Bigfoot Society - Mother Sees a 7-Foot Figure Step Onto a Trail Near St. Louis
Episode Date: October 14, 2026A mother hiking with her two children near St. Louis spots a face watching them from the brush. Then the figure stands up.On this episode of Bigfoot Society, Lori recounts an encounter on Missouri’s... Howell Island that left her focused on one thing: getting her children back to the truck. What she noticed about the figure’s face makes her account especially unsettling.More witnesses share unexplained experiences across the country: an Oregon firefighter-paramedic hears screams during a nighttime emergency call, a Georgia fisherman watches a massive figure cross the Chattahoochee River in roughly three steps, and two trail cameras disappear from a baited site while the remaining camera is found turned around. In Texas, hunters following a blood trail discover a strange footprint and hear a nearby farmer’s story about the field he stopped entering.Listen to Bigfoot Society Episode 1218 for firsthand accounts, unusual details, and the questions witnesses still carry.Get the free Bigfoot hotspots report: https://bit.ly/bfsreport📖 Follow Jeremiah's cancer health updates here:https://www.caringbridge.org/site/569ef3d3-68be-11f1-8790-97fdfd2bbc64🗣️ Share Your StoryHad a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience?Send it to bigfootsociety@gmail.com – your story might be featured on the show!🎥 Watch & Subscribe on YouTube🔴 Subscribe here → Bigfoot Society YouTube💬 Leave a comment & let us know your thoughts!📞 Leave a voicemail with your story → Speakpipe (Use multiple voicemails if needed)👥 Share this episode → Watch & Share🎧 More episodes → Podcast Playlist🌲 Recommended: New Jersey Bigfoot Encounters💥 Support the Show & Get Perks✅ Join the community on Supercast – Become a Member✅ Listen ad-free & early on YouTube – Join Here📱 Let’s ConnectInstagram: @bigfootsocietyTwitter: @bigfoot_societyTikTok: @bigfoot.society🧰 Tools & Partners I Use (Affiliate Links)These help support the show at no extra cost to you:Beam (Better Sleep): Try BeamWildgrain (Better Bread): Join HereSeed (Probiotics): Get SeedMedi-Share (Healthcare): Learn MoreLMNT (Electrolytes) Free Sample Pack with your first purchase! : Get LMNTOrganic and non-GMO groceries delivered for lesshttp://thrv.me/uarEhS🎙️ Podcasting Tools:Repurpose.io: Try ItDescript: Sign UpStreamyard: Start RecordingRiverside.fm: Try Riverside🎧 My Audio Interface: View on Amazon☕ Buy Me a Coffee – Support Here🛍️ Grab Some Merch – Shop on Etsy📬 Mailing Address:Bigfoot Society125 E 1st St. #233Earlham, IA 50072

Hey, Marcus, how's it going?
What's up, brother?
Hey, so you've had a Bigfoot sighting, you said?
Yes, sir.
Feel free to share what you've experienced down in North Georgia.
man my family has been going up there for years doing trout fishing extravaganzas and such
and we were up there fishing on the Chattahoochee River you know in trout fishing you sort of
just you all stay together but you sort of stay apart so you don't you know overcrowed a
fishing hole or whatnot yada yada yada but anyway we were up there fishing on it we're like
I don't know, five to ten miles from, you know, civilization was up in the mountains.
Anyway, I was walking and come around a bend in the river, and I seen something I thought was a bear.
It was probably, I don't know, 50 yards maybe up the river or down.
I was walking down the river from me.
So I stopped in fear of, you know, disturbing a bear, a black bear.
because there's black bear everywhere up there.
And so I just stopped.
And of course, when I trout fish, I camo out from head to toe
because trout can see you real easy.
So in order to eliminate that, you camo out.
That way you can creep up to hole in fish or whatnot.
But anyway, I was camoed to the gill,
so I just squatted down and watched it to see.
Because I'm serious, it looked just like a bear standing there playing in the river.
and it seemed like it lasted two hours, but it was only, I mean, 15 seconds at the most.
But then it stood up and it crossed the river and went up the mountain on the other side of the river.
And I'm like, you know, and I've always been a believer to a certain extent.
I've heard and seen videos and yada yada, but I had never really seen one, you know, personally until this.
day. Now, this was, let's say, 24. This was probably in 2006, I think it was. Then a couple of years later,
I don't know if you're familiar with the BRFO, the guys old Bubba or. Yeah, the FRO and finding
bigfoot guys. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right. Well, I was watching those guys.
guys, you know, on TV.
And one of the programs come up with, it was there in Hell and Georgia, where I had my experience.
And I was like, whoa, dude.
So I started watching it.
And so, of course, they go up the same place we go to go trout fishing and camp.
And the guy took them down the same river that I was on, the same, because when they
walking down through there, you know, I've been there a million times. I've been fishing this river
since I was, you know, six years old with my brother. And everything looked so familiar where they
were going. And they were, when he stopped, and he said, I was right here. And you have to
imagine, this was, you know, back a long time ago, they made, when they logged that, years and years
ago they made what we call old logging roads along the side of the mountain right
at the right there at the river so it was on an old logger road of course they're
all growed up and everything but he stopped and you could look to the right in I
mean five foot down a little embankment and there's the Chattahoochee River and he said it
was right here and it was on the side of that old logging road he was on the river
fishing and he said he heard something and he turned and looked and it was
standing on that low logging road
road and he said it was about he had figured eight foot tall a big old thing and it picked up a big log and
throwed it sort of towards his way and he turned and hung it up and run back up to the camp now mind
you now up here where we go west I'm serious you're like 10 miles from helen and you're out in
I mean you're in the boondocks I mean you're up there in the mountains uh no hardly anyone goes up as
far as we do because we like going to remote places that a whole
lot of people don't go so he catch more and bigger trout. So it was way up there on the
Chattahooch River on the upper Chattahoochee. But then like I said, that was a few years after my
experience when I seen that on there. So but now this was the recent one about two, three years ago.
We got a place up there. Oh, sorry. I hate to enter. Can, can I ask you a question about your first
encounter before we get past that. I apologize for jumping in, but are you able to describe,
did you see anything about the face of what you saw in the upper Chattahoo River that day?
