Starting point is 00:02:43 Good evening on this Sunday night for strange stories with Jeremiah Byron. Number 12. We are 12 episodes in. Good to see some people hanging out already with us. We've got Memphis Song hanging out. Good to see you again. and we got Mr. Mike Casey. Hey, fam.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Good to see you, Mike. Always a pleasure. Yeah, so if you're new here, this is Strange Stories with Jeremiah Byron. We're 12 episodes in. And if you've got a story to share on our show, this is a live calling show. It's live on YouTube. And it is also recorded for the Bigfoot Society podcast. And I also have put together a separate podcast for this as well.
Starting point is 00:03:33 So if you want to just listen to the strange story stuff by itself, you can head over to look up on iTunes. You look up Strange Stories with Jeremiah Byron. And there's a podcast just for this show. It'll start with episode 10. That's when stuff started to get good, I think. And you can always hear the other stuff on the Bigfoot. society, but check that out, subscribe to that. I know it's on iTunes. It's kind of slowly getting to other places, but we'll chat for a few minutes while we wait for our first caller to
Starting point is 00:04:10 head on in on this Sunday night before most of us head back to work in the morning. I appreciate you all being here. Hopefully we hear some good stories tonight. I know last Thursday was a pretty wild episode. We had, we had some crazy, interesting stories. Actually, the last two episodes, the ones that come to mind were, you know, we had the young woman call in from the Pacific Northwest. She called about the Bigfoot encounter from the Lake Cushman area of Washington State. And then there was an camping experience she had where she experienced some really interesting feelings in the woods over by the Mount Rainier bumping lake area. So that was a very interesting call. She had some potential dogman stories from Michigan as well. And then I had a caller from Ontario that had some really interesting. canine stories, a random dog in the woods and a bipedal canine in an alleyway. We've got Matt's
Starting point is 00:05:35 tube of you. Hey, everyone, good to see you, Matt. Thank you for hanging out with us. This is strange stories with Jeremiah Byron. If you've got a story, and it could be anything, you know, cryptid, bigfoot related, weird stuff, strange, unknown, paranormal UFO alien. You can go ahead and call on into 515-809-0165. If you have a friend that should be calling in with a story, you can go ahead and send them a little message right now. Say, hey, you need to call into this guy's live show. It's going on right now from 9 to 10 p.m. Central Standard Time.
Starting point is 00:06:10 Call 515-809-0165. And we'll be chatting a little bit before we get our first caller. I know it's someone's putting in the digits right now, 515-809-0165. I can feel it. I can feel. I'm going to take a little drink. Something cool I found out today. Future listeners will want to know this is that, you know, Tony Merkel from the Confessionals, his documentary about Dogman is out in different places. You can get on Amazon, but you can also get it on Tooby as well. So if you're wanting a free option to watch his documentary, you can definitely.
Starting point is 00:06:54 check out. The 2B app, TUBI, has a lot of really good, awesome, bigfoot encrypted stuff. And now it's got Expedition Dog Man. So I can't wait to watch that one. I know it's going to be a really good one. If you want to probably support Tony a little bit more, you can also check that out on Amazon Prime Video as well. It is not on YouTube.
Starting point is 00:07:20 Had a great weekend, a beautiful weekend in Iowa, getting a little cold, but, you know, here and there, one week, it was, well, one, one day, got down to the 30s, and the day after it got up to the 50s. So, you know, I wear my winter coat and shorts and that was fine. But hope we're, oh, all right, who we got here? Hey, we got Squatch, Squatchwatch is here. That's awesome. Squatch watch. Good to see you.
Starting point is 00:07:50 Thanks for hanging out. We are waiting for our first caller. tonight. So we're just kind of shooting the breeze about some stuff. If you've got a Bigfoot story or a cryptid story or UFO alien, anything weird, you can call on into 515-809-0165. This is live on YouTube, of course, and recorded for the podcast. If you have a friend that had a Bigfoot encounter or a Cryptic counter, dog man, anything weird like that, maybe even a story that they haven't shared yet. Go message them the phone number, 515, 809, 0165, say, hey, this guy is waiting to hear your story.
Starting point is 00:08:30 It's a non-threatening environment, no judgment. And, man, we've had, I would wager to say we're up to six to eight stories so far, where the person said, this is the first time I've ever felt comfortable enough to share, which is very cool. So go ahead, share the link for this in all your social media groups, maybe your discords, all that good stuff, and let people know that, hey, the week's coming tomorrow, but you can still hang out, get one last thing in tonight. You can have fun, listen into some stories, call on in, share your story, and we'll see
Starting point is 00:09:13 who calls in tonight. I feel the vibes. Let me make sure that. Okay. That was close. I thought I felt it. We're up to five people here. Patrick Vaughn says,
Starting point is 00:09:28 new to the subject, what are we talking about? Well, so here's the thing. This is a live call-in show. I do every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday night.
