Starting point is 00:00:03 Rejection is protection. Yeah. If you don't, if someone is not in groove or in sync with you, in business, if someone is not a win-win with me, I'm not going to force the situation. I'm not even going to feel upset. I'm not even going to take it personally because that means that we're not meant to be in this space together. You want to be a box again. You want to be a box today. To the bill fad where authenticity trumps authority, we are live here in L.A. at the
Starting point is 00:00:43 Godfrey and this is going to be an amazing episode. I am sitting here with this incredible human being who like I said I already fell in love with this guy. Sorry, no offense to your wife. But he is, I mean, his, he just encompass everything encompasses a boss, the way that you look, the way that you speak, that you're a shaman sixth generation shaman. So can we just start there? First of all, how are you a sixth generation shaman? How does one even get into a professional if you will. Well, we have many people in my bloodline who are spiritualists, which is also a form of shamanism. And in my culture, which is coming from Yoruban culture, and I within my bloodline, and then also in my family, and then we also had religion. So I became the sixth generation of that who chose to actually
Starting point is 00:01:33 step up and take that role as a young child. Wow. I had all of the gifts, the abilities to hear spirit, to see energy, to see spirit, to know what was going on people emotionally, to develop a high keen sense of sensitivity where when other people are around me, I can sense their energy, I can sense what they're feeling and how they're thinking. And I paid attention to the nuances that such a young child, it was only that I would take up the helm in my family to follow this path. Wow. So it's like a calling, if you will. You know, everything in life can be a calling, but you actually have to be the one to take the, to take the call, right? That makes sense.
Starting point is 00:02:13 I mean, that's super incredible. But not only do you do that. Also an author, renowned speaker. Yes. Part of the royal family. Yes. That's interesting. We have to know the story behind that.
Starting point is 00:02:25 I have to ask you how you might. I mean, you're just full, is there anything else that I need to know? Anything else do you want to share? You know, I'm just a normal guy who loves people and wants to see people rise and put the power back in their hands and be self-independent. and authentic to who they are and not walk the earth and think that I have to change myself or fix myself to meet the ideas or the demands of other people's ideas and opinions. Hence why you are, are you the first black royal?
Starting point is 00:02:55 Yes. That, I mean, can we just talk about that for a second? Let's just get a little, like, authentic. How does that feel? It's, I feel like for me, you know, when I came into the family, I didn't look at it like, wow, it was this really big thing. but I know it's a huge thing for the world because of me breaking that wall, breaking that barrier. There's been many black women in the rural family, but I'm the first black male in the
Starting point is 00:03:18 rural family in the European rural family. So it's not just any, it's one of the oldest families in the world and the traditions and everything. And I think for me, it's great because I get to bring in a new energy because I'm not the guy who goes in and just allows things to be. I'm a change maker, I'm a disruptor, and I'm a lover, and I speak my truth, but from diplomacy and love. Yeah. And I think that when people experience me in the family, I'm also very cordial.
Starting point is 00:03:51 I was raised with great respect, so I know how to fall in line with the traditions and the customs, even though I had to learn them and make them my own. But also, I keep my sovereignty and my truth of who I am, so that never gets misplaced. I love that. I absolutely love that, because I can only imagine. But I feel like it's not uncomfortable for you. It might be uncomfortable for others, but not for you. And you would think we've come such a long way that you're the first black male. Like, that to me is crazy just because we really haven't come that far, obviously.
Starting point is 00:04:22 And here you bring this amazing piece to the family. I'm sure they have to love you. I'm sure they have. Yeah, my in-laws and my brother-in-law, my sister-in-law, they definitely love me. And even my brother-in-law said once to me that it's a privilege to have you in the family. Oh, I love that. Yeah. Oh my God. So how did you meet your, like, how did you meet the princess of Norway? I was living in London. I'll give you the short story. Okay. I was living in London. I was coming to L.A. I was getting my own talk show at Paramount Pictures. I was on this show as a regular called The Doctors. And I was working with Travis and all the different doctors. I was the one who did the health and wellness panels on the doctors TV. And when I was in town, one of my friends, Milana Snow, who's an actress.
