Bigfoot Society - Late-Night Whoops Terrorize Rock Creek Maryland Just Minutes From Washington DC

Episode Date: December 23, 2025

In this episode of Bigfoot Society, a listener named Stevie shares a chilling firsthand encounter from Rock Creek, Maryland, where unexplained Bigfoot-like whooping sounds echoed through dense woods l...ate at night—so close that his former Marine stepfather stepped outside with a gun and later installed security cameras around the home. The sounds erupted near Rock Creek Park, just minutes from Washington DC, an area surrounded by neighborhoods, highways, and urban development. Multiple witnesses heard the same vocalizations, including neighbors and reacting dogs throughout the area.Stevie also recounts an earlier unexplained experience from Colorado’s Grand Mesa, where something silently removed food from a campsite cooler and carefully arranged cans on a picnic table—behavior that didn’t match known wildlife.🗣️ Share Your StoryHad a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience?Send it to bigfootsociety@gmail.com – your story might be featured on the show!🎥 Watch & Subscribe on YouTube🔴 Subscribe here → Bigfoot Society YouTube💬 Leave a comment & let us know your thoughts!📞 Leave a voicemail with your story → Speakpipe (Use multiple voicemails if needed)👥 Share this episode → Watch & Share🎧 More episodes → Podcast Playlist🌲 Recommended: New Jersey Bigfoot Encounters💥 Support the Show & Get Perks✅ Join the community on Supercast – Become a Member✅ Listen ad-free & early on YouTube – Join Here📱 Let’s ConnectInstagram: @bigfootsocietyTwitter: @bigfoot_societyTikTok: @bigfoot.society🧰 Tools & Partners I Use (Affiliate Links)These help support the show at no extra cost to you:Beam (Better Sleep): Try BeamWildgrain (Better Bread): Join HereSeed (Probiotics): Get SeedMedi-Share (Healthcare): Learn MoreLMNT (Electrolytes) Free Sample Pack with your first purchase! : Get LMNTOrganic and non-GMO groceries delivered for lesshttp://thrv.me/uarEhS🎙️ Podcasting Tools:Repurpose.io: Try ItDescript: Sign UpStreamyard: Start RecordingRiverside.fm: Try Riverside🎧 My Audio Interface: View on Amazon☕ Buy Me a Coffee – Support Here🛍️ Grab Some Merch – Shop on Etsy📬 Mailing Address:Bigfoot Society125 E 1st St. #233Earlham, IA 50072

So settle in because today you'll hear another account that just might change the way you see the woods forever. So stay with us. All right, Bigfoot Society. You've got the privilege of talking to Stevie today. Stevie is a listener of the show. He's heard a few episodes, which I appreciate that. And so we were able to get connected after he listened to a few. And he's got some interesting. interesting things to share out of Maryland in Colorado today. So Stevie, welcome to the show. How are you doing, sir? Oh, I'm doing fine. Thank you. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Well, this is very interesting to me because I don't know if you've heard it yet, but I mean, we were close to this area a few episodes back for Seneca Creek, Seneca Creek State Park. That's, oh, okay. Yeah, yeah. And so I'm just going to to let you share what happened. Feel free to take us back when you had this experience back in Maryland.
Starting point is 00:02:39 Okay. It was, I think it was about spring. Yeah, it was spring of 2003. And as I said in my response, my stepdad's backyard is basically Rock Creek, Rock Creek State Park. So it's like a creek. It's real dense woods. I've always had the, you know, the thought in the back of my head, like, this would be like the perfect, you know, if I was to see one. I could, you know, I could see one being back here. It's just that it looks like that.
Starting point is 00:03:13 So one night, I mean, I remember it was a Sunday, a Sunday night, I'm sitting back just, you know, watching TV, just kicking back. And I start hearing these whoops. And I'm like, at the first thought I was like, no way. So I kicked back. I turned the TV down. And when I turned the TV down, that's when I heard like the dogs in the neighborhood were just like kind of going crazy. And I was like, nah, man, whatever. You know, I'm sitting here. Okay.
Starting point is 00:03:44 So I turn the TV back up. And then the whoops get louder. The whoops get louder. They got so loud that basically eventually I closed my window. and I closed my window and finally just went to sleep. Went to sleep, got up the next day, actually went to work and everything. And, you know, I went downstairs for something and talked to my stepdad.