Starting point is 00:09:36 And thanks for being here, Patrick. And if you have a story to share anything weird, paranormal, UFO, Alien, Bigfoot, cryptid stuff. People will call in. I have a phone number, 515, 809, 0165. It'll be live on the air, of course.
Starting point is 00:09:55 And it is recorded for the podcast. But, yeah, we just, we hang out together for an hour. We just put the fishing line out there. And we say, hey, this is the time for someone to call in. Spread the news, people. and let's hear some stories. Let's see. I would like to tell my story sometime.
Starting point is 00:10:22 It happened in 2004. I had one staring up at me from the bottom of my tree stand for about five minutes. So it seemed I would love to hear that story, Squatchwatch. You are welcome to call in Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday night right now from 9 to 10 p.m. Central Standard Time. Whenever that works for you, I'll be here live. You can call 515-809-016. five. We're almost 10 minutes into our hour.
Starting point is 00:10:53 9 to 10 p.m. Central Standard Time. We got six people hanging out with us. Guys, if you've got a story to share, I just had a notification. I thought that was it. It wasn't, though. I got a little freaked out. Patrick's like,
Starting point is 00:11:11 Patrick's like, cool, someone jump on. Well, that's the thing. You got to wait it out. Sometimes the calls coming in fast and furious like Vin Diesel. Patrick, sometimes I got to wait until 950 and I start sweating it out. And then Sharon from Vancouver Island calls
Starting point is 00:11:28 from Canada and tells me about all these amazing Bigfoot stories. So, oh, cool. So SquatchWite says it was definitely the reason why I started the IG page, love your content. That means a lot coming from you. You put some cool stuff out there.

I don't know if it's Joe or Jesse, but either way, it's a party with Hell Bent Holler here.
Starting point is 00:12:22 We are just hanging out, waiting for that first caller to call on in on the strange line. I'm going to call it to Strange Line from here and out. That'll be cool. 515-809-0165. Call on in, and you can share that number with any of your friends that have stories that they should be calling in. Remember, this is a, oh, my goodness, we got... My mind is just flipping out right now. It's someone help me out in the chat. What's the new STM thing that came out today? It's like Chestnut Ridge. It's the latest.
Starting point is 00:15:07 I think it's the last installment of the Chestnut Ridge Bigfoot series, which has been fantastic. It's about government and Bigfoot. So anything STM puts out is amazing. Yes, the Ridge. Thank you. That's it. Yeah.

I need to go back and listen to the whole thing. I was multitasking at the same time. But I did catch some of it. It was interesting.
Starting point is 00:19:46 He was like in Hawaii or something, right? But that was the first episode of this. I had Mike Michael call in and I got to talk to him thanks to Mike Casey. That was pretty rocking. Mike Casey says, dude, no joke. I'm working on that for you. Dude, if you get the Bob Gimlin connection, hats off to you, my friend. Hats off to you.

Starting point is 00:20:51 Not that I'm saying the joke that they're related, but Tate has a good handle on stuff like that. So I'm going to have to ask Tate. Their last names are not the same spelling for anyone curious. Guys, if you know anyone that should be calling in, sharing their story, go ahead. And you can send the phone number over to 1515-809-0165. We got 11 people hanging out.
Starting point is 00:21:20 I got a feeling this is going to be this is going to be sweated out night but we'll see fingers crossed let me check to see if my do not disturb is on it's this thing on yeah it's on oh all right here we go this interesting is interesting Patrick says with bigfoot cave paintings going back 1700 years on his continent accepted by the indigenous people that live here expand your thoughts on why modern civil has such an adverse view. Interesting thought. I'm not really,
Starting point is 00:22:03 I'm not really sure if that's a question or not, but it is, you know, it's always an interesting thought, Patrick, where you find those, those, you know,
Starting point is 00:22:13 indigenous drawings of Bigfoot. I think that's what you're referring to, like the one that Kathy Strain was involved with. It's cool stuff, you know, really cool stuff. And the stories that you hear, one,
Starting point is 00:22:28 one person that I want to talk to. Flash of Beauty documentary had a lot of really cool interviews in it. And I definitely want to talk to, I think he's Henry Franzoni, up there in the Pacific Northwest. That guy is cool, big time 1990s Bigfoot researcher, but still, dude, now it's a party. We got Alan Lasseter. What's up, dude? Good to see you. I've got Squatch watch throwing up the signs, throwing up to squash signs.

Send it on the phone number 515, 809, 0165. Let's see, do I have, oh, here's a story that's a few days old, or is it a week old, I don't know. In fact, did you know the International Cryptozoology Museum will be moving soon enough from Portland, Maine, up to Bangor, Maine? What is that going to mean? It means if you're planning on visiting the International Cryptozoology Museum, you're going to have to be traveling of like two more hours to get there.
