Winning is for the obsessed.
You must be obsessed if you want to win.
You must be obsessed with the goal, the journey, the outcome, the experience, the rejections,
the resilience, the grit.
And throughout that journey as you hit these micro wins, celebrate them and then lock back in.
Welcome to the Bedroskoolian show.
Back when Q was rolling with Lorenzo and a Benzo, I was banging with a gang of instrumental.

more people on board with changing and transformation, changing and transforming to their highest
self. So without further ado, let's kick off this episode.
Today I want to talk to you guys about something that I think is pretty meaningful, which is if you are tired of being a loser, I think I've got an episode that's going to help you. In fact, I know I've got an episode that's going to help you because I believe most people are tired of being a loser. What I mean by that is you probably have big goals and dreams, but all the distractions around you are keeping you in a place of loserville, right? And if you think like, man, winters are born in a certain way, winters have some kind of special pedigree that I don't. The truth is that.
is there's nothing special about winners that you don't have.
The only difference is winners spent more time dealing with rejection, doing hard things,
and being at a position where they had to exercise resilience, focus, and discipline over and over
again.
It was a very specific choice that winners made.
And so once I explained to you how winning in life and in business is formulaic,
you're going to be blown away and then you're going to use this.
step-by-step process that I have for you to win in any category of life, in your business life,
in your health life.
If you want to finally get fit, have abs, get jacked, or in a relationship, you're going to be
able to win.
But first, you have to put away your loser habits, beliefs, and behaviors.
And quite honestly, I think for a lot of people, that's the hardest thing.
And so let's dive into this.
Here's the deal.
What do losers do?
Because I think if you could start by saying, what does a loser do?
Because if you can identify what a loser does in their life, you just kind of do the opposite
and you get to where you want to be, right?
Well, losers typically hit the snooze button in the morning.
They don't just jump out of bed.
They grab their phone and they start screen sucking off social media.
They tend to procrastinate in life.
They put things off.
They don't put any definitive date to anything they're doing.
So they just kind of kick the can of desire and ambition down the road.
they'll they'll have no structure in their day whatsoever in fact you know structure and scheduling
things are just kind of non-existent in a loser's life and if this is like you're like oh my god
dude it's like you're looking directly into my life then you my friend might be operating as a loser
and i share this with you because so many times you have this misconception that winners are something
special that they're part like i said a part of a pedigree and that's not the truth man not a
at all. But you are living like a loser. You don't have the structure. You're procrastinating in life.
You're screen sucking first thing in the morning. You're hitting the snooze button instead of getting up
and dominating your day, right? You treat your body like a dumpster. You just, you know,
you put energy drinks, coffee, all types of bullshit in, bagged, processed foods, even before you drink
any water. So think about that. The thing that your body's looking for first thing in the morning
is water, yet you're putting either energy drinks, coffee, or processed bagged foods into your pie
hole. And you're treating your body like a dumpster. And therefore, it is operating like a dumpster,
slow, sluggish, unorganized and unstructured, right? And of course, what else do losers do? Well,
they don't have goals. They don't, they have these, like, kind of vague dreams, but they don't
have goals. And they're really good at settling for mediocrity and then making excuses. Well,
I'm like all my friends. Well, guess what, motherfucker? If all your friends are losers, do you have to be
like them?
Not don't go comparing yourself to all your friends who are losers and saying I'm I'm actually better than them because I'm less of a loser
You know I make a whopping $14 an hour while the rest of them make $12 an hour
You get what I'm saying right so when you when you're when you're celebrating mediocrity and you think like that's okay
That is accepting being a loser in your life and of course a lot of losers they operate from a place of fear and doubt
Right well what if this goes wrong like what if I try to live my dreams and this goes wrong or what
What if I try and do this and it doesn't work out, doubt, right?
Okay.
So you do something and it doesn't work out.
You fail and then you get back up and you do it over again.
And you learned one way that doesn't work.
Maybe this next way will work.
Or doubt is simply something that, you know, you can come up with a lot of doubts.
Like, man, what if I'm eating a bowl of clam chowder and all of a sudden I fall face forth
and I drown in a bowl of clam chowder?
Technically, you can drown in a bowl of soup.
