Bedros Keuilian Podcast Show - 210. Things Women Need To Know About Men | EP. 210
Episode Date: October 6, 2026There are only two types of men: nice guys and good men — and if you end up with the wrong one, you'll spend years paying for it. In this episode I'm breaking down the 10 things every woman ...needs to know about men... and fellas, the first five might piss you off, but you know they're true. The first five expose the nice guy: why you have to watch what he does instead of listening to what he says, why you can't fix him no matter how much potential you see, why a man without purpose is dangerous, and why his daily routines — not his words — tell you his future. The last five decode the good man: why providing is tied to his self-worth, why he shows love through actions more than words, why he looks checked out at dinner when he's really fighting battles you'll never see, and the survey where 81% of my 600,000 subscribers chose respect over love. Ladies, this is how you find a good man and keep him. Fellas, this is which man you decide to be. Average is the enemy — let's get after it.FREE - subscribe to my weekly Domination Download Newsletter packed with real world tactics and strategies to win in business and in life.https://bedroskeuilian.comTry the TruLean Wellness Shot - 30 day supply for half off and free shipping when you use code BEDROS during checkout.https://www.trulean.com/pages/bedrosOPEN A FIT BODY GYM.A High-Profit, Scalable Gym Franchise Opportunity Driven By Impacthttps://fbbcfranchise.com/

You cannot fix him.
You cannot help him and you cannot change him unless he wants to do that for himself.
Welcome to the Bedroskoolian show.
Ten things that every woman needs to know about men.
And fellas, the first five might infuriate you, piss you off, but you know that they are true.
Pay attention.
Here we go.
Guys, welcome to the Bedroskulian show.
My name is Bedroskulian.
And today's episode is about that.
Ten things that women need to know about men.
Now, before we kick this thing off, I want to preface by putting men into two categories.
I'm going to generalize for a moment.
Obviously, we are beautiful specimens.
We have broad spectrums, and it wouldn't be fair to put us in two categories.
But for the sake of this episode, I'm going to put men into two categories.
And those categories are nice guys and good men.
Now, if you've ever read Robert Glover's book, No More Mr. Nice Guy, you know what I'm referring to when I say nice guys.
guy and Robert Glover is an amazing therapist and he wrote this book
No More Mr. Nice Guy and if you've kind of fit this profile that I give you
then you might be someone who should read this book fellas but ladies if you are
going to date a nice guy you are going to marry a nice guy you're gonna have a
lot of problems in your life on the flip side if you want a good man well
then you're gonna have a great life but you are gonna experience some
resistance because there's a learning curve to working with a good man. And so how do we differentiate
nice guys and good men? Simple. A nice guy is someone who's passive aggressive. On the surface,
he's a nice guy. His coworkers see him as a nice guy. Maybe his family will say, oh, he's a nice
guy. But just below the surface, there's this passive aggressive dude who lacks confidence. He's
insecure. He maybe does not necessarily have a lot of purpose. He maybe does not necessarily have a lot of
purpose and hobbies in his life and therefore tries to wrap himself up into you in terms of taking
his identity from you and looking for purpose from you. And because of that, the nice guy does not
know how to communicate well. He does not have emotional discipline and he does not have mental
toughness. And so he'll be a nice guy but passive aggressive and tell something goes wrong. A fight breaks
out, and that is when you see the ugly side of him, the side that will be the victim where he will
guilt you and he will be very angry and aggressive in a way that is not becoming of a man.
On the flip side, a good man has mental toughness and emotional discipline.
He's that guy you are instinctively looking for, ladies.
A good man is who you're instinctively looking for, that guy who has adventure in his heart
and who can provide and protect.
You're looking for that instinctively.
It's just that's how it's been for tens of thousands of years.
However, the nice guy also has his boundaries.
He knows what he wants in life.
He's got a purpose and a sense of meaning to him.
And he is a leader and he will want to lead his spouse, his girlfriend, and his family.
And you may have a little resistance to that because of the generation and the culture that we currently live in.
But I'm telling you right now that if you find yourself a guy,
good man and you actually know how to identify one, which is what I'm going to teach you with the
second set of five things, then you're going to know how not only to find one, keep one and not
lose one, right? I'm also going to tell you what you do as women to lose good men and end up
bitter and alone and ultimately probably settle for a nice guy. So without any further ado,
let's get this episode started.