To me, to me it looked just like a silverback gorilla, but his hair was longer. And I mean,
from my guesstimation, when he stood up, he was at least seven foot time. I mean, I'm six,
I'm a, I'm a big dude.
And it just, I mean, it would have towered over me.
I mean, he had to be at least seven to eight foot tall and huge.
I mean, his shoulders looked like they were wide as a football field.
And he never looked towards me.
He just stood up and just took like three steps.
And he was on the other side of the Chattahooch River.
And the Chattahooch River there is probably about 30 to 40 foot wide.
And it just, it didn't take it.
across the river going up the mountain i mean all this took it seemed like i said it took for
seemed like it was two hours but it was a matter of you know 15 or 20 seconds sure
but he like said he had his arms when he when he started across the river you know they
got that swagger and his and i know for a fact his hands were it it appeared to be two maybe three
foot lower than his waistline and you could make him out I mean other than the long black
shaggy looking hair looked like it was matted in spots like an old shaggy raggy dog but hadn't been
you know combed to bathe in years right I never I didn't I didn't smell him because I was up
wind I guess that's why he didn't notice me because I was up wind of him the the wind sort of
travels with the river as it goes down the wind goes that way and
And but he crossed the river and went up the bank on the other side.
Well, I turned and went back up, back up the river and caught up with my nephews and my cousins.
And of course, they all think I'm crazy.
Right.
At this point.
And I've told my nephew, and in the past, now listen to this, we were about 18, me and my nephew went up there.
We were in the same general area, but we were like, you know, as a crow flies,
probably a half a mile from this spot.
And he and I went up there one weekend and going to what we call the Ruppen camping.
So we go up there, just take a little tent, two-man tent,
and we'll go to hike down through the woods with nothing but blast lights
and go down there and set up a tent by the river and get up the next morning and we fish.
We catch our limit and we come home.
But well, that night, something was, now mind you, this was when I was seven.
I'm 57 now.
And I was probably 18 in my, you know, right around in there.
Something kept surrounding our campsite, breaking limbs and my nephew, you know, he had his 357.
But he said, I was just probably a bear or something like that.
And I'm like, no, dude.
I mean, it's, you can tell.
And at this time, I had no idea what Big Putt was.
I had no idea.
I hadn't even been introduced to anything like that.
But I knew something was up because I'm an avid hunter.
I'm in the woods all the time doing something.
And I knew it was more than one of them.
And you could hear stuff hitting the river and limbs breaking.
But like I said, it was pitch.
I mean, with no lights on and not the fire, you cannot see your hand a centimeter away from your nose.
This is how pitch black it was.
So you didn't really have no light.
and we passed it off as, you know, a bear or cougar or whatever.
Okay, now getting back to what I was going to tell you just now, about two years ago,
I had a camper and I'd go up to our place up there in Helen and camp,
and I'd stay up there two weeks at a time in my little dogs.
One night, it was about two in the morning, my little dog had to potty.
So I took him out of the camper and was standing on the deck,
and he was standing there pottying.
And, I mean, this thing was probably.
probably 100 yards from me.
It sounded like he was right there beside me,
but it started howling and growling sort of at the same time,
and it lasted for over a minute.
I mean, it scared me so bad.
I felt my soul leave my body.
I mean, that's how terrified it was.
And I've been in the woods, like I said, all my life,
I've heard bobcats, cougars, bear, you name it.
I've never, ever heard anything like this.
Well, it scared my dog and he run into the camper and wouldn't come back out.
But it lasted for over a minute, just, I mean, just crazy.
And I told my nephew about it because he and I are the same age.
And we were like, dude, no, it wasn't.
I've heard that.
I've been in a deer stand.
And I've seen two bobcats tied for a battle.
And this was nowhere near what this was.
and I've heard bears and I've heard this and that and the other and that and that's not what it was but I went up to
last year I went to our place up there and I was determined I was told him I said I'm going to get you proof
so I had three trail cameras I got my trail cameras and I went to our place up there and I went fishing
and I got I caught a bunch of brim out of the lake there and I went on the other side of the pond where it's
WMA land nobody goes
And so I went up through there and I strategically put my trail cameras around this one area.
And I put them up as high as I could reach to where, you know, you couldn't be real visible from walking on the ground.
And I took all those fish and there was a dead tree laying there and had broke limbs there were.
And so I just took a brim and I stuck it, just siskabobbed it on to this tree all over it like Christmas ornaments.
And I had all those cameras pointing to that area.
I stayed there for two weeks.
I said, I'm not going to bother it.
I'm not going to check it until I get ready to leave.
Then I'm going to come over and get my cameras and stuff.
Well, two weeks later, before I was going to leave to come home, I got my little boat and
I went across the lake wheel there and I got out and walked up there and I walked up and
I looked and two of my cameras were gone and one of them was turned around backwards facing
the other way away from the fish.
And it had a few pictures of deer, a couple of pictures of bobcats and
raccoons and stuff like that.
But the camera was actually turned around on the, facing the other side of the tree.
And I'm yet to find my other two trail cameras.
I don't have no idea where they went.
But they were, I put them up, like I said, I'm six, four.
And I reached as high as I could and put them on the tree.
You made sure all of them was on pointing to this one area.
Because, you know, I've heard that they can see the ultraviolet ray when the camera takes a picture.
You know, you could, deer, even deer can see it.
Right. I've got pictures of deer looking right at my camera right after a picture.
So I know they can see that light when it blasts.
And I'm planning on another excursion.
I got in touch with my nephew.
And, of course, you know, he thinks I'm loco.
But I told him, I said, man, we need to go.
do another rough picking and go up there on a chattahoochee and uh go go trout fishing and but
we're yet to set another date well brother i'm telling you that i know what i saw uh yes sir
people say i'm crazy uh you know i was i'd heard a lot of stuff about big puts this that
the other and and and i mean honestly dude you got to be skeptical until
you see it with your own eyes, you're skeptical.
Oh, man, you're crazy.
You're on dope.
You're this.
They or that and the other.
But I'm telling you that that day I seen what I saw changed my life forever.
And I haven't found tracks.
I haven't seen any evidence other than that brief moment.
I've seen one up there way up on the upper end of the Chattahoochee River.
in North Georgia. I know what I saw. At that time, I didn't have my, I didn't have my phone.
