Starting point is 00:00:00 The Bill Myers Show podcast is sponsored by Clouser Drilling. They've been leading the way in Southern Oregon well drilling for over 50 years. Find out more about them at www.clouserdrilling.com. I'm back with attorney Stephen Junkis, and he is working a COVID civil rights case to the Supreme Court. Trying to get that moving forward. And he's back with me. Deplorable Patrick is here.
Starting point is 00:00:20 Patrick, you had a question for attorney Stephen Junkis. Go ahead. Yes, and thank you Stephen for taking up this cause. And this is just a related question. Do you think Dr. Fauci is going to come into serious legal jeopardy in this matter? I certainly do. It's not just Dr. Fauci. There's a whole bunch of characters in the federal government who should be prosecuted. And yes, I certainly hope that Dr. Fauci will be among the people who the federal government prosecutes.
Starting point is 00:01:01 And I think, I believe that will happen. Thank you very much for the call there Deplorable Patrick. Let me go to Steve in Sunny Valley. Steve in Sunny Valley, you were actually fired over this similar issue here. You were with Steve in Janka's. Yes, yeah I was and I think that there's another reason for it and it was to weed the sheeple who took the shot and keep them in the public sector and get any free thinker out. I think that's what happened to me. Okay, now who were you fired or what fired got you fired? I would not tell them whether or not I took the shot. I
Starting point is 00:01:33 didn't of course because I can reason in a 98% survival rate and having to have four other health problems before you're even at risk, was enough to let me know that it was a sham. So, what was your question or was it just a comment to Stephen? So, what I would like to know is, I didn't think we had a chance in Oregon to fight this through the courts because Kate brown appointed all of the justice the judges uh... but uh...
Starting point is 00:02:10 who had money if you're working for a school district you certainly don't have money to hire a lawyer will there ever be any uh... recompense any justice well first Justice. Stephen? Well, first, congratulations on your free thinking and refusing the coercion you were put under. Well, that's what I'm trying to do with this case.
Starting point is 00:02:35 I mean, there are lots of hurdles with this, and basically you'd have to say there has been no chance because no one has succeeded. The people who have, some people have succeeded, those who claim religious exemptions, and I have a couple of those cases still in the trial court. But just challenging their right to mandate this in the first instance, no, there has been no successes. I, as I said, I took a case to the Supreme Court that I filed in 2021 on that very point, and this is the second case I'm taking to the Supreme Court for Keith Wilkins.
Starting point is 00:03:14 So, even if I prevail for Keith Wilkins, there's still a problem for everyone else who did not file suit, and that's the statute of limitations. It's a two year statute of limitations. So that has passed for, I think, virtually everyone in Oregon. And that's another part of this terrible conundrum for people because it's completely unfair. So I hope there will be federal action at some point to give people the right to sue, but unless there's a creative way to overcome the
Starting point is 00:03:55 statute of limitations, even if I win on Keith Williams-Milken's case, most people will not be able to file a lawsuit. Most people won't be able to file a lawsuit. Most people won't be able to, so a lot of people could have been damaged and that's just too bad. So you either filed suit back then or you're pretty much sunk at this time or some form of... Yeah, unless something changes. There are ways of attacking the statute of limitations, but you'd have to overcome that
Starting point is 00:04:26 extensive law on the statute of limitations. Yeah, there's a lot of legal heft to be behind trying to pierce that, to pierce that and walk through it. Would it help to be able to pierce a, like I said, I'm not an attorney, okay, so just bear with me, Stephen. But if you were to have a large class of people, like a certified class action, could a certified class action, assuming you prevail at the Supreme Court, then help bust that open, you know, the whole idea? I don't know that a class action would make a difference.
Starting point is 00:05:11 So I'm not sure that that would make a difference, but I would encourage people to challenge that. Your listener also mentioned the other big problem is the cost of doing all this. So you would have to hire an attorney and get an attorney to agree to take it on continuously, but since the prospects are so bleak, that would be hard to find someone to do that. All right. So at this point, the goal is to try to find friendly groups such as Children's Health Defense and various others that would be able to file a amicus brief to help bolster your case.
