? Yet retain water,
right, which makes my beautiful muscles disappear for a day or two. Why would I drink alcohol?
Why would I lean into that little vice socially?
Oh, because it's socially acceptable.
Like what happens when you go to a cocktail party?
Well, since November 12th, I just asked for club soda or sparkling water over ice.
And no one knows the difference.
And I don't give a fuck if people ask, weren't you drinking?
Not even socially?
That's a little extreme.
You know what's extreme?
Your poverty.
Your poverty is extreme.
your fat, sloppy, unconditioned body is extreme.
Your poor, negative, destitute mindset is extreme.
It's an extreme example of what not to be, to your kids, to your community, to your employees.
So anyone that comes to me and says that a cocktail or two on a monthly basis is very acceptable,
That's cool for you, bro.
But I choose to be even more congruent.
I choose to go up Mavsloves-Loves' hierarchy of needs to the point of self-actualization.
I realize that life is a game.
Go back and listen to episode one.
If you're brand new to the Bedros Kulian show, go back and listen to episode one of the
Bedros Kulian show.
The rules of the game.
And the rules of the game demand that we constantly lean into it.
to growth, purpose, duty over desire, purpose over pleasure, become congruent with the man that we
want to be, to live a life of fulfillment and significance without anxiety and depression, shame or
guilt, a life of sovereignty and freedom, to have peace of mind, and to have sound sleep when I go
to bed at night because I carry no weight of guilt and shame.
that is the man the idealized version of myself that I am building and as my homie
Wes Watson says we all have a duty to become and create the most idealized version of
ourselves the man that we needed in our lives and then to gift that man to the world that is
what I'm doing that is what I want you to do and if you are
that vape hitting, alcohol drinking, porn watching, gambling, food overconsuming, television,
binge watching, Cheeto dust in your belly button, wearing this, this baggy fucking oversized
basketball shorts all weekend long around the house. If you're that guy, take one of these
steps, brother. And if you're like, man, I got most of my shit dialed in, B, I only have this
vape addiction. I only just watch porn every now and again. I only just gamble here and there.
Bro, remove one of those things. I'm 48 years old. And November 12th, 22, I made the commitment
to stop drinking. And I am not an alcoholic. I made the commitment so that I can become even more
congruent. Because I listen to my radiance. I listen to my conscience. I know.
what the universe, God, the Creator, wants from me.
Every day he pushes me to become a servant of humanity.
And every day to serve you better, I must role model.
One of my dear friends, Father Michael,
yes, he's a Catholic priest.
Father Michael says,
For the congregation to bleed,
the priest must hemorrhage.
Do you understand that?
For the congregation to bleed,
the priest must hemorrhage.
And that is what I choose to do by design.
I want to be a role model man.
I do it from my son.
I do it from my daughter.
I do it for my team members.
I do it for the people that I mentor.
I do it for you.
And I want you to just start the process.
And if you've started the process,
I want you to take on one more good habit.
I want you to take on one more high performance habit.
I want you to take on one more millionaire habit.
I want you to take on one more communication, leadership, problem solving, discipline,
habit.
I want you to get emotionally, I want you to just get emotionally, just one more percent,
better emotional control of who you are and how you react and change it to how you respond.
I want you to be a gentleman starting today.
open the door for your lady.
I want you to just take that extra step.
I will hemorrhage if you will bleed.
I hope we have that agreement, guys.
Now, in addition to that, I also want to tell you
that you cannot go around looking for permission.
If you're looking for permission from your spouse
or from some hero that you're worshipping,
if you're a hero worshipper,
or if you've got your umbilical cord attached to all these other people's belly buttons,
fucking stop it.
Unplugged from all these false heroes.
Don't ever put me on a pedestal either.
You are the...
Listen, if there's only one fucking pedestal,
you must be on it.
The idealized version of you must be on it.
Not me.
Not any other guru or influencer or thought leader.
I don't care if it's Goggins or Jocko or Ed Milet or anyone.
I love every single one of them.
Or Tony Robbins.
You get on the pedestal.
You become the ideal.
version. You become the hero in your life's story. If your life's story is a movie and the movie ends,
do you want your name at the end and the credits to be the hero and the star, or do you want it to be
taxi driver number two, as Ed Milet says? Or Guy in Park? Like, what do you want your credits to be?
Do you want to just be a, just to have a cameo in the story of your own life and the move of your own life?
Or do you want to be the fucking hero?
If there's one pedestal and that's all there is, you deserve to be on there.
But you have to earn that spot.
You have to earn that spot.
And the absence of earning that spot is when you begin to hero worship, is when you begin to take your umbilical cord and try and plug it into everyone else's belly button.
Fucking stop it.
Stop looking for permission.
Stop asking for permission.
In fact, the very first chapter of my book, Man Up, says, I give you permission,
and I want you to give yourself permission to become a better human, a better father, a better husband,
a better leader, a better entrepreneur, a better earner, better everything.
There's no one who can give you permission into leveling up in life but you.
There's no one stopping you.
There's no one that's colluding to stop you.