I couldn't, didn't have access to taking a picture or anything like that. It's just,
I know what I saw and, you know, and then a couple of years later, like said, I seen that
episode of BRB, BRFO on, on the TV and, you know, and they, and they were up there in the
site, well, they were close to where I were at, where I was at. But in the same, same, same in general
area. Now my place that we have in
north Georgia there is
approximately seven miles from the Chattahooch River.
And we go up there a lot. We've been going up there
for 20, we've had it for 25 years. I've been going up there.
Wow. Now I've heard old people talking up there about, you know,
hearing things that, you know, it's a, it's a resort.
And there's people that live in this resort.
old people that's retired.
You know, I mean, you know, I've gotten to know a lot of people that live up there.
I've actually got friends that live up there.
And, you know, talking to them, talking to the older folks, you hear a lot of stuff.
And they talk about it.
And a lot of them know that they're there, but they don't want to talk about it for fear of, you know, people talking about them thinking they're crazy.
You need to get back on their meds, yada, yada.
But if you really sit down with certain people, they'll open up to you and tell you their stories and stuff.
But yeah, we're planning on another trip here soon, I hope.
As soon as the weather cools off a little bit, it's really too hot right now.
Marcus, if you...
But we're going to go up there, man.
If you run into anything else, you can always reach out to me.
My Bigfoot Society at gmail.com email address is right there on screen.
So if you want to make a note of that, you could always reach out, man.
Okay, brother.
I appreciate it.
Yes, sir.
Thank you for sharing what you've got.
Absolutely, man.
Good hunting.
All right.
Great first call from Marcus talking about the upper Chattahoochee River of North Georgia
and his sighting he had there.
Thank you so much, Marcus, for coming on.
Let's reach out to Cliff.
Cliff, are you saying that you've had a encounter in Tennessee?
Oh, here we go.
Let's see if it connects.
Hello?
See if it connects.
Cliff, are you saying that you've had a Bigfoot encounter in Tennessee?
Yeah, I've been getting wrapping on trees here.
This started about three or four weeks ago.
The first time I heard it, it was wrapping on the trees.
Now, I have a friend that's up in Vermont that is familiar with the Bigfoot.
As a matter of fact, she knows one.
She calls him pumpkin because he likes pumpkin.
because he likes pumpkin cream cheese.
And he actually comes up to, you know,
she eats a lot of stuff that she leaves out for him.
And I asked her about this, and she said,
well, normally they would wrap on a tree
to kind of scare you off.
But she said, they might be trying to make contact.
The first time I heard that I went outside with the flashlight,
and I shined it across the street
where I heard this coming from,
and it was a I seen a reflected reflection with the flashlight of red glowing eyes
out in the street and on the side of the probably where where my friend's house
is here it goes up on a hill he has cattle over there and it's a big steep hill and it
went in there and it went but just past a big pine tree turned around and look back
at me again for a few seconds and there again I've seen the red glowing eyes that's
So I googled this.
And it said, pounding on a tree and Red and Bigfoot eyes glow red when you shine a light in it.
So that's the first, that's when I've seen it.
But now for the last, oh, probably two or three weeks, I've been getting pounding on the tree sometimes around 2.40 in the morning or 5 o'clock in the morning.
But every time I go out, it stops.
it's enough to wake me up almost every night and I don't know why they're doing it
Cliff can you share what general area of Tennessee this is in yes needville you said
needville snedville no sneedville S and yeah sneedville we're right across I'm right across
the street from the clinch mountains gotcha the night the night that um I actually seen the
glowing eyes you know with the flashlight I I stayed outside for a while
because I kept trying to see if it would come up to me because it wrapped on a
tree probably eight eight or ten times rip pretty loud and so I stayed out there
even after it disappeared and it was going west from where I am and up the
road some people have horses and I heard the horses like they were scared
and you know had a horses sound when they when they get startled by so i heard the horses up the
street so it must have went by them and scared them because i i heard them all the way over here
that is extremely extremely interesting have you have other people in the same area been having
issues like that as well have you talked to my uh the the one night when uh the second i think was
the second the third night that this was happening um
I went outside and I was looking around and I noticed my neighbor came out.
This was like a three in the morning, between three and four in the morning.
And I seen them turn their porch lights on.
So the next morning when I seen them down close to the property here,
I asked them, I said, did you guys hear anything last night?
And they said, yeah, they heard like a banging,
but they thought it was somebody banging on their fence posts or something.
And she said,
But, yeah, they heard it also, and that's my neighbors next door.
Interesting.
Have you ever had any visuals of anything yet?
No.
The only thing I got to see so far was the glowing eyes in the reflection from the flashlight.
Every time I go out my door, the wrapping stops.
I'm just going to go over here and shut my scanner down.
Yeah, you're good.
Every time I go out my door, I live in a 12 by 32 shed, so I have a door at each end.
And I've tried going out both doors, no matter which end I go out, as soon as I step outside, it stops.
So they're close enough to where they can see me.
I don't know where they're at, though.
I haven't been able to locate them again.
The last time it happened, it was 220 in the morning.
And that was about three days ago.
And my friend, the friend's property who I'm on, he's got a big dog like a sheep dog.
And when this wrapping started, she started barking too.
So the dog is hearing it as well.
Very, very.
Yeah, there's definitely something going on for sure.
Are you hearing any sounds that are out of the ordinary or feel like they don't belong in your area?
Just the wrapping on the trees.
I told my friend about it.
And he said, maybe it's a bear, because we do have bears.
bear here, but I said, bears don't wrap on trees. He's got apple trees and pear trees.
And when they came around, when I first got here, they would just come down. They would
eat the apples down on the ground. They never made no noise. If they do anything, they go up in
a tree and they'll shake it and, you know, try to get the fruit out. But I said, they ain't going
to pound on it. This was loud. The first time I heard it, it sounded like someone was beaten on a tree
with a sledgehammer. It was loud. It was real loud. Wow. It sounds like,
you definitely have me up it was enough to wake me up absolutely you definitely have a situation where
it could continue to get more intense and i would be careful about leaving things outside like
leaving food outside if you know what i mean yeah yeah but man cliff thank you thank you for sharing
that please keep me in mind uh my email's right there on screen you can probably see it and also um
Feel free to pass on my info, my email to your friend in Vermont who has the interaction with the Bigfoot called Pumpkin.
