Thank you. Hey, Laura, how are you? Hi, is anyone there? Yes, I'm here. How are you? Good. How are you done? You look great.

I'm doing well. Thank you. The Mexico's hot today, but then we had some cloud coverage. I bet it's hot out there. I had an encounter. Feel free to share what your experience was. Okay, and I'm sorry about the lag. In Rue-A-Dosso, it's 70 miles away from Roswell, where I'm from, the mountains aren't thick mountains like other places.

I went to West Virginia after. We would go to Roodoso every year, and so we would scout those woods. I never heard or saw anything weird while horses was the most that we saw. Didn't hear anything. And then I go to West Virginia. The woods there, that's a forest. Those are woods. You can't see past five feet if the sun is not out.

It gets dark because there's a canopy and all. I mean, it's just completely different. and what I didn't really see them but I could smell it I could feel it and then I heard them three of them now I'm the only one out of eight of us walking through the you know the dense forest that even they kept saying why are you what's wrong why do you keep stopping it I'm like do you not smell that nobody smells that like they're like they always thought it was weird anyway I hear them and and there's no way a dog or a human could have made this sound these sounds you felt them in your bones you felt them in your teeth when

they were like communicating with each other kind of like it was it was almost like a triangulation if you listened to where one was and they were speaking to the other I mean they were having a conversation about us and then the tone changed when I looked at it I thought I saw something move so I look and again it's hard to see in those things because they're so thick but I did I was hyper aware at that point and I looked because I was looking everywhere well I thought you know what there's one place I haven't looked up and tied so I did and sure enough the whole tone of

theirs changed like there's a bunch of them they don't see us but this one does I just felt that in my my my being but the sound they made was so loud and so it was like it was like you know their their call you've heard it like layered like like there was more than one voice. Only one being, but the voice was so deep and so guttural, and you felt it in your bones. And I mean, he made a sound, or she, a sound for 45 seconds, and it never wavered.

And it shook trees even. I mean, it was just crazy. I don't know how close they were to us, but I could feel them. Before I could, I smelt them, and then I felt them. Was it like a how old? They saw us way before I even saw them. And it scared the heck out of me. Yes, yes.

And when I say how, I don't mean like a dog how, I mean like this guttural. I can't think a human can even produce that sound. I don't know of anything that could produce that sound except a Sasquatch. In Washington, I heard them too. I'm telling you, you can't, you cannot, you cannot make that sound because you feel it in your whole body. whole body, you feel it in your being. They're supernatural for sure. They'll disappear.

They can do that at will. What did it smell like? Rotting death and meat. Just rotten like it hadn't bathed when it had stuff, stuff in its teeth. Like, I don't know. It's something you

just will never, ever forget. I've worked in hospitals. I've smelled that kind of death. This is completely different, but that is nothing compared to how you feel. My face had goosebumps on it. My hair must have been sticking up from the goosebumps. And I don't get goosebumps, you know, I get them for emotional things. I don't get them from supernatural things.

Nothing scares me. I've been around at all. Nothing scares me anymore. That scared me. And I had heard in the Appalachians, even, that if, the closer they sound, the further away they are. But the further away they sound, the closer they really are to you. Now, the way the guy, or the way that one of them and all of them made that sound, bro, I'm telling you, that scared me more than, and they were just communicating.

I figured out they're just communicating, but oh, man, I wanted to run. Can you share the general area of West Virginia that happened in? Yes, sir. We were in Beckley, West Virginia, and we just went to the woodkins of woods or everywhere. around the houses and we just went maybe a mile away from the houses into the woods we didn't do it again I can promise you at least I didn't and then and then they decided they're like okay let's tell our mom and dad let's tell everybody to you know tell the parents and see what happens where they just laughed like you know whatever then I decided I was mad I walked out

where they go right to the woods and I look over and I just see this I I'm telling you. The woods are weird there. What year was that again? I'm going to say, I think it was the centennial like 76, 77, maybe 78. Oh, wow. Okay. 78. When did urban cowboy come out that year? I think that was 78, 80, somewhere around there.

