Bigfoot Society - Eureka, Montana: Repeated Encounters on the Border
Episode Date: February 9, 2026In this episode, we explore the repeated encounters reported in and around Eureka, Montana, a quiet border town set against the Canadian line and surrounded by forests, ravines, and long-traveled wild...life corridors. Living on a rural property shaped by harsh winters and open ranch land, our guest shares a series of experiences that unfolded over multiple seasons and nights. From close-range sightings near the home to tracks of varying sizes found along fence lines and travel routes, the activity described appears ongoing and deeply connected to the landscape. As the story develops, patterns emerge that extend beyond a single property. Movement through ravines, unexplained disturbances around buildings, nighttime sounds carrying across the land, and physical evidence left behind all reflect conditions familiar to longtime residents of northern Montana. These accounts echo regional knowledge passed quietly between neighbors and across generations. This episode also includes accounts from Ohio, Kentucky and Oklahoma.🗣️ Share Your StoryHad a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience?Send it to bigfootsociety@gmail.com – your story might be featured on the show!🎥 Watch & Subscribe on YouTube🔴 Subscribe here → Bigfoot Society YouTube💬 Leave a comment & let us know your thoughts!📞 Leave a voicemail with your story → Speakpipe (Use multiple voicemails if needed)👥 Share this episode → Watch & Share🎧 More episodes → Podcast Playlist🌲 Recommended: New Jersey Bigfoot Encounters💥 Support the Show & Get Perks✅ Join the community on Supercast – Become a Member✅ Listen ad-free & early on YouTube – Join Here📱 Let’s ConnectInstagram: @bigfootsocietyTwitter: @bigfoot_societyTikTok: @bigfoot.society🧰 Tools & Partners I Use (Affiliate Links)These help support the show at no extra cost to you:Beam (Better Sleep): Try BeamWildgrain (Better Bread): Join HereSeed (Probiotics): Get SeedMedi-Share (Healthcare): Learn MoreLMNT (Electrolytes) Free Sample Pack with your first purchase! : Get LMNTOrganic and non-GMO groceries delivered for lesshttp://thrv.me/uarEhS🎙️ Podcasting Tools:Repurpose.io: Try ItDescript: Sign UpStreamyard: Start RecordingRiverside.fm: Try Riverside🎧 My Audio Interface: View on Amazon☕ Buy Me a Coffee – Support Here🛍️ Grab Some Merch – Shop on Etsy📬 Mailing Address:Bigfoot Society125 E 1st St. #233Earlham, IA 50072

Agents who are Realtors do more than open doors. They have the ethical expertise, market data, and tools to bring you home. So when looking for a home, look for the R, and work with a member of the National Association of Realtors. They're right by you. You're listening to Bigfoot Society, and I'm Jeremiah Byron. In this show, we go beyond the campfire stories to bring you first-hand encounters from people who say they've seen something impossible, from backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers to quiet farms and crowded highways.
The stories come from everywhere, and each one leaves us with more questions than answers.
These are the voices of the people who've lived it.
So settle in because today you'll hear another account that just might change the way you see the woods forever.
So stay with us.
Hi there. How's it going?
How's it going with you?
All right.
I wanted to share this with someone for quite a while, and I haven't had a chance.
Life got on the way all the time.
but when I was nine years old, I was delivering a family member's cigarettes that they had left at my house an hour or so previous.
They called and wanted me to run it to them.
It's just at the other end of the bottom where I live here.
I live in southeastern Kentucky.
On my way to go see this relative, I had a noise that was made between my house and my house.
theirs we had two buildings a storage building in a pump house which was made out
a block with a wooden roof as I heard the noise I turned right and I looked over
and I saw a creature that was humanoid in form but it didn't make sense because
it was almost as wide as the pump house it was also had its arm I could physically
see its art it's out the outline of its arm laying on top of the pump house now
the roof of this pump house was eight foot three
So it had to be taller than that and its head was another foot and a half above that at least where his arm was laying
I
Panicked freaked out ran as hard as I could
I actually cleared the steps jump completely in the house was screaming at my
It was my aunt that lived at the other end of the bottom
Told her to close the door closed the door. She said what are you running from? She goes all I seen was you just throw your head back and just run like an Olympic track star
She goes I've never seen you move like that
Well, as I was telling her to shut the door, I jumped from the landing and over the couch or over the coffee table
onto the couch, bounced off the couch and I was running down the hallway.
I was like trying to make myself an exit just in case it came through the front door.
My aunt didn't believe me.
My mother had gotten a phone call from her because I was terrified.
We lived at the other end, which I've since bought that property.
back two years ago and put a new house here and I live here again and I've been kind of doing
soft research when I could as far as recording noises and stuff but there was a definite huge figure
running through the woods and my aunt and my mother both brought out guns pistols and was
shooting up in the hills at it this was uh let's see I 75 it would have been 1989 when this happened
um whatever it was they must have hit it because it made a yelping like a real deep yelping noise
and then it got even faster going up the hill and that was um most terrifying event i've ever
had but since buying this property here in virgin kentucky um the opposite hillside from where i had
saw this being because we live like in the valley in the head of a holler here um it would
have been behind the house and where I had originally saw it I put a new house in that same
location where the old house was and bought the property back and moved up here for my retirement
it just so happened to come in the market I was in the area so I bought it back because it was
a family piece of land but this the last two summers the hills side adjacent to it to the right
side of the valley as you come up the road I've been hearing noises up on top of that hill
banging noises I've heard a couple whoops and also one night I was laying in bed and I was almost asleep and I started to hear this hood owl and it was like it was a very much deeper noise than a regular hood owl and I know they could be quite loud at certain species of them but this one was almost shaking my windows when it would you know make the noise
so I have cameras up on my property and my son had messaged me when I picked up my phone I was trying to look on the camera and listen to it
while I was listening to noises you know I heard tree branches crash and I heard the owl noises and a couple hoops
further up on the hill so there was two of them kind of communicating I'd message my son back and I told him to get on the camera
and listen.
And he was blown away by what he heard.
He goes,
Dad, you know, all those years you told me those stories about that property,
I never believed you.
But he says, what I heard on that camera that night?
He says, I won't 100% believe you.
And that's as far as it's went as of right now.
I just want to put that out there.
But I am actively trying to record and audio and video if I can.
