Hey, Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News Monday, December 16th,
2022, stand up for your country.
So I hope things are under control of your house.
Here I have a studio in my home.
It's kind of bedlam, I have to tell you.
It goes hour by hour.
But there's just so many stuff coming in.
You got to do this, got to do that, you got mail this, got to mail this, got to that.
You know how it is, all right?
And then I have to do radio and television this week, which we're happy to do because there's a lot going on.
You know, it slows down.
It's not.
It's every day a lot of important things that you have to know about.
So we're going to begin this evening with the collapsing media.
That is the Talking Points memo.
So I'm sure you have heard that ABC News has to pay Donald Trump $16 million.
Boy, Trump was happy about that.
$15 million goes to his upcoming presidential library and a million goes to legal fees,
and Georgie Stepanopoulos has to pay some of that money out of his own pocket.
I think about a million dollars.
Now, Stephanopoulos, as you know, is a Trump hater.
He's also the most famous person on ABC News.
Good Morning America.
He does a Sunday show.
But George has been getting a lot of trouble.
And I suspect he's not long for Disney.
I could be wrong about that.
I don't have any side information, but looks shaky to me.
So let's run it down.
All right.
So on his program,
Stephanopoulos
basically he was talking about
the E. Jean Carroll case
with Congresswoman Nancy
Mace. That was on March 10th of this
year. Roll the tape.
You've endorsed Donald Trump for president.
Judges and two separate juries have found him liable for
rape and for defaming the victim of that rape.
How do you square your endorsement of Donald Trump
with a testimony we just saw?
Okay, it was not, Donald Trump was not found liable for rape.
And it wasn't even close, and there were lesser charges, and it's still being appealed.
I think that whole thing's going to be overturned on appeal myself, because it was, he said,
she said, a very flimsy case, as many of them are.
But anyway, so seven obelisk goes, you found liable for rape.
That's big.
And it wasn't true.
Trump filed soon, as he should have.
All right.
And then ABC had to submit Stepanopoulos for depositions this week.
Now, if Georgia had gone in there under oath,
he would have had to explain all the inner workings of ABC News and Disney.
And they didn't want that.
And that's why they settled 16 million.
It's the same thing that happened to Fox News.
Remember, Fox News lost $1 billion to the voting machine company because the voting machine company's lawyers were taken depositions of all the Fox News hierarchy.
And Fox didn't go, you can't do that.
Now, you can make your own implications about Disney, about Fox.
I'm not going to tell you what they might have said.
That's crazy.
I don't know.
No idea.
But these big corporations don't want that stuff out.
So if some big corporation does something to you, keep that in mind.
Well, once the announcement was made on Friday that ABC folded, which they did, and then paying Trump,
then the far left crazies on television went crazy.
ABC made the calculated decision that, you know what, we're just going to pay.
George Stephanopoulos also has to pay.
He's on the hook for a million dollars of his own money.
And that leaves the rest of us with, what?
We want to be accurate, right?
No, you don't.
Wrong.
That's ridiculous.
Your whole network is propaganda from top to bottom.
You don't want to be accurate.
Couldn't care less about being accurate.
You're in business.
to hate conservative people, to damage Republican politicians.
That's why you're on the air.
Come on.
I love that sound bite.
I just love it.
We want to be accurate.
Is there one person, I just won in this whole country who thinks MSNBC wants to be accurate?
If so, send me their name, I'll get them on.
All right.
Now, this has been going on for 18 years, this kind of sloppy, dishonest analysis.
And it's driven by the corporate media, which used to restrain itself when allegations were made against somebody like Donald Trump or anyone, any American.
There had to be something back it up.
Okay?
And you just couldn't make up stuff, but now you can.
Just make stuff up.
But the tide is starting to turn a little bit.
So let me give you one of the worst examples that I've experienced in my career.
You remember in 2006, three Duke University lacrosse players were charged with forcible rape and a bunch of other stuff.
All right?
What happened was these kids hired a stripper to come to a party.
And the stripper then went to the authority and said, oh, they rape me.
And they got arrested.
The kids got arrested.
All right.
And you'll remember that there was hysteria in the media.
And many people convicted those three students.
Well, now, just this.
week, December 12, okay? The woman who made the accusation in 2006 finally says it didn't happen.
