Should we teach him first? So yeah, we'll do it once. Okay. And then he can join in the second time. This podcast presented by Flea farm.

Starting point is 00:00:59 Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? Don't you? uh, Bella? You know? Okay. AJ and I are important to you guys are. Yes. Okay. Well, but let's do it one time. Ready? Me and you.
Starting point is 00:01:31 We farm. We love it. All right. All right. Okay. So now that's going to be played in all the fleet farms. You know, when they do the over the intercom. Yeah. Well, I have them. Yeah. we'll do five more minutes to get your bags. Yeah. There you go. All right, Saul. Listen, um, we got a great, uh, you are our first, our first guest host of the belly dot podcast. How's it feel? I'm very honored. I see, uh, you were your special head just for this. So, you know what? I'm very excited exciting. This after after the podcast, this is going to be my gift to you. Oh, really?
Starting point is 00:02:07 Yeah. Actually, are we giving these out? Yeah, go ahead. OK. Yeah, it's my gift. Well, it's actually let me check. I'm going to give away this hat. It wasn't my hat to give away yet.
Starting point is 00:02:18 So I asked, you know, but now it's yours. Awesome. It's a one lucky listener out there. I'll be giving away this hat. Well, it's like a Awesome. And to one lucky listener out there, I'll be giving away this hat. Well, it's like the pay it forward at the coffee shops, you know, you just keep handing it to the person behind you.
Starting point is 00:02:31 I like that. I like that. Yeah, well, why don't we all sign it and then we'll give it to one lucky belly up fan. I like that. I like that. First ever guests and they get the free hat out. This is going to be good. It's great.
Starting point is 00:02:43 It's great. It's kind. So actually, when this podcast comes out, it's the literally like two days before my wedding in March here. Congratulations. Thank you. And from what I understand, you recently got married, correct. And Charlie was there. I got the invite, baby.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Why? Is what I didn't know? Why does he invite him? This is my guy. This is my guy right here. This is my guy right here. Coming in style. And yeah, what is Charlie where to?
Starting point is 00:03:08 It's just a suit. Or did he have like a camo jacket over it? Car her overall. I didn't know there was dress code. You know, it is actually camo flop. We didn't know if it was him or not. Yeah, so I think Charlie's sitting over there, but I'm not sure he's blending in.
Starting point is 00:03:25 You know, I will say it was a phenomenal wedding. Yeah, I love fun that you put together. Were you happy with it? I was very happy. I was just as surprised as you were. It was all my wife. She did all the planning. I just all I had to do is show up. I'm not going to lie. I'm a little bit in that. Yeah. I went to the, I went to the alcohol tasting. I went to the food tasting. And I was there for the music decision. The rest is our, there you go. I went to the alcohol tasting, I went to the food tasting, and I was there for the music decision, the rest is our.
Starting point is 00:03:47 There you go. And now I can't wait to see what flowers we picked out at my wedding. Yeah, it's honestly really funny. Like, oh, shit, this is awesome. Wow, we did a really good job. Everybody's coming over to me like, you did so well, you know, putting this together. I'm like, thanks.
Starting point is 00:04:01 You know, it was like I didn't even try. So what was your requirement on music? Yeah. You know, because it can be finicky at that. It can definitely be finicky. We just wanted people. We went to a live music. Okay.
Starting point is 00:04:16 I just wanted a big dance floor. So we had a big dance floor, and everybody filled it out. Charlie was down there. Oh yeah. Showing off his dance moves. He was doing the worm. He was doing the worm. I I don't do the worm. I I'm not good at the worm. I I've done it one time. I did not do it at your way. So you're calling him a liar. I'm a guest ever. Okay. First guest ever. I got great memory here. No, I got great memory. Now you I recall what we call Charlie doing the worm. Okay, you introduce a new again called Blue Moose.
Starting point is 00:04:47 Oh, yeah. The greatest game. I don't know. Oh, it's fantastic. Okay, I remember this. Yeah, I do. I tell the people it's all I play. You come up to me at some point in the night.
Starting point is 00:04:58 You say, Hey, some point in the night. So obvious. You says, okay, you're right handed. I say, yeah, you go, all right, that drink's gotta be in your left hand. And if right, it's the opposite hand of your dominant hand, you gotta drink out your left hand. But if he comes up to you and you're drinking
Starting point is 00:05:16 in the right hand and he says, boo, moose, you gotta finish whatever drink is in your hand. And now I know, because I saw some other folks who were at the wedding as well, the other day, I was doing something like, I know because I saw some some other folks who were at the wedding as well the other day I was doing something like, oh yeah, I saw you at eight days away. You were really drunk. And I was like, I was not really drunk. I don't appreciate that at all. Was I drunk? No, no, you're just playing. That's why you don't remember doing the worm. Yeah. I was I think I remember seeing some behind the scenes footage you do in the war we can pull that up
Starting point is 00:05:45 I was on video somewhere. Yeah, is it let's bring it up here's the clip now Wow Charlie you I did the electric worm. I didn't know that your body could bend like that You know when you when when a worm meets a blue moose It's the electric. That's how it calls. Oh, God. Do you have any, do you have any regrets from your wedding? Yeah. Anything I should avoid on my wedding day.
Starting point is 00:06:15 So, you know, the night before the wife goes back and she says, don't get too drunk. And I talk, took out my groomsman. That's more of a formality. Yeah. You know, that's what you always think. And then the next day I'm sitting there, I'm like, wow, how many more hours do I have to get ready? It's like 15 minutes.
Starting point is 00:06:31 I gotta put on this tux, where are my suspenders? Well, suspenders, was it harder or easier to put on than a belt? Because it's a lot harder. Oh, I like a belt. I like a belt. Suspenders, it's tricky. You wear my twice in your life.
Starting point is 00:06:44 Yeah, yeah. It's true. You're bledding in your funeral. Yeah, it's tricky. You wear my twice in your life. Yeah You're letting in your funeral You you either wear them every day because you're like an overweight construction worker. Yeah, or you wear them twice in your life I see there's no way in between let me give you some more slack on your core Yeah, okay, that's good. So you were like I'm not looking out for you. Now there is more. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:04 Okay. So you were like, uh, that had been funny. Actually, 15 minutes to get ready. You're trying to get the suspenders not working because you're a little hungover. So you just went with belt. So all the other guys got to spend all my grinds. And we're all wearing the same thing. They all got suspenders.
Starting point is 00:07:16 I'm just keeping my jacket up. Yeah. Yeah. It'll be a little bit in the dog house and you're wetting day. You don't want that. You can't start off like that. But I mean, we're six months in now. So it should be smooth sailing from here on out, you know.
Starting point is 00:07:28 Still married? Yes, still married. Still married. So, you know, I think we're bad 100. OK. And you got out. Charlie, what are you betting? I'm up for one right now.
Starting point is 00:07:39 But there's still more innings left. Still more innings left, exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. You guys have a little one on the way now. Yeah, we do. Just found out we're having a little boy be here in the spring. OK.
Starting point is 00:07:52 So about the time this podcast comes out, about the time the podcast comes out, Charlie Berrent. I mean, no, he's a Berrent. He's a Berrent, a second. Yeah. Yeah, I like that. You see that? It's there.
Starting point is 00:08:03 I thought you were going with Berrent's Charlie. Yeah, you know, it's, it's, you can flip it either second. Yeah, I like that. You see that? It's the go with barons Charlie. Yeah, you know, it's, it's, you can flip it either way. Yeah. He has two middle names. Well, it's smart. Goal, barons Charlie. So then when Charlie gets to drunk, it starts doing the worm. He then calls him Charlie barons. It's a flip flops it. First of all, I was over served. Okay. By this guy, you see how the story keeps changing kept saying blue more. He was not drunk. Then he never did the worm and well, we did the worm. Now we did the electric world, you know guys, I don't appreciate you ganging up on me here. Okay, I
Starting point is 00:08:36 Am I this cannot be the vibe the whole podcast. Okay, where you two gang up on me. All right Well, you if that if that's gonna be the vibe, I'm gonna go all right Well, let's gang up on AJ that AJ's our guest. I think we should gang up on miles. Okay, so have you ever curled? So he all he's doing right now. He just is staring at my gut. No, I'm You see his eyes. He's like, all right, we're gonna talk shit on miles and he just immediately starts looking at my Beerbelly. No, I'm looking. That's not true. I think you have a very nice belly.
Starting point is 00:09:07 I really like it. I kind of want to rub it right now, but I'll, I'll, I'll, it's not soft. It's not soft. It's not soft. Give me a little. Okay. Not too bad, huh? He's built like a brick.