And if I get anything, I'll gladly send it into your show.
So you can use it if you want.
I would really appreciate that.
I'd love to hear or see anything you got.
But, man, that's so wild.
I mean, you've got a property that you know you have activity on for almost at least 40 years,
about 35 to 40 years, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
My stepson had actually told me one day, this was not this summer, but last summer when I first bought the property back then,
my old child at home was still here at the time, I had to tear it down.
But he had told me when he was cleaning up debris and putting it.
and then the burn barrel that he had seen a figure moving on the hillside over there and he was
quite freaked out because he says it didn't make sense he said it was about 12 foot tall
approximately that was moving but he couldn't actually see it clearly he could see like the outline
of it so i i believe him 100 percent but um that's about all i got to say i just wanted to
at least contribute you know what i know which i greatly appreciate
Oh, 100%.
Oh, man, BFRO is down.
I was going to look up Pike County, Kentucky real quick.
But their website is down.
So you probably, have you ever done that looked at on the sites to see if your county has other stuff that's gone on?
No, I haven't actually went on websites and tried to, you know, find other accounts.
I have heard several accounts in the area, though.
People having stuff, you know, like sheds broken into that they were, they were,
for storing like feed for horses and goats also I've heard of an encounter over in
Elkhorn City Kentucky that particular one there was a guy driving down the road
and he looked over and he saw this figure standing next to the tree and what made
him look at that particular tree is there's footsteps walking right up to it in the
snow now I did hear about that one also but I don't know any details other than that but
I think he said that was reported on the BFRO, but I'm not 100% sure.
Okay.
And these are pretty recent ones, it sounds like.
Yeah, the one in Elkhorn City, I think, was in 2008 or 9, I want to say.
But mine was way back in 89.
And like I said, I have heard noises, and I've encountered multiple things on this property since, like noises.
and like one day I was out in the front yard and there was a huge tree branch come flying off the hill,
but it was in the hillside across from me, the opposite side where I had seen mine.
And that's what kind of made me give it a little bit more credibility and focus a little bit more on that area.
I mean, tree branches just don't fly, you know, horizontal out of a tree line.
Yeah, absolutely.
That's wild.
You are right in the thick of it.
I know because Hazard counties to your west, right?
Yes.
Yeah.
Hazard County is crazy.
That has a lot of activity in it right now.
So I'm sure your county is just as bad.
Oh, yeah.
This is old coal mining, you know, area here.
And there's a lot of coal mines and stuff that have been stripped out.
And, you know, they're open.
So they have a lot of habitats here if they wanted to come into this area.
And there's a lot of wild.
wildlife too that would support them but uh you know if i get anything like i said i'll send it in
and uh gladly let you attach it to whatever you want to well i appreciate that yeah email is
bigfoot society gmail dot com but thank you so much sir for coming up and and for sharing uh your
experiences so far in this area i really appreciate it very welcome i've been a long time fan and i
continue to listen as we go so um thank you much for your time thank you sir
Hey there, Bendaloo. How are you?
What's up, buddy? How are you?
Hey, doing well.
First of all, yeah, my name's Ryan.
I grew up in northeast Ohio, about 10 miles south of Lake Erie, 30 miles east of Cleveland,
and a small little township called Leroy Township.
Literally, we don't even have a, there's no stoplight.
Grew up, we have 28 acres that my family has.
There's a huge ravine, 60-foot waterfall, literally within,
and probably a half mile of my house walking distance.
Like I said, long story short, I was, I mean, I've had multiple, you know,
multiple things happened as a child, being in the backyard plane,
just catch with my brother, you know, out in the yard.
This is before iPhones, iPads, all that stuff, right?
So we're in the backyard before mom rings the dinner bell, right?
But there was the very first experience I ever had.
My brother and I were just playing catch, shooting some hoop in the backyard.
And like I said, we have 28 acres.
So there was probably a good clearance of maybe an acre and then the woods.
Right.
So the woods line was maybe an acre away from where we were shooting hooves and throwing the ball.
Well, I saw something literally jump out of the tree and run.
I mean, the speed was unbelievable.
Like, literally unbelievable.
And we don't, we didn't have too many coyotes or anything around here at that time.
You know, bears were very scarce and bears don't, you know, I know how bears run,
because now I live in Asheville, North Carolina, but, uh, because I deal with a lot of black bears,
but sorry, I'm, I'm rambling because it was just scary.
It was weird, you know, I, uh, we, we were sitting there throwing the ball around.
All of a sudden, we saw something jump out of a tree and just dark.
into the woods like full-blown like just the the craziest speed I've ever seen any animal or
whatever it was move but it literally came out of the tree so that that was the first experience
and then we had a couple other small similar ones like they weren't weren't as intense but
the the last one that I had I was recently because like I said it's a family family property
I grew up there. I moved to North Carolina 15 years ago, but I come up and I visit all the time.
And I was just there in July for my parents 50th wedding anniversary.
And we were all hanging out. I had a good party. A lot of people there.
Everything's good. And we're putting stuff away.
And it was like a tree picked up out of the woods and was carried and just ran through the woods and then thrown.
Just blew my mind. Absolutely blew my mind. There's nothing. There's nothing.
no human that I know that can have the strength of doing that. So sorry for my rambling, but anyway.
Wow. Your first account in Ohio, so when it jumped out of the tree, was it running on two legs or on
four legs? Oh, it was definitely on two. It was definitely on two. It literally jumped out and it was like
a silhouette, but it was perfect. I remember it clear as day. I was 14, 15 years old, maybe. My brother was 12.
I mean, just crazy stuff.
You know, and there's also been, like my dad also tells stories about when he first got the property.
And there was really no homes built around and hearing howlings and just weird encounters in the woods or like things.
Like, just weird, super crazy stuff.
So I'm so, so awesome.
I stomach across your page, brother.
yeah i'm glad i'm glad i'm glad you're here did it look like it was a blur or could you actually see
it wasn't like it wasn't like the predator things that people are talking about like the blur
yeah it wasn't that um no it was definitely a figure that was like bear like but up up on two feet
running extremely fast so okay was it uh color to it at all there wasn't like like i said there was uh
It was that time of day where the sun's down.
It's past a tree line.
It's a very forested area.
I can send you my exact location here through a DM.
But yeah, it was moving extremely fast.
You could see it was one solid figure.
