You can find out more about him, Dennis Powers Books.com, and he joins the show with where past meets present.
Dennis, welcome back, my friend.
It's always fun to be with you, 15 years.
and lots of good stories and places the go-to as you would like.
All right.
Let's talk about that.
Well, let's do the pallet cleanser first.
There's been a lot of serious news going on this morning here.
And let's talk about Lisa Renna.
Lisa Renna, of course, a local girl made very, very good from all looks of it.
And started off with relatively, I don't know, did she come from an elite family?
Tell us a little bit about her background here.
This is our celebrity where Pass meets present today.
We don't do that often.
But let's hear it.
What a really great story.
and I've been watching this for some years, even though I'm very happily married.
Lisa was a cheerleader from junior high through high school at Medford.
She attended Medford Elementary School, junior high school, graduated in 1981 from Medford Senior High.
And while there, she acted and shows as Fiddler on the Roof and hair,
and she kept dreaming of a more fabulous life.
She moves Bill to San Francisco.
She finds a modeling career.
But here's another thing that I was able to find out
is that in 1986 she had her lips injected with silicone
on a win for that Hillary look, along with a quote,
this is her words, a real big boob job.
Yeah, she's rather famous,
is probably the most famous Medford resident boob job ever.
Really?
Oh, she really did, but also she not only has the looks,
she has this extreme motivation because she was in TV commercials.
Some of the listeners might remember her on Baywatch,
but she was also in the Hogan family.
but her career took off in 1992, and she then is only about 25 or so.
And she was Billy Reed on the daytime soap days of our lives.
And then also she was on Melrose Place with Fox News.
And the character, and some of us might remember it, but I didn't have much time
to be watching this, but anyway, it was the scheming Taylor McBride. But then she met Harry Hamlin.
Now, Bill, I did not know this, but Hamlin had graduated from Yale University. And I remember
seeing him in the Clash of the Titans back in 1981, which is a fantastic fantasy epic.
And what I remember him most from is LA law. That's how I remember him. That's correct, because his
career then faltered after the Clash of the Titans, but then he was able to stay in there
in terms of that and became the principal attorney Michael Cusack in terms of L.A. law.
Lee said Harry married in 1997. Now, what's interesting is that folks may not remember this or
know this, but Harry Hamlin also is known for his relationship with Ursula Andrus.
one of the bond girls, and they had a son in 1980, Dmitri, who's now in his mid-40s.
So time is really fugits and flying.
Meanwhile, Lisa is going ahead, and she poses for a nude cover for Playboy when she was six months pregnant.
That was with her daughter, Delia Bell.
and they had Harry and Lisa had two daughters who are in the modeling TV world.
And in any event, Rina is really something because if you go ahead and you can look at her Facebook page,
there's no question that she's putting that out to stay in touch, even though she's now 63.
With all of her fans, she's written three books, exercise DVDs.
But the big thing there was the fact that she was in the real housewives of Beverly Hills.
Now, is she still in that?
I don't know if that shows over.
I don't watch Bravo.
I just don't.
Good question.
Actually, she did it up until about two and a half years ago.
And this gave her instant recognition to the masses.
And then she's gone into different types.
of in terms of exercise DVDs, launched a fashion collection, Bella Gray, on TV's QVC,
a reality show that she had had before.
Harry loves Lisa.
She is an extraordinary dynamic person.
Yeah.
Does she ever come back to Southern Oregon?
Because she said some unkind things about Southern Oregon in the past that were somewhat
controversial.
She did.
And her parents, who.
have in the last several years have passed away, but she would always come back to Medford,
you know, for to see her friends, to see her family. And she hasn't been doing it since her
parents died. But on the other hand, it really is another story of a Southern Oregonian,
who just because of the way that she was motivated, incidentally, to give an idea about
that. The University of Oregon did not accept her after graduation from high school for their
advanced acting program. But I really, you know, Bill, I really do respect people who take
what they have and they reach tall, whether or not they're tall or not.