Starting point is 00:05:06 She's also a health wellness guru and an amazing actress and a model. She came over and she said, we did some meditation, we did some healing. And at the end of it, she said, you know, I feel like God has been pushing me to introduce you to someone. And I said, okay, she's like, are you dating anyone? I said, no, I'm not dating anyone. Right now my relationship was with God, me, and the people. And she said, well, I really feel like you need to meet this woman. And so I was like, okay, I'm open to it.
Starting point is 00:05:33 She's like, I'll set up a date for you. So she tells the woman, you know, about me, and she agrees. And she calls me up, she goes, and by the way, I need to let you know a little bit about her. And I said, well, what about her? She said, oh, she's, it's her royal highness. And I said, her royal highness, that's what she calls herself? She goes, no, no, no, no. She's the princess of Norway.
Starting point is 00:05:51 She's a part of the European royal family. And I said, oh, okay, that's probably not going to work, so I canceled the date. Go visit my friend Dave Asprey. While I'm with Dave, his person who works in his company, who runs his company, is this beautiful woman named Selena. And Selena says to me, I had a dream about you last night that you were running from something. Are you running from something? I said, well, I mean, if I think about it, I was going to go on this date, meet this, do a blind date with this woman who happened to be a princess.
Starting point is 00:06:16 But, you know, she'll never understand me because I'm, I'm a very different type of person. And I don't know if I want to get all wrapped up in that, you know. And she goes, well, what is she's the one? What is she's the one you've always been waiting for? And because you have this idea or this model, you are going to miss this opportunity. You need to go back and set it up with her. So I called my sister. I said, look, make this thing happen.
Starting point is 00:06:36 See if she'll see me again. After I canceled it, she probably doesn't want to see me. I don't know, you know. And she was like, oh, this guy's, you know, funny, but I'll go and I'll do it one more time because she felt it. So we, so, you know, I'm with my manager, who's my niece, Alex, and we're at the house. And we have every, my assistant went out and got gratitude cafe, set it up in the dining room. She comes over with her, with her person who is with her, walks in the door, looks at me one second. And boom.
Starting point is 00:07:02 all of my memories of our past lives came back. And she felt it too. She looked at me. First thing came out of her mouth is, I remember you. Oh my gosh. All of a sudden, this word came out of my mouth like we were destined to meet before time.
Starting point is 00:07:14 I don't even know why I said that because that's not how I usually speak. That's kind of corny. She kind of thought it was corny. But whatever, you know, you have the corny moments in life, right? So she comes in. We end up talking,
Starting point is 00:07:25 having a great conversation. And at the very end of that, we spend a little more time together. But then I have a lot of stuff because, you know, I got things to do. She got things to do. And she left. And then she came back and was like, can I have your number?
Starting point is 00:07:38 After that, we were on the phone every single day for four hours, five hours, three hours, to the point where at that time, this was when the Game of Thrones was like hitting really hard. Right. And all my family and all my friends were like, you cannot come over if you're going to talk about Princess Martha. Like, you just can't do it. Like, so they literally were like, don't even bother coming over if you're going to talk about Martha. Like, just don't bother. Did you have to call her Princess Martha when you No, I call her Martha. Okay. Yeah. I just, not your highness. Yeah, no, no, no, I don't play that.
