Starting point is 00:05:38 Call from Maple Ridge Landscaping and Grading. To accept, press one to send a voicemail. Hello. Hey, Jeremiah. Yeah, hi. One minute. So, Joshua, this is Jeremiah from Strange Stories of Jeremiah Byron. This is live and recorded for the podcast.
Starting point is 00:06:00 Also, the one rule I forgot to say to, everyone watching is we try to keep the language clean. So no swearing, keep it clean for the kids. How's it going, Josh? Well, pretty good, man. How are you doing? I'm doing great. What do we got going on today?
Starting point is 00:06:19 Man, I don't know. I've always been a weirdos as far as believing or open to stuff. You know, I'm a Christian. Okay. And, you know, my family's Christian. But I've been a little bit more open to some of the things that, you know, they don't really think it's possible or not mentioned in the Bible, you know, etc. But has a, my family is Amish.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Well, they were, they were Amish. They left. But I just wanted to give you a couple stories out of the Amish. that they experience. Okay, so these are like weird Amish community stories. Well, yeah, yeah, it is. Okay. I just wanted to give you a, really,
Starting point is 00:07:18 two things only happened to me in my life that I can really say what's, you know, paranormal or whatever. Sure. So my, like, how much time do I got? I mean, we can just, Let's go for it, man. Okay. So my grandma was raised, old order Amish, you know, no electricity, you know, none of that, no commodities.
Starting point is 00:07:47 But I don't know what age her family kind of just drifted off from that, and they kind of became outsiders. But somehow that she still ended up marrying an old order Amish man. a young guy. And for some reason, they were able to move into a house with electricity. And I don't know, I've never been, her grandma died last year, so I didn't really get into the deepness of how she was able to live there and all that with electric.
Starting point is 00:08:23 But I know they were Amish. And they moved to this house. And they, The honors go to church every day. Okay. So they go to church and grandma starts noticing that the light up in the second story of the house and the bathroom was always on. So she made a note of it the next day to turn the light off because it'd come back at night or whatever. and so she turned it off
Starting point is 00:08:59 and they left, came back, guess what? Light gone. Oh. Yeah, so she told my grandfather to take the switch out. Okay. So he takes the switch out and there's no other way to turn this light on. This is an old house, you know what I mean? It's one way or another.
Starting point is 00:09:25 I know some of them are wired up weird, but this was like barely had any electric in it. Anyway, so she took the, they took the switch out, went to church, came back, guess what? Oh, no. Oh, my goodness. It freaked my grandma and grandpa out so bad that they left that night. And she said, we never even looked back. picked up little old things we had in the house and left. Really?
Starting point is 00:09:58 And, yeah. So, and that was an Amish, that was a whole Amish community there. Like I said, you know, I don't know about the electricity, why they had electricity. I know there was some, you know, Mennonite also or drifted to the Mennonite. And they can have some, some commodities, electricity, whatever. I just know that So that's what happened to them So the big story
Starting point is 00:10:32 I want to tell you is When my dad My dad must have been like His early teens Maybe 16 17 My grandma and grandpa I got a divorce
Starting point is 00:10:45 And they moved My grandma moved The whole family down to South Carolina That's how I got That's how I'm here Oh sure So they were moving down.
Starting point is 00:11:00 They were in Delaware, and they come through Maryland down to South Carolina. My uncle, and my dad was riding together in this old like giovia of a car. And they were coming through Maryland, and they said, you know,
Starting point is 00:11:16 the part they were going through, there was nothing there. It was just black and a road. And it was night time. So they're going on the road. I guess it was maybe 95. I don't know for sure. But they noticed in the headlights are coming up on what looks like a person on right side of the road.
Starting point is 00:11:40 Oh, man. And, yeah. There's no houses, nothing. And I'm like, you know, that kind of looks like a woman. And she was in this weird looking dress. and now my dad told me this first hand and my uncle will not talk about it oh wow
Starting point is 00:11:58 so he pulled up pulled up to the woman and you know they noticed that her dress was weird it was like old it was not modern day dress this is like you know in the middle 70s
Starting point is 00:12:14 like 70s somewhere out of there so he rose a window my dad rolls a window down and they look over my uncle looks over and he's like, man, are you okay? And he said, all she did was she looked in the car and it looked like her face was just twisted. Oh, my goodness.