Starting point is 00:24:46 So maybe if you live in New England and you've never been there, make the trip soon. So you have to drive an extra two hours. even if you don't, you know, get there before it moves to the bank or it's still, of course, worth going up there because it's going to be in a really cool old building. And also, it's going to be in the same town as all the Stephen King stuff too. So hit the Stephen King stuff. Let's see. Oh, man, we got a few people hanging out right here. Let's see.
Starting point is 00:25:23 We got Bigfoot and I and Connor hanging out. We got, Greg, I don't know if. that's Stephen King's hometown. I just know that like all his, it's where his archives are at. And like you can, I think his house is there too. Don't quote me on it. Squatch Watch is talking. Let's see,
Starting point is 00:25:44 2004 I had my encounter with one staring up at me from the bottom of the tree stand in South Carolina. Wild stuff. Wild stuff, dude. Yeah, Squatch watch. One of these times you got to call in and share that story. Let's make sure my phone is, a strange line is ready to go. Got rev it up.
Starting point is 00:26:02 Rev it up. Come on, phone. You can do it. We're 20 minutes in, guys. Actually, yeah, we're 21 minutes in. If you've got a story to share, it can be Bigfoot-related, cryptic-related, UFOs, aliens, anything weird, unknown, paranormal. Go ahead, calling in 515-809-0165. We got tons of dudes and cool, cool guys hanging out.

Starting point is 00:26:47 what's up I'm going to take a drink guys do me a favor and share the link for this YouTube channel or this YouTube video this live share it in any of the Facebook groups you're in,
Starting point is 00:27:10 share it on your Twitter, share it everywhere. My goodness, anywhere there's someone that could call in and share their story, their Bigfoot story. Now you need to share it because we got to get someone to call in. We got to do it, you know. This is fun just hanging out, chatting with people in the chat, giving people a way to hang out together before the work week starts out again. I love providing that.
Starting point is 00:27:36 Squatch watch, let's see. Long story short, after five minutes of me panicking, it just turned around and walked away. What do you think about that behavior of the about face they do? You know, I've never actually heard of that behavior. That's why I want to talk to you about your story. It sounds very interesting, my friend. I'll never understand that it only started moving once I acknowledged it. Hmm.
Starting point is 00:27:58 That's really weird. That is a really weird thing that you experienced it. But it's cool that it puts you on the track to creating something as big as Squatch Watch networks. You know what I mean? Guys, this is Strange Stories with Jeremiah Byron. This is a open call-in show. I do every week, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. You honestly never know what you're going to get with this.
Starting point is 00:28:30 Some nights I have my last one, I have four callers right off the bat. Bam, bam, bam. Four callers. We're talking about dog man, big foot. Crazy stuff. Some nights, you got to drag it out. You just got to drag it out right into the end, 950, and then you get someone calling at the end. You got Sharon from Vancouver Island and Canada talking about a big foot that she had crossed the road in front of her car at midnight. And the crazy vocalizations she's been having at the in the backyard of her house. Crazy stuff, man. But I appreciate you all being here. I'm just going to do a little check here. Let me know in the chat if you're going to CryptidCon. I know Asher's is.
Starting point is 00:29:35 Hold on. I had a buddy just message me. I got a... Wait, where is this? Oh, it's on Met. Okay. Sorry. And we got 12 people hanging out.

We're about the halfway mark. This is going to be an episode where we just kind of, we drag it out. That's all right. We're having a good chat.
Starting point is 00:30:20 We got all sorts of people in the chat here. We got, hmm, Patrick says, I've tracked them in five states. elusive. What states have you tracked them in, Patrick? I'm curious to know. Maybe is Iowa one of the states? Maybe we could get some info. Thank you, Mike Casey. Press that thumbs up button and subscribe to the channel too. Hit that bell icon so you don't miss any impromptu hangouts because sometimes those happen too. But this is strange stories with Jeremiah Byron. We're just kind of hanging out, breezing on into the work week. This is kind of a hangout time we're having.
Starting point is 00:30:59 But the main point of the show is if you've got a story to share, go ahead and call in 515-809-0165. I can call in with any Bigfoot stuff, cryptid stuff, UFOs, aliens, weird stuff, paranormal, stuff you just couldn't explain. Now is the time. Now is the time to call on. And we do this three times a week, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sundays. Some nights were just hanging out chatting in the chat, which is awesome. Some nights, we got calls like bam, bam, bam, bam, bam. We got calls like popcorn.
Starting point is 00:31:34 Either way of nights are great. Oh, delicious water. Can't get enough. Can't get enough of that water. Yeah. If you have a story, now is a time to call in. 515809-0165. I'm not going to beg.
Starting point is 00:32:00 This is live on YouTube and recorded for the podcast also. So it's recorded for the Bigfoot Society podcast. I also did set up the strange stories with Jeremiah Byron podcast as well. You can find that on iTunes right now. So if you like just listening to this stuff and not having to listen to the interviews, that is an option for you. And you can go ahead and subscribe to that and write and review and all that good stuff, which I would really appreciate you guys.

