Like, I don't know. Like, we're going to have to stay up all night and sleep in the day because I can't do this again. This is Bigfoot Society and I'm Jeremiah Byron. Tobes Johnson and Alicia Pfeiffer spent three days camping near the Patterson game on film site in Bluff Creek, California. They brought recording equipment and set up beside the trailhead. And by the next morning, Tobe was questioning another night there. So I wanted to hear what brought them to that point. But before we get there, got a little catching up to do.

On our I Bigfoot Society, you've got the privilege of talking to Tob Johnson and Alicia Pfeiffer today. You've heard both of them on the channel in the past before. Tob, Tob was a while ago. We talked about Al Moon Lab and his book, and that's a great interview if you haven't heard it yet. And Alicia was a while ago, too, talking about her multiple Bigfoot experiences around Oregon, which is also a great one. I'll have those linked in the show notes, but you may know them both from the Olympic Strange Days video series that you can find over on the Flash of Beauty YouTube channel. How are you doing out there today, guys? Are you, we're doing an audio-only interview, so you're on the road?

I know you are going everywhere out there. Yeah, no, we're good. We're just like, you know, in the deep of just in the middle of a bunch of projects. We have like a town hall coming up in like two days. And then we're getting ready for Vernal, Utah. We're going to be leaving early September for Phnomicon. And then shortly after we get back from that, we have like our OSD field experience camp out. So plus a documentary we've been working on.

So we're just in the midst of juggling all those things. That is fantastic. and you guys are you guys are best friends how do you and this is i'm just incredibly awkward how you know like i've never even asked you guys like you're super best pals right like how is it you you even even talk about yourself i don't i don't even know yeah well we we so we met like at the very first saskatchew Summerfest and were friends for a while. And then, you know, I started being more involved with going out in the woods with

Priscilla and kind of doing a couple things like I think we did some lives with you and Tobb. And we just both got to a point where we were like, hey, I think that there might be something more here. And we just, it just grew from there. So we've been together for a couple years now. And within the last like few months, we got engaged. So that's a pretty big, pretty big win for us.

Good stuff, good stuff. It was like a dating pool. Exactly. I am a huge fan of Olympic. strange days just because so going through this whole health thing I know personally what it is when my listeners say hey I live vicariously through you when I see your videos and I can't get out there right now I can't get out there and you guys are just like out there and I appreciate what you guys are doing I'm a supporter of your channel not afraid to say that and but tell me more about

Even though this episode will be out after the town hall, you guys have been doing a few town halls so far. Tell me more about how those have gone. If you've gotten some really good connections, how have those been going? Well, this is Tobin speaking here. So, yeah, the town halls were kind of born out of what was called Bigfoot Empire back in 2008 timeframe in the little town of Lieberg. Oregon once a month we would get ready for witness testimonies in a pizza parlor called Ike's pizza and because I had already done town halls like that before I thought well gosh we could just make it more of like a community potluck style and did a dorothy and had some speakers

actually kind of like psyched the audience up enough to where eventually they could step up and tell their own stories. And so that was the idea. And so we found like the perfect little spot, right, in the town of Port Angeles, Washington. It's like five minutes off of 101. And so, yeah, we have another one coming up here. It's already happened. So it was a lot of fun with Harvest Moon, who's a Salish elder. And she's going to be talking about the oral traditions of, say, postal Salish and Bigfoot. She's actually, she slept in a teepee when she was on. on site she actually erected an up in a coastal sailish tepee out front of the grange and um and so having someone like that who's also a speaker kind of shows the audience what they're about to get involved with

or be a part of for our field experience so it is a great way to kind of advertise an event that you have coming up and you know there's a lot of resources and time putting on uh field experience like this and we try to keep it pretty, I mean, right now we only have 10 tickets left for this. So all in all, I think we have about 40 people that show up at these events. And it's, how many acres is it, Alley? It's like, it's right on the Salduck River. It's a little place in Beaver Washington outside of Forks. And I think it's over 15 or 20 acres for sure. Yeah. And they're constantly expanding it, I think, as well. Yeah. So they're totally into the subject matter and supportive of what we're trying to do. So anyway, to get back to your point, the town halls is a way for us to kind of embrace

the community, have, you know, a place for them to go that's midpoint from where we live and where we're putting on our event. And then kind of invite them out for the mother load, which is our October 1st through 3rd event that we have. Yeah. And we also, like as far as if we meet people that we'd potentially want to interview or something of that sort. I think for our first town hall, like the biggest theme was just people showing up and being like, oh my gosh, we've been waiting for, you know, events like this. I love these topics, these subjects, and there's just not enough of this type of communal events going on. And so they're just really excited to be around people with the same interests.

and the opportunity to share their experiences. But I'm sure you run into this too, where people come up to you and they'll tell you their story or they'll leave it in a comment. But when it comes down to like, hey, do you want to hop on a call for an interview or do you want to film an episode, they kind of back off and that's not quite what they want to do.