Starting point is 00:12:36 No, no. He said that they immediately, again, I'm getting chill. Oh, yeah, me too. This is wild. They immediately felt something dark or evil. You know, they got that chill. they got that vibe. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:55 That horror or whatever. So my uncle just slams the gas. Boom, you know, rar and takes off. And they, he said, they stopped for gas or whatever they had to stop for. But they did, they had the car pegged out all the way South Carolina.
Starting point is 00:13:17 They did not stop unless they had to just for gas. And they were just rattled. Oh, my goodness. You know, Maryland's got a weird history with kind of, you know, witchcraft, stuff like that. Yeah. And I don't know. I'm guessing that's what they saw. They seen a specter of something.
Starting point is 00:13:37 I don't know. But like I said, my dad talked about him, told me about it. But my uncle, he don't know nothing to do it. Did your dad mention the color of the dress at all? No, not really. He didn't really get into detail. Okay. He didn't, he didn't really, he said it was a white, a white female.
Starting point is 00:14:00 Oh, okay. As far as the, you know, the hair and everything, he didn't really give me details about it. He just, he said they were so horrified away. Oh, my goodness. That, you know, you know, it's, you know, burned into their. It's a twisted face. Oh, man. Yeah, just a twisted face.
Starting point is 00:14:22 and they just felt like it was something evil you know they don't know where you know they she had nowhere to come from there was no houses or nothing that was so for her being out there even if she was an elderly woman
Starting point is 00:14:39 would be extremely extremely weird you know and so they you know it could have been it could have been an elderly woman but you know the way my dad and told me about it.
Starting point is 00:14:54 They were pretty convinced that it was something, it was something bad. That's a wild story, Josh. That is some crazy stuff. Wow. Thank you for sharing that. But the only thing I have experienced, I had the sleep paralysis demon. Oh, really? Have you ever heard about that?
Starting point is 00:15:17 You know, I've heard a bit about it. Sometimes it can be related. all sorts of stuff. Sometimes people with sleep apnea experience it, right? Or sometimes not? Yeah, I used to do body work. Okay. Right.
Starting point is 00:15:33 I used to do body work on cars. Okay. And I helped a guy do a lot of restorations on old cars. Well, it's real hard work, especially when you're in the shop. Sure. You really can't have air conditioner because there's so much dust. Okay. So I was about, I don't know, 18, 19 years old.
Starting point is 00:15:53 and I just come home from a holiday of work. It was hot, summer, down here south, you know. I just went to sleep. You know, I took a bath and went to sleep. I was just really tired. I don't know what time it was, probably one, two in the morning. I came awake, but I was not able to move. And I was living by myself and our families.
Starting point is 00:16:21 I lived a single white trailer. I grew up in there. And it was by myself. My mom had moved on and bad and everything. Okay. So. Hold on. It always happens right before the whistle.
Starting point is 00:16:44 There's a little voice that says, what if I mess up? What if I'm not ready? I see a whole highlight reel of everything I don't want to happen. Missed shots, turnovers, letting my team down. And for a second, there's doubt. But then I realize I. I've done enough to be where I'm at.
Starting point is 00:17:03 The early mornings, the extra reps, the days I wanted to quit and didn't. So I smile. Self-doubt is natural, but my smile is a reminder that I'm resilient. Starting point is 00:20:04 So I went to sleep and I half woke up, was in and out of sleep. I don't know what you call it. and I just remember at my feet, my hands were crossed over my chest. I was completely paralyzed except for my breathing in my eyes. I could boom my eyes. This thing was at my feet. It came up, it was, it semi had formed like a human, it had a head. It came up over my feet. It floated over my body, probably about six, seven inches.
Starting point is 00:20:38 Oh, my goodness. and it came up to my face, and when it did, it sniffed me, and I felt the air come out. It sniffed you? Yeah, it sniffed me in my face, and then I could feel the air either going in or out of its nose or whatever it was. And I was absolutely terrified. And I could not do anything. and the only thing that happened was that I feel like got me out of it is I said Jesus that's all that's all I said in my voice I said in my house I said Jesus yeah
Starting point is 00:21:21 when I said Jesus the thing took off yeah it freaked out okay interesting wow I got in my car my truck oh really two or three in a morning yeah I hit it straight to my ground grandma's house and I said grandma I'm staying here tonight. Wow. She said, what's wrong with you? I said, I just experienced something that I did not bring on. I don't know what happened because I've always been interested in this stuff, but I don't go looking for it. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:21:54 You know, you could dig up. Sure. You could really get yourself messed up. Oh, yeah. And I said something happened to me and I'm staying here. So it don't even end there, man. I went to sleep on the couch and she had this old
Starting point is 00:22:10 picture hanging on the wall it had been there for years and it had a wire hanging it, you know, you put a wire behind these old pitchers or whatever to hold it up I finally get relaxed lay down on the couch
Starting point is 00:22:26 turns a lot of salt boom, this thing just hits the ground, boom and bust in a million pieces. The pitcher? And yeah, That's the picture of them along. And I woke up and I said, I'm not sleeping.
