Thank you. All right, Bigfoot Society. We've got the privilege of talking to Derek today. Derek is a fisherman, outdoorsman out there in the great area of the Pacific Northwest, specifically Oregon. And he's got some interesting things that he's going to share today. we've been trying to set this up for a while, so I'm glad that we're able to get Derek on the show. And welcome to the show, Derek. How are you today, sir?

Doing good, my brother, Jeremiah. Thank you for asking you. How about you? You know, I'm doing good, you know, as time of recording, because I do these ahead of time. So right now, we just had the first meeting with the oncologist yesterday. We figured out, you know, we got 80% survival chance. We're going to go for it. We're going to beat it.

And there's a lot of treatment coming up, probably in the next few weeks. And there's a few steps before you get there. But God is good. And he is in control. So that's what we're looking at, Derek. You just take your time getting back, brother. No rush. Just make sure your help is number one, brother.

Yes, sir. Thank you, Derek. So, Derek, is there anything else that you would like to let the listeners know before we get into what your experiences were. Basically, the woods are alive, buddy, you know? So that's all I'm going to say there. I love it. And it is so true, especially, you know, I've been privileged to go out to your area of the U.S. a few times.

And, man, when you get out there, the woods are alive. Oh, I've seen your Frank K videos. I've seen all your Oregon videos, brother. I definitely keep up on what you do there, brother. It's a good time. So, Derek, you know, bring us back to, there must have been a time in your life out there when you realize there is something else going on in the woods. Or is it something where you've just, you've grown up there and you've always known that there is something else, something that may be Bigfoot out there. Oh, definitely. Just, you know, driving up there when I was younger, not hard for me to imagine that at all. I, one of the first books I ever read was John Green, Sasquatch, The Apes Among Us. I wasn't a believer back then when I was a kid.

I just liked to read about animals and, you know, deer, elk, you know, whatever you'd give me, I'll read. But, you know, so I read that book, and it had a lot of the loggers experiences up above Malala, Colton, Esticated, the Glenn Thomas report there, the digging up on and Springs area. Just, you know, a lot of, a lot of things that drew me. My grandpa built roads for a guy named Deirdoorth up above Malala back in the day. He was a, he owned a lot of tracks of land up there. And grandpa was always so adamant, oh, there's nothing up there. No big foot. No big foot. Well, now that I'm older, I almost wonder if that's what he was told to say. But so, you know, that kind of started it off. It didn't make me a believer. just kind of opened my eyes to things.

Fast forward, that was about 13, 14 when I read the book, so fast forward about 10 years. Always went up, Esticated at Colton Malala, probably daily, especially when evening hit. I just like to go take drives up on the forest roads,

you know, get up to a viewpoint, sit, you know, just relax. Good way to relieve the stress. So, yeah, we were making daily trips up above Estacada, Colton, not looking for Bigfoot, you know, just me and my girlfriend, just rolling, you know, a lot of stress in our lives. So that was a good way to get rid of it. So one night after being to the same spot for probably a couple weeks every night at least, we were rolling up top of this hill. It's about 10 miles outside of Esticato, Oregon.

logging roads galore clear cuts big old growth on the ridges just just beautiful um get up to the top of this turnaround quarry uh and it was like a bolt of lightning i don't know if if mama had a baby up there or something but the scream she had to have been probably 20 feet away from us um it was the most earth-shattering the vibration of my church chest from this thing just screaming. I mean, it was amazing. My girlfriend turned to me. She says, go. I put my truck into reverse. I spin out. I mean, I'm used to all animals. So for me to freak out over a scream was just childish, right? So once we started going back down the mountain, she's like, what do you think that was? And I said, oh, I know exactly what that was. I know

elk. I know wolf. I know cougar screams. You can't kid this one. That was definitely. something that has not been recorded, my brother. It was like a World War II siren yet like guttural and like almost breathing in while it was, it was just the most amazing sound you're ever going to hear. So that made me crazy. I went back up there the next day. I looked on the side of the hillside where the scream had emanated from and it was tore up. There was something hanging out in that area.

holes dug in the side of the hillside like something was just digging for something i found several indentions impressions i not not quite footprints but uh you know indentions so fast forward few years later i'm at harriet lake which is just i'd say three ridges over from the place where we got screamed at um and if you know the big man three ridges over is not much to uh for him to, you know, cover with, you know, 50-inch strides, right? So, like I said, a few years later, at a campsite, we just got done trout fishing. I'm cooking my trout on the fire. We're surrounded in a cathedral of old growth, and there's a hillside that shoots up from the back of the campsite, and it's just basically straight almost with a bunch of dead trees, down trees. You know how

the Oregon Woods are. So we're cooking our trout. And my girlfriend says, hey, Derek, try to make one of those sounds we heard a little while back up there on that mountain. And I'm like, no, I'm not going to try to do that. I really couldn't emulate that. So I'm like, I'll just try to do some chicken noises. And we'll just see what happens.