Starting point is 00:04:13 And he, you know, he asked me, said, hey, did you, did you hear that last night? And, you know, I kind of was, be honest, like, not. I didn't, you know, I just couldn't believe he had heard it too. So I was like, wow, this is crazy. So I kind of wanted him to, you know, say a little bit more. And I was like, no, what are you talking about? He was like, man, you didn't, you didn't hear them whooping sounds last night? I was like, I was like, yeah, I heard them.
Starting point is 00:04:37 But, you know, I thought I knew what it was. But, you know, I've just closed my window and went to. He was like, what was that? I was like, you know, you're always making fun of me for watching these podcasts. But I'm going to let you hear it first before you, you know, before I say anything. And I had a, I can't remember exactly which one, but I pulled up a, It was like a 30 second clip on YouTube of some guy standing in the creek in Maryland, and it was the same exact sound.
Starting point is 00:05:04 And when I played that for him, he was like, that's what that was. He was like, what is that? I was like, that's supposed to be Bigfoot, man. And he just stopped and kind of looked at me. And I was like, yeah, I know you're always teasing me, man, but that's what, that's what. And he told me, he was like, man, that sound got so close to the house that. last night, I actually stepped out there with my gun. And, you know, my stepdad's like, you know, ex-Marine, you know, tough guy.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Like, he doesn't get robbed up real easy. So to, you know, to hear that from him, like, he went outside with the gun. And a week later, he had cameras installed on every corner of the house. And it was just, I was just like, wow, that's crazy. So I don't know, you know, I don't know. He didn't say too much after I said what it was. And, you know, he told me he went out there. But the way he put those cameras up, it makes me kind of think he might have seen something or I don't know.
Starting point is 00:06:04 But, but yeah, that's about it for that one. Okay. So that is extremely interesting. If you can find that Maryland video again, because I can't picture that in my mind. I would love to see that. If you can check it down. Okay, yeah. No, I'll definitely when, you know, I get off.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Matter of fact, let me write a note. Okay. I'll track that down and email it to you so you can see what exactly. Because it's a real short clip. It's like I say, it's under 30 seconds. I mean, you might be able to look it up yourself. It's Bigfoot whoops and it's a little, but I'll find it and I'll try and send it to you. All right.
Starting point is 00:06:43 I appreciate that. Hey, this is editor Jeremiah here real quick. Based on a second conversation with Stevie, this video he's referring to is actually the clip that Charlie Raymond captured with the KBRO, and I'll put a link to that in the show notes for this episode. So as we were kind of talking before, this is really cool because... So I just talked to an anthropologist
Starting point is 00:07:12 about his encounter in Maryland, which I believe was around Seneca Creek State Park, and this is very recent. Yeah, Rock Creek Park. Like, I think it kind of, it connects with that. somehow because after I live there I actually moved to Gaithersburg which is about 10 15 miles away from the Aspen Hill area and where I was living in Seneca Creek State Park is like five miles away. Yeah absolutely. I mean it is it is close you know I'm looking at it on a map and I mean it's not out of
Starting point is 00:07:48 the question you have 270 between the two but I mean hey yeah weirder stuff happens to Omaha Uh-huh. Yeah. Yep. Yeah. Oh, my goodness. This is wild. So, did stuff settle down after he put the cameras in?
Starting point is 00:08:03 I never heard it again. After it was just that one evening and into the night, that was the only time I heard it, like, ever. And it was funny because I had just moved in with him. I had just moved in with him. And I had a tent set up in the backyard because I was like, oh, yeah, I'm going to go kick it. back because it's real woodsy back there and I'm kind of outdoors guy and I had a tent set up back there because I was going to go start you know hanging out in the tent camping out or whatever I never after I heard those whoops I never went back there and camped out I don't I don't
Starting point is 00:08:42 blame you at all I mean and the wild thing about this is as we said in the other episode with the anthropologist Kenny is that this area is like within an hours drive of Washington DC Oh yeah, it's it's it's uh it's real crazy you know being from Texas and having lived in Colorado and when people ask me about the city I'm I'm always explaining oh the the wildlife is right there I was like all you deer hunters oh you could sit in my backyard and pick off bucks all day it's like that there's wildlife everywhere I've had raccoons come up to me and eat out of my hand in the backyard we see foxes foxes like At late at night, two or three in the morning, they'll just trot down the sidewalk.