Starting point is 00:22:43 I said, I don't know what's going on, Grandma. I think I said, I think we need to pray for me or pray for whatever's going on. Something's not right. Wow. And, you know, she tried to calm me down. So it was just a, you know, it's just a wire bug, you know, just getting old. And I was like, oh, what a good time for it to break. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:23:03 Yeah, right. So, you know, that was probably the scariest, most significant paranormal thing I've ever had. That's wild. One other thing. All right. There's one more thing, and I'll get off here. All right, all right. But me and my dad, my dad started demolition business when I was like around 2000.
Starting point is 00:23:29 And we were carrying down houses in the, city of Spartanburg, South Carolina. And I went in this one house. I would go in every house just to make sure there was no homeless or somebody in there. Yeah, sure. And I went into this one house
Starting point is 00:23:50 and looking around, you know, being curious. And on the floor was a Vietnam like infantry hill. and I picked it up. You know how like you see this pictures of the Vietnam veterans or when they're fighting a war. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:15 He used to stick the cigarette and stuff in their helmet. They would split the like little bit of fabric. Yeah. So it was one of theirs. And he had wrote all over or she, whoever was doing the fight. Oh, wow. Had wrote all over it and had cuss words and stuff. And I was like, man, this is just.
Starting point is 00:24:35 cool, you know, I'm a kid, you know, kids like war games or fighting games or whatever. Sure. I'm taking it home, man. You know, this is a cool. There's going to be a cool trinket at home, you know. So I put in the truck and I put it in the living room. And my stepbrother had a remote control car that had not ran in probably two years. Really?
Starting point is 00:25:04 It didn't even have a battery in it. So, middle of the night, I don't know, around two, three, four o'clock in the morning. I wake up to going, you know, around and it sounds like something going around in the floor. So I get out, I'm scared to death. And I go, I get down off the boat there, go around the corner. And there's that car just going in circles, going in circles, going in circles. No way.
Starting point is 00:25:40 No battery. No battery. The remote's over there in a corner. My stepbrother gets, my stepbrother gets up. He's like, what's going on? I said, look. He sees it too. And then my dad and my stepmom get up and they see it.
Starting point is 00:25:55 This thing's just going in the middle. And we're all freaked out. And I was like, what's going on here? And my dad was, you know, he, he, he, he, he, He already felt like, he already felt like something bad with timing. And he said, why has this happened? He said, Josh, did you bring that helmet home from that job? I said, yeah, I did.
Starting point is 00:26:21 He said, where is it? I said, it's right over there, and there was, like, some shoes and stuff. I said, it's right over there. And he grabbed it. He just grabbed it. And he threw it out the door into the wood. Oh, yeah. And when he'd done that, it immediately stopped.
Starting point is 00:26:38 Stop it. The car immediately stopped. No way. It immediately stopped. We would not touch it. We were all centrifined. But as soon as my dad threw that helmet off into the woods, it quit. What year, what year timeframe is this?
Starting point is 00:26:56 About 2,000. Really? Oh, man. Yeah, it was one of those remote control cars. had three wheels on that one side and three wheels on the other side and you could flip it over and no matter what you did you could always drive it
Starting point is 00:27:12 you know, you couldn't stop it but yeah bro. It would scare me to death. Bro. Josh, that's wild. Holy mackerel. Wow, those, dude, thank you so much for calling it.
Starting point is 00:27:27 Those are some wild stories. Like, I love it. That's some, oh man, I'm going to have to I don't know. That was a good stuff. I wish I had a big foot story because I'm really into Bigfoot, but I mean, you know, he's a pretty elusive guy. Oh, actually. Alan has an interesting question.