I would love to maybe chat with her for a few minutes too.
But email is Bigfoot Society.
Yeah, well, I don't know if you're familiar, but she's what they call a star seed.
she's been up on board the ships almost 70 times in the last year okay well
the bigfoot um originally came here from off planet and the reptilians and stuff was
using them as slaves to build the pyramids and when when the uh the other good the higher vibe
space people came here and freed them they gave them a choice to either go home or stay here
and they like our planet.
But what people don't know is these creatures are very intelligent.
They can speak.
They know several languages.
And they can also, because she lives, she's in Vermont.
She's almost into the Canadian border.
She's way up in the mountains.
Okay, got you.
Yep, yep.
Okay, she's way up there.
She's like 20 miles from the Canadian border.
and she said because Pumpkin has his clan or whatever you want to call it and she's pretty much known to them
and she said she's actually had five others she said I was up in the old woods one day walking
and I heard something I heard something you know snapping in the branches and she said one big one
stepped out and then another one she said there was five of them total
Wow.
That stepped out and just stood there and kind of nodded their head.
And she said, you know, she said, you know, can I help you?
And they approached her.
And they said, we heard about you, that you're friends with some here.
And we wanted to come and check you out.
She said they came from all different parts of Vermont.
But they actually talked with her.
Was that through telepathy or verbally?
Verbly.
Really?
In English?
Yeah.
Wow.
She said they know several languages.
That's true.
They act like they act like they don't know nothing because the government is trying
to capture them and weaponize them.
So they act like they don't know nothing.
It's incredible.
Yeah, I would love to talk to her.
Yeah, feel free to pass on my info.
Cliff, it's been a pleasure chatting with you tonight.
Thank you for sharing what you're experiencing down there.
I appreciate you coming up, man.
Okay, if you wanted to start watching this lady, she is on TikTok.
Okay.
And her, this is, there's no spaces in this.
It's Friends with Fairies 1-1-1-1.
Friends with Fairies, 11-1-1.
Her real name is April.
And she does broadcast sometimes at night.
Okay, Friends with Fairies, 1-1-1.
Yeah.
All right, I'll check it out.
Thanks, man.
All right, you're welcome.
Perfect.
Have a good night.
All right.
Cliff had some great things to share.
Hey, Ultrascoot.
This is Jeremiah.
Feel free to share what you've been experiencing out there in Oregon, man.
Oh, yeah. So it's pretty much the same area. It's archcape, lower Nehielan River, and then the Phrenowned, like the Highway 47 Bernonia area.
Sorry, was that Arch Cave? Arch Cave.
Oh, Archcape. Oh, I got it. So if you know, if anybody knows anything about seaside, Oregon, you just go south past Canaan Beach. It's a little, it's a little area over there.
I'm a firefighter paramedic, and so I'm always, you know, up.
late at night running calls and happened to run a call out there in Arch Cape and
walking up to this person's house I'm probably about 20 feet away from from the
back of the fire engine and me and another firefighter we're talking about the
call and trying to figure out you know what's going on in the patient and like out
of the woods like I think the east side these sides like towards Tillamook
Forest something something it just starts screaming towards us like it doesn't
doesn't sound like the person sounds a lot louder it doesn't sound like an owl
I look at my firefighter. I was like, you hear that? And he's like, yeah. I was like, all right, let's go inside before whatever that is comes out and starts up. And, you know, we get to see what it actually is. So went into the call. It didn't have any other instances after that. That was the most recent one. I think that was about three and a half, four weeks ago at this point. I think it was about one or two in the morning in Arch Cape.
Oh my goodness. That's very recent, my dude. Wow.
And then I'll send you I'll send your email because I have some audio recordings of the same exact screams that I heard
September 23 it was September 30th
It was actually probably 10 or 11 miles up from seaside and arch cape area it's off the highway 26
off of it's the Henry Ryerson campground number five
It was in it was in that campground it was September 30th about 1 a.m. I'm
I went out there with my dog because we were going to go scout a couple trails, get ready for elk hunting.
That was starting, you know, the following month and everything.
I get out there about 9 o'clock.
I met another group of hunters that were over there.
They were basically doing the same thing I was.
We chit-chatted until about 10.30, 9 o'clock or 10.30, 11 o'clock, and then we decided to go to bed.
Right around 1 a.m. I have a rooftop tent on the top of my vehicle.
So me and my dog, Toby, are up there.
we're sleeping and right around 1 a.m. Toby he's a pit bull not really afraid of anything
he goes hunting in the woods very very nice very smart dog um he wakes up and I'm like
okay it's a little chilly out maybe he's just cold because I mean pit bulls are short hair so I
open up my sleeping bag and he just gets goes towards my feet and sit there and just start shivering
I was like my guy I was like buddy it's not it's not cold what are you doing I was like okay
so I check my phone there's no signal
out in Henry Ryerson, so not really, can't really do anything on my phone to kind of like
lull myself back to sleep. So I'm just sitting there laying down, hands, hands crossed,
trying to go back to bed. And all of a sudden, again, the same exact like yell or scream,
I have a recording of this, I'll send it to you after all this.
Happens for about four to five minutes. It was on the east side of my camp.
And then across the Nahalem River, there was another one.
same exact scream yell same intensity re yelling back at that towards the east side of my
camp so I'm just like oh that's that's weird and you know I was a little startled
but it's one in the morning it's just me and my dog I was like oh I'm not gonna shut
my I'm not gonna shut up my camp I'm just not gonna I'm just not gonna do anything in the
morning so as soon as soon as sun comes up and I make sure that I can get out of there I did
but nothing nothing else really happened that night
Um, in this same area known as like Henry Ryerson campground number five or the
lower in the Halen River. Um, I've had rocks, I've had rocks thrown at me. Um, I've had
things like walk up to the back of my tent and slap the back of my tent while I'm sleeping.
And so yeah, there's just a whole, a whole, uh, like, nest of activity.
So I'm looking on a map right now. Yeah, definitely. Um, I think,
I've talked to a few people, like, down south of that in Tillamook State Forest, but, like, way south. But that's really interesting. So Henry Ryerson, definitely keep that in mind, man. So if you follow lower to Halen River, which is where Henry Ryerson is, that road, lower to Halen River, follows, goes straight to the heart of the Tillamook Forest. And there are tons of logging roads off left and right. Like, if you go and talk to any of the people out there, they say saddle,
which is very near that area just on the other side of the road.
