you've got the privilege of talking to bill today bill's an individual that reached out to me
about some things that are going on down there in southern indiana but welcome
to the show, Bill.
Hey, how you doing?
We were just talking a little bit before the show, and this sounds like it's going to get
pretty wild, so I'm interested to see where we're going to go.
But, you know, Bill, feel free if there's any things that the listeners need to know about
you first off.
Feel free to share that, and I'll also let you get right into it and share what you need to
about what's going on.
Sure, sure.
Well, I'll just kind of introduce myself.
You know, I'm a lifelong.
archery hunter. I love hunting archery. I've hunted just about all the species. I mean,
you know, whether it's whitetail deer, elk, bear, moose. My goal is eventually get a grizzly
bear at some point. But I do hunt with a gun, but my passion is with a bow. So I've been all over
out west hunting most all the states. I've hunted LBL actually for probably 20 years.
and never had, never experienced anything out of the ordinary, you know, Bigfoot related or any cryptid related, anything, whether that's in Idaho, Colorado, just anywhere out west.
Like I said, LBL, I hunted just about everywhere in LBEL, and we always backcountry camp.
So for me, you know, Bigfoot was one of the things you watch on TV, and it's specifically, you know, in Washington State and Oregon or California.
So, you know, it's not to say I wasn't a believer, you know, it just, I never had any, anything to even remotely that I could say to make me a believer that that would happen.
So, you know, it was about 2019.
I hunt a farm.
I've been hunting a farm in Southern Indiana.
And probably since I was 14 years old.
I'm quite old now.
I'm an older guy now.
But so I've been hunting here for a long time.
Same thing.
Never had an issue.
I mean, my parents would drop me and my friends off there to a squirrel hunt when we were 14 years old.
and we run through those woods throughout my 20s, 30s, and 40s, hunting, deer, squirrel, rabbit.
It's right on the Ohio River, you know, in southern Indiana.
It's not that far from Fort Knox.
It never had an issue down there, ever.
We've camped down there.
It's a great turkey hunting, turkey hunting, and the deer was phenomenal.
Shot some really nice deer off the property.
Like I said, never had an issue.
until 2019.
2019, spring of 2019, knowing this farm, and this farm is surrounded, it's thousands of acres
that is, and there's houses, you know, there might be seven or eight houses within a mile,
or maybe even more than a couple miles, because it's a lot of, a lot of forest.
It's right along the river, so the ridges are anywhere from, you know, 150 to 250 yards tall.
They're so steep that we've, over the years, we've run.
run the ropes down so you climb up a muddy or get up on top of the ridge you don't have to grab a
old of trees while you're going up so the turkey's always roost in the same spot so it's you know it's
kind of an easy turkey hunt if they'll come to a call so it's a day before turkey season and I went
out there right before dark just so I could roost the turkeys new where they're at same
spot so I come back down the hill to the truck there's no houses around it's a gravel road
I come up to the truck and I thought, well, there's this long ridge that runs along and I'm parked next to it.
I said, you know, I'm just going to throw my diagram call and throw a call out, see if there's any, maybe there's a turkey up on that ridge.
And I throw my call just to hen yelp in this thing, about 75 yards over in the woods.
And by this time, the sun is down.
I mean, you got maybe 15 minutes, 10 minutes of light left.
I couldn't see in the woods, but I could see through the field.
to the woods. And I hear this, I can't even, I mean, it was like something trying to make, mimic me,
but in this weird, just gravelly voice, and I was like, what in the heck is that?
So I put my down front call, I call again. And this time, it's got the cadence and the sound
similar to a turkey, but it's not a turkey. And I'm like, what is that? And I throw a call again.
And this time it sounds just like me.
Well, that's it.
You know, my entire body lit up.
Hair standing on the end.
I'm like, I'm out.
I got in the truck, took all of up the hill and went home.
So I come back the next morning, go right up on the hill.
Within 15 minutes, I've done shot a nice big gobbler, come back down the hill,
getting the truck and I leave.
And that was the, that was when the very first started.
So I come back, bow season.
This would be an opening weekend of Bo season,
to be late, early fall.
And I was supposed to meet me
one of my friends there, but he's 50-50s.
He's going to show up or not.
You know, he'll tell you he's going to show up,
but you better wait on.
So I normally hunt way back,
like literally a mile from the road,
and you've got to walk through a big long pasture,
go back between two ridges,
all the way back through the creek,
back to the corner and go up.
So I've got these stands that we've been,
like I said, we've been hunting there for, you know,
a long time.
We've got permanent stands set up.
So I decided I was just going to hunt right over where I heard that thing in the woods because I've got a little ladder stand there.
But it's close.
It's like, you know, 100 yards from the road, right between two.
There's a ridge.
It's a ridge where just a dry creek comes down between two ridges.
And this ridge, when it's, I don't know, it's pretty straight up.
I mean, we've got a rope going up.
So it's at least 175 yards from the bottom to the top.
and it's almost straight up, right?
But the deer crossed through there,
and they come up and they go up to the next ridge.
So I put a stand there.
I said, I'm still set here and I'll wait on my buddy.
And it was pitch dark,
probably 45 minutes for daylight.
And I was sitting that stand for about 10 minutes,
and I hear this,
I can only describe it as this long,
drawn out,
oh, just for,
I don't know, 12, 13, 14 seconds, and then it goes in to what it sounds like a siren, an ambulance siren.
And I'm like, what is that?
I had no idea what this thing was.
And I'm like, I don't record this thing.
So as I'm getting my phone out and all, it does it again.
So on the third time, I record it.
And then the fourth time, it just did what I call a.
siren. It sounds like an ambulance siren. Now, maybe some people will call it a scream. I don't know.