Starting point is 00:09:27 You know, usually you see foxes they run from you. At two or three in the morning, they just walk down the sidewalk like they own the place. The wildlife is right there. It's really interesting. Now, after this happened, did you share this account with anyone else in the area and get any responses like, oh, yeah, there's stuff going on around here or anything like that? I actually hit my neighbor up because she actually heard it too
Starting point is 00:09:56 but when I told her what it was she's like she you know of course you know the response you get she thought I was nuts but she did hear it she heard it and she heard all the dogs and stuff going crazy but when I told her I tried to explain she was like she wasn't trying to hear
Starting point is 00:10:12 okay did she have an idea of what it probably was then she didn't know what it was either. She just said that she had heard it and, you know, she has a dog too. You know what I'm saying? So like I say, the dogs in the neighborhood were, you know, for a minute there, they were kind of going crazy. You could hear barking, howls. It's like, yo, this is, this is some crap. Like out of them, you know, you hear the podcast and you hear people saying this stuff. But I'm like, I'm sitting here watching TV and this happening like right there. Absolutely. Is there anything else weird that would happen around the house? Like sometimes. you'd go outside and you'd be like, hey, there's something weird down there, or where did that come from?
Starting point is 00:10:56 And that's not any of our objects. No, not really. So I practice archery, so I'll shoot my bows in the backyard. The only weird thing that I can, and it's not weird because I know nature, but deer would congregate like, like, okay, the direction that I thought that I heard the whoops coming from, I went back there a few times and the deer were real bunched up in that area. But I think later on I saw a couple of fons. So I think that was just the bedding area.
Starting point is 00:11:35 My common sense is telling me if they thought a Sasquatch around, they probably wouldn't have made, you know what I'm saying? So I don't think, you know. But yeah, nothing ever came up. And they've had that house for 30 years, man. I've never had anything like that happen. It was the strangest thing. You know, they've had that house since 95 or 96.
Starting point is 00:12:03 And I played in that backyard as a teenager, 20, you know. And I've never heard, ever heard anything like that ever. That was the first time. it was real just real strange you know what I'm saying because yeah I've never I've met you know I play in that creek and I'm one like I say I'm outdoorsy so I'm one of those guys always looking at the ground
Starting point is 00:12:28 looking at you know what I'm saying just looking at for you know looking for signs of stuff that might have passed through you know and I've never seen never seen anything that would make me think you know what I'm saying because like you know I'm like the rest of people that listen to the podcast You know, when I was a kid and gotten a big foot, I thought all the big foot were in the Pacific Northwest. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:12:52 I didn't even, I had, you know, I seen the legend of Boggy Creek as a kid, but, you know, I pretty much thought that that was a, Bigfoot in Maryland? What? Yeah. I believe it. How long have you been feeding raccoons out of your hands? That happened one time, and it was in a friend's backyard. were sitting there having a barbecue while sitting back there drinking and a raccoon just came up and it like started eating some of my barbecue like just it was real random man wow i had some pictures
Starting point is 00:13:29 of it but i lost them but yeah okay okay so it yeah it may not be related it may be so this was like a neighbor kind of close to your your parents house yeah yeah but their but their backyard isn't like my backyard. Like my backyard, it is no fencing. It just opens up and there's the creep back there. It's like literally, if I wanted to, I could make a deck and I could probably just post up and hunt.
