In this show, we go beyond the campfire stories to bring you first-hand encounters from people who say they've seen something impossible.
From backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers to quiet farms and crowded highways, the stories come from everywhere, and each one leaves us with more questions than answers.
These are the voices of the people who've lived it.
So settle in because today you'll hear another account that just might change the way you see the woods forever.
So stay with us.
Please keep Jeremiah in your prayers as he continues his fight against cancer.

All right, Bigfoot Society.
You've got the privilege of talking to Robin Long Soldier today.
Robin is an individual who got connected to through the podcast.
A few things about Robin.
Robin is a American Indian that has lived in the Midwest for.
over 30 years, whereas most of the encounters will take place as you see. Robin, is there anything
else that you would like to share with the listeners about yourself before we get going?
No, that covers it. Awesome. Do you feel comfortable sharing your tribal affiliation, or should we
leave that off the table? Well, actually, I'm a grovant from Montana.
from Fort Belknap, but my husband is
Oklahoma Sioux from Pine Ridge.
So that's why we moved to the area.
That's very interesting.
Very cool.
Well, Robin, feel free to share.
How far back does your Bigfoot story go?
Is there a certain time in your life
where you know, you had these interactions
or has this story of Bigfoot been a part of your life
from the beginning?
Well, when I was 29, I moved to the Midwest.
I was actually going to Seattle.
But I stopped in Lincoln, Nebraska.
And I met my husband.
And that's how come I ended up in the Midwest.
So we stayed here.
But he traveled a lot.
So, you know, we went to different places.
And then 95 is when actually things started with Bigfoot being in my sphere.
you know i mean that the it started like in 95 and ended in 2003 before i even knew what was going on i had
no idea of these things that were happening was a big foot so the first time and do you want me to
start from the first time yeah feel free to do so um the first time we were we were at a
religious gathering in Winnebago, Nebraska.
And the reason that I couldn't go was because I was on my moon and a woman who's on her moon can't
touch sacred objects.
So I had to leave the camp.
And I went and took my kids and we went down the hill through the wards and we stayed in
this trailer.
Well, everybody was getting their stuff.
stuff and me and my kids were watching them going.
There was a bunch of teenagers that left.
So everybody left and we went to bed and everything was quiet.
We could hear them drumming and singing.
And all of a sudden there was a big slam right where our heads were where we were laying.
And it happened so suddenly it really scared us and we didn't know what was going on.
And I thought it was really, I thought it was those teenagers mess.
with us. So I told my kids, just don't worry about it. Just go to sleep. And then a few minutes
later, same thing. Slam. But, you know, before you'd hear those slams, I would hear like,
like, you know how that rope sounds on a school where you put the flag up, the flagpole,
and that sound that it makes slamming against a pole. That's what I would.
hear and then I would hear the slam. And that that happened, I don't know, maybe an hour before
I heard somebody, I thought what was creeping along right below the trailer, I mean, right below
the window where we were laying because I kept hearing footsteps on gravel. So I just told the
kids, they're just messing with us. Let's just go to sleep. So we fell asleep the next morning,
got up and we went out there
and I didn't see anything
that would have been making that noise.
I guess somebody could have brought something.
But when I heard that gravel underneath the window,
the gravel was actually about 15 feet away.
So I don't know why it sounded like it was right in my ear.
But I guess because it must have been loud.
So that was the first time.
And that was in 95.
And like I said, we traveled a lot.
So in 96, we went through Colorado and we went up to Pike's Peak.
And on the way up there, our brakes got hot and gave out.
So my husband turned the car around, blah, blah, blah.
Finally, we're down the mountain, halfway down the mountain.
This park ranger got us down there.
And so we parked.
He said to just sit there for, you know, 30 minutes or so and let the brakes cool.
off. Well, I've seen this little trail going into the woods and I thought, hmm, you know, I'll go and at the time I smoke cigarettes. I thought, well, by the time I finished my cigarette, it should be, you know, be nice and cooled off and we can go. So I went and I followed that trail into the woods. And before it came into the, before it opened into the woods, there was these big boulders. So I thought that was pretty cool. So I stood there and then pretty soon my sister-in-law came following me.
And as she got there, I started feeling funny, you know, like somebody was really staring at us.
And I, well, staring at me.
I didn't know how she felt, but I really felt it strong.
And I started looking around and I thought maybe somebody, you know, spying on us.
So I kept looking around.
But then it felt menacing, started feeling like, like somebody wanted to attack you.
You know, I mean, it was really scary.
It was a scary feeling.
So I thought, hey, let's get.
out of here. I took my sister-in-law and we went back to the car. And I was in 96 and then 97 and then 98.
We were coming home from a meeting on a Tuesday night. And there's this place called Sweat, South Dakota.
And we were coming around this big curve. And just as we were coming around this curve, it looked like somebody, you know, you could see it move.
you could see movement in my headlights.
So I slowed down because I didn't know if it was a deer,
if, you know, what was going on.
So I slowed down real slow because it was, you know,
it was a big curve.
I was going probably 40.
But I slowed down real slow.
And then it looked like somebody went up on their right elbow.
You know, like somebody standing laying on their elbow and they lift up
and they're leaning on their elbow.
That's what was laying there.
And I thought, that is an awful big man.
And my kids started getting scared the closer we got.
And they said, Mom, it's a demon.
So I thought, no, it's not a demon.
It's just a big ugly man.
But I can't let him lay there and freeze to death because he was laying in snow.
But all I could see was his face.
Everything was white.
I thought he was wearing a big, fluffy white coat with a hood tied around his
face because that's all I could see. So I turned the, I made a U-turn and by the time I turned around
to stop and try to get out and wake him up, you know, get him off the road. There was nothing there.
And I asked my kids if there was anything behind us because we were in a big Chevy band and they
didn't see anything. So I stopped where I thought he was laying and I looked and I didn't see.
anybody walk in and you know it was a good moon out so and the snow everything was real bright so you could
you know it was almost like a clear morning and there was a a tree line like uh just you know like one of
those wind rows and and that was probably maybe a hundred feet away so that was in 98 right
Sorry, real quick.
So you could see something laying down.
Could you tell how long it was spread out on the ground?
No, everything was white.
He was laying in snow, and I thought what he had was a big white coat on.
Really, what it was was a big white foot, a white big foot.
And what he was doing, he was laying across from the bar,
because he was laying, he had his hands, you know, like he was laying prone when I came around the corner.
and that's when I started to see the movement.
But what he was doing was watching the people
coming in and out of the bar across the road.
And when I came around with my lights,
it must have disturbed him
because he got on his elbow and looked up at me.
But as far up as he came, when he looked,
like, you know, if a man gets on his, you know...
All right.
So some of our boarders
totally shot. It's
dead. I don't know.
I really don't know. I mean, it's
kind of old. I'm going to have to like get a new one, which is
fine. It's part of it. But yeah, the
record button won't
respond and I've restarted it.