But, you know, that's understandable. So we're always still looking for people. And I think the first one we did, Flash of Beauty showed up, Jill and Gras out with their camera. And they got a couple of great interviews out of that. So maybe by the end of this one, we'll have found somebody who wants to do an Olympic Strange Days episode with us. That is really, really cool. And I do agree with you. I don't think listeners realize that half the people I talk to are not on.

the show, half the people do not end up showing up to the show, even if they're scheduled, which is totally fine. I get it 100%. It's a lot to put yourself out there. And I greatly appreciate witnesses that do come on the show or channels like Flash of Beauty and Olympic Strange Days, et cetera. And it is, it's so important to get that documented. So you are appreciated if you are a witness and you come forward with your count.

Even if you don't, even if you're sharing it to the side, it still helps. There's still information that can be gleaned from that. So, Tob, you know, talking about Olympic Strange Days, the event that is coming up later this year, correct? Yes. Yes. October 1st through 3rd. Oh, awesome. What kind, I know in past years, you've had some really awesome people that have come out to speak, to teach things.

what kind of things can be expected this year? Well, you know, we haven't had Harvest Moon, the Coastal Salish Native American out. We've only had Native American representation sort of just last year. And that was just on the off chance that they were, they had some, well, we had a cancellation, to be honest, and they brought some representatives from near the tribe

that are part of their, what we call the Shaman Shack, which is like a group of people that meet out near Nia Bay. And so we had almost as a Macaugh elder representation last year, it fell short of that. Actually,

Brian Gagman, who's a Maca elder, did show up. And so just to speak a little bit about who Brian Gagin is, he's a Macaw, Native American, been on the Maccah Reservation, I believe his whole life. grown out of, you know, Nia Bay is the most northwestern part of the United States. So when you stand

and, Ali, you've been there before, you're looking out, like, to the most spectacular views you can ever think of, which is like this little dock that faces out over the Pacific Northwest. And you'd see nothing but the Pacific Ocean and a little bit of Canada. And that's it. Like, you're the tip of America. And the point of that is that it's really wild country. Like, you feel, like, you're just kind of step back into, you know, a certain party of history that is just like, oh, yeah, you guys do your thing and we're doing our thing over here. Well, this is where Brian comes in handy because he's going to be teaching native tracking from an indigenous point of view, but also kind of taking a more spiritual approach to the whole thing. And, you know, to have somebody like that from one of the closest reservations where we're going to be having this, the macaw, is awesome. And, of course, Harvest Moon, Salish, oral tradition historian, really.

And she'll be on site as well as, who else do we have come in? We have Simeon Hine, which he was at the very first OSD teaching his remote viewing class. And people love that. I loved it myself. It's just really interesting and fun. And he's also got quite a history of researching crop circles. And he's going to be, so speaking, presenting, and then teaching his remote viewing class. And then we also have Maureen, sorry, Maureen Morgan.

And she is an ex-Mufon director for the state of Washington, who kind of went rogue and started doing her own thing as far as her research is concerned. And she's amazing. She's a wealth of knowledge, and she just kind of goes down her own rabbit holes with different topics, but mostly UFO focused. And then we recently added on Mary Bethune, and she has been a paranormal investigator up here in the Olympics for quite some time now, and more specifically in the town of Port gamble with like the haunted Walker Ames house all that good stuff and um she's had some wild

experiences like she's seen an insectoid like um what do you call them the mantis beings like she's actually had a visual sighting of that while trying to paranormal investigate just like a haunted campground and uh yeah so we kind of cover all the basis because that's sort of what we try to provide as far as, you know, just diving deep into the weird at this event. Like we want people to get fully immersed in the high strangeness of it all because to us it's connected. So you get a little bit of everything. Yeah. And I mean, most of these people we met through just talking to other people that had weird experiences. And this is how it works. Like you obviously could put on a hell of a conference

as well out in your area you know how this goes don't don't don't shush shush shh let's not I don't want that idea I don't want that yeah we don't need people pushing that because that's my nightmare but I get it it is a lot of work but yeah just just kidding so easiest way for people like if someone is listening you're like oh that's that sounds awesome I mean really you just have to line to Seattle and drive a few hours out there really. It's just like, what, four or five hours? Yeah, I think so.

And we've unfortunately missed you, bro.

Like we did an impromptu with you on speaker phones. So thanks for letting us Bobby up. Yeah, I really appreciate it. Thank you. That was really nice. Did you have, were there any highlights from this year? Any cool conversations or experiences that you had? Well, it was PATH, Jeremiah.

Oh, wow. Like, we should tell you that. Like, there's a combined effort to, like, put people that are already having groups meet at the park, meet at the same time. So, in this case, it was, like, a mountain biking conference going on. And so there was well over, like, 500 people on day one. And it just, the energy was really, really cool. And so I think that may be happening again, right? Yeah.

Yeah. The overlap is just like the first day, which I think it was Friday, I believe. Oh, yeah, whichever first day it was. And, you know, I think for first time, Priscilla could have been a little nervous about like, ooh, how is this going to go? But they were amazing, like super interested in like the vendor booths. the speakers, and she worked it out for them to, like, basically be able to come in and enjoy, you know, the presentations. And they were so supportive of it and were like,

hey, where are you guys need T-shirts for sale of like Bigfoot riding a mountain bike? And so she's already in the works for like making a, you know, logo for a T-shirt for next year. It was, it was awesome. So, yeah, it worked out. That is fantastic. I heard a lot of good things about it. I've been trying to talk to individuals that went out with Jason Kenzie. I've heard some really interesting stuff from that. I'm going to have Kyle McDonald on the show in a little bit. He was up there.