Starting point is 00:27:52 Do you ever hear sounds in the woods near or around that house? Because you threw the helmet, your dad threw the helmet out there? You ever, anything weird out of the woods? It was so overgrown where he threw it. I didn't go down there. Yeah. But as far as I know, it's probably still there. Yeah, no problem.
Starting point is 00:28:17 That's a good question, though, Alan. That's good. Yeah. Well, Josh, if you ever, I'm sure. I don't want to know. Yeah, right. I'm sure you will get some crazy stuff happening in the future, too. If that ever happens, feel free to call back down in.
Starting point is 00:28:29 Man, that was some wild stuff, dude. Thank you, Josh, for calling. Have a good one. Oh my goodness. That was wild. Josh, great stories. Guys, put in the chat what you thought of those stories from Josh. Oh, new rule.
Starting point is 00:29:00 Please don't call when someone is on the phone because it could mess up the call. Like, try it. I'll put it on, do not disturb from here on out. Let's see. I got a call during that story. So I'm going to call him back. quick. So Patrick, I'm calling you back real quick.
Starting point is 00:29:25 That's Patrick. Patrick, what's going on, man? This is Jeremiah. Hey, man. How are you doing? I'm doing good. I saw I missed your call. Yes, and I apologize for calling when I did.
Starting point is 00:29:36 Doing everything on my phone, so everything is a little bit. That's all right. So, no, I just had a quick story. I wanted to share with it. Oh, yeah, dude. Go ahead. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:45 So back in, I think it was like 2019, when Starlink was going across the sky. Oh, yeah. And one night my fiancé and I were outside, and a buddy had told me that you could see satellites and stuff like that, and I just happened to look up. I'm like, oh, there's a satellite. And I'm like, oh, there's another one.
Starting point is 00:30:09 Wait a minute, there's another one. And I mean, we didn't even know anything about the Starlink thing, right? Right. And so, you know, my first thing, fiance, she's like, she starts counting them and, you know, we get up to like 50 something or whatever. And I call my sister up who lives 30 miles south and west of me. And I said, go outside and tell me what you see. And she's like, oh, I don't know what those are, you know. So, you know, we're standing there. And then it kind of got toward, you know, they kind of started spacing out a little bit.
Starting point is 00:30:40 Okay. We weren't seeing as many. And we saw four of them come together and form like a, like a diamond shape. Really? Yeah. Whoa. I'm like going, you know, when we'd hypothesized you on what they were, I think my fiance had looked up and she's like, oh, I think that's, you know, a Starlink, you know, it's supposed to be these satellites and stuff.
Starting point is 00:31:06 And what little I know about satellites is that they can't stop on a dime and they can't maneuver, you know, tightly. and so they they formed this diamond in a pattern in the sky and the one at the very top it stayed still the two that were on the corners they took off and they followed the rest of the starlings and the one on the bottom jetted straight to the south and I mean within a blink of an eye
Starting point is 00:31:36 really like gone yeah my sister witnessed it 30 miles away saw the exact same thing So it was just kind of a strange strange ordeal. And that's that's central Iowa, right? Yes. Yeah. I was here in Madison County, Iowa.
Starting point is 00:31:55 Wow, dude. Oh, that's wild, man. Woo. Oh, eyes to the skies, man. Thanks for calling in. Oh, that's a good little, good little UFO, UAP story. I love it. You betcha.
Starting point is 00:32:09 Well, you take care of yourself. Thanks, Patrick. Have a good one. Bye. And things are heating up. We're almost to the halfway point of the night. We're almost to 930. Again, for people, we're up to 15 now.

Josh has called in from South Carolina.
Starting point is 00:32:55 I made a little note about stuff. He called in with an Amish, a weird Amish story, paranormal, the lady with the twisted face, sleep paralysis, the Vietnam helmet that possessed an RC car. Starting point is 00:38:03 What's up, sir? Good old Michael Freeman. There's a possibility I might be at Crypticon next year. Oh, spoiler alert. Wink, wink, wink. Dude, that would be amazing. That's funny, Alan. Uh-oh.
Starting point is 00:38:19 It's party time. Call from. Through the den. Oh, yes. To accept, press one. To send a voicemail. Through the din. What's up?
Starting point is 00:38:33 Hey, I'm back. Hey, real quick. You already know the rules, but live on YouTube, record for the podcast and no cussin. Okay, I'll do my best. Okay, you'll do your best. Go ahead. Good to talk to you again. Yeah, do you want to hear about stuff that has happened in Washington or weird stuff in Michigan?