To me, it sounds like an ambulance siren going off. So, and they quit. And I'm like, well, it's made it
some migratory bird. I mean, the last, absolute last thing on my mind was Bigfoot. I mean, really,
it was not, I thought it was some type of migratory bird. It's right on the river. I'm like,
I don't know what it is. So I just put it on the back of my mind and, you know, and my buddy didn't
show up. It starts getting daylight. It's by this time. It's.
daylight and i noticed it was really kind of quiet you know and i kept things kept following around me i'm
like well you know it's the first thing you think it's acorns you know and a couple of them hit the
ladder stand and i'm like and then i kind of look up and i'm like i'm sitting in a beach tree
and i'm like there's no oaks around here so i'm thinking well maybe it's beach nuts so i didn't
think anything about that and a couple more hit around me and then i colloquy
down, walked over, got in the truck, and left.
Still never thought anything about it.
I get home, and I've got a friend that works for the DNR.
And I'm like, hey, I'm like, he happens to drive by my house.
I'm like, hey, come here.
I'm like, I want you to listen to this.
I'm like, I record this.
What is this?
And I let him listen to the recording.
And it's his eyes a good size of a half dollars.
He's like, that's Bigfoot.
And I'm like, what?
he's like that's bigfoot and I'm like there's no way he's I'm telling you right now that's
big foot I'm like you're crazy he said send it to me I'm going to send it to the state
I'm like okay so we kind of left it down I have other places to hunt and so that's not the only
farm right and I do own a farm that has nice deer too so I kind of bounce around and so
I guess maybe a few weeks went by.
I never hunted back there.
I never went back to hunt again for a couple weeks,
actually until gun season.
But before gun,
maybe two or three weeks went by and I asked my buddy,
I'm like,
hey, do you ever hear anything back from the state?
And he's like, no, no, let me reach out to him.
So he calls me a couple days later and says,
yeah, they said, this is undenifiable.
They don't know what it is.
He said, I'm telling you right now, it's big foot.
I just laugh.
I'm like, yeah, whatever.
So I just put it behind me.
And so gun season,
I go out there, opening weekend of gun season.
We had had a lot of rain that year.
And so I went back to pasture, to go back to this long pasture,
and then you're in between, you're walking along this creek that's in between two ridges.
And these ridges, like I said, are 200 to 250 yards tall.
And it's maybe about a 70 yard, 60 to 70 yard wide in between the two ridges and the creek's in the center.
Well, as soon as I walk in the woods, there's a lot.
this circle and it's about a between a six or maybe even between six and eight foot circle.
First I thought it was a scrape.
I'm like, oh, it's a big scrape.
And I'm looking like, that's no scrape.
It's a perfect circle.
And so whatever made it, it was almost like, you know, if you can imagine, if you set a spaceship
down and you, and the engine goes off and it blows everything out in a circle.
So it looks like something went in and made the circle and put everything that was in the
circle and it was mounted around the circle. And I'm like, what? And there's not a leaf in it.
And I'm like, I couldn't figure out. I'm like, it did stink. It did was really, it wasn't,
I don't even know what you could say the smell was. It really unidentifiable smell. It just did smell.
I want to say it was real musky, you know, maybe a urnish smell, but I don't know, but I didn't
really get down on my hands and knees and sniff it, but I could smell it when I was standing
in there. And so I couldn't figure it out. I'm like, I've never seen anything like this.
You know, this is weird. So I take off and I'm walking back the creek. Well, the first thing I
notice is this place is a great place to hide. This place has a lot of, a lot of bucks. And
there's no rubs. And I'm like, I'm walking back through it. I'm like, man, there's not, I haven't seen
a rub yet. Normally, it's load of rubs. And you'll find rubs back there the sides of your leg. You know,
140, 160 inch bucks, you know, back there.
So nothing.
I walk back there.
I found it all the way back to the back of the creek
and follow this logging row that follows up
and takes you up the easy way to get up on top of the ridge.
You want to get up on top of the ridge.
There's another one.
But this one had leaves in it.
So it wasn't fresh.
Same way.
Big circle, six to eight foot around, nothing in it.
All the leaves aside.
but this had leaves where the leaves have basically fell off the trees and was laying in it.
You know, and I was like, I couldn't figure it out.
Never saw a deer.
Never jumped a deer.
Never saw a deer.
Very odd.
I was like, this is really weird.
You don't see a deer.
No buck sign or nothing.
So I come back out of the woods.
And when I come back down, a pass, well, I will say this.
I did see, this is another thing.
When I went a pass, the first one I saw, I was going to go down in the cruise.
creek and I saw a slide. And I was like, what the hell made that? Because it was about seven inches
wide. And whatever, you could tell, whatever slid down was really heavy because it took,
you know, a chunk of dirt into, you know, seven inches wide slid down. I couldn't see footprint or
anything like that. But whatever did it was pretty heavy and pretty wide, you know. So anyway,
on my way back, I come back and there's leaves in that.
circle. And I'm like, look, whatever made that, had to be fresh, had to be fresh. So anyway,
I couldn't figure it out. So I go on back to the house and I ended up shooting a buck at another
farm, shot a real nice buck and another farm during gun season. And so I didn't, but I have another
friend that hunts it. And that friend called me and said, man, there's no deer out there. I'm like,
I know. It's really weird. He's like, yeah, I can't figure.
out. So I didn't know. So I thought it was really weird, you know, that we never saw a deer. So
anyway, I decided, I think that was in the following year I came back, didn't really do anything
that year in 2019, basically was done, you know. When 2020 came around, you know, that was when
was kicking there, you know, in the very beginning. And I think everybody, I was staying at home a lot.
And I thought, man, you know, I had to do something with my time.
And this whole Bigfoot thing was kind of getting in my head a little bit.
So I started researching a little bit.
And, of course, I like hunting as well.
I'm a big hunt.
So it took me to how to hunt.
That's Steve.
But I didn't go there for his Bigfoot.
I went there because I enjoyed listening to his stories that he had guiding.
And he's got some hilarious stories of those guys hunting.
career over the guiding in British Columbia and Alaska.
