And now let's get on with the show.
All right, Bigfoot Society.
I've got the privilege of talking to Fred today.
Fred from Colorado, we got connected through Facebook.
Fred's had some really interesting things happen over the years.
How's it going today, Fred?
Oh, very good.
Awesome.
You know what?
We were talking about how, you know, this is your time to share, you know, what you've experienced.
So, Fred, I'm going to go ahead and give this right over to you.
You know, feel free to take us back as far as we need to go when you started experiencing some things related to Bigfoot out there.
All right.
Well, it was back in 97.
I think it was March.
I was working for a food company.
and the first stop I had was Morrison in, up in Morrison.
So when I got up there that morning, it snowed, and just a real wet snow,
and heavy fogged through the canyon.
And I made the delivery.
We have keys, so we open up the restaurant and deliver it.
And so I'm heading out of town.
and the fog is so thick.
The only street light in town,
and it looked like a laser going through the fog.
It was so thick.
So I started out of town up in the canyon,
and Bear Creek runs through there.
And as I was heading up the canyon,
the fog was rolling down the canyon,
but I saw something crawling out of the Bear Creek.
up on the road.
And so I slowed down.
And then I just stopped.
I didn't set the air brakes.
I just stopped.
And this thing come out of Bear Creek.
And I thought it looked like a large dog, hairy dog.
And then when it got on the road,
it started running towards my truck, my Kenworth.
And as it was running,
towards the Kenworth, it looked like a Sheppelin pony because hair was flying all over on the whole
object.
And just probably about 50 yards or 40 yards in front of me, it got up on two legs and started pumping
its arms.
And it had long orangutan hair like.
And so as it kept coming at me, I set the air brakes, you know, which does.
a hiss of the air, you know, setting the air brakes, and I kicked my high beams on it.
And it never even phased it. It just kept coming right at me, right at the truck, and then it
went on the passenger side, and the shoulder hit my mirror and folded it in. So that was pretty
amazing. Then I thought to myself, I thought you guys were in Oregon, you know, and kind of chuckled and
thought, well, maybe they had a concert at the Red Rocks. But, you know, you try to put in your mind that,
you know, that what you saw wasn't what you saw, you know. And so off I go to make my deliveries.
and then the next one was in 2004 in Yellowstone.
We had all the, and we had our four kids up there, and right after dinner, I wanted to take David.
He was seven.
I told my wife I want to take him fishing.
So, and to this day, I catch it from my daughters.
They wanted to go.
But, you know, I wanted just me and him have time to do that.
So we were camped at the river's been campground.
And the Snake River runs around there.
So there's a field once you cross the road.
There's like a, oh, about a 40-foot field, and then it goes in some trees.
And then the Snake River is below you.
So as we were walking through the, got up to the trees, we heard this like something crying, you know, kind of, we're going. And so I told David, you know, something's in distress. So I told him, just keep low. And we come up to the river and we got, you know, on our bellies and looked off the edge. And there was a doe deer down on the sandbar.
in the Snake River.
And up on the hill, and it was a steep hill, was the fun.
And it was the one kind of crying.
So finally it decided it's coming down,
and it slid down the hill on the other side of the,
where the river was,
and got in the river,
and the river took it down,
but it swam up to the sandbar and got up next to Mom.
and, you know, it's shaking the water off.
And all of a sudden, the mom just looks up the river with its ears perked up.
So we're real quiet.
She doesn't know we're there.
And so I'm looking up the river where it bends out of sight,
but there's a really heavily wooded area where the river,
when it overflows, it would flood that area.
But I couldn't see anything.
And all of a sudden, she turned and ran up that hill that they came down.
And the fawn was right behind it.
It didn't even cry at all.
Boy, they got out of there.
So we went down and started fishing.
And as soon as my son caught a fish, you know, he's excited and says he's got a fish, you know.
So tell him, well, you know, go ahead and reel it in.
And he's reeling it in.
and all of a sudden we were down at the sandbar.
And right where we were was, oh, I would say 40 feet up in the air, the bank was.
And all of a sudden, these rocks start coming down.
So I just thought it was somebody hiking.
And I yell up there's like, hey, you're kicking rocks down on us, you know?
And it stopped.