Starting point is 00:09:19 He's done a few curls, isn't he? Yeah. Oh, yeah. It's mostly when you fall on the ground at the bar and you got a curl and get yourself back up. Yeah, no, did you did you spill your beer though? No, no, it's always my hands are gimbal, you know, it always stays upright. Um, what do you think? How many more pounds do I got a game you think to play offensive guard for the Packers? Offensive guard. How many pounds are you these? for the packers off into guard. How many pounds are you these?
Starting point is 00:09:46 I'd bought two 15 is 15. A two 15. Lender. Uh, yeah, maybe, you know, sticks. Why did your voice get high there? You're not believing to 15. I believe it. I believe. Yeah. Yeah. I'm 65. He's like, they're like, hard age. I get in there. And he was like, no, no, no, Miles is playing guard. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:07 I'm all right. Is anyone else? Yeah. I do a kick slide. What? I can do a kick slide. You want to. I want to see.
Starting point is 00:10:18 You know, Miles, I used to play semi-pray. I should let me left guard here. Okay. Okay. Careful. I should like left guard here. Okay. All right. Careful there's a door behind, you know. Okay, here I'll go this way. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Ready. That was pretty good. Wow. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:10:32 agile way more agile than I thought. That might have been the most agile two 15. Yeah. It was quick wasn't it? Yeah. It was quick. Well, my old is it. So I want you to compare. Yeah. Charlie's worm and my kick slide. Well, you did demonstrate the kick slide
Starting point is 00:10:47 Charlie never we got it. We got it guys. We got to see the worm. We got to see the worm I gotta see the worm do the worm for the sake of the argument. Hold your headphones. Let's get you on come on Do the worm. I did the kick slide here. We go a man of integrity All right Okay, we you got your rolling the Charlie barons worm Amanda integrity. All right. Okay. We you got your rolling. The Charlie Baron's worm. Now let's see it.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Let's see the worm. Electric worm. This is not enough space to do the worm. You got back over there. No worm. Word. Word. Oh. I'm not sure. Worm, worm, worm, worm. Oh! Oh!
Starting point is 00:11:27 Oh! Oh! I didn't know he was going to go backwards. I was wondering about that. Maybe he didn't actually. His worm just broke his sciatica. So I- The kick slides much better. Okay, So also can I get an apology?
Starting point is 00:11:47 Charlie, you did not infect do the worm at the wedding. I meant he looked like a worm. Didn't. I might have embellished. He was Lucy Goosey. I think I just messed up my back and all honesty on that. Hey, go float in the salt, salt, chamber, or whatever. Yeah. How about that? Have you ever done that? You ever done the salt?
Starting point is 00:12:09 I did the little salt bad thing for the first time. You were floating. Yeah, it was actually pretty wild because you have no control of your body in there. Yeah. It just like you keep moving. Just keep floating. You just keep floating.
Starting point is 00:12:21 At the end, I didn't know it was my first time. So at the end, it kind of puts more water back in like recycled itself. Yeah. So I finished up, I didn't realize the timer had gone off and so I'm sitting there and all this water is gushing in and I'm sitting here now I'm floating around and I'm getting dizzy and I'm like, well am I supposed to get out? Am I supposed to sit in? This is part of the process. And then you puke in the thing. I'm just in there trusting the process and my head on the wall. Trainers come in and like, you get,
Starting point is 00:12:49 they can supposed to be out a half hour ago. So now you know what, it's like to be in a toilet. Yeah, last time I done that. Yeah, so you got to have one. You live the full body swirly is what you did. Yeah, good for you. You got to have a few fish that way. Yeah. The goldfish from the fair, they never made it. Yeah, you know good for you. You guys have a few fish that way. The goldfish from the fair, they never made it.
Starting point is 00:13:08 Well, they don't feel, but anyways, all right. Well, this has been great, man. We're gonna take some callers. Yeah. And do you need a drink or anything? Are you good? We'll get them one. We'll get them one.
Starting point is 00:13:20 I'm gonna just drink this, uh, tippy cow, tippy cow. Tip on back a tippy cow. Yeah. All right. Let's do it. Let's take some cars. Hey, this is Jack from uh, Rockford. Jack from Rockford. Well, you know, you got Miles, you bet you guy Charlie Barons and AJ Dylan from the Green Bay Packers. Why don't you belly up to the bar with us. Tell us what's on your mind. Well, what's up guys? How's it going? Well, it's going real good. Are you a bears fan? No. Okay. Good. All right. We can keep going.
Starting point is 00:13:54 You have anything on your mind? We can help give you some advice for or if you got something you want, buy seller trade, we love that. Oh, I'm not looking to buy seller trade nothing. Okay. What's your favorite movie of all time? That's a good question. What's my favorite movie of all time all time only pick one. Oh Put in the pressure on you're I say fight club fight club What's that? Yeah, what what is fight club fight club? No, you're not. You're never can fight clubs. I've never even heard of it. I've never heard of it. I would. And if I had, I don't think I'd ever talk about it. Oh, wow. It's a pretty,
Starting point is 00:14:37 it's a pretty famous movie. What is the first rule of having a rule there? You're breaking the first rule. Oh, you guys are. We don't talk about that. We don't talk about that. No, we don't talk about a fight club. Yeah. I feel it's going on here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:54 Yeah, that's OK. I feel it's going on. You didn't know, but now you know what you did know. I'm beginning to think that there's no way that's actually your favorite movie. You were kind of just doing it to sound cool, because otherwise you'd know the first rule. I mean, you guys asked, I got a, you know, that's no, that was good to know.
Starting point is 00:15:12 No, no, you just need the reminder. You just need to remind yourself. Yeah, yeah. No, I was interesting. Yeah. Yeah. So, well, don't you belly up here, belly up here, and what's on your mind? Tell us if you got one problem in your life
Starting point is 00:15:26 We're just here to solve it. So you let us know All right, all right How about some marriage advice? All right, you call into the right podcast. Yeah, we got one married two married guys Well, no at the time of the recording you're married no one we post this one married, two married guys. Well, no, at the time of the recording, you're married. No, when we post this, it's two days before. Oh, so you got engaged engaged a married man and a divorce guy. You got every angle, every angle. That's like a start of a joke. Yeah. They all walk into a bar. Miles is technically two days away when this comes out.
Starting point is 00:16:05 Okay. So yeah, now are you married? You're so. It comes out. He'll be two days away. Yes. I am. I am married.
Starting point is 00:16:13 And how long you've been married for five, five years now? Wow. Good for you. So you're thinking you're going to want to extend the contract to a full lifetime? Or you think you're going to opt out? Oh, no, full, full lifetime. Okay Okay good for you. Good to know. Well what advice do you need? Okay okay you guys ever do something for your life like a chore around the house or No, yeah, yeah, and Yeah, and then hello, or you said hold on I think he I think I heard a kid I think we're
Starting point is 00:17:00 We're being put on hold we're being put on all on sir. I'm back. I'm sorry Okay, so you do this you do this tour right then you want to come and she sees what you do. And you go, Hey, it's really nice you did this. But because you've done it a little bit of like for example, for example, you take the garbage out. You know, you're on your way to work. You take the garbage out. You might come from, she'll say, I think you take the garbage out, but you didn't put
Starting point is 00:17:23 a bag in. Oh, geez. Like there's always a butt. he's taking garbage out. But you didn't put a bag in. Oh, geez. Like there's always a butt. There's always a butt. So I was a butt. Did you kill these? He'll. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:32 Well, and it's tough because it's like, did you, while here's the question, did you leave it out on purpose or did you genuinely forget? Yeah. Which one of those like you're going out the door, you got your hands full kind of thing with the garbage. Yeah. And then, oh, that's it. You know, just, you know, you're just on the way out the door heading to work and it's the last thing you think it to do. You know, I think you're something like that.
Starting point is 00:17:57 I think your wife is kind of, uh, she's looking at that. She's a garbage can have, uh, half empty kind of gal, you know? And she's not seeing the goodness in you. You took the bag out, you know, and if she's got to do a split cease and put the bag in, that's one thing. Unless you've got this habit of not putting the bag in after you take it out. And now all of the sudden, this is the thing that you do that pisses her off. And she's told you about this. Has she brought this up to you before or is this a first time offense kind of deal? Maybe once or twice.
Starting point is 00:18:33 Okay. Well, a line I like to throw out there is something like you can't teach an old dog a new trick. You can maybe throw it back in her face, maybe something she does that she doesn't do to completion as well. She have to say it like that, Maya. Maya was gonna figure out a lot in two days. Yeah, I'm not a mile cool. Wow.
