Thank you. Hey, Jeremiah. Hi, how's it going? It's going good. I was just so weird because I was just listening to your latest YouTube show. About the couple that was from Missouri, and you've got them in the same. the church. Oh, the Tennessee couple.

Yeah, they're East Tennessee. Yeah, and I fell asleep during it last night when I woke up. Didn't have a chance, but when I was taking a break, because we're actually, like I told you, when I talked to you before, I'm the rock lady on the back porch that threw the rocks back, thinking it was teenagers. Well, it's gotten so bad. I know, right? And I saw your video.

It was so cute. I saved it. And I believe I told you that we had decided, okay, that's it, we're going to move. So right now we're in the process of, we've had to repaint a few things. We're refinishing some cabinets and guess who is coming to our house tomorrow. I am so excited. You can't guess. Somebody from from L.A.J.

That you had on your podcast, Sheila and Scott. The squash fishing outdoors? Yes, the squash. Yeah, I'm so excited. I'm so excited. They are coming. Yeah, I just couldn't take it anymore because the activity, I mean, like I told you about the rock throwing. And then I believe I told you about the monkey noises walking up the street and then the hounds chasing it around our yard down through our other lot and then out to a field and then the coyotes.

And I don't know if I told you that part, but that was absolutely horrifying. Was this, is this northwest Georgia? This is North Georgia, probably about, it's probably about an hour southeast of L.J in between Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. So there's like a big stretch of highway that they've been clearing all the way from, I want to say, the metro county, into the rural counties, all the way to a high. highway that pretty much goes across the rest of the state. And they have been clear cutting. And it's a, it's a nightmare. It's just like you go down there and it is gone because they're putting in bridges and they're extending from the city of Atlanta, 285 to go to an outer perimeter that comes all the way up past like Jackson County, going up towards Hall County, which Hall

County just sits just south of L.A.J where they are. So it's really encroaching. And the state of Georgia is just building this thing. And you're looking around and you're like, what happened to the forest? I mean, they're just gone. So our activity here, beyond just the throwing the rocks, beyond just me sitting outside and hearing, I thought it was somebody's chimpanzee had escaped because that was where my brain went. Like, it's chimpanzee coming down the road.

It's 4.30 in the morning, and there's a chimpanzee. And that's where the mind goes until it starts coming closer. And then I'm like, wait a minute, you can't own a chimpanzee. My thought was somebody better tell the owner, you know, who would own a chimpanzee? And so my mind went through all that. And then there was an abandoned house that some people had moved out across the way. Because these houses, the houses here sit on. in the middle of like farmland because even though I'm 10 minutes from a major metropolitan

county, everything else is rural. Once you cross over, there's just trees, little neighborhoods off to the side, rivers, parks, very thick, very thick forests, orchards, you know, it's kind of hard to explain, but anybody that's been to Atlanta, you know when you're out of the metro. It is definitely like you just cross over from one world to the next. And so locally here in the area, the people call this creature the peekaboo man. And I had told you that we had taught we had gone to the corner store and we're like, we're kind of having some issues. No, that's the peekaboo man. He won't hurt anybody.

Oh, yeah, he does. Yeah, he does. And so as time has gone on, we had a missing dog, a small dog, which was heartbreaking. I started having problems about a year ago. Now, mine, the rock throwing thing was like maybe two and a half years ago. But I started having problems with owls. And they didn't sound like owls to me. I was like, there's something wrong because I grew up over on the outskirts of Athens, Georgia,

which it can be pretty rural when you go outside of Athens itself, because you got Jefferson Commerce. And I know you haven't heard of these places. but they're pretty woodsy. It's pretty backwood. And then for quite a time I lived in the metro Atlanta, but we came here because I was like, man, I only have to drive 10, 10, 15 minutes.

I can be in the middle of, you know, a shopping mall or 20 minutes to be at a shopping mall, but come here and just be in the middle of nowhere. And that is basically how it is. It's definitely how it feels. You don't hear anything. You're just surrounded by woods. And to make a long story short, I went back after speaking with you.

And all we were thinking about was, you know, as soon as we can, we've got to redo these things, which we're in the middle of now, collecting boxes and we're doing like cleaning out and all that. We're serious. But lately we become more, we're doing it more quickly. Okay. So I'm trying to kind of catch you up. So I started hearing after talking with you, like literally like the week after I told you about. the rocks and everything, just owls. And I'm like, what is this? And being from here, like I said, I spent a lot of nights camping down by the upper and the lower O'Conny, up near Lake Hartwell,

which is up in place like a mountain lake. So I know what an owl sounds like. Screech owl, barn owl. I know when the barn owls come. I know when they're there. I know when they hunt. It's just you just know it. And I kept going, you know, these owls must be sick because they cannot make owl noises. And I would hear them like right outside my yard. And this would be at 2 at 3 o'clock in the morning. And they kind of sounded like they were on the ground. And I told my husband, I said, I cannot sleep.