Starting point is 00:05:49 That's the takeaway? Really? Okay. Yeah, the near term, that's the one way people could help. The public could help. Should we have them contact you or can they file a friend brief without getting in touch? I just forgot, did they need to go through you first
Starting point is 00:06:04 to be able to do this? No, they don't have to go through me. As a matter of fact, I can't be involved. They can contact me, but I can't be involved in writing a brief. It has to be basically independent from me. I can solicit and I ask people to do it, but i can't be involved with reviewing the brief or directing the briefing anyway steven thanks for explaining a little bit of this it's a it's very frustrating because there's one thing that many people have uh... have written me about and talked on the show over the years the frustration of feeling as if the legal solutions or the ability to to get the courts to go with him has been
Starting point is 00:06:45 thwarted at every step. This is conspiracy theory Thursday. Do you think it's an organized conspiracy in your opinion here or is it that hey everyone's just circling the wagons to protect the so-called system in scary air quotes? I don't know that it's an organized conspiracy by the judges, but you know, just think of the psychological operations. And that was definitely organized.
Starting point is 00:07:10 Read David Hughes' book, COVID-19 Psychological Operations. That's definitely organized and planned. And judges are people too. So they were subject to the same psychological operations, military grade psychological operations, military-grade psychological operations public-wise, to persuade them that the answer was the COVID vaccine. So in some ways, they're harder to turn around
Starting point is 00:07:37 than an average person on the street, in their opinion. And their perspective on what COVID was all about definitely comes into play, I believe, in their rulings. So it takes a brave judge somewhere to change this. Now it just takes one. Or in this particular case, it would take, what, five, four, or six, three? How many judges do actually get involved in deciding whether or not a case gets taken in the Supreme Court?
Starting point is 00:08:11 You have to have four people, four justices, to say that, to take the case out of the nine. And then to win the case, you need to do five if you get in front of the Supreme Court. Well, I certainly hope you're up there, okay? Stephen, thanks for explaining a bit of this. Pretty important case and we haven't heard a whole lot of this stuff going on. It's been covered up with all sorts of other dramatic current news, but this is something which is hanging fire in the background and it is not been taken care of yet.
Starting point is 00:08:41 And thank you for your work on helping this, alright? Be well. You bet. Thank you very very much attorney Stephen Junkis from happy Valley Junkis J o n c u s dot net it is KMED and KMED HD one Eagle Point Medford KBXG grants pass town hall news is next there is a looking US dollar down 10 11 percent since the start of the year. On the other hand, gold kind of reacting to that up about 25-30%. In some cases, yeah, it's been an interesting thing, kind of in inverse proportion, but it's about protecting wealth. A lot of people have been buying it. Central Bank's been buying it. Big Money's been buying it. You could too. Where to get that is with Jay Austin and company, Gold and Buyers in Ashland 1632 Ashland Street 6th and G
Starting point is 00:09:29 in downtown Grants Pass call 482-3715 one of my oldest sponsors and they've been doing a great job helping people in southern Oregon protect their wealth for quite some time. Now I know that President Trump was out the other day saying I want interest rates at 1%. Yeah, and that might be nice when they try to refinance the debt and then gold would probably go to 5,000 for all we know because what has been going on is that the world has been withdrawing money out of buying US bonds because they're looking at us as a debtor nation that would have trouble paying it back.
Starting point is 00:10:05 So these are kind of the things. And all I'm saying is that, President Trump's trying to fix things, but let me tell you, you don't have to go down, let me put it this way, all your wealth doesn't have to go down with the ship on the fate of the dollar. I mean, we've been talking about the fate of the dollar
Starting point is 00:10:23 for a long, long time, and now it's actually showing some issues. Maybe he'll fix it. I hope he does. But it may be great to have some precious metals. Talk to Jay Austin, fortunereserve.com. All right, coming up after the Kim Commando digital update, it is going to be Conspiracy Theory Thursday, pre-independence day, you know, right into it, heading into that weekend. Open phones. Happy to take them. Next. 31st, Bicostal Media is throwing a party for the 2025 Best of Southern Oregon Medalists. Proudly.