Starting point is 00:18:56 I'm talking about the dishes. Wow, they're gonna find out here soon. Okay. Yeah, I'm new to this. All right, well then, well, Hey, let's bring in our marriage expert. Yeah, let's let's see. Jay Dylan. What do you got for us? How do you handle this situation? Don't take out the trash. Oh, wow. Just pick a different sort of dude. Okay. Do a different sort of. Yeah, picking easier one that doesn't have so many steps. Yeah. I'm kind of quite literally you have to walk out to the garage.
Starting point is 00:19:29 You ever before? You ever dust it? Am I wrong? Dust it? Oh, dust is easy. Yeah, but nobody really does it. So how can you really tell if it was done or not? You know, you'd be like, I dust it around. Yeah, you can't say you'd. Oh, okay. That's it. One chore down. That is a good move. Maybe, maybe just around the yeah, you can't say you know, Oh, yeah, that's it. One story down. That is a good move. Maybe maybe just take like a like a swiffer, you know, like the little thing go out in the garage
Starting point is 00:19:51 and wipe it once in the floor, throw it in the garbage. On top, on top, on top. Don't take the garbage out. So she sees that there's actual evidence that you dust it even though you did. It does it the whole house. Yeah. Look how dirty the swiffer is. Yeah. And then if she's upset about that, no, you didn't.
Starting point is 00:20:10 And then you just say you showed the evidence and say, I don't know. We got a dust problem in this house. I just said everything today. Dusty again. Somebody's got to take out this trash. Yeah, maybe all the dust is coming for the trash. It's just it's everywhere. Or maybe blame it on vacuuming if that's her job, you know, like, well, it wouldn't be
Starting point is 00:20:32 so dusty if you vacuumed a little more. Do one of those. Yeah, do you guys have defined? You guys don't see it this. There's always the, no, no, we don't have defined jobs. Nobody's experienced this. You know, you wife always got that. Hey, things are doing that. But oh the butt. Yeah, I mean, I don't live that every day.
Starting point is 00:20:49 There's always a book. Do you say, um, do you know, do you hurt the butt? Miles Crowock. She's going, you know, I'm with miles on here. This is funny. Okay. Kind of a personal question. I just want it. No, but we have our first ever guest on here. You're bringing off the inappropriate stuff. It's it. Hey, if it's your thing, it's not inappropriate. First of all, second of all, I was saying,
Starting point is 00:21:15 but with one T. Yeah. No, you I should. Sorry. Oh, you guys said. Get a specific. I do think. Yeah. Well, do you have something that you get on your wife's case about? Oh, no, not really. No, you just call on the podcast and talk about
Starting point is 00:21:36 what if your wife hears this podcast? What's she gonna say? It's another Jack. It's what? It's another Jack. It's why it's another Jack from not the big guy. Oh yeah that's not me honey. I was busy. I was busy. Taking out the trash. I was busy putting the bag back in. So when you put us on hold for a sec there it sounded like there was a kid in the background you guys have kids all yeah we have a uh... total five together oak five kids five years while wire you even taking out the trash that should
Starting point is 00:22:16 be a chore for the kids yeah should uh... they're not all here just a two little one the two little one so you didn't go five and five years with her No, yeah, no, this is a combined team. Her's mine in our situation. Oh, okay good for you guys combined family Yeah, well how old how old's the oldest youngest? Oldest is 14 youngest is two. Oh wait, but wait oldest is 14 youngest is two. Oh, wait, but wait. All this is 14.
Starting point is 00:22:47 Yeah. Five kids. Oh, yeah. You're done working, my guy. Yeah. I mean, 14. She that trash there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:56 That's yours. Yeah. Even if you talk about the trash, they should be putting the bag back in and tell that to your wife. Yeah. It's a year old can do that. Yeah. That's your soul. Yeah, I like what you guys think. Yeah, exactly. You's a year old can do that. Yeah. That's your solution. Yeah, I like what you guys think.
Starting point is 00:23:07 Yeah, exactly. You know, we get that a lot. Yeah. And people calling the, wow, this advice is just pristine. My first day out here, but so far, I've been getting that a lot. Yeah. People have been telling me.
Starting point is 00:23:20 You wouldn't, we wouldn't know that this is your rookie podcast for us, you know. Jack, what do you think about the advice so far? First day It's pretty good advice. Um, yeah, I think I could definitely can you know You just in my my daily routines. I might write a My right a book that the Midwest survival guide Yeah, I'm married man. Yeah, how long do you want to make it? Hey?
Starting point is 00:23:45 Bible God. Yeah, Mary, man. Yeah. How long do you want to make it? Hey, I don't make it too long. You don't put a whole bunch of pictures in there. No, you can never have to end up in some of these bathrooms. What are your thoughts on graphics on the cover? Uh, you know, I think it's, I think it's good on the cover. I don't know about inside the book. No covers. Yeah. It does get a little monster. Would you think you would be as, you know, would you ever like pump your own tires and put your own face on the front of the book? Or would you have a little off on that? I did not want to do that.
Starting point is 00:24:15 That was a publisher decision. It was a publisher decision. Yeah. You know what? I'm leaving up to the publisher. Yeah. Probably the publisher. I'll tell you, you got such a nice face. Put it on. You know, I didn't know it was the Charlie Baron's book. I thought it was the Midwest survival
Starting point is 00:24:31 guide. Well, someone's names on the someone spent all the time right in this miles. The ghost right. Or you know, the ghost right. There's a lot of pictures in there. There is. You guys, there's a lot of pages. You got to fill them up with pictures. I told them that thing should have been one third of the size and he could have done three editions and made three times the much money. If I had a nickel, you know what, Miles, we're going to have a serious talk about this when your book comes out. I'm not writing a book. He's writing a teller. Yeah. Is he? Yeah. I'm actually doing an audiobook and it's this podcast. Oh, I like audiobooks.
Starting point is 00:25:06 I'm a big fan of audiobooks. Jack, what about you? Audio books love them. I'm a mailman myself. Oh, he's a mailman. I'm going to buy a mailman and I'm going to buy that podcast. Oh, yeah. And listen to audio books.
Starting point is 00:25:18 So you're just a audio book and some podcast. Nice. So you're a mailman. So you're telling me that you have five kids that you know of is why you're saying. Oh, okay. Oh, miles. You know, this is a Christian show.
Starting point is 00:25:36 Oh, wow. Is it? No. It's just fun to say that sometimes. I can deliver a lot of packages. Oh, good. It's good, Lord. Yeah. Yeah. Are they usually received pretty well or? Oh, definitely. Oh, yeah. This time, you're taking to the back door.
Starting point is 00:25:56 Oh, did they always fit in the mailbox? No, not always. Sometimes it's a small mailbox. Okay. Guys, I'm lovely one with a small mailbox instead of a big package. That's how you know he's telling the truth. Yeah, you got to be careful out there, though. If there's any snow out there and get pretty messy this time of year. So I'm, times you just slip right up there and deliver the package. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:22 Um, yeah. This is a non-sexual innuendo related question. What's the weirdest thing that you've ever seen delivering mail in rockford, Illinois? The weirdest thing I've ever seen. Yeah. I've seen some crazy things. I'm Charlie. I've seen your show down in rock for so I know that you've been down here. Uh-huh. It was pretty crazy. Please rub me a little, uh, it's a little sketchy. Yeah. From time to time, that's for sure. Yeah. Yeah, give us some, give us some specifics. You had to know what it was in there one time.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Oh, uh, we're not going to talk about bad stuff. Oh, why? Well, I don't know what, I don't even know what stuff we're talking about. I was trying to get a weird, uh weird male delivery story. What's the most? Oh, I thought you were saying what's the inner package? No, I'm not. You're not looking at the things delivered. No, yeah. Oh, so nothing ever. Goofy has happened. You've just simply delivered male. It's been hunky-dory every day.
Starting point is 00:27:19 You know, like sometimes it can be like some crime on the street, but nothing like crazy. I've been like, you know, hit on and stuff, but you know, it's pretty, pretty chill. You have been hit on. Yeah. Yeah. Well, there's just something about a man in uniform, you know, how did those tight little shirts, the little blue collared shirts, you know, let's roleplay real quick. When you were hit on, you play the person who hit on
Starting point is 00:27:45 you, I'll play you. Hey, I got your package here. Hey, man, man, you're real sexy. They really said that. She got right to the point. Wow. You gotta keep going with the role. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, you know, I got this. Well, we're just gonna go into more package jokes. I think you guys, I think now we can just put to the back door delivery, doggy door, all that. So anyways, well, this was real fun. We're really happy you called in here today.