He had some really interesting things happened during that experience. So listeners are going to have to wait to hear about that. But he's shown me at least one pitcher. And I was like, oh, my goodness, there was stuff like right there. So stay tuned for that for sure. But, you know, guys, I have wanted to catch up with you for a really long time. And to talk about, you know, on your channel, you have some really amazing videos. Again, listeners need to check that channel out.

Flash a Beauty channel, the Olympic Strange Day vlogs is what I'm specifically talking to. But there's one in particular that I would love to hear. just kind of you recounting what happened. And I think my audience would really enjoy it. So you guys had gone down to Bluff Creek area in California and had some really interesting things happen during a camp out. Is that something you'd be able to share? Yeah, definitely.

Yeah, so I'll start. It was a road trip that was combined effort from the Olympics. peninsula to the Redwood Forest, and that was the beginning of it, to basically shoot a secondary episode about a werewolf sighting in the Jededi National Forest. But the road trip was crowdfunded, and the crowdfunding went well enough to the point where we're just like, well, does the road trip have to end? And so I was like, we're like so close to Bluff Creek, it's been 20 years. I've been a big foot I've been up there. And we had time to kind of kill because we had another event in the Sierra Mountains for Voices in the Wilderness,

a crowdfunding event for that at the Rahai bar with Jerry Hine, if you one knows Jerry Hine, right? He's the guy to know. So we had three days to go up to Bluff Creek. And we, I called it Bluff Creek right now because we ended up, didn't call, you know, the name of the episode referring to is called Bluff Creek because Bluff Creek, the home of the Patterson Gimlin film, turned out to be the creepy

a spot I'd ever camped at. And I don't get scared in the woods, really, Jeremiah. Like, I can maybe think of a couple different times. And it's like, eh, humans are too close to me. And I don't want to be near tweakers or this, that, or the other. Like, you'll hear me talk about that. Like, I don't want to be around weird people. But generally, the phenomena is just like, it's just more puzzling and playful and not creepy. Well, that all changed about a year ago last month. And Allie, take it away. Well, so I remember when we first rolled into camp, we immediately set up the task cam, which is always, you know, the audio recorder. It's kind of like what your first thought should be just in case. And it was pretty quiet at first,

but once we like set up our stuff and we settled in, there's kind of a drop down on the other side of camp. And we were hearing like some stick breaks here and there and there was like you could hear a little bit of brush movement. And we just figured, well, there could be deer or whatever down there. But a couple of them were pretty loud. And we'd hear that off and on kind of during daylight. But what really, you know, where it really got intense or active was at night. And specifically every time we'd go inside of our tent and try to go to bed. So I would say that was it the first night that we immediately had?

Yeah, okay. So I think we both fell asleep roughly around the same time, but I was getting like sleep paralysis type stuff where I'd be waking up to something happening, but I can't move and I think I'm awake, but I'm not actually awake. And usually what ends up happening is I kind of like mumble. Like my mouth is closed, but I'm like trying to talk. And Tobes that and he'll kind of wake me up and get me out of that state.

But two times what happened was something pressed through the tent and touched the top of my head, like just kind of like poked at it. And then the second one was something pressing through the tent. and I actually see the bending of the fabric of something pushing through to reach me and tapping like my arm because I think I had my arm like up past my head. And both of those creeped me out, of course, and they felt very real in the moment. But the next morning, Tobin had told me what happened to him. And I didn't know about this because this was after my two things had happened.

So I'll let you tell your side. Yeah, the Allie had sleep paralysis and I could kind of tell something that's going down. And the way we sleep is we sleep in like a four-man tent, right? Like it's a big green Coleman tent and we put cots in it. And between Allie and I on cots is like my pistol and a lamp. and a battery charger, and in this case, the GoPro. And somewhere between one in the morning and four in the morning, we'll get some guess at this.

Ali was having sleep paralysis, and then I would go back to bed or go outside of the bathroom. And at some point, I had a very vivid moment with, like, it felt like a full abduction, like, not like, I was abducted via like taken away to some craft or something like that

but I had a very realistic nightmare I don't have any physical proof of this but it was such a terrifying nightmare all I remember is like the gnashing of teeth and like this weird vibration had a lot of like

flesh tone colors to it and it was terrifying to have that like come at you and I knew at that point I was having like a lucid dream and I was a part of something like a spiritual attack that's what it felt like and then I was suddenly dropped off in some maze you know this phenomenon like the back rooms I just kind of learned about this whole thing that there's a movie okay so like go look at back rooms I had no idea that this place even existed as like a subculture thing but that's what it felt like if felt like a parking structure or an empty, like, strip mall or something. And I just knew I was really there. And I was like, Allie's alone. She's in the tent. Where the heck am I? And so it was way more traumatic than what I'm explaining, because if you knew that you were taken away someplace

and dropped someplace, and you felt like you're abducted, and this was all for being where you were at the wrong time. I kind of just knew in my heart of hearts why this was happening for the sake of, oh, this is a test or this is like some initiation

or punishment. I wasn't quite sure, but I knew it had to be in the proximity of Bluff Creek. And by the way, like we're at the trailhead. The sign is right there. The PG trail sign is right in front of us. And in between these night terrors and night moments, we're hearing these weird, like, whipping metal sounds.