Yeah, well, they work with what they have, in other words. It's how we'll translate that.
Okay, Lisa Rina, we'll put that up on KMEDE.com, where past meets present.
Now, there is nothing going on.
Now, there was nothing going on over the weekend here, Doctor,
but we'll talk about everything that didn't happen.
All right, we'll do that coming up if you don't mind.
You're good with that?
Good.
All right.
I'm always good with it, Bill.
Okay, we'll be right back with Dr. Powers.
When making a big purchase or investment, you want to make sure your money is well spent.
That's why often you'll ask a friend or neighbor for input or recommendations.
When it's time to drill, deepen, or repair your water well,
Ask around. Ask your friends. Ask your neighbors. Ask for the team with the equipment and
professionals to get the job done right the first time. You'll hear the name Klauser. Call Klauser Drilling,
the team that's been serving Southern Oregon for over 50 years, or visit klausor drilling.com.

Look like a shotgun firing randomly in all directions.
When extremists act.
At least 15 are dead and many more injured after an anti-Semitic terror attack in Australia.
Bullets all around me.
People falling.
They're trying to get back up with that car.
Attacking the innocent and vulnerable.
That was a purely anti-Semitic attacks.
It's a moment for Australians to come together.
There have to be consequences.
Some are saying the country's government should have known it was coming.
There is a direct connection to my government's position on Israel.
Talk about it.
I call upon you to replace weakness with action on News Talk 1063, KMED.
The Bill Meyer Show is on.
News Talk 1063, KMED.
Dr. Dennis Powers, we're past meets present.
Doc, did you go to the Ashland protests, the anti-ice protest over the weekend here?
At least according to the K-O-V-I story I was reading, a couple thousand or more were there,
and we had a few hundred, at least a hundred or so that I saw protesting out in South Medford.
No, they're all out there, crushing ice and things like that.
They really just needed to say, we don't want immigration law enforced.
That's all.
It's really, well, it is.
You can kind of try to cover it up any way you can, but I'm just wondering if you were keeping track of that.
Yes, I was.
The key thing is I've never seen so many out of Oregon license plates because there were paid protesters, no question about it.
Undoubtedly, you're saying, huh? Who pays that then?
Who pays that?
I doubt it, my friend, if it was like 2000.
Part of the reason was you had one of our senators that came into the high school.
Yeah, Senator Merckley ended up speaking yesterday and the protest was afterwards, right?
And then conveniently, he was going to walk with these demonstrators to Aschon Plaza demonstrating against ICE.
and again, what's really interesting is the fact that this whole thing is a question of money.
And why do I say?
Because if I look at the way that demonstrators are filming themselves, especially those with selfies,
especially those when they're marching, is the fact that's going right to source.
And the whole thing is that this is also about the nonprofits that are getting money.
This is what they were.
And the other thing, Bill, that really strikes me, let's think about all the protests,
the ones that are really aren't against Trump in the beginning, where they were burning Teslas,
where you have ice.
These are people who are not in favor of this country.
And with the ones that are paid, there's no question that they are pandering to the far left.
Now, there are Democrats who really believe that.
And, of course, I support them, but I wish they knew what is really going on.
Okay.
You know, my point being, though, is that is there any way that the monetary contributions of a George Soros type could actually be illegal in some way,
or does it get laundered through, you know, legally, I guess, through several nonprofits in contributions?
How does it actually work?
I just don't know the depths of it sometimes.
Absolutely.
Although they're not talking about it, it's the racketeering statutes.
That with the demonstrations, Soros' orbit, far-left radicals who get involved and are paid,
if you have two or more people that agree to do a crime in the future,
that's a criminal conspiracy, and it was used against the mafia and the mob.
There's no question that they should use this with the far-left radicals, Soros,
and the ones that have really basically influenced the Democratic Party to where it's a shell of what it used to be.
But isn't it – but if you don't mind me interrupting here, Doc, sorry about that, but –
Please do.