So I checked the file
real quick. Thankfully, it got up
to the end of
you talking about the white Bigfoot in the snow.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
So
he was in
Okay, he was white.
Yeah, and, you know, the reason I think I didn't see anything was because he put his face down in the snow.
Mm-hmm.
So you didn't get anything about the two big foot at the window?
Yeah, nothing about, nothing after that, yeah, unfortunately.
Okay, so, um, so while I had those two come up to the window, well, that scared me because I didn't know what,
you know, what that was, what was at the window.
I just knew that they were two and they were big.
And it scared me, so I kind of started crying.
And I kind of tried to make myself feel small.
But it just looked in the window and it walked away.
I mean, you know, the whole encounter was like less than 30 seconds
from the time I heard them to the time they walked away.
It was very quick.
But it was very, you know, it scared me to death.
But I quit.
I never went back after that shift.
Oh, okay.
So sorry.
Yeah.
So you're talking about the treatment center at Pine Ridge in 99.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So I didn't get any of that, unfortunately.
Would it be okay to start at the beginning of that?
I apologize.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I worked at this drug treatment center is residential.
and I worked a night shift and I worked for the female side and then they had a male monitor
for each night shift and there were juveniles that were just on the cycle that I was working
and I was working the night shift so about two weeks before when I got the job because my friend
got me the job she was walking out the door and she told me you know watch out for Bigfoot
And I, you know, kind of laughed her off.
You know, Bigfoot, yeah, okay.
So about two weeks later, the mail monitor called in sick.
So it was just me.
And it was about 2 o'clock in the morning and all the kids were asleep.
So everything was nice and quiet.
And then I started to hear this noise.
And this noise was, you know, kind of far.
way when I first heard it and pretty quickly it got closer.
And then it sounded, I thought it was a coyote.
And the reason I thought it was a coyote because when a coyote is between a snarl and a growl, he kind of whines.
So that's the kind of whining that I heard.
And I thought, wow.
And then I heard another sound that was very,
heavy and like when somebody is sick or has a cold and they're really sick and they can't
they can't really talk right and they're you know they can't breathe right and they're
they're breathing is really heavy and that's what I would hear and it was back and forth and
back and forth but during all that back and forth it was at the bottom of the hill by the time
I went to the window and I thought well I'm going to see you know
how big this coyote is because, you know, that was, it's just weird, weird sound.
So by the time it got up to top and the top of the hill, I got scared.
I knew immediately what, what it was.
I mean, I didn't know that it was a bigfoot, but I knew it was not a coyote.
So, and at that moment in time, what my friend said to me didn't enter my mind.
I didn't think back to that until later.
So I got scared and I ran towards the light bank to shut off all the lights.
So, you know, maybe it wouldn't see me.
So I shut all the lights and that popped on the emergency lights.
So that lit the place up pretty good.
So I was just standing there in the middle of the room.
And here, when I looked over towards the window, there was one standing out by the street light
because I had a street light on the corner.
And there was one up against the glass, up against the window.
And because of the contrasting light,
I couldn't see any real detail, but they were big.
They were real huge.
So I got scared, and I kind of started crying.
And, you know, because I didn't know what was going on.
So I kind of made myself try to feel small.
And then it walked away.
It left and they left.
So it was like the whole thing was only like 30 seconds or less.
So I didn't go back.
Sorry, were you able to see any like details of the face or were those shadowed out?
Everything was shadowed out.
Everything was just black.
The figures were black.
Against the window was black.
Like I said,
the light coming from behind it and the light coming from inside, I really only saw a silhouette.
But they were big silhouettes.
So I quit that job.
I never went back.
I was too scared.
So I went to the doctor.
You know, soon after that, I went to the doctor in Pine Ridge.
and I was coming home
and there's this little town outside Pine Ridge
called White Clay
well I drove through white clay
and just as you get to the end of white clay
there's this little boxed canyon
that's maybe you know
less than 100 feet
I mean less than 100 yards
because you can go we came around that corner
into the box canyon
and there was a large
not real large
but a tall figure full of hair standing in the grass looking down at a stream and then
when we came and we passed it it looked up it didn't look at us but it looked up
it lifted its head and the hair was really it was blonde and the hair was
really wispy and long it was long uniformly long from head to toe so I I couldn't you
know I didn't look for hands.
I didn't look to see what the feet looked like or nothing.
I just looked at the figure because we were, like I said, we were driving.
And by the time I had them stopping back up, it was gone.
But it was tall, probably maybe seven feet, like built like a basketball player, real big.
But real uniform, real, real strong looking.
So I thought to myself then was that a Bigfoot,
but I talked myself out of it because we're living in the Midwest, you know,
and it's Bigfoot ain't down here, you know, I never heard of it.
So I never really thought about that again too much.
And then I lived in the country on the other side of the state line of South Dakota
right into this town called Merriman, Nebraska.
but we live right on the state line where you go down this this country road about three miles back and then there's a ranch back there well we that's where we live and there's a spring about a half a mile from the ranch and then there's hit because it's in the sand hills there's hills everywhere and then there's you know trees clumps here and there and we lived in that big house
It was a big farmhouse.
And the kids used to play outside, and I was always comfortable with that.
And, you know, we'd have things being tossed on our roof,
and they had to have been tossed on our roof because there was no trees, you know,
for anything to fall out of.
So somebody had to throw something up there or something.
So it never made me feel endangered, so I never gave it.
much thought and then my kid was running down the road one time because i used to have this telescope
so i could watch them play outside when they you know kind of wander on her and she was running down
the road coming towards the house and she looked really scared and she was really booking it so i went out
to the you know i met her and she just ran in there saying mom mom i heard something i heard
something it was really scary and i was like once you hear was like was it a uh a
a mountain lion you know what was it what you hear you know what was the sound tell me the sound
and she was so flustered she couldn't she couldn't even imitate it she didn't even know she had no
idea what it was so it kind of concerned me because her brother was still out there playing you know
i thought well he here he came he wasn't running though he wasn't scared he was just coming home
but um and then one time we were all sitting outside in the front yard and right behind the house
there's this hill with you know with some trees it's it's like a little pine ridge um
ridge of pines whatever anyway um on that hill right behind our house we were sitting out that
me and my husband and the kids were out playing and here
we heard this whoo real loud I can't even like it was so loud that I thought a
helicopter was trying to land that wolf wolf you know so I was looking up in the sky
and I didn't see anything and my husband soon after that said come on the house and he
didn't alarm us or anything he didn't say you know anything he's just come on let's go in the
He was real calm about it.
So we got in the house and I asked him, he says, I don't know.
He said that was some kind of an animal.
He said, I don't know what it was.
We just need to stay in the house for a while.
So we stayed in the house for a while.
So I started working because I quit that other job after that incident.
And all these incidents, as I'm telling you up to now, I had no idea.
I had no idea they were Bigfoot's.
I had no idea what was happening, why, you know, why the rocks, the banging on the house, the end of the whooping, none of that.