I said, something's beating on the side of the house. This is a newer phenomena. And I'm like, are you not hearing this? And I would sit up and, you know, he go, what? And I go, did you just not hear that? I mean, it's like from the ground up to where our bedroom is, it's about 10 feet up. Okay. And so at this point now, because of things that have happened since then, we keep our blinds closed now.

Scott told us dust from dust till dawn. And that's basically what we're doing. So, yeah. So when my dog took to missing, my dog is chipped. It's a small dog. I knew immediately when the dog went missing out of the backyard. I knew and I was just horrified. So I was like, well, it's probably our fault, you know, but, you know, I couldn't come up with any other, any other, what I'm trying to think, definition or consequence.

We had a consequence because we had signs everywhere. The dog is registered with the state. Most dogs get recovered. We went to our vet. They're like, oh, she's chipped. Whoever's got her is eventually going to take her to a pound or it's going to take her to a vet or a groomer. And they're going to scan her and you're going to get your dog back. No, never happened.

So we ended up getting another rescue dog, which pretty much I was in so much grief and I was angry because I knew there was a connection. The only reason was because during this time, my husband was listening to me talking about, I would hear screams again. I mean, I would wake up like at three in the morning and I can't, I was saying to myself, I cannot believe people are not calling the police. Well, they were. So we've had squad cars that will come down several times this March that come down and they just spotlight all the houses. And they go down to the very wooded part of our law, of where we are. And then there's just one little cul-de-sac, which is all wooded.

You wouldn't even think there were houses there. Then there's a huge field, a big farm, and huge. huge power lines that go through that cut behind where we are. That's how they're getting in and out. Yes. So I'm just sitting there and I'm like, okay, okay, you know, I just, we've got to get, we've got to get started. We've got to do this. Then my husband came in, that's about a month and a half ago.

And since then the activity just multiplied. He says, I was just out walking the dog and something's always rock, rocks at me. And he was really angry. And so I'm trying to walk. Now they're not hitting him. It didn't hit me when I was out there, right? But it's like, I'm up on this deck and you're kids and I'm going to throw them back. I didn't know that was not something you weren't supposed to do at the time.

I don't know anything about Bigfoot behavior or Sasquatch behavior. But I have known, I've been listening to your podcast. You're kind of like my go to as well as Scott Ashila. Oh, thank you. Yeah. Scott Schiller, they say, right. Right. And then I got into kind of Ted Baker because.

I just, he kind of talks about different behaviors and things like that. So it's like every night I'm watching something now, Bigfoot. So he had the rocks thrown at him. And I said, I told you, I said, you know, it doesn't do any good to throw the rocks back. Well, I want to say, well, now we're into April 1st. So I'm in the first, we're in the first week, April. The weather has been really weird. And I'm sitting out on the, we have a front porch, but it's, there's sides on both sides.

right so it's like the front porch is kind of I don't know what would it ingressed or whatever like where nobody can see you on either side right it's like a little walkway front porch where you can just sit down and I'm watching TikTok videos and just sitting out there having a glass of wine just saying you know I wish spring would come and all of a sudden everything just went and I was listening to the tree frogs and I was like well at least tree frogs are out and then everything stopped It was silent eerily, eerily silent. This is about 10.30 at night. And all of a sudden I heard a shotgun go off from my neighbor about maybe four acres down.

And then I heard a scream. And it wasn't, it was like a combination of a baby and like a baby. But it was very loud like an adult would sound. And my spivey senses went up because I was like, that's not normal. That's not normal. And then the shots. And once in a while I'll hear them over there. And I'm like, I wonder if he has a chicken coop or something.

Because I know there's cows. And I know there's a lot of coyotes. I don't know. So all of a sudden, I was sitting there and I just turned and I said, okay, what's going on over there? And I heard a whistle. Now, this whistle, you know how men can make a really big whistle sound when they put their two fingers in their mouth?

And it was like, well, it was like, who a big whistle. I can't even do it. And then about seven houses down, which would be about seven acres. And I'm in the middle of this. And this is in the woods. At the very end of the woods where the field and the coyotes are, there was a return whistle. And I went, I'm in Jurassic Park. They're hunting.

You are. They're hunting. Like, no, I can drive 15 minutes. And I can be on the outskirts of one of the 1.4 million people. Like, are you kidding me? So I ran inside and I said, honey, get out here. And so he was like, what? And he said, it's quiet.