So, and don't you know, the second episode I listened to, he brings up Bigfoot.
And that's when the whole Bigfoot thing blew up with him.
Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.

That, in turn, led me to listen to him on a, I think it's called spaced out radio.
And I thought, well, this is pretty cool, this spaced out radio.
And then there's another guy that came in after him that taught metaphysics.
And I reached out to that guy.
and in 2020, I really started getting into metaphysics.
And, you know, that's like, you know, the whole nature of lights, consciousness and the universe
and using both sides of your head, both sides of your brain.
And so 2020 rolls around in the spring.
And I go back out there.
I'm sitting in a made-up blind, just a tree laid down.
I took some brush and sat around, and I'm calling.
And in the morning, I couldn't get on.
They wouldn't.
Sometimes they just won't come to a call up there.
And so I went back out in the evening, it was going to hide.
And I said, well, I'll just set up down here where I know they're going to come back, you know, to roost.
And I was sitting there and across the road, there's a road between me, just a road that runs up,
gravel road runs up through there, from these other ridges I'm talking about.
So I'm across the road.
probably, you know, three quarters of a mile from the ridge that I told you where all this
activities going on. And I hear this siren. It's a scream. I guess you could call it a scream.
And I'm like, are you serious? And it did it twice. So I just, I was laughing. I just stood up
and I just did this really long whoop. And I sat on the ground laughing. I thought, this is
freaking hilarious. Let's see what happens here, you know? And so I just sat down.
there kind of giggling to myself and it couldn't have been 10 minutes later where i'm sitting
this i mean a big pasture's pasture runs for a mile on top this on top of this hill and below it
is straight down 150 to 175 yards almost straight down to the bottom pasture and and i'm at the
u i'm at the i'm at where the you starts in the u across from me about 55 yards is where the
ridge. So I'm on one side of the ridge. You go across the field 50 yards. There's the other side to go
straight down. So I'm at this U. And all of a sudden, I hear this, meow, meow.
Like, there's so many coyotes up there, and there's no houses around. And I'm like,
there's no way that's a cat. And it sounded like a weird cat. And I grab my shotgun and I take off
run it. Well, as I'm running, well, as I'm running,
and I can hear this talking, like, talking, people talking.
And I'm like, there's somebody over here.
I thought somebody was messing with me and possibly, you know, there's nobody supposed to be up
their trespass.
We run a lot of people off over the years.
I run over there fast as I can, and there's nobody there.
There's nothing there.
And there's nowhere they could have out.
I mean, they had to go straight over the hill.
It's 150 yards down.
You can see it.
It's wide open.
It's wide open woods.
And I'm like, yeah, it's time to go.
This is crazy.
So I hunted out there about four more times before I killed a bird.
I went back down in the bottom pasture over there where that creek was and set a blind up
up because there was a bird that was coming down there every day.
I kept seeing them.
Someone set to blind up there.
They're really weird.
Sometimes they just won't come to a call.
So you've got to sneak in there and, you know, maybe scratch the leaves or do some technique
or just get in front of them, you know, trying to sneak up and get in front of them before you can kill these birds.
really hard,
haul shot birds.
And I'm sitting in that blind,
and the next thing I know,
right up on the side of that ridge,
it sounded like somebody shot a gun.
It was a tree snapping,
tree break.
And it's,
I literally jumped out of the blind.
I'm like,
what?
And I'm like,
there's no way that broke.
And then that whole feeling,
because I will tell you,
after the very first time
when that thing mimicked me,
I don't know why.
I don't know why I do this.
but I always, you know, when I figured it was Bigfoot or some type of something going on out there,
when I get out of that my vehicle, my truck, I always say a prayer, I don't want to see you.
I'm just here to hunt.
I don't want to see you.
In my mind, that's what I say.
And that feeling came over me like, you're not supposed to be here.
You're out.
And I'm like, I'm out.
And I grab the gun and I take the zipper out as soon as I take a step out,
How the second tree breaks.
And these got to be huge bricks.
I mean, this just sounds like a gun going off.
So I zip up, hit the door, and I'm gone.
Come back the next day, end up killing a bird up on top of the hill, and I was done.
So that leads in to the following year gun.
And the first week, I ended up harvesting a buck with a bow on another farm.
So I wanted, I didn't want to shoot a doe down there.
so I want to come down here and shoot a dough.
So I go down there and I go back and there's no deer.
I mean, same way.
I go back to the ridge.
There's no deer.
This is a morning hunt.
So I'm coming back out.
And as I'm going and walking the woods, getting ready to come out into the pasture,
and I'm about maybe 40 yards from the pasture, I look up and there's a dough walking across
the pasture.
I'm like, oh, my gosh.
Well, I've got an old Henry 243 cold long ranger.
And this thing is dead nuts 250, dead nuts.
And I've lay my pack down and I walk up about maybe eight yards, put the gun against a tree, boom, whack her.
Just right behind the shoulder, half, spine shot, she flips over, she's belly up, legs are on her legs are straight up.
And I'm like, done.
Turn around.
I take eight steps, grab my pack, turn around, and she's gone.
And so I just take off running and thinking, well, maybe I just.
grazed her and I run out there and there's no deer and the only way she could go is is 80 yards
maybe 80 yards each direction is a ridge that runs up 200 yards and it's wide open woods I mean
you can see up to the top of the hill because it's been logged I mean you know it's nice woods
but there's nothing no deer and there's blood on the ground no deer I stood there for 30 minutes
just setting looking and then I went
looking for each direction.
Never, never saw the deer.
And I'll go for a fact.
The deer was only a 90, 80, 90 yard shot.
I'm telling you right now, there's no, something took the deer.
There's no way that deer got up.
If it would have got up, by the time I turned around a look was only four to five
seconds, maybe.
You know what I'm saying?
10 seconds.
Anyway, I walked up on the sides.