I could, I would have never even thought, you know.
So, I mean, you did have some really good sightings.
So what was it that you were telling yourself that you were seeing if you weren't aware that it was a Bigfoot at that time?
You know, it looks so natural, Jeremiah, in that setting.
And it was, it just looked so beautifully natural that I just didn't give it much thought.
I knew it must, it must be long, you know, whatever it was, it belonged there.
So I really, you know, after I thought it was Bigfoot and then thought, no, you know, I just didn't know.
So I didn't ponder too much on it.
just, you know, I'm, you know, out of sight, out of mind.
Yeah, no, I get it.
What was it that made you realize what you had been dealing with over all those years?
Well, I started working at this other residential treatment place in the town called Gordon, Nebraska,
and I worked the night shift there.
And it took me 15 minutes to do all I had to do for my shift.
And the rest of the night was just free.
I, you know, watch TV, whatever.
So I thought, you know what?
I'm going to see what Bigfoot.
And this was about 2003.
I'm going to see what the computer says about it.
So, you know, put in Bigfoot and all this stuff came out and all these videos on YouTube.
And I just spent the next 10 years reading and watching videos.
and you know joined all these Facebook groups and started learning you know about things and
learning about how they were how they would act you know and you know and you know and then
it was on Facebook that I started learning about their tree structures and stuff like that
so after I started learning all that stuff I thought well how would I ever find
mind it, you know. And this guy on Facebook said, just go out there and look for some place that might be squatchy and start taking pictures, you know. And I thought, I can't be that easy, you know. And it really was. I asked my husband, he said there was a wild part of this park in South Lincoln called Pioneers Park. And one side of it was beautifully manicured and it had nice
trails and the trees were all
pruned and all that. Well,
the other side was
kind of wild.
You know, I mean,
they had big bushes everywhere
and their trees were all,
you know, it just looked like a wild
forest. And it
led, I don't know,
that part of it
was a, you know,
a good probably three miles
if you had to walk it.
Right. So
but we started we went and I thought okay we went and I took my camera and we started walking around the park
and the first time that we went there I caught a picture of a little one and I didn't see him standing there
when we were walking around I didn't see any such a thing I didn't see nothing you know and so to see
that little bigger in my in my picture I was flabbergasted and I showed my husband you know
look what we got on our picture so we kept you know going and I kept learning and people would say
you know on Facebook they would say you can't see them sometimes they're standing right in front of you
and they're invisible and I'm like oh you know that that ain't happening you know and I scoffed it so much
stuff so many things that I was learning that I just kind of I knew Bigfoot was real but I just couldn't
buy some of the things people were saying
And then they just kept saying, well, you know, go out.
I find this.
And like I said, that's how I found out about the tree structures.
And where we used to go, me and my husband used to go, there was like a teepee structure when we first got there.
And we've seen that.
And it was very well made.
We couldn't have took it.
I don't think we could have even disassembled it.
You know, it looks, it looked strong and solid.
So there was a big, a big.
tree that led right into a trail. So we moved the picnic tree, I mean the picnic table to get
under the shade of that tree so we could have a picnic. Well, there was, you know, just, there was a
tree that just kept being, like every time we'd go there'd be less of it. You know what I'm saying?
That there's, you know, half a tree is worth the rest of the tree. How come it's gone? And pretty soon, there's nothing left
of the tree and there's like a little blind right there that's like you know maybe five feet from the
picnic table and that tree was right there so i don't know what happened to that tree or how you know
i don't know i don't think parks and game came and took it you know why would they just pick on that
one tree it was a good healthy tree so anyway we kept going and we kept doing things you know walk in
there and I kept taking my pictures and my videos and you know I would see things but I
wouldn't every time I we go I wouldn't see them with my eyes but but they were always showing
up in my pictures so I got to thinking maybe these people on Facebook aren't as crazy as I thought
they were you know because I'm seeing it too and in one picture we we saw this one standing in
the trees there was like three trees around him and he was like 11 feet tall and he was he had um he wasn't
his hairy from the waist up he was like like a deer like how short their hair is but you could tell
because you could see his and i wish i had that picture it's on my computer that's messed up but
somehow i'm going to get that picture anyway you can see his nipples and you can see his belly button
And then once you get down to his legs, they look like tree trunks.
They look like cottonwood tree trunks.
There are two of them.
They're huge.
And he looks like a tree.
And where he is standing where his arms are, I can't see his arms.
I can't see his hands.
All I can see is his shoulders and his body and his legs.
And he's looking under a branch looking at me while I'm taking the picture.
And his face is real handsome-like.
You know, it's not real, like I said, the hair was short.
And he had his eyebrows, his brow ridge wasn't, it wasn't overly heavy.
You know, he looked like an Indian.
He looked like American Indian in the face.
That's awesome.
Yeah, it was.
But I saw, that was in my picture.
and I'm looking at all these things
and I'm like, I can't believe this.
So we had been going for about a year
before they even acknowledged us.
I left the camera.
I quit taking pictures
and we started just going to the picnic table
and letting them come around.
And when I think that they're around,
because sometimes, you know,
you can feel somebody watching you,
you know.
Sometimes when we would drive in,
we would hear just real low, you know, real quiet like.
And I think it was a nursery because most of the pictures that I got besides that 11-foot one were all juveniles.
And there was one that was laying, he was kind of far back and I had to pull in my picture because I could see something there, but I couldn't tell.
But when I got him up close, it was a little baby white one with black eyes.
And he looked just like a baby fur seal.
laying there peeking up and behind a tree and I thought that was amazing.
So they started to acknowledge us and then, you know, I would leave them apples here and there.
And like, you know, I learned not to do it every single time so they become to expect it, you know,
and maybe hurt somebody.
And I don't believe that they're going to hurt anybody over apples.
But anyway, so I would leave them here and there.
We'd leave them apples.
And one time I left them a hairbrush.
One time I left them a little mirror.
And I think that the one that was acknowledging me is the little male juvenile.
One day we were, we came and my husband went to the picnic table and sat down and started reading.
So I went and I started walking the tree line real slow and looking into the forest, see if I could see anything.
And then I kept walking around.
Well, by the time I got around to where my husband was, where you go into the trail, I walked in there.
And I got in about 15 feet and something hit me in my stomach.
And it didn't come from above.
It came from the side.
And I looked and I looked and I didn't see anything.
And I kept looking for any little, you know, any little thing that Marraug's like, anything.
And it hit me again.
Three times it did that.
And it felt funny.
It felt fun.
I felt like he was playing with me.
I didn't feel like it, you know,
I didn't feel like he wanted me to leave.
It just felt like it was playing with me.
And then my husband called my name.
And everything got real quiet and stopped.
And then I didn't feel nothing else after that.
So I went and found where my husband was sitting
and then there was nothing left.