Starting point is 00:36:28 Thanks for calling N, man. It looks like you were struggling a little bit. I didn't want to share much behind. I appreciate it. Not struggling. just getting the clock to get a little closer to 10. Sometimes you got to wait a little bit longer, but I appreciate you calling in.
Starting point is 00:36:45 So what do we got going on, man? There's so much to tell. I'm not sure where to start at. All right. I had two unsolicited and encounters in which I never thought. Bigfoot was real. Really? And after my second encounter, I grew up, I'm a third generation track.
Starting point is 00:37:13 I grew up kind of living off the land. When I got out of school, I got into permanent survival and started studying criminal survival. And in doing that, that caused me to get into the far out of waiting places. And then I had an encounter where I was chased for a mile out to my truck by a fast car. Really? I didn't believe it real. Whoa. And then I had a second encounter six years later when I was trying to put it all away
Starting point is 00:37:48 and put it all back in this nice little package so I could ignore it. Sure. And that second encounter, you know, I had to start studying. And so I've been studying since 2003, so 19 years. I spent 16 years of one group, studying one group, and I spent a year tracking for a YouTube channel called Blue Put Explorer. Okay. And so I did a season with them, tracking with them, track it for them because they wanted to see what I was seeing in the woods. Sure.
Starting point is 00:38:24 And so I took them out, got them experienced in it, and then, and I've been on a few channels. and I lean towards the practical application of, you know, of critical discernment for the subject to gain, to gain evidence. So that's me in a nutshell. Your name sounds so familiar to Patrick. It's what is from a while back, but I can't remember. I know I've seen your name around a few places to do with, to do with. the Bigfoot. So you said you were studying a certain Bigfoot group for 16 years?
Starting point is 00:39:10 Yes. That's incredible. What part of the country was that in? North Louisiana. North Louisiana? Yeah. Okay. That was my first contact with ever knowing these things were in existence.
Starting point is 00:39:28 And then I started tracking. I had to, I was already a tracker, but I had to, I had to, I had to, I had. to expand myself many more times to be able to build the tract them and understand how they use the land, you know, how they move the difference between how the males move and what the females are doing because they're going to different patterns. Sure. Because, you know, a female are stuck with young and they need a more consistent nutritional nutritional nutritional value because they're nursing.
Starting point is 00:40:01 and so I found that the young and the bombs, when you find a trail, that's what the, in my area, what I found in my experience was that it was the young and the females that were running the very known corridors that you find, the big males, I just walked through the thick of stuff
Starting point is 00:40:22 and just, you know, they stay out of sight that was really hard to track. Sure. But I learned that with that core group. How big would you say that core group was? Right now there's four. Okay. There was a female, and then before I know it, I'm tracking a little seven-inch track.
Starting point is 00:40:47 Okay. So that means that there's not just a female, but there's also male, and now there's a little one. I tracked him as he grew. Okay. he and I actually kind of he never trusted me but I tracked him a lot it's not like we were friends
Starting point is 00:41:04 but then he got bigger and then I started finding these little seven tracks again and so I realized wow there's there's you know there's a teenager here
Starting point is 00:41:19 there's a you know what I found out is that you know on a five size five track is they're toddling mom is picking up and putting them down. Okay. So if you're tracking mom, if you're tracking mom, you'll find a little size five track picked up, put down, picked up, put down.
Starting point is 00:41:37 They can't quite walk them up. Gotcha. But at a size six, it's moving around pretty good by itself. Okay. Wow. Yeah, I got a, I had a lot of insight tracking that one group, and then I took what I learned from there, and I took a YouTube platform. out because this guy told me, well, we don't believe you can do what you do.
Starting point is 00:42:01 You have your skill set. And I submitted, I told him what groups I belong to, what, tracking and the survival of the skill instructor. And I gave him all information that he vetted these through all these groups before he would even listen to me. Wow. He goes, okay, I'm going out with you. Yeah, he goes, okay, I'm going out with you.
Starting point is 00:42:22 That's incredible. I took you up. Yeah, we did several, several, you know, field investigations three, four days apiece and expeditions. And we had success, but then it was always inconclusive.
Starting point is 00:42:40 Okay. But it was a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun, you know. But these things are real. They're absolutely real. What would you say, you know, we'll jump right to it. What would you say over the years
Starting point is 00:42:56 with that one group, 16 years is such a long time? Do you have any, like, you know, class A encounters that stick out in your mind, or what was the craziest encounter with that group that you would have had? The craziest one was the first one. Okay. Okay. I was hunting.