I was a kid. I was a kid. I'm almost 60 down. Cool, cool, cool. And have you experienced anything else since then? Yes. As a matter of fact, because we did go into the woods again and they convinced me and that time I saw a dog man And they did not see it again. They didn't feel it. They didn't see it. They didn't know they smell it

Nothing. I thought oh here they're back. We're going into their territory and they're going to be mad this time they're gonna get us No, no, no, I look over and there's nine-foot dog man just I didn't look like a werewolf like like I'd seen movies that didn't that to me. It said dog man and it looked to me and it cracked its head like you see me? Yeah, I freaking see, although my cousins and my brothers and sisters, once again, did not. Same area. It was the same area, which just confused. It confused me as a child, but it really confuses me now because I've never heard anyone say anything like this, and I'm not making it up. Absolutely. I've heard that I know a few areas where they kind of live close to each other, but they keep separate. But that's really interesting.

Looking back, it's kind of cool, but man, at the time, I think I didn't sleep with the light off. Probably, well, until I was a teenager, and I thought, I can't act like this anymore. They're not going to come get me. I just know, I just have this feeling that if I went back there, they know me by my scent and say, hey, she's back. She saw us. She knows us. Like, you know what I mean? Is that good?

Is that bad? Am I tell anybody? Are they going to kill me? Are they going to say, hey, come see us, and we'll tell you about how, you know what I mean? Like, the brain goes so many ways when you're that. And nothing scares me. Nothing, but that scared me. And they could disappear.

Well, that scared me because that dog man just dissipated. Oh, you saw it just disappear. Just disappear. I've never seen me. I thought there was magic going on. I was like, what in the world? Again, though, I'm like 10, 11, and I was smart, a smart general, but it scared me to the core. It scares me to talk about it, like they'll find me.

Have you heard of other people having experiences like that in the same area? By Beckley's, especially, yes, sir, I have. Really? My cousins, they're kind of asleep in the Matrix, so they don't really notice things. But a couple of them that had friends that were like me and said, no, they're there. Okay. But I don't think they want to hurt us. I don't think they want to hurt us. Isn't there a new national park around there?

I believe there is. And that really confuses me. Because these people know when and they live there, boy, they know. They freaking know. So what are they doing? Like, you want people to see them? Do you want people to be taken away? I mean, what?

Their tactics is not working otherwise to kill us all? I don't know. I don't know. I mean, it makes you wonder like, you set up something like that. Wow. Yeah, New River Gorge National Park. It's way too close, brother. Way too close. Well, Alara, I thank you for coming up and sharing your experiences. I hope that you are at a place where you're able to, can you go in the woods now or do you keep away from the woods after that?

So let's see if anyone heard that. There's a little delay. Yeah, dude, the Midwest is going to be rough in starting Sunday. Holy mackerel. Yeah, yeah. We're kind of prepping for it right now. absolutely I mean what

it's supposed to get up to like 110 heat index I think yeah it should be a good time yeah absolutely dude I think I think we kind of figure this out I was kind of going off

of mysteries unknown and how he does it and it looks like this is going to work did you just just curious did you have any Bigfoot activity down there or just giving a call in because I asked actually uh both i guess really awesome yeah feel free to share what you're what you got going on there

yeah so i live um you mentioned uh the saskatch story guys and um i haven't uh i haven't met them but uh i know uh several people who have found pretty close with some people that do some nearby uh some nearby stuff maybe you've heard of uh the guy with the green houses. Yes. I've heard, yeah, I've actually, oh, who did I talk to? Man, this is a while back, but I've heard that story. Yeah, are you involved with that guy?

Yeah, you probably heard from maybe Mike Scott. Yes, that was the guy. Yep. Yeah. Yeah, so I, yeah, I know those guys very well. And they actually had, they brought me full. circle from from kind of not even not even understanding that how how such a thing could be possible let alone let alone real um i was i was running like a small store just a few towns north of that

and uh and they had just come up to visit me and hang out for a while and at the time um high strangeness for me was just was just fun you know um i didn't really even didn't really think I could believe in paranormal things really. I never, you know, not really that I to my knowledge had experience with it. So they came up to visit me and we were just hanging out and talking and they started, they started telling me about this strange activity nearby, well, not nearby, but at their place. and I thought at first they were just messing with me. I thought they were just, they're great people.

They're funny to me. They definitely would play a joke on me for fun. But after a while, they kept talking, and I'm thinking to myself like, okay, joke feels kind of, kind of over. And they're like, well, that's because we're not joking. Um, they had told me, uh, several, I mean, several experiences, uh, that are kind of ongoing, I guess, you could say. Um, after I, after I kind of realized that they weren't messing with me and they weren't playing a joke and wasn't necessarily funny anyway. Uh, I got obsessed. I started watching. I found your channel. I found your channel. I found. I found the Sasquatch Theory channel.