Starting point is 00:08:09 No. I one time we were in Spain and we were, we were doing some stuff with Antonio Bendez and we were walking into this club and all these people started cursing to her. And I was like, why are these people doing this? So weird. She goes, you forget that I'm the princess. I was like, oh, yeah, that's right. Did you have to do it? No. No, you don't do that. No, no. I can't No, I do have my social graces to the other royals. And of course, I have my social graces to how I, you know, when I'm with the family and so forth that I, of course, have to follow. But when we're together, she's my, she's my best friend. She's my lady. You know what I mean? She's my, she's my queen. And so for me, we don't have that. We're transparent. We're honest about everything. We love each other. We're friends. We play video games together. We do everything together. She's, she's super intelligent. She's so, such a genius. And she's, she's, She's a powerhouse. She's a boss lady. She's written six Hay House books. She's champion horseback writer. She won the Guinness World Record for gold medal for cross-country skiing. The woman is paramount. And she matches my, my swag. And so for that, I feel that we're such
Starting point is 00:09:14 a power couple. So it works perfectly. I love that. I absolutely, that is like, that's a true love story. And you just got married last year. We got married in August 31st. That's so great. And then how long after that you guys met, did you guys get married? I think it was about six years. Oh, wow. So for a while. Yeah, I'm old school. I come from an old school mentality. I believe that when you meet someone, you don't just jump into it really quickly. You do courtship. You know, you get to know each other. You build a strong foundation before you try to build anything else. So I needed time, she needed time so that we can really select. Because when you go into a woman's life, it's got to be something you're really cherished and you commit to. I don't believe in plan.
Starting point is 00:09:55 gains, you know, I want something that's lifelong lasting so I can build. She also had kids from her marriage before. And also when a woman has children, you have to respect the dynamics of that relationship that they've already built. And also how do you fit into that dynamics as being who you are, but also asking, you know, your woman, how do I fit in this for you? And what does that look like for you? And how can we make this work? And so there's a lot of elements. And then also she's a princess. Of course, she's in the family that there's all this other stuff. There's media. There's, there's, you know, a whole other world. So I had to learn how to aquimate myself into how do I maintain my family, my structure, my sovereignty, who I am a Shaman Dirk, and what I've already
Starting point is 00:10:39 built all these years since I was a kid. And then how do I transition into this and still maintain this? Wow. There's still men like you alive. There's still, I mean, there is. Wow. I mean, courtship you talked about. You talked about understanding women. I don't know where there's more men like you. Yeah, boxes with ribbons on it when you come in, jewelry, surprises. You got to keep it real. Every day, every week, I bring flowers to her. If you give up that romance, then I see it as weak sauce. Wow. No wonder why you talk a lot about female empowerment too. So you're really in tune to understanding women, clearly. I think women are the, the great, gift to our evolution and women are so wise and so powerful and men need to spend more time listening
Starting point is 00:11:28 instead of speaking. Can you repeat that? No, I'm just, can't please repeat that? My greatest, my greatest triumphs is because I have an amazing, powerful. My sister is my CEO. My manager is my niece. My other niece, Natalia runs my media company and my wife. They're all powerhouses. I surround myself with women. My PR is a woman. Everyone around me is, one because women have an over-dermilip amygdala. That means they sense danger faster than men. If you look in nature and you look at history, all animals in nature, the ones that get killed the first are male animals, not female. And in tribal culture, it was the women who decided where they planted their tribe, where the predators were, and where the water source is, and how to build a family.