Starting point is 00:43:19 I had no idea of any of this existed. And this young female comes up and falls in trail behind me. and comes up, and she's so elusive and so behind the brush. I didn't know what it was at first, but it was playing a cat and mouse game, and I was the mouse. I didn't think I was in the house because I was armed, but I wound up being in the mouth.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Oh, man. And we're, you know, I'm trying to get out of this bottom when I was hunting, and she's entailed behind me, and I couldn't catch her, so I fooled her. I kind of took a step and paused and looked, and I looked, I saw it right there, but I did it. And she jumped from, you know,
Starting point is 00:44:04 behind, from one behind one tree and glided between two other trees and landed and bounced behind it. And that's when I got the first glimpse of something real disturbing. And then I jogged all the way to this dim road. And when I
Starting point is 00:44:22 got there, you know, I dodged her and took off. And then she was 12 foot from me in the Bush room for a mile. I would look at her and she's running and she doesn't move like I move. They move completely different than they do. Okay, their hips don't work like I lose. Can you elaborate that?
Starting point is 00:44:42 Sorry, go ahead. A human can run and twist their hips as they run launching themselves smoothly. Her hips don't move maybe two degrees and her feet are moving or hitting it down twice as fast as far as right. and it's almost like her feet or grabbing it down and pulling it to her. She's not actually extending her leg backwards, kicking off like I am. Her feet are just like,
Starting point is 00:45:10 it's like he's grabbing the ground and just pulling it to her, and she's so fast. But they don't work, her hips don't work like ours, their legs don't look like ours. That's why I had to go back and watch the Patty film
Starting point is 00:45:22 and watch Patty how she moves. That's not a hoax. People are, your move. She doesn't twist her hips. She doesn't move like a human does. Wow. That's...
Starting point is 00:45:35 When a human's moving, you can see the hip's rocket back and forth. You know? Yeah. They don't do that. Their body doesn't allow them to do that, but there's so much pressure with me. That's incredible.
Starting point is 00:45:52 So you got a really good luck at this figure, is what it sounds like. Yes. Were you able to see, did you, were able to look at like the head of the figure? Were you able to look into its face at all? Anything like that that you remember? Yeah. The face, she had my nose.
Starting point is 00:46:17 That's what creeped me out the most. All right. I was armed. I was armed. I was armed. I'm a family of living skills instructor. I know my animals. Sure.
Starting point is 00:46:28 Okay. I've killed most about it. everything I walked across on this front. You know, buffalo, elk, deer, you know, alligator,
Starting point is 00:46:39 but I know my animals and when I looked at this one's face, she had my nose and that's what that spooked to me. I had two years of nightmares. Okay.
Starting point is 00:46:49 It spooked to me so bad. Yeah, I had two years of nightmares from the encounter time. I actually thought it was hallucination. I thought I loosened it first. Really? But then I went back from,
Starting point is 00:46:59 yeah. And I ripped back. back and replayed it. And I'm like, you know, I'll research him then on, and I finally was able to put it to bed, and then I had a second encounter. But her face had my nose, a wider
Starting point is 00:47:13 jaw. She had a reddish one color hair. And it covered just in her eyes got whiskey our teeth. And it's just full beard of the nose
Starting point is 00:47:29 just hair and there's wispy hair. in her nose and the jaw was wider, a jaw was heavier. She has extremely, the most terrifying, the most terrifying course of an account is when you look at its eyes
Starting point is 00:47:43 and you don't know what the rules are when you're looking at the one's eyes. Because you know how you were raised with a certain amount of humanity. You don't know what it's within them. Okay, when you're standing there and you're a mile in
Starting point is 00:48:00 and you're by yourself. And this thing is your size or bigger. She wasn't a big thing. She was my size. And I'm 62250. She is my size. And she's looking at you in your eyes. What are the rules of engagement?
Starting point is 00:48:15 Is she hungry? Is she accountable? Am I on the menu? Because I didn't know anything about these things. You know, everything is up for question at this point. You know, is she violent? Is she going to attack? All these questions come up.
Starting point is 00:48:34 And when you're looking at one, and I don't care if it's later on, if it's your fifth or eighth encounter, when you look at one in the eyes, you don't know what rules are applied to you. That's wild. That is absolutely, that's wild. I'd be thinking if she's here, where's the, there's got to be bigger ones around here too, you know?
Starting point is 00:48:58 Oh, yeah. that was in my second account and it was a big male and that was what went through my I actually tried to deny it was there I was I tried to deny it was there I kept just walking down through this right away
Starting point is 00:49:15 to get to my dear stand it's pre in the dark and I just got my light and I'm trying to want me and it's right there and I'm trying to deny it's there and finally I'd turn around and I addressed it and I'm like yeah it's there okay it's right there because I tried to put it away as I would never have another encounter.
Starting point is 00:49:34 There's no way a person could have two encounters. But here is. And when you look in its eyes, when you look at its eyes, you feel very long and very vulnerable, very small. It's almost equivalent to waking up on a very small raft in the middle of the ocean when you feel insignificant, very threatened, very insecure, You don't know what the rules are anymore. No rules around you apply it anymore.