There's a bunch of weird stuff that happens out there because I'm, you know, I, like I said, I'm a fire
proter paramedic and so whenever I transport patients out there, that's usually like all the people that live out there.
I'm saying, hey, you see anything weird in the woods? And a lot of them are like, yeah, we don't mess with it and it doesn't mess with us.
So you are very rare breed, my friend, because you are, uh, it sounds like you're, you're definitely also into Bigfoot as well.
but you got that connection where you're a firefighter paramedic.
That's really, really cool.
Oh, appreciate that.
Wow.
Yeah, if you can send me that stuff through the email I have on screen here,
it would be great to have your contact.
Yeah.
So the audio is going to be from Henry Ryerson.
You'll have to put on your headphones if you're listening to it.
Okay.
Because it's me moving around in my sleeping bag,
and then you'll hear the yelling.
back and forth. And then I'll send you
a little footprint
from like a Class A sighting I had
like three or four years
prior around
the Vernonia Stub-Steward area.
And I was leaving
Stub-Steward after I'm using
because I was working out there
and I went into the Stub-Stewart
state park because I know they have bathrooms
open 24-7, stopped, went to the bathroom
and as I'm heading back towards Portland where I live,
I see
like I shine probably about eight feet up and I was like oh that's kind of that's
kind of tall to be a raccoon that's a it's an awfully big raccoon and then I see like
two eyes I see and then I see like whatever it is turn its head and this one
I only see one eye and then I see two eyes again and there's like two sets of
eyes so whatever if there was two of whatever I saw they were looking back past like
back away from Stub Stewart State Park like kind of saying like hey there's
something here and kind of like
telling whatever was coming to wait before we passed.
My new girlfriend at the time saw it and she freaked out.
And then so I went back.
I went back the next day and whereabouts I saw the head of these,
the or the eye shine, which was, which was like your last guy was saying.
It was like, um, it wasn't red.
It was like an orange, just amberish yellow more than anything.
Um, and yeah, you saw it went and I saw it.
Oh, hey, look.
There is the like the five toes and like the.
whatever the whatever the little little front pad of the foot is called I
wasn't able to cast it because it was in like some like really soft mud but I was
like oh that's that's cool so I took a photo and then just been sitting on all
this evidence and oh my goodness have you ever gotten up to Reneer Oregon area yeah
have you gone and looked out looked looked looked around in in the woods out
at all yeah nothing I mean I haven't had anything experience over there I
So like I said, I work in like the Clatsup, Clatsup County, which encompasses Clatsup Forest off of like 202, Highway 26. And then parts of like Highway 4 up in like Pacific County in Washington. A bunch of sightings and a bunch of like just personal reports from people that I've talked to out there. Because again, like all a lot of these people are just older and they're loggers or they've been hunting out in the same area for, you know, 30, 40 years.
Um, there was a patient I had out in Brinonia actually.
She, um, she had, she was actually super fun.
We'd, uh, we'd have to go to her a few, you know, a few times a month, but she was a very level headed down to earth.
Um, you know, I asked her the same questions.
Yeah, have you ever seen Bigfoot out here?
Cause it's an hour and a half transport to the hospital.
And she goes, oh yeah, he, like my barn is 100 yards away from my front door and it's screaming
all the time out there.
And I was like, oh, do you go and look at it?
She goes, no, I'm not dumb.
And I was like, all right, fair question.
That makes sense.
If you ever come back here, I'll put my contact info in there.
So if you ever go back there, I can show you.
If you ever come back to this area, I can meet you.
I can show you all the areas that I'm telling you about or that I'm talking about.
Wow.
So last year, or actually this last August, July, I was in the Willam.
at National Forest down in Oak Ridge for like a week and uh may I was like maybe I'll get to
travel other places it's like no dude like I was I was stuck in that town because there was so
much going on in that that small town it was wild I mean okay I sound kind of like a movie villain
but a bunch of my a bunch of my shift mates because we do 4896s and so a bunch of both
really in outdoors and we like to like to go hiking and camping stuff like that
and so the last this this year I'm choosing where we get to go and I'm choosing
okraud to Oregon yes yeah I'm not telling them why I'm choosing it but so I
bought a nice like Sony like a Sony 4k camera cost me like 3,500 bucks it's
supposed to be like one of the best ones for like low for like for like
like video stabilization and like low light recording.
So who knows?
We'll be out there for about five days.
So please keep my, well,
you'll have my email because you're going to send this stuff.
But I really want to hear if anything happens because,
yeah, there's there was stuff that happened big time out there.
There were sightings.
There was audio captured.
It was yeah.
I'll also send you.
So I also have a.
couple audio recorders and I'm kind of, I have a 3D printer, so I'm kind of fabbing up.
Fabbing up something to where I can stick my audio recorder onto a 60,000 million
ant battery, which means I can record up to 100 days like continuously for 24 hours.
I'd have to go up. Oh, wow.
I just have to go up once a week to replace the SD card because that's the only limit to my,
that's the only limit to these recording devices right now. So I'll anything I find, I'll send you,
I'll send you over the audio files
and then I'll send you any evidence that I have
if you or after all this.
And you use
on X I would imagine. Oh yeah.
So you like Mark, yeah, yeah.
That's very helpful. I use that myself.
So I figured you already
did that though.
Oh yeah. I yeah.
Yeah.
Boy, I'll send you all that stuff via email.
And if you have any other questions, just feel free to ask.
And yeah, just let me know.
Because I live in the Portland area.
So if you need any other directions,
of any other places. Just let me know.
All right, dude. Yeah, definitely reach out. Thank you so much, man.
All right. Have a good day, bud. Bye.
Later.
That was amazing. What a great short interview.
Let's see if, thank you for coming up, Ultra School.
Hey, Lori, how's it going?
Hi. Hi.
Good. It sounds like you've had an interesting thing happen in the Howl Island area of Missouri.
Is that correct?
Right. That's in Chesterfield, Missouri. It's West
West St. Louis County. It's on the Missouri River.
Yeah, I would love to hear about that if you wouldn't mind sharing.
Sure. I took them into the park. It's a park. It's an island that's in the Missouri River.