And so I thought that's odd.
so we're continuing fishing and then David my son catches another one and then here come all these rocks
I mean there I was expecting something to be sliding down the hill because the rocks were going
into the river now just like a landslide so he reeled in the fish and and I told him we're we're going to go now
you know and and he was kind of spooked too so i told him we'll keep the fish on the stringer
because i my idea was there's a bear up there why it didn't come down because all them rocks
i thought something was coming down and so it stopped and we started out of there and the sun's
going down and you know you have those large shadows in the timbers and and and so my head's on
of swevel, making sure that I got a hold of, you know, his back shirt, just make sure he
stays in front of me. And we got through the trees and nothing happened. And that was just
really strange. And the next one was 2000. How Wow. I do a lot of Indian sketching. I like
Indian heritage stuff. And so I wanted to get some actual pictures of the fancy dancers.
and authentic Indian dress.
So I could draw my own pictures instead of photos that I would find, you know,
on YouTube or something like that.
And come out to my truck, and there was a leaflet on there.
The Bigfoot, it was called Bigfoot Yeti Yowie store.
So, you know, I always was fascinated about that.
So off we go home, but I keep that card, and I call the guy.
And he says, yeah, come on down, you know, he's just off of Colorado Boulevard.
And so it was down south, so I got off work, drove down there.
And first time I met him was working on a computer, well, computer work.
And his story had shirt, hats, all kinds of stuff about, you know, Bigfoot.
So I got to talking to him.
Then I asked him if you ever saw one.
He goes, oh, yeah, I got pictures of him.
So that intrigued me.
It's like, okay, could I see him?
And yeah, so went to the hallway in the back and he had him hanging up.
And sure enough, it looks like something big looking at you, you know, through the trees.
So he explained he got that one on the back side of Pike's Peak.
So, oh, I would go down there quite a bit, try to pick his brain on, on, okay, they're here in Colorado.
What do you look for?
So he was explaining that, well, what they look for is tree structures, broken trees, X's, trees, trees leaned in X's.
And he says, then you'll find makeshift TPs.
and then maybe you'll find a full teepees.
And I thought, oh, wow, that's, where do you go?
And he said, well, you find the darkest woods, oldest growth in Colorado, in canyons or something like that.
And he says, that's where they'll be.
So I thought, okay, well, there's a Golden Gate next to me.
So I started going up to Golden Gate.
And I found this one trail.
It was the mule deer trail.
And I figured, well, I'm going to walk down it.
And I put my phone on record and just held it up pointing up the mountain, you know, in the timber as I walked down the trail.
So when I got back to my truck, I watched the video.
And in some points, you could see something walking from tree to tree about 50 yards up up in on, you know, in the timbre.
It was following me.
But staying well far away that you couldn't hear the steps or anything like that.
So I thought it was, you know, some dude up there walking around and didn't think.
much of it. Then right when I went up there again, got off trail and walked into the woods,
and I started finding all these X's, just like the guy explained that you would find.
And when I saw the X's, I took my phone, and I took pictures of them of how far they're
shoved in the ground. You know, they weren't dead trees leaning on one another. They were placed
there. So once I was taking pictures of them, how they're constructed and whatnot, just for my
own biography that I'm wanting to put together of what I'm doing. Way back in the trees,
I saw this round object. And so I zoomed in on the photo, and it was a round head peeking around a tree at me.
when I was taking the photos.
So I thought, oh, shoot, that's something.
There might be something up here.
And so out at work, I was talking to my coworkers at work about it,
and they're thinking, you know, ah, you're crazy.
And I said, well, no, you just come with me, and I'll show you.
So this particular day, we were slow at work.
And so I had a co-worker that went with me up there.
He said, yeah, I'm not doing nothing.
Hey, I'll hang out with you.
Let's go on up there.
So we went up the trail, parked the truck, and started up the trail.
Now, as you first go in, you can go left or right.
Now, right, I've studied that area, and there's small tree breaks.
and the Xs that are made up there are small,
almost like real young juveniles,
are learning how to, you know, do the Bigfoot stuff of X's,
broken trees, leaning branches up like TPs,
but they're small.
and so I was thinking this must be the child's side so then and then we when I took up my coworker
I thought we'd go down that trail because there's a lot of action down down going left on the
mule deer trail so we started down the trail and I looked back at him and I said we're going to go down
here to a riverbed that goes up the mountain.
Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.

And, uh,
I said that once we get up there about 200 yards, I said, then you'll see X's and they have
TPs up there that I found.
And he goes, oh, okay.
So we're walking down no sooner than I said that, just like on Moorhead, the Sierra
Sounds, where they do the, oh, oh, they did it twice, real loud.
I mean, it just stopped me in my tracks.
So I turned to the co-worker that was with me, and I said, did you hear that?
He goes, yeah.
And I told him, they're here.
And then he says, what's here?
And so I told him, I'm going to pry some hillbillies, making this up, putting tracks up, putting, you know, these trees, bent trees up.
I said, why don't we just bullrush him?
And he looked at me like, what?