Starting point is 00:11:07 Come take your privacy back starting today. You'll be so glad that you did. I am privacy Kim dot com for 60% off. Here KMED and Krantz pass on 1059 K290 AF Rogue River in South Jackson County on 1067 K294 AS Ashland. Heading into Independence Day weekend tomorrow, Independence Day. Of course, I'll be off of them. I'll also be off on Monday, by the way, Chris DeGaul's show or whoever's filling in for Chris filling in for me. Okay. Take a day off, be back
Starting point is 00:11:35 on Tuesday, pebble in your shoe Tuesday. We will get it back going again. So open phones on Conspiracy Theory Thursday and maybe a referendum on where are we when it comes to freedom and liberty in 2025 America. We got Tom. Tom's in talent. Go ahead, Tom. What are you thinking? Well, a quick comment on Steve Yonkers.
Starting point is 00:11:58 I don't think there's a statute of limitations on murder, and I think that's what the COVID program is all about. It was a depopulation program. It's a military operation. And there may be the statutes, limitations on procedures, but on murder itself, they would have to prove that there was murder intention. Yeah, you would have to prove that first though. That's a pretty high bar, I think. Well, I don't think it would be that difficult when you really get into the details. Anyway, about the status of freedom in this country, if you look at the ten points of the Communist Manifesto, you start right off the top.
Starting point is 00:12:42 You were talking the other day about if you don't pay your property tax, they can take your property away. So the first tenant of the communists in Manipesto to communize the country is abolition of private property. So that's pretty much taken care of. Yeah, we have a situation in which you have nominal title to property, but if someone can take it from you because you're not paying a particular fee, then it really wasn't your property to start with. It's kind of the way I'm looking at it. That's the way I've yelled and screamed for decades on that. We really don't have private property. You don't own your property. You can't do things on your property
Starting point is 00:13:25 You know and then the second one and we have the second communist point is graduated income tax the fifth one is the Central Bank the tenth one is government education. So when you look at that you see Realize that both political parties have pretty much gone along with the whole thing. I think overall, if you look at Maslow's priority of needs, as a country we've done the same thing. We're past survival. We're not worried about the buffalo running us over or an Indian attack or whatever. So we've exchanged our freedom for security. We've traded. We've done the big bad trade. And that's kind of where we're at as a country.
Starting point is 00:14:11 Yeah. And it will be interesting. Do you think that we can recover, in your opinion, 2025 and beyond? Well, you know, there's a point of... point of... the big argument between left and right is whether government should be in charge of security and beneficence and helping average people out there. Should the government be in charge of that? And I would say there's a lot of problems with that, but that's what the American people decided is okay, and both political parties have decided that. Social Security... Oh yeah, we've been really conditioned. We have been conditioned to trade supposedly our security for freedom. And yeah, I have no doubt, you know, if you had founders come back today, they would be probably wondering why we haven't been shooting.
Starting point is 00:15:09 Why there's been real no shooting, you know, up to this point. Really? Oh, so really, you mean they're taking more from you right now than... I mean, we went to war with the greatest power of the world over roughly a 2% tax. Some people have proposed putting a few electrodes in all their graves there and mining the spinning, their spinning there for electricity. Point well taken, Tom. I appreciate it though. 7705633. Thanks for the call. It's 824. Open phones on Conspiracy Theory Thursday and can we, well, we have to have LaCrescia weighing in on that too. Hey, LaCrescia, go ahead. Oh, God, still. You remember when Martin Armstrong talked about Jackie's Attali regarding this COVID vaccine?
Starting point is 00:16:07 Jackie who now? I'm sorry. I remember Martin Armstrong, but go ahead. What was the Jackie? Yeah, he met Jackie Attali. Yeah, who's Jackie Attali though? I don't know. Some really rich guys, never been in incredibly beautiful offices, all marvellous, everything.