Ten things that all women need to know about men.
Like I said, the first five is dedicated to identifying nice guys, right?
These guys.
And so with nice guys, thing number one, you have to listen to what they say, but watch what he does.
Listen to what he says, but watch what he does.
Because what he does, his actions will show you more of his intentions than his words ever will.
You see, men, especially nice guys, will say things, love bomb you, give you the reassurance,
and then end up doing things through their actions that show their true intentions.
And then you realize, wait a minute, there's an incongruency in what he says and what he does.
Trust his actions, ladies, don't trust his words.
He can tell you a million times that he will be.
honest or faithful or loyal or maintain his calmness and give you space to feel safe.
But if his actions don't demonstrate that, that is a massive red flag.
Number two, you cannot fix him.
You cannot help him and you cannot change him unless he wants to do that for himself.
And so whoever you find, ladies, if you think,
you know, he's a nice guy. He just, I just need to polish him up a little bit. I need to fix him. I need
to help him and I can change him. You can't. I'm telling you right now you can't. What you can do
is find another person. Now you might be aspirational because you're like, well, I see the potential
in him. That doesn't matter. And fellas, you know that about yourself. If you don't want to change,
you will be stubborn and you will choose to be a loser and you will sit in your mom's
basement couch, playing video games, watching sports all weekend, being in debt, being fattened
out of shape, dumb and dopey and dependent and clueless, and there's nothing she can do to change you.
However, when you decide that you want to change, fellas, you can.
You can help yourself, you can fix yourself and you can change yourself.
And ladies, I'm here to tell you, it ain't your job to help fix or change him.
That is something that he's going to want to do.
So maybe if you see things that need to be helped and fixed and changed, if you want to expose that to him and then give him time and space and make sure you draw a line in the sand before you commit any deeper into that relationship, that way you don't end up as part of the 54% divorce rate.
Number three, a man without purpose is absolutely dangerous.
I'm telling you right now, ladies, if you find a man without purpose at first, this might actually be a
attractive to you. Like, oh my God, he's got all this time and all this energy to be around me.
Soon what ends up happening is he will start looking to you for his identity, looking to you
as a sense of purpose and meaning. And soon when you can't help him and provide that,
he will resent you. I'm going to say that again. A man with that purpose is dangerous because he
will look to you for purpose, meaning, and identity. And there's no way you can give him that.
You are not his mama.
You are not his business partner.
You are not his leader.
And there's no way you can give him that.
And in the absence of that, and he realizes that, he will ultimately resent you.
And you will end up losing in this relationship.
Number four in things you need to look out for in a nice guy.
A man who paints himself as a victim always.
You've seen these guys.
circumstances always end up causing problems in his life.
His family causes problems in his life.
His business, his work, his friends.

New season is now streaming on Paramount Plus.
Everything causes problems in his life, and he's the victim.
A man who's always painting himself as a victim,
he will find problems in everything and solutions in nothing.
And if you find this guy, he will always tell you why he can't protect you,
why he can't provide for you, why he can't give a...
safe space for you. Why he can't maintain his emotional balance and stability. Why he had to go off
at you. You made me go nuts on you. You made me go nuclear. No, he went nuclear. Now listen, from time to
time, us men, we do go nuclear. But fellas, you know this. When you catch this, you have to have
us talk with higher self and say, I will never be this guy again. I will kill this guy within.
and I will rise up to my 2.0 self, my higher self.
And so ladies, if he's a victim,
don't think that you can teach him
how to be a problem solver.
You can't.
Don't mother him.
Number five, watch his daily routines
if you want to know what his future is.
Forget what he tells you about what his future is going to be.
I'm going to go do this.
I'm going to go do that.
I'm going to conquer the world.
I'm going to build an empire.
I'm going to do that.
Words are useless.