You know, there was no prints going up.
up in there. Anyway, that was a weird one. And I'm like, yeah. So, and you know, you get that feeling
that, you know, you're not alone. So I said, whatever, you know, they can, they can, you can,
you can have it. So I took off and just chalked that one up for them and I didn't come back. But
the other guy that hunts down there kept telling me, he's like, man, there's no deer down there.
I'm like, yeah, I don't, he goes, what happened to all the deer? I said, I have no idea.
So at this time, I was at our local Chevrolet dealership, and I was in getting my vehicle service, and there was an old man in there.
And he started telling people where he lived.
I'm like, that is literally right up the road from where I'm on.
So a couple people cut out.
It was just me, him, and this woman, and I kind of went over and sat by him.
I asked him where he lived and all.
I'm like, let me ask you something.
I said, have you ever heard anything out there?
you can't explain.
And he looks around and he's like, well, I can just tell you this.
He said, when it starts a hollering, my dog's going on to the porch and my wife starts a crime.
And he said, I tell her it's okay.
It's not going to hurt us.
And I'm like, I know exactly what you're saying.
So I didn't have a problem.
And I've talked to several people in the area.
And, you know, there's a guy, brothers, a set of brothers that hunt about maybe
mile and a half down from where I hunt this farm and they saw a dog man and they've been ridiculed for
I was told two or three years they were just ridiculed by everybody by telling their story so I never
talked to them I don't know who they are or whatever but I can tell you this this farm has been on
all right so whenever I went on the it started research in the big foot of course I was I was
listen to Steve and then I got on Sasquatch Chronicles.
And that was like when it first started, right?
And there was a guy that came on that started talking about Kentucky on the Ohio River
and where they went to look for arrowheads.
And as he's telling him, I'm like, I know exactly where he's at.
He was on this farm.
And he started talking about seeing the little Indians, the two-foot Indians.
and full garb down on the river.
He was taking a break, walk down,
and these two Indians come walking down the hill stop and looked at them for about a minute,
and then they turned out and walked back.
And so I'm like, several episodes, different episodes that have been on,
Sasquatch Chronicles is from the same area.
It just kind of blew my mind that that was.
So what I did was that winter, I took a digital recorder, put new batteries in it,
went up there.
I call it
I call it Harryman Ridge
I go up on Harryman Ridge
the top of Harryman Ridge
and I got it to a tree
and I put it in an oak tree
to where it kind of had a
limb coming out
and it had a hole
so I could kind of slip it up in that hole
where it's semi-waterproof
you know the water wouldn't get in it
and I let it sit there
for two weeks I don't know how long
did the battery finally died
and I've got two
really good recordings. And one is the long how that's long how into this thing. It sounds like a siren.
And then while it's going on, you can hear another one on the other ridge. Well, then the other, the other sound, I could only say it sounded like a monster. It was the most disturbing sound that I've ever heard. If I heard something like that, I'm out.
out immediately.
I would not be, I don't care where I heard it,
where I was at, if I was at the zoo,
I'm hitting out the door if I heard this.
So I gave that to my friend.
And that was,
let me just put it this way.
Hypothetically, if you were to give something,
give that to a person that worked for a state agency.
And they would forward that up,
that up to the state agency to the higher ups.
Only did it kick back down and told you,
if you sent something up there again like that, you'd be fired.
Hypothetically.
So after that, I was like, I just come to the, to the, that this is real.
This is a real thing going on here.
You know, I'm not going to sugar it go.
Sugar cook it anyway.
You know, it's, yeah.
So from that point on, I definitely took more serious when I would go there hunting.
I would, I would make sure that I said my little prayer that I didn't want to see him.
And that did work to a point.
You know, I went up there.
I can't remember.
It was like the following year.
I didn't harvest a buck with a bow.
I was having a hard time trying to find a nice buck.
I normally take a couple doze.
Normally I hunt, you know, different states, elk, you know, and mule deer.
So it kind of limits the amount of time I can stay in Indiana and hunt with a gun anyway.
But so it was late season.
I decided to go up there, and I went all the way back to creek, and there's a, there's like a ditch that runs down before the back, and I cut up there, and when there's a cedar thicket, and I found rubs up there, the size of my leg.
I'm like, man, and they're fresh. I'm like, there's a nice buck in here. So I slipped back out, and it was, Indiana has a, it was a late dough season. They don't have it anymore, but they used to have a late dough season. It was actually like the last week right before January.
So, and this buck was on it, and I'm like, so I'm going to take a rifle in one hand and one arm.
I had a 450 Bushmaster in the AR platform and a crossbow.
I wasn't going to take my regular bow because the crossbow I could put it on my shoulders
because I'm going to have to climb this hill.
And it's a bear.
And there was no rope there, so you got to grab a hodont flat.
Well, there's like a, so I did that and it starts getting daylight.
It was taking me a long time because it was wet.
I was sliding back down.
I would get back up.
And I finally got about 15 yards from, and this area that I'm looking at is going to look like it's a bowl.
So when you're up on top, it's like a bowl facing you, you know, and the ridge along the top.
And it's probably from me to the top of the bowl is about 100 yards.
And so there's this rock wall, this natural rock wall that you have to walk up between these two,
where these rocks had fell so you can get up to where you can actually stand and be able to see
the whole bowl. So where I'm at, I can't really see a whole lot except for right over here on my
right where that cedar thicket is. Well, and I'm hoping to get up here because I know they're
bedding in a cedar thick and they're going to come out, right, a daylight. So I'm slipping up
through there and when I get up almost to the top, I can look up to where I can see in the bowl.
Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.

I'm still. I'm about...
eight yards from this rock wall.
And I look up and I can see deer.
And I'm like, oh my God, they're already there.
So I look up, there's like three
doos and here comes another dough out.
So I'm like, all right, well, the book's got to be coming.
So I put the AR down.
I grab my crossbow, put a bolt in.
It's already cocked back just on the boat.
Put a bolt in it.