And I could not stop watching. And honestly, I still can't stop watching. Thank you. Probably maybe a week. A week afterward, I was, after they had came and talked to me. I was super curious. I couldn't get anything out of my mind. And it was just all I could think of.

So this is going to sound crazy. And I don't know if anyone believes me when I even say this, but I walked out my front door and I live near a lake. I was on a lake, actually. And on the other side of my road is a large wooded field. So I walked out to my mailbox. I stood there for about five minutes just staring into the dark. I couldn't really tell you why.

I just was staring. And I had the oddest feeling. It wasn't bad. I didn't feel scared necessarily, more anxious, I guess. And I looked across the super dark other side of the road. And I just said, is that you? And when I did not a second pass and a tree knock rang through what felt like my head, my neighborhood, I was surprised and no one else could hear it if they could.

I immediately was super scared. I was like, I messed up. I don't know what I'm getting myself into. Basically, I'm an army veteran. And so not everything scares me, but I straight ran the 30 feet back into my house. That was my very first experience. After that, it just up until now even, nothing I can pinpoint, nothing, you know, no visual sighting. But lots of, lots of like grunts as a lot of.

I walk around, I guess you could say glugs, as I walk around the lake for just your, you know, regular exercise. And so, you know, that's just my, my little beginning. But it just kind of brings the question for me at least. When you start looking for them, do they start looking back? I think when, yes, it's kind of like the story everyone shares is when you get that new car and you're focused on it, you're going to start seeing all the other cars that are the same model, right? You start focusing and then, yeah, you're going to notice, oh, that's kind of a weird wood knock or the tree got pushed over or it smells weird around here. Or, hey, this story I heard happened five minutes away from my house.

And so are you from like, and we don't have to get super specific, but it's like south of St. Louis, like that weird area? Yep. Yeah, that area is crazy. I mean, what, like, is it St. Francois County? I've heard some stuff from there. I mean, you've got Mark Twain and all that crazy stuff. So, yeah.

Mark Twain is pretty busy. Yeah. So is it a thing where you are actively going out and trying to look for stuff, or you're just kind of noticing stuff around maybe your property? A little bit of both. When I have time, I go out. I spend a lot of time with those guys down south as well. So, you know, it's a mix of both.

Gotcha. Gotcha. And just curious because, you know, you've heard the stories too. So when you talk about the things that are happening at the greenhouse property, Is there one experience or story associated with that that sticks out that you might be able to share? Yeah. I mean, I don't want to tell all of their stories. I'm sure that at some point they want to talk to you as well.

But probably the very first one from the guy when he told me, his first sighting. It wasn't, it was a full on, I think you guys call him a class A encounter. He was working out in his greenhouse. It was paying no attention, I guess, to basically anything else. I don't know exactly what he was doing, but I guess he walked out and something maybe whistled at him.

He looked up and I guess something, you know, maybe nine, eight or nine foot is what he said. I can't remember exactly. Step out of the wood line, looked, looked him dead in the eyes and whored at him. And then turned around and walked away. He ran inside, obviously. And he's not a small guy. He's not a small guy by him. He ran inside and was almost couch-ridden for a couple of weeks, it seemed like.

Wow. Oh, my goodness, yeah. And he has experience with another type as well that does sometimes mess with his greenhouse. It's definitely damaged his greenhouse, and that's as far as I'll say for that. Right. Some things aren't so friendly. No, I totally get it. You need to have your wits about you and be aware of what's going on out there. Because sometimes it can be super friendly.

Sometimes you just, you got to be ready for anything. So, man, I appreciate you coming out and thank you for helping me test to make sure that this is running. I'm just trying to see if I can do the call-in show, and it sounds like it worked. And so were you calling in with the Bigfoot story you've got? Yes. Yes. I really was shaken by it. I don't know what questions you have. Let's start with if you want to, you know, share your experience, how it started out. if you feel comfortable with sharing the area of the country or in the time frame and all that good stuff.

Sure. It happened about two or three years ago. At the time, I was teaching kindergarten and I'm retired now. And I usually take Route 60 East, you know, because it's right in front of my house into Charleston. It's about a 35-minute ride. And then you have a 13-minute ride from where I live to any kind of. town, you know, I called, you're in the woods kind of, it's kind of out. And I was heading up a hill, and it was really dark, and this big foot came out of nowhere.

