Starting point is 00:00:00 The moment you guys start taking personal responsibility over every single decisions and every single outcome in your life is the moment that you take massive control and you start shifting the trajectory of your life towards something positive. Welcome to the Bedroskoolian show. Back when Q was rolling with Lorenzo and a Benzo, I was banging with a gang of instrumental. Hey friends, welcome to the Bedrose Coolian show on Bedroskulian. And today we've got a great episode teed up for you. It is four irrefutable life facts that will tell me,
Starting point is 00:00:41 everything I need to know about you. And once I share this with you, you will know everything about another person when you go through this mental checklist about someone. So without further ado, let's kick it off. Now, friends, if you're watching this on YouTube and not listening to it on the podcast platforms like Spotify and iTunes, if you are on YouTube, 74% of you are not subscribed. The biggest thing you can do if you get value from this episode is to subscribe, leave a comment and give us a thumbs up. And that tells the algorithms that we are doing our job here. I am adding value to your lives. I'm helping you transform into the 2.0 version of yourself. And we can reach more people worldwide. And that is the mission of the Bedroskoolian show.
Starting point is 00:01:27 So if I'm adding value, it costs you nothing to subscribe, give a like and drop a comment. Thank you so much. And let's get started. So if you're wondering where the idea of this came from, quite honestly it came from the gym every now and again I'm traveling the world traveling the country and when I do I get to work out at gyms all over the place right so you can imagine that I get to see a good cross-section of gyms all across the world like a few weeks ago I was in Australia and got a chance to work out at Australian gyms and all over the country here and whenever I do the number one thing I see no matter what time of the day I go and this isn't consistent for every gym
Starting point is 00:02:07 because there's certain gyms that have a very clean gym, meaning all the weights are racked up, all the plates are on the plate trees, all the dumbbells are in line, there's no filth anywhere, but by and large, most gyms worldwide, you can't find any dumbbells anywhere. And then the machines have these plates loaded up on them
Starting point is 00:02:32 and nothing infuriates me more than someone who leaves all these, weights on the leg press machine or a hack squat machine or some kind of a you know low row machine and the reason I say that is it's just poor etiquette right and it tells me something about the people who did that never mind the fact that so those same people probably leave sweat stains all over the workout gear as well and so I shared this with you because I was like man like really there are things that tell me a lot about a person and that one thing tells me a lot about a person and that one thing tells me a lot about a person.
Starting point is 00:03:07 Like the person who does that also has other poor habits and behaviors that really cause chaos in their life. And so I wanted to put the four irrefutable life facts together because this is one of them. And I wanted to share them with you right here and now. So irrefutable life fact number one is this. How you do anything is how you do everything. And listen, you've heard me talk about this before, right? Like that cat who doesn't put the shopping cart away at the grocery store, they just leave it out in the parking lot instead of putting it in the cart corral or taking it back into the store. That motherfucker is the same person that has a cluttered life that has not done their laundry, has not cleaned their house, has not organized their pantry, is not organizing their bank account.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Their relationship is struggling. Well, that same person also in the gym is not going to rewrack the weights, is not going to clean up their sweat stains on the equipment, and they're not going to put the plates back after they use the equipment. Now, I don't know about you, but I've been to probably hundreds of gyms worldwide. And I can tell you that every single gym has all sizes of people and all genders of people. Now, the only two genders that I know are male and female, but I also realize we're in 2024. so you might also consider yourself one of the other 19 genders. It doesn't matter what you consider yourself. If you're not physically strong enough to unload a hack squat machine that's got 5 45 pound
Starting point is 00:04:39 plates on each side, then you're kind of left to go do something else. And I've seen plenty of women walk up to a piece of equipment, get disappointed, and then walk away. And of course, I'll volunteer to take weights off. But if you're that dumb shit that is leaving plates. on a piece of gym equipment, leaving a sweat stain on there, that like someone could swim in. Understand that this is not your mama's gym. Understand that when you put the plates on, it is your job to then take those plates off,