It was dusk. It was about 830, summertime. So the sun was just starting to go down up there in the mountains and made a couple of chicken noises. It was just a bagaq, bagaq, bocac goofing around, not even trying to, you know, just seeing, you know, seeing what I can do here. Within one second of me making that noise, a tree was pushed over. Okay. Now, this isn't some little snag. This isn't some little, um, little tree. I mean, this tree had to have been, uh, six inches, eight inches in diameter. I'm a firm believer that they know where all the dead trees are. They know their

environments so well, it's kind of like us in our room, right? We know if anything's out of place. These things are masters of what they do. Hunting pairs. Man, I mean, I tell you, they wonder why we don't find any bones. Well, more than likely, they're traveling in groups. You just don't, when you see one, you're not going to see more than likely two or three. They're just hiding in the bushes, right, or whatever. But I'm a firm believer. That's why we don't find any bones is because they travel in pairs. And when one dies, it's a burial sort of like a human. Or vice versa, I mean, you know how bones get scattered in the woods so quickly. I mean, coyotes, vultures, raccoons, I mean, things like that. So for people to bring stuff like that, well, there's,

there's no big foot because we don't find bones. And it's, it's very funny to me. So go back to the Tree cracking thing. Amazing. She looks at me again, says we're out. I had my whole tent set up, our ice shed, my freaking nice ice chest I just bought. We had everything set out, all our food on the picnic table, and we were out. I didn't even bother to pick up any of that stuff. We just ran to the car after the tree fell, and we were out because just a prior experience.

You know, it was pretty weird. And I didn't hear a scream that time or anything. It was just the tree being pushed over literally not even a second after I stopped my calls. So that was interesting. This tree was big. I walked up there. I went up there about a month ago just to see what that hillside was like. I had made it up there for a few years.

And wow, that hillside was tore up. There was something up there, man. I didn't find any footprints up there either. But it's kind of hard, man. And this, when you got the forest floor like we have here in Oregon, you got to get real lucky to find a footprint. So that was pretty crazy. You walked up there, checked it out. And I was like, okay, I could definitely see a squash up here.

So that's pretty crazy about a. And then I, you know, ever since those experiences, just I've talked to many of people in the area up here, many friends whose dad has been screened at or pushed out of a campsite or basically same things that have happened. to me. So fast forward here after the Harry Lake incident, and this was just a couple months ago, I was up at Dickey Prairie, which is the Malala River corridor, where one of the big fires just ripped through a few years ago. And I'm at a place called Horse Creek, which is a very, very well-known Bigfoot hotspot up there above the corridor. Well, I always look on a, um, sides of the roads. I mean, I'm a very observational person, if you know what I mean. I'm always looking for indentions when we're driving on like, you know, see if anything ripped up the hillside

alongside the road. I just try to pick out all the small things, right? So we're driving and I tell my buddy, I'm like, slow down, slow down. I'm like, I see some indentions here alongside the road. He's like, oh, there's nothing up here, dude. I'm like, I'm like, buddy. I'm like, you're sitting on your couch all day. I'm like, come on, man. I'm like, don't, don't, don't, don't tell me what's up here and he's like okay you know so slow down let me get out well i found 15 inch to 16 inch indentions and i also found where the thing put its hand in the hillside to you know get some get some leverage right right next to those 15 inch tracks were little seven inch tracks um no pictures man they couldn't even come out because the way the sun was and the way the

the duff word you know so it's like and i don't have to prove anything to anybody you know if if you don't believe me and take me at my face value you know what i don't really have time for you you know so uh that was interesting though the the tracks led up to this little point it was very steep and it looks like they had sat there now my my uh my guess is that they were maybe looking for deer i i don't know these were not put person footprints the weight that where these footprints were. I had to have been five, six hundred pounds, man. I mean, we hadn't had much rain up there recently.

