Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Wednesday, August 2nd, 2003 stand up for your country now. I always recommend you watch this broadcast with a pen and a paper because tonight we're going to give you new information, things you have not heard about President Trump, President Biden, all of these cases. We're going to put it into perspective for you in a very methodical way. But there's an awful lot of this.
Starting point is 00:00:43 So I'm going to take the whole program tonight. I'm not going to have a guess because there's really a lot of stuff to get through here. And the research that we have put together is the best in the business. You know that already. You wouldn't be taking time out to watch and listen to the no-spin news. So we begin with the mantra. People believe what they want to believe. That's where we begin on all of this.
Starting point is 00:01:05 Now, Donald Trump certainly does that. He believes what he wants to believe. And most human beings do as well. There are very few people who have an open mind about situations that make them uncomfortable. So you start there, and then you have enemies of Donald Trump. And they're legion. You got a whole political party and you got 90% of the corporate media. All allied against Trump, they have seized upon people believe what they want to believe
Starting point is 00:01:41 to now bring criminal charges in that arena. And that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. So yesterday, as you know by now, Jack Smith charged Donald Trump with four counts of January 6th crimes, alleged crimes, and basically conspiracy. saying that Trump knew he was making false statements about the election of 2020 and did it anyway. That's going to be almost impossible to prove for Smith, but it doesn't really matter. He just wants to get it out there, all right, whether he wins in court or not, secondary. All right, just keep pounding Trump in the Republican Party. Now, obviously, Trump's defense will be that he did believe, and does to this day, that the election was rigged.
Starting point is 00:02:26 and his lawyers are going to bring in investigations in states like Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, to show the jury, if it ever gets there, that there were a lot of questions about that vote. And the states took it seriously and launched their own investigations. That's a powerful defense for the Trump people. But again, Jack Smith doesn't care. He loses, he loses. So what? He's getting revenge on Trump now and sending a message to the Republican Party.
Starting point is 00:03:02 You keep it up with Joe Biden. We're going to bring more charges. All right. We'll destroy your guy and your party because Trump is leading so big in the primary system. Now, you wouldn't know that Trump has a good defense by reading the New York Times, Washington Post, any of those corrupt papers, or listening to most of television news. Even the Fox News Channel is so unfocused on this, generally speaking, there are, you know, guys like Turley and people like that have a good short focus. But it's all over the place. I mean, they're not zeroed in on what is important.
Starting point is 00:03:39 All right. So the indictment against Trump on January 6 charges is not a slam dunk. And as the Wall Street Journal pointed out today in a very astute editorial. And Wall Street Journal, no fan of Donald Trump. If Trump incited January 6th, that would have been in this indictment. If he worked in concert with anyone to make that violence happen, that would have been front page headline in this indictment. So Smith does not have that.
Starting point is 00:04:13 All Smith has is this gauzy conspiracy to do whatever. I'm not a lawyer, but I can destroy it in about 30 minutes. Okay. So his indictment is weak on these charges, Smiths. But Trump is a problem because the case is going to be held in Washington, D.C. Trump has to surrender tomorrow there in front of an activist judge. What do I mean by that? Very liberal judge who has aggressively sentenced people convicted for January 6 crimes. This judge is no fan of Donald Trump or the Republican Party. So right away, the Trump lawyers have to get that venue changed, probably into Northern Virginia, or try. Now, the judge is going to say no, okay? But then the appeal process opens up. You see? So the trouble lawyers, the first thing they do is go, we can't get a fair trial in D.C., only 5% of the people in the district voted for Donald Trump. You can't possibly get a fair trial there. And the judge is anti-Trump all day long.