So we just went, we went home, and, you know,
and we would come and we would come back,
and we would, you know, I wouldn't take pictures anymore, though,
because when I take the pictures,
when I bring my camera with me,
they wouldn't, I wouldn't get much, you know.
Sure.
So one time when we went,
and it was one of the last times we were there
because we were going to move,
but we were sitting at the picnic table and we were facing one way and I knew they were behind us.
So I used my phone and I was talking to my husband and I kept pointing to the phone and pointing to across from us
to make it look like I was going to take a video of what was across from us.
When I turned my phone around and I did that whole tree line and it actually was.
was filming behind us and I kept that SIM card because that video is on that SIM card
and you can see him standing behind us.
Really?
He looks like a little baby gorilla and it looks like he's got his hand like two fingers
across his lips like he's looking at us, you know, like with his thumb back and his two
hands.
It just, you know how somebody you would really be.
being a deep thought and looking at somebody, that's the pose that I found him in.
Did you say that's a photo or a video?
It's video.
Wow, really.
Oh, that's wild.
And I got a video of one at Winnebago at the Powwow Grounds.
We went down there, and I have that video on my, it's not one that I lost.
I actually have it on a computer stick.
I don't know what you call that.
Anyway, I can stick it into the computer and pull the video up.
And it has what I think now, why I didn't know what it was,
but I think now that it's a cloaking big foot because it's like a tall,
maybe 10 foot dark brown shadow standing next to a tree.
Well, the standing, I don't know.
Anyway, the shadow is undulating and it's next to a tree.
and you keep going and my husband is in the video because he was looking at some tracks
which was the reason that we stopped so he was looking at the tracks to see what they were
and I kept going and I passed him up and in the video there's this pile of logs they're long
and they're laying there and there's a little juvenile well there's what looks like a log leaning
against a tree but it's a little juvenile and you can see when you're
you, when you pull it close, you can see he's looking at me one second, and the next second,
he's sticking his tongue out at me. And I showed that video to some squatters in one of the,
you know, one of the conventions they had in Hastings, Nebraska. Oh, really? Oh, man. Yeah,
yeah. That's a great conference, the Nebraska Bigfoot conference, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, it was fun.
It was the only one I'd been to.
So I got that one on video.
And the other one is just like where we used to go in the park.
We went to the other end of that.
And I got a tree peaker.
And I have that one.
I have that one on my Facebook messenger.
So I could send that to you real easy because I don't have to go through it.
I was going to ask if these videos are online or you just have them on like random hard drives.
and things like that.
One's on a hard drive and one's online.
One's on my messenger.
Okay.
And I tried to send it to you through your society page, but it wouldn't take it.
So I guess I can't see you.
You can email me directly at Bigfoot Society at gmail.com.
You can try it that way.
I'd love to see them.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I was learning all that.
And then we were going to move.
but my husband had a job to do they asked him to do some translating for him for
for some books and things like that for to translate it into the Oglala language
the Lakota language so he we went up to Rapid City and stayed there a month
and while we were there he would go to work and I sometimes go with him and I would
go out behind the building and there's a big parking lot and then you go and then there's a hill
and then on the other side of that hill there's a meadow and a big meadow like the size of a couple
football fields and then you come back over and then it's all city again it's real strange but
it's real pretty and i was sitting back there and i went back there the first day and
I just, you know, it just felt funny sitting there.
I just felt like I wasn't alone.
And I felt like that same thing, the second day.
I just felt like, you know, but it was a peaceful feeling.
I wasn't afraid or it didn't make me feel uncomfortable.
I just felt like I wasn't sitting there alone.
And so the third day, I came out.
And I looked at the hill before I, when I got out of the van,
I left my camera because I was,
I was taking pictures there too.
So I left my camera in the van and I just looked over there and there was this little black thing.
I thought it was a little black bucket on the hill and I thought, well, who would leave a bucket?
You know, why would they?
Why?
I mean, it's pristine.
I mean, the place was clean.
There was no litter or nothing.
I really felt put out.
So I thought, okay, and I just went over there.
I'll pick it up and, you know, do something with it.
But when I got closer and I kept getting closer, it was a baby big foot.
It was a really little baby big foot.
And the only thing that you could see on him that was shiny was his watery little eyes.
The rest of him, he looked like a little black burnt stump.
And he was, I don't know, I want to say two feet tall.
And the mother had to have been there because when I saw it was a baby big foot,
I immediately got scared because I thought, where's the mother?
She's going to get me, you know, thinking I'm trying to hurt her baby.
And really, I think she was sitting there next to it and I just couldn't see her.
Because I sat there for an hour and a half and I cooed at the baby and I talked.
And I would talk to the mother, you know, and I don't know if they understood or not.
But for an hour and a half, she let me sit there and talk to her baby.
I didn't try to get closer.
You know, I didn't want to, I didn't want her.
to resent bringing her baby in the first place.
So I just stayed my distance and talked.
And it was just so cute, you know.
I mean, it was just kind of a nothing little cute.
It was just like I said, it looked like a little stump, just, you know,
just like a little stump and his little eyes were the only thing on him that moved.
He never adjusted.
He never moved or scooched.
And all that time, I was sitting there.
So anyway, it was time to go to lunch, you know, because I was having lunch there with them.
And so I got up and I turned around and I walked and I took three steps and looked behind me and it was gone.
The baby was gone.
Boy, it disappeared just that quick.
So I went inside and had lunch and then I don't know.
I think that's the last time I actually had any dealings with them because when we moved, you know,
things happen and age sets in and I really can't go out very much and but when we got
here the strange thing is we got here and we knew some people here but nobody who
would do something like this when we went out we were going to the doctor and
sitting on our top step in the middle was a brown
like a brown glass marble.
It was real pretty.
And it was there meant for us to see.
And I thought, you know, where did that come from?
Why?
And I, because I actually have, I have a slingshot.
So I have some of those same glass pieces that I used to use with my slingshot.
And I thought, that is so strange that I would find one, that same kind.
on our stair
you know
sounds like they could
they might still be around
even though you can't get out
yeah yeah and I think
when we go to the doctor because we go
to the doctor once a month in Winnebago
still and it's an hour
away and I
think that that they know
when we're around you know
I think that they keep an eye on their people
you know I think that
you know I know that sounds
funny but I really do when
they're attached to somebody, I think they keep taps on them, you know.
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah, I mean, based off of other conversations I've had, I agree with you.
I had a question for you because Pine Ridge has come up multiple times and actually came up in a
conversation at the Nebraska Bigfoot conference.
I had a guy from there who was telling me some interesting stuff.
Would you say that there are many different encounters reported by
people from that reservation or people have stuff happened or have you heard other things?
I hate to use something so simple, but Indians are really hard to impress.
Okay.
Now, I get it.
I don't think that they tell because we had UFOs when we were living in Potato Creek,
there was this band of, it was five of them.
They came up, they came over the hill, they hug.
and then they came straight down and landed.
And everybody in the village was watching.
We were standing our houses.