So, I mean, just so many things I kind of dug out before I'm thinking their big footprints. It's not like I go directly to Bigfoot. You know, I'm thinking, okay, maybe it could have been a hunter, could have been somebody that walked up there to take a leak. I, you know, I don't know. But now that I think about it, I'm pretty dang sure there were squash prints. So I get home. lookup horse creek area Cliff

Berrickman of finding Bigfoot was up in that area about a year before well no no it was a couple years before and a lady had had a siding of the Bigfoot crossing the road probably about maybe a mile down from this

these footprints that I found anyways the footprints that he had casted were 15 inch prints and that's about the same The ones I measured were about 16, 15 and a half to 16. So I figured, well, about a year later, a couple years later, foot grew about an inch. That makes maybe sense, you know.

So we go up there two days later to the same area because I want to see if those prints are still there. And I got my phone and everything. And, you know, I'm just ready to, you know, not get proof for other people just to put it in my portfolio, if you know what I mean. and there's burned ridges all up that area. They go up to about three, four, five thousand feet alongside that corridor there. And I'm looking directly across from where I'd found the prince. And up on this ridge, across from the Walla River,

and up on a ridge about, it was probably about a good half mile, you know, something to where you can at least make out what's up on a ridge, but you can't quite see what it is. Well, there was two burn firs up there. Huge, huge. They were just standing like sentinels, you know? And I see something out of place up there. And it's a black object.

This thing had to be 10 feet tall, 18 feet tall. The thing starts walking around. Okay. Could have been a hiker. I'm not sure. I'm still, I didn't do my due diligence and check to see if there's any trails in that specific area. but from what I saw it do, it walked a couple circles and then walked over the ridge. That's when I knew it wasn't, that's, you know, the stumps I was looking at.

Because I stared at it because I was like, is that a stump or is that a, you know, it blended in so well. Well, on the way back down, we went up to table rock and stuff, hung out for a little bit, and then we came back down the corridor. I'm looking on that same ridge because I'm like, slow down, slow down, buddy. Oh, there's my buddy. There's nothing up here, you know. Okay, bro.

Well, I see it again. But this time it's down the ridge a little further and basically did the same thing, kind of act like he was looking around. He slowed down enough for me to see it for about six to eight seconds, and then it disappears over the ridge again. I didn't say anything to him. I don't want him thinking, you know, it's not about being like crazy. It's just said I don't want him thinking like I'm more, you know, smart,

that was smarter than people or like more observation. You know, I just keep things to myself sometimes. So it's very interesting, brother. You know, we have such rich lore around here. Rich lore. Yeah, it just blows my mind. Then that Devin Dobeck that was missing. I was going to bring that up.

Yeah. Yep. I mean, that first sighting, where we were screamed at, that first time, had it been maybe half a mile from where Devin Dobeck was. Yeah, exactly. I was looking at the map and I was like, man, that's close. Like, it's not that far away if I'm looking at the right area, which you're, when you're

talking about Harriet Lake, that's over by Ripplebrook area. You got it, brother. Yep. You're going towards the Schobey Lake. Yep, yep, yep. My goodness, there are so many things you can read on Oregon bigfoot.com about that area. You can read the Oregon Bigfoot Highway book by Joe Beeler. Oh, Joe Beeler.

He lives right down the road for me, basically. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, my goodness. I am convinced. So actually first, whenever I have conversations like this, I always try to put in a thing where it's like, because I know people listen to this show and they're like, I'm going to go check it out, guys. Like the areas that Derek is talking about, be careful. Like Table Rock Wilderness and like Ripplebrook, Harriet Lake, like you do not just go into these areas.

You need to read the Oregon Bigfoot Highway. It's a very unforgiving place. you need to have extra gas, extra tires. Like, it is wild out there. And stuff happens and people go, they get lost. And worse recently, as we just discussed, unfortunately. There are things that happen up in that area, and there's a lot of Bigfoot activity over the years.