Isn't it the challenge that you run into is that, let's say, even if you were to bring racketeering charges against some of these subversives,
The challenge is you're going up in front of judges appointed by Democrat governors here in the state of Oregon, and most of the time that would be a decidedly liberal agenda.
It would probably not see it the way we would.
Is that a fair assessment of where we find ourselves right now here in Oregon?
Yeah, I think, Bill, it's a very, very fair point that forum shopping is certainly part of the deal, especially with the news, my friend, that these far-left Democratic AGs were all meeting Dale.
to plot where they were going to go ahead and bring lawsuits in a friendly court against Trump.
And we can see it with our own AG with, what, some 30 that they have joined.
But they have a little more latitude, if you will, my friend, in terms of that.
The other thing, Bill, really, is that bringing it like they did with Trump,
even though they knew they on the other side, the far left, knew that Trump would be able to postpone and bring in attorneys to block.
The threat of it can do it, and that's where we are.
We're in a civil war.
Yeah, what I understand is that the Trump administration lost a decision from the appeals court, I think, is where that came from on Friday in the state of Washington and state of Oregon.
over one of the voters' lawsuits.
But on the other hand, the Trump administration has ended up pressuring Oregon election officials,
and they're going to start purging roles of inactive voters.
So it's kind of a win and a loss, depending on where you're talking right now.
Well, that's true.
And then if we take a look at that, part of the problem, too,
is that Californians who come up here and continue with their demonstrating and far left.
I remember a friend of mine for years said that, Dennis, we're happy to have you here,
but don't bring any of your far left up here.
But the other thing, Bill, is that we look at the open carry band.
That was a win.
That was a win.
It was a win.
But on the other hand, the other hand, is the fact that California comes up to Oregon to use it as a petri dish,
legally where they can't really try these things, or they've done it in California.
They try a different twist legally here in Oregon.
Yeah, because you have a much smaller population, so it's easier to sway.
You sway a committed base, and you're able to make that happen more easily, right?
You know, Bill, I don't really think that when they bring these lawsuits, that the win,
especially when they know they're wrong, is part of their reason for bringing it.
It's to go ahead and block Trump.
It's the block ice.
It's the chest throw things.
That's the reason why all this that the far left is doing through the guise of the Democratic Party right now is one of delay, delaying.
And we're looking at another shutdown probably just because of delaying and trying to get into the midterms.
This is not for America.
This is for power.
Yeah, I have to agree with you on that one, Doctor.
Speaking of the shutdown and all the other things,
can't help but notice that silver just exploding today,
about 7.5% gold up about 2.5%.
We're at 4620, right all-time highs on both silver and gold right now.
I believe part of this is the war on the Federal Reserve right now
with President Trump having the DOJ open up an investigation on Jerome Powell, who's the chair of the Fed right now.
He's the Fed chair.
And I can't help with this.
This has to be a bit about pressure about having him quit so we get cheaper money sooner, isn't it?
That's kind of how I interpret it, and the markets are looking at that as cheaper money, too.
How do you see it?
Any thoughts?
Well, those are really fair points.
I have a slightly different take when I split it.
All right.
And Bill, my friend, the reason is that, first of all, this trying to inch out or bludgeon out, Powell, is not as much on his being a chairman.
It's the fact that they want to be able to appoint another person as a director.
Yeah, the person that they're looking at as a director, though, is very much a dove and would pretty much, you know, printing press go burr kind of guy, you know, start the,
Yeah, I would, you know, Bill, I would think that too.
But part of the problem in the gold and silver is that if you go into,
and I was just going it over with a friend of mine yesterday,
is that if you take a look at the way that silver and gold have gone,
especially over, let's say, one year, where...
Been huge, been huge elevations.
It's more than doubled.
But here's the situation.
Fundamental concept that I need to go back to, that I need to use always.
Let's say, let's make it easy for comparison for silver at $90 an ounce.
I mean it's like 87, 88, wherever.
But the question is that to double your money, and there's like, I won't go into the details, my friend,
because there's the rule of 72, which your investment-oriented listeners would talk about,
where you could determine how many years will it take for any asset to double.