I should just listen, listen. And then he hears the whistle. So now we have three whistles. So I said, they're hunting. They're hunting. They're hunting, right? So next thing I know, here comes the police. My husband went up to the edge of the driveway and the police are coming down and

they're spotlighting and they're going, hi, sir, how are you? And he goes, oh, I'm good. I live here. He goes, sir, I would recommend that. you go back inside. No way, really? Yes, way. Yes way.

So my husband said, got it because we've seen them do this, but we've never stopped and go, hey, why y'all keep coming down here, spotlighting? Well, we've had a lot of people that have moved in, especially down from us about three acres that have just moved in. Because for some reason, people don't stay in this neighborhood very long. So now, remember, I've got about an acre behind me. solid wood with a natural spring creek. It bubbles up with water.

And then to the right of me, our land goes over another acre. Completely overgrown. So I start thinking, we need to get a bulldozer. We need to bulldoze 10 feet out and find a way to put a lighting system out there because it's too dark. And my husband's like, no, we're just going to sell. And I go, yeah, but in the meantime, I want to go back on my deck. It could take forever to sell it. Right.

That's my point. So we have ordered the lights. And Scott recommended that. And that's one reason they're going to come out here. But the biggest thing is about a week ago, I was sitting. It was raining. And I was just sitting out there. And finally, we had rain.

And all of a sudden, I hear what sounded like the biggest log drop out of the sky. over to my right where I had a bench and it was like boom. I mean, it was like a sonic boom. And I sat there and what I heard in my head was you are in my way. So guess what I said? Well, I'm going to take care of that right now, sir. And I ran in the house. And I told my husband, I said, I'm in the way.

And I think something dropped a log because, you know, when a tree breaks, so we have 75 to 100 foot trees, okay, when a tree falls, it usually falls from the root, right? Or if it's falling and it's cracked from high up, you hear it come through the vegetation, like, this was like something through it. And my husband goes out there. I'm like, don't go out there, don't go out there. Because there's nothing here. And I said, it'll be there in the morning. He said, well, I heard it from upstairs.

I said, honey, I'm telling you, all I got was you need to go. It was just a feeling. I don't want to say it was like this mind speak thing they're talking about because I'm not that woo-woo. I'm getting a little woo-woo though. Well, not yet, but you, you're getting a little woo-woo, right? Because I heard that. And he came out there, didn't find anything. And I am angry.

He says, I think what you're hearing is something maybe that came from in the back part of the acreage over the creek. It's been raining and I said I was raised around woods. I lived on the O'Connor River, the upper O'Connor growing up on 17 acres. And you cannot tell me that I don't know what it sounds like when a tree falls or a limb falls. And there is no limb that big. And if it did, it's going to make noises like floating down through the leaves, breaking other branches as it goes. I was furious. I came in the house, sat on the couch and I was turned my eye to.

to where it was dark, the blinds were still open, and I was thinking the blind shouldn't be open, and I saw balls of light. Just traveling around that, I go, honey, did you see that? No, and he's like, I think we just move. We need to move because this thing's throwing rocks and it might be aggressive. And I'm thinking, well, I think it's a juvenile

because what I've heard, I'm thinking maybe they kind of sound like monkeys. Those hounds never returned, the lady couldn't find them by the way the ones that chased it no man really yeah so that was you know so then i kind of this month kind of got into this i'm getting a registered thing that i'm going to carry with me and if i hear you come near me again i'm going to use it my husband's like you can't discharge one of those honey you don't even know how to put the you don't even know how to chamber this thing and i'm like i'm so mad i'm so mad of being afraid to go in my backyard be careful very bad right i'm

tired of it. I'm tired of it. I'm yelling at him. We're literally having an argument. I said, I'm tired of being afraid to go on my deck. I'm tired of these owls. I'm tired of the noise. I'm tired of the smell. The smell is horrible. It is horrible. It's like a skunk. It's like a, because I've run into skunks before, but take a skunk, multiply that times maybe two, but then take the strongest amount of pneumonia urine and multiply that times. 10. You can't breathe. And I've been outside and I go, you know what? Thank you for the warning. I'm out. But I don't want to live somewhere and pay a mortgage where I have to be fearful. And all we hear is, yeah, all we see is the little effigies of a big foot. Like it crossed right here.

And I'm like, did it eat your dog? I mean, I don't say that. I don't, but I don't feel we can, I wanted to go to our neighbors and say, are you aware that are you hearing this? Are you having? problems because I literally made a video called Bigfoot coming to a neighborhood near you. We're running them out of their habitat. It is clear where I live because Scott and Sheila know where I live and they're totally, they totally can see that, right? Have you called the police station in your town and being like, hey guys, you obviously knows something, what's going on?