And like I said, that was the first experience ever had was the most intense.
Other than that, they were just small little sightings, small things in the woods.
I've never experienced a predator-like thing that people are talking about.
The blanketing, you know, I'm sure you've heard that.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
Remind me the year.
That was 97, 98.
97, okay.
Yeah, cool.
97, 98.
Yeah, I was just a kid.
I mean, I'm 40 now.
Yeah.
That's interesting.
I get a lot of Ohio stuff from down south.
but not up there just east of Cleveland.
That's interesting.
So 30 miles east of Cleveland, 10 miles south of Lake Erie,
and about 45 miles west of Erie, PA.
So there's a lot of like, I mean, there's big ravines here, you know.
There's a place called Hell's Hollow to where I guess like a lot of bears go and they den up.
And Ohio's not known for bears, you know, black bears.
So, and then you also have a place called Hawking Hills just, just south of where I live, maybe an hour or so.
And that's like an anomaly.
Like the structure of all the rocks and the cave systems is just wild.
Hocking Hills is a very intense big foot area, too.
They actually have a really big festival there that happens every year.
But yeah, oh, man, thank you for coming up, dude.
And it's great to hear your accounts, and I'm glad that you are hopefully able to hang out with us for a bit.
Yeah, man.
Good stuff, man.
Yeah, for sure.
I really appreciate it, dude.
I love what you're doing and keep on keeping on.
Hey there.
How are you?
Hi.
Hi, how's it going?
I'm good.
How are you?
Awesome, awesome.
Well, I've had different experiences, but I've had more recent experiences.
experiences, which I think are more interesting currently.
So, um, I don't really know how, I don't know.
I don't exactly know how to share it exactly.
Um, whatever, I don't know how to you say.
I, I apologize.
I actually didn't expect I was going to like immediately be on.
Oh, you're okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, okay. So in the area that I'm in, I'm going to be very honest. I can't really decipher personally. I can't decipher what I'm seeing. I'm seeing a lot of tracks. I'm seeing a lot of things that just don't make sense. I am not somebody that studies this kind of whatever you call it.
I say Bigfoot, but I know I've heard, as I've been watching y'all off and on.
And the only reason I even found this kind of, whatever you call, stream and stuff is because I was so shocked about, for the first time, living out in an area that I consider a little kind of a hot spot.
And I think there's a lot of activity out here that is probably going, I don't know, protect it, which I'm thankful for.
In a way, I'm kind of thankful for, but I also think there might be some, I don't know.
I'm just seen a lot.
And I don't know how to decipher any of it.
And it's all weird.
And it just freaks me out.
So that's all I say.
Okay.
Okay, okay. Would you be able to share at least one of the weird things that you've seen?
Absolutely.
Okay.
Number one, all of my game cameras that I did put up around my property, every one of them have gone out, every single one of them.
So I actually have game camera footage that I have stored on my computers and things like that.
But these game cameras are all, I mean, they've all been bought, purchased within, I guess, the last year.
None of them, none of them are recording.
They're all turned upside down.
There's this one area on my property.
I don't want to go into any major detail, but there's this one area on my property.
And it doesn't matter how many times I clear.
like the foliage and the trees and the stuff from my game cameras,
they're always turned upside down, they're always turned off.
And unfortunately, I know this sounds weird,
and I don't mean to be weird,
but you and I have messaged before,
and ever since I spoke to you,
I will say not a single one of my game cameras have worked since then,
since I transferred him for me.
Oh, really? No. Oh, man. Can you give me any, uh, any hints as to what that message would have been like? Because I get a lot of emails. Well, I've been on your show.
Okay, I was like, you sound familiar. Yeah. How long ago was that? Not long.
Not long. Is this town of Arizona? Oklahoma. That's right. Yep. Um,
Uh, yeah, I'm, I don't want to, yep, you are, um, yeah, that, yeah, because you have, um, yes, it's, I can say it's by the border, right?
Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yeah, I remember you. Yeah. Okay, stuff is still going on. Oh, yes. Well, no, because I've been traveling back and forth from Texas to Oklahoma, through the times that I've been gone.
I've taken all my dogs, all this, that and the other.
But now that I've come back, oh yes, yes, yes, yes.
Yes, yes.
Okay.
Because they're pretty, well, they're pretty close to your house
or where you were saying, like they were getting pretty close, yeah.
Yes, yes.
And they are.
I mean, there's, I've got pictures of the print.
There is no one that is ever.
going to tell me that what I saw what I've experienced did not happen. There's not going to be a single.
You're never going to be able to say what I experienced did not happen. It did. It does.
Whatever is going on here, I don't know if it's a, if it's a government fraud to just play with all of us.
But I don't think that's the case. No. No. Remember, the window open?
Right. Right.
As long as that is still intact, all is good.
Okay. Gotcha.
You're still going out on walks in the woods and stuff and having stuff happen?
No. No, no, I am not.
No, I am not because I am, no, I am not because, no, I am not.
No.
Yeah, yeah, it's not safe.
There's a very, no, it's not safe. It's not safe.
It doesn't matter what it is.
I'm in an area where it doesn't matter if it's a bobcat or if it's a crazed beaver.
It doesn't matter.
I'm not going out there by myself.
Right, which is a smart idea, especially in the area that you're at from what I remember.
You have a lot of weird stuff out in the woods.
Yes, sir.
Across the board, not just Bigfoot.
Not just Bigfoot.
A lot of killings.
A lot of people disappearing.
But, okay, so I'm going to say this to you.
Okay.
Okay.
And I'm worried about saying it, but I am going to say this.
Just because it's been bothering me immensely for the last couple of days.
Okay.
The area that I am in, this is not an area that I've been born and raised in.
I want to make that perfectly.
Right.
It doesn't matter.
It just, it's a beautiful community.
I love these people.
It has nothing to do with that.
I do not think we are dealing with a human out here that is murdering people.
I think, I think something is out here.
And there has been a lot of very mysterious deaths,
missing humans, like young.
And they all seem to be at the time that they go missing being very disrespectful to the land that they are living on.
And I think that plays a key part of why they might have their heads ripped off their butts.
Oh, dear.
I don't mean that.
You don't mean that literally.
No, sir.
No, sir.
Yeah, yeah, okay.