So let's look at silver, at 90.
How long do we think it's going to be for it to double to $180 an ounce,
especially since just two years ago it was 40?
and the same thing for gold.
The overvaluation that I'm seeing here, the speculation, I think it would be a time to bring
your gold and silver in and sell it, or if you've had this run for six months to take a little
bit off the table, treat it like a stock.
Yeah, take a profit or two.
I think some of that's going on.
From what I understand, most of the retail is people bringing it in and selling at this
point in time. I think that's what's mostly happening in the retail deal. The thing is, though,
is that central banks are still a net buyer. And what that's indicating to me, doctor, is
international financial stress. Wouldn't you kind of look at it that way? And they don't look at the
dollar the same way. Dollar index has been dropping here in the last few months. I think we have,
and have had financial stress for some years. Yeah. Because we look at, and we look at, and we look at,
the deficit, and I keep querying myself $38 trillion in debt with the Federal Reserve,
and we look at all the debt that the world has, what would be the outcome in four or five years?
I don't have that crystal ball, but I am trying to see what I should do with my meager assets,
but it's the fun intellectual exercise.
Sure.
Yeah, I imagine so.
All right, Doc.
Well, I appreciate you coming on here just a minute.
It will take a call or two if you don't mind, and I have not cleared this call, so hopefully it is a good on-topic kind of question of some sort of comment.
Hi, good morning. This is Bill. You're on with Dr. Powers. Where past meets present. Who's this? Welcome.
Hey, Bill, it's Brad. Good morning. Dr. Powers. Great. Great segment, as always. I've got a question for you.
Sure. So, Bill, you were talking about, you know, for lack of a better term, just political context.
So back in 2008, you had this big, tall, good-looking guy named Gordon Smith, who had handily won his first election in 2002 running against this guy.
Nobody had ever heard of named Jeff Merkley in 2008.
And Jeff Merkley winds up, you know, eking it out.
What are the odds that this anti-tax gas initiative that now they're trying to pull off the table has nothing really to do about this gas deal,
but has everything to do with re-electing Tina Kotech.
They don't want the coattails of this initiative pushing her out of power.
What do you think about that idea?
Oh, I agree, but what about you, Dennis?
What are you thinking?
I totally agree, especially given the fact that what Kotech is doing,
is saying that, okay, we got this initiative on in terms of taxes going up.
Let's rescind it.
Let's pull it back.
She's just a political animal who only cares about her political future.
Very good point.
Now, would you think, though, that if you were advising the Republican caucus,
we're supposed to have a legislative session early in February.
It's the short session.
Tina wants this repealed.
And, of course, the only person who gets a benefit out of that is Tina,
because, you know, the taxes are on hold right now.
If you are advising the Republicans, would you say, well, why don't you hold off
and not come in for quorum without getting some concessions.
Would that be a good idea in your view?
How do you see it?
Well, that would be my approach.
But, Bill, let me ask you, what do you think is more likely to happen, especially with this,
you know, your listener who really raised some good points, and we've listened to over years?
Yeah, well, the Republicans have not had much appetite for fight, but they're in a super minority system.
The only power they really have at this point is quorum denial.
Other than that, if you show up, Tina Kotech is going to get what she needs.
Well, you can go up to 10 days.
Why don't you just say, hey?
And this is without losing the right to reelect, you know, the Measure 113 situation that we've talked about before here.
Maybe you get some sort of concession.
Maybe you get something in exchange for providing quorum.
I'm like, okay, we're going to get rid of the transgender surgeries or crack down on that, something like that.
It just seems that if it's the only card you have to play, it ought to be played.
And if you do lose the right to go back and get elected again, what's the point?
You know what I'm getting at it?
You know, what's the point if you have no input and you have no way to make anything positive happen?
You can be obstructionist, I guess, is the way I'm looking at that.
How would you see it?