We were hanging out our windows.
We were in our backyards because it was happening like maybe a football field away.
It was right there, five of them.
And they came over with their lights and they hovered.
They landed.
And then the next one came.
And five times it did that.
And then they all went away somehow.
We never did see them leave.
Fascinating.
I love what you just said.
Native American culture is so fascinating to me.
It's beautiful.
It's something that the rest of us never got to be born into.
And it's just, it is so, so fascinating to me.
And you're absolutely right.
I mean, it would take a ton to impress you guys because of everything that you've grown up with and you've experienced.
It's just, it's a fascinating culture in these different.
tribal communities.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And, you know, my husband even had an encounter when he was a real little boy out in the
badlands behind Potato Creek, his mom was out in the badlands picking fruit, plums and berries
and stuff.
And he was running around playing.
He said he must have been four or five years old.
And he was running around playing.
And he parted this grass, this tall grass.
And when he parted that grass, there was a little.
little creature, a little baby Bigfoot, same size of him that was standing right there.
And they both screamed and ran in opposite directions.
And so my husband knew that they're real, since he was a real little boy, he knew he's known
they've been around.
And he never, you know, when I first started, because at one point, I was so obsessed with
everything Bigfoot.
And it's all I could think about, it's all I could talk about.
You know, and my husband put up with it and put up with that.
And, you know, finally, you know, we got to where it's not such a big thing and I'm not so obsessed.
I still listen to Bigfoot stories and account, you know, because you learn so much still.
And every account is just like a little piece and a very big puzzle.
And you learn so much from each other.
You know, I wish people would quit fighting and I wish people would quit being like I was scoffing and what you'd
You know, absolutely, yeah.
Yeah, I agree with that 100%.
If people could stop fighting and scoffing
would get, we would get so much closer
to probably where we're supposed to be.
What an absolutely fascinating conversation.
Do you have any, just from your viewpoint,
I know there's a lot of individuals
that listen to the show
they're trying to have some sort of connection or communication or figure it out.
Do you have any advice to those people that could be listening right now?
I would just say let them come to you, you know, because they know who they want to be around.
They read people and they know who to let into their realm and who they don't want to be around.
And so, you know, go out there and have a cookout and laugh and play and play some nice music, you know, not nothing real heavy, stomp and rock, you know.
I don't think they really would like that.
But, you know, some classic rock or, you know, some oldies, you know, and just have fun.
Absolutely, yeah.
And then they'll come.
If they want to, they'll come, you know, especially if you're in their area, you know.
And most likely somebody's always in their area because they're everywhere.
You know, they really are in every state, everywhere, in every country.
Yeah, I agree.
You find the wooded area that has water going through it with a curvy type creek or river or something,
and you might find some around there.
But you asked me at the beginning how I was doing.
I wanted to talk about that just so other listeners could know.
Just if you guys, so I try to interview when I can right now.
I'm going through the cancer thing.
And it's getting rough.
Yesterday, I was on this injection for white blood cell, white blood cell stimulation.
And Robin, I'm not going to lie to you for seven.
hours, I had intense dull aching pain every seven seconds in my lower spine and pelvic bone.
Holy mackerel.
It's like no interviews today.
So we're getting through it, but it is a fight for sure, and I need to make sure that the audience knows about the fight as well.
So we'll definitely pray for your endurance.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I appreciate it.
that. But Robin, what a what a fascinating journey that you've had. And it sounds like it hasn't
ended. It's just maybe, maybe is happening to you in different ways that you have to look for
around where you are. And, you know, if you are able to, to send some videos over, I'd love to
see them. It sounds like they're really, really cool videos. And I just want to say,
thank you for coming on the show.
I want to make sure that you were able to share everything that you came on to share today.
Yeah, I did.
That was really great talking to you.
It's not often I get to talk about it so freely.
Absolutely.
I mean, that's why I have this so people can talk freely and share what they've experienced.
But keep in touch, Robin.
I wish you the best.
I do.
I'll get you those videos.
And how are you doing?
Hey, doing well.
What's going on, man?
Nothing much, man.
Just hanging out of the house and saw you popped up on my feed.
This is more of an experience slash questioned for you because you're probably more experience about this than I am.
So up in Ponderee County in Washington, way up north.
I worked for this small cattle ranch up there.
I was in high school.
What county again?
Ponderey County.
P-E-N-D-O-R-I-E.
L-L-E County.
Oh, got it.
Yeah, it's the weird one.
Yep.
Yeah, Ponderet, but it's Pondore, Pondor.
Okay, got it.
Superactive area.
Go ahead.
So, have you had any, I wouldn't say experiences,
but have you read about anything about Bofine infertility
when it comes to, like,
presences of Bigfoot?
Because we had a couple sightings that everybody believe were fake.
for a long time.
And then all of the sudden,
all the cattle were not reproducing.
We weren't having good calves.
We weren't having,
they weren't going missing,
but right after the presence was known,
they just stopped reproducing altogether.
We were having miscarriages.
We were having miscarriages.
We were having deformities.
the lactation process was completely off so I was just if you've heard of anything like
that before because I know that some tree species as you can see from my photo on my
profile I cut trees I'm a logger by trade I know that certain trees certain
species they go and cause miscarriages and everything like that but I'm just
wondering because the coincidence was too close it was within a couple days dude that's weird um
myself personally i've never heard that can you go into any detail about like what so did
people were just seeing big foot around the area or what was going on there yeah so fishing game
put out a they put out a notice that there was a few bears that have been missing that we
call her up in we call her the grizzly bears up in Washington to go and keep um to keep track of
them because they're very invasive they kill everything off you know um well the bears disappeared
and then people started getting some weird photos on their game cameras because it's a hunting
community um where it would be a blurry photo where it's a lot darker of hair than we're used to
but there's no grizzlies that have been recorded in the area.
So, and then a couple hunters come in, you know, come in, go sit at the local bar,
start swapping stories about how their camps get rummaged,
how there's been some weird sounds.
And, I mean, we're right up right on the Canadian border.
So, you know, who knows?
can you share so this is up by like medley and falls and and gypsy meadows and stuff
yeah yeah yep right up by right up by a boundary dam there if you can look that up
I'm gonna look that up real quick boundary dam campground Washington yep
okay um so what was the what are the dates on this again
this is a while back okay um this is i would say i was in i was in high school so 2015
do you know what part of the year it was was it summer uh it would be it'd be late fall because
it was it was white tail season so late fall so man okay so
it's like you're getting the call
yeah sorry
you can I'll hang up that
thanks so
man I've never heard anything like this
but so the thing that this does bring in mind
is that sometimes like you'll have a person
that will be in proximity to a big foot area
and then they'll start having weird health issues going on
everything from like
pretty much anything you can think of.
A lot of people will say it could be similar to like radiation poisoning.
So then to think, okay, could this kind of stuff happen with other things like cattle?
I don't think it's out of the ordinary.