Starting point is 00:05:21 And if the judge, as she will, say, no, no, no, then you take it to the appellate division. Okay, that'll tie everything up for a while. Then the subtext to all of this, as I mentioned, is the retaliation against Joe Biden. Okay, so as I've said, Joe Biden is in trouble. Now, Congress has gone until after Labor Day, but believe me, the information already assembled proves that Joe Biden sold influence through his son, Hunter. Provable. Talk about a conspiracy. There's no doubt about he did it. Now, whether he got money to do it, that is the open question. Because
Starting point is 00:06:15 just like Donald Trump, this is what Trump and Biden have in common, criminal intent. So, for a conviction, the prosecution on both sides have to show criminal intent. So if Joe Biden got money,
Starting point is 00:06:31 there's your criminal intent. But we don't know yet if he got money. People believe what they want to believe, so a lot of you believe he got money, but you can't prove it. On Trump's side, you'd have to prove criminal intent, and this is what Smith alleges, that Trump knew the election was legitimate, but said it was phony anyway to blow everything up. Okay?
Starting point is 00:06:57 That's going to be pretty damn hard to prove, with one exception, Mike Pence, the former vice president. If Pence testifies, and remember his testimony will be in print on discovery, that Trump knew the elector thing, replacing electors in certain states, having Pence not certify the election. If Pence comes in and says, the president knew that was phony, but did it anyway, that's huge. Pence may do it. I don't know. I don't know. But whoever interviews Pence from now on has got to ask him that question. Pence is the only thing that I believe could convict Donald Trump in this January 6th stuff. Now, not since 1862 as the federal government used this kind of power to arrive at an outcome.
Starting point is 00:08:06 What happened in 1862? I bet you some of you know. Abraham Lincoln suspended habeas corpus and allowed union troops to kick in doors and arrest anybody they wanted to save the union. Supreme Court told him he couldn't do it. Lincoln couldn't do it. Supreme Court said, you can't do this. Lincoln did it anyway. That was the last time that the federal government has used this kind of power because the White House and the Department of Justice are working together to do. destroy Donald Trump and the Republican Party. Now, it's happened to lesser degree in the past, but not like this. They don't care whether you know that or not. The progressive left, which controls the White House and the Justice Department, specifically saying, blank you, we're going to send a message. We're more powerful than anybody in this country. The progressive
Starting point is 00:09:04 movement is the most powerful movement. We're going to destroy the standard bearer of Trump and do as much damage to the Republican Party as we can do. And nobody's going to stop us. But one entity could, and that's the Supreme Court. And believe me, they will get involved with this case. But first, before it comes to that court, it's got to be adjudicated by the other courts. Okay? The criminal court in D.C., the criminal court in Florida on Mar-a-Lago, and then it goes up to the appellate division, the appeal, and then it goes to the Supreme Court. But the Supreme Court will have to hear this. You wait and say it will happen. Now, the danger here is not just to Donald Trump and Republican part, it's to you and me. Trump is already paid between $40 and $60 million to
Starting point is 00:09:59 lawyers. The federal government can ruin any American, anyone, by just piling charge, allegation, charge, allegation. Who can pay 60 million? Very few people. They can break you financially, emotionally, every way. That's the power the federal government has, and it is being misused, abused. Whereas Hunter Biden gets soft treatment. everything is thrown at Trump and Joe Biden obviously and if you don't believe me then I don't know what to say to you other than there's a baseline for all of this Biden business the baseline is on the laptop which I reported yesterday Hunter Biden wrote an email to his daughter Naomi it was on it is on the FBI has that laptop the laptop the email essentially
Starting point is 00:10:59 said this, I've been paying my father half of my income for 10 years. That's a baseline right there. So any investigator in any police department in this country knows when you see that, you either prove it or disprove it. That's a key in this whole thing. That's it. That email to Naomi Biden. Have you heard about that email? I bet you haven't, which is why you watch and listen to me. So the FBI immediately, upon seeing that, should have launched an investigation into whether that is true, into whether what Hunter Biden told his daughter is true. They did not.
Starting point is 00:11:47 The FBI did not. He's put it aside. Scandal. But no Americans know it because the press won't report it. That's what happens in Russia and China and Iran. The people don't know what's happening. And because our media is so blank and corrupt now here, it's exactly what's happening. I asked my son today, and he's a very smart, political science major.