Starting point is 00:13:58 That's how it is. It's like a game preserve right out back. His backyard, that's why it is kind of crazy. His backyard is the backyard where it backs up to another house. You know what I'm saying? There's like a fence and then there's a house on the other side. That's where the raccoon came up.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Okay. Gotcha. So extremely interesting, yet another area in, I would say, if you look at a map, it's like the urban, it's trying to take over the woods. It's very similar. You've got like Seneca Creek State Park is surrounded by, you know, development. And it kind of seems like this other place might be similar. But, yeah, so after you had this experience, how did that affect your life? Did it affect it in any ways? No, no, not at all. Like I said, I told, actually, you know what I did? I told my sister and my mom and my niece later on because they've visited shortly after it happened. And I told them about it. And I think I remember my sister actually asking my dad, but I think the only thing that kind of
Starting point is 00:15:18 is like they used to kind of laugh when I would watch the Bigfoot podcast and stuff, you know what I'm saying? And now I don't get all the jokes and the laughter and stuff no more. You know what I mean? I'm not going to say they take me serious or believe me, but I think my stepdad kind of gave me a little bit of, you know what I'm saying? Like, hey, it might be something, you know, there might be something to that, you know what I'm saying? Oh, absolutely. I mean, if your stepdad, I mean, just that your stepdad heard it as well and was like, hey, did you hear that last night? That's huge.
Starting point is 00:15:50 So it's not just, you know, your word. It's also your stepdad's word too, which is really, really important. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Now, that's what tricked me out because I wasn't going to say anything because you know what I mean? I don't want to, you know, you know how people are. It's like, I get it.
Starting point is 00:16:05 I'm not going to even say, you know, but when he said something, I was like, wow. Okay. I'm not crazy. I'm not crazy. He heard the exact same thing. And when I played the little thing on YouTube, he was like, like I say, he's a Marine. So he's going to tell it like it is. When he heard the little excerpt on YouTube, he said, without a doubt, that's what I heard last night. That's what that was. What is that? Absolutely. Yeah. That's what you heard, man. Wow. And listeners, this area, it's always interesting. You know, it was interesting when I heard Kenny, the anthropologists say it about the area, but then to hear you, give another example, I would be really interested if listeners have heard of or had experiences in the same area of Maryland, too. If you could put that in the comments or send me an email at Bigfoot Society at gmail.com,
Starting point is 00:16:58 I would love it. But Stevie, you're saying that this is not the only Bigfoot-related experience that you've had. No. I had an earlier experience. Like I say, in both of the, I want people, I want to be clear with people. I didn't see anything. This is just stuff that has happened.
Starting point is 00:17:18 I didn't see anything, but, you know, but another incident happened in Colorado when I was about 19. This was summer of 98. A good friend of mine had decided to drive up from Texas living in Colorado. He decided to drive up from Texas and visit me. And me, him, and another friend, we all decided to go camping that weekend on the Grand Mesa, which is I was living in Grand Junction. So the Grand Mesa is like an hour away. We go up there and camp sometimes or whatever.
Starting point is 00:17:52 So anyways, we get up to the Grand Mesa. And we, I'm not, you know, we were 19 years old. We had a 12th, pack of but ice. So we were drinking a little bit. You know what I'm saying? Being kids, whatever. We get up there and we get the tent set up, but we get up there late. So I don't know if anybody knows the mountains and stuff, it gets dark, like real, real quick. So we got up there real late. You know, we're struggling to find some wood, you know, get the tent set up. We get the tent set up, have a couple beers and stuff. And, you know, we go to the, we go to sleep in the tent. And me not, I'm not thinking, we got one of those old cold.
Starting point is 00:18:35 woman three person tents. And I know better, you know, looking back on it's probably one of the dumbest things I ever did in my life, but I left the cooler basically right outside the tent flat. So like you go outside the tent, look to the left and the cooler was sent right there. I also happened, that also happened to be my sleeping spot for that night. So I slept on that side of the tent as well. So about we, like I said, we get back in a tent. tent, say about 2 o'clock in the morning, I wake up and I wake up and something is going through the cooler. And what, it was, it was real crazy because I can remember this to this day. What my first thought, it was one of those old coolers where you had to flip the lid up.
Starting point is 00:19:22 And my first thought was like, dude, got somebody's got some shit. Who's going through the cooler? Whoever's going through this cooler has some big hands. That was my first thought when I woke up was like, who's doing that? Because it sounded like a shovel. It didn't sound like somebody was just kind of, it sounded like a shovel was going through the ice. But I looked over and my two buddies were sleep. And, you know, like I said, I was like, it was late.