Starting point is 00:05:12 rack them on the weight tree exactly where they're supposed to go, the 45s, the 35s, the 25s, the 25s, 10s, and then the 5s and 2-5s for all you really tough guys out there. And if you're like, well, listen, I walked up to the. machine and it had four plates on there and I used it a few times and then I walked away. Well, guess what? You're the last one there. Do something about it, right? Think about it. Aren't you the type of man that wants to leave things better than you found it? I know I am. And so even if I walk up to a piece of equipment in the gym that's got the necessary weight that I need on there, once I'm done using it, I'm going to unload that machine, put the weights back, wipe down the equipment, and then move on. Because how
Starting point is 00:05:55 you do anything, my friends, is how you do everything. That is indicative. Like you're not putting the shopping cart away in the grocery store. You're not rewracking your weights and cleaning off the gym equipment. Is indicative of your relationship, of your mindset, is indicative of your bank account, is indicative of your body. You probably have like, you know, listen, you probably do have a few pounds to lose and you've been working out in a gym forever, but you just can't figure out why you can't lose the weight because you don't have attention to detail. You don't have this desire to go the extra mile. You don't really care about society. You're a selfish fuck. And selfish fucks shouldn't go into gyms in the first place. And I think we ought to start a rebellion against
Starting point is 00:06:36 assholes who don't rewrack the weights and don't wipe down the equipment after they use it, even if they came on and used the equipment and it was already preloaded with plates. I don't know, call me crazy, but it just sounds like a really cool, nicely educated thing to do. You know what I'm saying. So understand that that one thing, you cleaning up the gym after yourself, you actually putting the shopping cart away bleeds into every other area of your life. Your relationship will improve. Your mental health will improve. Your bank account will improve. And you will feel better about yourself. I mean, eventually at some point, you're probably going to bring a friend to the gym. You might bring your kids as they get older to the gym. You want to be a dipshit of an example of
Starting point is 00:07:17 what a human is by not rewracking your weights and then having your kid or your friend. going, man, what an asshole. He leased four or five plates on that hack squat, you know, went down three inches in terms of form. I'm not even going to start ripping on your guys as form. And then didn't rewrack the weights and then moved on to do some leg extensions. And then after that, it was all biceps and triceps. By the way, if you're fucking training legs, you should be dedicated to a leg day at least.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Nothing irritates me more than dudes who will do like leg press and then hamstring curls. And then before you note, they're training chest, shoulders and buys and tries right out. after. Like that doesn't work that way, man. That's how you end up suing your legs for non-support. You know what I mean? So understand that the irrefutable fact number one is how you do anything, is how you do everything. Every dot is connected in life. Irrefutable fact number two is you're either getting paid for the decisions you've made in the past or you're paying for those decisions that you've made in the past. And you know this to be true. Now I know it's easy to start blaming mom and dad. it wasn't my fault, it was their fault.
Starting point is 00:08:21 And maybe you were abused sexually or physically like I was. I don't know, maybe you came from trauma and you're like, well, you know, if they didn't molest me, if they didn't beat me up, if they didn't pick on me, if they didn't bully me, guess what, Buttercup, these things happen, right? At the end of the day, whatever life decisions you've made, you're either getting paid for those decisions if you made the right decisions, if you made good decisions, or you're likely not making the right decisions. and therefore you're paying handsomely for the bad decisions you've made.
Starting point is 00:08:51 And you're probably thinking, well, it hasn't cost me any money. I just have a shitty life. Well, think about it. Isn't that a form of payment? A shitty life? You may have not lost money, but you probably lost the opportunity to make money. If you have a shitty life and you're living in a bad neighborhood and if you have, keep jumping from job to job, it's probably from a string of decisions
Starting point is 00:09:09 you've made. Yeah, but it's the economy. It ain't the economy. Because even when a company starts thinning out their employees, and doing layoffs, they're always keeping their best employees. So odds are you made a decision not to be the best employee. You made a decision not to be the best person on the team. You made a decision to not show up on time.