Starting point is 00:12:18 So do any of your friends know what's going on here? Do they care? No. Not one. And he hangs with college kids and what do I? Not one. any idea what's going on these are younger people of course but still okay so where we are now is that zealots on both sides right and left um are basically convicting Biden a bribery
Starting point is 00:12:46 and Trump of everything and that's what you get on talk radio on television you get conviction We're not going to do that here because that's not fair. It's not right. It's a disservice to you. I'm going to stare you up and walk this. Now, I'm going to be on News Nation tonight with Chris Cuomo, who hates Trump. All right? And I told the News Nation people politely, I'm going to talk about this.
Starting point is 00:13:16 So you don't want to talk about it. Don't have me on. Because no matter what he asked me, I'm talking about this. And I'm going to present what I'm presenting to you to the News Nation audience, all right, because this is so important. The Republicans faced with all of this are going to now even retaliate more in September and October against Biden. They're going to step that up. And Biden is not going to dodge it. I get letters every day.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Oh, they're not going to get on there. He's already got them. most people believe that Joe Biden took money in this country even if they're Democrats, they believe that. But Joe Biden's not going to get away with this. I don't know if he's going to get hauled in on criminal charges, but he's through as a person that you can trust
Starting point is 00:14:10 because he did peddle influence. You can't trust Joe Biden. You can't. Finally, criminal intent. And I go back to that because it's very important. So Biden got on the phone 20 times, whatever amount of times, met with clients of Hunter Biden's. Did Biden know that the Griff was in? Did he know?
Starting point is 00:14:35 He had to know, right? You got to prove that. Got to prove if you're going to charge Joe Biden down the lane that he had criminal intent. And the way you do that is if he got money. That's it. because otherwise he's going to go, ah, you know, what you're hearing now, I'm talking about the weather,
Starting point is 00:14:55 I do my son of favor, I don't know that. Okay. Same thing with Trump. And that's why I brought Mike Pence in. I think he's the only person who could say that Trump knew it was phony
Starting point is 00:15:12 but did it anyway. And as a personal aside, you know I know him, Trump, and I talk to him, I don't ever call him. He calls me. But I got to tell you, man, he believes that election was rigged. And it's hard to fool me.
Starting point is 00:15:33 Because he wants to believe it. Not hard. All right. Is there anything else here? No, I think that's the memo. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show, day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. President Trump and his team are shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here to cover it from all sides, especially on the

I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week, I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors,
Starting point is 00:16:36 lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. All right. Now, if you're at Bill O'Reilly.com Premium or Concierge member, you can get a transcript of what I just said. You might want to do that, just to put it in your file. I hope you took notes on what I said.
Starting point is 00:17:13 You'll get this kind of analysis nowhere else. All the other places are just basically he's guilty, no, he's guilty, he's worse, this, that, and the other thing. We don't do that. Reaction, all right? So the first cut is ABC News, Chief Washington correspondent, Jonathan Carl. There are six co-conspirators here, but Donald Trump is at the center of this. He spearheaded this effort to overturn the election, including the gathering of those fake electors to create conventions. fusion on January 6th.
Starting point is 00:17:47 All right, so Carl's a reporter just convicted Trump on ABC World News Tonight. Just convicted him. You know, he goes, he spearheaded this effort to overturn the election. Now, Carl, yeah, he's guilty. Number one, Carl is no right to do that. He's a reporter, not an analyst. Number two, it's bold. Another guy came on same show, World News Tonight, ABC News.
Starting point is 00:18:11 Roll it. I will say, though, that there are maybe more legal defenses that he may have here than in the documents case. So while this one may be more serious, it is also likely that he'll have more legal avenues to defend himself by saying he believed it. He still believes it. He still believes it in wrongdoing. He believes that there was voter fraud, et cetera. And that this will be more difficult to prosecute. Yes. And that Abrams, that was good. he's on News Nation, too, Abrams.