Like, if you, like, whipped, like, a Tesla coil, you know, like a snapping electric sound. And at first of that, are they just throwing rocks at the pop-up shelter tent legs that are aluminum? But there's no, like, secondary sound of a rock hitting. Yeah. It sounds like that. And so this is happening. And so finally I woke up and I record myself waking up. Like in the episode, you see the look on her face.

Like, I think Allie and I both look at each other like, we can't stay here. Like we're going to call it. Yeah. And it was mainly me freaked out. Like I nearly was in tears when I saw the Allie was okay or not gone, right? And by the way, this is supposed to be a fun trip to like the Mecca. where PG was, right? And so we decided to stay. And what happened next? And then the next day, just about the time that the sun went down, we did like a full-on smudging. I think we had bought sage on the way down and like a couple of crystal trinkets that we had

intended to use as like gifting pieces. So we used, we used to, that sage and we just like smudged the whole campsite. And then we, we definitely like stayed up as long as we could, I think, because we were just like, well, maybe if we wait till we're totally exhausted, we'll be less likely to, I don't know, get woken up or we'll just sleep hard and not have dreams, I don't know. But while we're trying to stay up, I think we stayed up to at least 1.30, if not later. Brett Jill had loaned us this really

nice Fleer camera set up on like a tripod. The only issue with it is it just it doesn't do audio. So it's picture only. And we're sitting in the middle of the campsite, which is referred to as the cell site. Like if you look up, you know, bluff creak and

stuff they mentioned the cell site. That's where we were. It's like a big pullout. And if you look, we'll depending which way you're looking, but there's the, there's kind of a fork and the PG sites on the right of that fork and the trail that leads down. And so we're sitting in the cell site and we're facing our FLIR towards the road that goes down to the PG site. And I think I have the main camera and he's looking at the FLIR display monitor and he's like, whoa, I just saw something go across. the monitor

down the PG road like swap me and keep an eye on it and I was like okay so he handed it to me and then I essentially saw the same thing and we're recording like we double check we're like okay we're recording like we're good to go and

it was basically like this ball with almost like a comet tail and it goes from it just appears out of nowhere on the right hand side of the road and shoots flies from right to left. Cold to cold. Yeah, it was on the black signatures are cold,

like ice cold and white is hot. And this thing was ice cold. And definitely far too large to be like a bug or anything like that. And we get home or we get to the next place that we can actually review footage. And we're looking at it. And there's nothing on it. We saw it both with our naked eyes and we knew that it was recording.

We double-checked and we get back and we're like, what the heck? It's not on here. Like it didn't happen. Yeah. And I even remembered like when we had taken the flare and changed positions with it to the other, like the left side of the fork. And so I was like, yeah, I remember us moving it and looking around other places. It happened right here.

And we scrubbed through all that footage and it did not record it. So that was pretty weird. Yeah. I mean, there is other moments too where we had left out puzzles and trinkets and they had moved 25 feet. Oh, yeah. When we got there, there was a stack of pine cones that were kind of waiting for. These are like sugar pine cones that are over a foot long. The reason we went to that site is because there were two women.

researchers, I believe, that had three big foots approached them within like less than 25 yards away. Yeah. You know, very close. And so that was only like less than a month from when we were there. So the whole time we were there, we were there three days. And we ran into a group of bigfooters and jeeps. And they kind of talked to me for a bit. All right was in the tent.

And then we saw one forestry worker. Yeah. And that was it. the last morning. So this place, we should mention, too, Allie,

is that we're not the only people that have been mess with up there with sleep paralysis. It turns out, there's a host of like apers that have had stuff happen there.

No way, really. Bringing this, yeah, bringing this up. Yeah. You know, privately,

I've had people reach out to me and there's like, dude. Yeah. Not, you know what I mean? Like, we've had stuff too

with that spot. Like they reached out after seeing, that we had happened. Wow. Yeah, the same self-site. Yeah. So, and then that night I didn't, or you didn't have any

dreams. You slept really well. But I did have a dream where I woke up and you weren't in your cot and the tent door fly was like fully open and I could see out to the edge of the road.

And I see you standing there and, you know, this is in the dream. And all of a sudden there's just like this crazy scream roar. And I see you kind of, you know, jump and have a reaction. And then I can't tell if you were running towards the sound to like investigate it or if you were running for your life, like terrified. And I'm just in the tent, you know, witnessing it.

And then I wake up just kind of nervous. and then see that we're, it was just a dream. So I didn't mention that. I don't think in the episode, but yeah, that one messed with me a little bit. Just like, oh my gosh, can I get a break? It's a powerful spot. Like, maybe it explains why this film

happened in the first place, right? Like, because no one's ever been able to duplicate what they caught. Maybe all this is, you know, like, that's the spot. Like, this is where the belief in the subject matter happens. And so when you go there, prepare yourself for a possible psychological with your mind because, you know, I can't be sure 100% what happened as far as like what I described.