Starting point is 00:19:50 I'm groggy. I'm like, maybe I'm just, I'm tripping. And the sound stopped. And so when the sound stopped, lay back down, dozed off. about an hour later I'll say my friend is nudging me he's sitting up and he's nudging me and I sit up and he's like man you you know didn't you hear that he's like I told him I said you know we're whispering I thought that was you earlier you know I heard somebody he's like no man I've been in and I'm like
Starting point is 00:20:23 yo what is going on and again we started talking and the noise stopped nothing else happens for the night. We go back to sleep. Like, whatever, okay. So the very next morning, we come outside the tent and the items that we had in the cooler, we had some, we had canned food. We had a couple of cans of spam, a couple of cans of beans. The food, I kid you not, the food, the canned food was sitting, there was a picnic table right there. The canned food was all sitting on the table. There was five cans. The canful was all sitting on the table, all the cans upright. They weren't tossed on the side, like they were all sitting there on the table standing up, and they had bite marks. The spam can had bite marks in it. Like something with a mouth tried to bite
Starting point is 00:21:22 the can, but couldn't get through it. And, you know, my buddy, I'm from Texas. I'm from Texas at that time, I've been in Colorado for like a year. My one friend, he had been there his whole life. He was like, man, that's a bear, man. It was a bear. And I'm just like, would a bear would he sit the cans up like that, man? Like, it was, you know what I'm saying? Just in honestly, that's the end of that story. But to this day, I always thought like, man, that wasn't, I don't think that was a bear. You know what I mean? Just like the way it's, it stopped when it hurt me the first time and then it stopped again when it when it heard us the second time whispering you know what i mean and then the can set up on the table all in the row like that i'm like i just like
Starting point is 00:22:10 i said i didn't see anything man but i don't think that was a bear yeah that's that's one of those details it just really makes you wonder and then when you start digging into areas i mean for example uh this this let's say grand junction which i believe i think that's in the same same county, Mesa County. There's actually... Yeah, Mesa. Yeah, yeah. There's a BFRO report from 99 about a kid at a Bible camp that had a sighting of something that
Starting point is 00:22:39 was eight and a half feet tall. And so I don't know exactly how close these areas are, but same county and just a year difference. Oh, wow. Wow. Yeah. And like I said, that was 98. This was for all the podcasts.
Starting point is 00:22:56 But, you know, as a kid, I had read all the Bigfoot books and stuff. But I didn't know that was an area, but I have another friend who actually lives, like, on the – she, like, lives up there. And she tells me, apparently, like, that people see those things all the time. Like, it's not, like, it's not uncommon. She said it's like maybe seeing – like, they don't fool with nobody, but she says, without a doubt, they're up there. Oh, absolutely. And now even thinking a little bit. more. I've actually talked to, I want to say, two witnesses that have had experiences around
Starting point is 00:23:31 the Grand Mesa over the years. This is a few years ago. So you'd have to look through like the YouTube playlist for Colorado. And you could probably find it. It'd be a few years back though. But yeah, I mean, there's definitely stuff going on in this, this area. My goodness, so that was 98 and then 23. That's cool. That is. Yeah. Cool. I'd like to actually see one one day, but I don't know. Do you have, it sounds like you've done a lot of reading and researching and things like that. And do you have any leaning either way towards what you think it is that we're dealing with when we talk about Bigfoot? Oh, Lord, I used to have my cousins rolling about this in Colorado.
Starting point is 00:24:27 but I don't know. I think it's some kind of me personally, I think it's some kind of interdimensional being because I see a lot of the I watch a lot of the podcast where the military guys are talking
Starting point is 00:24:43 about these things and I just, I think there's a lot that they're leaving out and they're not telling us. You know what I'm saying? And that's honestly what I think. It's like the whole National Parks thing. They see these things and all the national parks, people are getting snatched up in national parks.
Starting point is 00:25:02 There's way more to it, but they're just not telling us everything. Have you seen David Politey's new documentary American Sasquatch Man, Mith, or Monster that just came out? I just started that. I haven't finished it. Oh, damn. I haven't finished it. It's so good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:19 It's so good. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, you'll love it, especially if you're, like, thinking about interdimensional stuff and portals and stuff. Like it ramps up really good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Yeah. Yeah. All right. And that's just, that's just, that's me saying just because I like it. I'm not,
Starting point is 00:25:38 you know, I've never talked to Dave before, but it was really well done documentary. A lot of stuff in there that you can't see anywhere else too.
