Welcome back to Bigfoot Society, a podcast where we focus on cryptids, the strange, and the
unexplained of this world.

bigfoot society at gmail.com.

And now on with the show.
Hey, I've got a film review for you.
I can't say enough about this one.
So what I'm going to talk to you about today is the new small-town monsters on the Trail of Bigfoot, The Last Frontier.
This is a review of my own accord.
I just want to put that out there.
I love everything that these guys are putting out, of course.
If you're a fan of the podcast, you know, I've interviewed.
multiple people multiple times,
but I love it because it is quality stuff.
This time around, it's a beautiful, beautiful documentary.
The last frontier is Seth and the Gang,
headed up to the great state of Alaska.
And, you know, right off the bat,
you're seeing these fantastic shots of beautiful mountains.
You know, there's one spot,
where, you know, they are taking a helicopter ride way, way out in the middle of nowhere.
They're on top of a mountain feels like almost like glacier.
And it's just beautiful.
That's what strikes you right off the bat.
Looking back on it, what even struck me more were the witness stories that are portrayed,
the interviews in this particular installment.
and it just was absolutely phenomenal.
Before we get into that, of course,
always, you know, a big tree of the documentary
is being able to listen to Cliff Berrickman
from the North American Bigfoot Center
just bring out his wisdom about the area
about Bigfoot out there.
And that is that for me.
You know, he's on the cover.
So there's no surprise there, no surprise ruined.
You know, Cliff is definitely in the area.
the documentary. But it's very cool to be able to listen to him talk. If you're able to listen to Cliff
at a conference, you definitely need to make that happen. The witness stories, though, are very incredible.
There's a few that focus on different encounters that have to do with baby cries or a sound that
sounds like a baby's cry. And that comes more into play definitely when you also watch.
the Beyond the Trail series that goes in tandem with this,
the Alaskan Coastal Sasquatch Part 1 and 2,
which I would really recommend that you do.
The cool thing is that you can get the whole story
by just watching The Last Frontier,
but you really want to watch all,
and it's like four and a half hours,
if you put them all together.
But if you like the events of the Alaskan Coastal Sasquatch,
And it brings in how Alex and Eli and the team, Ron Reed, all went out to Area A, which is a remote cabin on the, I believe, Kenai Peninsula.
And what they were able to run into there and the adventures they had and how it was almost a whole different story.
if, well, you'll have to watch it for yourself to see what Ron gets into.
But I'm just glad he's okay.
But if you like what's in the last frontier and you really want to dig into what happened out there in that cabin and what they found on the back of the cabin, you really need to head over to the Small Town Monsters YouTube channel.
Check out Beyond the Trail
Alaskan Coastal
Saskatch
Sasquatch
Part 1 and 2
Become a channel member
Because you can watch it in 4K
And it's just
10 times more beautiful
In my own opinion
In that regard
You know
It's remembering
It
Let's see
I believe it was
Last summer
perhaps,
summer before.
And Alex and Eli were
out traveling
and they were able to travel
through Iowa.
So they wanted
to meet up.
That was awesome.
We stopped, or they stopped
in central Iowa.
We went over to Van Meter,
hung out there, then went over to
there's a Bigfoot-themed barbecue
in West Des Moines,
or Des Moines.
And
Jethro's shout out.
While we were there,
Alex played me
the sounds that you'll hear
in these,
the sound files that were sent to him
that led to him
going to Area A with Eli.
And it all just
comes together.
And those sounds are just
absolutely incredible.
There's some of the most amazing sounds that I've heard, very haunting Bigfoot sounds.
And you'll definitely want to watch Alaska Frontier and also Alaskan Coastal Sasquatch
in order to get the whole experience.
A few other things that stick out.
The character, I mean, is it a documentary?
Yes.
So real people, yes.
but it's like the people that are in Last Frontier.
It's just amazing.
I mean, Rob Roy has the best stories.
Love whenever there's a good Rob Roy story chat on the screen.
Rob Roy, Menzies.
And Rob Roy, if you're listening to this, open invitation if you want to come on Bigfoot Society.
I would love to chat with you.
I know you're a very busy guy with the art gallery, big foot art gallery.
Shout out to that.
You should go check it out if you're up in Alaska and he's got amazing art.
The witness encounters, though, as I said before, I believe they are the top, you know, top part of Last Frontier for me.
I mean, they are, I would say, the best witness stories that STM has had.
had in a dock so far.
Just absolutely fantastic.
I believe there's one with a hunter who is just totally doesn't know what he's looking at,
afraid to go into the woods afterwards, which, who can blame him, really.
There's an encounter of a man who's on a snowmobile.
And he's just stalked through the forest by a Bigfoot, intense.
And a few different stories about those baby cries.
The Bigfoot cries that sound like a baby's cry.
It's just very weird.
Usually they're connected when there is a female out there in the vicinity.
And it's just...
All right, quick quiz for the hiring managers out there.
What's worse? Being understaffed or being poorly staffed?
Well, that's a trick question, because both are recipes for chaos.
Either way, just say to yourself, this is a job for Indeed sponsored jobs.

It is haunting.
I would say definitely for the year, or thinking over the last year, I would say,
last frontier is the top Bigfoot documentary for me.
And the cool thing is that STM, Small Town Monsters,
has a pretty much a combo.
set that you can purchase so i'll have the link to their website in the show notes if you go to
small town monsters.com the cool thing is you can get the last frontier in blu-ray or DVD but also
there is the two episodes of alaskan coastal Sasquatch big foot beyond the trail so in all that comes
to like a four and a half hour um four and a half hour just
smorgas board of STM.
In fact, if you're wanting to give someone the perfect gift that would get them into stuff like Bigfoot just because it's so beautiful and the stories just suck you right in and the adventure in this in this particular Beyond the Trail series, this is the perfect gift to get someone.
If you have a relative where like, you know, they're kind of into it, but they're not really.
this is the thing that you need to get them.
You need to pick up either the DVD set or the Blu-ray set, send it off to him.
I may have done the same exact thing.
Send it off for my dad's birthday.
So, you know, he got me into, in search of with Nimoy when I was a little kid.
Now I'm, you know, paying it back to him.
So here you go.
Maybe he'll get into STM.
Who knows?
But I completely recommend it.
I can't recommend it enough.
I know Seth, one of his big life goals was to get up to Alaska and he was able to accomplish that goal and to get some amazing stories along the way.
The team did a great job getting everything set up.
Hats off to you guys.
Talk a little bit more about STM.
If you are looking for something fun to do
that's related to cryptozoology and monsters and Bigfoot
and all sorts of weird stuff,
why don't you go over to the Monster Fest section
of Small Town Monsters?
If you're already on the page
where you're seeing the last frontier DVD,
scroll up a little bit and it says STM Monster Fest.

And if you're going to be at Monster Fest, why didn't you drop me a line?
Why don't you drop me a line at Bigfoot Society at gmail.com?
