In this show, we go beyond the campfire stories to bring you first-hand encounters from people who say they've seen something impossible. From backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers to quiet farms and crowded highways, the stories come from everywhere, and each one leaves us with more questions than answers. These are the voices of the people who've lived it, so settle in because today you'll hear another account that just might change the way you see the woods forever. So stay with us. Please keep Jeremiah in your prayers as he continues his fight against cancer. For more updates about his medical journey, please go to the Caring Bridge link in the show notes. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:00:43 Guys, how's it going? Yes, I did get a new haircut in preparation for treatments that start on Tuesday. I said, I'm going to take the hair myself. So it actually feels pretty good. So got to love it. But hey guys, if you're into Bigfoot, you're at the right place. Oh, all right. E's going to, I bet he's got a cool update.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Here we go. Hey, man. How's it going? How are you? It's going pretty good. I'm doing pretty good. Worried about you. Just first things first.
Starting point is 00:01:19 I just want to make sure that you're doing okay. And just want to let you know, I got you, you my thoughts and my prayers. And I'm hoping for the best for you. Hey, I appreciate that, man. You know, we're going to be okay. going to take a few months of hard battling to get through it, but we're going to do it, man, and get out there. I know you're out there in the PNW, and you've got a lot of wild stuff going on usually, but what's going on, man? Yeah, well, first and foremost for the listeners,
Starting point is 00:01:48 I am a paranormal Sasquatch researcher from Washington State. I have 11 different research locations, though I have two main research locations. I have spent the last five years, interacting with a family of Sasquatch at my main research location. And the story that I'm going to share today has to do, I guess it's been about a month now, maybe three weeks. I was up in the research location. And when I was up in the research location, I was with my brother Dale and my dad, Frank, and we were going up to try to help my brother find a place for him to stay because my brother is currently homeless. And he has a lot of animals.
Starting point is 00:02:37 And if he can't hear my dogs in the background, I have animals. And animals and animals do not mix well sometimes. So I was trying to help Mount find a place that he could kind of stay until he could get his feet underneath them because he just moved back over here to Western Washington. So I live in actually Lacey, Washington, in Thurston County.
Starting point is 00:02:58 That's where I'm from. But we're up there. and we went up first I was going to an area that I found it's an old logging road and it going down the logging road the the the pathway goes from gravel into a gravel with about three foot high grass kind of growing out from the road right so I wanted to I wanted to take him up to a place that I knew that not a lot of people go because the grass and it would be a good place for him to kind of to post up for a week or so until he was able to, you know, kind of get the ball rolling with him finding a place over here. So we're driving and then as I get up to, it's, I guess it would be the northeastern side of the research location. You can see a beautiful view of Mount Rainier from the location, but there on the other side where the northeast side is of the Celtics, towers is where I was taking them. So we went up there and I wanted to get him to the cell tower
Starting point is 00:04:06 area so that he could have service when he's up there. There's very few spots that you actually can have service and around the cell towers that's that's one area is that you could have service so he could be able to communicate, make phone calls in a case of emergency and that kind of stuff. So we're driving up there and once we get up there, the entire hillside is just butchered. And I mean like clear cut like you would not believe. It's just it just made me so sad because this is a part of my research location. So it just breaks my heart, you know, because of my experiences with the Sasquatch area. I know how they feel about that.
Starting point is 00:04:48 So we keep driving because the area that had the road that had the three foot tall grass, that was the area that they completely clear cut. So it's like okay, so this area is not going to work. So we head up the mountainside over top on the other side of the towers. And once you come up to you're about to the top, there's a cutoff road that heads to the right, which would be south by southwest, I guess you can say. And so I was like, well, I know there's a dead end colasack down this road, like a few miles down the road. So I was like, let's just go there.
Starting point is 00:05:27 It's a big open area, but you shouldn't get bothered by too many people because it's not a lot of people go up there. So I'm driving down that road. It's a gravel road and we come across the gate. And it's another logging area. It says, you know, basically smile, you're on surveillance just because they don't want people messing with their logging equipment. So I was like, okay, I'm going to turn around. I don't like the idea of being on surveillance when I'm up there doing research and having people. kind of looking into my own in.
Starting point is 00:06:05 Okay, so I'm on the road that has the open gate for that they, they close the block off access to where they're logging and storing equipment. And about 30 seconds up from there, there's a Y in the road, and that's where I did a three-point turnaround because this is a single-lane road. It's a little bit bigger than a single-lane road, but it's, in order to fit two vehicles side by side, you have to put your wheels almost into the one side or the other of the ditch. So, sorry, I'm going to try to slow down. I'm trying to get all this information out.
Starting point is 00:06:38 I got to remember to slow down a little bit. So we turn around. It's about 30 seconds past the gate. And then I'm driving. And just as I get back past the gate, there's a tree that has been either pushed or pulled into the middle of the road. Right. And for those of you that don't know me, I have regular experiences in interactions with, with the clan of Sasquatch up in my research area.
Starting point is 00:07:05 So I'm like, okay, I drive past it, and then I stop. And I'm like, wait a second. That tree wasn't there when we just drove by. So like, I stopped, and me, my dad and my brother Dale kind of all get in the conversation. They're like, yeah, that wasn't there. So I back up to where the tree is and we get out. And when we get out, I started getting hit with infrasound.
Starting point is 00:07:36 So my left ear begins ringing. I feel like there's a weight on my chest and kind of like this feeling in the pit of my stomach. And so I start like the topography of the area is from the road you have about a 45 degree pitch downhill into wooded forest in about a 45 degree pitch uphill into wooded forest. But as I look uphill,
Starting point is 00:08:06 about 100 yards away, it looked like there's this big, beautiful opening, like a meadow up there. And I was like, oh, wow. And then I looked, and as I'm looking, I see one of the markers that the Sasquatch family that I interact with uses. And what the marker looks like,
Starting point is 00:08:27 they will take like a small tree or a sapling and then they will do a bend that's like it's kind of like a break and a bend like you could tell it's bent but the i guess the kind of tree it is the backside of it kind of snaps off and it makes uh i guess almost like a a jagget upside down j shape almost like the 45 degree angle i was just talking about right and so i look right from the marker and then there's this wide clear path straight up to the meadow and i was like oh and then um we're we're all sitting there we're talking about the path and we're looking at the the tree break and then i start investigating around the tree break right so like um i'm looking for any signs that this could have naturally been caused i'm looking for any signs that um somebody could have been
Starting point is 00:09:24 around in the area just to try to just to try to rule out what I think it is even though I already know what I think it is I'm always trying to I guess assess the situation so after I determined that yeah I think that's what it is I'm looking starting to look up on both sides of the hillside and there's this stump it was somewhere between 200 and 300 feet away it's kind of hard to judge when you're looking way up on a hillside, right? At least for me, it's a little bit tricky to kind of judge that. But there's like one or two small saplings that are in front of this very large stump. Well, I'd see something ducked down behind it, right?
Starting point is 00:10:11 I see movement. At least that's what it looked like. I definitely see movement. It was a dark, whatever the movement was, it was dark. It looked like it ducked down behind the stump. So my brother being adventurous, he's like, let me see if I could find a way up there. He wanted to go up and look, try to see if he can get a better look at the meadow and maybe see if you can get a better angle at the stump area.