Right. But what do you say when you say, well, I, I swore I heard a log being thrown at me, but there was no log. Now, I've been trying to watch and see, and some people have said, you know, it's them jumping down or something. It's kind of like a warning or, you know, so I'm like, well, I don't know because I'm learning. Or if I go to the police, I haven't until this week. We had a siding right here on property.

Literally. Yeah, literally. And I'm kind of glad because guess who's. saw it, guess who literally got down in his knees and said, oh, look. And it was actually happening. Yeah. Yeah, my husband. So now it's, you know, honey, I was just not trying to scare you more. And, you know, no, he said, but I apologize because he would minimize when I would say monkey. And then he would go off the next night and sit out there and hear the noises himself about the owls, about this. You can't fool me on bird sounds. or things that are just naturally here in the forest in Georgia. Because as a kid, I walked through those forests. I played in those forests by myself. And my mother used to go that deep in the forest by yourself.

I wasn't afraid. But I'm like, well, that's a whippoorwill and that's this. And these are Robbins. I know it. I know them. Turkey. I know what they sound like. So we saw it right in our, well, on our property,

we have the cleared green part. And then the woodland. than the woods, the very thick woods, is next to us. And it came out of there, ran across the street, literally a small, it's not really like a two-lane, you know, it's like a lane and a half that's covered. You know, when you're talking about rural roads that are covered with asphalt, it stepped out over a ditch right into, so it stepped out about five feet with one foot right onto the road. one more step and another step it was in the other side of the ditch and went

between property and I'm not sure with the other guy's name is because she she just put up a fence we wanted why she did it Thursday so the 20th yes oh my goodness and so my husband went down to where he went down to where it crossed so that we could kind of get an idea of how tall it was. Well, my husband's six five, and he reached his hand up, and he was jumping up to this one kind of tree limb that kind of comes out over the yard. And then we measured it, and I said, now that's eight and a half feet. That can't be. I think it should be a juvenile. He's like, juveniles grow up. So we've got boxes now all over the house. We're just finishing the kitchen

because we were putting on new cabinets and painting. So I told Scott and she, you know, when you come over to, you know, because we just talked to them Friday or Saturday, I think. And then we played for them two recordings. And Scott said, that's a howl. That's the best howl I've ever heard. So he's coming probably to hear that, but he heard it over the phone when we called. But they're driving down and they're going to walk us through the property and tell us where to put it. We're going to get the big solar lights.

Thank goodness. I mean, the big ones, right, that we can just cut on at dusk, like go out there and cut them on. We don't even like to enter that property. And then also behind the house, because I wanted to get a bulldozer to rake out all the undergrowth. And also in the back by the creek, there's an archway that's been built with two trees. Oh, my goodness, really? And I'm sitting there going, this look, honey, the thing is building something here. And he's like, no, honey, I think that's just, you know.

And after Thursday, he just looked at me because he said, I'm not sleeping the night. He was really visibly shaken. And I felt vindicated. So I had a lot of different emotion. Sure. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Yeah.

But we finally had the siding. And I said, let's call the police. Wow. Now, let's call the game ward. And now this is not a fun peekaboo man. I think it made that noise. I don't know how it made that noise. you know, like the, the, the, the, a huge, like like a, like a hundred foot tree.

He just wanted, bam, like almost like a sonic boom. Man, do you have that sound on, I would love to hear that sound too. Oh, my husband. He's got two, well, he's got the two. Yeah. And what he's trying to do is remaster it larger. Oh, okay. And then I believe he's going to give it to Scott.

I know Scott has it. He has one of them, but I've told him about you. just keeps missing your lives because he was going to come and try to play it for you. Yeah. But it doesn't come through live. So what I will do is see if he can get it to me. He's trying to, over the course of a couple of years, it doesn't sound like it did before. Like it sounds like you really have to be listening to it right there in front of it. Like you try to play it. It just doesn't. It's very faint. But he goes, that's a howl. So judged on the height right now, Scott seems to think that we have up to maybe a nine foot black.