And it's been turned over to the state for a state park.
Years ago, it was owned by an old man. And my husband, as a boy, used to go there.
and hunt it's full of wildlife boar a lot of wild boars on there deer so it's a perfect perfect place for bigfoot
so we drove in parked and you go across the causeway and then you walk a trail and we were walking the trail
and we were probably between a half and three quarters of a mile from the parking area and we were walking on this trail and you know I
stopped suddenly because I knew, without a doubt, that we were being looked at.
And I just had the sense that my hair on my arm was standing on in,
and I thought a conservation agent was spying on us.
So I'm kind of looking around to see if I can see this conservation agent.
And up ahead of us, maybe 20 yards ahead, the path forward.
And in between the two forks there was this weed grown.
It's an herb and it kind of looks like bamboo.
And it was growing there and I looked and down low to the ground was this face and the bamboo looking right at us.
And the eyes and my eyes made contact and I looked at it and it looked at me.
And at first I thought it was a human being because it was so human looking in the face.
But then I noticed the skin was a really, really strange color.
And it was a very large face.
And then I noticed that it had a really long nose.
I think the word is Aquilian or kind of like a Roman nose, a real long nose.
And it had a gash going across the top of the nose, a terrible gash.
And the nose was pushed over to the facing me.
It was pushed over to the right.
side. So it would have been like on the left side of it, I guess. It looked like it had running to the
side of a truck or something. It was smashed over. And I could tell that it had two black eyes.
And I thought, you know, that's got a herd. And then all of a sudden it just hit me. This is not a
human being I'm looking at. And I got really scared because I'm, like I said, at least a half a
mile from my truck. I'm with two really small kids. My son was about four and my daughter was six.
And I thought, I'm out here. I'm not armed. My kids are small. What am I going to do?
So I said, turn around. We're going back to the truck now. And they're like, what? You know,
I said, turn around and start marching. We're going back to the truck. And it got up and stood up and
walked out into the path. And I'm looking at this thing.
And I'm thinking, and it just sounds crazy now, but I'm thinking, okay, I'm sizing this thing up because I figure, okay, I'm going to have to take this thing on.
I've got my two small kids here.
I'm going to have to take on this thing.
And I'm measuring it up.
And I figured if I went up, ran up to it, and threw my arms around it, I would come to its, the top of my head would come to its solar plexus.
And I'm five nine.
So this thing was probably seven feet tall.
is what I'm thinking.
And it stood there and its arms were out of its side
and it was kind of doing that
flex thing, I think you call it.
You know, kind of taking its arms
and going like this, you know, in and out.
And I go, turn around on March.
Come on, let's go, let's go, let's go, move, move.
And they're really confused.
You know, they might have been a little older.
He was maybe five or six and she's,
so she would have been about eight.
Because we turn around, we start heading back
and my daughter goes,
Mama, look. Mama, look. And I said, I don't want to look. You just call him. Let's go. She was, but look, look, Mama, look. I said, yeah, I see it. I see it. It didn't seem to want anything to do with us. Now, I saw it, but I didn't see any boobs. I didn't see anything. I could not tell if it was a male or female. But looking back on it, I kind of got the impression that it was a female. And I don't, I can't really tell you why. But the way it was looking at my kids, it seemed to be interested in my kids, which,
really scared me. So that was it. It went and continued across the path and down into the
woods, which was really swampy, because it's right in the middle of the Missouri River. And,
excuse me, it disappeared into the brush. And we went home, we were all excited and their
father was there. And we went in and said, we saw a bigfoot. We saw a bigfoot. He's like,
I've hunted that island as a kid. There's no bigfoot.
there. No, you didn't see a bigfoot. You saw something. Maybe a bear. Bears are moving back in. No, no, this was a
bigfoot. No, no, you didn't. So two or three nights later, six o'clock news comes on and he's sitting there
and the news reporter, St. Louis News report, Channel 2 said, reporting's of Bigfoot being cited on
Howell Island in Chesterfield County. Boy, his mouth dropped open and he said, well, I'll be being. Yep.
What year is this again?
Um, and the reason I was there was because I was having heart surgery the next day.
And it was going to be really risk.
What?
We had married and no.
It was um, we got, had kick.
Jake was 99.
So this was 2008 maybe 2006, 2008 somewhere back in there.
Okay.
And I've been a little earlier.
I can't remember right now.
Yeah, so I wanted to have a really good memory with my kids because of, you know,
I didn't know what the next day was going to bring.
I got it.
Wow.
We went back later, and I wanted to show my husband where this thing was.
And where that fork is and those bamboo-type rushes.
were laying there. They were all smashed down. And I said, that's where it was. It was close to the ground. I said, I think it was laying in those weeds. And we disturbed it because it was so close to the ground when we saw it. And he's looking at the deer do that. Deer lay down. And I said, yeah, but we didn't see a deer. We saw this. And this is where it is. And this is all smashed down. So then my son starts, wait at him saying, look at this. And there were footprints.
And they were huge, and they were really huge.
And I remember that it was like in late February,
because we were having really nice weather for the time of the year.
But, you know, when you step on the ground, it was still cold enough.
You did not leave any kind of track.
None of us did.
But my husband with his boots on me with my boots on, no tracks.
But these things were smashed down into the dirt.
It was heavy enough that it was leaving these.
tracks and we figured they were probably 14 inches long we were looking at
them and I felt okay we got to come back here with some plaster and make a cast
of these because nobody's going to leave the size of these prints so we went
home after that and that night it rained so heavy and I thought those those
are and then the causeway to the island you know went over so we weren't able to
go back for you know probably a month or so and I haven't been back
once or twice since then.
How much of it would you say it was covered with hair?
All of it, except for its face.
Okay.
It's face.
And it was a different, the skin was kind of a, I say it's like army khaki color skin.
Kind of a greenish-gray skin.
And it had a long, it didn't have a monkey nose or white,
We didn't have that all.
It had a long, thin nose coming down its face.
Didn't have a mustache, didn't have a beard.
Not that I could see.
The face was bare, but that's the only bare part I saw on it.
That is so unique.
Do you remember any details about the mouth at all, or did you see any teeth?
It had a wide mouth, but the lips were thin, long, wide, thin mouth, very human-loan.
human looking. Didn't see any teeth.