I get it ready.
And I'm looking, all right?
And then there's deer after deer.
There must have been like 11 doves that come out of this thicket.
And I'm like, man, the buck's
got to be in here, the buck's got to be in here. And then the next thing I know, all breaks
Luke's. Here comes these deer. And the only way they can run down towards me is through this
little opening in the wall, which is like eight yards from me, right? And here comes these deer,
and they're running down towards me. And they're everywhere. I mean, by the time they all come
down through there, there's 11 deer anywhere from four yards.
from me to 20 yards.
And I'm looking around, and they're all looking at me.
And then they, I'm like, I have a crossbow, I'm like, well, I'm like, I'm going to shoot
and I said the worst.
I couldn't figure out what was really going on at this moment.
I'm like, what is going on?
And then they all look back up the hill.
And I'm like, what?
And when I look up the hill, I can see it running up the hill.
This thing, I can only say, I mean, I know it was a Sasquatch.
It was huge with a deer on its back with, I had about two seconds before he hit the
top of the hill then I'm like well I'm not going to shoot a deer now I'm out
I'm going to the deer take off running and I come on back down the hill because I
at that moment when I saw it cross the top of the hill I got that feeling I'm not
going to say it was mine speak because it's more than a feeling but that you don't belong
or get out get out you know and so I'm off and I was back well I was back home before
or eight o'clock, you know. So, but so that was the, that was kind of the pinnacle of that,
of my experience there. I still hunt that farm. I don't. So the following year,
most of my friends know what's going on. One of my good friends, he won't hunt there. He found a
footprint. He used to, he used to hunt. He would hunt like in the pasture. He wouldn't go up in the
woods and then he found a footprint in the creek in the pasture he won't let it all now and then
most everybody else i mean some of the people that that that they'll tell me oh i'll go up there and i'll
shoot it and all i'm like yeah yeah that ain't gonna happen but you know i've never had a
negative experience up there so i took one friend of mine and he said hey man i i don't believe any of that
stuff i'll hunt up there with you i'm like let's go so we ended up there for i think it was either
the second or third week of gun, gun season, weekend.
And he hunted up in a really good spot.
I call this one ridge, Harryman Ridge, because not only that's where most of it's happened,
but like in the spring, if you walk up that hill about 80 yards, you don't hear anything.
There's no squirrels.
There's no birds.
There's nothing.
I mean, you can hear the highway, cars going by, but there's no.
No animal sounds, no birds, nothing.
That ridge runs for a mile or longer.
And then once you come off that ridge and you walk back down and you get maybe 80, 90 yards from the pasture, then you start seeing the birds.
You hear the birds.
You hear the bird.
So it's like a dead zone.
It's really weird.
So he was hunting before that on a ridge that connects to that, which is really a good spot.
There's just full of white oaks.
And he was really excited.
He had seen a great big buck.
I mean, they're still deer there, but they're far and few in between.
You know what I'm saying?
But he saw a buck and a doe and a coyote was chasing him.
So he couldn't get a shot.
He said they ran past him too fast.
So he was really excited because he'd seen the buck.
So we go back out the next day and I'm like, look, man, if you don't see anything,
I said, hold off and don't come down that ridge until I call you because I want to be
at the bottom.
And I want you to walk down this certain way in case you see something.
the past, you've pushed deer, you might push a deer to me. He's like, yeah, okay. So I get,
I don't see anything. I come down and I can see his blaze orange hat. It's a truck. I'm like,
man, I told him not to come down. So I got down here. I walk over there and I could immediately
already tell something that happened because he was quiet. He wasn't talking. He got in the
truck. And I like seeing anything. He said, no. And so we started heading home. And he's like,
Hey man, I don't believe in this stuff, you know, but I just want to tell you what I've seen.
And I said, what did you see?
And he's like, something dug a hole up there.
He said it was, it was two and a half, three foot around and a foot and a half deep.
And he said, whatever dug it took chunks out the size of a football.
He said, what could do that?
And I'm like, I don't know.
I said, maybe it was a bear.
you know, I mean, there's bears right across the river. Kentucky's got bears, you know what I'm saying?
Burnham Forest, Fort Knox. There's bears over there. Bears come over in Harrison County.
You know, it's not like we haven't had it before. I said, maybe it's a bear. He goes, I bet it's a bear then.
He said, but I didn't see any claw marks or anything. And I'm like, well, I don't know.
So he bailed out. He wasn't going to hunt the next day. So I got home on my thinking. I'm going back up to see what he's talking about.
So I go back up there and was kind of eerie going back up there.
But when I got up there, I seen what he was talking about.
But when I got down there looking, I could see roots.
And I'm like, this is weird, man.
And I want you to know, I walked about 150 yards down that ridge, and there it is.
It was two trees that were stuck upside down in the ground with a root ball sticking up.
Now, that's not the first time.
That's the first time I've seen one with a root ball.
but the we've seen structures up there before and actually I've seen structures now that I think about it
you know before I think we saw I think I've been seeing structures up here a long time
maybe I just never saw them or whatever I don't know but I mean we've seen structures where
it kind of looks like a TP structure but they're grown the next time you go back here it's gone
they're not they don't stay there you know same with this thing is because I went and got my
one body I said you got to see this you got to come
up there and it was gone. The trees were gone. So, but he never came back at hunted after that.
But, you know, and once that had happened, okay, I'd never had an issue anywhere I'd ever
ever. I never had any. And that year, I went elk hunting. Well, we were always backcountry camp
and we were out hunting to, and it was in Idaho. And my buddy, I was going to slip up where I'd been
seeing these bulls the day before.
And I didn't know he was going to come up behind me.
So I climbed up side of this mountain as far as I wanted to go.
And it was still, it was just getting daylight.
And next thing I know, I get this text.
And it's my buddy.
He's like, hey, man, I just shot a bull that's running down toward you.
I'm like, what?
He's like, yeah, I just shot a bulls running down towards you.