It was definitely black. Moves very fast. I mean, this thing was trucking it. And all I was thinking was, there's nothing you can do to me anymore, but make me mad. So, I mean, I'm kind of getting over the anger. And so I was listening to another podcaster, I think, that does something. thing in North Georgia, but it was kind of like just go out. I think it was the nursery one, because I listened to the nursery, Neil, the nursery. Oh, yeah, Neil's situation is way different

than yours, though. Yeah, it is. And I thought, you know, because he and Scott got our friends, but I thought I couldn't listen to the whole thing because, number one, I couldn't do what they do. I think they're very special. I think that it's a different scenario they have. Yeah. Right. And I also think that my belief is if they're they're coming in everything's getting clear cut all over North Georgia and and people here call it something cute I don't and I just think that people need to know that this creature is in the area living amongst us and but for the first time yesterday I have to say I saw a dough coming through that through the wooded part of the property but she was hauling it

And I was like going, go, girl, go, go, go. Come on, baby, move. You know, like, go, go. So I think the horrifying thing for me is that I've tried to balance the fact that I believe they've been here longer than me, longer than many of us. And it's probably just this is where it travels through and stops off for a month or two, goes hunting, runs across our road, goes down to the other creek. Because all he has to do is run across between Karen's, house, her property is very wooded, and then just run for maybe 10 minutes and be right in that field with the coyotes and the cows and the lakes and the chickens and all that. And I don't

know if it was one of the ones that was whistling, but I counted three and they were triangulated. Like one was to the left, one was to the right, and then one was further on. And that's when I said, I live in Jurassic Park. They're literally triangulating their prey. And they're very smart. So what We've asked Scott to do is just educate us on. Yeah, because all I know is I can listen to these really cool stories. I think I've listened about 14 of your shows now at this point. And people, like I said, there are the woo-woo, and then there's just the downright mysterious. But yeah, go ahead, Jeremiah.

But I told them that I listened to you. What I would do, what I would do, I'm just trying to think if I was in your scenario, because it's like, you're way past like oh i'm going to listen to stuff to help know like you're like Jurassic park the dinosaurs are out of this stuff like the T-Rex is out so what I would do is like man you got to start talking to your neighbors if you can and like get an open line of communication and then um I'd be interested to see what Scott and Sheila say with that because they're super smart but man I would be calling the local cops and I'd be like guys I know you know what's going on and I said let's call the police. It just crossed the freaking street. My God, it's just do it. He said,

absolutely not. It's he, I don't know what it is with him because even when we when he was talking to Scott, because of both veterans, I had said, I want to go to the guy that's right on the edge of our property because his is all wooded in the front and on the back. And he's lit up like the 4th of July every night. Everything. Yeah, he's got it. He's got it. He could be a target.

He could be a target for people flying, you know, from the Atlantic airport to go, okay, here's our location because there's a house. I mean, it's that lit up. So I wanted to go to them. I said, you know, let's just walk down there together and talk to them because he had had said something to me one time. You know about all these owls, right? You understand about the owls.

I was like, no. I hear them and they're getting on my nerves that he just kind of looked at me without saying anything. So my husband got the impression that he knows. He's lived there in that house, I think since he built it 30 years ago. So the point is, yeah. Yeah, so I wanted to go down and say, hey, we're going to be lighting up the entire freaking forest and it's going to affect you. And then see if he would say, why are you doing that? or hey, we're going to be having, we're going to try to figure out what's going on, you know.

And my husband said, absolutely not. He said, they call this thing the peekaboo man and they put up effigies to it. Like, peekaboo man crossed here, you know. And he said, so what are they, they're going to think we're crazy. And I think that when you, when you look at our property from a satellite, you can literally see where this could be a traveler or it could be a, I think I was told maybe a rogue, but I, but it's here too long to be just traveling through because we've heard it in the summertime, but usually in the spring and then it's gone and we don't have any problem.

We don't hear anything. And then in the fall, like around maybe late September, October, we, we hear stuff. So we always know, oh, spring is here, but he's staying longer and I don't know. It could be a female. I don't know. I didn't see. I didn't look long enough. to see if there was any distinguishing characteristics.

But I think the thing that I think is more of the story when I think about the Sasquatch Nursery in North Georgia, I think he's doing a wonderful thing. The part that I couldn't, I had to turn it off with when he was talking about when he went out and said, please don't hurt my pets. And that just, it got my heart and I just said I can't. But I think he's doing an important thing because as he's studying and learning from these creatures I don't want to do that myself but the fact that they're coming in so close walking across our streets and neighborhoods and who's gonna believe me

Jeremiah I mean that's why I feel like I'm just like I don't feel safe in my house I pay a mortgage people here keep to themselves you know we had a guy that came down the street about a month and a half ago in the morning to pick up his friend who was near the bottom cul-de-sac, which is all wooded. I mean, it's kind of scary when you go down there. It's so wooded. He banged on his horn like a bear or something had crossed the road. Like to, you know, when something's crossing the road and you're like, be-and-you-lay-down on the horn. He laid down on that horn, and I said, oops. And he all of a sudden, he just went backwards at 50, 55 miles per hour all the way back to the opening onto the smaller rural road. And I said, well, let me guess that guy is not that his friend's not getting picked up from work today because the creature could be coming back because it knows when the train runs. It comes out after the train, train goes at 1030 and does its thing.