Any emotions like
aggressive or like teeth being
bare or anything I thought? No, no
teeth being bare, but when it stood up from its down,
low position, it was only a couple inches off the
ground. And I had turned around with the kids
because I thought, well, they haven't seen the face yet. I don't
want them to see this. And we started walking back
and my daughter turned around and it was in the middle
of the path looking at us its arms down but kind of flexing its arms i mean it was just standing there
clear as well and um besides for its arms moving it was just not moving at all no aggression on its
face no no no no um what kind of head shape did it have um i i'm trying to trying to remember
It didn't have, I've seen pictures of big foot that have those mischapen heads with a knot in the bath.
This did not have that.
This was so very human looking besides for the hair covering it and being extremely large.
I mean, the arms were as big as my size.
You know, it was huge.
The legs were like tree trunks.
So it was really massive.
It's chest.
and, you know, its torso was like a barrel, like a huge barrel with these three trunks coming out of it.
And just a normal, normal, it had hair on it so I couldn't see the neck.
And I, you know, if it had ears, I couldn't see those.
I don't remember any ears.
Did you get a good look at the eyes at all?
I saw the eyes when I first made contact and it was on the ground.
and that's what made me think it was a human being at first
is the eyes looking right into my eyes.
I mean, we were looking right at each other.
And they were big, but they were human-looking eyes.
Were there any whites to the eyes at all, or was it all just one color?
Yeah.
No, no, they were.
But I believe there was whites.
I thought it was a person at first.
Roger's got a good question.
Were the hands similar to ours, or did you notice any differences?
When I'm thinking back, it would stand in there.
That's the only time I saw its hands and its feet.
They looked, I mean, he had, I would say he had five digits.
And everything was extremely large compared to our, you know, skinny little fingers.
but um hair on the back of the hands
yep
yeah
when I think back on it
my main thought back then
in confronting the thing was
you know my God I'm going to have to fight this thing
I'm going to have to protect my kids
I don't have a chance against this thing
I can maybe
fight it off for a couple seconds
while my kids run
but will they run no my kids aren't going to run
They're not going to leave me.
I mean, if I could hand my daughter my car keys, have her run back to the truck.
What good is that going to do?
She's not going to be able to do anything.
All this stuff in nanoseconds is rushing through my mind thinking, how am I going to keep this thing away from my children?
Right.
Wow.
Oh, man.
That is just all that I was thinking about is, how am I going to take this thing on?
And I don't know if it knew what I was thinking, but it didn't show any of it.
aggression. It didn't, it just walked off. It probably knew you were one that it was not going to
mess with. Another question about the hands from the comments, the palm of the hand, was it a longer
palm or kind of the same way our hands were set up? The arms were long. I noticed that the arms
were longer than like ours are. I remember that. But I was so,
scared and so worried about my kids that I wasn't constant I just wanted to get away that's all I wanted
oh I totally I totally get it that's really man that's that's interesting have you ever reached out
to Miguel from Sasquatch Theory no he is a gentleman who he focuses primarily on encounters from
Missouri he's it he's a guy down there but uh check out his YouTube channel and I believe his
contact is on there but um uh he is yeah he's the he's pretty much the missouri guy but uh thank
you so much for hopping on he's a younger guy yep yep yeah yeah i think i did talk to him he was
asking me about it and i told him but you never really went anywhere with it i never got back to
i i had several heart surgeries and i i just haven't followed through with you know you understand yeah
Thank you so much for hopping on and for sharing about that area.
It's definitely one I'll be remembering from here on out.
So I appreciate it.
Great. Great. Thank you. Good night now.
You too. Wow. What a, that was such an interesting story from an area that I have not really heard of just outside of St. Louis.
Hey, this is your mind.
Have you had a big encounter you like to share?
Sure.
All right ahead.
Okay.
So let me just turn on my camera.
real quick. You can see I'm like I'm like a real person on a
article. Hello everyone. Hello. So the one Bigfoot
encounter that I've actually had, it came out of Decatur
Texas. I don't know if you're familiar with that area. There is a
huge section of public property. It's called the LBJ National
Grasslands. And on this property,
like there's homes on the properties, you know, throughout, just, you know, the farmers that take care of and manage the land around it.
Well, we were driving through and we were, you know, doing some scouting for deer and we're hunting.
And we came across blood.
And as we were trailing this blood, we didn't know what it belonged to.
We were just like, hey, there's blood on the ground.
You know, it's obviously, it's a tracker's instinct that, you know, just see what happened.
Well, we come down this trail and into this clearing and there was like calf prints, like a small, like a small cow, calf.
And you could see where there was only like that big, it wasn't a full-grown calf.
And growing up in the deer was growing up in the country, I know what I'm looking at when I see fur.
I know what kind of fur belongs to what kind of animal.
One second.
Yes?
Come on live, yes.
Okay.
So I seen the fur on the ground, and I can tell that something had gotten a hold of this baby calf.
I could tell.
I figured, coy, bobcat, the typical stuff, right?
And it's just cow got separated from his mom.
Well, I'm walking down the trail and I stop.
And I'm looking around at this stuff.
And my buddy, Patrick that was with me, he said, don't move.
Don't move and don't move.
Like, I thought he meant snake, right?
And he said, look right down at your feet.
And I looked down and that track right there was right under my feet.
And I looked down and I just kind of froze for a second.
And I looked at it.
And I'm like, what was that?
And then I looked up and above me higher than I could reach.
I'm six foot tall.
And higher than I could reach, the branches kind of went together like that over these
and they were dangling like this.
Something had to walk through it.
You know, like when at waist high, it's like human or deer, something like,
but up here, there's no reason for the tips of these branches to be all dangling like that.
And I looked at that and I looked down at that, that track there,
and my buddy Patrick with me and I just started shaking my head.
I was like, don't, don't play with me, dude.
This isn't, I don't even want to talk about that.
I don't believe in that, you know, whatever.