Starting point is 00:39:06 Are they both crypted, really? Both of them, yeah, but more, there's a cryptod in Washington. Michigan is more ghosts. Okay. I might seem dead people. Let's, yeah, let's do Washington cryptids because we need a little, a little palette cleanser. After that, Josh one, I'm a little, who, spooky. So, yeah, let's do the Washington one tonight.
Starting point is 00:39:36 That'll be good. They were really, really creepy. Okay, so the, one of your short was about a dear man, one of the cryptids in one of the states. I can't remember, but it just kind of like linked something for me. I saw one of those in eastern Washington. A dear man. briefly
Starting point is 00:40:08 dear man. Oh my goodness. But I only saw the silhouette and it was from far away and I was very happy that it wasn't any closer. But I so I lived in
Starting point is 00:40:22 pretty close to the Columbia River. And on eastern Washington it's very like deserty. It's not like the western side where it's all trees and mountains. It's a desert. And I was taking a walk around on this trail on this side of this like bank and it was like a high
Starting point is 00:40:51 part where it was a view of the whole valley and I was I got to the top and I was looking at it was almost like a bowl almost like a bowl and I could see it was less like less than a quarter a mile away from me but not close enough where I could see details and I could see this silhouette of
Starting point is 00:41:22 the outline of a it just looked like a big muscular man with deer antlers really like really big deer antlers to like a 10 point buck
Starting point is 00:41:41 antlers. How tall? It was really far away, so I couldn't tell you exactly, but like it, it looked pretty tall to me. And also, there's no trees. So I couldn't really estimate. There's just shrubs on the eastern
Starting point is 00:41:59 side of Washington. There's shrubbery. Like, it's not very friendly to plant life and trees. Sure. Yeah. So, I saw it and I I kind of like I did a double take
Starting point is 00:42:20 because I was like what the heck did I just see right um and um I looked back and it was still there it didn't like blip away like sometimes other things that I see you do oh really uh and that was I mean thinking back on it it was that's very creepy that it was just there.
Starting point is 00:42:44 I didn't get like a, like an I'm in danger kind of feeling or, and which is weird in hindsight. Because that, it's just so strange and out of place. Because also there really aren't any deer. There aren't any deer over there. That's an interesting detail to know.
Starting point is 00:43:10 There's no deer. and you saw a deer man. And why would a deer be standing up on a time leg? And incredibly jacked. Right. A jacked dude with antlers. Yeah. I've never seen one again.
Starting point is 00:43:28 But like after that, I started looking at like, what could that be? And like, you know, I freaked myself out looking at things that it could be. Oh, sure. I have no idea what it was. was. It's a question from the chat. So there's a few things, I'll point out. Was it near a certain area of eastern Washington that you're okay?
Starting point is 00:44:00 Yeah, it's near Wannatchee. The what? The town is called Wenatchee. Okay. It starts with a W. Lanachie. and it's it's uh the columbia river is a really big river here that um flows past portland okay yep yep it goes all the way through the um and uh so yeah anyone who's been out there knows what i
Starting point is 00:44:30 mean about like there it's just like a huge bowl and uh i was kind of at the lip of the bowl I was standing on that and then like, yeah, I'm just guessing that it was about or less than a quarter mile away. I will point out, Michael did say, Michael is saying in the chat that he has hunted in areas of eastern Washington, there can be some deer out there. But at the end of the day, there's no deer that are standing on their hind legs and that have, you know, huge muscles and not. So I still think that's kind of weird what you saw. Was that before or after the Bigfoot stuff? After. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:45:20 After the Bigfoot stuff. I never, I never, I've never had any Bigfoot like experiences out there. In Eastern, yeah. Yeah. But also, I was. there for very long. So I... Okay.
Starting point is 00:45:40 Maybe I just wasn't there long enough. Man, through the den, you are, you just have the craziest stuff happened to you. It just seems to, to follow you almost. It's weird. Yeah. Yeah, it does. Wow. And then the, this isn't a cryptid story, but just weirdness.
Starting point is 00:46:04 Okay. I was in my apartment in Seattle with my sister, and we were chatting on the couch. And there was like a big exercise ball on the other side of the room. And all of a sudden, it traveled from one side of the room to the other where we were. Like it came to us. Oh, just by itself? Yeah, just by itself.