And I had never, he was brownish collar, reddish, brownish, and he was running towards my car. And he was like in the stripes in the middle of the road. He was chasing something. And he got really close to my car. and I mean just right there I just I had a really good look at him and he looked very

he was tired he was chasing something maybe a deer and he couldn't catch it and my car was in the way so he started running down and the middle of the road towards my car but he didn't touch me

I just got a really good look and I was startled by the time I got to work and just sat there I went to work early to get things done in the classroom and I couldn't get anything done because I couldn't believe what I had seen you know so that's the story and I couldn't believe it I'll tell everybody I just saw a bigfoot so I never thought about ever seen one that did a little bit of research on them

and I found out they're pretty intelligent they're pretty smart um I think the government had captured one if I'm like and he escaped but I could tell this was a male and he just looked really hot and really tired. He had the facial expression of just tired, you know, and he was because whatever he was pursuing was getting away. I'm a believer now, totally, totally. You cannot. I know what I saw.

And it's, it just makes me wonder about them because they know about us. We know less about them because they are so, they like to not be seen, you know, because I guess they fear us. in some sort of way. I know they're very territorial. That's all I have to say. Wow, thank you for sharing that. That's incredible.

Is that Charleston, West Virginia? Well, Charleston is where I thought. I am from. I was living in Cologne, which is 35-minute drive, you know, and it's kind of on a country road mostly. And, yeah, it's close to Charleston. Okay. And how long would you say?

say that you were able to look at it for? Oh, I had a really good look at him. I wasn't scared. I was more startled because he was running down the middle of the road towards my car, you know, like the stripes in the middle of the road. And I could have hit him, and he could have got, you know, he just ran towards me. But he didn't hit my car. I mean, he would have told him he out because I was born pretty fast.

But he, I would say I got a good three. or four second look at him. I mean, I got a full body look at him, you know. And I saw the expressions, but just almost like human like the face, you know, and he had the Auburn brownish hair, you know, but he didn't seem to me like he was after me or anything. I just kind of caught him in the middle of pursuing whatever he was pursuing.

Yeah, absolutely. That makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. I wasn't afraid of me. He just startled me, you know. Oh, yeah. And I never thought about them. I do believe in them now.

I mean, totally. And there has to be moms. I mean, you know, females and males until, you know, teenagers. I mean, they have to have families like we do. They just are very, what would you call it, recluse. Right, exactly. You know, we're kind of going in their territory, you know. And when you get close to them, they start making the noises and knocking up.

That's what I hear about. That makes sense. did it have a certain way of running? Did you notice anything weird about the way it was running down the road? He was running really fast towards me, just like a human would run. He was just like he looked like he, because he was taller than my car. So I would say he was good at least eight foot. Okay, gotcha.

Very clearly. I can't see my headlights and beside my car. What kind of car were you in? I have a Nissan. Then I have a cabin. right now but I have a Nissan 2019 Nissan Ultima. Okay, so you, you are in a four-door sedan type deal? Yes.

So then you're there and from how you were sitting in the car, like what were your, what was your viewpoint at? Was it far enough away that you were able to see all of it when it was running towards you? I saw him running towards me and he, I saw him going to look. because he's right beside my car. Okay. You know, I mean, he just ran. I got good look at him.

Gotcha. He was running in the middle of the road. And our driver's side is in the, you know, on that side where the strikes are. And that's why I saw him. That's how I saw him. And you mentioned. And I was kind of startled. Absolutely.

I would be too. You mentioned you saw some emotions in its face? Well, he looked as if he was, he was panty. You know, he was hot. You can tell he was really running and he was chasing something and I got my car gotten away. So he ran down the middle of the road. He didn't, I guess he opted not to cross it in front of my car because this one's pretty fast. It would have told him my car out and would have hurt him pretty bad.

Oh, it would be really bad, yeah. Do you, I remember, so you said it was only for a few seconds, but do you remember any features of the face? Like, if you were to tell. It was ape like. Okay. It's like, what he knew him like too, like a cross between both, you know? I mean, because of the, how he was so, you could tell he was hot and he was running dressed, you know, and he, he would, he just think he was panting, you know. And so he had, you know, expressed him on his face.

And he wasn't even paying any attention to me. He just got out of the way of the car, you know, and kept running towards my car, the side of it. Yeah, absolutely. there were no car coming this way so he was he was trying to get across the street I think and my car got in the way

I startled and I'm pretty sure I did what was the number one thing you remember about him that made you think yeah what I'm looking at is a big foot and not just a really

big human hair and how big he was and just the face had no hair you know not as much hair he just looked I mean, his expression was human-like, you know? And he's just big.