Starting point is 00:50:03 When you're looking at its eyes, what's it going to do? It sounds like, you know, and, you know, looking into its eyes like that, you know, you'd have so many conflicting emotions. I don't know if I could even take the shot. Like, you know, like it just feels like there's some conflicting humanity there. I don't know. That would have been very, very hard in your situation. Well, I've never been compelled to want to shoot one. Sure.
Starting point is 00:50:39 I'm a no-kill actor. Okay. Because they are not, they're not an animal. They're not an ape. They are a primitive being. Wow. They're just different. They are extremely intelligent, extremely talented.
Starting point is 00:50:59 very fast, great eyesight. Sure. But they have, I can't, I, I would have a very difficult time shooting something that has my nose. Yeah. You know? Yeah. I've never wanted to harm anybody unless I absolutely had to defend myself. Sure.
Starting point is 00:51:18 But, you know, you look at this thing, it has your nose, but it's eight feet, it's eight feet tall. Yeah. It's two feet taller than me and got 400 pounds on me and it's fast. And you're sitting there looking at my eyes. This is Matt Rogers from Los Culture East us with Matt Rogers and Bowen-Yang. This thing could have walked off when you'd have never known it was there. so why is it standing here? What is it, what is it, you know, because I'm very, very skilled and understand
Starting point is 00:54:01 affecting my survival towards other beings, other creatures, you know, I learned, I grew up learning how to discern behavior of game and understand and track them and find out when they're going to be there and then meet them there and affect my survival on them. You know, I've taken game. and I understand about engaging and affecting your survival. So what is this thing doing standing here?
Starting point is 00:54:31 Patrick, a really weird question. Were you involved with the Tom Brown School at all? No. Okay. Have you ever? I kept thinking of that, you know, you kept thinking of like talking about tracking and survival. And he's a famous tracker I had heard about back in the 80s and 90s.
Starting point is 00:54:51 He was pretty popular. but um my grandfather was a tracker for sure oh okay cool in southeast Oklahoma okay and and then I just it kind of came down the family line and I was I started tracking the line and you know trains uh you know my family is also reservation up in the Indian nations in Oklahoma okay and uh I've had I've had a lot of teachers One of my teachers, he was, you know, Cherokee off in the nations. Oh, wow. That taught me, he taught me, he made me, you know, I learned a lot of the mechanical tracking.
Starting point is 00:55:36 Mm-hmm. But then, but then this man taught me more of the spiritual side of tracking. Sure. Of getting to feel the woods. Okay, mechanical tracking is only half of it. you know, you can mechanically track someone and it's half of it. The other half is feeling your environment. And to be able to connect with your environment,
Starting point is 00:56:05 you can feel everything out to, it's hard to describe, you know. I have to do an exercise where I went out in the woods and I just closed my eyes. Yeah. and I just and I audibly discerned all noises out until you couldn't hear anything else except for white noise okay and then you with your eyes closed your picture and everything perfect in its place the leaves the grass everything perfect in its place and before then when you opened your eyes you saw all the disturbances a lot you know water runoff animal tracks human disturbances and so that really gets you in tune and feel your environment
Starting point is 00:56:50 and not just mechanically tracked but it's kind of a special thing as well as you're walking through feeling and tracking and it makes you a better tracker is there anything you would notice you know tracking that way
Starting point is 00:57:07 when there would be a Sasquatch in the area would that affect you in any way yeah if you practice, it's been so many years now for me, so many decades now for me, that I can just put a switch. And I can hear,
Starting point is 00:57:27 you know, there's a hum, even in your studio. If you close your eyes, you've got a little quiet you can go home. Okay. Anything,
Starting point is 00:57:36 anything that chooses that home, you can tell the direction and distance of it. Okay, I don't care if it's someone, you know, touches a wall lightly, you'll hear it. And, you know,
Starting point is 00:57:49 it just changes that home. It's such a light sound. You may not connect it to a sound, but it'll change the hum of that of what's out there. And you'll notice it. And so I will hear that when I'm out there.
Starting point is 00:58:03 And I've told people it's coming in. It's 300 yards out at, you know, 7 o'clock position. Wow. And then, and then I've had,
Starting point is 00:58:13 had them come in. We had two come in on the fire in an expedition with this group. I had two come in to a fire. They're just outside the fire. And I'd tell him, I'm telling the cameraman, they're right there at 2 o'clock position. You know, they're there.
Starting point is 00:58:28 I hear them. I hear them, the disturbing, the hum of the vibration of the woods. I feel them. They're there. And the cameraman didn't believe me. And then something doored it out and the right of way across the waterway
Starting point is 00:58:44 into the other set of woods and he said, hey, there's something behind that tree. Oh, my goodness. And I said, yeah, I told you, it's here.