Starting point is 00:25:49 Okay. Some really cool stuff. But yeah, the whole interdimensional thing is really interesting because there are some, compelling accounts out there. One of them is actually talked about in
Starting point is 00:26:03 David's documentary. It's Skinwalker Ranch, how they saw pretty much looked like a portal open up on the ranch and then something crawl out of it that pretty much looked like a Bigfoot. That's a wild account.
Starting point is 00:26:19 So that's in the dock. And then, I don't know. Man, there's some weird stories out there. There's one out in Oak Ridge, Oregon. A guy,
Starting point is 00:26:28 was on top of a mountain called saddle blanket mountain. And so he's hiking along way, way, way from town. And all of a sudden, things start feeling weird. The scenery changes. And it's like he passed through something kind of electrical-like. And then the weird thing is, is that this arm comes out of nowhere. It's got long claws on it. And just barely misses getting his neck from behind.
Starting point is 00:26:56 And he hears something. He hears a voice say got, like gotcha or missed you or something like that. But it's an incredible account. Wow. Yeah, that's some wild, wild stuff. So there are stories. If you dig deep enough and then there's people that are just want to be off record and, you know, but there are other stories, but it just can't really mention them.
Starting point is 00:27:17 But my goodness. So have you had anything else out of the ordinary happen? Or these, the weirdest things that have happened in your life, would you say? Yeah, as far as stuff like that, yeah, you know, I've lived all over. So, I mean, I've, you know, I've had some, a lot of different experiences. But yeah, just as far as, you know, just real strange stuff, I would have to say, yeah, you know, those are really strange. It was just, like I say, it's just, it was just both of those experiences were just weird. Just out of, like I say, because I'm not, you know, stuff just happens.
Starting point is 00:27:57 I'm not one of those, you know, I don't go out of my way. Like I say, with the, with the whoops, I wanted to go back there and camp out until I, you know, until I heard them, you know. And it just, I heard that stuff and was like, oh, that's, you know, it is, it was just weird. Like, like, the area is, the area is very squatchy. But like you say, you can look at a map and see how, you know, like I, from, from, okay, from where that location is where I heard. the whoops, I can be in D.C. in about, if traffic is cool, I can be in D.C. in 10 minutes. That's how close to this. That is wild, dude. Wow. Yeah. If, if traffic is cool, I can get on Georgia Avenue and go straight down and be in D.C. in about 10 minutes.
Starting point is 00:28:46 That's how close it really is. I mean, there are, there's stuff everywhere. Big old high-rise condominiums, all that. And then you'll have like a, uh, a, uh, two or three acre pocket woods. You know what I'm saying? And then it's wild. Like one of the, a matter of fact, the biggest buck that I've ever seen with my own eyes in person was in Colorado,
Starting point is 00:29:13 or not Colorado, but was in Maryland. There was a bridge down the street from my stepfather's house. And I was walking down the bridge. And as I happened to get across the bridge to where it was, you know, it was land again. I happened to look over to the right and there was a buck looking at me. And I swear that buck's head was about it had to be, like I say, in person, it's the biggest
Starting point is 00:29:38 buck I've ever seen. It was probably like a 12, 15th. I mean, it was huge. It was so big. It scared me because I was like, man, if this thing comes after me, I'm toast. Right. But it just looked at me. It looked at me and just went on its business, you know.
Starting point is 00:29:53 And like I say, the areas. just weird. It's real weird for that. You just see a lot of, see a lot of wildlife. And you wouldn't think it would have been right by the White House. You know what I'm saying? So it's just, yeah, it makes you wonder. I mean, just this stuff happening so close, you know, there's got to have been at least one conversation in there where it's like, guys, we got Bigfoot, like less than half an hour away. So we look into this, you know, I don't. Yeah. Yeah. They know, like I say, they, they know. They know this stuff. I mean, you see the, you see and watch the same stuff I do.