Starting point is 00:28:21 I got one more quick questions that's all right. Sure. Fire away. Okay, so Midwest nice, right? Yeah. What do you do when you encounter somebody from the Midwest who's not Midwest nice? Are they from Chicago or? Where they from? Well, no, this is like Ronford.
Starting point is 00:28:42 Okay. You know, like in the Midwest, they're from Midwest. What do you, what do you do? How do you spread the Midwest? Olson is. Yeah, from a beer. Yeah. That's a good place to start.
Starting point is 00:28:53 If they refuse it, then you know, they're actually not from the end. Then it's a lost cause. Because even no matter how mean you are, you're always going to take free beer. Exactly. Yeah. And then you'll, and whether you're a Midwest, mean or Midwest nice,, you got that Midwest guilt, you know, so if someone gives you a beer, you're going to be nice for at least the time it takes you to drink that beer. Who's being mean to you? All right. Oh, no, I just curious, you know, like what would you do?
Starting point is 00:29:18 Yeah. You know, sometimes you encounter people who I ask myself, I'm Midwest, but not. I asked myself that question a lot. What would Charlie do? And then that's really how I make all my big life decisions. Do the opposite? Yes. Yes. Smart. You weren't gonna gang up on the answer. Yes. We established the ground rules and now you're already breaking them. Do you guys want a beer? Oh, there you go. There you go. See, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm going to say, I'm gonna say a Bud Light. Okay, he's an analyst. A bushman.
Starting point is 00:30:05 And I like that. Did you finish this beer? Is it? It's finished. Yes. Oh, wow. Yes, a Bud Light. A Bud Light.
Starting point is 00:30:15 Are we enemies with the Skarger? No, no, no, no. I have for you a beer. Yeah. Every, every once in a time to their own favorite beer. I got to remember this is the first time on the podcast. We're going to work on them. We're going to get them to the good side.
Starting point is 00:30:27 You know, so yeah. All right. All right. All right. Well, I think for, uh, thanks for taking off. I appreciate the chat. Hey, thank you for delivering the mail and taking out the trash.
Starting point is 00:30:40 I want to let you know that you're, you're taking it, you're trash taking out don't go on notice here. Okay. Hey, I appreciate that. I'm using a lot. All right. All right. Have a good one. See you now. See you. I don't know where to go from here after that. You know, there's a lot of package discussion, a lot of trash discussion. I think we gave some solid advice. I think AJ gave probably best advice. Yeah, AJ, that was a great call. Yeah, switch it up.
Starting point is 00:31:08 You keep doing this. Miles can replace me with you. I was actually just going to say that. So what's your availability? Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, after February, I think you're going to be, you got some time, right? No, because he'll be a super ball champion by that and then he'll have better things to do. Like tour days, he's going to have to go. Yeah, but
Starting point is 00:31:30 everything's doing in this podcast. I love how before you got here, I was just given Charlie Brands crap about how he was calling the shot early on the Super Bowl and now I've completely flabbed now that you're here and saying the Packers are going to win the Super Bowl. Wow. Yeah. So, I bet I really know how to work a crowd. I've completely flopped now that you're here and saying the Packers are going to win the Super Bowl. Wow. Yeah. So, you know, I really know how to work a crowd. I've been saying since day one, Packer win this. I've been playing devil's advocate trying to, you know, get him rattled, but you stayed strong.
Starting point is 00:31:54 Yeah, it's not breaking. Yeah. No flinch. Yeah. Hell yeah. Well, should we check another caller? Let's do it. Welcome to the Belly Up Podcast. To we talking to.
Starting point is 00:32:04 Well, it's just peers. Peers. They don't answer. What's going on, man? Let's do it welcome to the belly to podcast who we talking to Pears What's going on man? Just the pod right now. Yeah, you got you got Miles you bet you got Charlie barons and AJ Dylan from the Green Bay Packers here with us Why don't you belly up to the bar? Yeah, why don't you tell us what's on your mind? Yeah, sure Let me tell you it was Hard to to get a hold of you guys when it was to get a hold of some Taylor Swift tickets this year Very very topical nice. Yeah, yeah
Starting point is 00:32:38 Man, I'm just hanging out at home. I got the kids with me. So sorry for the noise. Oh, that's okay. Tom, we said hi. Hey, Charlie says hi. Charlie says hi. Tell him I said hi to AJ says hi. Not miles. Oh, AJ says hi. Yeah, till AJ, he's a professional sports player. He plays for the Green Bay Packers. A dabble. We're tight. So I can't uh all your tightens fans. Yeah and you could tell them the milestones to pipe down a little bit. Yeah so both tighten. He didn't talk to pipe down. So, oh yeah, what did he say? He says pipe down. He's crying now miles away. Yeah. Well he's got to learn a tough life lesson once in a while. What?
Starting point is 00:33:28 What do you got on your mind? What do you want? What do you want? Any advice on anything? No, yeah, so my, I'm calling the, I have a question for you guys. So I work, I work pretty late hours. Get off work around midnight. And I've been trying to think of ways to stay awake on my drive film. I worked pretty late hours. Get off work around midnight. Yep.
Starting point is 00:33:45 And I've been trying to think of ways to stay awake on my drive film. I've had about an hour 15 drive back to my house. Recently, I've been listening to Yacht's podcast, but that's starting to put me to sleep a little bit. Oh! What a burn! It stood called in to burn us. And it was successful. I know it's called
Starting point is 00:34:08 our real demand. Is it when barons are talking about birds or what? That's probably it. Yeah, the birds and we farm the fall. We farm. We love it. That's my part. Sorry. That's my part. I left out. So really that's all you just call them to say we put you to sleep. Well, actually, a lot of people don't get enough sleep these days. So you're freaking welcome. Okay. But not while I'm driving. That's not the time to get. Yeah. How is he supposed to watch out for deer if he's sleeping? That's true. How high do you have the volume on the podcast in the car? Yeah. I've got a full blast. Full of my air pods directly into my ears. Okay. Wow. All right. That's highly
Starting point is 00:35:00 dangerous. I don't think it's supposed to be. So you're not listening to the road? Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, I'm just telling myself. All right, here we go, Charlie. Yeah, here we go. Yeah. What if you're falling asleep to our podcast, what should we be doing on this podcast to keep you awake?
Starting point is 00:35:20 Good question. Oh, OK. That is a good question. Good question. Oh, okay. That is a good question. I think having guest stars like your friend there, that's a good start. Hey, checkbox there. We got a DJ. Yeah, exactly. If you're trying to get me a new day job, I'm listening. Keep going. What else we got? Very good. There you go. I truly don't know. I was just razzing y'all. Y'all really actually keep me awake on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show.
Starting point is 00:35:47 I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show.
Starting point is 00:35:55 I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show.
Starting point is 00:36:03 I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure if you're gonna be on the show. I'm not sure played DB in high school. So that's true. We can tell. Yeah. So we were terrible. But I mean, I was on the team. Did you ever catch an interception? I'm not a few. Yeah. Yeah, I'm not buying that because you really dropped the ball on that on that. Oh, you got anything to buy so our trade. No, sorry. Charlie. Come on. No one ever wants to get rid of anything.
Starting point is 00:36:34 Yeah, look to your level. Look to your right. There has to be something. Yeah, there's got to be something. And don't choose any of your kids. OK. Besides your kids, what do you need that you see around? I actually have two grills that I probably don't need. See?
Starting point is 00:36:49 Grills? All right. What kind are they? So I have a pit boss, um, pellet grill, and I have a char grill like, uh, like a regular char grill. Like a Weber, Black Weber. I'm not sure if you're going to get it. Um, I don't think it's a regular chargrille. Like a Weber. Black Weber.
Starting point is 00:37:11 No, it's the lowest brand. I think it's called like chargrille. Okay. Well, first of all, yeah, go to the bottom of the
Starting point is 00:37:20 floor. That was not. We love it. We don't. Oh, you don't have the farm where. Well, you're going to want to take a road trip there. Yeah. But make sure you listen to podcasts, so you stay awake. Yeah, there you go. So what?
Starting point is 00:37:30 Well, one, which one are you looking to get rid of? Both of them. I think I'm going to probably both. Well, I need one at least. Are you going to get rid of them? Are you looking to sell or trade? I know that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:44 I would definitely do either well if you trade you'll still have two grills Well, here's what you gotta do. Go ahead I was saying I was hope if I would trade it I would trade it for something not a grill. That's true like what yeah, why? What do you need? You can use your imagination. Geez, yeah, I don't know. I was just getting put on the spot. Yeah. Well, okay, come on. I'm told into a call in part. Okay. No. I got something. I got something. Yeah, what do you want? So every good cookout needs a grill and then some corn hole, right? Oh, yeah. Oh, you don't have a good corn hole board?