It's you do not play around with these areas. Oh, no, brother. And the forest alone will eat you up. So if it's not, our 30,000 black bears, have in this state if it's not our 7,000 cougars, if it's not, you know, or if it's not the maybe 100 squatch, a couple hundred squads, we have something's going to get you, whether it's the hillside, you're going to fall down it or, I mean, yeah, so definitely use extreme caution. If you're ever going to, you know, make sure you have good walking shoes, make sure you,

your one foot is solidly in the ground before you take another step. There's just certain precautions you have to take up here because, man, it's very easy for things go sideways. Some of these roads you drive on, you know, Jeremiah, I mean, I know you know Oak Ridge area and all that. Some of these logging roads, brother, are, you know, straight down. It's funny. I was reading one of the ladies' comments that was over your Oak Ridge video and she was saying,

or, no, you were saying that the fires are making them uncontrollable. Down there in the Eugene area, brother, there have been 10, 15 different fires probably in the past 10 years. It's funny up here in Portland, we haven't had much of a deficit of rain, but you go just south of Portland. Seattle, or I mean, not Seattle, but Salem, Eugene, they've been very dry these past 10, 15 years. So, yeah, there's been a lot of fires, Eugene area. Oak Ridge Man is just unbelievable. I've heard of so many stories, McCready Springs up there.

Yep. It's just, it's amazing, brother. But this, I want to bring it back to the sound. of what we heard. There's no way you can emulate what we heard. There's just no way that scream was something that I will never be able to forget. And if I have to go up there every day after this, it feels so good to let this out on a channel that I feel respected.

You know, it's such a good community you have, bro. Like, you'll get your occasional troll, but like everybody's respectful on the comments. Everybody's like, it's just a beautiful thing. what you got. And, you know, you need that, especially when you feel like an outlier. And I mean, man, I've known people that have hunted all their lives, but just because they didn't come across something, or maybe they weren't even very observational, you know, because knowing these people that have told me they never found anything, you know, aren't the most observational people. So, you know,

but there's just so many things that blow my mind about this, being ridiculed and over just something that just because somebody hasn't seen it oh it's not really i'm just we need to change brothers people if we want to if we want to we need to start believing each other we need to start giving people benefit of the doubt i mean uh the way we treat each other and that just goes on to the bigfoot thing of people not believing or or UFOs or whatever you're seeing um you know uh i've had a couple experiences with the UFOs but i don't know it could have been satellite and things like that. So I'm, you know, I'm not about to step into that portal. But, um, yeah, man, it's, UFOs are so, it's such a, it's a tricky subject because of, like you said, there's,

there's so many things up there in the sky right now with like Starlink and all that stuff. And you, you just got to really know what's up there. But man, this, the whole area you're talking about, Like, I am convinced after, so I was down in Oak Ridge and then I drove up to hang out with Frank Kniester, rest in peace. Rest in peace, right. Yep. Yep. And I didn't even touch Oregon Bigfa Highway. And just going through Detroit, I was like, oh, my goodness, like, what am I doing?

This is absolutely nuts. Detroit was weird because it was the one area where I stopped and I was talking to people. and it was extremely evident that they did not want to talk about anything weird. And it was just like, I've never gotten a vibe in Oregon or out there where it's like, you need to leave like right now, like just get out. And it was probably the California plates on my rental. That could do it. That could do it, brother.

The next time, no California plates. But do you, so do you ever go up? You know, we're talking about Lake Harrier and, and ripple brook and stuff. Do you ever go up and hang out in the area closer to Mount Hood, like your zigzag and welches and that whole area? For sure, for sure. Always up, you know, Lolo Pass. Oh, yeah. I go up, I just, I'm a Trillium Lake, Stilcreek Campground.

There are so many areas, brother, up Mount Hood. It's amazing, brother. It really is, Jeremiah. If you ever plan on leaving, you're in Ohio, right? Yeah. Okay. You ever plan on leaving there, brother? There's always a place in Oregon.

We always got a place in Oregon for you, brother, because, yeah, yeah, Mount Hood is definitely a stomping ground for me. I just try to go everywhere. I guess more places we go, more places we have, more chances we have of, you know, having that luck. But it's amazing. It's amazing, Jeremy. I tell you, it's really skewed my view of things, you know, because I remember the timber wars we had back when I was younger.

