this week's Bigfoot Society classic thanks for turning into the first episode Bigfoot Society this is going to be an awesome podcast where we talk about Bigfoot Sasquatch cryptic stuff

mainly Bigfoot though we're going to have interviews and I want to have interviews with people like Seth Breedlove Bub Gimlin all the cool people you know there's there's plenty of awesome people that were going to get

interviews but we got to start small so let's start with why did I first get into Bigfoot well it started as a little kid and you know your your dad shows you TV shows and I remember him putting in we listened to

actually we were watching to in search of and had lettered Nimoy and the cool synth music and they had a Bigfoot episode and it was just incredible blew my mind how I hadn't

seen anything like this before and then there was an episode I want to say it was the same show can't say 100%, but they said, no, we finally have the video of Bigfoot. And they showed the Patterson Gimlin footage, and it was incredible. And I was like, remember as a young kid, maybe like junior high, a little younger, and I was like, why isn't everyone talking about this?

This is incredible, right? And from then, I, you know, I was just hooked, you know, the weird, the crazy, the, you know, especially Bigfoot. being out in the woods a lot as a little kid. I always had a sneaking suspicion that somewhere around the next corner, the big guy was hanging out.

You never know. Another thing I want to get out of the way right off the bat is starting this podcast from the ground level. So I'm using my iPhone. I'm using some old headphones. You're going to hear some crazy audio stuff. I just know you're going to hear the popping of the peas

like right now. Cut me some slack. I am going to be buying equipment as I go along. Also, if you want to see the community that's already been started with Bigfoot Society, just go over on Instagram and look up at Bigfoot Society. We've got a ton of members already over there. I want to say it's about 1,400 around there people that are falling already at Bigfoot Society. A lot of cool.

cool discussions going on on certain posts in that Instagram feed, but we want to take it to the next level. So we're going to start this podcast and see what happens. Let's take a few minutes to talk about Bigfoot News. So right now, Seth Breedlove, who, if you don't know, small town monsters, I mean, you really have to get on that. He's his documentary maker from Ohio, and he makes some phenomenal movies about how different, Cryptids affect small towns in America. It's pretty cool concept. I love it.

But he is just, well, they just released Kickstarter for the movies of 2019. Momo, Monster from Missouri, on the trail, Bigfoot. And there's a Thunderbirds movie, Terror in the Skies as well, which is awesome. I'm personally from Central Iowa. We have a Thunderbird type legend called Van Meter Visitor. The things they had to do to get into this untouched place in the middle of mountains in Oklahoma and the encounters they had, you've got to go check that out.

So definitely go check that out. Makes me want to watch the. on the trail of Bigfoot six episodes series today. I mean, that's gonna be phenomenal, phenomenal footage. Yeah, so definitely check it out. So let's talk about what I would like to see in the future for this podcast. I wanna get to the point where we are connecting with the community.