Starting point is 00:16:24 But he said they planned for a rapid depopulation by injection. He said, Jack, the Italian said, we will find something or cause it, a pandemic that targets certain people and basically just creating the fear will drive them to be treated. So right now, Martin Armstrong, excuse me, David, Martin,
Starting point is 00:16:52 he talks about exactly how the media was gonna do this in the big pharmaceuticals with the COVID-19. Well, now Martin, Steven Martin, excuse me, is saying that this is a document by the U.S. House of Representatives, Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. He said on October 4th, they say there's going to be an infectious agent. They use some group, some terrorist group, right? They're saying this, this is some nine weeks after this event, they're saying they killed
Starting point is 00:17:33 at least 280,000 Americans and infected at least... Now you're claiming this is the plan, that David Martin's claiming this is the plan? Yes, in a single day... Okay, this plan now, is it a plan this year for October? Yes, including 800,000 sick and animals. So what I'm afraid is they're going to be coming out with another vaccine. I'm thinking that they could create a vaccine to prevent cancer when it's only 2% of genetics. It's all about toxins and not getting your nutrients and the blood is totally astray on what is healthy to eat, gave us this world some of the worst things of all.
Starting point is 00:18:07 Yeah. Okay. Well, I don't want to get off too much in the weeds there like we already have already, but I would dare say, you know, what I figure is if there's going to be a false flag, you know what it's going to be? Iran. Okay? Yeah, exactly. That's what Mike Adams said. Adam said that too. That's what I think. If they're going to spin something up, that's probably how the deep state would end up dragging everybody in. Thanks, Lucretia. It's Conspiracy Theory Thursday. I'm just taking your calls. Let me go to Gregory in Shady Cove. Hi, Gregory. Good morning, Bill. Good morning, sir, what's up? Well, I've been enjoying the 4th of July, but on two topics.
Starting point is 00:18:46 There'll be the first one about helicopters and drones and other folks in different places are using them to fight people like their illegal fireworks. Yes, in California, there are many cities in Southern California that are using drones now for the first time ever to not only surveil for illegal firework use but automatically issue tickets to the property owners for this. Okay, and then I'm just wondering does Medford Department of anything have a helicopter that likes to surveil people around here? I do not believe that Medford has a helicopter. One quick more point, one quick more point. I heard that Del Monte was going out of business. I'm wondering if they had a little bit too much ice in their ingredient.
Starting point is 00:19:34 Well, actually what ended up happening with Del Monte, 130, it's actually going through bankruptcy. So it may not go out of business. It may be sold to another food processor at this point. Really what they were talking about is they were having difficulty getting enough business because consumers have been switching to lower priced store brands. They call them private labels. And so they wouldn't buy Del Monte corn. they would buy, you know, like best day, everyday value, you know, kind of stuff. So that might be an indicator of canary in the coal mine economically. Okay. Thank you for that. Let me go to line four. Hi, good morning. Who's this? This is Tim from Merlin. Hi Tim. What's happening in Merlin today?
Starting point is 00:20:19 Well, I was listening to the COVID lawsuit and you know lawsuit regarding the statute of limitations. You remember the Japanese Americans that were taken from their homes and put in concentration camps back in the 40s? Yes. Well, they got compensated. They each got a check for about $25,000. I think this was in the 70s or early 80s. I grew up in the Japanese American community. I worked in a nursery where I had five boxes that were in concentration camps and they never talked about it. My co-worker Kenny was born in a concentration camp and I knew a lot of other people that had been in there when they're three years old,
Starting point is 00:21:00 you know, and all that. And they never, it was a, I think it must have been about maybe and all that. And they never, it was a, I think it must have been about maybe 30 years before they got a check. Was there an act of Congress that maybe had something to do with that though, to pierce that? I would say that would be the case. I think that was probably more likely because it was an overt, it was more overt than the COVID thing. And so they actually physically, if you didn't report, they would take you and put you in the conversation. Yeah. Yeah. Dark, dark period of history, no doubt. Oh, yeah. Big time. Could you see Congress at some point intervening and moving? I don't think so. There's not enough money in the United States to compensate these people.