And these timber wars were taking place right up where I had my first and second encounter and third encounter, literally right up on those same roads where those environmentalists were blocking them with the roads off, sleeping up in trees. This happened back in like the early 90s, you know what I mean? Where it was a spotted owl controversy and they basically abruptly shut down logging up in all of our national forests, turned our national forest into just a bunch of dead snags and things. But what's funny is about that is, you know, you wonder, if a spotted owl can shut down logging, you just wonder and why we don't even if this thing even if the government doesn't believe people I believe we still need to have some things in place here I mean you got Schemania County which is right across the river from us and they're the only county in the United States have actually a law

against shooting a Bigfoot brother and I've been up in that area I've stayed up there oh that's squatchy man I mean I can just imagine Bigfoot up there on the Washington South and he just crosses the river over here to Oregon and goes up to Mount Hood, kicks it for a little bit and crosses the river back. Oh, you know, I mean, I don't know, really. I got a good imagination, especially with the experiences I've had. You know, it's not that hard to picture.

You know, just, but one thing I don't want to happen is, you know, a lot of people, there's already so many people up in the mountains, brother. I feel they're being very, you know, pushed in the areas that they don't want to go. We've had a lot of fires lately, taking a lot of their habitat.

that if you sit and look at a map of fires in the past 10 years in northern Oregon, man, it could be another 10, 20 years, Jeremiah, and if the climate keeps doing what it's doing and we don't take care of our forests, well, they could be burned all the way from the west slopes of the Cascades from Colton, Cicada, you know, Detroit Lake area. Although there could be a fire that rips all the way across the Cascades, brother. It could be to that point in the next. Oh, absolutely.

A hundred percent. Yeah. Yep. I'm having people reach out already where they're like, because there's fires already. And these are people that are not necessarily wanting to come on the show, but they're like, man, I'm near this certain fire. And there is crazy Bigfoot activity happening. And it's just like when these fires happen, it gets the wildlife moving around. and stuff can get really crazy, which is why I think the first time I went to Oak Ridge, there were fires all around the town,

and that's why we had extreme activity as opposed to the second time, it was a totally different case. And there was activity, but not a ton of it, but there were fires around at that time. Have you ever just curious, because you're from the area, have you ever watched the drumming for Bigfoot documentary

from the night? Henry Franzoni, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, definitely. And you may already know this, but some of that was filmed in Esticated area. Like the part with the older gentleman who lives in the trailer, like that's up in

that's up in Esticato. Yeah, I believe he was drumming around Skookham Lake, I think it was. Yes, yeah, that's where Franzoni was. but that's such a good documentary if people haven't watched that. And also, I really like Esticated. Have you, do you keep up to date with,

I have a friend who interviews people about Bigfoot in that area, Oregon Bigfoot fades. She's a barber. The Bigfoot fades, the blonde girl. You know that one. Yeah, for sure. Good, good, good. For sure.

Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yep, she's, she's, you know, you guys are doing God's work, brother, you know. Absolutely. Yeah, for sure. Trying to, trying to. So, man, I did want to ask a few specific questions. So the sighting you had, how far away was that, again, would you estimate that it was up there?

You were looking at it? The one at Horse Creek, it had to been, oh, brother, it was, we were on the, like I said, about a half a mile, three-quarters of a mile up on the ridge there. We were at an elevation at about 1,500 feet. He had to be about, I'd say, 3, 3,500 feet up on a high ridge, brother. The more I think about it, no, that wasn't a hiker. You know, I got to quit telling my stuff that, myself, that, because, you know, your mind will play tricks on you, but I know what I saw. I just, sometimes I wonder why me, you know, because it's really strange,

or am I? Sometimes people go their lives without, like, really experiencing any kind of, I just don't know, but I had a very hard time past, I'd say, six months just trying to, you know, stomach everything that I've experienced because I, you know, sometimes I'm like, what's the message? Like, but I've had some very profound experiences also with other things. So I just chalk it up to that. Just maybe I'm a special type of person. I try to respect people as much as I can and no judgment, who might have judged anybody. And I just try to live a, you know, keep my side of. out of the street clean and that way. Next time I do have an experience, hopefully people will, hopefully my family and things will believe me more, right?

I mean, it's a sure. Yeah, sure. Absolutely. It's a very funny thing, buddy. They'll listen to you, but then they'll just walk away. And it's like, I'm not trying to make you to believe. I just need to get this off my chest because it's driving me insane, basically. I look up reports all the time and stuff.