But do you understand what I mean?
they're out. Yeah, no, I get it. They're not being respectful of. And I feel like this area that I
currently live is a place that I think they actually want you to be very respectful. I agree with you.
Knowing what I know about that area, it is you do not mess around with, there's a lot of history
to the land. Yes, sir. For sure.
Yes, sir.
I have you still have people with you on that property right I have everything I need on this yes I mean okay good good good because I remember there was like no I don't it's me okay it's me and my son but I'm not worried that's right but I will say this the reason I'm not worried about that is because I I hate to say it but I'm not worried about that is because I I hate to say it but I'm not
scared of what's out there. I'm not because I'm not the person out there causing problems or
doing damage or being disrespectful. I feel like whatever is out there, I know I know it can go bad.
And if it does, I'm on your podcast and you can bring the shit back. I apologize.
Because you have, you have the people in the town, they gave you the nickname Bigfoot's girlfriend, right?
Yes.
That's you, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I remember that.
Yep.
I remember that.
Well, I'm glad you're okay down there.
It sounds like you're dealing with some stuff,
but it sounds like it's under control.
I think the main thing that I want to get across is that I'm worried that there are people in our community
that may be getting caught up in things that they might actually not be responsible.
for it. And so I kind of feel like there are people in this community that might possibly know
that if you f-round and you're going to find out. Oh, you will. Yeah. And it's not coming from
the humans or the, it's, this is a very spiritual area to a lot of people. And I understand it. I
respect it. And I just think when people come on here and don't respect it, I think it might
turn really bad for them. Absolutely. I'm glad that you were able to come up, Jill. And it's
good to hear from you again. Keep me in the loop if stuff starts to happen if you want to,
if you want to share it, even if it's off air. Just let me know. So no, perfect. Well, thank you.
All right. You got it. Good chat. Hey, Snowfire. How are you?
I'm doing pretty good. How are you?
Hey, doing well. I saw everyone was like, get her up there. So here you are. Feel free to share what your experience was.
So I, several years ago, 2020, I moved up to Eureka, Montana. It's right there on the border. It's a border town with Canada. And literally, my property, I had a 20-acre ranch.
on a dead end road, I backed up against my northern fence line was Canada.
And we moved in in the dead of December, and it took us about a month to like kind of get our feet under us, you know,
because we were hodgepodge and horse fences and stuff together.
And I noticed right away, like by the third day that my horse, who is like push button, gentlebroke,
was acting weird.
So I started trying to pay attention to things around.
And previous two moving to Eureka, I have seen Bigfoot three different times, all in Montana, all closer to Callis Bell, like really close to Glacier National Park.
But they were brief.
They were really brief, you know, like saw them once, had pine cones thrown at me once.
and then the other time we saw two of them down by the lake that was close to our house up at many lakes.
But this was different.
Like I didn't see any telltale sign of Bigfoot around.
I just noticed that the elk would come right through my property.
Deer were around sometimes.
But I noticed that both the elk and the deer were very very.
very skittish. And for where we were, they shouldn't have been. And I had a really deep ravine
behind my house to the south and to the west. But the north and the east were pretty flat,
a little bit rolling, you know, towards the fence line and the mode part in the middle. And in
February of 2021, my son, and like, I can tell you the exact date. It was for
February 21st, 2021.
It was my son's
21st birthday, and he was home
from the Air Force, and I hadn't
seen him in like a year and a half.
And so we had,
it was a nice, crisp day,
and we had
swapped out my washer
and dryer set that day.
And the old set was sitting
on the patio, and my house was
shaped like a horseshoe,
and the patio was a concrete pad
in the middle of that, like
squared off horseshoe. And that's the yard that the dogs were in. We had it fenced in with
pallets, you know, like I said, makeshift. And we were all sitting in the living room. It wasn't
dusk yet. It was like 4.30-ish. And the sun was starting to set it like 5, 5.30. So it was
almost time, but not really getting dark. And there was myself, my, the,
husband, my son, his wife, and our roommate were all there.
And the roommate, he's a city boy from California, so he was always like hold up in his bedroom.
And he didn't really like the country much.
But we're sitting there talking, waiting for dinner to be done.
And all of a sudden I realize that I thought there was a bear out by the dryer, like hunkered.
like I thought I was seeing the hunch of a bear
and I stood up and I said what is that
and my son stood up and we were looking out the sliding glass window
and I was like because it stood up and it went up
seven and a half feet
and I knew what I was looking at
I could see the whites of his eyes
like I was 12 feet
from that creature
and my son was like, what is that?
And I said, it's Bigfoot.
And I ripped the sliding door open.
And it was already moving, and I'm assuming it was a male because I saw no breasts.
And, like, it was already moving, and it did that look, you know, where they're half running,
and they look back to see where you are, that famous look.
And it took one step, and it was halfway across my yard.
And in the next step, not a jump, but a step, it stepped right over my pallets.
Like you and I would step over those little garden fences that you buy it like Ace Hardware.
And it turned back and it just shot down into that ravine.
And I was already outside.
I was already at the fence when it was hitting the tree line at the bottom of the ravine, which was about 200 feet.
And he jumped the fence.
I went, I came back through the house, went out the front door and around the side, and everybody was like, what are you doing? What are you doing? And I was like, that was a big foot. And I got outside and my son was running down towards a ravine and I'm like, don't do that. I said, these things are smart. It saw the color of the TV through the sliding glass window. It was probably just being nosy. It's going to flank us. It's going south.
to go east, to go north, to come back around, and it's going to hit us on the west side.
And my son just stopped and he said, yeah, you're right, let's go in the house.
It's starting to get dark. Let's grab some flashlights.
Well, we ran back in the house and while we were putting coats and stuff on,
because it was pretty crisp, and he was looking for flashlights.
My then partner was like, what's going on? What's going on?
and he was, I don't know, I call him a wannabe, because, you know, me and my kids, we're country people,
we're cowboys, we hunt, we fish, we ride horses, my kids did rodeos, and he wanted to do all that stuff,
but was all talk.
And I was just like, I'm pretty sure that that was a Bigfoot, like, I know what I saw.
And I got on Facebook on the local community page for Eureka, and I texted, I swear I just saw Bigfoot,
But has anybody ever had this happen before?
Set my phone down, went outside with my son with the flashlight,
and his phone, because he had a better camera on his phone.
And we took probably 50 pictures.