And this was about our, this was about 1047 because I looked down at my phone. Neither one of us like had time to grab our phone and film it. It was just that quick. Right. It just ran right out of the woods. and then and I didn't want to go tell across the street because she lives by herself and she's a very nice lady and she gardens and stuff and I'm like no I'm just not you know hello guess what I'm not I'm not I don't think it's not happening on her property you know we have the largest extra wooded wooded acreage in the neighborhood and then down in the cul-de-sac there's some people who do but they have totally recently fenced all that area. So you can tell they're taking measurements to deter. I can almost assume. Yeah. Just ask them, do you have anything weird going on on your property? That's all you have

to ask. Seriously, that's it. That was, yeah, that was the third time to see, it was once, twice in March and then that night last Thursday. So that would be three times in the last two months. The cops have come down spotlighting. So yes, things are happening. And then the neighbor up on the ridge because it kind of we live in the foothills of the Appalachia. So the neighbor behind us who had a ton of woods for like two days cut down every tree. And I'm like that's kind of drastic. So we could either clear, not clear cut because I can't, I won't do that. But take a bulldozer and get the undergrowth and then the undergrowth all through the back all the way down to the creek and set up solar lights everywhere. Maybe put a shed. My husband's like, we're not spending money

on a fence. We're not spending money on sheds. We're not going to, we'll buy the lights, but we're not doing all that. We're not going to do all that. So we've got boxes everywhere, and I wanted to say you were the first time that I shared, just those few little experiences, but my gosh, since they have clear cut, do you, I don't, what state are you in Jeremiah? Iowa. Iowa. Okay, so you wouldn't know, I'm trying to think. If you, like, pinpointed in your mind where downtown Atlanta was. It's in North Georgia. No, like I've had the map up and I know exactly like it's between Athens and Atlanta. So I have a pretty good idea. You go there and you're going to see a road that just goes straight kind of 85 kind of veers to the right, I guess, on the map,

like going towards the east for a minute. And it turns into a road that says Highway 316 or Highway 29. And that goes straight to Athens. And you have Highway 78. They have literally in the past six months, this was an entirely wooded rural two lane, two lane on one, two lane on the other side, right by the Appalachia River. It's gone. All the trees are gone. Like every time we go down there, I go, it looks like Armageddon. So when I was talking about Neil and the sanctuary, I think he's doing valuable research

as for the future is how we cohabitate because you just can't keep moving. You either have to deter. And I'm not going to gift it because I feel like as a former teacher, that's like saying, yeah, keep throwing rocks at me. Yeah, keep throwing me. In this case, don't do it. Yeah. Take my dog.

But we don't even walk our dogs. We don't even take our dogs out anymore. They have been trained now to use a pee pad. When we can take them out, it's only during the day and to the left, like right by the driveway. Like not even near any kind of tree, nothing. And I feel like an idiot because, you know, I wave to my neighbors when we see them. There's not very much traffic on this road. And I want to go, hey, did you call the cops?

And I asked my husband, and he said, we're not calling the cops. We're not calling the cops. And we're not telling our neighbors. And I'm we've gone through so much over the past year with me saying this is happening. This is that there's orbs over there. There's lights over here. What is happening? And my husband, not minimizing a little bit, not to be mean, but I think to keep me calm.

But I was like, I want the truth. I want the truth. And I said, I don't like the fact that I don't want to go in my backyard. That I don't want to entertain on my deck. I don't even want to, I don't even want to cook. So my husband says, well, I've been throwing some old avocados back that. way. And when the sweet potatoes go bad and I go, stop doing that. They think you're gifting of it. Yeah, no, that's not that. That's not a good idea to do. So that's the update. They're going to be here tomorrow.

They're going to walk the property. And I did find this archway. And my husband's like, what's that? Another thing I've noticed is, I've been really watching on higher up in the trees is, you know how bear scratches on trees? Have you ever seen a bear scratch? It's a little different. It's like a whole piece of bark is ripped for about two feet. And it'll go. up like you'll see one and six feet later you'll see another and it I've been literally taking pictures going that's new and I have another photograph to compare it with so I don't and we don't have bears here we do have deer we do have all kinds of beautiful birds and we have hawks and turkey vultures and and apparently 25 owls on my property which is that

But now I, the other day, I heard a real owl. And I went, that's a real owl. Yeah, exactly. I would say, Scott and Sheila are going to give you the right things to do. And at the end of the day, you know, stick together with your spouse. You guys got to do the stuff together, right, to make it through. But Scott and Sheila are going to, they're going to steer you right. They're good people. Yeah, and we feel really honored that we're coming.