It's really an obsession is what it's became. but yeah it's funny you know reading that book when I was younger and not like I said it's not like I really it's not like I believe it I just kind of thought it was a fairy tale really um until like I said 10 15 years later I'm up in that same area and uh yeah get the shock of my life brother uh amazing amazing amazing and I will never forget any of any of these experiences that I've had and I just hope to have more you know I think that area that you're talking about in Molala is close to, man, there was this one interview. I did a while back where as an older gentleman, and he was telling this story about being up on that road at a campsite,

and they were like pretty much one chased them into their campsite, wild, wild stuff. But just that, man, the stories you hear that happen in that area are pretty intense. Have you ever heard any crazy stories around the Molala area or Oregon Bigfoot Highway? anything weird that that, that sticks out to you? And if not, that's, that's no sweat. Oh, yeah, brother. Oh, yeah. One of the first during high school, you know, after reading the books and everything when

I was younger, and then I had a buddy that they were a bunch of my friends partying up on Goat Mountain, which is where Frank Kay would have, you know, find all the track cast and everything. I know it. Well, they're up there. It's 2.30 in the morning. They're basically doing the same thing that I was making a bunch of whoops and, you know, being stupid basically.

Well, I guess the tree got pushed over on the campfire. Put the dang thing out. Everybody left within a split second. There was no screams or anything, but they heard something rushing around rattling around in the brush. But yeah, next thing, you know, they said it was a pretty good sized snag just got pushed over. And basically right onto the fire,

made it just boom, boom, and all the ashes, you know, all the sparks went everywhere. And I guess they were out. But goat mountain is another area that I've had, you know, I've found some stick structures and things like that. I've never been screamed at up there or anything. But like I said, goat mountain is probably the way the crow flies, maybe a mile or two from where I've, where I had my other experiences. So, yeah, either it's a very territorial couple of them up there or we have no idea. And there could be like, you know, I don't know.

You know, I, I think about what the population would be in Oregon, you know. And I wouldn't assume it'd be more than a few hundred animals, you know, like, well, Squatch is what I'm talking about. Right, exactly. You know, they're not. I mean, it was a really thing. Cantrell, he just passed away. Tom Cantrell. Tom Cantrell, the things I was watching on his video there on the Flash of Beauty, how he was saying that he actually, they took him up into the mountains.

and showed him where they met. And he said there was up to 18 adults and sitting in the circle. And so what they would do in Washington, what he was saying they were doing was they would, the Sentinel, the big guy would tell them which way to go to go find mates.

So he would send some to Oregon, I guess, well, South, he would send some north and he would just, you know, these things are much more intelligent than we'll ever know, brother. I have a feeling they're like an ancient human. from all the descriptions that I read, the brow line, the way the lips are, I mean, it just really sounds to me, it could almost be like a, just, just an ancient human, brother, that's,

that's all I can pinpoint it to. I don't believe this is a gorilla, and maybe, maybe part gorilla hybrid type thing, but it's not, no, this thing, this thing is very intelligent, brother. I tell you, it's very, it's very, makes me very obsessive. feeling but I don't think it's a bad thing. I think I could have other worst things that are that I'm obsessed about if you know what I mean. So, uh, oh, totally. Yeah. Yeah, this is not the worst thing definitely to be obsessed about it. It's so to soapbox for a minute, I, I, I am convinced after visiting out there. Not, I haven't even camped out there yet. Hopefully someday, that'll happen. But man, dude, I was, I don't talk about this. I was supposed to go camping with

Frank Keneister. Like we, we were going to do like expeditions out there and then life took them too quick, man. I was like just, that's heartbreaking. But I am convinced that this area, Estaceta, Malala,

and then you've got Mount Hood. Like, there's a reason Cliff is there. Like, it is going to be discovered there. And Frank was so close. He was so close, dude.

He was, yeah. People don't even know. Yep. You know? Yep. But yeah, it's going to happen.

out there for sure. It's because man, like you go up where Rhododendron and Welch's are. Oh, yes. And then it's crazy because like you can take that road from, where is it,

welches, and like it kind of goes into that wilderness. Right, right. And then it's like, all bets are off. All bets are off. Yep. You had that sighting, that cliff just talked about within the last few months on that golf course.

Right. Welch's. Right. And I mean, like, yeah, it's because you're, you're putting civilization down on this wedge into the wilderness. It's crazy. It is. But I think, I think it's going to be around that area.