Well, that's true because here in Oregon,
which is very different, Bill, as you know, from all other 49 states for 50, is the greatest
challenge ever to a minority party. And the problem that we see here is that the Republicans
are trying their best, but I can go ahead and take the liberty of saying, but they are in
disarray because of all of the power that's against them.
And they're trying mightily to do things.
And I would totally agree with you because, you know, over the time I was pointed out with Gordon Smith,
I have seen this like you have, this entire state slip into far-left adventurism.
All right.
After news here, I want to ask you a few questions.
We've got a couple of Supreme Court cases that are moving forward this week.
I would love to get your take on that.
And a few other things before we check out.
Okay.
You good with that?
My pleasure.
All right.
We'll be right back with Dr. Powers, where it's present.

It's just none out there that you can explain to me why this would happen.
But again, as I'll say, and it shook me pretty hard to.
But right now, like I said, my focus is the resolve of solving this case for our victims and being there for these families and doing what we can to support them.

Well, it could.
Maybe.
It's possible.
Ah, this is turning out to be a fairly nice day.
Hmm, that intense reflection coming off my roof is sort of odd.
I didn't know I had a skylight up in the attic.
Pardon me.
ma'am, we're from Fontana Roofing. We couldn't help but read your thoughts as we drove by.

News Talk 1063, KMED.
You're waking up with the Bill Myers Show.
Back with Dennis Powers, Dr. Dennis Powers, where Pass meets present.
There's going to be a couple of Supreme Court cases that are argued this week,
and it involves transgenderism, transgender sports.
And let's see, one of them, if I understand correctly, what is it, it's a well-
West Virginia, the PPJ, and little the HECOx.
And I'm kind of wondering if you could kind of break it down
and what we're going to be looking at with these issues involved.
Yeah, on the Transdanger issue,
recently the Supreme Court, but it was an unsigned opinion,
agreed with the administration's position on the sex designation on
passports. But that was a real, that's the one that are far left, Justice Sotomayor and basically
Jackson to Senate. But the key thing here was that that was really an easy one because Biden had
gone ahead and said on passports, we can go ahead and put in a third gender marker called X.
Right. I remember that.
non-binary applicants. This is, you know, just to give us some facts to look into. And given
international use, especially with Saudi Arabian, things like that, that was an easy decision.
But the point then came in with the West Virginia law, which goes ahead, and there's a separate one,
which is an individual who filed the law school having to do with Idaho, is can a state go ahead
and regulate transgender identification and treatment?
Now, what's interesting here is that a supposition is the fact, my friend, that that would be
able, it might be five to four, and I could be wrong, to uphold the West Virginia law because
its state rights.
It's putting it down to the state, which allows California to do what it wants to in its
illegitimate march to the ocean.
So you're thinking then that even a five-four decision, we could get to the point where
there's a patchwork of identification laws when it comes to transgender.
the ability to do so or do not.
What about what it comes to Title IX and Women's Equal Protection under the law?
There's certainly part of that that's going to be talked about in the Supreme Court this week.
I think that is a little easier consideration.
And the reason is with Title IX, there's already been from the Supreme Court some guidance
that sexual discrimination does not necessarily mean transgender.
Yeah, not your, in other words, it's not discriminatory against your identity,
your so-called gender identity, which is something that you choose or make up along,
which Oregon, of course, very big on that, as you well know.
Yeah, and Bill, the reason is is the fact they can go back to the Lyndon Johnson days
to see what was the intent.
And just to give an idea, when you and I were talking about the different California cases,
one that really stands out is, of course, when the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down open carry.
But they quoted, and the U.S. Supreme Court came down that said on gun regulations and Second Amendment,
their guidance is going to be, is this ruling or is this law, California or Idaho,
consistent with historical regulation, which is an interesting guidance, but as you know so well,
there can be a lot of factual discussion on that.
But your bet then is that both of these cases will be decided likely in favor or actually against
the transgender agenda. Would that be fair? What do you think is going to happen?
Yeah, Bill, at least for states, at least my friend, for states that have banned it.