Go. I testified falsely against them by saying that they raped me when they didn't. And that was
wrong. And I betrayed the trust of a lot of other people who believed.
in me and made up a story that wasn't true because I wanted validation from people
and not from God. Now that woman is serving 18 years in the penitentiary
for murdering her boyfriend and she gave the interview out of that
penitentiary. Okay. So you can see these
three Duke students who were exonerated, but the pain that their family and they, how do you get over something like that?
It's not easy.
When you're falsely accused, stays with you your whole life, never leaves.
No, even if it turns out, okay, never leaves.
But I want to show you this.
So in 2007, we're still covering this Duke case.
And I made this statement on the O'Reilly Factor.
Go.
Talk about a rush to judgment.
There's now strong evidence the accuser in the case fabricated at least part of the story
and charges of racism and sexism could be completely bogus.
So we called most of the professors who signed that ad wanting to talk to them about it.
No one would step up.
They all ran away.
Okay.
So we reported the story accurately.
And I was skeptical, obviously, because accusations cannot be used as facts.
And I could name people who, but I'm not going to do that, all right, but you know, you know.
So, due process is a cornerstone of our nation.
The far left is try to destroy due process, me too, okay, times up, all of these heinous, I don't know, organizations you want to call them, or couldn't care less.
if you settle something
and you're guilty
if you're accused
you're guilty
if you're implicated
like you even know somebody
you're guilty
everybody's guilty
because they use it as a cudgel
a political cudgel
but when their side gets accused
they don't say a word
they don't say anything
and everybody knows what the game is
but I see a little turn
and it's Trump that did it
Trump was accused of so many things.
And he had a kangaroo court in Manhattan
convicted him of some stupid thing
in a Stormy Daniels case.
Everybody knows is bogus.
And that's one of the reasons he was re-elected
because people go, this is wrong.
Anyway, ABC News,
16 million light.
Georgie out a million.
And you keep your eye on Georgie this year.
And that's a memo.
Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress.
National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets.
And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold.
That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.

All right, Biden's schedule, he goes to the Labor Department, does something I'm not quite sure what.
It really doesn't have anything to do with us, we the people.
Trump gave a little press conference today.
I'm going to take a look at it tonight, see if you said anything of importance.
We'll run it tomorrow, but no big headline.
But he did at Maelago have a meeting with a guy named Masayoshi Sun, Japanese guy,
Mashanoshi Son, who's donating $100 million to America, to U.S. projects that will employ 100,000 people.
So he got FaceTime with the president.
Good, good.
investment into our country, excellent.
Donald Trump went to the Army Navy game Saturday.
Now, it's hard to construct this, but I believe what I'm going to tell you is dead on.
It might be off by a little, but I think it's correct.
So Trump's in a box, okay?
J.D. Vance is in a box with him, and then Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson is there,
Pete Higgseth is there, Elon Musk is there, Tulsi Gabbard is there,
Daniel Penny, the guy acquitted in New York, okay?
He's there and a whole bunch of other people.
So we put a clock on it, and CBS, which was broadcasting the game, talked about the box for 10 seconds.
Ten.
Three-hour game.
So if Taylor Swift could have snuck in there, then it would have been about what?
12 minutes.
But CBS did that on purpose.
I mean, that's a news story.
All of those people in the box watching the Army Navy game is a news story.
It's a legitimate story to cover.
Don't give it 10 seconds.
Biden could have gone to the game.
He didn't go.
So Trump's at the game.
He's got all these people, including Penny, and you give him it 10 seconds.
Excellent.
right all right uh real clear politics is a website that gauges all the polls trump's favorability
is up 49% of americans now think he's okay 47 don't like him um this is up from uh
october 12th two months back then it was 45 liked him so 4% rise 52 didn't 5% decline
by the administration this is an unbelievable story that got no coverage at all
This is why you watch the Knowsman News and listen to it on the radio.
So Biden, unbeknown, nobody knows why, allows Iran to access another $10 billion in frozen assets.
Because of the sanctions against Iran, much of the money the mullers have parked in Switzerland, other places, was frozen.
The government of Iran couldn't get it.
Why? Because it's the biggest state sponsorship of terrorism in the world, Iran.
Millions have died because of Iran. So Biden goes, on November 7th, two days after he lost,
why don't we give Iran another 10 billion? All told, Biden has freed up $100 billion to the mullahs.
Why?
you're building a nuke?
Why?
They're killing people all over the place.
And you give them $100 billion, you're freeing it up?