And you could clearly see perfect footprints, probably 18, 20, 25 plus.
I mean, they were everywhere.
But you could see them.
And, you know, he took pictures.
We measured with his size 13 boot, and it was still bigger than his size 13 boot.
You could see where it had stepped onto a pallet that was laying outside that pallet fence.
It stepped on the corner, and the corner broke off, and the part that broke off had three toes on it,
and the part that didn't have one.
And you could clearly see it, and you could see the dermals, the dermal marks in that foot,
it had a scar just under its big toe, and that was the right foot.
And then we measured because I was like we really need, you know,
because we had gone through this before, just not at this level.
And I said, we need to measure the footprint.
We need to measure from the tip of the toe to the back of the heel on the next one.
And from the tip of the big toe on the right foot to the measurement on the bottom of the left heel
was like 64 freaking inches.
I am 70 inches tall
and that is almost my height in a stride.
And the footprints were 15 and a half inches long.
And like I was freaking out, we looked and looked
and I heard no sign of it.
I saw no sign of it.
We walked to the north and looked down by
the barn and I was certain it was going to flank us from the north or the west and probably right
in between because there was a trail and nothing so we go in and we're eating and um it's dark now
and I had 86 answers on my post 86 from in less people that have seen 45 minutes yeah and people
were like I've been seeing this my whole life I live right down the road from you and like you
couldn't see any of my neighbors, like none. And the old guy, the rancher who lived to the west
of us, and he owned quite a bit of land. His wife texted me, and she said, are y'all right over there?
And I said, yeah. And she said, listen, honey, I'm 86 years old, and this has been going on my whole life.
And I was like, God. And I said, you know, I'll share, but I just don't want it to
like kill my horses or my dogs or something. And she said, you just got to mind your peas and
cues. She said they come through a few times a year. And she said, we just wanted to make sure you
were okay. And then my son, like I'm trying to get off the phone with her. My son is like slapping my
shoulder. And he's like, Mom, Mom, Mom, you got to read this. And so I looked down at his phone
and it says, is anybody reading this?
Tell her to check her DMs.
So I picked, I got off the phone and I picked up, you know, my phone and I scrolled to
Facebook, and this guy had DM'd me, and I can't remember his name right now, but he said,
you don't know me, but I'm a professional tracker.
Can I come up?
And at this point, it was like 7.30.
quarter to eight. And he gets up there at like 815 and he pulls up in this big truck and he gets
out and we're showing him where I seen it. And then we show him the tracks. This guy could clearly
see that these were human-like gigantic tracks. And he's doing the, you know, rubbing his chin.
And he's like, well, he says, I'm not going to tell you that this.
is a bear or a wolf or a bobcat or cougar, he goes, because it's clearly not. He said,
I'm going to track it and I'll be back. And he left with my son and he went down the ravine
and then I saw the flashlights going east and then going north towards the fence line.
And about 25 minutes he comes back and he says, yeah, he said it, like you said, it ran
down into the ravine and then it ended up heading north.
And I said, yeah, I figured it would.
If, you know, if I was wanted to know something, I would flank something.
And I said, it's very intelligent.
And he said, yeah, he said, whatever it is, it's bipedal and it's heavy, but it's running light.
That's what he said.
It's running light.
So to me, that means light-footed, you know, like a native.
You know, like when I was a kid, I was taught to run light-footed.
And I was like, okay, so you don't know what it is.
And he goes, yeah, he said, I just don't know I can't say.
And I was like, geez, then what did you come up here for?
You knew, like, you read what I wrote.
He just didn't want to commit and say, this is a big foot.
And so, like, we're just all jacked up.
Adrenaline was going with everybody in the house.
And honestly, my daughter-in-law, she,
I think she was a little worried. She was kind of scared. And Billy wanted to, like, load up, you know, get out the door. And I'm like, you're not hunting it. You're tracking it. There's a difference. And so I took his, I took my handgun away from him. And I told my son, I said, you keep my 9mm. Not that it's going to hurt it, but you can at least scare it. You keep that in your pocket. And I'll keep the other one in my pocket. And we'll go do our thing. And so we went out for probably 30 minutes.
and I was freezing.
And so I went inside and then my son was like, yeah, it's, you know, time to watch a movie or something.
And at this point, we're pushing 10 o'clock.
And we're all relaxed, put in a movie, watching it.
And all of a sudden, I heard it.
My son and my daughter-in-law heard it.
You hear this flat-handed on the side of my house.
like over by my bedroom
and I just like looked at my son
and he goes, yep, I heard it.
And I said, did anybody else hear that?
And then Billy, he says,
well, something hit the house.
And I said, yeah, it was a flat-handed slap.
And I said, I'm not going outside
in the pitch dark like this.
It's just pitch black.
There were no stars or nothing.
And then we hear another one.
But it was further up.
like my side of the house was actually should have been like three rooms,
but we turned it into like a master suite.
So the front side of the house was where the hot water heater closet was,
and then a walk-in closet.
And then what we called the middle room,
which was where I had two big, you know, really big dressers,
and then the actual bedroom was to the south.
So it ran, you know, northernmost was the hot water heater and the closet,
and then the middle room and then to the south was my bedroom.
Well, this hit flat-handed right in the middle of my closet,
and you could hear claws scratch all the way down the side of the house
until it got to the window in my bedroom and then it stopped.
And my son was like, I'm going outside.
And I was like, I think it's better if you stay in.
And he's like, no, he's like, I'm going out there to at least scare it away from the house.
So he went outside and he was out there about 10 minutes and he came in white as a ghost and he said, mom, it's really big.
And I said, well, yeah, it was on the back porch, you know, on the patio and it was seven and a half, eight feet.
He goes, no, this was really big.
And I was like, where did you see it?
And he says, down by the barn.
And you couldn't even see our barn from our house.
And so at this point, I said, you know what?
I'm going to move the truck.
And I'm going to park my, I had an avalanche and then a big diesel truck.
And I said, I'm going to park the avalanche right next to the house tonight, like right next to my bedroom.
And so I backed it up in there under the trees.
And there was about five foot between the edge of the house and the door of the avalanche.
And so we go in and now we're all jacked up again.
you know, it's still late at night, getting later, and we don't hear anything for a bit.
And my son was like, I feel like this thing is going to F with us all night long.