Starting point is 00:18:42 That was fair, and that's absolutely true. All right. So here is another reaction from the right. Go. There were legal advisors to Donald Trump who said they believed that Mike Pence had the ability to impact the way that we were receiving these electoral votes. If there wasn't discrepancy and uncertainty in the law, why did they change the law to clarify what the vice president?
Starting point is 00:19:10 president's role was in December of 2022. Excellent question. Play Travis. You know, if it was so cut and dried, why did they go back in and clarify it? But again, that's a Pence thing. Keep your eye on Pence here. All right. That was a good question.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Next one is, I think the best analyst on all of these legal matters, Jonathan Turley. This is a free speech killing indictment. There's no way around it. As you know, I write a great deal as an academic in the free speech area, and I've rarely seen a more chilling filing by the Department of Justice. So what Turley basically means is if you think the election was rigged, you have a right to say it. That's your opinion. Can't be prosecuted for thinking the election was rigged,
Starting point is 00:20:02 even if you don't have anything to back it up. If you say Joe Biden didn't take bribes, you have a right to say it. even though you don't have any evidence that he did not take pribs. So that's a very strong point. But again, Justice Department doesn't care. They don't care about any of this. Now, this is the most absurd soundbite. Go.
Starting point is 00:20:26 It's a scheme. It's a conspiracy to lie to undo the election and perhaps even cause riots in the street. He's just a foolish man, Jake Tapper. I've said that before. It's just nobody watches him. They tried him in prime time.
Starting point is 00:20:46 They had to take him off. I mean, but he's been working there at CNN for decades. It's just gibberish. My God. And the other side against Trump has a couple of spokespeople. One of them is Congressman Jamie Raskin. Go.
Starting point is 00:21:06 So I view this is a tremendous vindication of the rule of law in American democracy. And I am especially impressed by Jack Smith and the prosecutors bringing forth the charge about conspiracy to deprive Americans of their rights, specifically the right to vote. So the reason I ran that is because Raskin, the congressman from Maryland, gets those talking points every day. And he spits it out. If you want to know what the progressive left is sending out from K Street in Washington, all you got to do is listen to Raskett. He gets them. He spits them out. All right, the last soundbite is a guy named Elliot Fellig. He's a legal analyst. He was on Fox and Friends this morning. Go.
Starting point is 00:21:57 So to the extent that the indictment defends on knowingly making false statements, the key there is knowingly. Yeah, Donald Trump is going to defend this by saying he truly believed at the time and still to this day absolutely believes that the election was stolen, even in the absence of evidence, even though his own attorney general and so many others said, no, this was a fair election. And that is an accurate assessment, except for the fact of absence of evidence,
Starting point is 00:22:19 there is evidence that there was some wrongdoing in the election. And the Trump lawyers will be able to compile that. Not enough evidence to show that the vote was impacted, and it was rigged. but there are certainly irregularities. Okay, so there you have reaction and, I don't know, it's depressing to me, and I'll tell you why, because we all got hurt today. Everybody, every American got hurt.
Starting point is 00:22:52 So a company named Fitch Ratings, an American credit card agency, credit rating agency, I should say, not credit card. It's one of the big three credit rating agencies in the USA, downgraded the U.S. day. Okay? So what does that mean? It means that foreign investors who buy bonds and other securities backed by the U.S. government, they won't buy as many. And as soon as the Fitch downgraded the rating of America, which was AAA and now it's AA plus, the stock market tanked. Now it'll probably come back, but, you know, people lost money, a lot of money. today. So all of this impacts on all of us and not in a positive way. Nothing positive about any
Starting point is 00:23:45 of this. You've got a sitting president who may have taken bribes. You've got a past president who is indicted on everything. And if you don't believe the conspiracy on the progressive left, just moments after Jack Smith's indictment, who pops up but New York Attorney General Letitia James going, we're ready to go to charge the Trump organization with fraud in a civil case. You don't think that's coordinated? Come on. Let's agree.