Starting point is 00:38:27 No, not at all. So you call it corn hole, not bags. Well, that's it. I would call it bags. I'm from the south. Yeah, the south is full corn hole. I, you know, I kind of roll with the professionals and they call it corn hole. So I actually would say corn hole over bags in my opinion.
Starting point is 00:38:44 I like calling it bags That's just my that's just how I do it because bags is such a beautiful word. AJ. What are you? I'm a Cornhole guy You know I go with I know I you just look like a Cornhole They got the championship and everything you know Cornhole Association. I watch it on ESPN 8 every now and again Yeah There you go Me too. So Charlie's in the minority with bags guys. Do you think we should Association I watch it on ESPN 8 every now and again. Yeah So Charlie's in the minority with bags guys. Do you think we should we should sponsor a Bag's team we should be the sponsors. We've talked about this before AJ You want to get in on that man. I mean, I think we can revolutionize the sport. Yeah
Starting point is 00:39:21 I'm a travel team like the Harlem Grove Globe Trotters or the best. They just they win every time. Yeah, that's amazing. We should do that travel around with a girl. Yeah, we'll I love this. With a grill with a grill. We're gonna we're gonna you know what? That's exactly it. Miles sells cornhole deal on his website.
Starting point is 00:39:42 Yep. And he'll send you a coinhold deal. Oh, will I? Yeah, you will. There you go. And you'll send us the grill. Now we need to receive the grill first. Okay.
Starting point is 00:39:54 We need to have a product in hand. You send us that grill. Okay. And we'll take that to every single one of our professional bags. Um, uh, what, which we call ourselves, not the Harlem We'll take that to every single one of our professional bags. What, which we call ourselves, not the Harlem Globetriders, the Shaboykin, the T-bags, the Shaboykin T-bags. The three, the three, the three-bagger.
Starting point is 00:40:19 The three-bag. Sharded up to T-bag. Yeah. Yeah. I'm gonna, it up to T-bag. But it's the tree baggers, right? The tree baggers. The tree baggers. The shaboykin tree baggers. And then on the jerseys, it's just our three heads,
Starting point is 00:40:35 just smiling, I guess. And everyone's throwing a bag. Yeah. Or maybe all three bags are in a bag of bags. Oh, that's good. Wow. We have we we came up Hey, everything in Yeah, on our website will sell the bags Charlie. Yeah, and then you sell a bag to hold the bags. Yeah, and also the boards
Starting point is 00:40:57 You know, so the point I like this See you gotta get all three websites. Yeah, there you go. We got this. We got it down Pat. So glad you called to be the need to help you wrote that book. We could have also done the similar thing with that book of yours. You know, I tried that you just weren't answering my calls, screening my calls, you know, that's how it goes. What are your thoughts? Why we got you here? What are your thoughts on books with a yellow cover? Yeah. Do you like the color yellow? I would call it a gold cover. Gold? Yeah. Like if you're in a library, if you're in a library, you saw a bunch of different books in there,
Starting point is 00:41:37 all different colors, shades, sizes. Would you pick the yellow book first? Because it really stands out. Hey, it does stand out. That's true. You just put into that. But would you, but would you pick the yellow book first because it really stands out. Hey, it does stand out. That's true. Oh, you just put it to that. But would you, but would you pick it up? Oh, you pick it up. I would pick it up. I would keep my interests for sure.
Starting point is 00:41:53 And you probably want to see some pictures inside of it. Don't you think what a change your mind if you knew it was a thousand pages long? It's only 600 pages long. How many freaking pages is this? Yeah. I'm not trying to read like, no, it's only drug or anything. You know, it's only 288 pages. And to circle back to you driving, trying to stay awake, don't listen to the audio book of the Midwest Survival Guy by Charlie Barons because you're going to end up in the
Starting point is 00:42:21 game. You're going to wrap that car yours around a tree, you know? The audio book is actually a little interesting because I some they want me to read the list on them. I'm like, they don't need to do that in an audio book, but they said they wanted them. So skip past the listing portion of your wonder and Charlie Burns can be bought and be told what to do by his publishing company. So I just put that out there. 100% I can. And by his back. Yeah, that's not like a true Midwest. Yeah, I'm just going to tease everybody.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Well, you know, I put my opinion out there and then when they have a stronger opinion, I'm like, okay, you know, I suppose, you know, that's I fold, I fold immediately. In the Midwest, it's just appeasing everyone else. It means that you're just selling out. Yeah. No, yeah. Just be a nice guy. I'm just a people pleaser. Yeah. I'm not selling out. I'm just going by the strongest wind. Yeah. There's nothing wrong with that. No. Hey, it was so nice. I keep going around. Yeah. Yeah. It was so nice to call in here. By the way, did we've an answer? Whatever you initially called in for. Yeah, no, but that's a really he called and do an advice podcast and he didn't
Starting point is 00:43:31 have wonder about any advice. Oh, yeah, that's right. So we Yes, I was wondering how to stay awake. Yeah, how to stay awake. Yeah. Well, yeah, you have to turn on AJ's podcast and then you're good to go. Yeah, yeah. Where can we find your You got to turn on AJ's podcast and then you're good to go. Yeah. Yeah. Where can we find your podcast? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:46 Season two of Tune in the Dillon is coming out soon. That means the TVD TVD. Yeah. TVD determined after the Super Bowl. After the Super Bowl baby. Well, this is after the show. So it could be helped by now. So it came out a couple months ago.
Starting point is 00:43:58 Yeah. There you go. All right, man. Thanks for calling in and good luck on your drive. Stay awake. I didn't have one more question. Oh, man. Thanks for calling in and good luck on your drive. Stay awake. I did have one more question. Oh, yeah. What is it? It's directed at Charlie. What's up, my guy? So I guess this, I was listening to episode nine, I think, and you promised a dad and his
Starting point is 00:44:22 two kids, some tickets to a pack game. I'll curious if you ever actually went through with that. I'm glad you brought that up because we did get them tickets to the Packers game. We did hook them up. No way. Yeah, we did. We went. I think they went to the Jets game. I believe that's the game we got them tickets to. Yeah. Him and his two other kids. I was going to go myself, but I was out of town doing a gig, I think. But yeah, they went to the game. You know, it's funny. He asked, I actually got to follow up. I don't, I didn't hear after we hooked him up, but we got him tickets at compliments
Starting point is 00:44:52 of the Packers, by the way, reached out to the Packers, shut out to the Packers for being amazing to the fans. But yeah, we told him the situation. and they got some tickets. Yeah, but I I should reach out to him. Yeah, he might have he might have sent an email to Dante my one of my producers, but I'll I'll circle back with him. We should bring him on see how that game was for him and his kids. Yeah, clearly. That was awesome of you. Yeah, well, I just sent an email. The Packers are the real heroes there. So shout out to the Packers. I The Bears would never do that shit. I'll tell you that much right now. No, no, definitely not definitely not they probably do the opposite honestly. Yeah, they would Charge double charge double. Yeah, they charge double and say you can't have beers, you know, or they would say They sent it to a Bears game and it would be like out of zoo with real bears. The bears are playing bag.
Starting point is 00:45:51 I'd pay to see that. Oh, shoot. Well, thanks for calling in. This was like tell your kids. We says hi. Absolutely. Thank you for answering us. All right.
Starting point is 00:46:06 See you now. You got to love that. You know, you call into the advice calling podcasts, wondering nothing other than just a roast us. Yeah. I was literally a roast of us.
Starting point is 00:46:18 I honestly appreciate it. I kind of liked it a little bit. Yeah. But don't call in and roast us. Yeah, guys. Come on. We Yeah. But don't call in and roast us. Yeah, guys. Come on. We're fragile. Do not call in and roast Charlie Barons at his book. I would be so mean. He can't do that. Don't do that. I saw a tear fall from his eyes. No, baby. And he said he was sweating. All press is good. Press. You can go to man twagman.com right now and
Starting point is 00:46:39 get the Midwest survival guide. It's a fantastic book. Worst case scenario. Perhaps up your coffee table. This is AJ Dylan's copy right now. He asked for it for Christmas. I did hold on hold on. Oh, that's weird. I got a personalized message in mind. I've yet to write it because I didn't know if you want for him or for somebody else. I didn't know he's regifting. No, I'm going to do that. I sell a trade. No, I'm going
Starting point is 00:47:32 to go back down to the penny down the backup. I'll trade you a penny for that. Okay. That would be funny if that was a journey in the book. That'd be a good bet. I shouldn't do that to push this book more. You know, I've pushed this book more than you have, I think. But just sitting on it, we try to appreciate the hell out of. Honestly, sales are through the roof. Always be pushing, you know. Yeah, sales are through the roof. Is that what you tell the alignment?