And I said, yep, I said the key to it now is don't react.
Because it's getting a thrill out of the fact that we're reacting, so it's doing it again and again.
It's like a bad kid.
And he was like, yeah, you're probably right.
So him and his wife, you know, they pull the couch out and they get ready for bed.
Me and Billy go in and we go to bed and I am sound asleep.
And I mean, we went to bed at like 12 o'clock.
And I am sound asleep.
And at 3.38 in the morning, I hear the most primal, guttural growl.
I figure it was about six feet or less from my bedroom window and maybe three feet from the edge of the dog fence.
And like it was one of those things where I was asleep and my eyes just popped open.
And I reached behind me and I touched Billy and I whispered, did you hear that?
And he says, yeah.
And I said, are you going out?
And he says, no, and neither are you.
And I slept with my 45 right next to me under the pillow.
And I had my 30 out six next to the window.
He had a shotgun on his side of the bed.
my son had his 45 and his 308 out in the living room.
And this was, you know, long after hunting season.
February is nowhere near hunting season.
I stayed awake and I could hear this thing jumping on the back of my freaking avalanche.
And I knew that it was jumping because my rear leaf springs squeaked when there was,
if you had a heavy load and you were going over our dirt road, it would squeak.
And so I hear that.
And then I hear branches breaking and I'm like, what is this thing doing?
And it hit, daylight hit at like 623.
And I was like, I'm not going to go out there till 7.
And I mean, 7 o'clock hit and was out the door.
Still in my PJs had my bathrobe.
on, but I put my muck boots on. And I'm out there, and there were hundreds of broken,
I don't want to say whole branches, but broken sticks out of the pine tree that was right over
my avalanche. And you could just see this, you couldn't see footprints on that TANU cover
because it's hard and it's textured, but you could see where something dirty had been on it,
and you could see that the sticks had fallen on it. But there were sticks everywhere.
My horses, I had two horses there.
My horses were freaked out, just freaked out.
And ears twitching, eyes looking funny.
And so I walk around the house and I distinctly saw three different sizes of prints.
So I ran in the house.
I woke my son up.
We took pictures of them.
We measured them.
So we had the 15 and a half inches.
Then we had 13 and a half.
and then we had 18 and a half.
And I'm like, there's a family of these things.
So that must have been like an adolescent that was messing with us,
that was the seven and a half footer.
Or so I thought.
And here's where my story gets really cool,
is that that day I texted Bobo Faye on Facebook,
like his actual.
account. And at like midnight that night, I'm awake that night because I'm like, I know this thing is
going to come back and start again. And it did, but nothing like the night before. But Bobo calls
me at 1220 at night. And he's like, is this Haley? And I'm like, I said, yeah. And he was like, can you
tell me where you are? It was like, he said, this is great. This is just great. Can I come up?
And I was like, absolutely you can come up.
I said, I was calling you to ask you, you know, what do I do?
And he was like, do you have any place you can set up immediately as a gifting station?
And I was like, I do.
Actually, I said, I have two really good spots.
And he says, well, pick one and take a toy out and a feather or a shiny rock or crystal.
and take a can of sweet and condensed milk out and open it and leave it on your gifting station.
And I was like, okay, and he's like, I should be there by 6 o'clock tonight.
And I was like, wow, that's a long drive.
And he said, well, I need to get a little sleep.
He said, and pack, you know, get my truck, and I'll be there as soon as I can.
And he was there by 6 o'clock the next night.
and he stayed
Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, and he left Thursday
afternoon. But
we walked around every day.
We left gifts out every day
and he was like, you definitely have
a family up here.
And he said, I'm pretty sure that they like
to go in that old barn down there
and dink around. He said
there's all kinds of, you know,
signs down there
in your barn. And he said,
but I want to walk with you. I want to walk your property. And so I walked him down to the ravine
and he showed me where there were signs down there quite a lot of them. And he said that was
probably their favorite place. And then we walked over to another smaller ravine and I said,
you know, this is where I found the first dead elk. And I said it was really old. And I said,
and what caught me on that elk.
And I pointed with a stick and I said there's teeth marks right here.
And those are not the teeth marks of a wolf or a cougar.
And he looked and he said, yeah, you're right.
He said it's probably, he said it was probably killed somehow.
He said, I won't say it was our friends.
He goes, but they ate off it.
And he said then wolves or whatever coyotes came in and cleaned it up.
And I was like, okay, I said, well, here's.
where it gets we're weirder, and we get to the end of that ravine. We're walking out of it,
and I said, look up. And 20 feet up in a freaking tree is another elk skeleton hanging off this
freaking branch, and it had one horn on it and one horn on the ground. It wasn't a very big bull.
And he was like, how long has that been there? And I said, since before we moved here, I said,
I've been watching it. I said, that is not a cougar kill. And he goes, no, he said, they would have
maybe dragged it 10 or 12 feet up. He said, but that looks like it's thrown up there. And I said,
yeah, that was what I thought. And so I was like, what did you want to show me? And he walks me over
by the fence, the Canadian fence, and he said, well, he said, I think this is a passageway for
them. They follow the elk, just like you thought. He said they come through from Canada right here,
and there was this really wide spot where it's pretty damp, but it's not like a creek or a drainage
or anything. It's just like a runoff area, which you could see where there were many, many
footprints, and it was, it was like muddy but gravelly. And he said, he said,
I think there's five of them.
And I was like five, and he says, yeah, let's walk up a little further.
Well, we ended up, we had the 18 and a half, the 15 and a half, the 13 and a half.
Then we had a nine-incher.
And I was like, I said, you said five, and I said, I'm seeing four.
And he said, yeah, he said, we're not there yet.
And then we walk all that, like we had walked a circle at this point.
and we're back at the gifting station, the first one.
And he's just standing there and he's talking,
and he's like looking around.
He kept looking down.
So I looked down.
And he goes, yeah.
There was a freaking footprint that was 22 inches long
and about nine inches wide.
He pulled his, he pulled his,
he pulled his tape right out,
and he said,
I'm going to tell you something.
He said that most normal people don't know.
He said, but if you take the length of like your 15 and a half incher that you found,
and I said, yeah.
And he said, you divide that by two.
That's approximately the height within three inches.
And I said, so the seven and a half, maybe eight foot was right on.
And he said, yeah.
He said, I'm going to guess that that was actually.
actually one of the adolescents.