Starting point is 00:09:26 You made a decision to cut corners. You made a decision to do the bare minimum and now you're paying for it. And that is all in life, not just in work, by the way, right? So whatever decisions you've made in life, you're either getting paid by them or you're paying for them. And I'm here to tell you guys that the payment shows up in your relationships. The payment shows up in your health, the payment shows up in your mindset, the payment shows up in your bank account. If you start taking massive responsibility for everything in your life, even if other people brought the problem onto you, what if you figured out how to solve that problem, overcome that chaos, overcome the adversity, overcome the abuse, overcome the trauma, heal from it and become a better version, become the version of yourself that actually.
Starting point is 00:10:16 strives to make humanity better, to make more money, to be an example of what a lean and jacked and really conscious and considerate person is, right? You can't go around saying that, you know, I'm angry and I have emotional issues because of this thing that happened to me 15, 20 years ago, or this chick who cheated on me or because of this divorce, I was blindsided by it, or she's keeping my kids from me. Whatever the thing is, it came from a decision you made, because you probably made the decision to be with her. Then you made the decision to put a ring on it. Then you made the decision to fuck her.
Starting point is 00:10:54 And that led to some babies. And that led to her leaving you. And that led to you now wallowing in your victimhood. Or you start making decisions that actually have a positive payout for you. But the moment you guys start taking personal responsibility over every single decisions and every single outcome in your life is the moment that you take massive control and you start shifting the trajectory of your life towards something positive. And I want that for you because I was the guy that would blame everything around me.
Starting point is 00:11:23 I was the guy that had that external locus of control. In my 20s, even in my late 20s, I blamed the crazy chicks that I would date. I blamed my boss for my financial issues. I blamed the economy for lack of clients. And so I couldn't get enough personal training clients. I blame, blame, blame, blame, blame. I realized looking back, I could have done so much more and made such better decisions, even if that meant calling
Starting point is 00:11:51 20, 30, 40 more people just to sell more personal training sessions when I was a big personal trainer in a big box gym, right? So there's always something you can do. There's always a better decision you can make. There's a decision you can make on whether you're going to eat that ding dong or that ho, put it in your pie hole and end up having gelatinous tithies and fucking, you know, stretch marks around your belly button. There's a decision you can make if you're going to put that video game controller down
Starting point is 00:12:13 or you're going to stay on that couch in that dark, dank room for another couple hours, stuff more Cheeto dust in your belly button, and then wake up late tomorrow morning, feeling depressed and down about things because you know you're not doing the things you ought to be doing. Those decisions that you make today, tonight, this afternoon, this morning, are going to cost you tomorrow next week, next month, next year. Or those decisions that you're making today, tonight, tomorrow next week, are going to pay off for you, right? of course you're going to have to make the hard decisions.
Starting point is 00:12:46 You either need to make the hard decisions that aren't the funest decisions to make now and then take the payoff in the future, or you make the fun decisions now, the easy decisions now, and then you have a hard life later. But either way, you're going to have to pay for it, either on the front end or the back end.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I don't know about you, but I live a pretty fucking awesome life. And it's because I started to make better decisions and I started to take full responsibility of everything. And the moment I started to do that, even when people outside of my control negatively impacted me, I took responsibility and I started to make decisions that would put me on a trajectory to make more money, to have a better life, a better relationship, better health, better everything. And I want that for you.

So go to truene.com, use code word bedros and take advantage of this amazing offer. Now back to the show. Irrefutable fact number four about life. Or I should say number three, actually. Your income will never exceed your level of personal development. So think about this.