Starting point is 00:47:57 That's what I say. That's the most. ABP always be pushing. I like it. That's how I do my ABCs. Yeah. There you go. That's how I do my ABC.
Starting point is 00:48:11 I'd be careful. He told me that though. If they're in locker room, maybe head into the bathroom. Yeah. No, I think it's, but it pushed too much to be done through good advice. That is actually true. It's not wrong. No, you need the squatty pie with the handle, with the handle with the you ran is there a handle are you a railing guy? I usually like to put my foot up on the railing not so much my hand when I'm in there. Yeah. What do you get your foot on the railing? Yeah. Did you see that kick slide? Did you see the kick slide?
Starting point is 00:48:38 This is agile. 215. Yeah. 215. 215 on the moon. Okay. So. All right. Let's take another caller. What do you think? 2015 2015 2015 on the moon. Okay, so Let's take another caller. What do you think? All right guys? St. Paddy's day is almost here. It's the day before and like we said last week. This is the month
Starting point is 00:48:56 Vluck and St. Paddy's is tomorrow. So there's nothing more patriotic for St. Patrick's Day, the drinking a tippy cow, sham rock mint glass, AJ, you, you, you, you sound nothing. What do you think of it? This is a amazing first time I've had it, but I'm a big fan. It's like an adult version of the sham rocks. It is. And do you know that all the, the dairy comes from Wisconsin cows? I didn't, but you know, now I can.
Starting point is 00:49:28 That was that was going to be one of our bits on here I forgot about. There's a keeper moving. Keeper. Yeah. It's up like that. Keeper. Mo. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:42 And even though it is Wisconsin made from Wisconsin cows tomorrow, Tipeek cows Irish. I don't know if you guys knew that. And you can bet that I'll be wearing some God awful green hat and shirts that I got at manawakeminent.com. Hell yeah. With the Tipeek cow Shamrock mint in hand. This will be for you.
Starting point is 00:50:02 This will be me tomorrow. Day before my wedding on St. Patrick's Day, I'm gonna be in the back of the game. I'm gonna be in the back of the game. I'm gonna be in the back of the game. I'm gonna be in the back of the game. I'm gonna be in the back of the
Starting point is 00:50:18 game. I'm gonna be in the back of the game. I'm gonna be in be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people.
Starting point is 00:50:34 I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. I'm not going to be a lot of people. into you guys. How many times have you been talking to our cardboard cutouts and then realize like 10 minutes in you were just talking to a cardboard? I'm like, that's not Charlie.
Starting point is 00:50:49 It happens to the best about you. You're like, wow, I thought he was more chatty in person. Yeah, the cardboard cutouts, that's a better company. Yeah, they really did a good job photoshopped me and make me look a lot more slender than I am a person. So that was that was good of them. This is jerky. This fish. That's that's candy. Sam and that's salmon. Yeah. I thought it was beef jerky. No, no, I was wondering. I was like, it's a weird flavor of beef jerky. I was sitting there saying that for a minute too man I've been drinking too much. I was thinking it's bacon bits. No yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:28 Sammy. Hell yeah. Anyway, fleet farm. Fleet farm. We love it. Hey, I'm sorry I'm on your territory right now. Smugglers up there in Eagle River. So, hey, can I have a pretzel? I'm going pretzel this year. I'm not putting my finger in there. I mean, I would if you guys were looking, but all right. So everybody dip in there. Now, horse radish, Wisconsin is famous for its horse radish. It's one of the main exports. Well, not the main
Starting point is 00:52:43 export, but we're a big horse radish producer here. A lot of folks don't know this. And this stuff will just, it usually opens the yupp right on the inside of the nostrils in the sinuses. So if you ever have trouble with that, all right. Cheers. Cheers. Is there a toast to you, old radish? Yeah. If it's a radish, oh, he's smell it. Oh my God, this is gonna be fine. She's looking at me like you got way too much on there. Oh, we're gonna be fine. If it's a radish, call or or, okay. All right, here.
Starting point is 00:53:17 Holy crap. Oh, fuck. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh Oh I just saw Jesus
Starting point is 00:53:42 Oh I just saw Jesus Eyes of water like crazy Be cool be cool be cool. Oh, it's fine. I'm crying. I'm not crying. You're crying. Yeah, I'm crying. Look at this Sit here Shit who gave us that? Well, yeah, smugglers can go. Well, why put why put the cap on that was good. I want a little more more. I have some more. I'm just hitting the face. Oh my god. Yeah. Wow. That's not. Yeah, now my mouse used to it. It'll go down easy now, right? That dude, you should always be suspicious of horse radish that comes in a little tincture
Starting point is 00:54:32 jar. I shouldn't know him right there. I could tell by every, everyone else has been mining their own business for a while. I got quiet. And then I got quiet and I could see everyone's head turn and watching. You know what actually it felt good to cry. I haven't got a good cry. You want some more? I'm not an overly emotional guy so anything I can do to cry it's good. Fast forward 10 minutes you just bawling it. Like you're on all your emotions. Oh my god, you feel it?
Starting point is 00:55:05 My dad was mean to me as a kid. I'm crying, but it's like, wow, that doesn't see you eat anymore of that. He's crying now. He's asking the Collins for advice. No, yeah. He calls it. You know, miles in the bathroom.
Starting point is 00:55:21 Yeah. No, Anne's going to be like, wow, you cry for horse radish, but you'll cry for me. It's like the Midwest version of Hot Ones. Yeah, I know. That would be fun to do a horse radish. I'm actually really glad that I, you know, I picked up that it was gonna be hot.
Starting point is 00:55:38 Yeah. But I'm glad I didn't know too far in advance, because I think I would have psyched myself out. It was like, I would have. If I would have known it known it would have been hot. I probably would need it. You know, man, why I'm thinking of this would have done. We all did it at the same time.
Starting point is 00:55:50 I'm like, I've had horse radish before. Yeah, I had to. I mean, I was pretty. I'm like, no, I'm surprised she warned you, you know? I guess what before we hop on this call, tell us. I feel like tell us about it. Tell us about it. Tell us about it. Tell us about it. Tell us about it. Now, it's not so. I'm good. What before we hop on this call I feel it tells me a little bad now, don't you?
Starting point is 00:56:07 That was not so I'm good. I got this Tippi cow the Tippi cow. Yeah, man It's Wisconsin real Wisconsin milk in that. So yeah Guys toast that clip is gonna be funny. Yeah, that'll be a good clip all of us instantly That hit all like parts of the taste pal I was about to hit the door I'm done There was a man spotted running from the bar. I think he was crying
Starting point is 00:56:40 Yeah running running a car over Yeah, running running a car over I thought you just take something before the game. You're son you're son every time we get like a goal on sit and like you know just hand me the horse. Yeah, give me give me a look. It comes out on their fingers. You snored it, you know. I'd run through a while. I run through everybody. That might not be a bad idea. Yeah. I want to have to league test for this. Yeah. They're gonna start after this. Oh, wait, he's taking horse tranquilizer.
Starting point is 00:57:10 Oh, no, no, no, horse radish. Oh, okay. We need to look into this foreign substance. Oh, geez, wait. Yeah, I mean, the smelling salt ain't on that. I don't know my god. No, it does have the tingle on the back of the brain like they got though. I tell you what? Yeah, I'm. Are you guys feeling that? I'm just here. Glad it's not just me. Yeah. Oh, man. Oh, it's like that old school stuff. What's the old school tobacco that you snuck the snows or whatever you shoot up your nose. Oh, snuff, snuff, snuff. You shoot it to the back. You shoot that to the back of your brain. Oh my God. You're becoming alien. Yeah. I tell you what, it make me pretty emotional. It would. All right, before we take this car, guys, tell us about tune to Dylan. Yeah, I mean, just two long-laws, brothers. We got reunited.
Starting point is 00:58:06 Yeah. So Tune in the Dylan. You know, his last name is Tune in mine, Dylan. And we are brother-in-law, so you know, it's a great, you know. I'm older, actually. He is. By a month. So he's my little brother, technically.
Starting point is 00:58:18 Okay. Not so little brother. Not so little brother, but. We just get on there, shoot the shit. And you know, just have a good time. That's great. When do we get more episodes coming soon? Coming soon.
Starting point is 00:58:29 Coming soon. It's DVD. But the New Year's resolution, and you know, you got to make right on that for at least a couple of months. That's true. So we'll tell them to, because you got season one out already. Yep. So go subscribe to that.