Does that mean that I'm going to have fear and doubt about eating soup?
No, not necessarily.
Right. So what I'm telling you here is if if all of these things that I just listed off sounds familiar to you where you've got no structure, you've got no real goals in life, you've got no desirable skills that people are looking for, you don't have any kind of sense of urgency or agency in your life.
And quite honestly, you're treating your body like a dumpster and you're celebrating mediocrity and you're just, eh, getting by.
yet you're jealous of what you're seeing on social media,
of the people who are winning,
you think that they somehow cheated their way to success
and happiness and abundance and awesome experiences?
They didn't.
They didn't.
Are there people out there who cheated their way to anything?
Yeah, absolutely.
But by and large, the people that are winning in life
is because they probably spent a better part of a decade losing.
They just got really good, like I said,
at taking risks,
experiencing hardship, having failures, and then getting back up and demonstrating grit and resilience
and pushing through, even knowing that they might fail again, have more hardship and have to
deal with more rejection.
That is the formula for winning.
So what do winners do that's so different than losers?
Before I dive into that, I want to explain something to you, something that an old friend of
mine did right in front of me with a handful of his top salespeople and I thought it was very
powerful. He and this was this happened let's see this happened in 2011 so we were in the depth of
the 2008 housing market crash 2011 you know the unemployment rates was through the roof and people
didn't have a lot of jobs people didn't have a lot of discretionary income they didn't have the
ability or desire to spend money on services. Yet my friend and his company sold these high
ticket services. And he had four salespeople who were working for him. Two of them were really good
at what they did. The other two were just kind of mediocre and average. And right in front of me,
he was coaching up the two who were mediocre and average. And he started to ask him, what do you think
it is that these two do, who are much better than you guys at sales, that you guys, that you
don't and they said well they make a lot more phone calls than us they deal with a lot more
rejections they ask for the sale more frequently right they listed off the things that the
winning sales guys were doing and he said well why aren't you guys making more phone calls
aren't you guys willing to deal with more rejection why aren't you guys willing to ask for
the sale more frequently and they gave some BS excuse about time or they don't know how
or it's kind of difficult or whatever right well the reality was
this. He said, listen, if there was a gun to your head right now, do you think you can double
the number of calls that you can make to be able to reach their goals? Yes, they both said.
He said, if there was a gun to your head, do you think you could overcome more objections,
ask for more sales? Yes, was the answer. And he said, why don't you guys just operate like
there was a gun to your head, right? And the reason I share this with you is, oftentimes,
when I say that, you know, you're operating like a loser because you don't know how to control
and eliminate the distractions in your life, people go, well, then how do I do that? Like, as though
you need a skill or a strategy to be able to control or eliminate the distractions in your life.
You don't. If you operate like there was a gun to your head, you wouldn't just wake up and
hit the snooze button. If you knew that someone was going to pull the trigger, bang, you're dead.
If you hit the snooze button, you're going to hop out of bed before that alarm goes off.
If you know there was a gun to your head, then you are going to make sure that you don't
screen suck.
You're going to make sure that you drink your water and not eat the processed foods and the
energy drinks and coffee.
You're going to make sure that you have some kind of goal with a definitive date attached
to it.
You're going to make sure that you get up every day and you work towards those goals
by taking micro steps towards achieving those goals in life, right?
You're going to make sure that you treat your body like a temple and not a fucking
dumpster if there was a gun to your head. All of a sudden, you have impulse control. All of a sudden,
you know how to avoid distractions. All of a sudden, you have this magical ability to stay focused.
Why? Because you're going to operate like there's a gun to your head. That is what separates
winners from losers, my friend. See, not a lot of people will tell you this. But winners put so
much pressure on themselves. It's the metaphorical gun to the head.
that will get you to do the things that you ought to do.
Now, in the beginning, you might have to operate
like there's a gun to your head
when you're trying to push through being a loser
because the inertia of being a loser is very strong.
The temptation to screen suck,
to eat food that's bad for you, but taste delicious,
to not get out of your mom's basement
and living like a fucking vampire
in a dark, dank bedroom or basement.
All of those temptations are,
Great, but what if you actually combed your hair?
What if you brushed your teeth?
What if you hopped out of bed?