Because whether or not they go to where that it's totally illegal, even for California,
in today's political climate, that's a push, although I'd love to see it.
I wanted to ask your opinion about something. I haven't asked you about this,
but you're quite nimble, and I appreciate you, you know, rolling with me on this.
Oh, vice versa.
You being a retired professor of business law, I have a feeling you have an opinion on President Trump.
His announcement the other day that he wishes to ban institutional investors.
This would be like the black rocks of the world from scooping up and amassing a large block of single-family homes for investment purposes.
And apparently this is about trying to keep a, you know, a society.
societal good of more access to family homes for the regular market rather than having Black Rock
buy them all. I know that Black Rock's stock took quite the tumble after that announcement
came out. So it's not just about Black Rock, but that's the big one. That's the big gorilla that
everybody knows about when it comes to this sort of stuff. As a retired professor of business law,
what do you think about that as far as business law and even the constitutional power of the
of the Trump administration. I think it's a good idea. I just don't know if he has the power,
but I've been wrong before about such things. What do you think?
Well, I would certainly agree with you on that, because once you get into a blanket direct
edict into what is the free market, you can run into a plethora of problems that this is beyond the
executive authority to get involved in that. So just from your basic guy, your basic legal, legal
viewing of it, does he have the power to do this, you think, or not? I think there's a better way
of doing it. The executive order will be challenged because that's what the far left does and the
communists do. It's going to be challenged, period, no matter what. But at the same time,
the communists in our Congress, you know, they really don't like that.
the buying up of these of these homes. So you would think they would almost find common cause with
President Trump on this. Oh, but on the other hand, they're being given a victory lap, if you will,
to go ahead and get involved going against Trump's approach to curry favor with donors.
And this is going to be a, my friend, in my own thing, a political football.
we can look at Kami Mandami, who intervened to stop the sale, and this is a part of this,
of thousands of rent-controlled properties, you know, where we had this adopted, last name, I guess,
as Weaver appointed to the Office to Protect Tenants, who is a total white racist.
In fact, even said, if I recall correctly, that whites would be most affected by these new
landlord rules, right?
True.
Plus the fact that she said that home ownership is a weapon of white supremacy.
In my whole lifetime, my friend, I never thought I'd hear anyone who felt that they could go
ahead and do that with the United States of America.
Boy, what an inversion of reality we're living through right now, Doc.
We're going to tell you, it's crazy times.
You know, what happened was on this, just to, you know, wrap it up in terms of helping,
The judge in this case ruled that New York State could not stop this sale.
And why?
And this was not in the headlines.
It was in bankruptcy.
And bankruptcy is a different animal.
And he, being Mondami and his white supremacist anti-weaver, my friend, was coming in.
to try to, you know, be able to give a substance to rent control.
But you can't do it in bankruptcy court.
That's where I see we're going to be having the challenges coming into your point in terms of the executive order.
All right.
Very good.
So look for a challenge on that.
That could be done, though, with legislation, though, the same sort of thing, you know, stopping the wholesale buying up of entire neighborhoods.
That could be done, couldn't it?
Oh, yeah, especially, my friend, in terms of what Biden was doing.
well, what Obama was doing and running the presidency when Biden had checked out,
is that you would come through one of the government agencies and have them put little rules in,
and you would go ahead and work out that you wouldn't have certain funding by banks
in terms of the buying of these properties.
I mean, this...
Yeah, see, I understand the intention here is to stop the just ramping.
investment speculation in in people's ability to be able to purchase a home to to shelter their
family you know it's like that and uh when essentially uh all you have owning the housing stock would
be mr potters remember mr potters from uh you know it's a wonderful life an arch pressure potter
over you know the building and low we're competing against him but anyway uh we'll just say
i remember that bill that's a good analogy yeah all right hey doc i appreciate the take
on that. And finally, do you think the ICE agent in Minnesota is going to have any trouble with,
I'm talking about legal trouble when it comes to going in front of a grand jury? I would be nervous
going in front of a grand jury in Minneapolis myself. And what are you thinking about that?