And I said, there are probably people doing this.
Let's just run up there and we're going to solve this Bigfoot stuff.
So I take off and he takes off, but I go left, then kind of not right at the sound.
I go left, thinking that he'll watch me and he'll stay behind me, right?
You would think.
But he goes straight.
And so I get up there and then I see him coming through the bushes.
And he's just sicker than a dog, just throwing up, throwing up.
And I thought, how did you get so sick in that little bit of time?
And he goes, I don't know, man, but I've heard that when you get close to them, they can put out a verbiation that can make you sick and almost like your car sick.
So right then, we heard them talk.
And have you ever had people say that they sound like, oh, samurai talk?
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.
Yeah, until you hear that up in the woods and then you're like that does exist, you know.
Nice.
And they were, and when they would talk, something would shush him like, shush him.
And then he'd talk and like, what do you know, kind of like real jabber.
And so I said to my coworker, do you hear that?
and he's Spanish.
And he goes, yeah, man, somebody's up here with us.
And I said, I don't hear one English word.
Can you hear any Spanish word?
And he goes, no, no, no, no.
And he's freaking out, looking around.
And as they say, they run like spiders.
The shrubs that were up the hill that were real thick started to shudder.
and shuttered to our right.
And so I knew that they were gathering up, you know, trying to regroup.
Because when we went up there, they all hunkered down.
And right where we stopped, they were around us.
So they were trying to regroup.
And that's why they kept talking.
So I told my coworker, hey, if we, he pushing around this corner because it opens up, we might be able to get a picture of them.
And so he turned, he shook his head.
You know, like, no, I'm done.
I'm done with this fun adventure.
And so as they were walking, you could hear their voices just getting softer.
that a samurai talk, getting softer because they're walking away.
And so I pull out my baseball bat, and I hit a tree twice.
You know, bang, bang.
And one of them yelled back, Arouha.
And I thought, wow, I can remember that.
You know, and what I've found is that word really does spark something in them
that I don't know what it means, but you will get their attention using that word of Ruha.
So, and that was October the 13th.
And so went up there with my grandson, and that was 2017.
And this time is really interesting.
It ties, we went up there in early, well,
springtime.
And there was an incident, incident up there in October of the same year, where a lady was attacked
by, she said a bear.
And that was in the fall.
And so Jeff Coe went up there and they sent an ambulance to pick up the lady.
And they took her to St. Anthony Hospital.
to have her checked out.
And so they, Jeff Coe, sheriff went up there with dogs
and guns and they're hunting down a bear.
But they said they couldn't find a bear
because dogs will not track this.
I mean, I don't care what kind of hardened dog do you have
once they get a whiff of where to track,
they won't go.
I mean, they'll lay on the ground
because I had my dog up there
she did the same thing.
And she never barked.
She would see them in the woods and literally point at them.
And if you walked by her, she would lay down.
She would not go down the trail anymore.
And nor would she let you.
So, but anyway, it was on the news.
You can Google it.
Golden Gate State Park, Colorado, Bear Attacks,
and it'll come up Channel 7 News.
that spring before this happened, I took my grandson up there and he wanted to find caves.
So we're walking around up there and we find a few caves.
Well, kind of rock outcrops that, you know, I told them, well, it could be a cave.
You know, you stick some gunnage around it and you could stay pretty dry.
So, you know, we're walking on up in there.
And so I did a tree knock as we got further in.
And no sooner than I did, bam, bam, we hear a pop back again.
And so my grandson said, Grandpa, you got a knock back.
That's cool.
And I said, yeah, maybe it's somebody doing what we're doing.
So we head on up there and I've been doing a lot of Bigfoot research of day watchers.
And there was a tree that was snapped.
I mean, oh, I'd say 12 feet, 12 foot high and it was ran into these other trees and dunnage all around it.
So I walked to end where all the dunnage was and it was magic was magic.
and it was matted down.
I mean, all I had to do is just bend over and I could walk in there.
And through the dunnage, you could see the trail right below
where when people's walking in, and it was at a high point
where people are looking down going up the hill
and looking down, going down the hill.
They aren't looking around or they would see this area.
So I came out of there,
and I did a tree knot, you know, twice, you know, bam, bam, bam, and then pop right back.
So my grandson grinned, and he said, that one's closer.
So we're standing there, and I'm thinking, oh, wow, I wonder what's going on, you know.
Whatever did that, we're going to see it here in a minute.
And then my grandson says, I hear something walking this way.
So we back up, get down on a knee, and then now I can hear it.
You know, and it's just like crunch, crunch, and tree snap and snap, crunch, crunch.
So I told them, watch the top of these trees right over here.