Well, I'd heard something running up there, but I didn't know what it was.
I didn't know he was that close.
He was going to the top of the mountain and just happened to run into this bull walking across this me.
and shot it and it ran right in where I was on me.
So he's like, just sit still and I'll text you back whenever we want to go look for it.
I'm like, whatever.
So I sat down and this is a high mountain desert hunt.
You know, we're only about 8,000 at the most, 65 to 8.
I'm on the side of the mountain that has dark timber.
The mountain across from me is a sage mount, is nothing but sage.
All right.
It's just sage.
And I still can't quite see all we cross.
One thing is, because I'm in dark timber, I can't see the mountain side.
Something starts whooping.
Wooop.
Starts whooping.
And I'm like, I'm like, here somebody is filming an episode of finding Bigfoot over there.
Oh, that's a Bigfoot.
And it whooped about six times.
And I'm like, really loud.
And I'm just set there kind of giggling.
And I'm like, I can't believe this, man.
So he texted me, we walk up there, and the bulls laying dead not 20 yards.
And so we're sitting there getting ready to cut this thing up and take it out.
And I'm like, man, did you hear those whoops?
And he's like, yeah, I think it was a whooping crane.
Whooping crane don't make whoops like that, man.
So it's kind of weird.
Ever since that happened, in Colorado, last year I was sending in Colorado,
I come down the side of this mountain and I found this chair.
I mean, this was like someone had put, I mean, I don't think a human could do it because
the rocks that had to be stacked up to set.
I mean, this was like a chair that someone had made out of rocks to overlook this bowl up in the
mountain. It's beautiful spot, especially you're going to rifle on, but I went a bow on,
But and I got looking at them like, something had to put these rocks along here.
And I could even think about it.
I don't even think two grown men could lift the one that I was sitting on to set it up on top of there.
But you could tell it had been setting up.
Very interesting, very interesting.
So now, of course, I see a lot more, you know, I was bear hunting in Ontario.
And we were back on this, back in the bush.
And it was, you know, they're always mine.
There's a lot of mining going on.
And they had mined asbestos.
and so they when they in the 80s when they stopped doing that asbestos mining they they covered them with lamb so these lakes up there pond small what you want to call them they're white they have a white bottom because that's the lamb that's where they cap them off right and we would go up on top of this hill to be able to get cell phone signal and we would be overlooking this white lake with the white bottom and it was only about maybe four inches or four foot deep
Most of it was, and then one corner had a deep spot.
And I'm up on top there, look, and I'm like, I can see a set of footprints that walks
all the way across the lake.
And it's, I bet it was five foot between each footprint.
And the footprints looked like they were almost, you know, a foot and a half long.
I'm like, look at those footprints.
I'm like, there's fucking Sasquot's footprints.
They're like, you're crazy.
I'm like, I'm telling you right now.
Well, we didn't really have a guide.
We had the guide to kind of put it all together that lived there.
and he came up.
And I was like, hey, I want to show you something.
I'm like, check that out.
He's like, yeah, it's that's what I thought.
It's what I thought.
It was nothing.
I'm like, yeah, that's what I thought of us.
So it's just interesting how, you know,
it's almost like whenever you see them
and when you start having,
the more experiences you have,
it's like you have experiences everywhere,
you know, about every place you go.
The same with, you know, here in Indiana.
So it's just, there's just so many places.
now that you can go. My buddy went camped at Harrison Crawford State Forest and had these, you know,
in the middle of the summer, 90 degrees, and there was trees dropping around everywhere. I mean,
you know, we're sitting to look at each other like there's no wind. So many different things. So,
so yeah, that's that's about it. I mean, I still go up there. I don't hunt as much on that,
on that farm, but I know when I do, you know, you know they're there. And I've never had like,
Like I said, I mean, you know, I get people that want to go out and research them and try to answer the questions, but really, I don't know what answers you can get.
I mean, you know what I'm saying?
I mean, I think they've been here for a long time.
I think they're an dimensional.
I think all the, all of the cryptids are somewhat interdimensional, you know.
But I know when you open your mind and you start using both sides of your brain, the paranormal becomes the normal.
So.
Absolutely.
open that up, it's not getting closed again.
Tell you that much.
It's a hard, hard way to close it up.
It's not.
Yeah, I, you know, it's a story that I've, a variant of the story I've heard so many times
where you have that one, that one encounter or a few encounters that just open you up,
but then you start going other places and it happens to you, and the other places too,
It's just, it's so weird and, you know, I don't get it, but it's like either they realize that you're opened up to it or I don't know, but I do have some questions for you about this area in Indiana, which is just a really interesting area down there.
Do you have any of those audio recordings still?
I do.
They're on my old computer, so I can try to send them to you.
I used to have the pictures and everything.
It's been like five years.
because after like the first after I got that I put the recorder out there you know I'm like well
we know what are you going to do there's don't you know I mean I don't I'm not I don't go out there
and intentionally look for them right that's one thing I don't do you know what I'm saying I mean
and I'll tell you because I really you know I guess it's twofold I really don't want to see them
you know what I'm saying I mean I don't want to have that up close personal encounter if I do
you know, I truly believe that they know.
I mean, it's all consciousness.
They know if you've got love in your heart, right, and you're projecting that love,
I don't think you're going to have an issue with them.
I think those, whether they're beings, I think, you know, I'm sure there's there's ones out there
that are, you know, that have a different mindset.
I'm sure that's why people have a lot of, you know, I guess you get that with people as well,
you know, but I think the majority of them, like these ones out here, I mean, they've
never, I can care they took a deer, you know what I'm saying? But I've never had a other than them
snapping telling me to leave. Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.

Typically, they give you that idea.
When you're supposed to leave, when your welcomes wore out, they'll let you know.
You know what I'm saying?
But I can tell you, I was in Idaho.
You know, I've hunted like mountain line, but, and you know when there's a predator
coming in, you always know because everything goes quiet, just like this.