Starting point is 00:30:30 You know, how many times people will see one of these things and then next thing you know, they got five guys at their door telling them, hey, man, you didn't see, you know what I'm saying? People, you know, that stuff happens. People think that it's, you know, that's TV and no, that's stuff really goes down like that. So that's got to make you think, too, how many people, more people are out there who really have seen some stuff and that could really answer our questions, but they're afraid that, you know, the FBI's going to come back and, you know, make an accident happen. You know what I mean? So it makes you, you know, it makes you see all the military guys after a while who will come out and yeah,
Starting point is 00:31:12 man, yeah, we definitely saw something. So, yeah, we, we, we, we, yeah, I wish they were, it would be cool for them. It would, honestly, I think it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's kind of crappy because you got you got a lot of people going out to these national parks going camping having a good time and all this even though i get it because i've heard you know people say well if they tell everyone no more but man i'd like to know if there's like 10 foot primates 10 foot 1,200 pound primates running around if i'm out here camping yeah at least tell me yeah you know what I'm saying. At least let me know. Don't let me just become a statistic because you don't want to tell nobody what's out there. That's what I think is kind of crappy. I love that. Yeah, that is so
Starting point is 00:32:00 true. So true. My goodness, Stevie, this has been such a good conversation. I mean, you unlocked a new area for me to be aware of and to put on the map. Thank you for that. Absolutely. And, man, keep us in the loop. If you hear anything else out there or you experience anything in the future, please reach out. Yeah, I'm in Texas now. I'm in Texas, a little small town, and there's a lake about four miles from me, and once I get settled in,
Starting point is 00:32:31 I'm going to be doing a lot of fishing and stuff, so maybe I'll have, you know, maybe I'll have some more stories to tell you. Well, man, if it's East Texas, you better be ready, because that's where... Oh, yeah. Oh, man. Yep. Be ready. Yep. I'm in. Yeah. Okay. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:32:47 Sounds good, man. Well, thank you so much for hanging out today, Stevie. Yeah, no problem. You take it easy, all right? All right. To put it lightly, I kind of messed up on this one. And a lot of locals to this area have been yelling at me the entire episode and being like, dude, you don't get it.
Starting point is 00:33:04 And I just got it. Because as I'm editing this, I'm looking at a map. There's two Rock Creek parks in Maryland. There's the one by Gatorsburg. And then there's the one inside the district. of Columbia, which also connects to the National Zoo from the Smithsonian. I just got off the phone with Stevie real quick. He's actually down by the Rock Creek Park inside D.C.
Starting point is 00:33:37 This is a really big deal. It's literally minutes away from downtown. So not to give too much away about Stevie's location, what Stevie's hearing is, It can't be Gibbons, but he is near Rock Creek Park as well. Okay. So this is now the third time that we have documented experiences around major zoos. Okay. So if you remember the BFRO report with the Omaha Zoo area,
Starting point is 00:34:10 and then you've got the green belt that goes down from Lords and Gardens and goes all the way down to the Fontenelle bump out. That's number one. I've also talked to another individual about a incident that happened in the green space surrounding the Kansas City Zoo. It's number two. Now we have this third experience that has happened close to Rock Creek Park, which actually connects to the Smithsonian National Zoo, actually inside the District of Columbia. So there's a lot going on here. Do we have Bigfoot inside Washington, D.C.?
Starting point is 00:34:50 that is the question that must now be asked and if anyone can answer that question reach out bigfoot society at email.com thank you before we wrap this episode i want to say something directly to a very specific group of listeners if you're in the military any branch or forces
Starting point is 00:35:11 and if you've seen something that no one can explain or if you're a national park ranger or forestry worker who's been told to stay quiet. If you're a pilot who's seen something strange down on the ground, or if you're with the FBI, a federal agency, or working intelligence, and you've stumbled upon something you're not allowed to talk about, and if you're a firefighter, paramedic, or search-and-rescue responder, who's heard screams or found tracks that didn't make sense,
Starting point is 00:35:39 if you're in the logging industry on a remote oil field or trucker with government contracts, and you've had something happen that you've never, told a soul and if you're a biologist a wildlife specialist or a field researcher under contract who has found evidence you're not allowed to report if you're a pastor a missionary or someone on a spiritual retreat and you saw something that shook your faith or if you work in the shadows CIA NSA or anything with clearance and you've seen what the public hasn't then i want to talk to you even if it's anonymous you can reach