But the thing is, you usually hear about stuff like this with aliens and UFOs.
I've never heard about it with Bigfoot stuff before.
It's very unique, man.
And it's not, and I mean, it's not, it's not.
Like, you know, you hear about alien inception and stuff like that.
But, you know, I don't want to go and throw that out.
Right.
Where maybe there's something going on there as well.
But is, uh, is Bigfoot a pretty normal thing up there or?
Oh yeah.
It's everywhere.
I mean, there's guys that like, I had a buddy who gave me hair back in the day who
said it was from Bigfoot.
It got stuck on one of his cameras.
Um,
And then I've had people be like, hey, look at this big old footprint.
And, you know, it's, it's small town lore at that point.
Okay.
Yeah.
No, totally.
Do you know anyone who's had an actual sighting?
Yes, there is a Forest Ranger up there.
He actually wrote in the Daily a long time ago.
I can't remember what his name was.
I think it was, oh, we called him, we called him Ranger Cunningham.
but that's a that's been so long like I said this is a long time I'm just sitting at home today and I saw you pop up on my
uh suggested that's awesome I might try to track that dude down he he might even be retired now
if it's been a while because a lot of those guys yeah a lot of those guys won't talk to you unless
they're retired unfortunately because they're so scared they got to um do not run you not
speak yeah man Gabe I don't know man I've heard of uh of the Grizzlies in
Montana getting their neck's broken I don't know if you said that yeah yeah but
that's the thing is it has Bigfoot ever been reported of fornicating with
different species so I love how how carefully you worded that and thank you for
I don't want to go and get us both reported, you know?
We don't want to.
So, Gabe, it's, I will tell you this.
And I'll be, I'll be careful how I say it.
There are many, there are few things that I've cut out of the show that have to do with horses.
And I have to do with, yeah.
And we won't get into super into it more than that just because I don't trust TikTok.
talk. But I will tell you there are times and things that I've heard from witnesses that I just
can't put out on the show because there's something about Bigfoot and horses. So there could
easily be something Bigfoot and cow related as well. Right. Yeah. Because I mean they're
close to the same species. I mean, and not to sound crass, but, you know, horses can get away
a lot faster than a cow can. Right. Yeah, exactly.
So, but I see, North Americans has heard things similar to what.
Okay, so he's heard it on his channel too.
So there you go.
I would say it's not out of the, not out of the question, man, but this is a good conversation.
Thank you for coming up, Gabe, and for chatting about this.
If you ever have stuff like this happen in the town again, I would love to hear about it.
If you could, my email is Bigfoot Society at gmail.com.
I'd love to hear about it.
Yeah.
I mean, I live in Alaska now, so it's a bit different.
That's even crazier for Bigfoot stuff, dude.
I haven't heard anything yet,
other than a couple of the logging camps up here,
gotten rated.
And it's definitely not,
all we've heard up here is that the color is changing.
Okay.
So do you,
you should check out the,
what is it,
Fred Rolls,
channel sub-arctic Alaska Sasquatch he probably has the most Alaskan bigfoot encounters documented
and if you go to his website he's got a really good map and you can probably check around your area to
see if there's been stuff reported perfect so I mean I would recommend they're in the same family
as like the teleporting yeties or whatever they're calling them now aren't they weird stuff man
I mean, some people believe that they can teleport or go through portals.
There's reports from Oregon and all sorts of stuff.
Yeah, absolutely.
Nothing I've seen, but there's some weird stuff out there, man.
Yeah.
I appreciate it.
All right, dude.
We'll talk later, man.
Peace.
But, yeah, that would not be fun to deal with as a farmer.
I mean, not fun at all.
Hey, David.
How are you?
Hello, David.
Yeah.
Hey, thanks for coming up.
Feel free to share what your experience was, David.
Been about 20 years ago.
I was digging roots in Kentucky,
and I was way back in the woods.
And I thought it was a buyer coming after me through the woods.
Who are you talking to?
Big foot man.
And I thought it was a buyer coming after me.
And it was shaking the trees.
It was shaking the trees.
And it was getting kind of, it was almost, it's getting dark on me.
It took, but I knew I had to get out of it before it got dark, but it come through the woods and it was standing up.
It was about nine foot tall, but I could see it through the trees.
But I thought it was a bear standing up on its hind legs.
And so I just.
grabbed my stuff and started easing away from it.
And it followed me down to her until I had to get back in the woods.
I was in an open spot and I had to get back in the woods.
And which I was scared and I seen it.
It finally come out where I could see it.
You know, I didn't get a real good look at it.
It was just a brief because I was, I was.
getting ready to run.
But it was about
nine feet tall.
Harry.
You know, just
what you would basically call
Bigfoot. Either a big
ape or
but I dropped my stuff
and I took off running through the woods.
I took off running and
I never looked back.
That's why, David.
That's been about 20 years ago.
What area of Kentucky was this again?
It's north-north-eastern Kentucky, down by the Ohio River.
Let's see.
So like up by Cincinnati?
I'm 60 miles east of Cincinnati.
I was down right down on the river, the Ohio River.
Got it.
That's awesome.
Did you ever go back to that area or is it a place where you just stayed away from there ever since?
No, no, I lived in the area.
I lived there, which I don't live at far from it now, but then I lived there four or five years, you know, after I've seen it.
Okay.
Is this area, I'm trying to think, because I'm guessing the Ohio side is pretty active.
Is that, what are the counties in Ohio on the other side there?
I've got to look.
Adams County, is it by that?
It's in Lewis County.
Okay, Lewis County, gotcha.
Is Bigfoot reported quite a bit in that area?
Well, yeah, it's been seen there, the people that, see, I was new to the area when this happened.
I just moved down in there.
I'm from a different county about probably 30, 40 miles away.
But that area, the people living, it was a common thing.
They, I mean, it was, you know, I told people and they just, they just act like it
wouldn't no big deal because, you know, they grew up in that area and they've seen them
before.
Wow.
That's wild.
Have you had to deal with Bigfoot since that time, Dave?
Yes, I have. This happened about about six months ago. I was driving the truck and I was about
probably 10 miles from where I seen that one at 20 years ago. And this, this one was early in the
morning. It was still dark. I was driving the truck and it run across the road. All I could see was a black
you know, a black, it was running so fast I couldn't see it until it stopped.
Now when it stopped, it turned around and looked at me.
And it, it, it, I thought it was a bear.
I thought it was a bar.
It was about probably four feet tall.
And I thought it was a young bear or something.
Because there's, there's plenty of buyers in there.
We see, see them quite often.
But that's what I thought it was until it's,
stopped in the middle of road.
It just stopped in the road and it turned around and looked at me.
And I could see that it had hands and it had its hands on the road.
It was like a, you know, like a ape or something would put their hands down.
It kind of run with its hands on the road.
Okay.
But when it stopped, I got a good look at it.
So what you saw that day, was it similar to what you saw?
2006 or was it different?