He said it was large but not fully grown.
And I said, well, at this point, going from 22, I said, that's an 11-foot monster, in my opinion.
And he says, yeah, he said, I've seen him twice down at your barn.
And I said, in the dark of the night, he goes, honey, he said, I've been out here every night, all night.
He said, from like 11.30 to 4 o'clock in the morning.
and he said, and it loves to hide between your horse trailer and the side of that barn because it's really dark.
There's absolutely no light that hits it from anything, but it can see all the way up to the ridge before you get to your house and everything all the way down and around it.
And I was like, and you think it was 11 foot, he says, 10 and a half foot at least.
And I was like, I am so glad that I did not see that.
And he goes, no, but I think your son did.
And I was like, why do you say that?
And he goes, he said, well, first off, he said that kid can't lie to save his life.
He said, it's just not in him.
And he said he's military trained.
He knows, you know, how to look at something and say, that guy's six foot three.
And he goes, and when he told you that he saw something down by the barn, and it was really big,
he's like, you didn't catch that it was a different big foot.
he said, you know, he gifted, by the way, he gifted like, Nerf, bright, Nerf colored
footballs. He gave them sweet and condensed milk every night. They love to play the ones that
were there at the house. They love to play with pretty shells, and they would hide the shells
in the stump that we were using. So we would pull them out of the stump. And I mean down
in the freaking sides of the stump, pull them out, put them on the, put them back
up on the stump, you know, leave a different feather, leave a different crystal. The crystals
were always gone. The sweet and condensed cans. We never even found the cans. He said that that is
like their version of honey. But we left food out for them. We left toys out for them. They left us
antlers, really cool stones, always hit those shells that I put down there. And like I never,
I've never found any of that stuff.
You know, I ended up getting COVID and dying and being really, really sick.
I was in a coma for eight months.
And when I came back, I could not run the freaking ranch, so I had to sell it.
But, you know, like, it was really something.
They were there three springs in a row, and they were there three winters in a row.
and I just got to the point where I went outside one day
and I said, look, I know you guys are here, I can feel it.
Please don't eat my dog and don't mess with my horses
and we'll get along just fine.
And, you know, my girlfriend that was with me,
she's like, why did you do that?
And I said, because they're here.
I said, you can hear these bird-like noises
and I said they're called bionic bird noises.
And I said they make those all the time.
And I said, and you can just.
tell when the deer stop coming and when the elk aren't around they are already here.
They're behind them, you know, catching the elderly elk and the sick elk.
And that's what they're eating.
And she was like, I never knew.
But all my neighbors knew, people from across the border would tell me their stories.
And this has been going on up there for over a hundred years.
And I was just the first person that, like, put it out there.
A hundred years
A hundred years
How do you know that it was going back that far?
Well, Mrs. Crick was 86
And she said it had been going on her whole life and before
Right, okay, gotcha
Yeah, yeah, yeah, gotcha
Yeah, right.
Wow, this is absolutely incredible.
So much stuff I did not know from this one story.
And it had fangs.
And it had fangs.
It had fangs.
It had fangs.
Like, it's, it's canine teeth.
Its face was very dark gray.
And I could actually see that it had whites of its eyes.
It was not a whole, like, all brown or all black eye like you see, like, in the picture that you have there.
That looks like it's all black or all dark.
But I could see the whites of his eyes.
They were just, they were big eyes.
and they're further apart than ours.
Its nose was pretty wide.
It was flattened, but not like...
It wasn't smushed.
It was just like a wide nose with big...
I could stick my thumb up that thing's nostrils easily.
But when it looked back like it...
It almost seemed like it was going to say something.
Its fangs were like an inch and a half freaking long.
But on that big face, I mean,
If you put that on a human, that's really big.
Those are big teeth.
But when you put it on something whose face is bigger than a basketball,
you know, more like a beach ball size, that's a normal size for them.
But I could clearly see the two top canines.
I couldn't see bottom ones.
It just didn't move in the right way.
But like I could see that it had hands.
Its fingernails were really gross.
the hair hung down like through its fingers but they weren't it wasn't really hairy fingers it was just
they got shaggy stinky hair and I mean to me it was absolutely I've never seen one that close
the closest I had been previously was about 25 feet away and it was an adolescent and it was watching us
it was laying on the ground looking over a bank watching us but this one was
Just like, you know, you're walking out your porch and somebody's standing.
I just saw the one person said, once again, why didn't she put cams up?
Actually, I did after that.
And I put them where Bobo told me to put them.
And hundreds of elk pits, pictures, deer pictures, a couple bunny rabbits, my dogs being boneheads out in the field.
And lo and behold, not one freaking shot of Bigfoot.
But I did have two nights where I know that they were right outside my window.
And I jumped up, ran outside in the morning, pulled that SD card.
You know, and we had that camera like 12, 13 feet in the air, pointed down.
And like, we even covered it, like, around it with some pine needles.
And I hung two pine cones off the bottom.
and I got really blurry, grainy pitchers.
And I had called Bobo and I said, man, I thought I was going to have pictures today.
And he goes, grainy were they?
And I was like, yeah, and he goes, like I told you, he said they emit an electrical pulse.
He said, that's why people never get good pictures.
And I was like, well, I really, I don't want to.
want to be the first person to have one, but at least a good pitcher would be okay. And I mean,
I still had Bobo's number. You know, he was, he was literally like, you get a hold of me if you
ever need me. And really wonderful guy, wonderful, wonderful, man. And this was after he lost all
his weight and cut his hair. So when I walked up to him, I was like, well, you look a lot different,
you know and he was he was really awesome he taught me a lot and uh he has some great adventures
that he's been on that's incredible i wow that just blows me away um this is an area i've never
heard of and i've been talking to people about bigfoot for like five six years and uh no one's
ever talked about eureka montana and it just sounds like it is a crazy crazy
crazy era. Thank you so much for coming up and for sharing. You're welcome. You should also look up
Bull Lake, Montana. There's a lot of activity. Yep, Bull Lake. It's in between Troy and Libby,
Montana. And like, you can be out there fishing and you will hear them howl,
growl, whatever you want to call it, that call that they make will echo across the lake.
And like, it's incredible.
I've been up there a few times, and I'm like, that's a big foot.
You know what?