What if you actually focused on a task list that you made the night before?
And then you attack that task list because you metaphorically assume that someone's got a gun to your head.
This is how winners think, my friend.
And if you go, well, man, that sounds too extreme.
My rebuttal to you is that the extreme lifestyle that you're living of having gelatinous titties
and stretch marks around your love handles.
and being just massively degenerating your body.
Like that's extreme, don't you think?
It's extreme that you should be a formidable man,
that you should be someone who's lean and athletic,
who's intelligent and well-spoken,
who has the means and the ability to manage his finances,
who carries some level of emotional intelligence.
But you lack all of that, and you're a man child, right?
You're still living off of impulsive design.
desires instead of very predictable duties, right?
As a man, you have to outline, what are my duties?
And your duty is to attack your goals, to chase your dreams, to set dates and deadlines
that you want to achieve these.
And these dates and deadlines must become non-negotiable for you.
So what do winners do?
One, they set clear goals and they attach dates and deadlines to it.
Number two, they acquire the skills they need to achieve those goals.
And if you're thinking, well, I don't know how to acquire that.
I don't know why I can't afford a business coach like you, Beidros, you cost $100,000
for a year of coaching.
Great.
This content is free.
There's other tons of content and great YouTube channels and podcasts out there that are
absolutely free that do a great job educating you.
So yeah, if you hire a coach, I can take you and or any great coach can take you and say,
here's a game plan for you to achieve.
the desired outcome. And here's the things you're going to do and here's the things you're
going to avoid. And there's a coach. I'm going to hold you accountable. We're going to have our
monthly coaching calls and we're going to have our half days and I'm going to make introductions and
open doors for you. That's what a paid coach would do. But in the absence of paying a coach to do that,
you must be the one that holds yourself accountable. You must be the one that creates a structure
for yourself. You must be the one that has to go out there, listen to the podcast episodes, read the
books, buy the courses, watch the free YouTube videos, and curate the information you need to
develop the skills that are needed to achieve those goals, right?
Also, winners happen to lock in.
And when they lock in, they have zero compromise for distractions.
Zero compromise.
Yeah, but as my old friend's birthday, doesn't matter.
You're going to have to miss it.
But there's this wedding that I need to go to.
Why?
Well, they're an old family member.
You haven't seen them for a year who gives a shit, right?
zero compromise for distractions.
You have to eliminate vices.
At some point, you're going to have to be a man and realize that pornography,
video games, television, social scrolling, alcohol, weed, all these things that you use as distractions
to avoid and escape your realities, your frustration of being a loser, they dig you deeper
into that hole of being a loser, right? All of those vices that I just listed, you've got to
eliminate because you may not be addicted to all of them. You might be addicted to some of them,
but I can tell you all of them are some form of dependency, meaning you depend on it to fall asleep.
You depend on it to take the edge off. You depend on it to relax.
I don't know a lot of people who have dependencies and addictions to vices who are also massively
successful. Now I know in the comments, some of you knuckleheads are going to be like, oh,
what about so and so and so and so? Yeah, you may find the outliers, but the majority of people who
are winning at life and happy, successful, thriving, goal-focused and oriented, and are seen
as leaders and achievers who do things to inspire and impact others, those people live a
vice-free life. You've got to do that. That's just what it takes to win. Now, like I said,
in the beginning, you're going to have to operate like there's a gun to your head, but you operate
that way long enough, and soon you develop the muscle of consistency. You develop the muscle of focus.
You develop the muscle of discipline. Those things are muscles, and you can develop them and make
them stronger. But you want consistency, focus, and discipline out the gate. It doesn't happen that way.
So you have to operate in a extreme environment.
You understand that, right?
This may sound politically incorrect to think like there's a gun to your head.
But all of your dreams and ambitions are not just going to magically come true because you just, you know, wake up, social scroll, hit this news button, fall back asleep, press your teeth with a fucking stick of Cheetos.
And then eventually maybe sort of you get to the gym.
And when you do, you're scrolling and texting and TikToking and Instagramming and all this bullshitting.
while doing a mediocre workout,
you don't break a sweat during your workout,
then you go to the smoothie stand in the fucking gym
and you buy more calories than you burned
during your shitty little workout
because you were unfocused, unstructured,
and you came in with no game plan.