Starting point is 00:10:34 And the stump area, actually, the terrain to get up to it, it looks like it's pretty tricky, terrain with the way that the undergrowth of the forest is, I guess you can say. and so we end up walking, I don't know, it's like another 20 or 30 feet up the road in the direction that I was already driving. And my brother found a suitable path for him to, you know, try to get up the side of the hillside. So as he's walking off road, I'm looking at the tree next to where he's walking. and there's another kind of species of tree that like the branch had been shoved up underneath one of the branches the natural branches of the kind of tree that's sticking out and I believe the tree that it was that was got shoved up underneath there was a piece of alderwood alderwood kind of has like a distinctive look
Starting point is 00:11:35 to it and that's what kind of drew my attention from it being different you know I thought it was just like a broken branch, but no, it was an actual different kind of tree that was shoved up underneath. A branch about 10 feet off the ground and the branch that was shoved up underneath the other branch, kind of like jammed in there, it was all the way from the ground at an angle up to the branch that it was jammed into. Well, about 20 feet on the other side, if a little bit further up the road, there was the exact same thing with the very next tree. So like you had on one tree, there was a branch jammed up in there. On the other tree, the branch was jammed up in there. Now the one looking uphill to the right, I couldn't tell if it was a different species of
Starting point is 00:12:28 tree because that one was heavily moss covered, right? So it was kind of hard to be able to tell. So my brother continues working his way up this hillside. He gets all the way up to where the meadow is. And then I do this whole thing where I try to go look like the whole entire side. So I go to the other side of the road. And I'm looking downhill. I'm trying to look for any obvious evidence of like trail markers and that kind of stuff, in which I didn't see any.
Starting point is 00:13:03 but by the time I was done looking, my brother had got back down the hill and he said, well, I didn't see anything behind the stump and the, it was a big open, beautiful meadow. I was like, oh, well, that's cool. But as we were sitting there talking, there was a wood knock that came from up the hill, right? So I hear that and my brother's head turned around and I said, did you guys hear that? And he goes, yeah, I just heard a wood knock. me points in the exact same direction that I had heard it, right? And then my dad, all three, we all confirmed that, yeah, that's what we think that was. Because, I mean, a lot of times
Starting point is 00:13:43 in the woods, there could be other things that can make sounds. You know, when you're trying to identify stuff, I think it's important to, I guess, slow down and ask yourself questions, right? So, I do this thing out of respect for the clan of Sasquatch. I let them know that I'm going to take pictures and video and just to give them a heads up, you know, like in case they don't want to be present, which a lot of times they will put themselves in the stuff that I do. So I start snapping photographs all the way around and then when I got home, I ended up discovering some really, really cool stuff that was in the photographs I took. There was something that a light reflection that looked like had the white milky substance that I have captured in my
Starting point is 00:14:39 photography with them before. Almost looks like a portal. I don't know if that's what it is, but it's what it looks like. And then I did capture one of them cloaked in the cloak photograph. You can clearly make out its forehead. It has a receding hairline. You can see the wrinkles in his forehead. You can see the hair. It's it's obvious. eyes, its nose. The mouth is a little bit hard to see because it is a cloaked Sasquatch, right? But I was able to capture that. And then on one of the other photographs, there was something I have no idea what it is. So, but yeah, that was one of my last times up in the research location. And I have stuff, buddy, I have stuff like this happen almost every single time I go up there. I know, man, you always have the wildest stories.
Starting point is 00:15:32 And you put this up on your, you put some of this up on your TikTok account, right? Yeah, I actually, I'm, so I'm not going to be the person that's going to do what you do. I applaud you for letting people show their stories. I am not that guy. I do all this for personal experiences. I share my findings and what my perspective is, and my opinion is. and my opinion is on my TikTok. And sometimes people like it.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Sometimes they don't, but I always try to post what I believe. It's, man, you, I'm just thinking of all the things you've shared over the years. And really some fascinating stuff that you have in your different research areas. And thank you for sharing that. If people want to look you up, it's just a guy named E on TikTok. But, man, thank you so much for coming up. and for sharing. And I got to check out your account after this to get up to date with the stuff you've been posting. But I appreciate you coming up, man. I appreciate you, brother, man.
Starting point is 00:16:36 I once again, I just nothing but love and respect for you. I hope you have the quickest path to recovery. And then I will continue to keep you in my prayers, buddy. Okay. Thank you so much. You have a great rest of your day, man. Hey there. How are you? Good. How are you? Good. Feel free to share what happened to you. Well, it's, you know, it might feel some time for you here. It's not really dramatic. Okay. It's probably meaningful.
Starting point is 00:17:07 Actually, when I was young, some interesting things, footprints and odors on three separate occasions happened. When I was a young fellow, this is up in Alberta, the Kananaskas highway. It's now a provincial park area, a bit further south and everything, but back in the early 70s, you could actually hunt in some of the western side of the first set of mountain ranges, still to the east of Highway 40. So that's the main highway, north and south through there. It's been improved in recent years, but back then it was back in the 70s it was gravel road and pretty raw. So I'm thinking when I was 11 I was out hunting with my dad and his friend and one day we were we headed up an incline to the top of a low mountain on the
Starting point is 00:18:25 the west side of Highway 40 there and there was a this mountain had kind of a crater dish-type top and so we had this idea that I would I'm the kid and I'm I was packing a rifle, but I don't think I had a permit with me. So I was assigned to walk down through this bowl and flush something out to the top. And then my dad went one way around the rim of this bowl, and his friend, our friend, went the other way. So I did that. And I'll tell you, when I was going through that bowl, and it was probably only half a mile across or so, but I just felt like I was being watched, but I didn't really have a big consciousness about
Starting point is 00:19:17 Bigfoot or anything like that, so I put it up to nerves, right? But anyway, exited from the other side, came up around the top, nothing was flushed out, and we sat down to have a sandwich on the far side of the rim. And just from where I'd come up the incline to exit the far side of the bowl, now we're on that side. we hear a bunch of thrashing and crashing and branches breaking and so forth, just down over the, I guess he called the edge of the rim past where you couldn't see. And something was rumbling around in there. Not game, not big game even, because, you know, with us being around,
Starting point is 00:20:03 they're just not going to be all that noisy, four-legged creature. but stomping around sounded like it was on like it could have been on two feet, two legs, but real heavy, but never actually came into visual range. And the breeze was coming up out of this bowl, up the incline to where we were sitting in the absolute worst smell. I hit us there and we couldn't believe anything we never smelled any none of us said they smelled anything like that It just in fact it smelled so much like a garbage dump that Which you don't have out there in the wilderness right? So anyway
Starting point is 00:20:54 It was it was remarkable both the noise and and you know we're I mean we we we had it in the chamber right? I because we thought something was going to come up there, a big elk or something like that. Yeah. So anyway, but then it went silent and the snow went away. And we didn't, we elected not to run down there and see what it was because it was, it was something that we couldn't calculate was game. The next day, we went back, nothing further happened. The next day we were on the far side, the other side of the road, that's the east side of the highway.