Starting point is 00:46:33 it rolled to us. And my sister was very freaked out. She was like, what the heck is going on? Like, she was really disturbed by it. And I just kind of shrugged and I was like, yeah, like, weird stuff happens in this apartment. We also have like, I called them ghost cats. Ghost cats. Like I would be in bed.
Starting point is 00:47:03 and I would feel like a cat was walking across my legs. Very little, you know, little paws. And because I've had cats all my life, I know what that feels like. And it felt like a cat walking across me. But my door was closed and the cat could not have been in there. And it happened many times. Like not nightly, but like definitely weekly. that is weird that's very weird it it was that particular apartment it was pretty strange
Starting point is 00:47:40 wow i also tried to debunk i tried to debunk that exercise ball thing because i thought that like maybe there was a dent in the middle of the you know a dip in the middle of the floor but i i tried i kept trying to recreate it like okay could this have happened and i couldn't recreate it. It just traveled across the room for some reason. And it's so random and weird. Man, that's some wild stories tonight through the day. Nice work.
Starting point is 00:48:20 Deer man, ghost cats and exercise ball. I love it. Man, it's good to talk to you again. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you so much for calling in. Thanks for listening. You got it.
Starting point is 00:48:38 Talk to you later. All right. Talk to you later. All right. Let me turn off. Do not disturb. Wow. Man, the stories are wild tonight.
Starting point is 00:48:55 Absolutely wild. This is strange stories with Jeremiah Byron. If you've got a weird story to share, it would be UFOs, aliens, Bigfoot, cryptids, stuff you can't explain, paranormal. And, I mean, we've had a crime. the gamut tonight. Literally, if I was playing bingo, I mean, I would, or, you know, I would have the whole thing, you know. So, great stories tonight, all. We've got about 20 minutes left.
Starting point is 00:49:28 Feel free to call on in. We got 515, 809, 0165. This is live on YouTube, recorded for the podcast. Also, one rule is no cussin. We try to keep it clean. because we don't know where it's going to end up. So feel free to call on in 515, 809-0165. If you got any stories to share,
Starting point is 00:49:53 if you know someone that should be sharing a story, feel free to send them a message right now and say, hey, you know that story you got, the weird one that happened to us way back then and we didn't know what was going on. You need to call on to this guy. Tell him it's time to share. 515-809-0165.
Starting point is 00:50:15 This is a respectful area. I'm not going to, you know, call you out or any, like, I'm going to respect your story. Alan says, all you need now is a shadow person's story. Yeah, why not? I mean, we've had sleep paralysis, so why not? Michael has some interesting thoughts in the chat. There's also a lot of big horn sheep along the Columbia not saying that's what it was, but they are there and some people don't realize it. It's interesting.
Starting point is 00:50:52 And we have a really fun chat going on back and forth between Ashley and Allen about Windigo. Yeah. If you're listening to this, you've got to make sure that you actually catch a live show because there's so much cool conversation that goes on in the chat about the calls. while they're happening and afterwards. So yeah, we got about 20 minutes left. If you've got a story to share, you can call on in to 515-809-0165. Let me make sure that this is, yep, do not disturb is off. We are good to go.
Starting point is 00:51:30 Yeah, having a great night. Here's what we've heard so far. So if you're just coming in, make sure you catch the replay because you don't want to miss these stories. We had a weird light in a house, an Amish house that just wouldn't go away. A lady with a twisted face by the side of the road, sleep paralysis encounter, a Vietnam vet helmet that possessed an RC car. Patrick from Iowa saw a Starlink, or did you see UFOs in 2019? And through the din called in with some interesting things happening to her. The potential looks like a deer man in eastern white.
Starting point is 00:52:09 Washington along the Columbia River in Seattle. She had an exercise ball moved by itself across the apartment floor and an encounter over multiple nights with ghost cats. Crazy stuff. I mean, I'm not laughing at the stories, but I'm just laughing at how bizarre the stories are that are coming in tonight. It's wild. It's across the board. It's the craziest night I can ask for. If you've got a story, we still have time to have some stories call in.
Starting point is 00:52:48 You can call 515-809-0165. It always happens right before the whistle. There's a little voice that says, what if I mess up? What if I'm not ready? I see a whole highlight reel of everything I don't want to happen. Missed shots, turnovers, letting my team down. And for a second, there's doubt.