Now, that doesn't our money, but they're unfreezing the accounts.
For what reason?
Biden didn't say a word.
Now, Biden's the second worst president in American history, as I chronicle in my book,
confronting the president.
But he's the worst in foreign policy.
because James Buchanan, who gets the worst President Mantle by a lot,
okay, there was no foreign policy back in 1856 to speak of.
Biden's the worst.
This is not even close.
It is not even, Lyndon Johnson, pretty bad, Vietnam and all that, Biden's worse.
Again, $100 billion to the Bullas?
For what?
And Iran goes, it's for humanitarian age.
You know, when I think of Iran, I'm thinking humanitarian, aren't you?
Unbelievable.
But the real outrage of this is, but it never explains anything.
Open border?
I don't explain it.
All right, joining us now is Rebecca Koffler from New York City.
She is the author of the book Putin's Playbook, Russia's Secret Plan to Defeat America.
She is a specialist in defense and television.
all right so did i am i unfair to biden here am i overstating this this iran thing you're 100% on
target uh bill it is absurd that the type of policy that uh team biden is pursuing is not only absurd
and incompetent it severely undermines u.s national security how so you correctly pointed out
that Iran is running a nuclear program.
Well, where does all this money go to,
whether it's the $6 billion that Biden unfroze last year for them
or this recent unfreezing, so to speak,
it is financing Iran's war machine.
And Iran's war machine is basically an estimate
warfare type of machine.
What do I mean by that?
Iran is running a broad network of proxy terrorist groups that includes Hamas, Hezbollah,
the Houthis, and Iranians are training and equipping and funding these groups that eventually
and even currently they pose a threat both to the United States and to the world.
Right, Hezbollah Hamas and all that.
Exactly.
We combed to find some explanation from Secretary of St. Blinken or National Security Advisor Sullivan or Kamala Harris or Jobb.
Nothing.
No explanation whatsoever.
Have you in your research, did they ever explain why they're $100 billion?
dollars they're handing it to them to the mullahs did they ever explain it my my intelligence
analysis suggests that the biden administration is compromised by iranian operatives remember there's
such an initiative the so-called iranian expert uh initiative that basically was working with
high-level positions across the Biden administration, Robert Amali, who was Biden's special envoy
for Iran, right? His security clearance was suspended along with security clearances of some other
operatives. There's an individual still in the Department of Defense, and those, I would even
call them assets. They're foreign intelligence assets because they are corresponding directly
with the Iranian foreign ministry officials. So that is my primary hypothesis. My secondary
hypothesis is the 10% for the big guy. I just never trust. Yeah, but we don't want to make,
unless you have some backup for that, that's, I don't want to do that. I mean, we're, we're fact-based,
but there's something shady going on. I'll grant you that. There's something shady going on.
on. Right. Okay, let's go to Ukraine. So Biden basically, it took them a while, but under pressure,
he sent an enormous amount of U.S. money over there in military aid and humanitarian aid,
and got nowhere with Putin at all. Is that an accurate statement? Putin, nothing. You didn't
get any kind of dialogue with him, no concessions. And it looks like Trump is going to get some
kind of deal. But again, that's not a fact. I've talked to the president myself about it so I can say
with confidence that he believes he'll get a deal. Whether he does or not, I don't know. But Biden got
nowhere. Am I right? Correct. Not only Biden hasn't gotten anywhere, it is on Biden's watch that half
a million of Ukrainians are dead or gravely wounded. 50% of Ukrainians' infrastructure.
critical infrastructure is destroyed right now, which means that this winter, they're going to be freezing in darkness.
And that is because this war was never winnable for Ukraine.
How so?
From the combat potential standpoint, combat potential is calculated by a combination of weapon systems, armed forces, the defense industrial basis capacity,
to scale up in defense economics.
Russia just overmatches Ukraine hands down.
It always has.
I know, but there's a reason.
We had to stop Putin, and we inflicted tremendous pain
on Putin, not only us, but NATO and all.
You just can't let him just run rough shot over these countries.
But I have one more question for you.
If a stronger, a stronger leader,
I don't think Putin, Trump says this all the time,
and I think he's right.
Putin would have not done that if Trump with the president because Trump would have really hurt Putin, much more so than Biden did.
All right. So Sullivan is over in the Middle East, desperately trying to get the hostages released from Hamas's control before Biden leaves office.
That is priority number one.
So Biden's going out a loser, but he wants to have one victory before he goes.