Yes, it was similar, but it was
like what I was thinking, it was a young one.
It was, it wouldn't know full grown
one. It was, you know, I could tell
it was young. It wasn't full grown.
And then
my guess is it was probably about
it was probably about four feet tall,
probably weighed anywhere
I don't know, 150 pounds or so,
maybe 200 pounds.
David, what's
What is, would that be February of 2026 then that you had the road site?
It was, it was back there.
It was back in the winter.
It was, uh, right.
But I'm going to take in May, February, I'm not sure.
February of March or somewhere around there.
Okay.
Wow.
Growing up or spending so much time in that area, what is the wildest,
Bigfoot story that you've heard from that area?
I've heard, well, my brother, he lives
probably 20 miles from there,
and he's seen one in his yard.
He's seen one in his yard.
He thought it was a horse because it was at night
and it was under a pear tree.
And he thought his horses got out
because he's seen it and he thought it was his horses eating his pires.
And he got his flashlight and went out there.
When he did, he shined his light on it and it stood up.
It was about nine feet tall.
And the way that you can tell it that it's not human
is because their eyes will light up like a deer.
They, you know, they got that, you know, how you hit a deer and their eyes are light up when that, in the light.
They would do that.
Their eyes are like that where they can see in the dark.
And when he hit his flashlight on it, its eyes lit up and he can see it.
And that's how, you know, that's how he spotted it first because the eyes, and he said that their eyes, the eyes, the only thing that he,
knew that it wasn't human because their eyes sits too far apart from they're almost on the
side of their head instead of front of their face okay that's interesting wow you definitely live
in a super active area is bigfoot the only thing that you guys have to worry about out there
there's now there several stuff that that i've seen you know in this area that i that i that i
I don't know for sure what it is.
There's some kind of big cat or something.
I don't know if it's a line or something got loose or that kind of thing.
You know, I don't know.
Do you have any thoughts about why that area is so weird, why there's so many strange things in that area?
Well, it's just, it's, you know, there's big areas that there ain't no people and there's, you know, you got, you got big
mountains here and there's you know there's no no human that goes up on them or nothing and it is a you know
it's a isolated place absolutely i know over the river you have the uh the serpent mountains too and that's a
very very strange area up there there's a lot of weird stuff that's reported right right that area
for some reason um but david thank you so much for
coming up and for sharing about what you've experienced over the years.
I appreciate it, man.
All right, man.
Thank you.
You got it.
Hey, how's it going?
Hey, Doug.
Hi there.
How are you?
I'm doing great.
Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Awesome.
Can you hear me clearly?
Yes.
Okay, well, I want to give my experience.
that I went through it happened June 6 about little after 11 a.m. and I was by
highway 4 Northern California Arnold and what really surprised me is that it
happened at a popular stop.
I know you guys have heard of Big Trees, California.
Yeah, Calaveras.
Yes.
Yeah.
Big Tree, California.
Well, I was with my wife and my son.
And my son, well, he has autism.
He has autism and he could anticipate things.
and he loves being out in the mountains.
And I wanted to go up further higher on the trail
to start with.
He absolutely refused to go up with me.
He was just pulling away from me not wanting to.
So I told my wife, stay down here with him.
and I'm gonna go up and go adventure on my own.
I got this feeling of having to go up, even if my son didn't want to.
So I went ahead and went up the trail and there was people
and I got this strong feeling of
just to get off of the trail and go out on my own going up because the other people were going
sideways slightly up something was pushing me just to to go straight up and don't waste
time going sideways slightly sideways with everybody else plus I didn't want to be with
other people before I could make my way going up I heard this hard knock against a
tree coming above me and that was the green light that I knew that's what
But that's what I must have been feeling that was luring me to go get off the trail.
So as soon as I could step foot off the trail, I heard another crack.
And so I wasted no time, host, and I went up.
I said I went up about close to a mile off the trail.
and I heard another crack, another crack.
Then after the crack, shortly after, I heard a growl.
I heard a growl, but I knew where I was at, people have been there.
I'm talking about forest workers because I was seen clean cut trees, clean cut trees,
Clean cut trees because there must have been a fire that went through their months ago or a year because you could see some of the trees that had
The charcoal burnt area on the trunks and
So I continued going up higher and I thought I heard running water
Keep in mind this is my first time in this area.
So I thought I was hearing running water
because lower below by the campgrounds,
there is a stream.
So the further I was going up,
I started hearing like running water.
But once I made it to where I wanted to get to,
I heard the wind and I was confused and I was like,
oh, okay, this is the wind, this is not.
running water and then I felt the the air thicken the air got thick like you
know something is is nearby watching you I don't know yet the hairs on the
back of my neck started standing I got like goosebumps and it's like a force
filled wall not wanting me to go further
as much as I wanted to so bad to continue going it's like something was just not allowing me
and then I heard like you know when you release air from a tire like like the I don't know I'm
air out of a tire and so I stayed put to catch my breath in the same time
and to catch the courage even if I felt like that force feel not wanting me
to continue I pointed out I thought to myself I looked up and I said I'm
gonna continue going up but up just up to that tree no more so I made it I
continue going I
ignored that force field whatever it was I found the courage if I stood there
contemplating to go back down but I did I just decided you know what I'm gonna do it
I don't know if it was because I didn't want to be a coward or I was dumb but I
just wanted to continue I didn't I didn't care after that after I gathered myself
I continue pushing along once I got to that
That's when I heard two knocks against a tree back to back.
Like a sluggers hitting a home run, like a professional baseball player's hitting a home run.
Just back to back.
And I said, okay, enough is enough.
I've heard you receive the warnings time and time again.
I want to start making my way down.
down well making my way down for some reason I got lost instead of going down
south east I was going down southwest oh boy and I thought to myself oh my
goodness I'm lost I this is does not look you know though you could get easily
lost in the woods everything ends up looking the same after and I ended up getting
loss. All I knew is that I needed to go down. I needed to make my way down. And then I came down to this, I took a picture of it. And I also did a recording. I came down to this like dirt area and I found it very odd host that I saw three logs.
Two logs were connected and one was connected.
It's almost like if somebody was did like a type of form,
like it's pointing somewhere, like pointing a direction.
On like five yards on front of that form, the way the log was formed,
there was tweaks on that.
on that dirt, there was twigs with a yellow rock.
The yellow rock was evened with the ground.
But the twigs that were gathered together,
the twigs that were gathered together,
it just looked like it was trying to point a direction
or there were something that was there.
