I'm Soledad O'Brien, and on my new true crime podcast,
Murder on the Towpath, I'm taking you back to 1964,
to the cold case of artist Mary Pinchot-Meyer.
She had been shot twice in the head and in the back.
It turns out Mary was connected to a very powerful man.
I pledge you that we shall neither commit nor promote aggression.

Kennedy. Listen to Murder on the Toe Path with Soledad O'Brien on the iHeartRadio

I found out I was related to the guy that I was dating.
I don't feel emotions correctly.
I collect my roommates toenails and fingernails.
Those were some callers from my call in podcast, Therapy Gecko.
It's a show where I take phone calls from anonymous strangers as a fake gecko therapist
and try to learn a little bit about their lives.
I know that's a weird concept, but I promise it's very interesting.

I want you to ask yourself right now,
how am I actually doing?
Because it's a question that we rarely ask ourselves.
All of May is actually Mental Health Awareness Month,
and on the psychology of your 20s,
we are taking a vulnerable look at why mental health is so hard to talk about.
Prepare for our conversations to go deep.
I spent the majority of my teenage years, my 20s just feeling absolutely terrified.
I had a panic attack on a conference call.
Knowing that she had six months to live, I was no longer pretending that this was my best friend. So this Mental Health Awareness Month,
take that extra bit of care of your well-being. Listen to The Psychology of Your Twenties on the
iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, I'm Kristin Davis,
host of the podcast Are You a Charlotte? Sarah Jessica Parker is here. And she is sharing stories from the very beginning,
like the time she forgot we filmed the pilot episode.
I remember some things about shooting the pilot.
Right. I have some memories I can fill you in.
And that you're going to fill me in.
Yes. But then you forgot about it?
I completely forgot about it.

I'm Andrea Gunning, host of the podcast Betrayal.
Joel Kern was a respected lieutenant
at the Colorado Springs Police Department,
but Joel used his badge to fool everyone.
Most of all, his wife, Caroline.
He texted back,
No, everything's not okay.
I've ruined our lives.
You're going to want to divorce me.
April 11th, 2022, the day everything changed.
I called him and I remember just tears streaming down my face.
I said, what did you do? What did you do?
Caroline's husband was living another life behind the scenes.
Did part of you know, deep down, that this was wrong?
Yes.
He betrayed his oath to his family and to his community.
She said you left bruises, pulled her hair, that type of thing.
No.
That man who is on that tape is not the man I knew.
How far would Joel go to cover up what he'd done?
You're unable to keep track of all your lies and quite frankly, I question how many other
women are out there that may bring forward allegations in the future.
This season of Betrayal investigates one officer's decades of deception, on and off the clock.
Lies that left those closest to him questioning everything they thought they knew.
Listen to Betrayal starting on May 22nd
on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts,