If they move, then it's probably an animal.
Or, you know, it's got to stay hit.
But if it's people, they're going to come up this open draw.
So they go up so we're listening and then the trees start moving.
And he starts really eyes getting big.
And then you heard this crunch, crunch.
And now it's right in front of us, but we're about 30 feet above it.
And so I yell out a rooha to see what the reaction I would get.
And I mean, here we are in Colorado.
And it's 40 minutes from my house.
And you hear a chimpanzee, first of all, going,
who, who, who.
And then it went into something like on Ron Moorhead,
when they start just jabbering, jabber real loud.
and then it screamed and you could fill it in your chest.
And I looked at my grandson and he said,
Grandpa, that's a, that's a big monkey.
That's a gorilla.
That's big, you know.
And he was freaking out.
And he's, you know, and that 15, 15 year old kids,
they don't get freaked out, you know, going with grandpa.
You know, they, you know, they,
but yeah he was getting freaked out so i got up walked to the edge and i should have took a picture
but i didn't it's one of those inspontaneous things that happened where you just want to
calm it down and so i yelled hey settle down you can have your spot back we're leaving
So I motioned him to start
Walk behind me and then start down the hill to our right
You know we're not going to go
I knew the mountain fair really well
So I knew that if we head to the right
It'll gently go down
Into the trees and it's open
There's no heavy brush area
So I can see if anything's gonna
You know come darting after us
and we get down to the metal, Fraser Meadow,
and I took a picture of my grandson standing under this crock of this tree,
and then off to the right in the Aspins.
It followed us down.
I don't know how it did it, but it was about eight foot tall,
and it was just standing there looking at me.
and what was scary about it was I was 40 feet from my grandson, and it was in between both of us.
And its distance was about maybe 20 feet.
And as big as that thing was, it could have been on either one of us in two to three steps.
and so that was, oh, that was 2017.
And I would go up and old place apples up on their exes by myself.
I'd always wear the same clothes, you know, like a safety vest and a cap.
So you look the same so they could identify you as,
that same person that comes up all the time.
And so I stopped doing that,
and then that's when I was talking to a guy on Facebook
about, you know, tendencies of Bigfoot and what they do.
And I told him I was feeding them, and I stopped.
And he said, don't go up there alone anymore if you stopped.
he says because they get pretty angry when you stop feeding them so i kind of took heed to that
and i never went up there alone but i did take my son up there and we had his dogs and so we got
half well we got away from the truck and he goes ah i forgot to get water for the dogs
and so he went back down to the truck
and I waited there in the woods
and have people talked of whistles
when they're up in the woods?
Absolutely, yeah.
Yeah, these whistles
for this area
is just and that's it.
And when he left,
then I heard, you know, a whistle and then another whistle, and then all through the woods,
it was whistling.
So they were whistling to each other that I was there.
And so when my son came back with the water, he said, Dad, it is so quiet up here.
You don't even hear nothing.
We'll be right back after these messages.

I said, because they don't know you.
They know me, but you are what's keeping me safe.
And nothing came out of that.
but those pictures that I sent you, that particular day, I looked on the map and there was Fraser Valley.
So I thought, you know, from 3 o'clock, it was summertime.
It doesn't get dark until about 0.7.30, 8 o'clock.
So I got off work at 3, and I got up there and started walking down that trail.
and I figure I'll just walk in, it's two miles in, two miles out to Fraser Valley,
just to see if I see anything going this far, because I've never walked in this way.
So as I was walking in, it got real quiet, real quiet.
And I thought, wow, that's weird.
You know, you can't hear a bird, squirrel, any noise at all.
And just then, that's when I heard that whistle.
And so I kept walking.
I thought, that's weird.
Thank God a bird, you know, and nothing at all for about 70 feet.
And then all of a sudden, same type of whistle.
So I thought, now that's something watching me.
You know, so I walked back to the first whistle.
and I sat on the rock
and waiting for
another whistle, nothing.
So I took a photo
of that area
to check it when I got home
and kept
continued down the road,
down the trail.
And when I got to the second
whistle point,
it didn't whistle.
So I figured, well,
maybe, you know,
it's what I thought it was, you know.
And then I got all the way down the trail until it turns and goes into the canyon.
And then all of a sudden you hear is elongated.
And that other words like, yeah, right, I'm watching you.
And, you know, I started getting goosebumps.
And so I yelled out, you don't exist just to make myself feel good.
And so I kept walking in.
and I got to the meadow and there's an old artesian well or something.
It's just the water bubbles out of the ground in this valley.
And there's a lot of footprints around it, deer, mountain lion tracks or, you know, whatever.