Starting point is 00:58:53 And then it went further out, it went further out and darted back across and then I picked my flashlight and I'm going to track them in the building. And so this guy's video and me tracking these two Sasquatch in the door. I track up behind them.
Starting point is 00:59:08 He freaks out. I told them they're right there. He freaks out turns back and runs to fire. What? Yeah. So I go back, so I'm at this point and I go back to the fire, you know, at least two take off and they come walking, they come walking.
Starting point is 00:59:23 Hello? Hello? Hi. Yeah, sorry, we had a little bit of interference there. Yeah, they come walking within about 50 yards of the fire and you can hear them out their chattering. That's Sam and my chair. Remember?
Starting point is 00:59:36 Oh, really? And we heard them five times. They walked all. way out of hearing. And the guy of the camera, you know, you got to understand,
Starting point is 00:59:47 and I understand what he's at, is that there's a difference between believing, knowing, and accepting. Because, see,
Starting point is 00:59:56 I never believed. I found out, but I didn't accept it. But then once I knew, once I knew, then I had to get to another level of acceptance for my mind wrapped around it.
Starting point is 01:00:09 So this guy, I'm watching this guy, I'm watching this guy scrub, I was accepting what, here. Sure. And he is, he's doing this knock.
Starting point is 01:00:15 He'd do a knock and this thing with him, he'd do a wolf at him. Really? There'd be one look and there'd be another, another wolf. And they come all the way back into hearing within about 60 yards of us doing looks. And he's like,
Starting point is 01:00:29 I hear that out there. What is that? I said, we just tracked it. I showed you the track. It's like, what are you here to see? Yeah,
Starting point is 01:00:38 you know, he could not wrap his head around. Yeah. We made those 14-inch tracks out there because we had been there and the flight track to the area. I tracked over somewhere around 8 or 9 individuals in that
Starting point is 01:00:54 one area in that in state of Mississippi in the 20 miles that we would have the expedition going on. But I told him, what do you think made these 14-mitch tracks out there? That's what's out there looking at you. You know, what was doing the samurai chatter So this guy, and I understand it, if he would have stepped in the spotlight and he could look at it, he would have been just like me. Oh, man.
Starting point is 01:01:17 He would have had a meltdown for his life, you know? Oh, yeah. I can't imagine. But by now, by now, I'm like 17 years into this. I've been around a bunch of times, so I'm kind of statured to this, you know. And he thought I'd lost my mind when I pulled out my flashlight with the track of him in the dark. He's like, you've lost it. your mind going on the darkness jumping you don't know.
Starting point is 01:01:45 Oh, that's funny, Patrick. What do you think the best evidence that you've captured from, you know, your almost 20 years with these groups? What kind of have you captured any evidence from those groups? Other than, I mean, I've photographed hand grabs and handprints. Oh, okay. And I've casted tracks. And I guess the closest week I got with a camera behind me was in Arkansas.
Starting point is 01:02:23 We had casted the tracks, and I'd been tracking this thing. I tracked the second or the third day. I believe I was tracking this tick or one, and we catch up with it. It's on a hill. But it gets dark with the moon's up. This thing isn't going to expose it. when we're the moon up. Sure.
Starting point is 01:02:42 As soon as the moon goes down, I said, okay, let's go. And we start doing knock. We start doing knocks, start provoking it. Well, you know, you see its eyes shine out there in dark, and it turns it takes off towards this field. So we double back. We get on the corner of this field,
Starting point is 01:03:00 and six of us are out there. There's two landowners and then Cammer Guy and my track in Portland land. I'm a team in this year. We're watching this thing. and walk in the field. But the camera guy is so busy catching what is going on in the group.
Starting point is 01:03:18 He's just filming past me and all you get is the glint of the eye shine out there walking out in the field. Okay. So we had one on camera in the dark, but it's inconclusive. It was conclusive. It's conclusive for us
Starting point is 01:03:35 because we all saw it. But like I said, You know, it's just they control a quarter mile around them. You know, they build a barrier up around them. If I had a quarter of a mile from, they know I'm there. So can you elaborate on that? So they can, they build a barrier a quarter mile around them, what that means? Their eyesight and their situational awareness.
Starting point is 01:04:01 Okay. Okay. They are hyper-digituals about their surroundings. hyper-vigilance about knowing what is within a corner mile of it. Okay? Okay.
Starting point is 01:04:17 Of hiding and brush, using topography, knowing what's around them. They don't guess at anything. They know. Wow. Okay. And so that makes them elusive
Starting point is 01:04:29 to, you know, you can track up and find their tracks, but then they're a good quarter mile away from you. or still, and they're pushing away from you because they're watching you. You know, and so there's a barrier there of a quarter mile. You've got a breach through brush, through trees, through water barriers, grass, you know. And what sucks about our technology is that the light, you know, we all work off light refraction. Sure.