That is the majority of you.
Hey guys, quick interruption to the Veddroskulean show.

you love helping people,

territory available in your town and your area.
And who knows, if you're a good fit,
We will invite you to the Fit Body Boot Camp family.
Now back to the show.
But winters come in with the game plan.
When I go to the gym,
doesn't matter if I'm here in town,
doesn't matter if I'm traveling and I'm speaking
and doing podcasts afterwards
and then back to speaking again
and then meeting with coaching clients
and having dinners,
I'm up in the morning with a game plan
to attack my workout
because all of that has been pre-planned
before I step into the gym.
And just like I,
I pre-plan and structure my workouts, what body part I'm going to hit, what exercise I'm going to do,
and how I'm going to follow up with ride the lightning or any kind of cardiovascular, high-intensity
thing finisher that's going to help me burn even more calories.
I apply that same methodology into everything, into my business, into my relationships,
into the way I think.
Like everything is measured, structured, game planned out.
There's nothing left to chance.
Winners leave nothing to chance.
because as a winner, you're already going to experience hardship, failures, or rejection.
It's not that winners don't experience those things.
But by game planning it out, structuring it out, creating a formula or process, at least you have some
framework to follow.
But if you're just going to wing it through life, that's what losers do.
Losers wing it through life.
Losers think that they still have more time to get there.
Losers measure themselves by the losers that they surround themselves with.
And they go, well, I still have time.
They're not doing anything extravagant in life, my friends.
So I'm probably on track.
No, you're not.
You're all behind track.
That's the problem.
You're all behind schedule.
You're all late to the party.
And before you know it, you become undesirable.
You become somebody that is now operating in the shadows of life because you reach a certain
age into your mid-30s, maybe 40s, and you realize I've developed no marketable skills.
I have no core structure or values or a predictable schedule that I live by that sets me up
to win most of the time.
And my entire life, I've been living paycheck to paycheck, settling for mediocrity, but scrolling
on social media and living through other people's dreams, watching other people have wins,
successes, impact and influence others.
And motherfucker, I want that for you.
I want that for you because winning is formulaic.
Because winners also avoid their loser friends.
They just cut out the losers out of their life.
Winners also execute with relentless determination.
Winners are just awesome at executing.
That doesn't mean that when we execute that we win every time,
but we will execute.
I've executed things so well that I,
got to the desired destination, only to realize that was not the product or service or software
that we should be using in my company or my organization. It cost us a few hundred thousand
dollars. But I was able to figure that out and then pivot. So winners will make bad decisions.
It's not that we are impervious to bad decisions. The difference is when we experience a bad
decision, we don't sit on it in sulk and feel bad for ourselves and think like, man,
what are people thinking and are they laughing at me?
We just make the pivot and go, how can I fix this?
Because winners have that mindset of I can solve any problem.
And if I don't have the resources and the skills and the ability to solve the problem,
my ego is not going to be big enough to prevent me from reaching out to the people who can help me solve a problem.
Now more than ever, you are connected to so many great people on social media.
And if you can't reach them through social media, you certainly can find their podcasts or YouTube shows
and start figuring out how would they think through this problem that I'm experiencing.
You watch five to ten of my episodes, and you pretty much know how I think and operate.
You may not want to operate and think like me.
You might think it's too extreme.
You might think it's too unreasonable.
You might think that I don't have a great life because the cost of having the life I want
takes a lot of commitment and discipline and effort.
That's a different story.
You're welcome to stay a loser.
But you can watch 10 episodes or 10 podcasts of anyone's show that you want to model and you will know how they think and operate.
Then you can start problem solving through whatever problem is sitting in front of you, right?
And so I want you guys to understand something.
Winning is for the obsessed.
You must be obsessed if you want to win.
You must be obsessed with the goal, the journey, the outcome, the experience, the rejections, the resilience, the grit.
all of it.
And throughout that journey as you hit these micro wins,
fucking celebrate them and then lock back in.
Winning is also for the people who are relentless.
They're locked on.
No matter who says what about you're not going to win,
that's too big of a dream.
You don't have a degree.
You know, someone once told me you don't have a degree in software.
How are you going to create a software company?
