Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome to the no-spin news for Monday, May 20th, 2019, to fake your country back. All right, a very interesting lead story today. So the New York Times hates Donald Trump, all right? They hate me. They hate Fox News. What a hatred going on in New York Times. And they led the charge, as you know, in the Russian collusion thing. And if you read the newspaper, and I do not.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Because I don't believe the newspaper tells the truth. And even if they do have a truthful article, how would I know because so much of their stuff is bogus? So, you know, there's no percentage for me to read it. So when they do things, it goes out and then I see it on other vehicles. So their lead today was an article that says Deutsche Beck, all right, raise suspicious activity signals with Donald Trump. and his son-in-law, Jared Kushman. All right, now let's break it down. This happened 2016-17.
Starting point is 00:01:05 So already Donald Trump was in a political position. Very, very important. So before this, David Deutsch, I mean, Joyce Bank, didn't have any problem. Once he got into the public arena and then got elected president, And then the problem started, because all of this financial stuff goes back to its foundation. It goes back years.
Starting point is 00:01:33 But none of it was ever raised until Trump got into power. So apparently there was a woman named Tommy McFad no longer works from Deutsche Bank. She raised some questions about cash payments from the Trump account going to Russia and national. All right, so Deutsche Bank, under the loss, to check it out, and they did. bank checked it out. And they chose not to file a suspicious activity report with the Treasury Department. That's the bottom line. That's in the article, but way, way down. The Deutsche Bank said, you know what, not enough here. We're not going to do it. And they didn't. But the implication is that Trump and Kushner did something wrong. So why bother if Deutsche Bank didn't file? And under the law, if there was activity
Starting point is 00:02:22 they found that was illegal, they had to file. Why bother? Because this narrative now changes about President Trump. The Trump hater is the press that want him out of office. They can't do the Mueller stuff anymore. It's over. And we have linked to an article by Jonathan Turley, who's a semi-liberal attorney, but pretty honest, just destroying all the post-Muller complaints. It's very, very good article, worth your time. We link right over from our side to Turley's article. All right. So the Mueller stuff is gone.
Starting point is 00:03:03 Now the new thing is Trump's a crook. All right, Trump did bad things with his money. That's what the New York Times doing. Okay? And that's why this article appears. Okay, go to the border. First is spring. Bill O'Reilly here with a warning for you about
Starting point is 00:03:20 home title theft. Your home title and mortgage are online. With a friend of mine, thieves found her home title. Starting point is 00:04:05 He is a policy analyst for Cato on the immigration front coming out from Washington. Cato is a libertarian think tank. Would you say that's true? Libertarian, is that a good description of Cato? Definitely. We're the leading libertarian think tank. Okay, so that's why I wanted you on, David, because I didn't want to come out of it from a political point of view. You go to the U.S. Embassy or Counselor, you apply for asylum in an orderly way, and then we'll take a look at your thing.
Starting point is 00:04:35 What would be wrong with that? What would be wrong with that? Well, the first issue is a practical one. The reality is right now, it's not even really an asylum issue at this point. We just don't have the spaces even to turn around the people who are. are immediately rejected at the border or who never request asylum at the border. So that's just a resource issue that has nothing to do with whether they should be able to claim asylum.
Starting point is 00:05:01 But if your orders were to Border Patrol, when you catch people coming across, instead of bringing them to the local Border Patrol headquarters, you put them right back on whatever vehicle they came over on and send them right back to Mexico. From a moral perspective, I would say, you know, that's what we did to the Jews during the Holocaust. We shouldn't do that again. I'm not comparing the situations, but that's what asylum was originally enacted for.
Starting point is 00:05:32 If you say we have a moral obligation. And we'd be careful about getting rid of that. David, you're a libertarian, so I'm going right into where you live. If you say we have a moral obligation to process every human being on the planet who reaches our asylum. Oh, come on, come on, come on. We have a process. No, no, no, no, no, our process for handling asylum claims is we scrutinize your claim. If it's credible, we can't do that anymore because it's a three to four year wait.
Starting point is 00:06:04 That's how many asylum claims are. That's the problem. What we need to do, and fundamentally, this is what we need to do. We need to look at this as primarily an economic crisis. This is what the Democrats won't do, is this is people coming to the United States. because there are jobs here. Our economy is growing. President Trump says we have the most jobs that we've ever had.
Starting point is 00:06:24 We're creating the most economic growth that we've had in decades. These are good things. And these immigrants can contribute to that economic growth, but they need to come legally. And as you said, the best system would be one in which they apply in their home country. But they don't even apply for asylum. They need to apply for a work visa. And that's what we're going to look, I don't want to get into that now.
Starting point is 00:06:46 I'm okay with legal immigration. on every front. But you've got to stop the madness. And the only way to stop the madness is for Donald Trump to sign an executive order. It says, we're not going to process anymore. It's not going to work.
Starting point is 00:06:59 It's, I mean, it's not going to work. You're going to have people. Because then, look, the people who are coming are paying. The people who are coming are paying. They're paying coyotes to take them here and get them across. They're going to stop paying if they know when they get there, there's no process. They're going to go right back.
Starting point is 00:07:19 That's three or four thousand. They're not going to waste the money. No, pay to sneak in then, Bill. We don't want to force them to sneak in the country. Here's what happens. If you sneak in and there's no asylum, okay? Then you can never come here again. And then you have to put in Cates law.