No one has decided to make you the victim of their conspiracy.
you may have it harder than the next person, but that is the human condition, brother.
That is the human condition.
The next thing I want you to do to make 2023 even better is to prioritize your priorities.
You know, we make excuses for all the things that we don't have time for.
I don't have time for that.
I don't have money for that.
Many years ago, one of my gyms, this personal trainer, she was working for me.
And she's like, comes to me and tells me, man, my car brakes are fucked up.
I'm like, how fucked up are they?
She goes, my car brakes are so fucked up
that when I go to hit the brake,
I have to anticipate the red light
like 300 yards out.
I have to look at the cross traffic that's coming
and look at their light
and anticipate the red light.
She goes, in fact, if I hit the brake too hard,
my car practically makes a right hand turn.
She was, that's how fucked up my brakes are.
And I don't have enough money to fix my brakes.
Now, that was on a Friday.
She was a personal trainer that worked for me
in one of my gyms back in the day.
This is a story that's about 15 years old.
And then she comes to work on Monday,
and she's got this beautiful tattoo
from her shoulder on down right below her elbow.
Now, she made excuses for not getting her breaks done,
but she found money
because she made that tattoo a priority, didn't she?
And when she made that tattoo a priority,
she found the money and the time to get it done.
And so I'm asking you, when are you going to start prioritizing the priorities?
Stop making excuses that you don't have time, that you don't have the money,
you don't know how, you don't have the information, you don't have the permission.
Like, fuck your sports.
You have time.
You're watching Monday night football and Sunday this and Saturday that and you don't own
the fucking football team.
You're rooting for a team that you don't even own.
You're wearing another man's name on your back.
another fucking jersey of a sports team that you don't own.
You don't even have a tiny piece of equity in.
Right?
What the fuck?
Fuck your sports.
Fuck your politics.
You know who Ben Shapiro's talking and you know who, you know, what got leaked from
Twitter and what Elon Musk is doing and what Joe, how many ice cream licks Joe Biden had
and what is the next stupid move that Trump made and what's going on with the pedophiles online?
Listen.
How does that impact you right now?
Now, if you get your shit in order, you get your house in order, then you will be more worthy
of fighting the battle in politics.
You might have the money to start investing in a sports team.
So fuck your sports team, fuck your politics, fuck the drama and the gossip that you
like to stir up and get all worked up about.
Did you hear what so-and-so said and did and cheated on and is, fuck that?
shit. God, man. And fuck your low frequency bullshit. You got to just say fuck it with all that stuff and
prioritize your fitness, prioritize your health, prioritize becoming vice free, prioritize your family,
prioritize your mental sanity. You have to prioritize your purpose, your money, your muscles,
and your sovereignty. You prioritize those four things, your purpose, your money,
your muscles as in get fit lean and jacked and your sovereignty be free and financially stout
and you will see that life is so much better for you that politics will not impact you
I live a life outside of politics make no mistake about it I am actively working
and helping reclaim this beautiful country of ours in the United States
I realize we are massively under attack from every angle.
But I'm only able to help because I am financially stout,
because I've got my house in order,
I'm physically, mentally, and emotionally fit,
and I know what my purpose is on this planet.
I've developed that.
Only then do I become an asset to humanity,
to be able to help and to rid humanity of pedophiles.
and to throw out tyrannical leaders.
I'm not even going to call me a leader.
Tyrannical ice cream eaters.
Bitch ass, motherfucker.
Guys, this is how you develop the man that you want to gift to the world.
The man that when you look in the mirror that you're proud of.
The man that your kids look up to.
The man that your wife says, God damn it.
How do you want it?
2023 is going to be your best year ever.
but you have a duty, a responsibility to actively become a participant in becoming the 2.0
version of yourself.
And it all starts with you getting into that description box down there on YouTube.
If you're listening to this on the podcast platforms, go follow me on YouTube.
Get into the description box of this particular episode.
Get those three free things that I'm giving you.
My book, Man Up, the six-week marathon challenge, my high-performance leadership course,
and then go to Audible or iTunes or wherever.
and get the audio version about winning the devil by Napoleon Hill and then start leaning
into action on the stuff we just talked about because 2023 is your year when you decide that you
are going to make more money. You are going to become leaner and healthier. That you will become
mentally emotionally fit. That you will become a better husband, a better father. That you will
become that guy that's going to chip away at his vices, that you will become the leader.
You become your own fucking hero that's on the pedestal. And when you do, you realize,
that averages the enemy,
success is your responsibility,
and when you make that decision,
goddamn it, everything in life will flip.
You will flip that switch
when you make the decision,
when you say enough is enough.
Guys, I love you to pieces.
Have a wonderful and successful,
2023, and let me remind you
that no man has never been rewarded.
There's not a single man out there
that has not been rewarded
for his hard work,
focus and discipline.
And so if
2023 ends up being a shitty year for you,
it is because you made it that way.
I love you guys. Peace.
Talk soon.
What's the difference between me and you?
Back when Q was rolling with Lorenzo and a Benzo,
I was banging with a gang of instrumental.