Starting point is 00:21:37 And I remember one of the landmarks close was Cataract Creek now, but I haven't been able to actually find it now on all of the great mapping and GPS capabilities we have now. So I haven't been able to locate it, but the location. So we went up this ridge, sorry, went up this mountain heading up to a pass that we knew was there. And we're looking to see if there was any moose. That's what was open at the time, crossing over into. they'd be going to the east, see if there's anything moving through that pass, right? And we got up to a point where we could go ask the pass,
Starting point is 00:22:22 and nothing was showing. So we turned around to head straight north, parallel to the highway. Of course, you know, we're on foot, so very quiet of course but we're on foot so I mean the dimensions like the distances we were going were not great I'm just saying that what distance we were making we was parallel to the road headed north we could see the road and cars and stuff down to the left of us and and as we were going up this ridge there was we saw some tracks coming in from the rights of the east joining up to the
Starting point is 00:23:06 this ridge that we were using to clear up to the top where we could get a better look at the pass that we'd come up to look at. And so this two-legged set of tracks coming from, again, the right, as I said, we saw it that the tracks converged with where we were going to go and we walked up to them. And I think my dad had missed it because he was furthered down the slope he was just trying to stay parallel to us to see if either of us flushed something you know but um so me and and and this uh friend of ours Brian um me he's an experienced guy I was just a kid and and uh he uh he couldn't figure out what was making these tracks because definitely they were two-footed they looked like they'd melted over a bit maybe a day or so
Starting point is 00:24:05 So we couldn't see any detail in them, but they were maybe, I'd say, 20, 23 inches, 22 inches long, quite wide, proportionally wide. And then the stride was maybe five feet apart, you know, and we were going up a slight hill as well. So there's no way that, like, I could stretch maybe half that distance, being a little kid. But growing in, would not be able to do that going up that slope. I mean, you could stretch that far, but you couldn't take the next step. You know how it is going up. Right. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:24:44 Oh, my goodness. That is wild. And what was interesting was, so, okay, so now all we're looking at is tracks and wondering maybe it's some quadruped that's put in this, you know, rear, rear foot in this front track. And then we come around a little bit of a bend and it, and whatever it was had stepped over a log that had and so this is winter time and the snow cover I should have mentioned that but obviously if there's tracks of that nature I'm talking about melting and stuff then it's winter but didn't mention that sorry anyway um there was uh three maybe inches of snow on top of this log that was
Starting point is 00:25:27 that was in the way of heading straight up this bridge and so whatever it was stepped over that log without knocking any of the snow off the top and just kept right on going past that and the snow so i think that log would have been it was well it was it was over my hip so i put it about 40 inches or so on on the uh on the downhill side okay maybe a little more but anyway whatever it was had no like hadn't knocked any of that snow off and as we so we and we actually crept under the log that was the easier thing to do to keep going. And the tracks then veered off back from where the distance, the direction they'd come back towards the pass and we decided we would just go ahead and make our way back, call it a day,
Starting point is 00:26:23 and we went straight down the mountain and got on the road and walked back to our truck. So that was kind of interesting, but I remember my friend, my dad's friend Brian's face, this look of puzzlement, you know, just crossed his face. He was really bothered by what could be making these tracks because he, you know, he was mostly a deer hunter and stuff like that. He was using a 270, but nothing real big, right? And I had a 30-30. But we didn't think we had anything that could influence this,
Starting point is 00:27:04 whatever the creature's size was that did this. And I'll just mention one more quick thing. Some years later, I was up at a Boy Scout camp as a Boy Scout. A little further south on the same road, this would be about... So the first
Starting point is 00:27:21 this little hunting trip here was about 1969 or 70. I can't remember exactly. In 1974, was when I was on this scout trip and we were in a campground. I think it was a private scout campground a little further south, as I mentioned, on the highway.
Starting point is 00:27:44 And so we were, my dad was a scoutmaster, and he was staying in a camper, along with the assistant scoutmaster. And then us boys, there was 16 of us, roughly. They were on, we were in a, we were sleeping in a camp cat mate, camp tent, sorry, maybe, maybe 80 yards off from the, from the camp, where the camper was. And this particular tent, it was white or as near white as it can be once it gets dirty, you know. So it was an off white canvas to start with.
Starting point is 00:28:23 And it didn't have a floor in it. It was a great big tent without a floor. So we're sleeping all of us guys, you know, directly. on the ground a bit of a mess actually there's a lot of uh you know brush sage type brush and everything long grass and stuff so you know we're right in it even though we were in a tent so it was hard and and it was hard to sleep and under those circumstances and i remember um so i was laying next to a fella named kim who's best on um by this time uh now but but i'm guessing it was two in the morning uh for some reason my eyes popular
Starting point is 00:29:03 when I was looking up at the roof, the tent there, the ceiling. And it was a real bright moon, like it had to be because of what I'm going to tell you here, but it was a very, very bright full moon. And the reason I, and I thought, why am I, why did I wake up just now? And as my eyes got, you know, used to things, and I looked up, I could see there was this shadow getting thrown onto the top of the tent. And the shadow was exactly the shape of a very wide human man, whatever, broad shoulders,
Starting point is 00:29:46 and then you couldn't see arms or light between where arms and the body would be, but it was just the shoulders and the peak of a head, right, over top of that. Very wide and very massive. because it was outside and how shadows, you know, they get bigger, the farther away you are from the place on which they're projecting. I couldn't say exactly how big the thing was that was casting this shadow, but it was most definitely the shape of a human, a very massive shadow, I'll say. And the funny thing was it didn't make a sound. Like there was no sound whatsoever. I didn't hear any breathing or huffing or anything.
Starting point is 00:30:34 It was just completely silent. In fact, the whole area was silent. And there was enough. I said that the moon was real bright. And it was projecting enough. And you could probably make a calculation to see how far away the thing was from the tent because I could see an irregular outline on the shadow, which was.
Starting point is 00:30:59 suggestive of hair, like I was looking at hair, right? That was defining the outside edge of the shadow. So I was just laid there looking at it, and I felt my friend next to me reach over and touch me, right? And I didn't realize he was awake. And he whispered, are you seeing this? And I said, yeah. And we watched it for maybe a good two or three minutes, I guess.
Starting point is 00:31:26 and then and then they and then it disappeared but again it was like it was on it was like it was on you know a roller skates or something like that skateboard because it just okay something on wheels it just moved back silently it didn't bob up or down as it moved back away from the tent that was that was a bit unnerving it was like uh you know what it was like it was like there's a scene in the Blues Brothers, right, where, you know, they go back to get their commission from from Mother Superior, right? And they have a bad outcome and they get kicked down the stairs, right? And then Mother Superior just sort of glides back at the top of the stairs out of sight. I don't know if you remember that or if you saw it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But that was,
Starting point is 00:32:20 so when I saw that movie after, I thought, you know what, this is kind of. That's exactly how that shadow moved. It made no sound whatsoever, whatever it was, big as it was, just like it made absolutely no sound and no breathing or anything. So after that, we couldn't get the sleep for a bit. And just as we were falling asleep, we heard some knocking going on, some wood knocking going on, off in the direction of where my dad's camper was. And he, so between us, an off slightly offset from a straight line between us and the tent and the Scoutmaster's camper was a wooden platform, which I think was part of the camp infrastructure and made for setting up, you know, presentation area or maybe you'd want to put a tent on there or something like that. But anyways, a very nice, large platform, maybe 30 feet by 30 feet out there.