Starting point is 00:24:14 Come on. All right. In other matters, Governor Ron DeSantis, trying to revive his campaign, challenged Vice President Kamala Harris to a debate about the Florida curriculum teaching black history. All right, Ms. Harris turned him down, which is a smart move. okay Harris could not win that situation but um basically desantis put this statement out let me read it for you I'm prepared to meet as early as Wednesday of this week but of course I want to be deferential to your Kamala Harris busy schedule should you already have a trip to the southern
Starting point is 00:24:52 border plan that day you know it's like this anyway it's gamesmanship but it's amusing All right, New Hampshire woman, Alex Dorsainville, 31 years old, and her little daughter have been kidnapped in Haiti by violent thugs, despite the fact that the State Department tells all Americans do not go to Haiti. It's out of control, violent there. And this poor woman from New Hampshire is now being held, and they want a million dollars for his release. Now, she was a worker down there.
Starting point is 00:25:28 working to help the Haitian people in a charitable situation. And we can't find out how old the daughter is, but I can't be more than five. So what do you do? Well, the UN is introducing a resolution to send troops into Haiti. So USA and Ecuador are drafting the legislation. And the Haitian people want the troops because drug gangs run the country. The entire country is run by drug gangs in Haiti. they'll shoot you like that. So that'll probably happen down the road. But in the meantime,
Starting point is 00:26:03 U.S. Special Forces, somebody's got to wake up Joe Biden on vacation, should go to Haiti through the Dominican Republic. You're easy to get to Haiti. No border, none of that. Fertive, covert operation, everybody knows who kidnapped that New Hampshire woman and free her and kill as many of these drug tanks as they can kill. That should be underway now. I don't know whether it is. I wrote killing the killers. If it were Trump, I know it would be underway.
Starting point is 00:26:37 Biden, no idea whether he even knows about it. Texas and George Soros. So there is an organization in Texas called Texas Majority Pact, political action committee. They want to turn Texas from a red state to a blue state, and they have a right to try to do that. All of their money, literally, $750,000 they have, was donated to them by George Soros' foundation,
Starting point is 00:27:06 Democracy Pact. So this guy, Soros, I mean, he's not backing off. He is subverting with his money, traditional America. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the worlds of politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart
Starting point is 00:27:38 speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast, listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Smart Live. Now, this is an important smart life tip. So So my organization, news organization, is based on Bill O'Reilly.com, all right, and we've had that now for six and a half years. We had it before when I was working at Fox, but once I left Fox, we put all the resources in there. Very, very successful, worldwide news organization. But I've been out flanking the cable news and network by using alternative social media. So our big one is Twitter or X, and that's in flux right now, but not for us. So at Bill O'Reilly is the handle, okay, A, Bill O'Reilly.
Starting point is 00:28:38 We put out every day an enormous amount of information that I don't put on the broadcast, and it's not some of it's on our website, but we're putting out stuff every hour on the hour. So go to Twitter or X.com, search for at Bill O'Reilly, and you hit a button, and there it is, right there. Also, we have a YouTube page, okay? I didn't even know we had a YouTube page, but younger people are coming out, oh, I watch you on YouTube all of it. I don't care where you watch or listen to me, by the way. So we got a YouTube page. You go to YouTube, search for At Bill O'Reilly, and you hit a subscribe button, and there I am.
