Agents who are Realtors do more than open doors.
They analyze market trends, interest rates, comps.
They can tell you about flood zones, mixed use zones, and decode acronyms like
HOA, APR, MLS.
They connect you to lawyers, contractors, even Phil, the Seward scope guy.
They negotiate, coordinate, advocate for you, close the deal with you, and hand the keys to you.
They bring you home.
Realtor's are members of the National Association of Realtors, right by you.
From the neon lights of the club
to the harsh, buzzing lights of the office.

all while staying lightweight, crease-resistant, and smooth.
It may be the world's greatest eraser.

Maybe what is the surroundings that we're in right now?
So without giving too much information away,
we're in a, I guess it would be the northern part of Iowa.
It's kind of in the middle.
Northern middle part of Iowa.
Okay.
Yep.
It's a pretty big forested area.
And you were telling me, it kind of reminds you of like, was it Vermont?
It totally reminds me of the New England area,
which was surprising because, you know, you forget how in this area of Iowa we're at,
there can be stuff that is not your cornfields, not your flat fields.
It's very wooded, big hills, lots of forests.
Yeah, there's a lot of, there's a lot of deer here that we know for sure,
because this is a hunting area too.
That's true, it is.
Yep.
So I'm imagining there's going to be a lot of turkey.
There's definitely a lot of raccoons and possums.
I've seen them here.
Yep.
Yep.
And like you said, it's kind of hilly and wooded.
There's a creek not too far from us.
Yes.
So that's water source.
There's a few ponds that have fish that live in them.
So that's another water source.
That's true, yeah.
There's also been, you know,
this place kind of has a history of Bigfoot reports.
I'm not saying like it's famous for it.
But there has been sightings here and some people that I know have captured audio here too.
And it listened to me. It walked out of the thicket. It turned around. It looked at it.
It started running away.
And suddenly they're right in front of the car. He slams on the brakes and manages to stop.
He's skidding because it's not quite, you know, graveling.
And literally for about a second and a half, they just stood there because they don't know where to go.
and you tell them panicking, their face is like switching.