But I know Allie was mess with. I watched her go through it. And I know what I saw on Fleer. We definitely can't debunk that. Yeah. So I just would be prepared out of all the spots, to we've been to, what I would say about this, maybe as a cautionary tale, is if you get close to reservation territory, come with the utmost respect, because you're in a powerful zone. And there may be consequences for coming unprepared, not having your heart right. 100%. Oh, my goodness. I'm glad that you brought up the fact that there are other, the fact that there are other people that have experienced similar things because this area is talked about a lot but by people that are more focused on Bigfoot is a physical creature and weird stuff isn't cool.

And so it's great to hear that there were people coming to you on the side and being like, hey, don't tell my buds, but it's going down. Yeah. Yeah. But it's, I mean, you know, we're not fully certain, or I guess I'll speak for myself, I'm not fully certain that what we experienced necessarily was Bigfoot stuff, you know. And, but it's just the theme, the pattern that shows up time and time again, because we literally just shot an episode that we also shared a dream of experiencing the same thing, essentially in our own way.

And again, it was near, we weren't far off from a reservation. And I mean, I don't know. I don't want to, like, put that in people's mind that it's, you know, trying to make any claims about. But, I mean, but it isn't that at a point. Oh, yeah. You can't ignore it.

Yeah. I mean, there's just definitely a spiritual aspect of it, paranormal aspect of it, that we're denied based off of our energy. Yeah, our experience. Yeah, and I think you can actually prove it by looking on Bigfoot siting maps or like, let's say, for example, Bigfoot Societypodcast.com where there's a sweet siting map. And you look at like Quinalt Reservation in Washington. Man, there's a lot of people I've talked to that have had experiences around Quinalt. It's just one example of like there's stuff going on. And if people can drive or go by the reservation, they're probably going to have encounters. Alicia, I wanted to talk specifically about your experience on the first night because you had an actual visual of something pressing through the tent or something trying to press through the tent. Could you tell like how the size of whatever, like that arm bend or finger?

How big did that seem to you? So like it didn't, you know, pressing through the tent, I couldn't really. see any like shape of what it was and you know it's dark in there I could just see barely like that something was pushing through um you know the solid fabric of the you know it wasn't the mesh part um but it did feel like I mean pretty thick you know I didn't feel like oh that's a massive and it was um you know I didn't grab around my arm or anything it was was just like pressing like poking and enough to like wake me up. I think I was woken up by the pressing both times. And then I just kind of at first freeze in the moment and then I just

then I react like I kind of have to get myself out of that. And I'm not unfamiliar with having these experiences. I've had sleep paralysis. usually for people, it's like, I don't know, for me, it used to be a, I'd only have it if I took a nap during the daytime and accidentally fell asleep on my back. I think most people report that, you know, that they fall asleep on their back and then they get into that state. And for me, I'm usually a side sleeper. And it doesn't seem to matter when I camped in certain spots like Shasta. I've gone camping there. I forget which

campground it's called. It's right outside of a meadow. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah. I can't think of the name. But it's, you know, you're like, you're over halfway up to the top kind of a thing. Right.

But anyways, I had my leg, same thing. Something pushed through the tent and held my legs down in that state when I was. was at Shasta and then it did it again like the same thing but I was able to like shake myself out of it and then one time in Dexter Lake Oregon or just right Dexter Lake I think that's right or am I just thinking Dexter and then it's next to Detroit Lake maybe that's what I'm thinking of I don't know I can't I confuse them but in Oregon I was

camping again with my sister. We were above this lake. And I didn't get messed with, but basically I woke up to this light that was illuminating the campground suddenly. And then I just see the silhouette of a big foot walking between my tent and my sister's tent. And I freak out and I end up like waking my sister up. And she's like, are you okay? What's happening? And I was like, just saw something and she was okay all right and I was like yeah I was just a dream but um I was reporting on my phone like the voice note app and I go when I go home I listen to it and you ever hear people talk about like in the dream state it feels like a long time that really it's like very short sure I don't know that is what I've heard is that you know you think that you've you've dreamt

almost like a lifetime and then you wake up and it's like you probably were only dreaming for like four minutes in that you know deep run-sleep cycle or whatever but with this I actually heard a stick break around her time and I remember hearing that in my my sleep paralysis state I heard a stick break like something stuck on it's making and then it takes like two minutes or no I'm sorry it so and then I wait for the first like vocal that I make that I'm like you know freaking out in my sleep to when I actually wake up and I thought that that happened in a matter of like five seconds at most because I was verbalizing people trying to wake up for very long and it was like two and a half minute stretch um so it was strange It was kind of the opposite in that moment where it actually was a sleep paralysis state that lasted longer rather than shorter, if that makes sense.

I don't know. But I've gotten weird stuff like this where I just kind of get messed with in my sleep. That is something that doesn't surprise me anymore. It's not enjoyable. But, you know. That's wild. I mean, I could see that happen. I mean, Dexter's west of Oak Ridge, that's a wild area.

And then Detroit Lake would be up by the Oregon Bigfoot Highway. That's a wild area too. There's Bigfoot and Dogman stuff up there. Both places, totally. So when there are areas talked about, I always, so here's a question for you. How hard was it to drive to the cell site? How did that go for you guys? Well, we put shows like a sketchy route.