Starting point is 00:33:33 And it sounded like whatever was banging, this wood, it sounded hollow as though it was hitting the planks of this platform. It was hitting them five times and then pausing, and then five times and pausing and everything. The pauses were maybe, I don't know, 15, 20 seconds apart. And it did that for a full 20 minutes. that noise is going on. And so, and then it went away, and we eventually fell asleep, and you get up in the morning, you know, and it's like, it's always like that, right? You have a disrupted night, and then when you're out in the woods, and then the morning,
Starting point is 00:34:12 the sun comes up, and it's beautiful, it smells great, and everything, you're thinking, wow, must not even happen last night. So anyway, we then talked to my dad, all of us, because by this point, everybody was awake and heard the knock. in the tent. But we weren't saying much to each other because we were afraid, right? Didn't want to advertise our presence even inside the tent.
Starting point is 00:34:38 And we all went to my dad and said, did you hear that knocking going on last night? And he said, yeah, yeah, that was me. I was just out messing with you guys. I went out there on that pad and I was banging away just to, you know, kind of mess with you guys. And, well, I know when my dad's telling the fib, right?
Starting point is 00:35:06 Those guys probably not. But anyways, so I went to him afterwards. I said, what was that? Was that exactly what happened? What was that? And he said, that wasn't me. Don't tell the other guys, but that wasn't me. And he said, I was locked and lowered.
Starting point is 00:35:20 He had the same old 30-30 that I was dragging around as an 11-year-old in that camping trip, you know, because it was fairly compact compared to his bigger, bigger, rifles but so he said I was I was thinking I was going to have to rush out there and confront whatever it was because he said I'm thinking okay it's a human if it's a human then it's going to be something hazardous to us right like there's no reason a human should be out there in this Boy Scout camp right making noise for no good reason what's that about if it's not human it's something that's as smart as a human to be able to do that and so he said I think I might have trouble here.
Starting point is 00:36:00 And so he was, he was ready to act. And then the knocking stopped, of course, shortly thereafter. And so, but he, you know, he confessed that it was not him, of course. It was, it was something he didn't know about. And so that's pretty much what happened there. No, my God, that's that. Okay, so I was gonna ask, so it's in the Canaanascus area?
Starting point is 00:36:24 Yeah. Oh man, dude, I gotta tell you. So I had a conservation guy from India who would travel the world, and I interviewed him a year or so ago, and he had gone to Canaanasca State Park a few years ago. He actually had a visual of a Bigfoot when they were hiking in that park. So it's really cool to hear your viewpoint of the same area and different things you experienced.
Starting point is 00:36:52 That's awesome, especially the Boy Scout stuff. That's intense, man. Thank you for sharing that. Yeah, you're welcome. You know, I've since learned that that, I mean, there's many, many stories that have emanated from that general area and especially there's something a little closer to Calgary between the Canaanascus and Calgary and the little offset from the Brad Creek area.
Starting point is 00:37:16 It's a wilderness area that they refer to as Powderface Mountain. and you know that the you know the BFRO website contains substantial reports from that area I think it's a pretty I mean this is only like this is 30 20 30 miles west of Calgary is all you know Calgary's a big place and it's just very very very very close to this giant metropolitan area that this stuff goes on but that's you know we've seen I've since learned that Bigfoot can thrive right in close to civilization. You just never know that they're anywhere near there. A hundred percent.
Starting point is 00:38:00 A hundred percent. Wow, what a fascinating conversation. I appreciate you coming up and sharing what you know about that area. Oh, I was going to mention too just before I go at that Boy Scout camp. I probably should have mentioned this right off the bat. One of the guys, just off of the camp, there was this little swinging rope hanging from a tree. from a tree and we're always over there swinging on it you know and coming back to the camp it's about 100 yards 150 yards off from the main uh camp kitchen area and uh one day uh
Starting point is 00:38:34 one fella came running back his name was dave he came running back at top speed and he said you said i just saw a bear uh and well there's gris there for sure i mean that's there are now anyways for sure but I said really everybody said what you looked like he said well it didn't look like a bear it was just this great big hairy mound that just got standing out behind the takeoff place where we had where you would swing on this rope he said so I'm just you know I'm sure it was a bear but it was it didn't sound exactly like a bear you didn't ID it that way wow besides a bear would not just rise up and then just settle back down like it's conducting surveillance on you. Bear would be there for a reason, you know, or he'd run away. And so, um, so that was just a
Starting point is 00:39:28 little side note that we heard about and stuff. It was just a dark, dark brown, hairy shape, he said, rose up and just kept rising up. Like it was four feet high and you still couldn't tell any difference of it. It was just this big heap, you know. I'm just saying. So that's just one more thing there. Wow. Cool, cool stuff. I will have to look more into this area.
Starting point is 00:39:52 Thank you so much, sir. Okay, bye now. Wow, that was a really cool conversation. Fascinating stuff. How are you? Yeah, how's it going? It's going. I wanted to tell you something that happened in California.
Starting point is 00:40:11 Awesome. Feel free to share what happened in California. Okay, I've read some of separates. German separates, okay, at that time. I was one of the top breeders. And getting ready for a show, I would take my dogs out and work them because I had big German shepherds. Big enough they almost did not make it in the ring. Well, I'd take them out to Kalati, the hills of Kalati, right? And I had two of them. I had Magnum and I had Thor. And I would walk at least eight miles up and down the hills with these dogs. And these dogs aren't scared of nothing. Nothing.
Starting point is 00:40:45 They went after mountain lions. That's how bad they were. All right. Anyway, I'm up there. It was before a show in Mantica. In Mantua, I mean. And I'm up there running up this hill with these dogs. And all of a sudden, the dogs started acting wacky.
Starting point is 00:41:03 They were like pushing me around, which they never did because they were obedience dogs and whining. And I'm like, what was wrong with you? Get up the hill. And I make it all the way up the hill with these dogs pushing me around. and the hill has got a flat spot on the top, and then it goes down into a ravine. I knew because I knew the path. And so did the dogs.
Starting point is 00:41:25 We used to chase deer and everything else out there. Well, just for work, for exercise, getting them ready, conditioning them. Well, I get the top of this flat spot, and there's a rock, a big rock, and I moved to sit on the rock, and the dogs are still, like, pushing me around, trying to get me back, and doing all kinds of weird stuff. and they've never done before. And I looked down off the side, going in the opposite direction of what I came up,
Starting point is 00:41:51 and looked down, and this thing was going down at a fast clip. But it was so big, it literally had a deer hanging over its shoulder. Okay, that's how big it was. And the reason I know it was a deer is because I could see the head and the antlers. And it stopped. It was probably a good, I don't know. 40 feet maybe from where I was and it turned and looked at me and about this time my dogs were losing their minds they were losing their minds now these are big dogs thor weighed 110 pounds magnum was 90 okay these
Starting point is 00:42:33 dogs weren't scared but all they could do is keep whining and try to move me and i i looked at that and it looked at me and i think we got to go now and i turned around and left but that thing was headed down there with a deer over its shoulder. That's how big it was. And that was a full-grown deer because I could see its horns. I'll never forget when it turned and looked at me. And you know, that picture you have on your screen, it didn't look like that. It looked almost human.