Starting point is 00:58:40 Go listen to those episodes if you haven't. Subscribe so that when they drop season two. You know when it's coming. You make sure you have your notifications on. We got Charlie Barren's as a guest on the episode. So if you haven't heard enough, we can get some more on the tune in the Dylan pipe. Maybe we'll make every guest strip some horse or others. No, it's not a fun event.
Starting point is 00:58:59 It was like your least listening episode because they're sick of them on belly. You're skipping over that one. Probably. So you guys got the same sweatshirt on. Yeah, yeah. We did not plan this. Really serious? No, I sort of got it.
Starting point is 00:59:13 I just, I thought it'd be fun. Just wrapping the Southern door football sweatshirt. You rated dynasty in all of Dorca any fun. Yes. Yes. I coached up there this year was my first year of coaching football and my head coach Mark Jonas is the athletic director and head football coach there and asked I want to help out and I said, sure let's do it, man So why are you just bring everyone water and stuff?
Starting point is 00:59:33 Yeah, yeah, my coach water seevers. I played I played college football as well and we're at St Thomas Okay, yeah, roll Tom's man in the cities Yeah, I know you play college ball too. I played. Dot a D2 school in more head. More head. Okay. More. Yeah. More Ed Minnesota. Okay. We played at Concordia. More head. Yeah. Well, we're in the Maya. Oh, yeah. I almost went to play at Concordia, but I ended up at MSC.
Starting point is 00:59:57 Um, so we got kicked out of our conference for being too good. No big deal. Yeah. That was a weird situation. It was. It was. Over division one now. So I like to tell people, you know, I play D1. I play for a Division 1 program. There you go. I hear you sound how you say that.
Starting point is 01:00:12 I'm the assistant to the director. I play for a D1 program. Yeah, I play for a Division 1 football program. I realize that I think that way from me. Yeah, I play for a program that eventually ended up D1. OK. Hey, we laid down a legacy for that, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:26 Anyway, Southern Door Football, though, Division V school undefeated. Undefeated, yeah, really great kids. Division V. Division V. So it goes down to D7 and then there's eight man. Gotcha. So not eight man. So not eight man. But we had some really good athletes.
Starting point is 01:00:46 Our defense was just lights out. I think throughout the regular season, we only give up six first half points the whole season. Oh, he smokes. And offense was strong too. We're in the offset eye. So you got those kids on the horse radish as well. Yeah, we got them.
Starting point is 01:00:58 Yep, we got them on the horse radish. Yeah, the boys on the radish. Yeah. Oh my god, I'm still feeling that emotionally. Yeah, but ton of fun. One conference. Love high school footballs, classic grass field football Friday night lights. Yeah, it was fun. That's awesome. We'll congrats. Go Eagles. Well, should we talk? We got another caller. We got to get to what do you think, guys? Here with it. Hey, boys, this is Alex. How's it going? What's going on Alex? Alex or Alec?
Starting point is 01:01:27 Alec with an X. Oh, the neck Alex, where you calling him from guy? From North East Indiana, like Fort Wayne area. Oh, sure. Sure. Well, let me give you a lay of the land here. You're talking to me and Miles and AJ Dylan running back for the green pay packers and he's also got a podcast with his brother-in-law Will. Will Tunin who's also here. So you got four of us to either give you advice and or talk about something you want by cell or trade. So belly on up to the bar with us. What's on your mind guy? Absolutely. Well, first and foremost, sorry that you played for the
Starting point is 01:02:06 pastors on bear stands for foremost. I'm sorry for you. Oh, what a lifetime of tragedy. It's all good. You can hear the emotional damage through the phone. Yeah, come over here and have some more. Is that your advice? Is that your advice? You're trying to figure out which team to work? Because they were in Greeningville. Well, besides from all that, I did have kind of like a
Starting point is 01:02:34 assignment for you guys here. So I'm not great with homework, but I'll try. We'll bear with me on this one here. So you know how the Midwest is we're very, we're very much like a family. Like we all kind of back each other up. We all kind of connect each other, do that kind of thing.
Starting point is 01:02:56 We're always poking fun in each other much like a family would, right? Yeah. Okay. Okay. So I want to see if you guys can try to come up with a family dynamic of each of the different, um, each of the different states within the Midwest. So if you had to like classify a certain state as like this person and see him like,
Starting point is 01:03:22 don't you? Don't you? Don't you? very, very good. Yeah, I'll re-expli, so let's say the Midwest 12 states, you know, it's a family, okay? It's a family. It's the Charlie Barons family. You don't need a aunts and uncles. One at 12, you can throw it.
Starting point is 01:03:38 Yeah, of course. Well, it could be sibling. Are you saying direct siblings? Are you saying just everyone in the family, right? Like a Thanksgiving get together. Which states are in. Right. Right.
Starting point is 01:03:50 Right. Exactly. It goes North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin. Hold on. We got to whip out the Midwest survival guy. I'm giving him the cheat code right here. I see you in Mexico, Indiana and Ohio and Michigan. There you go.
Starting point is 01:04:10 Right there. I'm gonna Zuri on the introduction page. You can read it right there. See, I would have done this as a diagram as a map, Charlie, in this book. All right. Well, there's a map in their miles. I got plenty of pictures of it.
Starting point is 01:04:23 Okay. And this seems like a no brainer to put that in the mouth. It's just shaking this head. I know. He's upset. So in case you need to check, there they are, A.J. right in there. All right. I'm going to go right off the bat.
Starting point is 01:04:35 Whose mom and dad, Charlie? Well, the father is Wisconsin. I know you're going to say that. And I'll let you have that win. And the mother is Minnesota. Okay. I would agree Yeah, mm-hmm. I would say that Kansas is like the the cousin that we haven't seen him at a family gathering in like 20 years But he's but when he comes, you know, if he's gonna come he's gonna be a good time and he's bringing booze
Starting point is 01:05:01 Yeah, yeah, oh, hi. Yeah. Yeah. Um Ohio is the first son. Oh, Ohio. Yeah. Oh, I was just I was gonna say the red headed stepchild. Oh, wow. Whoa. And what's Indiana going to be? Cheese. No, I'm kidding. We love Indiana here. But someone's got to be the red head stepchild. And what's wrong with red head smiles. There's nothing wrong with that. Yeah I never said that was bad. Yeah, did I know? You guys are the one that seem to think that was bad. Okay. I word a J any thoughts on the other ones
Starting point is 01:05:35 We got Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio covered Kansas, Kansas So that's four I feel like the Dakotas are like, they're like twins. Dakota's are the definitely twins. Yep. But are they are they in the immediate family? They're like, are they like your cousin like your second cousins? They're okay. I like the best brothers. They're the bad. They're like the best brothers. We'll go cousins. We'll go straight cousins. Dakota's are cousins. North Dakota sleeps on the top Bunk South Dakota on the bottom bunk and here's the real question though. Are they identical or
Starting point is 01:06:12 They you say they're identical. Wow. The code is our identical. Now AJ, this fellow being from North Dakota. I live if you agree. Do you agree with that? Okay. Okay. Well, you know, identical twins, they look the same, but when you get to know them, they're not, you can tell them apart by their personality. Sure. What's the Dakota border? Is it like just a flat like line or is it like a landmark? What kind of device? So there's a big wall that goes between them.
Starting point is 01:06:39 No, it's, I mean, it's pretty much a straight line. Yeah, all the way across. I bet it's some latitude goes long to two. I feel like longitude would be the long. Is that in your book? Longitude is long. I know, but that's anyway. I think it goes along. We're not getting homework.
Starting point is 01:07:03 Yeah. I like that. That's a twist. that's plenty. We're out to the I think it goes along. We're not getting homework. Yeah. Attitudes north south. I like that. The twins out. The twins are good. Yes.
Starting point is 01:07:12 Okay. Well, we got twins. We got twin cousins. I like that. What's Indiana? What is Indiana? Indiana. Indiana really known for.