He just so much that they have hair. And the color of his hair was like an Auburn, red, he's brown, you know? Okay. Yeah. He was, I was just so startled. I mean, I'm lucky I made it to work, you know, and off that hill that I was on. Oh, I'm sure. Like, how did this affect you afterwards after this experience?

I have Air Force training. I'm retired Air Force. I know how to react in rough situations, you know, and I kind of got a hold of myself. You know, I said, oh, okay, keep going, just don't look back, you know. He'd have to run after me and I don't think I think my car would go faster than he could, you know, if I had to. I could out running. Sure, sure. Would you ever want to have an experience like this again? would bother me at all because it didn't he didn't seem like i mean i don't you know i can't

sense the spirit because it's so quick but i mean i think that it's how we approach them you know we approach them we start they're very i think they're territorial and you know that's why the guy was on the phone prior to me he said he heard the banging and things like that maybe he built somewhere where they live you know, are close to. And they're very territorial because they protect their families just like we do, you know.

And they have that the deer, that's their food and their meat eaters. You know, I just think sometimes we're going in their territory and they really don't know us because I think they're afraid of us, you know. It would be nice

that somehow we could contact them and, you know, use their language to let them know. We're not there to hurt them. But I'd like to see more studies on it. But I don't think that I think the government taught one one time. I don't know about it. I've heard stories like that as well.

Absolutely. Right. And I don't know if that's true. And they took him to Greenland or was it Greenland? And he escaped. So. I also heard they go through corridors. I don't know.

I don't know that much about it. There's a lot of information out there. I've talked to a few guys in the military, a few veterans, and I mean about things they've experienced, and it was so intense they didn't end up coming on the show because, well, I mean, they're scared. I think they're serious of us is we are of them. Oh, yeah.

But they're more physical of us because we carry weapons and they don't. you know they carry i mean they carry sticks and they can put down pull down trees you know because they're very strong but i think they're afraid of us you know that's why they're recluse i think at sometimes you're absolutely right um was it another question i had for you

was so you mentioned that there is no hair on the face was the rest of it covered in hair then yeah oh yeah all over his body yes yes i didn't get a good look at his hands I just, you know, his upper torso, I saw his body running from me, but I got a really good look at his face and his arms and his front. Yeah, he was hairy, very hairy. Absolutely.

The last thing I want to ask you is, have you ever done any looking around to see if there's other people that have had similar experiences where you had your experience? No, because people here just don't believe me. They laugh, you know, and I'm like, okay. Well, I know I saw what I saw. I know the area one time I had came through there around five in the morning. I saw cows laying all over the road.

So that kind of surprised me on each side of the road. They weren't in the road. They were on the side of the road. So the man that had those cows right in his pasture, somehow they got out of that pasture and they were all dead. And I had to go around them, you know. Oh. I remember that one more.

They were. Because I have to leave one really dark, you know. Yeah. So they were not alive and they were all over. the place on the side of the road. No, and I wanted to go up to his place, because it's up on a hill, you know, and say, hey, your cow's relation in the road here on the side of the road. But I did, and I just went on to work because I had, you know, 21 children

and I said, I have to teach and I was like, oh, no, you know, I have seen a lot. Those are the two things I ran into one on, on 50s, Patty D. Sports Charleston. That is some wild, wild stuff. How are you? Hi, Jeremiah. I am fine. Hey, awesome. Feel free to share what's on your mind there. Okay, well, this just happened yesterday. Now, I live on the Cumberland Plateau where you were recently. Allegedly.

Allegedly. I don't know who told you. I'm just kidding. Yeah. We were traveling between Sparta and Crossville. Yes, ma'am. Just on Highway 70, okay? Broad daylight.

And all of a sudden the traffic starts swapping up, you know, near the little airport there, municipal airports. We're like, what is going on? Is it an accident? And so we get, you know, closer up and we move, and they start telling us we need to go, you know, the cops that we need to go on a back road. And we look at a tree that is green with leaves, not a rotten old tree. And mind you, we have not had any weather of any kind for a week, okay, at all.

This tree is pushed over onto the power line over the road. over the highway and I'm just like now you do the math what makes a green full of green leaves tree get pushed over like that when there's not a breeze

there's been no weather just out of the blue that's wild I mean that it makes you really think because that area is so wild for activity as you know I think somebody had to be in their bonnet and decided to give a little back to mankind.