Starting point is 00:21:42 I appreciate your call. Thanks for that. 7705633. Interesting. Interesting. Let me go to another call here. Conspiracy Theory Thursday. Always have to take your call. Good morning. Who's this? Is it Jean? Hi Jean. Welcome. Okay. I've got a couple questions. Do you know how much tax they're going to put on your property if you sell it? And how much does electric cars pay for the roads they use? Well, I don't think they're paying much of anything at the moment. And there has been some talk, maybe some higher, there may be some higher registration fees on them. I don't know. I haven't
Starting point is 00:22:21 really looked deeply into this. As far as what they charge you, that would be involving the capital gains laws. How much if you sell your house. And I can't answer that for you without a little bit of research. So I guess I'm striking out with you this morning, Jean. I'm sorry. I have failed. I do have one more thing. Okay. About a deer. Okay. About a deer. Okay. The deer was eating. I had a cat. Normal size cat stalking the deer. The deer turned on the cat and started chasing her. And luckily I was on the porch
Starting point is 00:22:58 so I was able to yell enough to get the deer to stop and run around. But that deer would kill my cat, potentially. Oh, yeah. You have deer going after that. Do you feed that deer? Because I know some people were calling and complaining. And Greg was saying, hey, the law says you don't feed deer. And don't feed deer, and you'll have fewer of them coming
Starting point is 00:23:20 around. Do you feed your deer or not? I occasionally feed deers, but when I hear shots in the middle of the night, I don't have deers anymore. Got it. Oh sorry, a little bit of poaching going on in Wilderville. Is that kind of what I'm hearing? Is that it? I would say so because of the shooting in the middle of the night. You don't shoot in the middle of the night. Yeah, generally speaking not, but yeah, a little spotlighting activity going on.
Starting point is 00:23:51 All right. Well, happy Independence Day weekend here, Gene. All right. Thank you. Well, we'd have to have Independence Day if we ever get rid of the dictators. All right. Starting point is 00:26:42 show is on news talk. One News Talk 1063 KMED. Open phones on Conspiracy Theory Thursday. By the way, I'm going to check in with Steph here in just a minute too about fun stuff. And yesterday we were talking about Eagle Point and there's all sorts of great activities going on. This time it's going to be Central Point. I'll tell you more about that in a bit. And Todd's in Central Point, oddly enough.
Starting point is 00:27:03 Hello, Todd. What do you want to comment on? Good morning sir, I've been stewing the last couple of weeks after you had an interview with the representative Reschke or however you pronounce it and you even repeated it on the weekend too and so I stewed multiple times. So you have been stewing for two weeks since I talked to E. Warner Reschke. Boy, I can't wait to hear what was going on with that. You asked him about denial of quorum, and he made up all sorts of excuses. Oh, well, really it's the Senate that should do that. And then he talked about his career in sales, and he said, really, the public has to have a change of heart. And we would talk about
Starting point is 00:27:41 how you have to stick the knife in and then twist it so they feel the pain Well what he was referring to is that the public really had to be punished until they saw the errors of their ways I'd like to grab that guy and say have you seen the city of Portland? Have you seen what has happened in Seattle have those people said hey, we've destroyed our cities We need to change our our pattern of voting No, they've doubled down on crazy. And so that just kind of bothered me and now it's got off my chest Now we can have a great fourth of July week Okay, I'm glad you you know, it was sort of a combination conspiracy theory and also pebble in your shoe
Starting point is 00:28:21 Conspiracy theory Thursday is what was going on. Boy, I was... Have a great four days off. I don't want you having that much cortisol coursing your veins. Call earlier, okay? When you have that happen again. Yes, sir. Have a great four days off. Thank you very much. Don't... Yeah, we don't want blowing out aneurysms over stuff like that. Man, we need everybody. And I'll get back to your calls here in just a moment because I promised we were going to talk about the good things going on over in the city of Central Point. I always have a great, great Independence Day parade. And we have Steph Hendrickson from the Central Point Chamber here.