Starting point is 01:07:20 Oh, well, we just had this on the podcast the other day. I mean, there's so much you got the dunes. Okay. Okay. You're over on Lake Michigan. And then they have great zoos. And by the way, several casinos, if you're looking to throw some cash down, a lot of hiking, there's a lot of caves underground caves in Indiana. It's a much more interesting in Indiana is a more interesting place than it gets credit for. So who in the family would be that? Hmm. The uncle who's an accountant. The uncle who's an accountant for Indiana. Yes. Wow. They're a little bit smarter than you would anticipate. Yeah. But on the surface, like he's your uncle who's an accountant. Don't really know too much about it. Yeah. I mean,
Starting point is 01:08:01 that sounds like he's got like people in his basement, you know, that's where that's like, you never know what you're getting. I'm sense the case. Yep. Let's go to our caller. You got one that we haven't mentioned yet? Well, for Indiana, I say definitely that's a good one, but I would say he's not as as book smart. He's very people smart as well. Oh, he's got to be done. But he's kind of like Saul on better call Saul and breaking bad. Then Indiana is a Saul goodman of accountants. That's it. Okay. What about what about Iowa? What do you think Iowa? Iowa. I mean, they're they've got to be out in the because in range there. I mean, they've got to be out in the cousin range there. I mean, they're closer than this.
Starting point is 01:08:48 We'll put it that way. What's funny is we don't have any kids yet. Yeah, we got a ton of cousins. You think cousins with? I always the cousin. All right, we should get Illinois. Oh, we haven't gone to Illinois. What do you think about Illinois?
Starting point is 01:09:00 Illinois has got to be a child. Might not be the first, but middle child. Illinois, some a child. Might not be the first, but middle child. Millenance of mental child. Yeah. Always ignored and always blamed for everything bad. That's perfect. All right. What about Michigan guys? Michigan might be the baby. Well, it could be, we could have another twin situation on our hands as well with the Upers and the, you know, the midget time. I like that Michigan is Michigan is. I can run in families. That's a thing. So, you know, the midget time like that Michigan is Michigan is
Starting point is 01:09:25 I can't run in families. That's a thing. So, you know what? I almost wonder if North Dakota South Dakota are not identical, but Michigan and the UP are identical twin. No, we'll do it the reverse way. Michigan and the UP are non identical twins. What do you call them? Non identical? Uh, I think they're just fraternal fraternal. They're in a frat. They're definitely they're definitely not conjoined because they were never together.
Starting point is 01:09:53 Or something like that. Yeah, for fraternity. Yeah, fraternal twins. Oh, that's a joke. And leave grandparents. Grandparents. Ooh. Yeah, who would the grandparent? I think Canada isn't great. We're running out of states, guys.
Starting point is 01:10:10 No, we got it on the board. Okay, who do we miss? Missouri and Nebraska. Missouri and Nebraska. Well, I'm never shockingly. Shockingly. All right, Missouri and Nebraska. I'm going with aunt.
Starting point is 01:10:24 Missouri is an aunt. It's the fun aunt, you know, the always, she always cooks. Because there's like, it's almost like a southern state got the southern hospitality mix in there. Yeah. So she's the she's the cook. The aunt that comes and she like squeezes your cheeks has a little kid to remind you that she's the fun. That's true. That's a sweet present. And then when you get older, she takes some of the wine she's cooking with and slips you
Starting point is 01:10:51 a little slip at the bottom. Yeah, remember me. Yeah, see me for a while. I think Nebraska is the drunk uncle Nebraska. I like that. A lot of corn grain. You like severed clear. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:04 Yeah. Did we get them all him in the head to Dakota's that's probably true. Oh, and we've got to bring our honoraries in Alaska. Yeah. Alaska would Alaska be like the product of the sun here. Could be the product of the sun. Could be the product of the like the so be Wisconsin's brother who's just a little bit like more successful.
Starting point is 01:11:34 You know, yeah, he doesn't make it to every family gathering because he's traveling on business. Oh, yeah. Oh, no, he's he's out hunting. It's what he's doing. Yeah, one of those. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:45 Flat part of Colorado. The flat part. Yeah, we got only the flat part. Yeah. Thank you. Um, I tried to think of all the different. We got a step sibling. We got aunts, uncles, bonus cousin.
Starting point is 01:12:02 Everyone's got a bonus cousin. You show up. Like the uncle that are like an uncle or aunt. That's not really an uncle or an aunt. Yeah. Good friend. Oh, family friend. Family friend.
Starting point is 01:12:11 Yes. Maybe a godparent to one of the kids. Yeah. I like that. I like it. No, I like it till where you're like, is this your, so you call a monk. And you're like, yeah, I mean, really my second cousin once with his cousin the whole life. Yeah, but we call a monk. Yeah,'re like, yeah, I mean, it's really my second cousin once with the most cousin of my whole life.
Starting point is 01:12:25 Yeah, but we call a monk. Yeah, that's good. I like that. And then we got one more honorary, don't we? Oh, you talking about upstate New York? Upstate New York. Upstate New York is the bonus cousin then. Bonus cousin, like you go to a family reunion
Starting point is 01:12:40 when you're 15 years old and your dad's like, hey, you're gonna meet your cousin today. And you're like, huh? We dad's like, hey, you're going to meet your cousin today. And you're like, huh, we got another cousin. Yeah, you do now. Well, we're don't ask questions. Okay. Okay. Parents who do it a long time ago.
Starting point is 01:12:53 Yeah. Exactly. So that, that'll be it right there. I think that was most of the, I think that's all of them. Yeah. Let me just read them off from the Midwest survival guide, make sure we got them all Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, got them all out. All right, we did it. Think, how do you think we did?
Starting point is 01:13:18 I honestly for as much of you guys been drinking, I think you guys did pretty good. He knows we've been drinking. It's only you knew. It's not the booze, it's the horse radish. I'll tell you that right now. It's a long story. Yeah. Take another hit of it. You know what they say.
Starting point is 01:13:34 What do they say? You know, I like that. I'm gonna use that. I'm gonna use that for a toast next time. You know what everyone? You know what they say? You know Oh
Starting point is 01:13:50 Man, whoa This was definitely our most asked the question and then listen guy, but I think that that's I think that's warranted once in a while So thank you for that. Yeah I think that's warranted once in a while, so thank you for that. Yeah. Well, thank you guys. I know I've been blasting through all of your guys' podcasts here recently, and I think I'm all caught up in health. But I think this podcast will be the one that gets my wife to really like you guys a lot
Starting point is 01:14:19 more because she's kind of been on the fence here for you guys. Wait, why is your wife on the fence? What have we said that put her up? What did Miles say that put her on the fence? Honestly, I don't think you guys, I think it's just her sense of humor is not up to the Midwestern standard, even though she is Midwestern part.
Starting point is 01:14:39 Where is she from? She's from Central Indiana. Ah, is she in accounting? Data analytic, so I mean, what's in the basement? Yeah. Yeah, what do you got in your basement? If we have one I tell you,
Starting point is 01:15:02 you got anything to buy sell it trade? I told you. Uh, by sell trade, I don't think I you anything to buy sell it trade I'll tell you Buy sell trade. I don't think I have anything to be honest. Well look to your left. Yeah, right. What don't you want? Open up the junk drawer everybody's got something I Tell you what I do I do need a beer fridge for the for the gride So you're looking to buy or trade for a beer fridge. I'd buy a beer fridge. Okay.
Starting point is 01:15:31 You wouldn't trade for it. If I had something nice. If I had something, if I had something of equal value to trade, I'd definitely trade, but I don't think I have. I don't know about equal value, but I got a beer free, I got a book. and I'm not going to be a little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more
Starting point is 01:15:48 little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more
Starting point is 01:16:04 little bit more little bit more little bit more little bit more get me something at your house that could equate to a beer fridge, okay? We'll figure it out. I'll be back and I'll be calling you soon. Sounds good. Alright, thanks for calling in. Yeah, thanks guys. Tell your folks it's as high and AJ keep doing what you're doing, man. You're doing a great job in the NFL. I appreciate it, man. Can you just give me one one last favor? it man. Can you just give me one last favor? One favor. Can you just say three words for me? Can you say go packo for me? One time for the podcast. How about Go Bears Go?
Starting point is 01:16:36 Oh, no. Oh, get the hell out of here. Thanks, guys. Yeah, see up. Thanks. That was maybe the most elaborate thing we've ever done on this podcast. That was a question. I think we just rode the next iteration of the Midwest survival guys.
Starting point is 01:16:59 I think we're going to have to do a augmented version, including a lot of this. Maybe a little family portrait, family tree. That would be good. That'd be a great graphic for the book. That would be good. You know, why didn't you consult us? You should just take this book and put a big like 2.0. Yeah, that's the exact same. And...
Starting point is 01:17:18 Exactly. But just rip out a bunch of the pages. Yeah. That's funny. Well, guys, I think that wraps up another belly to podcast. Again, as always, thank you guys for coming on. First guest we've ever had.
Starting point is 01:17:35 This is fun. Too full. Yep. And guys, thanks for tuning into another episode. And as always, tip your bar tender. Maybe we love you guys seeing the next one. to another episode and as always tip your bartender. Maybe we love you guys seeing the next one.