It's like, I'm like, we need to do. get them like a little present or something when they come they're going to have to come in and go where's the kitchen oh it's it's being gutted right here there you go but there's boxes everywhere so they already know that we are we will deter and he's going to show us but i think he was really hoping and it didn't rain today it did rain yesterday he was like gosh i hope it doesn't rain but we went down to the area where i call him barabbas um barabas um And then for sure, yeah, that's what I nicknamed him. I don't know why I call him Barabbas, but I nicknamed him Nephi for Natholum.

After I would listen to one of your podcasts and the guy was kind of talking about the Nethulam. So, but now I just call him Barabbas. But so I went down, I went down with my husband around our property down to the wooded part. And I just started walking it. But on the roadside, and you can see where. the twigs and the vegetation has been broken. So that's where he's been coming in and out. My question is, I think, is he rogue?

Is he just coming through and chilling for, you know, a couple of months? Or is he just really traveling through here because he lives around here? And was he hunting with that group? You know, is that his group that's out there? I call my neighborhood Jurassic Park now. So like, is he a part of Jurassic Park? Yeah, I do it. I'm like, when I heard it, I thought of the raptors hunting and the coyotes went off.

And then eventually like 45 minutes later, all the bugs and the frogs return. So what I do now, if I have to go outside, I put my ear out. If I hear the tree frogs, the cicadas, and the other little nighty creatures, I'm good. If I don't, I'm a door shut. So I want to say, thank you. I know. If people would not believe, this wild. for a long time.

Seriously. I watched the missing. I don't know if it was the hunted, because I've been really just absorbing this so I can try to find something that happened to me. I think there's a section where a lady lives in a neighborhood. I'm not sure if she was in Pennsylvania. And it's a row of neighborhood homes.

And she's like at the very end. And the creature came up and left prints and then stood up and her and her husband were seeing the creature look into their home. And they live in a subdivision. But now it's an outer subdivision, I think of Philadelphia. I don't know, I think it was Philadelphia, but it was in the hunted. The last part of it, that they're moving in closer for whatever reason. I think she was close to the Allegheny.

But now we're not close. We have a park, but it's a state park with a big lake. but that's like five miles away. I think the thing that feels most insane to me, Jeremiah, is that we have people four or five minutes from us across the tracks and they're really a million dollar homes, but in the area, but they don't come over here to the countryside. I live across the tracks, right?

They're getting up and you can hear their cars starting at 445 or you can see them on the road, and they're hitting Highway 316 that takes them now straight to 85, into downtown Atlanta within 45 minutes. So we have a lot of people that have moved out here. There's all new neighborhoods about four miles down from us in the same little, a little bitty town, you know. But I think that's the weird thing for me is that, you know, I'm going to document this

because I believe we're going to start hearing more about, I only live 40 minutes from, you know, Iowa City or I only live 30 minutes from Pittsburgh. or, you know, Columbia, Columbus, Ohio. I think we're going to start hearing more about them coming closer to us. You should write down everything. You really should. Yeah. Keep me in the loop, too, please, because I am extremely interested.

And is this a conversation that I can put on the podcast? Absolutely. Okay, cool. Absolutely. Because I think it's really valuable. Yeah, because, you know, I think that it's fine to say, to give it a nickname. I think peekaboo man is really cute. But I think at the same time, whether there's woo-hoo involved or not,

to me, my impression with the smells and with the hunting, this is an apex predator. And you have an apex predator living amongst you. Now, when people have spoken about the peek-a-boo man here, it's kind of like, well, he ain't hurt no one. And I think that's cute and that's sweet. But you've got people from metropolitan areas moving out here. Yeah, exactly.

You talked about the guy from Palmetto, Georgia. I looked where that is. That is right on the outskirt of Atlanta, too. It's just on the other side near Henry County. So, and Henry County is where Trillis Studios and all the Hollywood stuff is. That's just being overwhelmed and being taken over, right? And they build new neighborhoods out there. Do you use the map that I've put together?

Let me go to Georgia. It's going to blow your mind. Oh, yeah. I heard, well, I was listening. I was listening to a fellow from Mississippi. the other day he was on here and he was talking about okay is that are the blue marks that's where people have seen him um the blue marks are people that i've talked to okay well you can put me okay i'm from athens which is already marked but you can put our siding if you want to

if you go da da all right do you see let me see i'm trying to think if you go To the northeast of Atlanta, you see Lawrenceville, Georgia. That's part of Metro Atlanta. So if you go, you hit Atlanta and you kind of take a little bit of a right, you'll see Gwynette County. You'll see Lawrenceville, Georgia. Oh, yeah. Okay, now keep going. And then you're going to see a highway that goes in the highway.