Oh, that's wild. Somebody got P-Oed, you know, and decided to push over a tree because there's no other way that happens. So I just thought I just thought I'd let you know. I appreciate. So between Sparta in Crossville just recently, right? Yep, yesterday. Oh, my goodness.

Well, well, there you go. Listeners should be aware of that area. and who knows what's out there in the woods, maybe pushing stuff. It happens. So thank you for coming in for calling in, ma'am. Sure, no problem. Take care, Jeremiah.

Yes, ma'am. Oh, my goodness. Well, there we go. Okay. And, yeah, I will say the Cumberland Plateau is pretty wild. Allegedly. Good stuff. My name is Gary Saunders.

I grew up in a small town. in the Arbuckle Mountains. And my dad, my dad, he was more or less my mentor growing up in the woods. At the age of three, I was coon hunting. So I've been all over the mountains down there. But my dad told me a story back in about 1965. This is before all the big foot.

craze was out. And this story involved a creature that he could not identify. Him and my uncle, they were coon hunting. They had four or five hounds with them.

And they were in Arbuckle Mountains and they were going across a field that had briars that my dad said that they had use lights to get through. In Oklahoma, briar patches are crazy. And he said, they made it through the briars and they got into the woods and the hounds took off. And he said about 20 minutes later,

they were about a quarter mile into the woods. He said, all the hounds come back to them, but their tails tucked between their legs. He said he told my uncle that he was heading back to the truck. Something wasn't right. He said that, he said they were, they kept hearing things behind them. And he said he turned around, turned around at one sound, and he said he saw what it looked like to be an eight or nine foot tall man. standing beside a tree.

So they took off and he said, whatever this thing was was following them through them briars with no light on. He said, they were having trouble getting through them. He said, this thing was wrapped behind them. So they made it back to the truck. Everything. He said he didn't see it again.

But the interesting thing about this story, because this was before all the bigfoot craze. I think the reason my dad told me this story, it wasn't to scare me. It was to let me know that there was things out in the woods that he didn't understand. And that's what scared me because my dad, my uncles, they lived in the woods. They lived fishing on the river. They hunted on the river all down through there. So, I mean, this made me think. And then all this stuff coming out about Bigfoot later, it was kind of crazy because, I mean, this was before, he told me this before Bigfoot sighting in California. Also, another incident, him and my uncle were hunting in another place, and there's old Boy Scout cabin up there.

He said about 2 o'clock in the morning, he heard what he thought was a double bit axe hitting a tree. And this is out in the middle of nowhere. And he said he got up, got his light, and walked around every tree around the place, trying to figure out where this sound was coming from, and he never heard it. So down in that area, there is, it's, it's, it's, just force for all you can for as far as you can see. Another interesting thing is my great uncle, he was a government trapper back in the day.

And, I mean, he was all over the woods. He had, I mean, he collected Indian artifacts, and he probably had, I don't know, 10,000 Indian artifacts. But my dad told me that one day he saw him down at the store. And he told my dad and my uncle that he was done trapping. He said if they wanted his traps to go get him off the trap line, he wasn't going back anymore.

So something had scared him. I'm not sure what it was. but he would never talk about it. And my grandfather said that he wouldn't even tell him what was going on. So there's something in that area that I don't know what it is, but there's definitely something there. And I have hunted and walked up where my dad and uncle were on the mountains. when my dad heard that knocking sound,

and you can go up through there. And about a half mile up the creek, everything just goes quiet. No bird sounds, nothing. And you always feel like something is watching you up through that area. I don't hunt at night anymore. It's been years and years since I've been coon hunting. and I probably ain't going to go back anymore because the woods aren't the place to be at night anymore.

And why would you say that the woods aren't the place to be at night anymore? Is that because of the stories that you heard growing up, or was there another situation that laid into that? It's a combination of both. I mean, there's been too many sightings that and all these people can't be wrong. And it's not only that in this area here, there's not only

do you have that, but you also have big cat sidings. And now we're getting bare coming into this area and the wild hogs, so it's just better stay out of the woods at night. Yeah, that makes sense. I mean, and even on top of that, I mean, it's not a thing we focus on in this show, but if you listen to other cryptid shows, the area of Oklahoma, it's not just Bigfoot. There's other, you know, cryptic things down there.