Starting point is 00:28:57 What's going on tomorrow here, Steph? Welcome. Good morning, Bill. Thank you so much. So we have so much going on tomorrow. We're really excited about it. This is the longest any tradition in Central Point. It's our 4th of July parade and Freedom Festival in Central Point. And you always have a great turnout there. I've been in that parade many times over the years and if I get the van polished up, maybe I'll do it next year, not this year.
Starting point is 00:29:21 Oh, we'd love to have you back. Okay, so is there anything else going on besides the parade? What time does that start? And you got any like things going on in the park and stuff with the kids, etc.? Where are you going? Absolutely, let me give you the rundown. So the day starts at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast with the Cub Scouts at the Central Point Grange Hall. And then that's followed by a 730 fun run. It's our run for freedom with Central Point Parks and Recreation with our kids fun run at 845 a.m. That's adorable to watch. And then our parade begins at 930 sharp and it's going to be about an hour long. It's going to be bigger and better than ever. We have a special guest coming
Starting point is 00:30:01 in from out of town, the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps, which is a nationally known marching band. And then we also will have our grand marshals, the Crater High sports state champion teams. We had four at one school this morning, which is unbelievable. And then of course the huge festivities in the park, which begins at 10.30 AM at Pops Park, right behind the Central Point Library. We'll have all kinds of fun stuff, magicians, bands, tons of free kids activities, food vendors, and just so much fun. Very good. Hey, glad to hear about that. Doesn't cost anything
Starting point is 00:30:37 other than to buy food and stuff, right? That sort of thing. Exactly. We make everything free for the kiddos. All right, very good. Glad to do it. Hey, thanks for checking in. All right. Really appreciate that, Steph. Thanks for having me. Yeah, you bet. Steph Hendrickson from the Central Point Chamber, another place putting on a great show tomorrow morning. Okay. It is 839 at KMED.
Starting point is 00:30:57 Let me grab another call before here. They were going to do Diner 62 quiz. Hi, good morning. Who's this? Welcome. Hello? Hi, Bill. Glenn Who's this? Welcome. Hello? Glenn Archambeau. Hi. Glenn Archambeau, how the heck are you? How is my…
Starting point is 00:31:10 Oh, I'm doing pretty good. Hey, glad to hear about this here. We haven't talked to agriculture and a bunch of other things in a while here, but what are you thinking? Well, we'll go off of that subject to another one. You remember my father was an atomic veteran. Yes, you have talked about that in just an amazing story that you have a share of. Sure. And it still is. Because around the world, atomic veterans of all kinds have been pursuing their government, including
Starting point is 00:31:37 our government, to write some horrible wrongs of the past. Mainly that they lied misrepresented to the men that served at the bomb sites in 1945 that this wasn't really dangerous. So this is like a Stephen Junkis type, how Stephen Junkis is trying to fix things on COVID. They're still looking to fix this with the atomic veterans? Really? Yes. And you know, new things come forward all the time. There are all kinds of court cases and hearings, but most of it is about single veterans and mostly their families now applying to the government for a $75,000 compensation, a small change for what actually happened to them. But it's
Starting point is 00:32:27 getting nowhere, you know. So mostly what's happening, and I'm a child of a veteran, but I'm way up in age just like the rest of us, so we're all going to go away. Out of curiosity, I don't know if I got specific with you when you talked about your father. Was he damaged from radiation or the various fallout with being an atomic veteran or was there something else going on? Was there damage done? The damage done was that my father and his team, and these guys were all medical people, they weren't Marines on the beach guys, they were ordered to the bomb sites three days after the bombs were dropped. No training equipment, knowledge, nothing. And they never did acknowledge that until people started looking at Harry Truman's records and they realized that we'd all been lied to. And people like my father were very