Starting point is 00:43:06 Okay. I mean, it was hairier. It was hairier all over, but its face was more human. those eyes looked almost dead on human I'll never forget seeing that deer over its shoulder we got to go and I turned the dogs around and we left
Starting point is 00:43:28 back the way we came at a dead run and the dogs never acted like that I didn't you know they always talk about smells and stuff I didn't smell anything but I think my dogs knew because they were losing their mind and I'll never forget that. I never went to that area again after that, ever.
Starting point is 00:43:53 Because if it can take a deer down and carry it, what do you think it's going to do to my dogs? That wasn't human. It was too big and too hairy, but his face, when it turned and looked at me, and it just turned its upper body, not its head, it turned its upper body, and looked at me, and I went,
Starting point is 00:44:13 Oh, we got to go. I think we got to go. But that, so anybody tells you, Bigfoot doesn't exist. Trust me when I tell you, what I've seen that day convinced me. Because that ain't, no, I don't know any human who can literally throw a freaking deer over its shoulder. Do you? Right. No, that's, that's massive.
Starting point is 00:44:35 Even if it's a small deer, that's a different ballgame, you know. This thing had, okay, I think back on it, even now, all these years later, I see now. at least four prongs and that one horn. Wow. So that wasn't a small deer. No, not at all. And I know that most of the deer in that area that my dogs would run were fast. Because German shepherds are fast to start with.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Right, exactly. Have you looked to see if anyone else has had stuff happen in the same area? No. After that day, I never went back to that area to work with the dogs again. Because ain't no chance. Okay. Right. No.
Starting point is 00:45:17 No. That thing was, you just had to have seen it to believe it. You're like, and it was going downhill. Okay. It wasn't, and this is not like an easy grade. It was a hard grade going down. Okay. When I seen it before it turned, it was hauling.
Starting point is 00:45:36 Right. Big steps. How far was it covering between steps would you say? A guess, five foot. Okay. And that's going downhill at a grade of at least 60%. Oh, my goodness. I mean, you could see it.
Starting point is 00:45:54 I can still remember seeing the holes in the dirt. I mean, this thing was huge. I mean, so anybody tells you that Bigfoot doesn't exist? No. I know better because that wasn't human. No. That is wild stuff. Thank you so much for coming up.
Starting point is 00:46:15 and sharing your experience. I appreciate it, Patricia. All right. Thank you. Hi, how are you? Hi, Jeremiah. I have missed you. You are, you know, greatly appreciated in the Bigfoot community for following the Ohio sightings and I, just a recent fan of yours, so speak. I'm from Illinois. I grew up in West Central Illinois. I lived out in the woods as a kid. I didn't even care about Bigfoot until my probably about 10 years ago. I was listening to, I'm sorry, the other podcast, Sasquatch Chronicles.
Starting point is 00:47:06 Oh, yeah, sure, absolutely. And that's how I got interested. I grew up in a family of hunters, and what convinced me is hearing all the stories of the hunters saying that they, you know, peed their pants or whatever, and I am sorry, but men just don't admit to that in my family anyway. You know, so my story is I moved to east side of the state in Illinois. 10 miles from Indiana about 10 years ago and one night I was trying to sleep and I heard aren't we were in the neighborhood of about 75 houses outside of a small town with rural area cornfields we had a creek sugar creek nearby we also have a river not too far so I'm just setting it up what people can imagine
Starting point is 00:48:10 I have a cornfield in my backyard. But I heard one night at 11, I was sound asleep. I heard a dog frantically barking. And I'm like, what is going on? I just love dogs and I don't want them to be hurt or anything. So I got up and went out and looked out my front door and I saw across the street, I can see into my neighbor's backyard. backyard and they had a dog run. I don't know, you know, a cage like six foot tall. And I saw a tall person thing standing over it. I mean, he or whatever it was, was probably a couple feet higher than that. And I thought he had a black hoodie on.
Starting point is 00:49:09 And their light from their yard shined behind this person or thing. So I couldn't see details, but I could see that. I mean, it was huge. And I froze. I'm standing on the perch of my front porch looking out for the dog, and then I saw that, and I froze. And I don't think I even registered what it was. I thought maybe it was a tall person.
Starting point is 00:49:39 We have had a guy that would go around and steal stuff, and he lived down the street, and he was very tall. But this thing seemed big. I don't know how to describe it. And so I had seen the show. So basically, I froze, and I didn't do nothing. I didn't yell or nothing. and the dog was still frantically barking, which I couldn't believe.
Starting point is 00:50:09 And I thought he looked like, I couldn't remember the arms to tell you the truth. It was just, but I thought he had like a, the feet was flared. It was flared at the bottom. And that's all I can really remember. So I went back inside and went to bed. It was weird. I would normally probably yell out if it was a person because I don't like anybody abusing dog. So I went back in and then the next day I talked to my neighbors and I told the
Starting point is 00:50:44 neighbor about it and they said that's weird. They said I knocked on the door and I said I saw somebody or something outside. I didn't say something because I didn't want people to think I'm nuts. And later on I had you know Jay Bichotian. from Finding Jay. Oh yeah, great guy. Yeah. Yes. And he said, Angie, that's a six-foot fence because I showed them a picture.
Starting point is 00:51:16 And he said that was probably about eight feet tall that you saw. Because I am not good at measurements. You know, girls are we're not really good about, I don't know. Anyway, so I was like, do you think I saw one? and I told my neighbor next door, she has a cationo, like, and she has like 15 cats. And yeah, it drew in a lot of animals, raccoons trying to break in and stuff. So I told her about it, and she goes, oh, do you think we have a big foot? I'm like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:51:59 So people were more open than I imagined. And it was really a wild experience. I love that. That is amazing. I mean, it sounds like. It haunted me because I can't. I wish I would have went out there and said, what are you doing?
Starting point is 00:52:22 Right. But I was in my house coat. You never know what you're going to do until you get in that situation. right have you had anything happen at your house weird well I did we lived in a ranch home and so it's low level and everything I did take the curtains down I don't know it's like months after that I was washing them and I didn't get them put up and I was watching TV and we had someone slap our house okay yeah I'm like okay if it's that neighbor who's known to steal
Starting point is 00:53:00 Why would he do that? Because I hadn't talked to him or anything. I didn't confront him on anything. And then, I mean, kind of paranormal crap that I really, you know, I try to stay away from because I'm a Christian. We do have a haunted house in our town, and my husband and I went there. And I think something followed me back because we've had a few things happen in the house. But I didn't really see anything else or hear anything. I do have another story, but I think I'll share it another time because I'm a little nervous.
Starting point is 00:53:52 Yeah, no sweat. Thank you. I never heard anything from that area. We're close to 10 miles from Indiana. And I know Indiana, not in maybe our area. Oh, this is one other thing, Jeremiah. My husband's friend, coworker, was in the hospital, and he wasn't doing real well.
Starting point is 00:54:17 He was, anyway, we talked about it. And he said, oh, yes. And he's from a small town south of there. He goes, this is not unheard of. He goes, my brothers and I have been out and we have seen it down a certain road, seeing a big foot down a certain road. And I was like, you're kidding me. I was like, you wouldn't think in Illinois, we would have that.
Starting point is 00:54:46 But we are surrounded by a river, and the Kankakee River flows down into the river that's near our town that floods often. Absolutely. Absolutely. That's the only confirmation I ever got from anybody. Now I moved to the West Central part of Illinois, back to my hometown area. And that's where that Bigfoot was sited along Route 24. Oh, yeah, yeah, totally.