Starting point is 00:12:14 Women build families. They build protection for their families and they create the wisdom to keep the family strong. So why wouldn't I listen? I love that. I don't know if you know, I'm in a male-dominated industry. So I have a question for you. Maybe you can enhance. So unfortunately, there's not a lot of women in the insurance industry, especially in mine. Why do you think women don't, I would say, I don't want to say fail.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Yeah, they fail. Why do you think women don't do as well? You know, honestly, I think women don't do as well because they are focused on their counterparts. They are trying to compare themselves to someone that they'll never be compared to. They have to set their own roofs at their own place. They have to ground themselves in who they are and build from that place, not through comparison. One of the biggest things I find in any industry when it has women in, if it's finance,
Starting point is 00:13:02 if it's being a CEO, if it's being a famous actress or whatever, you have to realize that this world is built on how you perceive it, not how you compare yourself to it. Yes, amen. It's so true. And that's the biggest problem that we have in our business is that women are so fake, because it's funny, I didn't even realize, I probably would say until 10 years in, that I was in this male-dominated space, because I always just saw myself as equal to everybody else. Right. But then I started to understand that women don't do well in it. I think there's a few
Starting point is 00:13:34 reasons, I mean, going on to rejection, and there's a whole other. But there is no such thing as rejection. Rejection is protection. Yeah. If you don't, someone is not in groove or in sync with you in business, if someone is not a win-win with me, I'm not going to force the situation. I'm not even going to feel upset. I'm not even going to take it personally because that means that, we're not meant to be in this space together. Yeah. You see, people excel when they recognize who is in the space that allows them to grow together. So there isn't such thing as rejection.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Yeah. I canceled that idea a long time ago. Rejection is protection. I need you to talk to the women in my business more and explain this theory. Because you do talk a lot about women empowerment. Yes. And you speak all over. So let's talk a little bit about that.
Starting point is 00:14:16 So you talk about women empowerment and how, well, you already said, you already told me because you have a lot of powerful females around you. But why are you so passionate about that and spreading that? You know, the reason why is because I believe that everything has a place in its existence, right? Women would not be able to give birth if there wasn't a spiritual deepening reason of why they have the ability to bring life through their body and men don't, right? And I look at it from a spiritual point of view. The spiritual point of view is what? Women bring life.
Starting point is 00:14:50 women protect life. And if women protect life, then they have the knowledge and the wisdom and the know-how to create a space that is capable of protecting life. Wow. Yeah. Well, if that's the case, then that means they have knowledge and wisdom that allows life to move forward. And if they have that, then they also have the ability to know what makes life not move forward. So then it's a no, it's a no brain. I need you to come talk to all the way. I need, will you commit to this for me? Will you come talk to them? Yeah, you let me know. Let my manager know. I'm there. Because you know, It's funny, and I'm sure you know this, that the women that do well, they do extraordinarily well in the business, because we do very well with, I mean, anything. We're nurturers and the quality of our work is really, really good. But the one thing that we have a problem with is keeping women in the business. I need you to come. You have to commit to coming and talking to them. It's so important.
Starting point is 00:15:40 Well, you know, the biggest reason why the biggest issue that I find with women when it comes to your situation that you're talking about, and this is something my spirits were just talking about just now with me, is that they go to burnout. And the reason why they go to burnout is because women base their equanimity and who they are based on what they create and what reactions they get from what they create, the validation, the acknowledgement, the appreciation. And when they don't get that, they do more to try to get it. and it burns them out because it becomes an act of people pleasing versus an act of I'm building,
Starting point is 00:16:14 I'm mowgling, I'm building my own resource so that I can be an independent woman. And therefore, I call the shots. Because if you look at it from ancient tribal culture, it was never the men who choose the women. It was always the women who choose the men because women can look at a man and within two seconds decide if that man is the right man for her based on every aspect that she's looking for. It's not the other way around. We shifted that and we changed that in the way we. operate in society because women stop women thought okay I'm not going to get love he's going to
Starting point is 00:16:44 leave me I'm not going to have what I want I'm not going to be respected no one's going to give me an opportunity so I'm going to play small or burn myself out through people pleasing and not allow myself to see the power and the wisdom and the grace and the beauty and yes yes I love it yes I need more people like you around I love it I am telling you it's so funny that women don't realize you know, my mom used to tell me, and you're going to laugh, she used to tell me the power of the pee, it's a real thing. I did not understand what that meant. I mean, you know, she just sounded as little, but I understand what that means. I definitely understand what that means, because it's true. It's true. It is so true. Women have a higher advantage if they would just take advantage of it,
Starting point is 00:17:24 and no more people pleasing, stop falling victim to society and what they think. And we were talking about that, like, who cares? Live your truth. Exactly. You might not be everybody's cup of tea, but live your truth. Exactly. Exactly. And I think, People appreciate it. You know, I was having an argument because I was telling you before I came in. I was literally arguing with one of the leaders that I was with and he was, whatever, he was saying nonsense. But you know what? Like, I didn't back down on my argument.