Starting point is 00:33:22 damaged. And he died at a very young age. So there was real damage done to the atomic veterans, in other words? Yes, real damage. So on 4th of July, we try to remember some of these people and places. The atomic veterans around the world just gringed when we got involved in dropping a bomb on top of the bombs that the Iranians had because it was very clear that few people today have any idea what that actually looked like in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. I have diaries, all the diaries from my father's medical team, and they're talking about standing
Starting point is 00:34:04 in just total destruction. all the diaries from my father's medical team, and they're talking about standing in the just total destruction. And what they're doing is data, medical data, they're looking at corpses, they're looking at live people. You can tell, yeah, the radiation was pretty severe. It was 14 years before becoming president, July 3rd of 1775. David? They're open till 2 tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:38:52 Open till 2. Okay, I just got the word from... I just wanted to tell you that. Okay, all right. So Diner 62 is open until 2 o'clock tomorrow. Okay, now we can get back to the quiz here, David. Fourteen years, it was July 3rd, 1775, Washington rides out in front of the American troops gathered in Massachusetts, draws his sword, takes command of the Continental Army, David. Washington was a prominent Virginia planter, veteran of French and Indian War, had been appointed commander-in-chief by the Continental Congress a couple weeks prior In agreeing to serve the American colonies in their war for independence now He wouldn't take any payment beyond reimbursing his expenses So the question for the win this morning David is how many years were the US and England at war? in our fight for independence and this the day that
Starting point is 00:39:43 Washington took over said hey we'll fight it was it a five years was it be seven years was it C nine years 11 years or 13 years what do you say David it's one of those five how long the war for independence I think you got that I'm Greg they're asking for David. Oh, okay Greg and I thought you were I thought you were Greg or David doesn't matter Oh gosh, I'm glad to be here. All right. I want to see that number nine nine years. Was it nine years? Not this time Nine years, was it nine years? Not this time.
Starting point is 00:40:24 All right, sorry, Greg, who I thought was David. I guess. I don't know. Let me go to Gino. I know Gino's there. Hi, Gino. Hi. It's not nine years. So how many years were the U.S. and England duking it out? I'm going to say five. You're going to say five. Was it five years?
Starting point is 00:40:44 No, it was more than five years. Let me go to Ron at Eagle Point. He's third in line. Hello, Ron. Well, shoot. I was going to talk on a different subject, but I don't know what to do right now because I wasn't paying attention to the question entirely. Okay. Well, I'll tell you, if you want to hang on, I'll go to you afterwards. Okay? Thank you All right. So see Ron Ron called to talk about other stuff. That means V is in trail. Hello V. How you doing? Oh Hi, get the jump ahead. How cool. Yeah. All right So we're talking about how many years were the US and England at war was it seven years 11 or 13?
Starting point is 00:41:21 What are those three? Well, I'll have to pick seven the the number of the Lord, thank you. Number seven of the Lord? Yeah, it's a good day. You're a winner! You got it, V. V in trail. You're going to have to come. When you come into town from Trail for Vittles, you got to go to Diner 62, okay? Oh, you know I will. All right. Now, the American Revolutionary War just lasted over seven years, the end of the conflict coming after British forces were removed from Charleston and Savannah in late 1782. So there we go.
Starting point is 00:41:52 Off the Diner 62 with you. Hang on. All righty? Okay. Hang on. And by the way, for Ron and Eagle Point, you hang on. We'll get to your call and maybe your call and your call and your call too. 770-5633. Three, two, one.

And she says, what size? And you say 2000 square feet,
Starting point is 00:44:15 please. And then she asks, would you like that in black or would you like to try one of our wonderful earth tones? Don't forget the sides. Would you like gutters with that? Hi, this is Lisa, the Hughes Lumber Girl, and I'm on 106.7 KMED.