His routine, his heart.
hobbies, his actions, what he does in his spare time, who he hangs out with, does he go to the
gym, does he meal prep, does he read books, does he develop himself, does he look for a higher way
of serving humanity? Because a man must find purpose, must find service, must find meaning. We are
wired. We are like dogs. We must have those three things. We must be able to serve, right? This is
why we want to find the right person, partner up, build a family, and serve our family, take care
of our family. Look after our family. It gives us a great sense of meaning and purpose and
accomplishment. But if he does not have that, I'm telling you right now, you will lose
your mind, ladies. And so watch his routines now. When you meet this nice guy, you watch his
routines. He may say he wants to be a top one percenter, but his routines will show you that he's a
loser, that he's a flake, that he doesn't value health and fitness, personal development and growth,
getting his finances in order, and being a great leader and protector provider to the family
or the future family that he wants to build with you. Guys, quick interruption to the Bedroes-Coolian

so now let's move on to good men because there are also things that you need to know about good men
And good men are rare.
They are rare.
They are gems and they are rare to find.
And men, you know who you are and you know how you operate.
They're not the dudes who are trying to flash on social media, act confident, look secure,
but really they're little boys inside of a man's body.
A good man, and guess what?
Providing is tied to this man's self-worth.
when he provides and he's able to provide security, money, shelter, provide space for you,
comfort, love, safety, access, men love that.
That is how we get our self-worth.
Do not take that away from a man.
Don't say don't go out and work.
We need to go out and work.
We need to go out and earn.
Now, we certainly want to have some level of a work-life mix.
We can't be all life and no work because then you're broke.
Then you start having resentment.
Hey, we can't pay our bills.
We live in a shitty home.
It's not repaired.
It's in the bad part of town.
My car keeps breaking down.
What are you going to do about it?
Well, you want him to earn?
Give him space to earn.
Don't nag him when he earns.
It is within our greatest.
self-worth when we are able to provide for the ones we love.
And if you start getting resentful of a man who loves to provide and fix and find solutions
and give and take care of you, oh man, you're going to miss out.
You're going to regret it when he's gone.
Number two, a good man, he shows love through actions more than words.
I'm telling you right now, a good man will show his actions, will show his actions, will
show love more than words. That's just how it is. Men are not necessarily the best at communicating
in terms of factory settings. Our factory settings are not designed to be great communicators.
If we're good men, we have good values, we have good character and integrity, we will show love
through actions by making sure that we go the extra mile for you.
We drive to long distance across town for you.
We'll work long hours to make sure that you have and you go without needing anything, right?
A good man will quietly make life easier for you and the people that he loves.
That is how we show love by making life easier for you.
A good man will end up embracing your family and want to take care of your parents as well,
not just his aging parents.
That's how a good man shows love.
He will be there for your siblings.
That is how we show love.
Now, best case scenario, this good man also over time is focused on self-development,
personal growth, learns to communicate his thoughts and feelings and emotions.
And now you've got words that also depict how much he loves you,
in addition to the actions that depict how much he loves you.
Number three, a good man will move mountains for you.
you if you show appreciation and give him positive reinforcement.
Men, I know you've been wanting me to say this, and I know fellas that you will move mountains
for your lady.
If she could show you appreciation and positive reinforcement, it doesn't take much.
On the flip side, we will absolutely shut down.
A good man will shut down and do the bare minimum if you continue to nag, if you continue to move
the goal lines.
If he does not know what winning looks like in this relationship, he will eventually shut down
in the absence of appreciation and positive reinforcement.
It is very easy for you to say, I appreciate that you wake up early, go to work,
fight the battles to provide for us to give us this life, to pay the bills,
to focus on the kids' education, to make sure our health care is taken care of,
that we can travel and have a beautiful existence.
I appreciate that.
And then when he has some wins in his life, you make sure that you positively reinforce that.
Because the things that you positively reinforce, young lady, are the things that he will do more of.
Do you understand that?
But if you always nag, you always complain, you always find fault, there is no positive reinforcement,
he will end up doing more of the things that you are unhappy of.
You needed to hear that.
Number four, a good man lives in the present, but he's always thinking about the future.
Just understand that about a good man.
Now, you might be sitting with him at a restaurant.
You might be like, dude, you're checked out.
Are you checked out of this relationship?
No, he's there.
He's present.
But he's also in the future thinking about the future.
The bills, the health care, the kids' education, housing, expensive.
How do I retain my job, my career, my business?
We are hardwired to think about the future.
Even in the most loving, caring, fun, sexual hangout settings, we are still wired to think about the future.
At least a good man is.
A nice guy isn't.
He will indulge in the pleasantries of the present.