Well, I created a pretty big software company and sold it.
One of the first companies that I sold.
And then I created gyms.
and then I sold those, right?
And now I've got my Fit Body Boot Camp franchise.
I got Truling supplements.
I'm co-owner of Fuel Hunt apparel.
Another software company now that I co-own, FitPro Tracker.
And all of these at one point, we're going to continue to build, scale, and sell.
Yet I don't have a degree in any one of these things.
I don't have a degree in supplement formulation.
I don't have a degree in apparel in graphic design.
I don't have a degree in franchising or business administration.
But it was on the job training because winners are willing to put in the time and effort and energy and deal with the rejection and deal with the hardship and give up their weekends and nights to learn the skills and the abilities that are going to help them get the desired outcome.
That is the difference between winners and losers.
Losers will tell you that I don't have the skill, therefore I can't create the outcome.
A winner will say, I don't have this skill, so I'm going to invest weekends and nights to get the skill to produce the outcome.
You see the difference, right?
And so if you really want to know what a winner or loser breaks down to, I heard Andrew Huberman say this really well.
And I think he was on my buddy's Sean Ryan's podcast.
And Andrew Huberman said that apparently he's got a friend who told him this.
So I'm kind of passing this message along from Andrew Huberman who heard from a friend
define perfectly what a winner and a loser is.
He said a loser is someone that when bad things happen to them, they become self-destructive,
and then they become destructive to everybody and everything around them.
A winner is someone when a bad thing happened to them.
They use it as fuel to build themselves and the people and the things around them bigger and better.
That's the difference.
Winners see everything as an opportunity and a resource.
Losers see everything as some kind of a personal attack and and a sign from above that they should,
they should give up and fail. And that's just not how it is. In all of life, you will experience
hardships, rejection. Things will take longer. It will cost you more. It will be difficult.
The process will be uncertain. They'll just be riddled with uncertainty. The process is always
riddled with uncertainty. No matter how much research you do when you talk to the people who've done it
before you, you will experience uncertainty because you going through it today is different than that guy
who achieved that same result 10 years ago. That's just the results. So I want you to understand this,
my friends, that winners are unreasonable in their expectation. They almost threaten and scare the
people around them with your big dreams and visions and goals and ambitions, right? So it's okay to be
unreasonable. Winners also sacrificed their weekends. Winners ditch their excuses. Winners show up no matter what,
no matter how they feel if they're tired, if they're uncertain. If they had a loss yesterday,
they show up today. And winners have this go-to-battle mindset, like the same mindset that I have
when I go into the gym every day planned and structured workout that's going to guarantee that I can
ring my shirt out at the end of that workout. That is how I enter my work life. That is how I enter my
relationships. That is how I enter everything, right, with a plan to attack, to go to battle.
Winners always find a way because they embrace the fact that resourcefulness is more important
than resources. So I hope that this is hitting home with you. You weren't born a loser.
No one has taught you how to be a winner. And losers hit that snooze, screen suck, procrastinate,
have no structure. They treat their body like a dumpster. They settle for mediocrity. They live in this
place of fear and doubt and they have vague dreams with no goals and timeline attached. Whereas
winners set goals. They're structured. They have zero distractions because there's no compromise
where that's concerned. They lock in, they operate like there's a gun to their head and they avoid
the loser friends. They completely eliminate devices. And more importantly than any of
that they are relentlessly determined to produce the outcome. They're not just giving it a try.
They're determined to achieve it or they will die trying. You see the difference, right? People who are
just going to try, they're going to make one attempt and it's inevitable and guaranteed that you
will have a setback or a failure and then you will quit and go back to being a peasant loser.
winners relentlessly commit to doing the work.
They're determined to get the outcome.
They execute, execute, execute, execute.
And when they fail in the process, they get back up,
they only see failure as temporary defeat,
and they keep pushing forward.
No one has taught you how to win,
how to think like a winner,
and how to be relentless and unreasonable like a winner,
because they've taught you that mediocrity
and being average and pussyfooting around everything
is okay and I'm here to tell you my friend it is not so I hope I see you at bk live
May 31st in beautiful Anaheim California where it's going to be a life changing and
transforming event if you want to make more money have more meaning and develop higher levels