Starting point is 00:14:37 We just talked about the idea of, getting paid for the decisions that you've made or paying for the decisions that you've made. Well, the reality is, number three, is your income will never exceed your level of personal development. And the reason those two things are connected, your personal development and your income are connected is because if you are better developed as a human, you have more mental toughness, you have more emotional discipline, you have healed from your traumas, whatever the trauma is, physical abuse, sexual abuse, mental abuse, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:15:11 Right? Maybe you come from a whole family of addicts and you're like, it stops with me. Like you start taking the responsibility to fix your shit to square yourself away, right? That means you're doing some high level of personal development. You're reading the books, listening to the audio programs like this. You are going and working with a therapist. You are doing the journaling that you need to do so that you can have better emotional and mental discipline. that you become a better decision maker. The person that has a higher level of personal development,
Starting point is 00:15:45 higher level of self-mastery, is naturally a better decision-maker. Those dots are connected. Number two and three here are connected because if you are developed as a human, if you have higher levels of self-mastery, then you will make the better decisions. And when shit decisions end up happening to you,
Starting point is 00:16:04 maybe someone does something, right? you're minding your own business, driving down the street, drunk person runs a red light, smashes into you in the middle of the afternoon. It certainly wasn't your fault. But you can start making a string of better decisions from the moment that car accident happen if you have higher levels of self-mastery and personal development. And so where it ties into your income is this. When we say that your income will never exceed your level of personal development,
Starting point is 00:16:32 understand that the person who's higher developed, more emotional discipline, more mental toughness, has a better understanding of self, is more connected to consciousness, is on their journey, the 2.0 self, they will make better decisions in their business, in their work, in terms of making more money. They will also end up making better decisions
Starting point is 00:16:54 and they won't be limited to impulsive ideas that end up spending money and they will start doing things where they actually invest the money in the things that pay the highest returns, which is themselves and their businesses, right? And this is why your income is limited by your personal development. You show me someone that has a higher level of personal development and self-mastery.
Starting point is 00:17:17 I will show you someone who has better impulse control, has higher levels of singularity of focus, they are more consistent, they are more dedicated, they are not easily distractible, and therefore their income is a byproduct of all those factors. And what's really rad about that is, not only can you make more money
Starting point is 00:17:40 if you have higher levels of personal development, but you also end up investing that money and growing it better. You end up saving that money better and not impulsively buying shit that you don't need to impress people that you don't like just to get some bullshit sense of validation from people that you don't even respect, right? That's the beauty of self-mastery and personal development.
Starting point is 00:18:02 And so if you're not going to do it for the sake of being a better human, do it for the sake of making more money and solving the problem of not having enough money in your life. Now, finally, number four. Irrefutable life fact number four is this. Most of your anxieties and depressions can all be solved if you just get your shit together. The reality is most people are struggling with the high level of anxiety, high level of depression, and high level of overthinking.
Starting point is 00:18:34 And the reason these things happen is they don't have their shit together. What is having your shit together look like, you might ask? I'm glad you did. What if you were to go to bed and wake up at the same time? Like you go to bed at the same time, you wake up at the same time seven days a week. Now your circadian rhythm is balanced, right? Instead of during the week going to bed at the same time. same time, waking up at the same time, but on the weekends, sleeping in, or on the weekends,
Starting point is 00:19:01 staying awake a lot later and then sleeping in, messing up your circadian rhythm. Then Monday comes, and now your circadian rhythm is all messed up, and you're trying to figure out how you're going to crush Monday while struggling from sleep or lack thereof, right? Or the fact that you're not getting your sleep, you're not getting your exercise, you're not eating right, you're eating foods that are highly processed, you're eating foods that are high in sugar, you're eating foods that are high in stimulants like caffeine, and then you're trying to figure out how exactly am I going to be a high-performing human? Those dots don't connect. You're not getting outside and getting some mileage in. You're not getting sun on your body,
Starting point is 00:19:44 which your body highly needs. You're not hydrating enough with water. Instead, you're drinking soda pop. You're drinking energy drinks. You're drinking, you know, some type of mocha, capa fucking chino. For what? A shit. ton of sugar, a shit ton of caffeine, and now you've got all this energy, but you're not out there chasing your dreams. And if you're not out there chasing your dreams, of course your conscience is going to try and get your attention by giving you anxiety and depression. That is where anxiety and depression come from. When you are incongruent with the person that you want to be in life, with the work that you want to do in life, with the changes that you want to make for your life,
Starting point is 00:20:24 if you are incongruent with that person, with your higher level person, with your higher level self, with the potentiality of who you are, if you are incongruent with that person, your conscience begins to try and get your attention so that you can take action in the form of anxiety, depression, and overthinking.