Starting point is 01:05:02 And especially at night, especially at night with the camera, the light will shine out there. and it'll shine along with foliage, but anything that, you know, behind the foliage in the dark, it doesn't light it up. You know? Yeah. The foliage lights up and what's in the dark,
Starting point is 01:05:19 just 30 yards out, it doesn't light up. So if you've got one 50 yards out there, you're not going to catch it. And that's what I kept running to the Patech period. Were you ever able to utilize, like, any thermal technology?
Starting point is 01:05:35 Yeah, female investigator had a thermal and got an image at 90 yards. It's on her Facebook page. That's a Christi Syphi, so it was. Sorry, what's her name? Christy Siphonite on Facebook. But, yeah, she captured the thermal at 90 yards, which you can see the shape of the body. but it's not real conclusive. You know, a thermal image.
Starting point is 01:06:11 Okay, I'm a firm believer that no images are going to convict anybody into believing it puts real unless it's a motion video of, you know, done 10 times. You've got to have at least 60 seconds of video 10 times of 10 different Bigfoot, 10 different periods. So you're talking like a modern equivalent of like a Patterson given on film pretty much? I'm talking a modern equivalent of a Patterson-in-field 10 times. Sure, yeah. I got you. Okay.
Starting point is 01:06:45 Okay. Before you're going to raise an eyebrow. Yeah, I know. To anybody, you know, because of all the hoaxers. Yeah, and it's getting harder and harder with technology improving and people being able to make fake stuff look so real. And it's just, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:04 Yeah. I mean, which I have a real good theory on how to film. I've been down for eight months from the shoulder injuries. Oh, man. You still plan it to go out, though, after recovery? Oh, yeah, I plan on going out. That's awesome. I'm three weeks out of surgery right now for a bigger cut.
Starting point is 01:07:26 Okay. Whoa, man. Yeah, I've been down a while. It's been a boring year, but I kind of got shy away from YouTube. Because, I mean, I've told my story. I don't know what else to say. I got you. No, this is a very interesting story, Patrick.
Starting point is 01:07:44 I'm so glad you called in, man. This has been super cool. So if people look for Patrick Fond, they're going to find interviews from a while back on different places. Like, you are out there, it sounds like. Yeah, I'm on Bigfoot Explorer. I'm on a young monster. I'm on Mike College Bigfoot Radio.
Starting point is 01:08:04 Oh, yeah. Love night callers. Yeah. I'm on Sasquatch Out of Shadows with Alex. Oh, really? Oh, that's probably where I've heard your name before is because I watched a lot of his stuff. Yeah, I'm on Sasquatch Carnicles. Oh, nice.
Starting point is 01:08:30 Two and Canada. Episode seven. 782 I think Dude I have to check that out Yeah I'm all right I'm out there I don't want to inundate people I got you
Starting point is 01:08:43 But but my thing is awareness I do what I do For awareness because I don't want people Get blindsided And have two years In that nurse
Starting point is 01:08:51 Oh for sure For sure yeah Because I actually stepped out Into public To discuss this Because I was told not to By the other groups
Starting point is 01:09:03 I belong to but I started watching this 4-1-1 stuff going on. And while I don't think all of it is fast-luck-related, but I think there could be one or two. And if there's just one person that it was missing because of one of these things, and I had a very good question on
Starting point is 01:09:22 did I almost go missing during my first and second encounter? Really? You think it was a potential 4-1-1 that almost happened? Yeah, I really had that fear. Wow. You know, I don't express that because I don't, I try not to express that way because I don't want people to be violent towards one if one comes out, although they should protect themselves. But once I heard of the full one, there was one case that I heard that I said,
Starting point is 01:09:55 okay, that's, you know, that's why I come out and say, okay, be aware, you know, don't think these things aren't real, okay, because I, thought they weren't real. I found out they are. Some people are alleged when listening. So pay attention to your surroundings and be aware,
Starting point is 01:10:16 you know, and don't hurt yourself or anyone else trying to get back out of that situation. You know, that's my angle of awareness. Wow. Patrick, this has been a extremely enlightening interview.
Starting point is 01:10:32 Thank you so much for calling in. Hopefully, maybe sometime in the future, you know, you get out there and you're able to have some, you know, some more things come up. I'd love to talk to you again in the future. I feel like we could talk for hours, but I definitely want to respect the time of the show.
Starting point is 01:10:56 But man, this has been so much fun. Thank you, Patrick. Oh, thank you. And I hope I added some kind of value, Oh, totally. Is there any way people can keep up to date with what you're doing or you're just kind of laying low and recuperating right now? I'm recouping right now. I was on Facebook. You know how toxic stuff started and not get wild. Yeah. Yeah. But I mean, I have plenty of platforms to choose from when I get back to researching put out and I may reach out to you. Yeah, and you're open to definitely reach out to me.