Oh, brother. And then you got Bull Run is, is crazy as well. Behole, Bull Run. Bull run, brother, let me tell you, the watershed up there is protected. Nobody's let in there except the, the workers. I've read, I've read several stories of bull run workers. where they've either heard. I haven't really seen any that they had said they had had actual siding,

but it's so thick in there, man. The only way you're really going to see one is if it runs right across the road in front of you. What's funny about Cliff Berrickman was that he had called me. My first siding when I got, well, not siding, but when I got screamed at that first time, I had called Cliff. And he had not done finding Bigfoot yet. He was just starting to do it. And he had called me.

He had called me and he's like, hey, you know, if you can take me up there, I'm going to be doing a show and, you know, blah, blah, blah. Well, I said, I thought about it for a minute. And I was like, you know what, if I do this, there's going to be a thousand people up there. I don't want this guy. I don't want this girl or guy, whatever it was, it screamed at me. I don't want them bugged. You know, I wouldn't want to be bugged if I was up there. Sure.

I just want to be sitting in my ferns and looking at the trees and waiting for a deer to come by so I can break. neck, you know. Another theory on how they hunt real quick is, I believe they hunt in pairs. And one, like they basically funnel them now. And then I believe they use like drag them down, kind of like grab onto the neck. I don't know. I've had a vision to where like they put all their weight onto the neck, drag the animal down, either grab them by the horn or the ears, maybe the ears because the ears are sensitive and just pull down. And I, you know, I've had a vision of the big old squatches breaking up. Elk's neck with like with no problem at all.

The handprint, brother, I forgot to go back to that. The handprint that I found on the side of the hillside there at Horse Creek next to those 15-inch prints. Brother, that hand was twice the size of mine. Oh, yeah. At least. So, and there had been no rain up there, like I said, for, yeah, a long time. so yeah jeremiah i don't know it's just like i said it's great to have a channel like yours to where i can listen to like-minded stories and not feel so um such feel like an outsider um and uh yeah

yeah brother i i love listening to like all you're like you have so many sandy organ and scapuss and rangineer so many stories from oh yeah and uh that's ranier that's Reneer has a story to be told one day and I hope I am the one that gets to be able to tell it the whole I do too really is

yeah there is a developing story on multiple fronts in Reneer, Oregon right now we'll leave it at that one more question for you Derek just in case something hits do you know anything

have you heard any accounts from the Lolo Pass area. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, buddy. There's a man who rides horses up there. I can't remember Northwest Sasquatch studies. Wait, he's been on your show, bro. Gary.

Gary, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Dude, he's like, one, he's like, he's kind of like, I feel like me. Like, we draw him in or something. Like, it's just a strange thing how these people, how we can have so many experiences and that some people will go 10 lifetimes and never have even one experience. So it just makes me wonder, is it a frequency I'm given, huh? Like, I don't know.

I really don't know, brother. But, yeah, Lolo Pass is a hotbed, brother. Oh, man. You got Sandy Ridge up in that area. You got the power lines. Just basically a tip for everybody before I go here is just drive forest roads. Look for game trails. Look for messed up, you know, vegetation along the side of the road.

And just follow it. You know, make your own trail. Don't, if you're, if you're planning on finding Bigfoot, I wouldn't, you know, you'll see them on a trail that's heavily used. But I just think if you make your own trail and do, you know, you know, do your own due diligence. And I think you'd be a lot more. And the other thing about the camera thing. Oh, why haven't we had a picture?

Well, you know what, bro? I don't really see somebody being like, hey, Bigfoot, can you stand there for a second smile? We're probably so enamored with what we're seeing. I mean, the eye contact, I mean, dude, I've been told from some Indian Friends, Warm Spring Indian Reservation Friends that I have, it's on the east side of Mount Hood. They told me, you know, their elders, no eye contact.

They would open their hands out like this, kind of like a no threat, no threat, you know. Don't your posture, make sure your posture stoop. Don't bluff yourself up any. Just act like he's the boss, which he is, and let him do his thing. Yeah, brother, there's just so much stuff besides my own experiences of friends, stories, and things like that. Yeah, it's pretty amazing, brother. You got to spend more. It's an incredible, it's just, it's such a fun.

If your life can intersect with that area and you're into Bigfoot, you will have memories that will last forever. Oh, brother. The woods will teach you something. Just please be careful and don't go out by yourself unless you're like, Grizzly Adams. I really wouldn't recommend it. This channel does not recommend it.