What does it say on your map? I can't even see. Let's see. Let me back up. I think that's it. there's 29, which is the same as 316. And it says Alcobe Forest, and now I'm going up. And you're going to come to a place called Winder.

Yeah, I was guessing that because you said State Park with a body of water, which has to be Fort Yaggargo, right? Right. And if you go to the left, if you go to the left of that, you're going to see a place called Whistleville. Yeah. Okay, you can put a little dot there. Oh, nice. That's cool.

You'll see the Kreega. Well, actually, we're actually in Whistleville. So if anybody here is from Barrow County, I'm sure you've heard about the peek-a-boo man. You know, start calling the police more. Please. Absolutely. People need to. Or even the Georgia State, the Rangers or the Storgia State Forestry Commission.

Because I think, I don't even know if they're aware of it, you know. And the police may think that we're just all these people. whoever keeps calling is just seeing things. But we were told to immediately go, well, my husband was told immediately go into the home. Like we're looking for something that's really upset someone. So yeah, there's that. But yeah, put us there, which is, and we're probably going to move to Athens. We used to live in Lawrenceville area.

We were in the metro, but you can see how close it is. Like I can be, I was in Lawrenceville within 15 minutes. that's 1.5, 1.4 million people. But they're all moving out to Winder and Russell and Bethlehem, which is south of that. You'll see 316, 29. That's where you're going to see. And that's on the way to Athens. And there's like three little counties in between there. But that whole road is in there. Yeah. And so I just think there's, we're going to see, you're going to hear more about it. I think it's important that people know. I'm, I am probably the. last person in the world that I just thought it was just a thing and if it was just a if it was a

big foot or a peak of a man he was just passing through hello I'm just going past your yard by like maybe going up to the north georgia mountains or maybe headed down to the oka finoki but remember we had the forest fires all through south georgia that was a really big deal but last time he stayed this past summer he was here in july because i said why is because he gave us the smell when i was outside because I thought it was safe. And my husband goes, I can't breathe. I said, I'm going to, I'm a vomit. And we ran back in the home.

So, that's wild. Yeah, but I still don't understand the sonic boom thing in my yard. There's no trees down, nothing. So I don't know. I think the couple that you had the podcast on, they were real cute. I like listening to the one from, was Illinois and they live in East Tennessee, right? Oh, yeah, they're really nice people too. He talked about, yeah, they talked about the same norm.

the same exact noise. But when it started hitting the outside of my house, I was just like, are you trying to tell me, hey, I'm here? Are you trying to let me know, you need to stay inside? Like, what is your point? What's your point? I'm up now, you know, so I find that, yeah, I just find it to be kind of like,

hold on, buddy, do you realize that that I could make one phone call? You know, I could do that because there's a part of me that doesn't want to do anything to harm this animal. I don't think we know enough about it. But he's going to have to coexist while we're still here. He's going to have to play the game a little bit. Because, oh, for sure. But right, but I'm having to spend money on $150 on solar lights to deter him just so I can sell my property. And do I put that on the disclosure? Once in a while, you may hear a Sasquatch and he could

cross the road in front of your house and hounds and puppies, maybe. And your, your animal. animals may start disappearing, but you might see the police come down and shine on your house and the other five houses down here. So, yeah, but he had, I've never been hurt. The rocks never hit us. Which is awesome. Like a foot away from us. And I think that's, Tim Baker was talking about how that's on purpose. And I really respect him.

The guy that worked at NASA. Yeah, Kumbo is good, dude. Yeah. So I was thinking, you know, that's true. When he threw them at my husband about three weeks ago, he, was frustrated and he threw them back and he just threw them behind him I said no honey he's throwing those rocks from 50 feet away at that speed he is in the creek which is 10 foot deep that's and it's a freshwater creek too so anyway yeah we're

gonna be okay I just we oh yeah the blinds open till about seven six o'clock six o'clock close six a.m. open that's kind of where we are right now Well, hang in there. And you were talking to the right people tomorrow. That's like the best people you can talk to. So I'm so glad they're going to come over. And thanks. Yeah. And thanks for your podcast videos and all that people you have on because I have heard about, I was told about the dog man or something. And I'm like, I can't do that right now. Don't get into dog man. Yeah, I cannot do that because this right here has kept me up nights. Yeah. Don't do it. If I wanted to like run into forest creatures, whether it be panthers, mountain lions, bobcats, whatever, I would have moved to L.A.J. Okay.

But I didn't. Right. I am right outside the metro where I can have peace, but then I can go to Atlanta if I want to because maybe I want to go to a museum or I want to go to the aquarium. I wanted the piece, but I don't have any peace. But listen, thanks, Jeremiah. Maya, and thank you. You were the first time I spoke out about it, so I'm a lot more comfortable speaking out about it.