But not to the extent of that.
And I was hunting a wallow, hunting over a wallow in South in Idaho, and it was.
Literally, I could hear every single heartbeat that took that when my heart was beat.
It tripped me out.
I was like, wow.
And, you know, and then that fear comes over you.
And I was like, I didn't know whether to start whistling, you know, but you're making noises just so you're not going out of your mind, you know.
No, absolutely.
I never saw anything from that.
And eventually, and it went away.
It went away.
You know what I'm saying?
but I don't think it was a mountain line.
I really don't because, you know, once you start looking at where you hunt,
then you start looking to see if there's any Sasquatch sightings.
You're like, oh, well, yeah, there's that.
I mean, if you live in British Columbia, you haven't seen the Sasquatch,
well, then, you know, you're not a normal person.
Everybody sees Sasquatch and British Shepard.
Absolutely.
I don't know.
Yeah, that.
I tend to wonder if they don't come here to have babies.
That's a really interesting idea.
You know,
Yeah.
A fifth dimension or fourth dimensional critter and they come here to have babies.
I don't know.
But I, oh, I wouldn't want to tell you, I have one other one.
Gosh, almost for I tell you.
So this is the most, this is one that really kind of freaked me out.
I was turkey hunting two years ago, same place.
I was on top of that field.
And I've never heard a whoop out there.
The only whoops I've ever heard is in Idaho.
All I've heard is this howl and this scream or, it really seems.
sounds like a freaking sign. And I've talked to people who live in that area and they're like,
I know exactly what you're talking about. Anyway, so I'm sitting back three quarters of a mile of road
all the way back this pasture. And I'm trying to catch this one Tom that was walking across the
pasture going to, there's a big Tom and he would come to a call and I'm like, I'm going
I'm going to slip out. So this pasture has these like creeks in them. They're just like ditches
that run out into the field and it might run out like 40 or 50 yards into this field, into the
pasture and they'll have a small tree. So I kind of walked out there and sat down in there
and put some brush up around me so I could just catch him shooting wise. He walked past,
right? Ambos shooting. And so that's what I did. And I'm sitting out there and I'm like, man,
he should already walk by. He should have already walked by. And by this time, it starts getting
dark. And I'm like, I can't believe this turkey never walked by. And about that time, and I like
I said, I'm 50 yards behind me as the woods. And this woods behind me, it,
runs down about, I don't know, 125, 150 yards, and then goes back up, a long ridge that runs back
up to this other road. So there's a good quarter mile between me and this other road of woods
that basically this, I don't know if it runs down even more than a couple hundred yards,
but it runs down and then back up. I don't really hunt that because this farmer don't on that.
So out of the woods to my right, I hear a whoop. And I'm like, you got it.
be joking me. I've never heard a whoop up here. And then to my left, I hear a woo. So basically,
there's one on each side of me behind me. And I'm like, it's time to go. I grab my gun.
I grab my pack. I throw in my pack. I jump up out. I start walking. I walk about 15 yards.
And by this time, it's getting dark, right? It's not dark, but I mean, it's getting dark.
It's 15 minutes still dark. I turn around. And when I turn around, I can see this glowing light.
orangeish reddish light in the woods and and I'm like what was that?
And it starts coming up and it comes just up and I would say it's the size of a microwave turned up.
It's kind of squarish looking.
It's about the size of a microwave and it's coming up and it's pretty orange.
I mean, it's pretty bright.
And you could see it come all up to the top of the trees,
which is probably, I'm going to say 80 feet above, you know, once you get up out of the top, you know, the trees are all mature trees.
So anywhere 50 to 80 feet.
And it's just hovered there.
And I'm like, I'm out.
I take off across the field.
And I probably went, I don't know, 100 yards kind of not hoffing, but I wouldn't waste no time leaving.
And I try to look and it's not there.
It's gone.
And I was gone.
That was the first time I had ever seen.
any type of orbs orbs orbs or anything like that out there.
But yeah, that was a weird one.
I'd never, I don't know what it was.
This, oh, man, there's some, some really interesting stuff on, on this property.
And I don't think this has come up yet.
But so you are, you're talking back and forth with the owner of this property, correct?
Yes, I've talked to them.
I only talked to them one time and they told me not to never say another word.
so I don't talk to them with it.
No, they don't want to know.
No, they do not want to hear about it.
I mean, most people don't want to hear about it because they'd be scared to death to walk in the woods.
I know they've heard it.
I know they have.
And they're, you know, everybody in that area has heard it.
I mean, there's no.
I mean, I've talked to just about every landowner around there.
It's something over the last five years and they've all heard it.
Even people that live two and a half miles down the road.
road have heard it i've talked to i mean i'll see them outside and i'll just stop in and ask them
just said and talk to him telling who i am and all have you heard anything and they're like yep
and then i'll say well i heard this sounds like a sireness to be exactly exactly it's it's really
when i say it's a sari it's like though it'll do like i'm trying to think uh what is that the one they
call is it the ohio sounds yeah the ohio how yeah yeah yeah so it sounds very similar to that but it goes
into this
whew.
It almost sounds like
an ambulance siren.
It's really weird.
Really weird.
I mean,
but yeah,
very interesting.
Very interesting stuff.
But like I said,
you know,
I mean,
I've never really came out
and like I told you,
I don't really,
you know,
go on podcast or anything like that
and tell the story and all.
But I just thought it for once
I would share it,
you know,
and because it's,
I'm telling you,
man,
there's so much out there.
I was telling you on the phone,
my friend,
own some property in Harrison County and she has 100 acres and she jogs and she has things
whistling at her all the time. And so we went up, we went up there. It was like maybe a month
and a half ago and there was, well, I won't get that might divulge too much information, but there was
a house, there's some witchcraft done on the property years ago. And she got a picture of a dogman
like I told you, it's making its rounds on Reddit right now.