Starting point is 00:53:55 So this is the little pink pill everyone's been talking about. Yep, that's Addy. Good things do come in small packages. And Addy is definitely a good thing. Not just good, it's... Mm-hmm. Ooh-la-la-law. Meow.
Starting point is 00:54:08 Man, I feel like a woman. Meet Addie, the Little Pink Pill. Starting point is 00:56:03 Got a lot of people, a lot of cool people in the chat right now. We got Asher's, Allen, Michael Freeman. Got through the din. Who else? We got Patrick McFarland's hanging out. Joshua was here with some cool stories. Keith was hanging out. Hike with Mike was here.
Starting point is 00:56:24 Tim Halloran from Bigfoot Influen influencers was here. Patrick Vaughn, Bit Squatch, Adam Larson, and a whole bunch of people hanging out tonight. We're up to about 14 people live right now. So still, we got about 15 minutes to go. Plenty of time for you to call on in. And you can share a story, be cryptic-related, Bigfoot. It can be UFOs, aliens, weird stuff, stuff you can't explain.
Starting point is 00:56:57 Alan's trying to get people to call in. Nice work, Alan. Alan, do you have any more stories? You always call in too. Oh, yeah, why not? That would be fun. Azure's, I'm all for it. Yeah, you can call in.
Starting point is 00:57:20 Share your Mothman encounter. That'd be pretty cool. People want to hear it. We'll see if we'll give her a few minutes to call on. I think I just heard the, it's weird. Like when someone's about to call in, I can hear it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:47 I can hear the interference coming through. Call from Asher's to accept press 1 to send a voicemail. Hey, Asher's. It's me. Hey, live on YouTube, record for the podcast and no cussin. How's it going? Good. Okay.
Starting point is 00:58:08 All right. Yeah, so I don't know. I've got hundreds. I know you have hundreds of stories, yeah. I think it feels a lot. But if people want to hear, if people want me to talk about my Moss Band story, I can. Definitely. Okay, all right.
Starting point is 00:58:25 So one night, the summer of 2016, I was over at a friend's house. And, you know, truth be told, we were doing adult things. But nothing that causes any type of rituals. or anything like that. That's good. We were doing an adult thing. Okay. And, you know, I was staying in the night there.
Starting point is 00:58:47 And so after kind of the night had, you know, kind of come to a close and we're trying to go to bed. Sure. I was sleeping on her couch. And, you know, while I'm sitting, I'm like laying there and I'm like trying to go to sleep, I'm like freaking out all of a sudden. I just feel very unwell. I'm very uncomfortable. I'm scared. Okay.
Starting point is 00:59:07 I'm freaking with fear. And I don't. really know what's going on. I don't know if it's because of the adult stuff that we were doing earlier or if it was. Right. You know, I didn't, I just wasn't have a good time at that point. And, you know, while I'm kind of laying there and I'm just kind of trying to stay calm, you know, I'm just kind of focusing in this corner of the room that she's got,
Starting point is 00:59:28 she's got like this TV cabinet in the corner. And it's kind of sitting catty corner. And from the top of the TV cabinet to the top of the ceiling's probably only about two feet, you know, space there. While I'm kind of just focusing on this area, you know, because truth be told, I'm a person was really bad anxiety. It's what you're supposed to do. Focus on spot, right?
Starting point is 00:59:48 Okay. And so I'm trying to focus on a spot. Well, I'm focusing on that spot, something is happening in the corner of that room. Something's like forming in the corner of the room. And it was, it just kind of was this black shape. And I'm, you know, first I'm just like, okay, it's a shadow. But then it starts taking the shape of. like a head and then
Starting point is 01:00:12 these, what I thought at the time where arms start kind of coming out over the top of the room but then they start going down and that's what I realized whether or not arms or wings and so this is happening and this thing is just kind of getting more and more in focus. It's really weird
Starting point is 01:00:30 I mean it's seeing something but it's not really there yes, it's odd and you know and while I'm trying to kind of reason in my mind what it's happening you know, right now. And then I did the adult thing and I got up and I left the room.
Starting point is 01:00:46 And I woke my friend up and, you know, I'm freaking out. I'm like, I didn't tell her. I didn't tell her what was going on. And that's probably one of my biggest mistakes. She's just like, go to bad. You're doing adult stuff. Right, right. It's time.