So I always look, see if there's a big footprint.
And there was a one.
And then I started walking back and all of a sudden I've seen this.
that one, that picture I sent of one that's a big, big toes, four little toes.
And the big toe was the size of my fist.
And it was, I wear a size nine and a half, and it was wider than my foot with all the toes.
So then I turned around and I figured the way it was cammered,
it went to the right, so it went back into the woods because I felt the track and it was so soft.
It was a crusty.
It was so really soft that it was on a mole hill that is always in them valleys, you know, where the moles come up.
And so that's when I turned around and I took two pictures and got out of there.
And that was the two that were looking at me through the timber.
so and that's how I got those photos I worked at Douglas colony and we did waterproofing and construction
of roofs and so we were doing the Moffat Tunnel and it's a dirt road all the way up to where
it goes through the continental divide you know the train and as I'm going up there I always
drive slow and look into the woods.
And right by the railroad tracks where the train goes through, there's X's with the trees
all along the railroad tracks.
You know, so I'm thinking that wherever there is human activity and noise, and beyond that
beyond that is just abundance of open forest.
They'll put X's up.
Other words, telling the noise that this, we're here.
You can't come in here.
This is where we're at.
And so the train runs up through there.
And every time it crosses the road, it's got to blow the horn, right?
on a train.
So I was thinking that they're putting the X's up because of that.
So the theory that what I did was I was up there in my semi.
And so I was coming down and I thought,
I'm going to take my lunch, my 30 minutes,
right here by the X's, where the train tracks are.
and every five minutes, I'm going to, I'm going to blow my air horn twice, you know, and then continue to eat my lunch, you know, and every 10 minutes, I'm going to blow my air horn twice.
And so right at the end of the half hour blowing my air horn.
And I've got a, oh, 40-foot aluminum bed on the truck.
So I put it in gear and I start out down the road and all of a sudden there is, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.
And a rock hit my flatbed came from the trees on top.
So, you know, there was my theory is that noise makes them not like it.
So they put X's up.
and when you had that one hit your side mirror did did you go out to look at see if there was anything left on that mirror and we're going way back to the beginning of the interview oh yeah no it didn't crack the mirror it folded it in was there any hair left
no i never did look i shoulda that's all right it's i should have you know i it was just one of those things that after it hit the mirror
I couldn't see down the side of my truck.
So I'm thinking I'm kind of leery and getting out.
Yeah, it could be right there.
You don't want to mess with it.
Yeah, I turn around, go around the truck.
Did you have a camera on your truck at all?
No.
No, okay.
No, well, it was before cameras.
But, yeah, that was pretty fascinating.
It kind of looked like Grizzly Adams.
Wow.
You know, with a big beard and hair down in its eyes.
Really?
Oh, yeah, it was, but big, big, big.
I mean, the hood hit its chest off of a tinworth.
Oh, my goodness.
You're looking at it.
You're looking at face-to-face pretty much.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, it's when I'm sitting in the cab,
we were looking eye-to-eye as it ran by.
That's crazy, man.
You know, and I've got a video of one following me,
And it was, oh, I would say, 15 feet away from me,
looking, squatted down, looking through the trees right at me.
And I got a video of it.
And it's pretty obvious when you see the video,
you see this big brown head in evergreens.
And I had my son's dog, and he was so scared.
He was just shaking.
you know, tints and kind of whimpering.
Let's go.
And how I knew when to start filming was as we come down the hill,
saw a pond or rose of pine, big pine.
And I heard a branch, you know, break.
And I looked behind me and this other branch was swaying back and forth
or something brushed by it real quick.
So I figured,
right here and I started my video and it was crouched down behind a thicket with its
hands pulling the branches down to look at and I think the ones up there where I'm at
are real they aren't it they're they're not violent they're curious because that
lady that was knocked down well she said attacked by a bear but when she got to say
Anthony, they didn't find any bite marks on her, just scratches and bruises where it just kind of
pushed her around as she curled up in a ball and it sniffed her and pushed her around,
you know, and kind of pushed her head around a little bit, and then it just went back into the
woods. So they were saying that they were saying that they
thought she was making it all up, you know.
And, but why would you make something up like that?
You know, thinking a bear was coming down at you.
And when Jim Roe came out, or not Jim, but Fred Roe, yeah, he called me,
because I called him in Alaska and told him what I told you about chasing him,
and he started chuckling at me saying, dude, you're either dumb or you're crazy.
And I said, I said to him, yeah, maybe a little both, you know.
And then I was listening to some of his podcasts.
And I, I agree with him.
You know, if I'm dealing with violent ones like that, yeah, yeah, that sounds stupid and crazy.