I stepped onto that area where the dirt and the twigs
where I just went a little bit forward and then so close to my ear I heard a hiss a hiss and a
a growl in a growl and once again the air got thick and the the back of my hairs from my neck
went up and I said I have to I have to go whatever it is it does not want me here so I
continue going down until I finally hear people until I finally hear people from a
distance so now I start and I hear them going I hear the voices south southeast
so I start walking southeast until I finally get to the trail I finally got to the
trail and make all my way all the way down to my wife and my son and the
campground I-night and it took me a couple weeks to tell her that I had an
experience because my wife is not a believer my wife laughs about Bigfoot and why
have that they not been you know why isn't there a body you know there's a lot of
reasoning the reason why there's not a body we hardly see bears corpses of the
bears in the forest right you know they they dissolve with the with nature with the
ground with the soil not to name other animals if it's very rare for us to run to
corpses of bears in the forest more more less all the more with with bigfoot but I
think before takes it to a different level to be honest
In my opinion, I think they remove each other.
When an elder of Goodfoot or a youngster or whatnot,
I really don't think they leave their comrades there.
I really don't.
I really think they dispose of their own so they won't be recovered by humans.
Fascinating.
Fascinating account.
Have you found a...
any other people that have had stuff happen in the same area of this?
No, I have, no, I have not.
I haven't reached out.
Like I told you, my, I couldn't even tell my wife until a couple of weeks later.
Okay.
She's not a, she's not a believer.
And, uh, but, um, that is really my opinion why we can't find a body because these,
Things are very intelligent and I really think they dispose of their own.
Sure.
So there won't be.
Absolutely.
So there won't be any evidence to go back.
Really, really.
Oh, really?
Yeah, I really do get the edge.
But to me, it's like about a two-hour drive going up uphill.
So it's just one of those things I have to drive two hours to get to.
to get to
big trees.
If you ever do get to go back
and you have something else happen,
we would love to hear about it.
Feel free to reach out.
You can always hit one of these lives again
or send me an email,
Bigfoot Society at gmail.com.
But I appreciate you coming up and share.
It sounds like it's a thing.
Have you shared this story a lot?
No.
No.
When I told my wife and then
second is to
it's to you guys and to you.
I appreciate you trusting us enough to share your account.
Thank you for hanging out with us, and I hope you can hang out a little bit longer in the chat with us.
Definitely.
How are you?
All right.
How are you doing tonight?
Hey, doing all right, sir.
Feel free to share what happened, man.
Well, this happened in late 1977 or early 1978.
I know it was before the blizzard of 78, and that was in late January.
So I was either seven or eight years old.
I was staying the night at my grandparents' house in a little town called Barry, Kentucky, which if you know where Cynthia is, that's where Robert Kirkman's from Walking Dead and Invincible fame.
But there's a small town, a few miles outside of Cynthia called Barry, and my grandparents had like a 50-acre farm out on a ridge.
And my sister and I was staying there one night.
Like I said, it was probably late December, early January, between 77 and 78.
And this house had been built in the late 1800s.
It was square, had four rooms on the bottom, two rooms in the attic.
And my sister and I were sleeping in the living room.
I was sleeping on this old leather couch
and about three or four in the morning
the call of nature came to me
and I was like, yeah, I got to go to the outhouse.
Yeah, this house
still didn't have indoor plumbing.
There was an outhouse.
And I was sleeping on this old leather couch
by a window.
I wish I knew which direction it was facing
but I was seven or eight.
I didn't really know.
And I like sat up
and then looked out the window and about 100 yards down,
down a hill, this little sloping hill by the house,
there was a evergreen tree,
and there was something standing next to it,
and it was big.
I couldn't see its face.
There was the moon, I don't think it was a full moon,
but there was a moon, but it was behind it.
So I just, I got this all in silhouette.
And, um, it was standing there and I stared at it.
It stared at me, I guess.
And, you know, I kind of tilted my head trying to figure this out.
And it mimicked me by turning, by tilting its head also.
And it, um, it was big.
It was dark.
It did have a, uh, a noticeable crest.
on its skull. You know, that's one thing I noticed it is its head was kind of pointed.
And I didn't feel afraid. I didn't feel like it was going to try to hurt me, but I also wasn't going to
walk, you know, the hundred meters or, you know, to the outhouse. So I just kind of slid back down
behind the couch or behind the window and laid down and just held it till morning.
And when morning finally came, I ran to the outhouse in my $6 million man pajamas.
And then I went and looked at the tree.
Now, the ground had been hard, so I didn't see any footprints.
But this tree was a good six and a half to seven feet tall.
And whatever is standing by it, the head was completely above the top of the tree.
and it just you know like I said I never felt fear but like I said I wasn't going to tempt fate by going out there because
you know I I would have had to light a kerosene lantern and walk all the way out to the outhouse and I was just like nope I can hold it so you know and like said it just it was there is no fear involved but it just you know it kind of you know
know it didn't disturb me but that's what started me on my I guess lifelong quest of
looking into the paranormal because this thing I know it was there I know it I know
it I know what in a dream because you know bladder pressure kind of keeps you
awake and I don't one fellow earlier was talking about why we never find
you know, remains a bigfoot.
And I have always felt that Bigfoot, they're intelligent.
And they probably had burial rituals, you know, just like, you know, Neanderthals had.
You know, and that's probably what's finding.
We're finding tool usage.
I mean, you know, like why not that, right?
Yeah.
And, you know, I just, but that, that's my Bigfoot story.
That's why I know Bigfoot is real.
Great, that's awesome.
I saw it.
I didn't interact.
There was no, well, other than the head tilting, there is no real interaction.
You know, so I feel, you know, I don't know, I've never looked up the statistics in Kentucky about, you know, Bigfoot sightings.
But, you know, it's, I like I said, I know they're real.
I saw one and people can, you know, say what they want.
I know what I saw.
Right.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
Thank you for sharing.
You should check out the KBRO's website.
It's a Kentucky Bigfoot Research Organization, and you will be blown away what's on there.
Did you have a conversation with your grandparents the next day about it?
No.
That was, I just kind of felt, you know, it, I wish I had because my grandparents were raised in the backwoods.
I just kind of felt, you know, maybe they'll think I'm crazy, but, you know, having lived there for so long, I don't know if they saw anything or not.
Gotcha.
And, you know, they, because it was mainly wooded, like, said, it was out on a ridge, there was some lower farmland, there were three or four ponds on the property, you know.
It, like, it was basically backwards.
but and I did find they had I don't know if you know what sugar locusts are there a
tree then that grows very big spines and I did find hair you know I saw hair pretty
high up on one of these trees and the spines grow directly out of the bark it's not on
the branches and yeah so it wasn't a
deer or anything else. I just, you know, and like I said, I kept it to myself because,
you know, even as a kid, I was afraid of ridicule. People saying, oh, no, that was a dream.
That was just, you know, this or that. But I mean, truthfully, I've seen a lot of things.
And I don't discount the possibility of anything. Gotcha. Wow. Yeah.
Well, I mean, because, I mean, even Shakespeare,
said and i think of hamlet you know there are more things in heaven and earth her ratio than are
dreamt of in your philosophy you know we we don't know anything really so but that's that's that's
that's my encounter thank you gregg thank you for coming up and sharing that i appreciate that
all right have a good night man you too sir man that's wild that is wild there's so many things to happen
and Kentucky. It is crazy.