Starting point is 00:29:20 okay Instagram threads Facebook we're on it on all of those so whatever you're comfortable to you whatever you use just know we are there and we'd love to have you participate on that level because that's fast that's like this all right something happens boom I got something out all right so let's do a little we all need a little relief I'm a little hungry you hungry okay I don't know wine, but I'm a little, we tape this in a late afternoon, so I'll wait to dinner time, but I'm a little hungry now. So one poll, which is an interesting outfit, took a survey of 2,000 Americans and asked, what is the perfect sandwich? Here it is. Cheddar cheese, black
Starting point is 00:30:06 forest ham, and tomato. Okay? That is, according to the survey, the most popular sandwich in America. Now, I would eat that. I'm partial to tuna with a little provolone on it, melted on it. But I like the cheddar and ham with the tomato. I like that. Now, 67% of Americans say they could live on sandwiches alone for a week. And the favorite sandwich ingredients, so you put stuff on it, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and honey mustard. Those are the three condiments, they call them, that are the favorite. Least favorite ranch dressing. Favorite sandwich bread, whole wheat, sourdough are tied, just about tied,
Starting point is 00:31:00 and then multi-grained bread. Sourdough, by far the healthiest bread because it doesn't turn to sugar. All right, so that's the sandwich situation. There's another one that's interesting. thing. This day in history, August 2nd, 1923, Warren G. Harding, president of the United States dies. There's Warren. So he's up in Alaska, first president ever to go up there. And it was in a state then. It was a territory. He comes out of San Francisco on his way home to Washington, and he keels over at age 57. He's in his suite, and boom, he's on the floor. His wife,
Starting point is 00:31:39 Florence runs in and calls a doctor doctor there's Florence examines the president says he's dead from a heart attack well how does he know
Starting point is 00:31:51 I mean you know he's dead but how does he know it's a heart attack he doesn't know you have to do an autopsy no autopsy Florence takes over the whole thing no autopsy and the next morning
Starting point is 00:32:07 has the body embalmed. Okay, and boom, Warren's on the train back to D.C. dead in the coffin, and nine million Americans line the tracks to wave at Lawrence, I guess, on a way back. But this is, why wasn't there in an autopsy? Why wasn't a post-exam? Okay? Nobody knows. All right. Now, at the time, Warren Harding is a very popular president. This is in 100 years ago, August 2nd, 1923. And by the way, Calvin Coolidge, vice president was in Vermont at the time.
Starting point is 00:32:46 They woke him up at 3 in a morning and he was sworn in as president. Okay. So Harding was a popular president, right? But then it comes out that Harding was having an affair with a woman named Nan Britton and Nan had a kid. the president impregnated her okay now and then the teapot dome scandal erupts where the navy
Starting point is 00:33:16 gives a huge contract uh to the state to a Wyoming business and money comes back and forth i mean hunter biden was not involved he wasn't born yet but it's the same thing now conspiracy theories jump in and say Warren was poisoned. That's why Warren's didn't want an autopsy and got him in bomb.
Starting point is 00:33:42 But I got to say, I'm not a conspiracy guy. I'm a historian. But this is strange. Just like General Patton's death, ultra strange. A Patton died after World War II
Starting point is 00:33:56 in Luxembourg, no autopsy in the ground, still in the ground. and Stalin was trying to kill him. We reported it in killing Patton about as well as you could report it, but I call for an exhumation of Patton's body to see if they got him. Okay?
Starting point is 00:34:17 No. Warren, I don't know what you could do now, but he died 100 years ago and a little weird. Okay, I got a lot of mail here, and I got a final thought that I think you're going to like Holly the Teradata. we'll make an appearance. And the final thought, we'll be right back. Let's go to the mail. Edward, the country's falling apart. Trump has basically been indicted for free speech and thought.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Trump is a right to have feelings. This republic is gone. Not yet. Not yet. The republic is not in good shape. But it's not gone. Not yet. Philippe.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Bill, you're one of the very few that believe not only in America, in the American Constitution. I do. The reason why I'm a concierge member and I've read all your killing books. It appears that you have become the exception with another hand of respectable Americans. I don't know if I'm the exception. What I am is unique because I combine journalism with history. I don't think anybody else does that right now. Gerald, concierge member, thank you, Gerald. I fear that we have lost our ability to function as a country. The Division is so great. People stop talking with whom they disagree. I know. I know. Not good. Jeffrey. Can the Supreme Court step in and vacate the BS charges against Trump? No.
Starting point is 00:35:44 That's to be adjudicated. It has to go up the ladder. That's the way the Constitution works. John Belcastro, half moon, New York. You said the landscape is going to change in the autumn. Please give me a hint. I don't know what's going to happen in September, October, and November. but I know a lot of stuff is going to blow up, but I can't, and I don't like to speculate. It's not, it's a waste of your time. Jerry Moody, Frisco, Texas, Mr. O'Reilly, you're the smartest man I know when it comes to insight. For the life of me, with what we know about the crimes, the Bidens have committed, how in the world can 40% of the country still support Joe Biden?