Starting point is 00:17:47 I didn't care because that was the truth. And sometimes women, like, we feel like we need to back down or, you know, be seen and not heard. But a woman that has a voice, I don't know about you, but I think that is the most empowering tool ever. That is the most important thing in my evolution is to create space for women's voices to be heard. One of the biggest things that I tell a lot of my female friends who are married to a lot of my male friends is don't argue with men because women have estrogen and men have testosterone. Estrogen burns out. Okay. So if you argue with a man, he will argue with you and argue with you because he has testosterone, it will never go away. So what you do is you stop, you come into your
Starting point is 00:18:29 sovereignty and you say, I have some really great information to share with you that could benefit you when you're ready to hear this, let me know. And that's it. And what happens is men go, what does she have that I don't know about? Because what men want to do is they're not arguing with you because they're arguing with you because they're trying to stop you from whatever. What they want to do is they want to burn you out and also play a game of who's going to win the burnout. And you'll never win an argument with burnout when you have estrogen in your body. So you have to play a different game. You have to play the wise queen. You have to sit back. and go, I hear your points. I've got your points. I'm taking it all into consideration.
Starting point is 00:19:10 However, I have some really amazing things that I think could really add to this conversation. But when you're ready to talk about it, let's talk about it. If a man tries to argue with you, be like, I don't get into arguments. So when you're ready to talk at a time where we can have a very great conversation, we can honor each other's points of views, we can have this conversation. Because then you're taking your power. You're not throwing your power into an empty barrel of nothingness because that's what men like. When men have that. type of behavior they're called dysfunctional men because a dysfunctional man is a man who tries to defend everything and then try to make the woman look like she's crazy for being powerful yeah
Starting point is 00:19:46 and anyway if that kind of man is in your life you don't want that kind of man you want a man like me who respects power i don't know i might have too much testosterone though even if you have too much testosterone i don't stop i'm like oh this is how it has to be but then that means that you want to win a point and that you're already lost because there's no winning any point because you're not here to prove anything. You're only here to state facts. Yeah. And if someone's not ready to hear facts, you're wasting energy. Yeah. I tell this to all my CEO clients. I tell this to all my Fortune 500 clients. I talk about this all the time to my actresses, to my actors. You waste precious life energy on death ears. Yeah. And you're the only one getting angry. That's what
Starting point is 00:20:24 happened today. And it's upsetting you. It's raising your cortisol. It's causing aging in your body. It's increasing inflammation. Why are you creating difficulty for your system when it doesn't affect That's so, that's insane how you know this. So wait, you said that you were on the doctors. Yes. Right? So what did you do? Let's talk about that.
Starting point is 00:20:42 Because obviously you have a lot of knowledge of how the human body works. So let's talk a little bit about that. Well, I have a degree in health education, and I was on the doctors, and I was dealing with the health and wellness as also lifestyle. Helping people come out of drinking disorders, helping people come out of anxiety, utilizing spiritual and wellness practical techniques. Because the difference between me and. some other spiritual people in the spiritual realm is the woo-woo is not what I do. I'm not the woo-woo. I'm the practical guy who brings spiritual information and makes it practical and accessible to what's important today. And so on the doctors, that's what I did. I dealt with real cases.
Starting point is 00:21:22 I went to people's homes. I dealt with major depression issues, issues with relationships, issues with people in business, issues with major CEOs. And then I basically want on these case missions, did the case missions, and then we brought them back into the studio audience, to the doctors would ask them questions, and we talk, we show some of the clips from the things that I did with them, and then the outcome of how their life changed, and that's what I did. Wow. So I don't know if you know this.