Starting point is 00:55:20 Yeah, that truck driver saw it. Yeah, I talked to him before. Oh, you did? I missed it. Yeah, it was on here too. Hold on. It was, it was, it's, it's episode 703. No, episode 850, if you want to hear it. 850, I would love to hear it.
Starting point is 00:55:46 Yeah. Because I see a lot of Bigfoot signs on everybody's houses around here. We're just moved back here, getting to, you know, I'm from kind of this area, but I haven't lived here since I was. kid. So we have tons of lakes, mine lakes around here. Plenty of deer. So much deer. So I think they might really be prevalent here. And in fact, my husband's going to be working at a state park where there has been sightings. Oh, awesome. Near Brimfield, Jubilee College State Park. Oh, dude, Jubilee College has so much, has incredible.
Starting point is 00:56:27 amount of citing like so much there. Let me know if he hears anything or experiences anything because I will. Yeah, it's come up on 703 and 987. My website has, I put everything on a map so you can look it up actually. So, but yeah. Thank you for coming up. I appreciate it. We'll definitely stay in touch. Yes, we will. I'll email you my other one and see what you think. Okay. Cool. Thank you. Have a great rest of your day. Thank you. Take care, will you? I will. Thank you. Hey, Linda. Sorry, sorry about to wait there. How are you today? I'm doing fine. Thank you. That's awesome. You're having issues with them under your porch. Is that right?
Starting point is 00:57:19 Yeah, we've got a tribe that lives up here in the hills. We live off the Oachism Trail. Ochism Trail In the hill country In Texas In Texas Okay Gotcha Ochism Trail
Starting point is 00:57:40 Ochism Trail Okay I just want to get an eye on it first here Chis and a area that has caves and springs And natural springs So they're here year round Okay
Starting point is 00:57:55 I got so lucky I got to see one in person. Oh wow, I would love to hear about it. It's around the Waterlupy River. Okay. Yeah, would you be able to, I'd love to hear about how you were able to be fortunate enough to have a sighting of one if you'd be able to. Well, to start out with, we started looking at land all over in Colorado, Oklahoma, all the different areas. So I wanted to know more about the animals. So we were studying the Colorado area, and then we found this location, a cabin up in the hills.
Starting point is 00:58:37 Well, actually, it's not really a cabin, but it's really secure with gates, electric gates and everything. But when we bought this property, there was 13 properties for sale right in a row all along the ridge. We got so fortunate we got to find out why. The property we bought, the people were in such a hurry to get out of here. They offered it to us with the furniture. Everything came with the house. Pots, pans, linen, everything. They were in such a hurry to get out of here.
Starting point is 00:59:14 The funny thing is they were going to go to Colorado, and I was telling them what I had found out about Colorado. They never let on about here. But needless to say, We found out quickly what was up here. They really like to come around in the evening, but everybody kills their lights at night. They have a celebration called the Beast Fest up in here.
Starting point is 00:59:41 I don't know if you've ever heard of that, but they seem to celebrate these things in areas that they are located in, or you will see their wooden statues up in the square. Needless to say, we've got some very playful ones. They don't mean us any harm. There's a young one, and I would say, when we first had an encounter with him, he was about six foot.
Starting point is 01:00:07 Then he's got a daddy, and it's about eight foot, and I would say is a little over 400 pounds. Here's the scary one. But there's a female in the tribe, and there's a smaller one with this family that lives in one of these abandoned caves up here. But see, we grow things, so we don't mind if they come up and have them. We just don't look when we hear them. But I got the luxury of having one want to engage.
Starting point is 01:00:45 So one morning I had company out on my surrounded deck because our place is three levels because it's on the ridge. There's an open underneath the house basement with a porch. Then the midsection has a wraparound deck, and then there's a loft up above. So you can see all around the ridge. Well, my sister-in-law came to visit, and she decided she was going to have an early morning smoke. She couldn't wait to get out of bed to go outside and sit on the deck and enjoy her smoke. I had warned her I had been hearing things, and it might not be a good ideal to be out on the property
Starting point is 01:01:28 alone in early mornings or late at night. She advised me she'd been hearing things late at night and in the morning and I told her, well, you know, I'm going to be nice to let you know that there's something out there and it's going to miss with you. She goes, oh, something's been missing with me. I said, really? What happened? She goes, oh, something's been throwing rocks. Something's been going down to the shop down beneath us and slapping on the building. behind there. And then she heard a big old grunt. And I said, wouldn't you do? She goes, I come inside real quick because it was getting up close and it didn't want me out there. I said, oh, okay. So the next morning, she decided to come up a level and come up up on the deck.
Starting point is 01:02:17 She was staying down in the basement. She was sitting out here smoking her cigarette and I walked out here and I said, you enjoying your morning? It was nice and early. She said, oh yeah, I'm just sitting here. There's so many birds. I said, yeah, there's a lot of life out here. Lord and behold, I looked over her shoulder in an empty, cleared field that just got cleared next to my property. There was something standing under the tree just gazing at her. I walked over to that side of my deck, and I got a hold of the rail when I leaned over and took a good hard look, and it was looking right at me. I would have swear it was about 25 feet. It didn't move. This was the young one. He looked just like Caesar. He was amazing.
Starting point is 01:03:07 He was so defined. He was dark. A dark wooded color. And he just looked so intelligent. I couldn't help to feel sorry for him. You know, don't have nothing better to do but go around and see what the local are doing. So I decided that he wasn't offensive and he'd been watching her for a while and she didn't notice. So I think I looked at him for about three and a half minutes. And I decided, okay, don't say anything. Turn, walk away, walked over to where my sister-in-law was sitting and stood on the other side of her and didn't tell her one thing because I didn't want her upset. I didn't want no negative energy.
Starting point is 01:03:58 And I just asked her, have you been hearing things? She said, it's been unusually quiet. Everything stopped. The birds stopped. The deer stopped because we got access, white tail, wildhogs, turkeys. We got everything up in here. She said, I don't know. I said, oh, well, I hope you enjoy your morning.
Starting point is 01:04:27 I walked back in. I didn't want to arouse our guest. And I just walked on in, and then she came back in 15 minutes later, and I said, did you ever hear anything out there? And she goes, no, it's still really quiet. So I decided I would let her know what was going on. And she goes, well, she goes, I don't mind. Because I knew something was watching me.
Starting point is 01:04:56 I could just feel it. She said I could just feel the tension in the air. And I told her, yeah. And since it knows we're not fearful of, it enjoys coming around, especially when it rains. Well, I got a burn barrel. I burn things on occasion, and I'll empty it down at the fence line. One day I decided to go underneath by her room underneath the deck
Starting point is 01:05:26 on the side of the house where the basement was. There's a small area there, and there's some steps that come up to the dick. And I went behind those steps, and all over that war, handprints from the schmutt that was emptied from the burn barrel down there by the entrance of that gate on the ground. It kind of looks like if you'd been in a cave where the Indians had been. And I thought, well, this is interesting. I'm just going to leave it here, and I'm not going to wash it.
Starting point is 01:06:00 it off or miss with it. Then I noticed when people weren't in the area, it came up more. Then I noticed it was in the area at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. And I just had a sense. Don't be outside. You need to be in. I came in. And I was thinking, my son had a dog that kept coming out, and we had it harnessed up.