There's people seeing Dogmen down there. There's all sorts of really weird stuff. And then there's, you know, I mean, I'm looking at the map of where you are, And I remember hearing a story where closer to Texas border, there's an area where like tigers have gotten loose from game farms. And now, you know, people have to be allegedly looking for tigers in, uh, in the area down by the river. And that's one that WMAs down there, I think. But, um, so Gary, you know, your background is you're an outdoorsman, hunter, uh, fisher. and you're also a veteran. So how old were you when you first started hearing these stories from your father? Well, I'm 66 years old, and I was about five years old. Okay. So this was back in 1965.

And I believe the California Bigfoot come out in 67. Yeah, so the main, you know, that main big push that most people know Bigfoot for was the, the Patterson Gimlin film in 67. So it is, it is prior to that, which is pretty amazing. So when you were growing up and you're hunting and fishing down in these areas in Oklahoma, you know, how did hearing these stories as a really young child, how did that affect you as you started to grow up into an outdoorsman? Well, right at first, it really didn't affect me. I mean, I still went hunting, fishing. camping but then um then later in life you know all these um sightings started coming out and that's what kind of got me what thinking about all this you know there's i mean now you can't

hide anything you know i mean it's all out and open people have cameras and video footage of all this So then I start, you know, that's what starts affecting me. Got to see. Okay. I don't know if the government's covering this up or why they would. But, I mean, people need to know that there's things out in the woods that, you know, they may be friendly or they may not be. I mean, I'll tell you this much. I've talked to at least one park ranger off record that has regular encounters with these.

things. Maybe we'll have a, there's a lot of individuals that say that are like, give me a rain check for when I'm retired. And Gary, the amount would really make your headspend, but you probably can imagine it's a large amount. It's wild. It's just absolutely wild. What, so you're, you're in this area and what's the most, have you heard recently any people having, encounters still in this area or is it a thing where you know it's been a while since you've heard things it's been a while um i've got a buddy he he manages ranch and um he hunts hogs and he's really not said anything you know he hasn't saw anything down in that area and he's pretty much out there probably two or three nights a week i'd guess hunting hogs but

But I believe there's something out there. I mean, if you look at the history of Oklahoma, look at the Choctaw Bigfoot War, that wasn't far from where I'm at now. Then you got Hanobia incident. Do you ask absolutely? And there might be some people that do not know of the, and there's a few ways to say,

I haven't been there yet, But I know that there's Honebi, there's Hanooga, and that's a whole, that's a whole conversation itself. But what is, when you think of the situations that they have dealt with down there, what is your understanding of what happened in the Honebubi area? Well, the guy down there, there was two families, two brothers in there, and these things started to pick. hearing. And not only did these two guys see it, but the guy's granddaughters and his whole family member, I guess, they saw these things. And these guys, I guess they were poaching deer, and these things started robbing their freezer. Well, then it turned into a shooting war. And and they claim that they kill one and we're going to go out and look at it and four others jumped out from the woods and took off with this thing.

So. Yeah, it is it is one of the most intense stories. And, you know, of course, it was, it happened early 2000s, I believe. So more than 20 years from, you know, it's 26 right now. 2026. It's very interesting. I've never been to the area. I hope to go someday. But I actually had a gentleman on the show a month or so ago. And he was telling me he owns a cabin in the area. And so one of the main parts of the Ho-Nobie story is that they were trying to get into the cabin to to get to, they thought to get to like the woman and children, right? And they were trying

to get in there. And that's really what, what things got bad. So the thing is, is that current day, 2026, I talked to an individual where there are, there's, there's a point where there was a big foot that actually tried to get, tried to get into his cabin, open the door. They see it around the property, but he's also talked to other people in the town where they are trying to get into their houses as well. So this is not just a thing where it happened back 20 years ago. In a way, the siege is still going on, but maybe a little different than the original. It's a wild, wild story. Maybe I could say a few different. areas around Oklahoma.

Just curious if you've ever heard of any, any stories or anything. And if you haven't, that's no sweat. Oklahoma has so many, so many interesting places. Have you ever heard of anything happening down by the Thackerville area in the Red River of Oklahoma? No, I haven't.

Okay. And how about McGee Creek? McGee Creek is not far from here. I think McGee Creek area is right in that area is where the Choctaws had their war with the big feet. Gotcha. And have you ever heard of anything happening around the Lake Texoma area? And I know that's a huge area, but there's a lot going on down there. There's a recent siding down by Durant, which is not far from Texas.