Starting point is 00:21:48 We probably don't, but I suffer from anxiety. Do you think that anxiety can be manageable without medication? Absolutely. But there has to be a routine and an understanding of what that anxiety is, and anxiety is different for each person. So if I was to ask the spirits, council members, what is her reason for anxiety? Okay? And they said you're trying to solve everyone's problems.
Starting point is 00:22:11 It's probably true. Well, it's not probably true. They said it. And I know it's true because that's what you're doing. You're only saying it's probably true because that's the part of you that's like, oh, shit, that's too real too quick. I love how you just call me out. I love how you just call me out.
Starting point is 00:22:22 I call everybody. I call myself out. That's why I keep it real. I love it. A hundred. So how do you manage? So give me some advice. So if that is, that's definitely a problem.
Starting point is 00:22:29 Right. So the problem is, is that you are visionary. So that tells me right now, I can really just sum up who you are as a person. You're a visionary, you're a person who likes perfection, you're a person who sees things and doesn't want order and balance in these things. And you see things so much to the point where you don't trust that other people are doing their job the way they're supposed to do it. So what you do is you categorize each person and you look at everything they're doing. You're like, if they don't do it, then I have to do it.
Starting point is 00:22:52 So I have to do this all on my own. So your attitude in life is I have to always do this on my own. So you grew up in a way where you had to grow up very. quickly. You had to take responsibility for everything. And now as a boss lady, you look over everything so you don't allow yourself time to regenerate, relax and re-recuprate unless you give yourself permission to. And the only time you'll give yourself permission to is if you worked hard enough to give yourself that permission. And your soul is going, hey, wait a second, wait, let's cut this for a second. Your being is asking for you to start developing connections
Starting point is 00:23:26 with people that you can sit back and know they got that shit so that you can take more time for you because there's so many beautiful things that you want to do but you keep putting it on the back burner do you know me like do we meet before i'm a shaman that is that like you've read me to a tea i'm a shaman that is in i'm not even like my friends are all that they're all laughing because a hundred percent like you hit this on this is i just don't know if i'm curable that's the problem again this is a false belief of yours that you're using so you can maintain this way of being because it's scary for you to think that you actually have to surrender and trust. And that's where your healing would come in.
Starting point is 00:24:01 If you had came and saw me, we would deal clear that. So you can start having leaders with you that hold you up so you can do what you want to do and have time to relax. Wow. Okay. I don't even know where to go from here. Like I'm usually not at a loss for words, but you read me to a tea. And we've never met before. Of course.
Starting point is 00:24:21 That is crazy what you just said. No, do you do this all the time? repeat like this is what I do so you go like this is your profession also so you go when you meet people then you people sit in session with me um you know and I also have things where I do every weekend every other week I do a thing called the healing temple where people pay like very you know a very economical $10 to come in into a platform with me on Zoom and I take people up on stage and we just boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom no time for bullshit because the biggest mistake that people make in life is that you have all these people who are doing all these spiritual things and not saying that they're
Starting point is 00:24:58 all this way, but there's a lot of people who like to blow up a lot of smoke up your ass. And we don't have time for that. We're here to logo. We're here to make big things happen. We're here to make change. We're here to be disruptors. We're here to be change makers, edge makers. We're here to to create new platforms, new ideas, new innovations. We don't have time for people sitting there tiptoeing around our discomforts. I don't tiptoe around people's discomfort because I'm not in this for the win game. I'm not in this for you to be like, oh, dirt, you're so I'm I already tell myself I'm amazing. God tells me I'm amazing. I don't need to, I don't need to, if people want to say what they want to say, they're going to say it. What I'm here to do is hold space for you
Starting point is 00:25:33 and your power. And if that, that's what true love is about. You love someone, you see everything. That's what makes a shaman. We have great, deep, deep love. So when I love you, because I do, I can see it all that you can see everything you're doing. I can see everything in this room is doing. So crazy. Wow. So now you have an app and you were telling me that you have an app. What are you doing with the app? And tell me where you're going. with that? So the app was created with my family and our intention was to create a platform that gives people a community to grow spiritually and intellectually and in their emotional intelligence, but also to be able to do the meditations that are different than anything ever created
Starting point is 00:26:10 in the world because meditation can be very boring and actually just relax you where this app actually activates you. It activates certain parts of your brain very quickly in five minutes, 10 minutes, that's it. We don't need, we don't, like I said, we don't have time. Like, no, like, close your eyes and you can close your eyes and for five minutes, get completely reconditioned and your brain, like I have doctors writing me, psychologists, I have CEOs going like, what the heck is, celebrities riding me. Oh my God, I was going on the red carpet. I did your meditation activation and I feel lit. I'm like, that's what it's about. So you go on there, you do an activation, boom, you have issues with like emotional stuff, boom. And it just,
Starting point is 00:26:51 you know, we had one guy who's like chronic depression. His mom took him to every single psychologist. He did three meditations on our app. Hasn't felt depression since. What's the app? What's it called? It's called the Lit Vibe Meditation app. It's available on Apple and it's also on Google.