Like if you if anybody wants to go to Bluff Creek, do not go up a road called ishy-pishy. And I don't mean, that's not like a made-up word. It literally a sketchy road called ishy-pishy. And there was a clue right away that we shouldn't go up that road. And we're like, oh, let's go. It turns out that there's like a three-lane highway, totally paved, like a beautiful road to get up there. And that's how we came down. So super easy.

Once you find the right road, and it doesn't mean like a real road, like a super awesome paved road. And I think it takes about an hour from the main highway to get up there because, you know, you can't go fast. Very accessible. Super accessible. So definitely like prepare yourself though. Like it sounds fun to go see where paddy walked. You know, it's a trek. Like if you don't have the right car to get down to where Patty walk,

you're not going. You're going to walk your happy little, you know what, down there. And we've shown ourselves backpacking out of that place. And it was a trial getting out of there. Like, you see me huffing and puffing. And it was hot. It was super, yeah, you want to go definitely like in the fall, like keep it cool, right? So anyway, it's something everybody that's in the Bigfoot should definitely they tried to do now you talked earlier about um who showed up at uh saskwop summerfest that was of interest mk davis um showed up again and mk of course is known for enhancing the pg film really one of the first people to do it now mk has different theories about what's going on at bluff creep and the old footage and that makes him controversial but um that dude um he's been down

there like 15 or 20 times a lot. He believes that that's the incorrect site. So I kind of want to go down there with new eyes to see where MK thinks this actual site happened, right? And see if it's any stranger. Yeah. And while we were there, he showed us when we were at Airbnb, he showed us this incredible footage of a juvenile Sasquatch on the side of the trail, like waving its arm or something white. Yeah, it looks like a primate. Yeah. Wow.

It's somewhere in his, like he looked it up from his Facebook. So if I don't know, his Facebook is public. But if you get a chance to talk to M.K. Davis, ask to look at his camera roll on his phone. Because he's got really cool. It's probably wild. He's one of the funniest guys. Like, I got to go out in the woods with him and Ronnie and some other guys. in 2025 up to Oakhole.

He's one of the funniest dudes ever. I love that guy. Yeah. The reason I bring up the driving is to say this. Because I know some listeners are out there and like, that would be a great idea. I'm going to go to a cell site. Well, guys, there's some roads around there

where like if you don't have extra gas and you don't have extra tires, you're probably going to pop your tire or break your axle because it happens every year out there to multiple big footers. So please be aware. It can get pretty crazy really quick, even though there is a nice road in some places. Yes.

Yeah. This is part of my suicidal optimism kicking it right now. It's like, go. That's the quality I need to fix, Jeremiah. No, I had, I used, sometimes I can be overly positive. and then I was like, oh, people listen to this and don't realize that the Oregon Bigfoot Highway could take them out if they're not prepared

and, you know, it's a whole deal. So, which is another place. But, um, guys, that is fantastic. And just to remind there, so there'll be links in the show notes. So you guys can check out the vlog to see for yourself, uh, what,

you know, the visual part of what happened when, uh, Olympic Strangest days, uh, they went down to, to Bluff Creek or Bluff Creek. And it's a really good.

one. The other thing that I wanted to talk to you guys about, and if you are up for it, is I've picked up from different videos that you've been doing and etc. That you are having some weird stuff happen around home base, potentially to do with Bigfoot. Or is that something that can be discussed? totally um so well we first moved in there um what was it like end of winter last year or early spring and it didn't well so we're neighbors with uh rich drumot and um he kind of let us know that during, what do you say, August through September or something, it's really active. And we're like, okay. But it ended up starting like mid-July. And we've noticed that when we go shoot episodes in different hotspot locations, when we come home, we set out the reporter, and it all started with them like they kind of come in and start like throwing stuff at the michead of the recorder. And we could literally, we had the windows open.

It was in the summertime. And the recorder was just on our wood pile, maybe like 20 feet away or something like that. And so we assumes, you know, they can hear us. and we'd be like, oh, could you throw a dirt clod at the michead? Or could you throw or hit it harder because they'd either tap it or throw something at it? And they would do it. And so we knew that we were, you know, talking and experiencing something that was, you know, intelligent and that was actually engaging with us.

And then I think around, I think it was July, maybe it's August, we caught language. And it wasn't very late in the night that we captured it, but at first, when I heard it, like, reviewing the audio, I thought, gosh, this kind of sounds like kind of human. And then it keeps going and it sounds kind of like First Nations talk or there's like percussive beats between it and whistles and we're like, oh my gosh, this is language. And I think that we have that to share. Yes, we definitely do. Let's cue that up here. So I'm going to go ahead and play that here.