Well, we left that area and we went right up the head.
hill toward this farmer's house and we were going to ask him about it I took the
picture I wanted to ask him about it and he was out there chopping wood old
guy probably in his 80s right set late 70s early 80s and I asked him you know
hey how you do you know how much get for quarter wood blah blah blah blah blah
so um I asked him I said hey have you ever seen anything out here you know you're
missing a calf you know you notice anything kind of strange going on he just kind of
looked at me he's like what are you getting at you tell me I showed him the
picture and he kind of looked at it and he looked up at me and you just kind of
to start shaking his head and he said yeah he said they're here he said we've got squashes here
and i said you got you've seen Sasquatch and he said i've seen five or six seven i don't know
if they're all different he told me he said when i now he had lived there his whole life right he said
when he was in his 50s he said it was the last he has three fields and the very furthest back
field he said he was out plowing it one day and he said he's seen something stand up on the tree
line and when he stood up he looked at it through binoculars and he said it looked like
looked like someone was carrying a backpack, like a big,
and then all of a sudden he seen the backpack drop off of the,
I guess it was like a mama carrying her young one on her back or something.
And it looked like, you know, a little one was being let down.
And he kind of stopped and it startled him.
He said it startled him, but then he looked right up into the trees
and he said this, the biggest creature he'd ever seen.
And he said it had bright yellow eyes.
He said it was like it's peering into his soul.
And he's telling me this.
And I'm like, I'm telling Patrick, I'm like he's embellishing this, right?
Like he's just like, he's winding us up, basically.
But this man is 80 years old.
He got no reason to lie to me, you know, over something like that.
And he said since that time, and this was, you know, 20, 30 years, he said he's never plowed that field again.
He stays away from him.
He doesn't go back there.
He didn't go past the second field.
And I'm thinking, this is this man's land, you know, this is kind of crazy.
Well, having a firsthand experience with this footprint and the tree limbs and putting two and two together, he told me something that was really kind of.
strange and why he thought this, I don't know, but he felt like, to some degree, these squashes,
he kept calling squashes, but he said to some degree, he believes that these squashes were using
like coyotes or the mountain lions or the cougars or whatever as like how I kind of like
how we use hunting dogs, right?
They would let them go in and make the killing, they would go in and scoop it up, like cohabitation
or whatever.
And he said he only believes this because they found a, I guess the TPWD, the Texas Park
a wildlife development or whatever came out on it was land and did a survey and they found this
kind of what we would call a cave i guess but it was more just like a hollowed out area of you know
the backside of its creek and they walked in there and there was bones from cows and dogs and
all kinds of crazy shit like where something had been taken to a specific spot to eat coyotes don't
do that mountain lines do not do that they do not take their all of their prey to a specific spot they
leave it where they leave it where they're eating it all of them do uh they don't go back to their
den with it they don't do that um
And, you know, hearing that from this man and seeing this footprint, right, and seeing the trees and all that, and knowing that this calf had met an end, like you could see, like, there was definitely a tussle with this thing. You know what I mean? And I guess after that time, I kind of had to go based on evidence that I, I haven't seen a squatch. I've spent a lot of time in the woods since I was a young kid hunting and blinds. I think you see things all the time when you're out there hunting. I've never directly seen a saskatch.
But I've seen this that I know was legit.
And blood is looked like a massacre, right?
There's blood everywhere.
And a firsthand witness that lived literally, I could hit his house with a rock.
You know what I mean?
He lived right up to the way from there.
So, and I got to take the word of somebody who's there all the time.
You know what I mean?
Oh, absolutely.
There was a really good question from Squatchen Howard.
Was it dripped blood or something being dragged?
It looked like something had, I don't know.
It wasn't like your typical where, like if a mountain lion grabs it by the neck or if a coyote like pulls it and they start ripping it apart from different directions, it wasn't like that.
The calf, you could see where it's hoofs that like slid in the mud as if it was trying to make sharp turns and the hair.
That's what was so weird about it because cows don't have long hair, but the hair, it looked like the hide had been ripped from it because there was his hair everywhere.
And it, coyotes don't do that.
Bobcats don't do that.
Mountain lines don't do that.
And that's another, the blood was so in piles.
It was like big pools as if it was laid there and like maybe pressed or, you know, grabbed or something was squeezing it out of it.
It wasn't like it was like, you know, if you've ever seen blood splatter from like a crime scene, it kind of looks that way when coyotes get a hold of it.
It's just everywhere.
Damn, in the trees, it's all over the rocks everywhere.
And it's all spread out.
This was big piles of blood.
and you know
the one thing that this
old man told me about the yellow eyes
when he said it there was such a profoundness
in his voice like he you can tell
he shook him up like even 30 years later
he still remembers it like if it was
like so
burned into his memory and he said the thing
he said that thing was looking right at me
he said he's like he can see him into my
tractor he said I was 100 yards away
he said but you know when I seen
whatever that was stand up
he said it looked like a human it looked like a big human and was carrying a backpack and then all of a sudden the backpack dropped and he could tell that the backpack started moving you know there's like a little one on his mama's back and which makes sense i mean little details like that people that in my estimation people that see something like that can't make up those fine details like that you know what you mean they're not they're not they're not quick enough to think oh i can just throw that in there's just something that's just truth hasn't been a bit of exactly you know what i mean so boy the yellow obvious
I don't know
myth or folklore.
The only thing I've ever heard about
like yellow eyes is like werewolf, right?
I've heard yellow eyes for werewolves or whatever.
But Bigfoot's,
they're pretty common here in Texas,
like the thought of them, right?
People talk about it.
It's not like, you know,
it's not like taboo to talk about.
You hear about it all the time.
But for me personally,
37 years old,
I've hunted every year of my life.
I've never seen it.
I've never seen a Bigfoot.
But this, this was on the trail.
This footprint was
on the trail where that cap had been slaughtered. It was on the trail. Like where the trail goes,
it opens up into a meadow. This was less than 10 yards from where that first pool of blood was.
Is it area by a big river? His property, the guys that's right up the hill from there, like literally
hit with the rock, you can see it from there, has a big creek that runs through it and there's
ponds all over the property. There's six or eight different big bodies of water, you know, lots of
oil rigs out there and stuff, you know, stuff like that.
Thanks for coming up, dude.
Bye-bye.
If you've had a Bigfoot encounter of your own, I would love to hear from you.
You can send me an email with your encounter at Bigfoot Society at gmail.com.
I've come out with a free report about the top 10 Bigfoot hotspots.
You can go over to bit.ly forward slash BFS report.
I'm Jeremiah Byron. Thanks for listening to Bigfoot Society, and I'll see you in the woods.