When you have, I've hunted, I'm 60 years old now, and I have hunted my whole life.
And I know the sounds that the animals make in the woods.
And what I heard outside my window is absolutely indescribable.
Like, indescribable.
and the very first time that I ever saw one was in the moonlight.
I saw two of them at the lake right by my house.
But this was in many lakes, Montana, which is outside of Calis Bell.
And I walked out at 3.30 in the morning to start my car to go to work.
And I got about three-quarters of the 20-foot walk to my car,
and I realized that it was just absolutely.
absolutely too freaking quiet outside. There was, you know, no bird sounds, no squirrels, no nothing.
And I, like I remember feeling this is eerie and I click my, the fob on my car,
exactly the second that I hear something running down my driveway, which was straight. And I look,
and I can't see anything, it's too dark, but then I heard it jumped to the game.
which was like another 25 feet down the hill and I'm like what is that that is
that's on two legs and I hear a howl in the water and I hear an answer 40 feet from
me and it's still running and then I hear a howl in the water and so I just I froze
and I walked around the back of my car and I was trying to look down on the game
trail and I it was just too dark I couldn't see anything and I hear splash splash
and then a bigger splash, and then I look and I see two.
And I knew, like, it definitely was far, far away.
And I was like, oh, those are bigfoot's.
Cool.
Great.
Single mom out in the woods, you know.
And I go back in the house.
My car started.
I come out 20 minutes later to leave.
And I got that eerie feeling again.
And as my car broke the edge of my house to back down the driveway,
I got pelted with like freaking 60 pine cones in like maybe eight seconds.
Oh my goodness.
And I was like, what?
And so like I just kept backing out.
I didn't stop or anything.
And I went to work.
And then when I picked my son up from school, I was telling him about it.
And he just turned.
He was a kid then, you know, he's like 14.
He just turned white.
And he says, mom, I told you I've heard something in the lake.
You didn't believe me.
We get to the house and we found two footprints by the mailbox, and we took pictures.
And at that point, this foot was only a 10 and a half.
And we measured it, but it was only like 14 inches and maybe six inches across.
But we took pictures, and we took pictures down the game trail and into the water where you could see that there were two sets.
And I called the Montana Bigfoot Society in Pulse in Montana, but they never came out.
They just, like, recorded the siting.
And at that point, the next two nights, I had friends that were photographers in Glacier Park,
and they would go late at night, you know, to take pictures of the Milky Way or the Aurora Borealis.
And one of them had a sighting the one night, and it, like, walked right across the water.
and up onto the little island where they were,
and they just grabbed all their shit and got out.
Like, they just literally packed up as quick as they could
and just left in their Subaru.
And then the very next night, the other photographer, she's seen it.
And she was, like, telling me the story,
and I was like, you got to be kidding.
I'm like, I said, that's a 20-minute drive from my house.
And I said, and these things move,
40 to 50 miles a night is their radius.
And I said, so that was well within the radius.
But like, they're there.
They're there a lot.
It's just that, you know, the locals are used to it,
and the outsiders don't really report it.
My goodness.
Thank you so much for coming up and for sharing your experiences.
Absolutely.
This is really, really special.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
I have it.
I will, I'm gonna, I'm, I've got a way to contact you through DM if I need to, but thank you so much for coming up.
I do appreciate it.
Absolutely.
You guys have a good night.
You as well.
Yeah, that would be a crazy movie.
That'd be a great movie.
Or a great book.
Yeah, backwards.
I'm glad you're in here.
Bigfoot dwarf, I saw you're in here too.
Hopefully you heard that one.
Yeah, there you are.
Hey, bud.
That's such a, that's such a good one.
I hope that I'm able to put that one up on the podcast.
If I can get a downloader from TikTok.
Have you ever heard all the accounts of Bigfoot activity around Oak Ridge, Oregon?
And you think to yourself, man, I would love to get out in those woods and experience it for myself.
Well, guess what?
This year, you can.
If this is interesting to you, stay tuned because it's pretty cool.
Sasquatch Summerfest is coming up July 10th through the 11th,
2026.
It's going to be even better than the previous year's reason number one.
I'll be one of the speakers.
It's going to be wild.
I'll probably, I'll say this.
There may be stuff you haven't heard anywhere else because let's just say sometimes it's,
well, you just got to be there.
We'll leave it that.
More about looking for Bigfoot in the Oak Ridge Woods.
Now check this out.
You may know Jason Kenzie from his documentary series searching for Sasquatch.
Well, this year, you can not only go to the festival, but you can also sign up for a trek deep in the wild forest outside of Oak Ridge with Jason Kenzie to the Bigfoot spots to look for Bigfoot.
there's only eight spots to sign up for this and yes this will also be filmed for the next chapter
in his documentary series which is searching for Sasquatch. This is a once in a lifetime deal.
It's just trust it's going to be a wild, wild experience. To get a ticket, head on over to
Sasquatch Summerfest.com and listeners can use the code BSP like Bigfoot Society podcast in order to

Appreciate that, Priscilla.
I hope to see you at the booth in Oak Ridge this year.
We can talk about your encounter.
I was able to talk to so many people last year and the year before.
it is an incredible time.
You're not going to want to miss it, and I'll see you there.
Before we wrap this episode, I want to say something directly to a very specific group of listeners.
If you're in the military, any branch, or forces, and if you've seen something that no one can explain,
or if you're a national park ranger or forestry worker who's been told to stay quiet,
if you're a pilot who's seen something strange down on the ground,
or if you're with the FBI, a federal agency, or working intelligence, and you've stumbled upon something you're not allowed to talk about.
And if you're a firefighter, paramedic, or search and rescue responder, who's heard screams or found tracks that didn't make sense,
if you're in the logging industry on a remote oil field or trucker with government contracts,
and you've had something happen that you've never told a soul,
and if you're a biologist, a wildlife specialist, or a field researcher under contract,
who has found evidence you're not allowed to report,
if you're a pastor, a missionary, or someone on a spiritual retreat,
and you saw something that shook your faith,
or if you work in the shadows, CIA, NSA, or anything with clearance,
and you've seen what the public hasn't,
then I want to talk to you.
Even if it's anonymous,
you can reach me at bigfoot society at gmail.com.
The world needs to hear what you've been forced to carry alone
and you're not alone.
You've got the story.
We've got the mic.
See you in the woods.