I think that's weird. That's weird. Yeah. And we definitely caught some shorter stuff as well, like little grunts or one of them kind of sound like the predator a little bit, which is weird because when Tope was down living and researching Al Moon, he caught a very similar sound. So there was like, there was some good crossover there. But the main thing we noticed is that, I don't know, I think to some extent, Tob had a little bit more consistency in terms of like maybe knowing that when you set the reporter up in the shop down at Al Moon, you'd almost be certain you were going to get something

versus where we were at. At home, we almost had to like do different experiments to, you know, like, get their interest and maybe get them to come in and they play with the recorder for a while at the wood file, but in terms of getting language again or to that extent, or I don't know, if it died down a little bit, if we did a new experiment, whether it was like playing the whale sounds, that's the night we got the language. Or we would set out little trinkets to see what they do, they've never taken food. And then, what was it? I think things died down a little bit, you know, during the holiday season, we were kind of going for some personal stuff and a little

distracted. We stopped recording as much. But then, like, come it was either January or February, we started catching what we call the Midnight Screamer, and we've actually caught this thing on multiple occasions, and I think I've uploaded them to our Patreon. We have like a little archive of sounds and audio. In this, I don't know, what it is, I'm assuming it's big foot because it doesn't sound like any animal that we've heard before and what should be out around there.

it to a lot of people that are local here and they're like, I've never heard anything like that. So I think that was another one we shared with you. Yes. Let's check out. Have you heard that live then or just recorded? Yeah. The first time for us, I mean, it could have gone off before then that we just didn't have. I didn't really explain this fully.

But so, you know, we put our recorder on the wood pile about 20 feet away. Chow does this, has done us since the Al Moon days where he hooks a really long ox cord all the way from outside where the recorder is to inside on a big speaker so that we can, you know, fall asleep to listening to like what's going on outside or just, you know, stay up and listen to it. And this is how we found that it was happening. and you want to mention you want to tell the story about hearing it the first time. So when we were sleeping, we would occasionally wake up to weird sounds, like metal banging sounds that made no sense. Like something was throwing sheet metal and there'd be no sheet metal around. Definitely would knock sounds like Louisville sluggers right outside, mainly in the daytime, oddly enough, sometimes at night and then what you just heard.

And Allie's just like, I want to hear this with my own freaking ears. And I'm like, okay, let me get myself out of bed and then let's do this. And because why not, right? Like it's coming through, it's right outside. It's coming through your living room through its speaker. Why not hear it? And as soon as we get outside, we start to approach the sound because the sounds coming closer. And it's sounding more and more like a lonely man in the woods screaming.

and we get underneath the pine needles, dude, and the sound stops. As soon as that first branch went over our head, we entered into like the, you know, what is that called? Like when you, the mycelium, the mycelium effect, right? Like all the roots of the tree, all the fungi, you know, think of like avatar, like the network, the underground network of streaming, services. Like we entered into that world and I think it knew that we were there. Is that your opinion? Yeah, because the timeliness of like, okay, let's go towards it. It went off for almost 20 minutes

that we just stood there and listened and it was incredible. It was the first time I'd ever heard like a scream or howl with my own ears. And then yeah, like you said, the second we made that decision and walked under the first branch. It just, you know what I mean, Jeremiah, the mycelium of like the underground network of plants. Oh, yeah, yeah, definitely. And like, and we, we tripped the ring camera and it knew it. Like, whatever it was doing, it wasn't about us, I don't think. I think it was, like, trying to reach out to another one or maybe it was, you know, I don't know what it was, dude, I mean, it was a crazy sound, but it is like right there by the power lines. Like, there's a power line network where this is happening. We should mention that. Like wherever there's weirdness going on,

there seems to be a power line and a creek nearby. And maybe that's where all people also build houses, right? Like they need power lines for them, you know, for phone service and whatnot. But these are like major power lines, like a whole network of, you know, work and infrastructure goes into building something like the Bonavir, Bonneville power line that goes behind the Al Moon. I don't know what this one is attached to, but anyway, so profound stuff happening at home still happening a little bit, but it is not happening at all like last year. Like, Ali's sitting on a couple of things here, and she's sitting on a video. We didn't send you this video, but we probably should have a thermal hit, a flare thermal hit of a cold signature of an upright. figure running across the road in front of us. She's also responsible for recording the sound that you have here of

the runner we call it because something runs right past our recorder on two legs and it's bipedal. It's super fast. It sounds like it's exploding through, I don't know, like a bamboo fence or something like that. It sounds like hollow wood, but that doesn't make any sense because we just have a a cedar pile. So you can play that sound. I have no idea what that is. That's weird, man. Yeah. And in the original recording, you can almost hear it like banking around a corner as well and it just slowly fades out. But that actually happened the night after we caught the screams that you played before this. So that was like, I think it was January 17, and then this was literally the next note. And the creepy part about this audio is we had a recorder running, and about like 2.30 in the morning, it goes silent.

And usually if we don't have the recorder on, we were playing some kind of like white noise or have a fan going and Tobes sensitive to like the silence. It'll wake him up. So he heard it like turn off. And so he gets up and he's like, oh, I got to go change the batteries out on the recorder side. So he goes outside the back door to the wood pile and replaces the batteries, comes back in and we lay down for maybe, maybe five minutes.

Like, neither of us are fully asleep. And then that's when that thing breaks out and just just like, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, followed by the running. And we both just sat up like, no way. That thing had to have been right there waiting while you were changing those. those batteries. It was really creepy in the moment. Yeah. Yeah, you never know how close these things are because you never, for the most part, know they're there, Jeremiah. Like, maybe they have one toe dipped into this realm and the rest of them is over in Squatchville. Sure. I just feel like

they're mostly there and they're on vacation right now. Like maybe we've got a couple like really extreme sounding like gunshot sounds close to us in the middle of the day. which make no sense. And those were crazy. But for the most part, they're gone. I'm a little worried. Like, well, are you guys, like, hiding out from something that's about to happen? Right?