Starting point is 01:06:28 I'm talking about a pet bull sharp, a big massive head. My son had taken the dog's collar and everything and put a harness on it because it kept getting loose. And we were just trying to train it. But we had it trained well enough not to empty, I mean, exit the gates when you come and go from the property, it was still young. But it was about nine months old, so it was pretty big. You know that thing came up and unleashed? it from the harnest. So we turn the harness around to where it connected between the legs and the chest. Do you know that thing, release this dog eight times? Oh wow. So one morning we're heading out
Starting point is 01:07:22 roping up the gate and there's some runner running down the road, kind of a road running right in front of our gates. We got three entrances to this property. And we're trying to leave and I said, did you get your dog hooked up so we can make sure we can clear the gates because there's a runner? He goes, yeah, start opening that gate and start pulling out and here comes the runner and here comes our dog. It wasn't even hooked up two minutes. That thing was still on the property. We start to pull up and I told my son, you better jump out and grab that dog because this runner's fixing to be up on us and his dog's pretty big and it's going to get dirty. He jumps out and he starts to try to grab his dog. His dog bites him by accident.
Starting point is 01:08:09 And I'm talking to the runner as he keeps running. He goes, I just don't want my dog getting attacked. I was sitting there apologizing to this man. I'm so sorry. We keep harnessing our dog, but something keeps letting it go. And he's just, he's just keep trucking on. He goes, I know. I said, something keeps letting it go.
Starting point is 01:08:31 And he says, I know. I wanted to chase him down and ask them, what do you know? But I got to find out. Because every time there's a storm up here, they come up and run around our yard because we're on three acres. There's a shop down below. It's all gated. And they like to come up here and hang out because we don't bother them. So I thought, this is crazy.
Starting point is 01:09:05 I don't like being home alone. because you can't go set out on the deck because something was, it would go cold silence. You won't hear cricket, you won't see a bird, you won't see nothing. But when they're not around, there's so much life, there's all kinds of fancy birds. There's people up here watching birds. And there's just so much life. And if it goes cold silent and quiet, there's something near, a predator. Well, anyway, I had to take my son to attract me.
Starting point is 01:09:45 He was coming in really, really late. I kept wondering, when is he coming? When is he coming? I'm thinking, oh, I'm going to have to go to town and get some groceries. I'll go do that, and then I come back, I'll pull over to the school, grab my son. Well, the bus was late. It was going to be two hours late, so I said, I'll drive back over to the property. I'll need the groceries in the car,
Starting point is 01:10:10 and I'll bring it in when my son's home, because I don't want to have my hands full out there in the dark. It's gonna be like 10 o'clock at night. Turned on the floodlights around the property, because I just had a feeling something was there. You need to say, when I was at the store, I had a craving for some cinnamon rose with sour cream. That's all.
Starting point is 01:10:36 I was thinking about how I could enjoy that with some coffee. while I waited. And it was on my mind. It's on the top of my groceries in the back seat. Had four sacks lined up there. It was right behind the driver's seat. And I was sitting there thinking, I want to go out there and grab my cinnamon rose.
Starting point is 01:10:52 And I'm thinking, no, you don't want to go outside. Needless to say, I kept looking out my windows because I just knew something was out there. I had every light on in the yard. It didn't make any sense. And it was under the deck. It had to be under the back. So finally, I decided, okay, you're not going to spend your time watching your parked car.
Starting point is 01:11:16 Waited for my son to call. Jumped in the car, drove down there, got him, told him there was eerie feeling I had groceries and I couldn't bring them in. I needed his help. He said, okay, Mom, he got home, pulled in the driveway, emptied the groceries. Guess what wasn't there? Yeah. The whole package, an eight-pack, fresh bag. fresh baked cinnamon rose from the bakery from H.E.B.
Starting point is 01:11:45 I'm sitting there thinking, does this thing have ESP? I was sitting there. I hope he liked it as much as me. I was so frustrated. I know they were there. So I told my son, I said, this is frustrating. So we went to bed early in the morning. We get up. My car is parked out in front of the garage because I didn't pull it in so we could bring the groceries in after I picked them up. We get in the car and take them to school.
Starting point is 01:12:12 There's a lot of moisture on the windows. I turned around to look back behind me, just back out of my driveway to line up correctly with my front gate, and there was a big, oh, giant handprint in the center of the windshield, in the back of my car. None of the moisture around the handprint disappeared, but you could see the fingers and everything. I had to get out and take a picture of it.
Starting point is 01:12:44 I looked at the back of my car. I was sitting and thinking, no man could reach over from the trunk of the car and over the trunk and over the trunk and touch their hand in the center of a windshield without their chest or their belly or something rubbing up on the car and rubbing off that moisture.
Starting point is 01:13:06 Nothing. Now, there was no other spots on the car it slipped right in the center of the windshield, and I took a picture of it. So I think that was its calling card to tell me, thank you. But it didn't stop there. Oh, a night I was going to go into my hallway, and there's a bathroom in there. And then there's, on the other side of the bathroom walls, a walkway,
Starting point is 01:13:37 and the garage and the house are separated. So there's a little patio there. And I was going to go in the bathroom and I heard something and I thought, a door's opening. My son's asleep. I'm up. Sitting there like, who's opening doors? I go in the bathroom.
Starting point is 01:13:57 Then I hear the door shut. I'm sitting there like, what? Something opened the door and shut it? And I thought, and my son's asleep, we're not a lot. Before I left the bathroom, I heard it open and shut it. again. By golly, that sucker went in my garage, opened the door and shut it behind it. Went in there for a minute, came back out, opened the door and shut it again. He's not a dummy, he's very smart.
Starting point is 01:14:26 And then I had my landscaping guy come do some work on the property. I need some trucks of dirt. I'm going to landscape this sucker because it's all wild looking and I want it to represent it, you know, nice and clean. So he goes, Linda, I'm going to bring you some dirt and we're going to do all this planting. But I was telling them that when I'm experiencing, because I got to let you know that at my house, we don't turn on the lights at night. My son runs around with a flashlight if he has to go to the bathroom because he's scared of what's outside. And I said, really? I told him about the incident at the garage and he goes, that's kind of crazy, isn't it?
Starting point is 01:15:13 And I said, yeah, it is. He goes, but be glad it don't want to hurt you because if it wanted to hurt you, it would have done something. And I thought, yeah, I'm pretty lucky. So he was starting to work on my property. I told him, you know what, you got your pressure washer with you. I said, I'd appreciate if you could pressure wash the house. He said, sure, he got back behind the house. He started pressure washing the back side of the side that I'd seen that monkey on.
Starting point is 01:15:39 Mm-hmm. He started pressure washing the walls next to the house. And all of a sudden you could see some oily shaped figures along the side of the wall where something was leaning up and its oils left. A stain of the shape of the figure. Can you believe that this bit the big daddy figure? That scared the holy crap out of me to know he was getting that close to me. And they still do it to this day. That's incredible.
Starting point is 01:16:19 So it sounds like everyone that you've seen there has the appearance of either a monkey or an ape. You've said that a few times. Is that right? A big monkey. I'm talking about big daddy looks like a football backliner. He's massive. Had the air conditioning system go out on the top. I made a makeshift bed down in my game room next to the pool table.