Starting point is 00:20:45 And so what do you do? You end up doing the opposite of what you should do. You stay inside more. You eat shitty processed foods that taste good in the moment, and released dopamine, but they're bad for you and create an energy drop. Right? Too much sugar, too much fat, too much processed shit.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Not enough sunlight. Not enough going out there and getting after it in terms of cardiovascular training. Not enough resistance training. You're now screen sucking on social media. You're doing all the things you shouldn't do. And then what's the number one thing that you ought to be doing is chasing your dreams. And you're not doing that because you're too busy being a fucking human animal. You see the problem there, right?
Starting point is 00:21:23 it ain't rocket science my friends it ain't rocket science and so when i say that the most of your anxiety and depression can be solved by getting your shit together like the caveman knew it they would wake up when the sun would start peeking through the cave they would go to sleep when it got dark they would do that seven days a week they're out there chasing and building which means they're getting their workouts in and they're getting cardio in they're out in the sun getting that sunlight on their body. There is no Starbucks and energy drinks at a convenience store, so they're drinking fresh water. They're staying hydrated. And God knows they are purpose driven chasing their dream, and their dream is what? To survive another day, because when you're a fucking caveman,
Starting point is 00:22:06 you got a saber-toothed tiger somewhere around the corner ready to attack you. And there is no processed food for them to eat. They're eating like fresh meat, and then fucking twigs and berries, fruits and vegetables that they're picking and planting. Like the cave people, like we are so sophisticated here in 2024, yet cavemen had it right. And I'm telling you that you know this. You know this. And unless you do something about it, you're going to keep feeling overwhelmed. You're going to keep feeling anxious.
Starting point is 00:22:40 You're going to keep feeling depressed. And that is the gnawing of greatness that you feel in your gut. Now, you could either continue to try and escape and ignore. the feeling. And it might be food, might be alcohol, might be television, social media, I don't know, weed, whatever it is to escape that feeling of anxiety and depression and overthinking. Or you can actually stop and go, what am I not doing that I should be doing that if I were a caveman, I would naturally be doing.
Starting point is 00:23:12 And it's what? Train hard. Get after it. Chase your dreams. Drink your water and stay hydrated. Stay away from chemicals and fucking things that are highly, highly, highly going to stimulate you. Control the amount of sugar you eat, the amount of processed junk you eat, the amount of fat you eat. Be surrounded by people who are on the same mission that you're on and figure out what it is that you want to do in life and start chasing that fucking dream.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Make that money and get fucking jacked. You know it to be true. Every time I say it, make money and get jacked, those of you out there that do it and you hear it, and you hear it, six months later, I get a DM or I see in the comments like, oh my God, I started making money getting jacked and everything changed for me. Why? Because both entrepreneurship, making money and working out, getting jacked, they are the highest level of personal development. That's the reality. It's the highest level of personal development. And so by default, if you're doing that, you are avoiding anxiety and depression. That doesn't mean that you won't have like brief moments
Starting point is 00:24:20 of it, acute experiences of anxiety and depression. We all have. that. But overall, you won't have to get medicated with alcohol, food, television, weed, all the things that you're using to distract yourself and to escape the realities that you're not living the life that you should be. So let's summarize this. Number one, how you do anything is how you do everything. Number two, you're either getting paid for the decisions that you've made in the past or you are severely paying for those decisions. that you made in the past. Number three, your income will never exceed
Starting point is 00:24:59 your level of personal development. And number four, most of your anxiety and depression and overthinking and overwhelm can be solved by you getting your shit together. It really is a very simple process, fellas. And I want you to apply this to your life like I did to my life 20 years ago and I became a completely different man.
Starting point is 00:25:20 I have more income, more impact, more influence over humanity. I'm congruent with the man that I say I am, and I'm proud that my kids want to emulate me, want to be like me. They're proud of me. And that's a pretty damn good feeling. So guys, if you got any value from this episode and I hope you did, please do me a favor and subscribe, like, and comment.