Starting point is 00:36:24 Because they believe what they want to believe. And out of that 40%, I'll submit to you that 25% don't know. anything about it. That's why. Richard D. Donato. As a former social studies teacher, I find your information that you provide in your columns and notes have been broadcasts. Give us a clear view of history that is being made today. When the public does not find the FBI and the Justice Department out of the control and bias is truly troubling. Again, they don't want to know. They don't want to know. And you can't do anything about that. Randy McCoy, Dallas, Texas, agree it would be a disaster if Trump showed up for the debate this month.
Starting point is 00:37:07 I hope the other participants will tell us what they would do if elected. Yeah, I mean, Trump is very unpredictable, but I don't think he's going to show. I could be wrong, though, just guessing on that. Kevin Ryan, Scottsdale, Arizona, if Biden is the nominee, I don't believe he will be, however. I surmise that he will refuse to debate Trump. Biden's not debating anybody. okay it's not happening uh Trump would love to go up against Biden but not going to happen okay um let's go to killing the witches so I have signed individual books all right a couple thousand of them

Starting point is 00:39:03 and all of that. 4995. Where of the day do not be loudish. L-O-U-T-I-S-H. Back with a final thought in a moment. All right, here is a final thought of the day. You know, this country is turbulent and Holly the Terror Dog is a little
Starting point is 00:39:21 down about it. I had to console her last night. There she is. getting consoled by me. The Teradog loves her country. I mean, she's a Welsh corgi. I asked her, you want to go back to Wales? No.
Starting point is 00:39:39 There's nothing wrong with Wales, but she's better off here. So I'm going to be off tomorrow. I got stuff to do. Everybody's got stuff to do. But it's a summertime. And I'm going to, as I said, I'll be here most of August. But tomorrow I'll be off and continue to console the Teradog. and one other thing.
Starting point is 00:40:00 I'm getting a lot of mail in the regular mail bag. And remember, we get thousands of letters. But they're from concierge members. Now, if you are a concierge member, you have a special mail shoot for you. And I told my guys, make it simple so everybody knows. Because, you know, the concierge membership is all about a life insurance policy for you, for your life.
Starting point is 00:40:24 you ask me any questions you want about personal problems, about travel, about finances, and I'll direct you. Some questions I can't ask, can't tell you what you do with the money, but I can, you know, direct you into certain places. But that mail goes into a special place, and every day we answer it, every day. Whereas a general mailbag, if you send, if you're a concierge member, and you send stuff in there, it can get lost. Not that we don't read them all, we do,
Starting point is 00:40:59 but the process isn't as streamlined as it is for concierge members. So, number one, please consider getting concierge membership because in this life, bad stuff's going to happen to you. Happens to everybody. And, yeah, you have a support system of your family, but you want fresh eyes, all right? And, you know, for the membership fee that we charge, remember, you get a free book,
Starting point is 00:41:24 when you sign up and you get all kinds of discount. You know, you go to a lawyer for advice. It's four or five hundred bucks. Here, you got unlimited for a very small fee. So we hope you consider concierge membership. It will enhance your life. It's a extremely successful program, by the way. And if I wasn't doing what I say I'm doing,
Starting point is 00:41:46 it wouldn't be. People would bail, but they don't, because they know what's going on. Anyway, I hope you got a lot out of this broadcast today. Know that we put a lot into this. All right, I'll be on News Nation tonight, whisen up Chris Cuomo, I hope. But I'm coming in armed and dangerous with a lot of facts,
Starting point is 00:42:09 and which is what I always do. So we're spreading a word, we're getting it out, it's all over the place, and we really appreciate you guys watching and listening to the no-spin news. And go into Bill O'Reilly.com. have a brand new column. I suspect I'm going to write about Biden and Trump on Sunday. It'll be it'll drop at noon. Okay. And we'll see you again on Monday.