Starting point is 00:27:06 And the whole purpose of it is to redefine the human being and a different level of upgrading and optimizing their brain and optimizing your emotional intelligence. Wow. So, I mean, I'm one of those people that are like, I don't know about the meditation. thing. I don't know if I can really do it. Because you probably experience a lot of meditations that are pretty flat and boring. Yeah, that's what happens. Like at the end, close your eyes, sit together. And then
Starting point is 00:27:30 I'm just like, oh, I can't, my mind doesn't even turn off. I'll try. I'm willing to try. I'm willing to try. So where is Shaman Dirk going? Where, like, what's your next best thing besides the app? Where are you going? What are you doing? Because you got a lot going on. You know, right now, I'm in a phase right now where I'm looking at society. and really focusing on with my family and all those who are in my team, how can we create a greater awareness for humanity to be less distracted by the nonsense happening in the world? My focus is to get people's mind to stop being distracted and being reactors
Starting point is 00:28:15 and start being people who stay their core, stay their lane for greatness. So I have a TV show that's coming out on Netflix soon that will be coming out. I've got all these amazing opportunities that are going to be about me giving to the people for giving a voice for women to helping more people come into their power. So right now, we are in this building stage again and all these new things are coming out this year. And really what I'm about is creating intellectual, aware, idea. products and things that are going to help people for themselves so that they can be the best and live their best life without regrets and without caring about what people say. I love that and living their authentic self. That's it. And you can only live your authentic self when you stop worrying about what other people say about. Yeah, that is so true. So as we end up, I keep staring. You have this beautiful piece. Is it symbolize anything? It's beautiful. It's a, you know, this piece. I forget the name of the designer and then probably that's not the best thing because, you know, they probably want to shout out. But I'm sorry. I can't give you one because I can't remember.
Starting point is 00:29:21 remember, but I was given to me as a gift. Put it in there. I'm real. I tell you, I'm real. You know, I'm not playing. I don't know who you are, but it looks good. You know, it's like when I go to some events sometimes and we have like people who have to tell us like who this person is and who that person is, I'm like, who's that person
Starting point is 00:29:39 I'm about to shake their head. Like, you know what I mean? Like, it's like, come on. We live in real, right? Yeah. But it's a beautiful piece. And, you know, I was given it as a beautiful gift from these beautiful friends of mine. And I'm very grateful because it has.