Starting point is 01:16:56 The sun came in and told me it's too hot. I said, go downstairs. This unit downstairs is working fine. In front of the pool table, there's double glass doors where you can walk out from the basement out onto the ground part of the property. And he said, I heard something in the middle of the night. I said, you did? He goes, yes, it's weird.
Starting point is 01:17:23 He goes, so I reached for my phone. And before I reached for my phone, I looked over at the doors, and I saw a shadow. I said, you saw a shadow. He goes, well, there was something blocking the whole glass frame in one of the doors. And he could see its arms, the shape of its arms. And then he said, in the next glass door frame,
Starting point is 01:17:47 he could see our guard dog. sitting right there at Big Daddy's side, looking straight up in him at Big Daddy. And he said, he was so frightened. He started to grab his phone. But when he grabbed his phone, the light came on. He said he was aggressively fighting his phone trying to shut that light off and hide behind the pool table. And then he decided to look back over by the doorway. And he said it moved over to the side of the door. and he could see his shoulder and its arm and one of his hands on edge of the glass
Starting point is 01:18:27 because it didn't scoot enough over. He said that he felt like it was eight foot tall and he thought it had to been at least 500 pounds because its shoulders were so wide that he had problems functioning. him's functioning after seeing that and him staying down there with this glass door in between him and big daddy um so it sounds like they're getting right up right up next to the house but they're not trying well i guess you said they're getting into the garage right yeah have they is that the furthest they've come in or are they trying to get further into the house oh no they've gotten into the shop. We've got those, what you call it, special long lamps with the long light bulbs in the
Starting point is 01:19:30 shop. Yeah, yeah. We were down there at the shop, found the door open. I thought, why is this door doing open? Walked in there, my sister-in-law walked down there and said, what to do? And I said, I'm trying to figure out who came in here and why. And we looked around, didn't see anything. And I looked up at the the light. And I said, there's a nest up there. But there ain't no birds in here. What the heck? Because nesting up there and that land. So me and her are just sitting there looking up at there thinking, how are we going to get up there and knock that off there? And there's a window on one side of the shop and one window on the back side of the shop. So the funny thing is, I think something was watching us because the next day I went down there,
Starting point is 01:20:16 that thing was down and it was busted up all over the floor. And what was nesting in it, it killed it. It was like they were slammed to the ground or something. There was, it didn't look like there was no blood that came out of the corcus. It was little baby masses or nothing. But it had to have witnessed us looking up at it, thinking how are we going to get it down? And then after we left it, took care of the problem for us.
Starting point is 01:20:46 Wow. Man, that's some wild stuff. Have you ever, there's a few people in the chat that are wondering, have you ever tried to put up cameras to see if that would affect anything? Yes, we've tried a camera on the backside of the property. It kept getting moved directed up instead of down. Yep. I've heard that before, yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:15 Yeah, and, and, and, and, And then there's times that I felt like it was hiding right there. And I went out by my propane tank, and I found a big old wad of hair. And it looks like hair from the chest of a bear. There's some gray hair, dark hair. And it's really wild looking thick hair, like from an armpit or something. Went over, Freddicksburg, Texas, and there's a store down there. a Western store that has a bear in the front window in the display.
Starting point is 01:21:51 I looked up at that bear and I noticed its hairs on its chest were just like the hairs and I had collected off of the propane tank. Goodness. This is really intense. Have you gotten to the point where you're wanting to get them off the property then or you're just trying to live with them peacefully? They protect us. Oh, okay. Wow. From, from what?
Starting point is 01:22:27 Well, there's mountain lions up here. Somebody had shot a mountain lion about 20 miles from us, a big old female lion, and it was like six foot long when it was laying dead. So it likes our dogs. We're breeders. It comes up here and plays with our dogs. When we had some puppies once, a couple of the puppies disappeared. Five hours later, they showed back up.
Starting point is 01:22:59 They weren't big enough to run off. They were only like five weeks old. They were nowhere on the property. Every now and then, you'd find a little toy car, as if it had gotten it from some other property and left a little gift at our entrance on our path to walk up. into the door. Marbles also. Oh, marbles? Uh-huh. Wow. Okay. Different colors or would just be? I would say that these have to be like antique marbles because sometimes they look like that.
Starting point is 01:23:52 The mixture of oranges, they're mid-sized. They look like old marbles. They look like old marbles. Okay. They're not the new style, the smaller, you know. These, you know, marble collectors, they probably know what I'm talking about because there's some that are that deep, beautiful blue and there's that orange fire. But yeah. That's, it's really, I mean, it is a fascinating habituation story, like, but it feels like you have it doesn't feel like you think you're in danger though what do you think oh no no no
Starting point is 01:24:37 you don't feel like me in danger yeah no my son might we have skylights we had to cover our skylights because i think they even get on the roof my son told me he kept seeing some red eyes my goodness so you think they were looking down to the skylights yeah wow so he got one of those big old concert flags and try to cover up that skylight. Nobody couldn't understand why are you covering up the skylights. Have you had any, I guess you'd say, people that are into Bigfoot come out and check it out, or is it not a thing you're wanting to look into?
Starting point is 01:25:24 Well, actually, I've talked to, I've just lightly talked to a science guy. His name was Jim. He's a professor at one of the universities once. Okay. I had thought about giving him permission to, you know, come out and check out the handprints, the hair. And if he wanted to stay down at that shop,
Starting point is 01:25:50 pretend he's not here and see what he sees at night. Wow. That would be interesting to see what a scientist would stumble upon looking into it. for sure. Does it feel like there's any ever any type of communication trying to be made between them and yourself and one who lives in the house? Oh yeah. They're very vocal, extremely vocal. Didn't like it when I was putting down weed killer, yelled at me and threw a fit, sounded like it was coming from down below. I'm all sitting here like, really? I'm sitting here. Am I?
Starting point is 01:26:32 here by myself and you're going to yell at me. I threw my hands up in the air and I said, I pointed over there in the direction I thought they were in and I said, you there, I pointed me here. And then I turned around and I finished doing what I was doing. But it sure didn't like the ideal than I was putting poison on the ground. Mm-hmm. Wow. Okay. I got it. Man. It's a fascinating story. If you ever do have anyone check it out, I would love to hear about it.
Starting point is 01:27:13 I would love to, if you could keep me up to date with what's going on. Because it sounds like you're going to keep having stuff happen. Yeah, people keep coming and buying houses next to us, and they don't stay alone. We've been here 10 years since we bought this property. Other people come and go. So, okay, yeah, that's actually a good point. So have you talked to neighbors then that have had other things happen? They just said to make sure you pick up your bowls at night.
Starting point is 01:27:45 Don't leave no dog food. Don't need no water. I'm sitting here like, you know what? Have you seen one of these things? You would feel sorry for it. You don't want it digging in your trash. I meant to an old woman that told me she forgot to leave out her scraps for the deer. I'm sitting there like, deer don't eat table food.
Starting point is 01:28:04 I think she was feeding hers. Okay. Wild, wild, wild stuff. My goodness. Linda, I appreciate you coming up and sharing your experience so far. It is a really fascinating one. And I can't wait to see where it goes next. Maybe we'll hear from you in a future time as well.