Do you believe that that will happen, the release of the hostages?
Well, we know that Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israel's defense minister are working very, very hard on making that deal.
The problem is that Hamas is like playing games as usual, and Hamas does not want to release nearly the number of hostages that they're holding.
Right now, there's still about 100 hostages that they're holding.
So it's going to depend.
We need to let the Israelis do their job and not micromanage the war.
You know, as Biden has been doing calling for ceasefire, this and that.
Well, that's not going to happen.
But I understand from reliable sources that a lot of the hostages are dead.
It's not numbers in close to 100 now.
A lot of them have died.
But again, it's Iran that could make it happen.
So Iran tells Hamas, release those hostages, or we're cutting you off from everything.
They're going to have to do it.
They're like gangs.
Last word.
Well, if you want to put pressure on Hamas, unfreezing billions of dollars is not there out.
No, that's not the way to do it.
You need to gain leverage over them.
It's just, I'm a historian, as you know, I have never seen stuff like this in my lifetime.
And, you know, I go back to George Washington.
As far as our researchers are never seen anything like this.
Rebecca, thanks very much to Butch again, is Putin's playbook.
And if you're interested in foreign affairs, that's a good...
Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines.

Feed.
Okay, drone madness update.
Don't have much for you, and this is another insane.
thing. I mean, to me, I don't know anything about drones. I can barely put gas in my car.
But if I'm the governor or I'm the head of Homeland Security, I just shoot them down and
then I get them and I look at them and say, who owns them? You know, they could find out.
Just blast them out of the sky or get a big net or whatever they deal. All right? Well, we don't
know. We don't know. How long is this going to go on? You don't know. Governor of Jersey
doesn't know, Governor New York doesn't know, Mayorkis doesn't, oh, we don't know.
It shows you the incompetence.
The incompetent.
It's just incompetent.
They won't tell us what it is.
They got to know something.
They just don't appear.
Somebody shoots them up there.
Find them out who?
Is that hard?
It doesn't seem to be hard.
But I don't have anything hard news for you.
We're watching it.
Speculation is stupid.
I know they do it
on the cable show
well it could be
we don't do that
I can waste of time
Madonna talk about a waste of time
Madonna is top of the list
cultural madness
so on Friday
she puts out a
pictures and they're very offensive
so if you're easily
offended you don't want to just turn
away I'm only going to keep them up there for
five seconds
all right
but this is Madonna
the singer entertainer
throw the picture
up there and they show the Pope and her this is AI all right take them off all
right so this is a provocative thing because the woman is desperate for attention
that's what she wants attention puts it out on the internet following media
picked it up New York Post us weekly independent mirror TMZ daily mail Times of
India the Sun Newsweek premier Christian
news, I'm sure they criticized it, economic times, and they picked it up. Okay, so if Madonna
had done that with an imam, a fatwa would have been issued and her life would be in danger.
If she had done that with a rabbi, a rabbi, she'd been anti-Semitic. If she had taken any
minority group and done that, she would never work again in the international.
industry but she can mock the Pope and she can be sacrilegious to Christians
nothing will happen to her but don't forget it I won't now I got a letter
from a concierge member very sad letter his son died from Huffing I didn't even
know what Huffing was okay so Huffing is an air duster so there are household
chemicals that are used for cleaning
And these drug addicts put them in a jar or a handkerchief or whatever,
and they inhale them, and they get high.
And this guy died, this guy's son.
And he wants me to tell everybody that this is very dangerous.
You don't have to go buy this stuff from a drug dealer or anything like that.
It's around on the Internet, of course, shows you how to do it, shows you how to kill yourself.
But if your parent, you have young children, I mean, young and teens, you know, you ought to know, air duster, okay?
Fumes and vapors that you inhale and they get people high.
Boy.
So the Florida couple has a home in Michoacan, Mexico on the Pacific coast, about five hours of Mexico City.
All right.
And they're dead.
They got murdered.
They had a home down there.
They went down there to get out of the winter, and they're dead.
And Raphael Cardona and his wife, Gloria Cardona.
Raphael's 53 was Gloria's 50.
And the murder's not going to be solved.
Nobody's going to look at it to them.
So if you're going to vacation in Mexico,
if you're thinking about buying property in Mexico,
no one is going to protect you.
No one.
Smart Life.
72% of Americans hope to avoid discussing politics at Christmas celebrations, according to the American Psychological Association, okay?