He wouldn't do that.
But, you know, he was saying down at the lower 48, they're, you know, they're around people more.
they see people more.
So they know how to deal with people.
And I got two stories.
Well, I want to finish with Jim, with Fred Rowe.
Then he called me up and he says, hey, this was in September.
He called me up last year in September.
He goes, hey, I'm up here in Evergreen, Colorado.
He says, we got to get together.
And I said, oh, heck, yeah.
you know, get together and have a few beers and and tell, I'll listen to your stories, you know.
And so we got together and he brought his girlfriend and I said, hey, you want to just go up where I go bigfoot and he goes, sure, yeah, let's do that.
So they follow me halfway up and they get out of their jeet and I get in my four and we all get in the forerunner and drive the rest of the way up there.
And so we start down the trail on the child side because it's real active in that area.
And she's real, real kind of in tune, you know, like energy.
And she just all of a sudden, oh, I feel energy right here and just starts up to me.
mountain. And so Fred goes right behind her, so I'm right behind him. And man, they do not stop
take a break. And I'm 67. So I'm trying to keep up with him. And I sweated so much. My baseball
cap was, the bill was dripping was sweat, trying to keep up with him. Fred kept looking back at me
and goes, you're going to be all right? Yeah.
I just look like I'm dying, but I'm not.
So we get up there and I just had a rule that I go as far as I think I can run back, you know, just to keep my wits to me.
And right then Fred thinks he hears a whoop and you could hear it.
And then he's looking sideways up there.
And so he's below me, him and his girlfriend.
So I start walking down towards them.
And right out of the woods comes this rock and hits me right in the forehead.
You know, right above my bill where I can't see it coming in.
And the sun's in my eyes.
And it felt like a tree branch slapped my head.
Bigfoot Society will be right back after these messages.
When I looked up, there's no tree branch.
So it had to be a rock.
And, yeah, that was the first time I had a rock thrown at me up there.
So.
That's pretty substantial getting hit with a rock like that.
Wow.
Yeah, it was about the size of a marble, not big, but just enough to get your attention where you rub your head and say a few cuss words.
You know, and what was the other one?
Oh, and up there in Bailey, there's east of Bailey there, right in the town of Bailey when you come down Crow Hill, and it does a right turn.
There's a left turn that you go back in there, and that's Wellington Lake.
And they have a dude ranch up there where people go and go vacation.
rent a cabin, and just kind of ride horses and fish, just a real nice place.
Well, back in the 50s, they had a big foot up there that would come in at night and look
through the windows of the cabins.
You know, even the two-story cabins, it could walk up and look right in the window.
and people were kind of getting freaked out about something like that.
But here in Colorado, there's so many tree structures.
And this other story that I was talking to this one guy,
oh, there's a couple of them in construction.
First one was I was talking to a crane operator,
and we were doing a job.
And he said that they were going to go out.
up to Ward, Colorado.
There was some towers they wanted to take down,
and they were going to use the crane to take them apart
and ease them down and put them on a flatbed
and pull them out of there instead of breaking them up.
And so they went up for their old, what do you call it,
orientation of this is what we're going to do,
and this is what we're tearing down,
you know, kind of get it planned out.
what, what, what's gonna happen.
And so there towards the end,
the superintendent that was running the project,
he said, and if any of you guys have a gun, bring it up here.
He said, because they got a scale house up there
that runs 24-7.
And when you're picking up old lumber, they have,
up. What do you call that? Those little pelts for wood stoves, they have them bagged up there. They got a
plant that makes them up there. And you run across that and scale out and sign your scale ticket.
So you can see what you're at to be legal to, you know, head back to your destination.
Well, he said that right at 4 o'clock in the morning, the lights, when anything hits that scale, the lights come on and a camera records.
And he said right at 4 o'clock, the lights came on.
And these two bipedal walking things walked up on the scale across it.
and it scaled out at, oh, he said they must have been about 600 pounds apiece.
Really?
Walking across the scale.
And he said, and they were all covered in here.
And so the guy was freaked out, and he said, you know, he wants everybody to be carrying
because something that big, he don't know what they're capable of doing.
But Ward is on the backside of steamboat.
and so there's quite a bit of activity
you know even in steamboat
north of there towards Wyoming
that there's a group of them living up there
that some of the Bigfoot
people here in Colorado
go up there and come into a lot of contact with them
they're reaching underneath the tent
to grab food, they'll leave food out there for them, and peanut butter with the lid on it,
and they'll unscrew the lid, then eat the peanut butter, and then put the lid back on.
You know, weird things like that.
You've mentioned a few times having different videos.