But this is a really good issue and a very complex one. The underlying is that, yes,
the feds have controlled the investigation.
and on the charging.
But because this is the land of a thousand frauds being Minnesota,
they can come in statewide, which is what you're showing,
and that's going to be one heck of a conflict of law issue for the Supreme Court.
Because the state is going to come in,
and the states are totally out of control because we have fraudulent people underneath Biden.
You know the big mistake, Bill?
What's that?
I know this is just my opinion, was that all these people decided that they didn't have any checking
and that the chameleon would win.
Yeah, well, they weren't worried about it.
They thought they had that in the bag.
Boy, but you have to figure that Governor Walls has to love the controversy over ice right now.
Here's a little bit of a little bit of dirt being thrown in the air right now.
Don't worry. Don't look at the fraud. Look at this, right?
That's right. And that's what these governors of these far less states are doing,
because they know that this concept of bribes, which is Biden goes ahead, who was fraudulent in any event with his son,
goes ahead and goes ahead and gets to NGOs, to nonprofits, monies that then are used as kickbacks,
to the Democrat Party for their quote-unquote political campaigns.
And these are just cross-bribs that we see with Somali.
It's going to be incredible, and this diversion with ICE,
plus the fact you have Soros in there and others who are doing everything they can
we have right now a civil war, and it's underneath.
I'll tell you, it's wild.
I know a listener Todd just wrote me just a moment ago,
and was just saying that this is the world we live in.
Great, Fox News Radio, just referring to Renee Good as a Milwaukee mother.
Gosh, it's just like a Brigo Garcia, a Maryland man, right?
Wow.
Oh, absolutely, because, again, as you're pointing out so well, it's camouflage.
Indeed.
Doctor, thank you so much.
We'll talk to you next week as all.
You'd be well.
Thanks again.
Take care.

The team's looking good this season.
I think so.
Man, I miss playing football.
Ever since I turned 40, I just can't find that fire I used to have.
Think it could be lower testosterone?
What do you mean?
I was feeling the same way.
After 40, the body has less testosterone.
And men lose their edge.
That's why I take Nugenics total T2.
That's the testosterone booster, right?
Yes, but Total T2 is their brand new formula.

Hi, I'm Lamont from Orly's, and I'm on 106.7.
KMED. It was today in 1777. American Brigadier General Hugh Mercer dies from seven bayonet wounds he got during the
Battle of Princeton. We're going to ask a question about that. Hi, good morning. What was your name again?
John? John, you are in here. So we're talking about Hugh Mercer. Mercer's military service ranged over two
continents and three armies born in Scotland. Mercer first served in Bonnie Prince Charlie's Army of 1744.
after the Scots uprising against the Brits met a devastatingly bloody Anne Eculotin on April of 1746.
But anyway, this guy just fought and fought and fought and fought, okay?
He just liked to get in the thick of it all.
He first served in General Edward Braddock's disastrous expedition of 1755 in which he was wounded,
and then again with Lieutenant Colonel John Armstrong's Army at the rate of containing in 1756.
What was Mercer's occupation when he wasn't serving in the various armies?
So that's the whole story, John here.
Was he a doctor, a horse trainer, a butcher, an attorney, or a shoemaker?
What do you say?
I'm going to guess doctor.
You're going to guess doctor.
Guess what?
It's not very often.
First person gets it.
But yeah, Mercer studied medicine at the University of Aberdeen.
You know, six months later, Mercer led a brigade during the battle.
of Princeton, although famed medic Benjamin Rush tended to his seven bayonet wounds. He couldn't save
his medical colleague and fellow patriot. But this guy was always in the thick of it. Let me tell you,
just an incredible, incredible patriot, too, for that matter. But, well, you know, the Scots,
there's a reason why I think that so many of the people, especially in the South, were that
Scots are Scotch Irish. There's a big tradition of, hey, where's the fight? Let's get into it.
Why don't you hang on?
We're going to touch you up with 9 or 62 and make sure that you have yourself a great day.