Exoma. I guess they were on a, where the power line come through, they were down by the lake and and they saw this creature in the cut. Yes, I remember that because they were looking around, they were looking across a river at it, right? Right. Yep, yep, I do remember that. That was, that was a wild one. Have you ever heard of anything happening? Let's say if you were to draw a square from LaFleur over to the Arkansas border and then down to let's say Zafra on the border and then that goes across to Honubby and Octavia and all that. I know that's a big square, but there could be some stuff going on in there i haven't heard of any recent sightings gotcha gotcha but if you if you look at the uh chalk tall uh bigfoot war

the floor the floor county um one of the floors was killed during that and then the rest of the indians come in and um i guess they killed all the bigfoot But they were stealing women and children, and they had a pile of bones, human bones and stuff. I mean, that's, I guess that's Choctaw legend. Yeah, that's really wild. It's one of those legends where I have talked to individuals where it's like they're on either side. Some people are like, yeah, it's totally real. Some people are like, I don't know, could just be a legend.

but it's a fascinating story either way, I think. Well, here's the thing, LaFleur. He was a pretty prominent person back during those times. He was a lawyer. So I'm not sure that story don't carry some truth to it. Gotcha. Now, based on what you've heard growing up in this area, so maybe talk to people over the years and just,

you know, experiences you've had, do you have any leaning as to what you personally think Bigfoot might be? There are so, so, so many different ways to look at what it is, you know? I have saw reports where hair samples they took. had like human DNA in it. You know, a lot of people think it's this big gorilla. I don't think that's true. I think maybe the Neanderthals didn't die out or there's another branch of human that we haven't discovered.

These things are smart. You know, I think they're a lot smarter than, like a gorilla. I would say 100% there is. And I think some people get really a lot of humans, I think a lot of people, let's

word that differently. A lot of people in our culture kind of get a little bit scared or bent out of shape if they think, or to think that there might be something out there smarter than we are. And I think that we have to get to come to terms with that, that there could be absolutely something out there that is either as smart as us or even smarter. Because, man, the things that you hear, the accounts that are told, and, I mean, even experiences where, okay, so there's something out there that can

make people freeze or make people walk the way they don't want to. And these go all the way back to Native American stories passed down over the years. It's really wild stuff. But my goodness, Oklahoma is just so, so full of intense, intense things. Is this something where you would ever want to have a sighting of it yourself like your father and your uncle did back in 1965? I'd like to see it. I don't know how close I don't want to get to it, but I'd like to, you know, know one way for the other. But I don't think these things are actually smarter than humans.

I think they just have a different way of a different way about them, you know, how they hunt, how they think. Right. And, you know, a few people over the years have contemplated where. where think if you were put out in the woods and with no tech. And it was just survival, get food. And it's really just survival. I mean, how your senses would change, what you would focus on,

what senses would become even clearer or more defined with tech and schedules out of the way. I mean, it's definitely something to think about. but had more than a few people talk to me about that before. So I think whatever these are have evolved with capabilities that we don't have. I mean, how do they hunt deer, you know, with no weapons? Right, right, exactly. And I mean, man, I've heard some, I think.

the wildest thing I've heard come out of Oklahoma. There's a gentleman I talked to, I'm not going to say his name because I can't remember if I used it in the interview. It was years ago where he had heard a story coming out of southeast Oklahoma. The guy was up in his tree stand and he saw these big foot chasing some hogs below him. And one took a hog, picked it up, and swung it again. against a oak tree and broke his back to kill it. And it's just wild.

I mean, you hear stuff like that, just breaking backs and, and, you know, ripping limbs off deer and stuff that's like really kind of hard to hear, right? I mean, but it's really intense survival stuff when you think about it. So. Also, there's a podcast about over in Missouri. and this old farmer he you know he he said he found deer with broke legs they just with broken legs you know just hobbling around I know exactly what you're talking about yep I mean if you think about it that's pretty smart you know if coming to a herd of deer and you're

able kill you know kill one to eat and then you crippled two or three more for later kind of like a refrigerator you know you're the wooden refrigerator exactly and i'm guessing are you talking about miguel's Sasquatch theory the killing fields down Missouri yep killing fields yeah exactly i mean oh my goodness i had it i was going down there with him last year and and it didn't work out at the last second on my side so someday hopefully once i get back there that's going to be on the list because man if you i would love watching mcgale's videos and uh they are getting in some wild stuff down there is a very very intense area down there in missouri where where that gentleman's property is but um my goodness uh gary this has been a

fun conversation about really southern oklahoma and and what's going on down there i think this is one of those where it might lead to some other people coming forward.