And then ultimately create insecurity, fear, uncertainty, financially, relationally,
emotionally for you because he did not think about the future.
You want him, ladies, to think about the future.
So when that happens, don't tell him that he's checked out.
Remind him that you're aware and that you are grateful that he carries a lot of weight
and a lot of burdens that he's fighting battles that no one else knows about.
Not his friends, not his coworkers, not his family, even you.
And he does that to make sure that you have a good life.
Now, you might say, well, it's not fair, but it's not fair, Bedros, that he might be checked out, or at least looks checked out.
You're right.
So have that conversation with him.
Remind him that you're aware that he's fighting these battles and that you're grateful that he's looking out for your future.
And then ask him, what can I do to help you become present for the time being?
As much as I'm grateful and thankful for what you do in the battles you fight.
And if you ever want to share them with me, not because I can help you, but because I'll be a
sounding wall, I'll be a safe, soft place for you to come home and take your armor off and give you
peace so that you can just tell me all the battles that you're fighting and get it off your chest
for the night so that tomorrow when you armor up again and go to battle for the family against the
world, know that I appreciate it, know that I'm grateful for it and know that I will create an environment
of peace for you when you come home so that you can take the armor off and you can be fully present.
So my baby, what can I do to make this savage man present, albeit for a few moments or a couple of
hours right now?
And if you explained it that way through appreciation and gratitude and awareness, he would be like,
holy fuck, woman, you know what, you're right.
Let me just turn off the brain just for a moment.
and be present for you.
And please show him appreciation.
Gas prices are $7 here in Southern California.
They're probably somewhere between $5 and $6 in the rest of the country.
Inflation is through the roof.
Cost of living is through the roof.
People are losing jobs.
There's the debt ceiling that's coming up in the next year to two years
where all these homes are going to be going up in terms of rates.
Banks are not in the business of keeping homes and therefore there will be short sales and there will be foreclosures.
Your man is fighting the battle of tomorrow of next week, of next month, of next year of a decade from now.
Appreciate that.
Show gratitude.
Trust me, you want that good man to fight those battles so that you can have the beautiful life that we want to give you.
And number five, a good man, a good man, just simply wants.
respect, loyalty, peace, and love.
Now you notice respect was first and love was last?
I did a survey on my YouTube channel about a year and a half ago.
And I asked 600,000 at the time, 600,000 subscribers.
If you could only choose between love and respect, and I positioned it that way.
I said love first because I knew what the answer was going to be.
If you could only choose between love and respect from your lady, you could only have one.
Ideally, you want both, but you could only have one.
What would you want from your lady?
81% of their respondents said they would take respect over love.
A man thrives on respect, loyalty, peace, and love.
We need that because of the aforementioned battles that we fight, how we want to protect
and provide for you and your extended family.
We will move mountains and we will go to war for you.
However, if he does not get respect, loyalty, peace, or love, or any one of those things,
here's what happens.
You end up treating him like he's your boy, like a little boy, or he ends up shutting down.
And there's nothing more dangerous than a good man who ultimately shuts down.
And soon you realize, I think he's lost passion for this relationship.
shoot, he won't even get excited and passionate during a fight anymore.
He just shuts down and goes quiet.
You should be worried, ladies, when a good man goes quiet.
Because when he does, he's all but checked out.
And he's one step away from leaving your ass.
Because if he cannot have the peace, the respect, the loyalty, the love.
And by the way, loyalty shows up in so many ways.
You protecting his peace.
You're not dumping on him when he gets home.
You giving him a beat before.
Before you dump on him.
You asking about his day and not just expecting him to ask about your day.
And those are the quiet battles that we fight.
That we've been out on the battlefield metaphorically of life and we come home.
From morning hockey with a cup of coffee to timbits and road trips.

And when he does, he's expected to ask how you're doing, how your day was, to help with the
house chores, to help with the dinner, and he will.
But you never took the time to reciprocate, to meet him at the front door, to show.
show up with a smile instead of a, you won't believe how hot it was today.
Motherfucker, he knows it was hot.
He was in the heat working for you.
You get what I'm saying, right?
Don't let that good man go silent.
If he does, it's on you, and you're about to lose him.
Friends, I hope you got a lot of value from this episode of the Bedrose-Coolian show.
Some things may not sit well with you ladies or fellas, but I will always speak the truth