Starting point is 01:01:00 Yeah. Yeah. And, you know, and I'm just like, yeah, but no. And she's, you know, she's set away with me. Now, at that crime in my life, In 2016, I mean, again, a lot of people know who I am now. If you don't, I investigate this stuff. I am the official, Mossman, I guess.
Starting point is 01:01:17 Exactly. But I didn't think Mossman. At the time, I was a marketing specialist for Victoria's Secret. I did not do this what I do now, right? I was very skeptical. I was a dropout astrophysics student, right? I believe in science. Oh, I didn't know that about you.
Starting point is 01:01:34 That's interesting. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm a proud of a dropout. Oh, cool. But, yeah. So, you know, I didn't, my mind didn't go to mothman. I didn't go to anywhere. I was like, there's some type of reasonable explanation for whatever happened. And I just kind of push it out of my mind.
Starting point is 01:01:50 Well, once I got into the mothman stuff, which is just a whole other, just its own thing, somebody else had relayed one of their encounters that they had with me, that they saw the moth man at their hotel room while they were also doing adult stuff. Oh, really? You know, oh, yeah. And it just kind of. It's back to me, and I was like, wait a minute. And it just kind of hit me.
Starting point is 01:02:14 I can't tell you with 100% that's what it is, but I'm also about 98% sure that that's what it is. And it all kind of makes sense now. So, yeah, and there's not been other encounters with people seeing Mossman in their homes, in their bedrooms, you know, things like that. I'm not prone to sleep paralysis. That's never happened. And again, while I was doing adult stuff, it wasn't adult stuff that makes you see things, you know. Okay. Okay. That is so interesting. Is that going to be part of your book?
Starting point is 01:02:44 Absolutely. Oh, awesome. I can't wait. It's going to be in the book. It's going to be in the documentary. It's going to be great. Oh, wow. That's great. Oh, man. That is, that's a hoof. I don't know how I would have reacted to that if that was me. That's a pretty crazy story, Asher's. It was very scary. And, you know, I really questioned whether or not that happened. I mean, to the point to where, you know, I talk, I'm not going to get on a huge change. I'm going to talk a lot about, like, people that experience trauma. and how some people see these types of things and they just kind of push them out of their minds. Oh, sure.
Starting point is 01:03:13 Yeah. I feel like at that time in my life, I probably did that. I'm sure I did because I didn't believe in ghosts. I didn't believe in magic or I didn't believe in any of this stuff. You know, so I probably was just like, yeah, that just didn't happen. We're just going to pretend that didn't happen. And look at what, look where you are now. Perfect.
Starting point is 01:03:33 Crazy. Yeah. But you know, yeah, I'm surprised. So. Alan's got an interesting question. Did you have anything bad happen to you after you saw it? That's a valid question, I guess. You know, I had a kickoff of events in my life that happened,
Starting point is 01:03:56 which, yes, you could say some of them could be considered bad, however they were necessary for me to be where I am now. Fair enough. And that is important, and that is a really good question. That is something to note. Yeah, and I'm sure, you know, maybe you'll go more into that in your book or your documentary, but whatever you're comfortable with, really, because it's your story. But thank you so much for calling in.
Starting point is 01:04:22 That was an awesome story. Good stuff. Yeah, absolutely. I'll see you this weekend. You got it. Oh, it's fun chatting with you. Bye. All right.
Starting point is 01:04:32 Oh, that was a fun little, little mothman story from Asher's. I like that. We got all sorts of people. people hanging out. Connor, Bigfoot Anonymous, we got to get you, you got to call in one of these times, 515, 809, 0165, my dude. We got Long Island Bigfoot, ring, ring. He's the gentleman who shared the rake story last time.
Starting point is 01:04:57 Go listen in episode 14, if you want to hear an amazing story about the rake, a rake attack. Let's see what else we got here. It fascinating. It's so different from most Mothman stories. as I've heard definitely, definitely. And yes, so in most stories you hear about the, the mothman, you know, you're hearing about the Plet Pleasant stuff and how it was seen before the bridge collapsed. So that's why people will say, you know, mothman's a harbinger or, you know, that kind of deal.
Starting point is 01:05:33 So let me get the banner out here. Guys, we got about five to six minutes left to go before. the end of the night. If anyone has a quick story to call on in, you can call 515-809-0165. It can be anything from Bigfoot-related, crypted, weird stuff, paranormal stuff, UFOs, aliens, stuff you can't explain.