Like, where'd you guys go? What do we need to know? But we did put out a, I should say that we did put out a game camera. Actually, Rich put out a game camera to try to, like, deer hunt. And his game camera, he put some apples in front of it. So I tried to like bring in a deer. And the apples were taken. The game cam was shifted and moved.

And the IR sensor, which is, you know, how it's going to pick up. I'm sorry, the motion sensor was actually punctured with either an implement of some kind or a finger. Or like something poked out the motion sensor. of one of these cameras that he still has. And it's pretty remarkable because the pressure to put behind that to actually snap this lens. And now maybe this has something to do why things have simmered down is that we put out cameras and we never did that last year. That's one of the things. That was my guess, if I had had to guess.

For listener context, and is it okay to say this is happening in Washington? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Like Olympic Strange Days means, yeah, the Olympic Peninsula is probably the most wild place still, you know, unconquered by Bill Gates. It's readily available wildlife land where you can go out and still have a true blue adventure. So, yeah, Washington State Olympic Peninsula. Awesome.

Now, would you say the phenomenon that you have experienced, you kind of answered it a little bit, but would you say it's primarily non-visual or have there been also visual accounts on the area or or surrounding area? Yeah. So not for us. And the crazy part is just like, okay, with the runner, which was very obviously running on this like dirt road path next to our recorder and areas where we've heard like these. huge slams on like metal materials or boards

falling like we've heard all kinds of these physical sounds and then you go investigate and try to see if there's any type of you know remnants of that and there's absolutely

zero physical evidence that we have found we have not found a single footprint like maybe one time we saw well maybe some handprints on like the car but I mean we go so many places sometimes oh did that just happen at the site we just filmed or this home and then there was like a pile of ash and there's possibly a foot but it also you know was about the shape and size of you know a human size it wasn't anything extravagant so it's just crazy like we should have had

footprints of that thing running by us or a lot of dust like fresh dust around us like dusty roads like you know picture like a dusty road in the desert or like an old western town like these are the kind of old log and roads because our neighbors always out with an excavator and pushing debris around so we there's no footprints dude like there's no evidence that that was a man in uh in uh in sneakers either. We should say that. There is no evidence that we have like someone coming and trespassing on the property at all. But we do have crossover of like everybody in the neighborhood, at least in our little small neighborhood, is turned from skeptics to believers about weirdness happening because the crossover effect of like getting EVPs, like there's a little ghost girl

from last year saying, come up here, up here. And then, And there's a dog that passed away, and the dog is heard, like, in the proximity where it was buried, like, the next day barking, you know, an ethereal bark from Elvis, the little tiny dog that just died. And so there's some interesting pet cemetery crap happening out here, too, right? So, yeah. That's wild. Well, maybe the only thing we have that you would consider, like, physical evidence is the footage of what we call. the shadow dasher. But even that, technically, doesn't really seem physical. I wish we could show it, but basically all the sounds we're talking about and the ones that we've shared, we have on an

episode that is titled Cabin Fever, and it's not like the podcast style episodes we did. It would be even before that. And we sit down at the campfire outside our cabin, and we talk about and share these individual sounds and just like the evidence we've captured so far and they show the shadow dash your footage so people can go and watch that um but this thing kind of like that thing at bluff bluff creek is it was ice cold and it goes from like a big foot just crouched on the side of the trail to getting up and running at such like a crazy speed and i saw it with my own eyes, like on the monitor, and I freaked out because I was like, oh, that's not a bush that looks like the shape of the Sasquash. That can just go out and moved. And we continue,

my little fleaer that plugs into my phone crashed, so we lost that footage, but luckily, Tobe was recording my phone screen while it was happening. Otherwise, we would have never had that footage. But we go back, yeah, and I, you know, reboot the clear and we're looking for it and we see something that wasn't there before, another cold spot, and it turns into like this floating triangle that's just floating like maybe four or five feet up. It becomes a UFO. Yeah. And then it goes back to being like, like, maybe something more physically shaped like a big foot,

but it's like tucked off to the side, and then you just barely see it tuck out of sight. Like, yeah, it was the weirdest thing ever. I don't know. I mean, it is remarkable evidence that, you know, like if these things can do an incredible, magical mountain, monkey stuff, right? Become like shaman's of the forest and cloak. This is like proof that Ali caught on her flea that they are a cold signature when they're doing this and they're basically

like sucking up the energy around them. This explains why you see ghost and there's cold spots. You know, people that have UFO abductions also explain this as well. A lot of these orbs aren't warm signatures. They're cold signatures when they see them and this is no different. So it's I mean after 20 years I've never seen anybody capture anything like what she caught and so are we going to be able to capture it again? Stay tuned because we're going to start making sure that we're out at odd hours and seeing if maybe we can kind of like wake the beast right now coming out at two in the morning. Oh nice. Yeah. I love that.

Yeah. I love it. You guys are are great in that. I feel that you're past the fear, but you also have the respect for things that need respect in this field. And there's many things that we should be aware of and respectful for. So you're definitely a good, good duo to follow with Olympic Strange Days. guys it has been a really fun conversation.