Starting point is 00:29:51 It has a, it's a panitonian crystal. I think that's what it's called. I could get the name right too or wrong. I don't know. Whatever. But anyway, it brings great energy. I feel it. I actually feel it. And if I didn't feel it, I wouldn't wear it. So I don't wear anything. I'm not into things that if I don't really feel a connection to it. I don't care if you tell me, it takes you into outer space. I'm not buying it. You know what I mean? I'm very practical and I'm very much about like if I feel it and I get something from it and it works for my life here and here, cool, I'm going to do it. But if I don't, you know, that's it. I love that. And my last question for you, balance. How do you juggle? I mean, you've got a lot going on. You're in the royal
Starting point is 00:30:25 family, which I'm sure is a job in its own or a career, not a job. You're doing that. You have your own stuff going on. You're trying to spread greatness throughout the world. Not trying. I'm not trying. You are. You are doing. You're doing. You're doing. Yeah. I love it. You are. Definitely, yes. You're doing greatness. You are spreading greatness. How are you balancing all of this? You know, I am a person that the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is I spend time with God. I pray, I meditate, I pray for my family, I pay for my friends, I pray for my whole team, I pray for my wife, my kids. And then I take time to meditate. I take time to acknowledge my thoughts and where I want to go with my thoughts and what type of thinking process I have. And then I also play. I'm a kid. I play
Starting point is 00:31:05 video games. I love going to Disneyland with my wife. I like having fun. I go, I can, you know, go and visit my family. I put my needs first so that I have a lot to give to people. And I never, And I never think in my head that anyone could use me or take advantage of me because I'm the one that give it. And I'm also the one that can take it away. So I don't have this like, oh, you're taking advantage of me. If I want to take everyone out to dinner, it's because I want to do that. And if I want to like say, hey, you guys, I'm going to take us and we're going to, we're going to be like ballers tonight. I'm going to be the one to do that. I don't need to sit back. I don't play in the world of human emotions and all this petty. And I don't take responsibility for people's emotions. And I don't care what expectations.
Starting point is 00:31:49 people place on me because they're not mine. I don't know, I don't, I don't put expectations on people and I don't let people put expectations on me. So I live as a free bird. I call the shots. I decide what I want to do and I do it with loving grace and I I my family where we empower each other. We love each other. We're tight. We don't move without moving with everything we do. We do together as a family. Same with my wife's and my and my and my kids. I'm there for my kids. My kids are first. So I'm there for my daughter and her horseback. I'm there for my other daughter and her makeup line. Whatever it is, they need me to do. I'm there.
Starting point is 00:32:19 for them. And so once I see that as my as my most important thing because that's my heart. Yeah. And then my other heart, because I have two hearts, is the people. So it's not difficult to balance. Yeah. When you when you when you equally love that you live your life through love, not through expectations or burdens or ideas that you have to do something. No, you live by living joy. Every day you live your joy. If I don't like it, I'm not going to do it. If I don't like eating it, I'm not going to eat it. If I don't like the scenery that I'm in in a restaurant, I'm going to walk out. I don't play games with my soul.
Starting point is 00:32:54 I don't compromise for people to like me. And then it creates a new understanding of who I am and what I stand for. And then people who come into my circle, you are in my circle because you are privileged to be in my circle because I see value that you're going to respect and respect this level of love and freedom. Incredible. I hope anybody that was watching today got. a million nuggets because I mentally did. I mean, you brought up so many, just in this 45 minutes, you brought up such incredible points that I hope everybody takes in, you know, mind, body, soul,
Starting point is 00:33:27 family, loving yourself, because without loving yourself first, you cannot give out love to anybody. We're like a car, right? You have to refuel yourself, and there's nothing wrong with doing for yourself before everybody else because you have to refuel with the things that you love. Question, where, if people want to get in touch with you, where can they find you? They can go to me on Instagram. They can go to shamondurik.com. Everything is available on Instagram. We have a link tree.
Starting point is 00:33:50 They can click on that, find out information. If they want to get my book, they can also find that in those same places. Everything is available there. It's easy. Shaman Dirk, I don't even know what to say how to end this because you really took my breath away today. It was such a pleasure.
Starting point is 00:34:04 I hope you had as much fun as I do. Until next time, you are incredible. Thank you so much. Thank you, darling. That was amazing.