So she said it to me, I'm like, yeah, I don't know what else it could be other than that.
That's what it looks like, it's walking wolf.
So with a tail.
And so we went down there and we were going to do kind of like a little paranormal investigation.
But it was so hot when we went down there that one of the, we had a doctor that was coming.
And she couldn't make it.
No, there's just too hot.
So anyway, we ended up going back on her property, their barn.
And there was three of us sitting there.
And I just grabbed this stick and just whacked it on this tree a couple times.
And I'm not a tree wacker.
I don't, like I said, I don't go looking for any of this.
And they're like, what are you doing?
I'm just kind of giggling.
I'm like, oh, that's how you calling a Sasquatch.
Well, it wasn't.

Probably three minutes later, I've never smelled.
People say you smell.
I've smelt it now.
This smell come over top of us.
We almost threw up.
And we're like, I'm like, and they couldn't figure out what is.
I'm like, well, I can tell you right now, most people will smell this.
and smelled like death, it's Bigfoot.
We never saw, I tried to see your eyes or something,
but it didn't show anything.
And so, and it probably went away within, you know,
four or five minutes.
The smell went away.
But I couldn't get my one buddy to shut the flashlight off.
Looks like turn the light off.
He's the, I am not doing his light off.
Shut the line off so we can see, but he wouldn't do.
Oh, that's wild.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
Crazy.
Two things.
If, and I, I know you said it was on, like, it's on an old computer.
If you do, if it is something where you are able to find the audio clips or it would be, you know, it would be cool to check them out if that's a thing where you'd be able to share them.
But I'll leave that up to you.
Okay.
Also.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I can look far.
Yeah.
The one sighting you actually did have where you saw one with the deer over its back.
So was that primarily a back view of the Sasquatch running away from you then?
Back view. Back view. I can see a shoulder, like it's shoulder, and right down to where its butt was.
There was two or three trees at the top of this bowl. There's a lot of trees in it fell because this place hadn't really been logged in a long time.
So there's a lot of big trees. I mean, you know, 80, 90-year-old oak trees. And there's seven.
that's fell so when it was running up the hill it went up when I passed this blowdown so I couldn't see
its legs all I can see from right words but was up to its head you know but I could see the deer
playing this day but and it wasn't the buck so that was a good sign but yeah you know there's
been so many things we found a deer a deer that was cut in half down there no blood around
had one its head and its front legs and its half its rib cage.
You know, it's where it's rib cage was.
Yeah.
Really weird.
I mean, I was like, you know, I've seen all kinds of predation.
I've never seen anything like that.
But that was years ago.
That was before all this even happened.
So I tend to think maybe they've been there for a while.
They just never, I don't know if they moved in to that area.
To me, it's almost like they moved in.
Because, like I said, we ran them woods forever when we were kids.
So I don't, I mean, my whole, that's where, you know, we hunted.
I mean, that was our hunting spot.
We hunted that, you know, every season, every day we could.
Just never had anything like this happen.
My goodness.
And so my friend, he kind of quit hunting there because I started telling him about it.
He's like, I don't believe any of that.
And then he was like, I know you were in there last weekend.
I'm like, what are you talking about?
He's like, you followed me in.
I'm like, I didn't follow you in.
He's like, yeah, he did.
He goes, I heard you.
You walk when I walked.
You stop when I.
stopped and I couldn't see it because my flashlight all I had was with a little flashlight
that goes on the brim of his hat those little ones he goes that's why I couldn't see him like
dude I didn't go hunt last weekend that was not me oh my goodness he still nobody he thinks it was me
I'm like it wasn't me that that would freak me out dude wow it's crazy yeah I'm telling you
my friends none of them all down there none of them well yeah but I've got other people want to go
but they're like I'm going down there and shoot it I'm like man you're not going out there
I mean, you know what I'm saying?
I mean, you go down there looking for trouble, then you're going to get trouble.
Let me tell you.
No offense or butts.
But, I mean, like I said, I really truly think that they read people and they know.
And I think a lot of times, that's why a lot of people that are going through tough, really tough times in their life, see them.
Oh, you get it.
Get it.
I really did.
You know what you?
You get it, dude.
Yeah.
Yep.
Yep.
You know what I'm saying?
Oh, yeah.
I get you.
I mean, I pick the same thing out.
And people.
take that the wrong way. Yeah. People think that the wrong way that, you know, people need to understand
that it's like love is the highest vibration. There is no higher vibration in love. And when you go
in any situation and you, you're projecting love, you can get your heart space, you know, bad things
don't come in to come your way. So, and I don't think, I think it's the same way with them. I think they
can feel you, they can read you, you know. And that's why I don't have a problem going down there,
You know, people want to go down there and do investigations.
They want to do that.
I'm like, man, I'm not going down there to just mess with them.
You know what I'm saying?
Because there's so much more.
I mean, I get it.
I mean, I would like to know what they are.
But, you know, I think that'll come out.
I think that'll eventually come out, you know.
So, but I definitely think there's a UFO connection without a doubt, whether,
and whether that is a UFO or that's just an interdimensional,
because who knows what that light could have been.
That could have been, you know, anything.
I mean, who am I?
I don't know.
Just some redneck from Indiana.
I think, well, one, you've been through it all down there.
And I say, Bill, thank you for sharing what you've experienced so far.
But I think, man, info is coming out.
So we need to be ready for the info to come out this year, the next year.
I mean, some wild stuff that's going to be put out there and got a feeling.
It's only going to get weirder, man.
That's right.
And I think the people that are metaphysically aware,
the people that are metaphysically aware, those people are going to be fine.
It's the NPCs that's really going to have the problems.
Oh, yeah, I mean, because they have to go from zero to 60.
But Bill, thank you so much for spending your time for sharing with us, what you experienced.
Keep us in the loop with what happens to you in the future for sure.
And I just appreciate you coming on, man.
Sure will.
I appreciate you, my man.