Are those available to see on the internet at all, or are those you have them on like old,
You know, V-H-S-C or whatever?
No, no, I've got them on my phone.
Okay.
I just don't know how to, you know, if I send them,
sometimes I'll say videos too long, you'll have to cut it down.
Uh-huh.
And how do you put a red circle around the video part so you can concentrate on that area and see it?
Yeah, that's kind of tricky.
I always try to look at those without the red circles
just to make sure, see if I see anything right off the bat.
But, I mean, you probably could do it in certain programs.
Like, I mean, there's like maybe you could do it in Canva.
You could do it in Imovie if you have a Mac or, you know, equivalent.
But yeah, okay, so that's cool.
So you have them on your phone, but they're just too big to get off the phone.
Yeah, yeah, it's long video.
and I mean, it got so crazy up there when I was feeding them that I wouldn't even, I stopped
taking pictures of them because it got to a point where, you know, I'd walk down the trail and
I just yell out, I see you.
Right.
Yeah.
And they're peeking around a tree at me.
Yeah, there you are.
Wow.
You know, and their color is red like orangutang.
When I first, when it first come to me that they're here,
and it's almost like you want to tell the world, you know, of what you've seen.
Absolutely.
It's just amazing.
But then again, it hits you that you don't really want to tell a lot of people.
because then they'll want to shoot them.
Because what we don't understand,
we've got to go kill it and drag it home, you know?
Yeah, exactly.
And then it almost feels,
oh, they have a family up there.
And there's one particular color they love,
and that's bright pink.
Really?
Yeah, and you almost think that's a female color, you know?
I've never heard.
That's very interesting.
Oh, yeah.
They love their apples and bright pink.
And Ruha is definitely gets them going.
I don't know what that means.
I mean, that's the thing about not knowing the language is you could be doing the equivalent
of anything.
Yeah.
It would get pretty scary if you think about it.
You got to be careful what you're doing out there.
Yeah.
And like I said, that Golden Gate has an RV part there.
There's full hookups.
You can bring your fifth wheel up in there.
They have tent camping.
The Boy Scouts go camping up there.
I've gone up camping up there with the Boy Scouts,
backpacking in areas.
And I've never seen this before.
But on this particular mountain in the valleys,
where that stream is because they need water,
man, it's like almost woodstock.
You go up there, you see trees broken down
and, you know, elk carcasses leached in the back end of woods,
and there's a herd of elk that live up there.
And I've even seen trees that were woven in between other,
trees like a stockade fence where it's almost a kill zone where they would run them in that area.
Okay, that's very interesting.
Oh, man.
If you ever can, I don't know, figure out a way to get the videos off your phone, maybe email them, if possible, I mean, I would love to see what you have.
I understand it can get pretty tough to get stuff off of devices like that.
But I mean, up to you.
Yeah, I.
Okay, yeah, I can send you a part of the video that I froze and I photographed.
And it's actually looking, I mean, you can see the or the pupil in its eye.
But there's branches.
But this is absolutely round.
and you can see the eye as it's looking right at you.
Oh, wow.
And I've done a lot of sketches of them that I figured,
God let me know that they're here.
And what pictures I did get,
I can sketch them or add to them of, you know,
get half the head and then just figure that half is like the other half,
put them together.
and you'll have what one of them looks like.
Is there a way to see your sketches anywhere?
Yeah, I can send them to you.
Oh, okay.
That would be cool.
On your phone.
Yeah, that would be awesome.
I mean, just to see what your interpretation is, that would be really cool.
It's been a real fun time talking to you, Fred.
I mean, you're really into it out there,
and you're getting involved with some really intense stuff.
I'd say, you know, we should definitely keep in touch.
I'm sure you're going to be doing more stuff in the future.
Oh, yeah.
Whenever we go to the woods, that's the first thing I look for.
And, oh, there's Golden Gate.
They got a dude fishing hole.
And before I even had a concept of Bigfoot, I'd go down there fishing.
and you'd always get to creedness.
Somebody's watching.
You know, and so you go to the other side of the lake where the woods aren't in your back.
You know, on your back, mostly a cliff is.
And as you're fishing, you keep feeling that leave, go.
You know, don't stay here.
Oh, boy.
You know, and you're looking around like, am I being just, you know, crazy?
But you get this gut feeling that something bad's going to happen if you stay here.
And they have a tent camping area down there.
And there's no way I would camp down there.
I mean.
What's the name of that campground again?
It's called dude fishing hole.
Dude fishing hole.
Okay.
Interesting.
Okay.
Yeah.
As you walk down there, there are tree breaks left and right of you.
And then there's willows that follow the little creek down through there.