32% say, we want to do it. Don't invite them. Boot them. So we went over this for Thanksgiving, you know, appropriate, keep a sense of humor.
But don't get it to political arguments on Christmas.
Let's stay in history.
Remember Shirley Temple?
Now a lot of people don't know who Shirley Temple is.
They know there's a drink called the Shirley Temple.
They don't know who Shirley is.
So 74 years ago, December 16th, 1950, she retires from films.
She made 35 movies.
She made millions and millions of dollars.
Roll the tape.
Someday I'm going to fly
I'll be a pilot too
And when I do
How would you
Like to be my crew
On the good ship
Loddy Pop
It's a sweet trip
To a candy shop
Where bonbons play
Now, that was big.
That Shirley Temple was big, but she quit at age 22.
That enough, because she was an adult then and the career wasn't going real well.
But here's really something interesting.
So after she quit President Gerald Ford appointed her ambassador, U.S. ambassador to Ghana.
That's not a job I would take, but she went.
And then Bush, the elder, appointed her U.S. ambassador to Czechoslovakia.
And she died at age 85, okay?
Shirley Temple retired 74 years ago today.
I bet you didn't know any of that.
I didn't know it, but I remember Shirley when I was an urchin.
Okay, we have a quiz for the final thought.
Now, this is a fun quiz.
You will like this quiz.
And if you get some of these questions, you're a genius.
So hang tough.
We'll be right back.
All right, here's the final thought of the day.
As you know, and I brag often about this, and that's a failing on my part, bragging.
We are the most successful nonfiction authors in the world.
I'm thinking about my third grade nun, Sister Mary Lorana, once said,
are you ever going to read a book, William?
Ha ha!
And not only do I read books, sister, but I am the best-selling nonfiction author in the world.
How about that?
So I thought you'd like to see some of the book covers.
I'm going to show you the book covers.
You can guess what country.
Number one, throw it on up there.
What country does this reflect?
All right, take a look.
That would be Brazil to Portuguese.
Second one.
Go.
Okay, very, you know, nice cover.
What is that? Where is that?
Ready? Take a guess.
Bulgaria.
Big in Sofia, it's a capital of Bulgaria.
Third one, throw it on up there.
Okay, there's patent.
What country?
China.
I'm sure she and all the boys have read that.
In Beijing, Patton's big.
Next one.
Killing the SS.
What country?
Croatia.
On the Dalmatian coast.
Next one.
Jesus, Christmas.
Nice cover right there.
Holland.
A lot of pagans in Holland, but killing Jesus very well there.
next one Jesus again nice cover they have the cross wrong but that's okay
that is Germany Deutschland next one we got the SS again where's this
Greece all right and we get Jesus back on the next cover that is
Hungary. Jesus once again. What do you think? France. All right. Let's go back to JFK.
All right, take a guess. Japan. Two more. SS again. Italy.
And the final one, we end with Jesus.
What do you think?
This is Russia.
It's probably in Putin's bookshift.
Isn't that fascinating?
Now, we don't have anything to do with the art.
Once I sell the rights to a country, this is interesting.
So I designed the art for the USA, all the covers and everything of my design.
But once I sell the rights to any country, they publishing house over there do what they
want with it.
They can't alter the text.
They can't change it.
And my name and Dugard's name has to be undercover really prominently.
But that's it.
And some of those are really nice, nicely done.
But we're very flattered that we're all over the world, even in the totalitarian countries.
I didn't see anything in Cuba.
In Ireland and England, the British Isles, we're not widely distributed there for some reason.
I'm not really sure why.
A lot of Brits and Irish order through Amazon, Amazon ships all over the world.
So they get the American versions, which is fine, I mean, they know what that.
It's mainland Europe and Asia, where we do our big business.
I got a whole bunch of stuff from Spain, but I just didn't, I thought 11 would be nice.
So how many did you get?
How many of those did you get?
If anybody got them all, let me know because I want to call and, you know, how did you know all that?
But we're very proud of our products.
And again, you get them all in a bundle, one bundle, if you missed some of them.
And also the United States of Trump, you know, for inauguration, we're going to have a couple of specials.
If you really care about Donald Trump, if you have a motion invested in him, you kind of want to know who he is.
And that's the best book ever.
You get an out-woke bumper sticker if you buy it because Trump certainly is not a woke guy, which is one of the reasons he won.