Starting point is 00:45:12 And as we wrap up with more open phones here, we have Rod in Eagle Point. Rod, you wanted to talk about something this morning. Go ahead. I did. The previous caller you had concerning the Atomic Survivors Veterans Group. Yes. That was very interesting. My dad was the vice president of that organization. Really? And I have information to this day, photographs of the actual testing on the Bikini Atoll, you remember the islands down there that they tested on? So I think it's very interesting. This gentleman that called you a little while ago, his dad may have actually known my father. He worked for about 10 years with that organization to get benefits for atomic survivors and the veterans groups. He was in the Marine
Starting point is 00:46:06 Corps for 23 years. Yeah, that was Glenn Archambault who called. Glenn Archambault from Phoenix, if you want to look him up or if you just send me an email, Ron, I'll give you his number, okay? No, I'll do it. I appreciate it. And Independence Day is what it is. It's not firecracker day, it's Independence Day. Indeed. From your lips. Thank you, Ron. Let me grab a few more calls here as we wrap. Good morning. Hi, who's this? Hey Bill, this is Brad with SOM. Brad, how are you? Good to hear from you. Hey, happy fourth, my friend. Thank you. Hey, the reason I called, because I didn't have much luck on your site, I'm looking for information. You had a guest last week that spoke about credit.
Starting point is 00:46:50 Oh, yeah. Do you remember that individual? Yes, that was Paul Oster, O-S-T-E-R, and it's... Okay. Betterqualified.com is his website. Betterqualified. Yeah, he's in New Jersey is where he's at. We were talking about them changing and putting the buy now pay later into the credit ratings
Starting point is 00:47:16 now. I didn't catch the whole discussion, but I thought it was fascinating. Yeah. Hey, thanks. Well, thanks so much and happy Independence Day, brother Brad. Thank you, my friend. Oh, you're very welcome. Let me grab another call. Hi, good morning. This is Bill. Who's this? This is Minor Dave. Hi, Dave. And so, you know, we really don't have independents anymore because they have a hideous tax called the income tax. It's really hideous because the government gets their cut before you even get paid.
Starting point is 00:47:48 And so, you know, that makes you basically a slave to the government. Maybe you don't work on a plantation like they used to do it during slavery, but income tax is for slaves. You know Dave, it's interesting between income tax and property tax. Both are injurious to liberty. There's absolutely no doubt about that. But you know how you could probably solve the problem with the income tax here? Would be to eliminate or make withholding illegal. Can you imagine what would happen if people, if the wage slaves of the world would have to write checks and do quarterlies or maybe monthly payments for their tax bill. Could you imagine that?
Starting point is 00:48:32 Well, you know, my brother had to do that with his, when he owned Diner 62. I know. I know. And, you know, so that'd be a great perspective if you could get him on on how complicated the regulations are. Yeah, if every individual had to pay quarter lease like business, that would go a long way to actually showing just how much you really do pay. Appreciate the call there, Dave, and happy Independence Day. I'll grab one more call and then I think we're pretty much going to turn into a pumpkin for the week and the weekend. I'll be back on Tuesday. Hi, good morning.
Starting point is 00:49:05 Who's this? Welcome. Good morning Bill, this is Michael. Michael, what's on your mind today? Well, I had a great conspiracy thing I was going to give you, but I don't have time, so I'm just going to... Have you heard of the newest stuff on nicotine, using nicotine for Alzheimer's and autism? I have not heard about it when it came to autism
Starting point is 00:49:26 but I have heard talk that nicotine seems to have some great promise on Alzheimer's but if autism, boy that would be interesting too. What is it about cleaning out the the brain plaques that they've been talking about have been causing Alzheimer's? I'm not sure about that cause. There's a lot of different causes to probably be, but I know that they're putting a 7 milligram patch apparently between the shoulder blades and in seven days the huge difference in autism. Well, I'll tell you what, I'm going to look that up over my time off and maybe I can get someone to flesh that out a little bit more, okay?
Starting point is 00:50:04 Appreciate the call. Call with your other conspiracy next week. Okay. Thanks so much. My email is bill at Bill Meyer show.com. Thank you so much for your listenership. Enjoy and celebrate Independence Day tomorrow. I will catch you Tuesday. Okay. Catch you then.