And the willows are all braided together.
What does that?
Yeah.
Right.
I mean.
Yeah, but it's invigorating, especially when you hear them.
It really gets you.
I've had it happen once out in, well, Oregon and Iowa, and both times, it, man, it's wild.
Yeah, you have that, that howler, is it, the Iowa, or is that the Ohio?
It's Ohio.
I've heard a given type loops out where I go in Iowa, but, I mean, out in Oregon, we heard the roar.
and screams and dude it was it was crazy you'd not mess around yeah this other guy that he's up
there in s's park yeah and there's some sad stories about a little boy that was taken and he's
20 something years ago and they found he has his pants and his shoes and his shirt they were
laying on a boulder field.
And his shirt and pants and shoes were not even ripped, you know, weathered.
The shoes looked new, but they were the clothes that that little boy wore.
They folded up.
Fold it up as well.
Yeah, they said it was just, yeah, fold it up.
Yeah.
And the pants were inside out.

Economic instability, global conflicts
and record national debt
have created an environment
where financial uncertainty
is a part of everyday life.
And while none of us can
control those forces. We can control how prepared we are for them. Market swings are hitting retirement
accounts and savings harder than ever, leaving many Americans wondering how to protect what they've built.
That's why people are exploring physical gold and silver as a part of a broader strategy. These are
tangible assets with a long history of being used when confidence in traditional markets waivers. They're
not a promise of returns and they're not a replacement for existing investments. They're simply
another tool to help diversify our portfolio. Preserve gold provides clear educational guidance to help

So you know about that story? I mean, I've heard different variants of it. I know a little bit
about missing four-on-one stuff, and that seems to be a current kind of a current that runs
through you'll find folded clothes and it's just very strange oh yeah it's well and that's why i
if anything anybody gets out of listening to you know these shows and that is watch your kids
you know keep them close to you absolutely because can't replace them that's probably the most
important things that, I mean, you can't replace your kids, watch your kids. Fred, that's,
that's important for people to, to hear, I think, man, it has been such a, such a conversation.
I feel like we could, we could have more. And I think, you know, well, we'll definitely keep in touch,
Fred, but is there a way people can reach out to you at all if they have, you know, if you said
something, they're like, oh, man, I, it's, that's crazy because it, or do you kind of just stay in the
shadows, Fred in the shadows, which is okay, too. Well, oh, I wouldn't mind that they could,
I never thought of that. Yep. I'm kind of reluctant and giving my phone number out because I don't want
you know, maybe text messages. Yeah, probably don't want to do that. I wouldn't recommend it.
Yeah, but I know what you're talking about. Well, you can think about it. And if you, if you do, you know,
think it through and you're like, oh, yeah, they could get a hold of me this way. Just let me know
and we'll throw it in. So if not, hey, don't worry about it. All right. Yeah. If somebody calls you
and they got one any more information, I know you're busy, but, you know, we could do that.
Yeah. That has, that has bit me before in the past. But we'll see what we figure out. So, but Fred, it has been a fun
time chatting with you in and just thank you for thank you for agreeing to come on the show and
talking about Colorado we don't get a lot of Colorado calls so appreciate you coming on really
yeah really I thought there's so much in Colorado you heard of Vail Colorado right sure yeah
okay well they found nesting where they built nests on walk just above walking paths up in Vail
even on the ski runs, they're in the trees watching the people.
Holy macro.
I went to Black Hawk, and that photo I took of one looking through the woods,
there was a bartender there, and they've got a full-size-sacquatch, you know, in the casino.
And I showed him my picture, and he looked at it and looked at the Sasquatch that was on the floor,
and he just he just couldn't believe it he said that looks just like the one that's on the floor
wow and this one's got woods around it and i said yeah that one's up there you know it's up there
yeah well man we will we'll keep in touch fred i i i hate to have to jet but i i do have to jet but
man it has been it's been a fun one sir right on yeah i've got oh some more stories of what i've
heard that some big flips were shot here in Colorado and and the army took them away.
But that's for another time.
Yeah, yeah.
We'll set that up.
That's a teaser.
My goodness.
So Fred, we'll be in touch there, Fred from Colorado.
Thank you, sir.
Okay.

Volatility has become the norm.
In times like these, people often look for ways to strengthen their financial foundation.
Physical gold and silver have served that purpose throughout history.
They're real assets that exist outside the digital and financial systems that tend to fluctuate during economic stress.
They're not a guarantee and they're not a shortcut to wealth, but they can offer diversification when things feel unpredictable.
Preserve gold is committed to helping Americans understand their options with simple educational information, including how precious metals can be held in an IRA.
