Thanks for watching the No Spin News, Thursday, November 13th,
Starting point is 00:00:49 2025. Stand up for your country. I've been dealing with a lot of craziness this week. Here is my definition of craziness. When you present in a very clear, straightforward way, facts to someone, and that someone doesn't care, doesn't change their position, doesn't seed anything, that's crazy. I try to say away from that, because it just sucks the living life out of you. If I know somebody is troubled, and you are if you won't accept facts, you're troubled. Because there's a reason that you want to live in a false world or you get too upset.
Starting point is 00:01:36 I don't know, the whole bunch of stuff. But if I know somebody is in that category, I'm not going to deal with them. Why would I do that? It's a waste of time. Now, I'm going to give you a few vivid examples of craziness tonight, and I hope it will help your life. And one of those examples is the government shut down. That is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. After 43 days, the House voted last night, 222 to 209 to open up the government.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Six Democrats crossed over. Swazi, New York, Perez, Washington, Hoya, Texas, Davis, North Carolina, Golden, Maine, Gray, California. two Republicans defected, Massey of Kentucky, and Stubi of Florida, Gregory, Stubi. Okay, so by capitulating to the Republicans, and what do I mean by that? Well, Democrats' whole thing was, we're not going to open the government until you allow the COVID-level spending for Obamacare. And the Republican said, no, by law, that spending has to come back down because it's crazy anyway, and we have a $38 trillion debt. So you're not going to blackmail us into closing the government to get subsidies you're not entitled to. It was never a chance Republicans would cave to that.
Starting point is 00:03:11 Never. And the Democrats knew it. And so the government shut down. Here's what I said on News Nation last night. So on the record, I don't care about the complaint, who cares what they say? On the record is we, the Democratic Party, shut down the United States government for 43 days and got bupkins. That's pretty embarrassing, I think, right? Isn't that embarrassing?
Starting point is 00:03:43 Well, I would... Let me... Can I answer, sir? Yes, Bill. It's embarrassing if you're looking at it from the macro, if you're somebody that's just paying attention to the final result. But what other result is there? So both of my colleagues, Cuomo and Stephen A, were saying,
Starting point is 00:04:04 well, now the country's more aware of spending on health care. Okay, millions of people have to suffer for that. Come on. I mean, any government policy that hurts the people has to be re-examined. Okay. Now, the Democrats may have won a small victory last week in the gubernatorial race in New Jersey. It was never in play in the Commonwealth of Virginia. A couple of those ran a bad candidate, and it was never even close.
Starting point is 00:04:39 But New Jersey was kind of close, quoting the polls. And then Mandani wasn't close either in New York City. But the Democrats are saying, well, people were angry, and that's true. absolutely true. People are angry about high prices and they were angry about the government shutdown. And when Americans get angry, non-ideological Americans, who's not involved in party politics, they vote against the incumbency. John Adams, started with John Adams. People were teed off about Adams and they elected Jefferson because Adams is a little arrogant and hearty and did some stuff that the people go, you know, hold it. It's always that way.
Starting point is 00:05:25 So the Democrats might have won that, but again, overall, they were embarrassing. It was absolutely embarrassing. So you've got a situation where the press, the corrupt media, supports the Democrats about 80%. Even they couldn't make this a victory for the Dems. They tried. They couldn't do it. And that's a memo. So to cover that defeat, the Epstein situation arises on the same day. Everybody knows what that is. So let's deflect over to Epstein. Since President Trump was inaugurated in January, Democratic Party has tried to smear him with Epstein, try to tie Mr. Trump to crimes that Jeffrey Epstein committed.
Starting point is 00:06:20 They do it every day, all day. That's what they want to do. There is no evidence that that happened. None. Okay. So Democrats on the House Committee on Oversight leak some emails out to the press, and the press goes nuts. I looked at the emails, nothing there.
Starting point is 00:06:44 There's just nothing there. And even worse, there is innuendo that could get people hurt. That was always from the very beginning that President Trump asked me on St. Patrick's Day at the Oval Office, would you release the files? And I said, yeah, if they're verified. But if they're not verified, if it's rumor or you haven't, Justice Department hasn't now, remember two Justice Department, Merrick Garland and Trump won, William Barr. Those things have been investigated like crazy.
Starting point is 00:07:22 So I said, if there's evidence that somebody was hanging with Epstein, he got put up. But if there's just a rumor, no, people get hurt. Okay, so they throw this stuff out. And again, on News Nation, here's what I said. If you are asking for unverified information about a heinous crime and criminal, to be given to the public, unverified now. Remember, the Justice Department under two administrations had this information, not verified it. If that's what you want, then you need to read my book, Killing the Witches, because that's the kind of country that's
Starting point is 00:08:05 not what they will have. No, that is what they want. They want, they being the Trump haters, all of everything the Justice Department has on Jeffrey Epstein. And Cuomo, who was credited at the end of the segment, said, I want everything. Well, I said, well, what do people get hurt? Innocent people, oh, no, we ought to know. How do you know? You can't know. You can't investigate it.
Starting point is 00:08:41 I'm right on this. But the bigger picture is the due process is really under fire in this country. Okay. Now, whether you care or not, there is exculpatory evidence in Donald Trump's favor. And it's very powerful evidence. The three principles involved with Epstein, who committed suicide, as you know, were Gilaean Maxwell, Virginia Joufrey, who was molested, and Alan Dershowitz, who was Epstein's lawyer. There are the three principal witnesses to what Epstein did.
Starting point is 00:09:26 Okay, all three said Trump wasn't involved with anything untoward. All three. Now, that's enough reasonable doubt. That will never get to court in any way, shape, or form. They'll get thrown out in 10 seconds when you have three people on the record who had access to Epstein, all saying, pump it didn't do anything. All right. Now, Dershowitz is the most powerful witness because once Epstein was dead, then attorney-client privilege disappears.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Here's what Dershowitz said yesterday. Have you heard about gold, Billy? It's an amazing site that celebrates the best of America by shipping our country's most iconic foods from legendary restaurants straight to your door anywhere in the USA. I just had the main lobster roll and the deep dish pizza. It felt like a celebration. It was good. Now, this Thanksgiving, I am going to do a little pecan pie, I think. and a holiday roast. Everybody's going to be able to enjoy both of those things. Go Belly's

And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver. Thoreau, the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. And you can do this. Get precious metals, to your door or place in a tax advantage gold IRA. They'll even help you roll over your
Starting point is 00:11:45 existing IRA or 401k, tax and penalty free. With billions in precious metals delivered thousands of five-star reviews and an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau. You can trust American Hartford Gold as I do. Please call 866-326, 5576, or text bill to 99-8-8.000. 889. Again, that's 866-326-5576 or text bill to 998899. I was Epstein's lawyer. I was trying to make him the best possible deal I could make. That's my job. That's what I'm supposed to do. And among the questions I asked them, as any lawyer would, is can you name people who may have had improper sexual relationships with anybody? And if we We can turn those people over to the government. We can maybe get you a better deal.
Starting point is 00:12:43 And then I went through a variety of names, including Donald Trump. And Jeffrey Epstein said, no, Trump didn't do anything wrong. Go ahead. So what more do you need? Doesn't matter. The press ran a while last night. OK, ABC World News Tonight spent four minutes, 23 seconds on the story. NBC Nightly News, four minutes, 234 seconds.
Starting point is 00:13:11 CBS TV News, two minutes, seven seconds. Cable, these are estimates on cable, because you have a three-hour prime window, prime time. CNN, one hour and ten minutes out of the three. MSNBC, a whopping two hours, nine minutes. Fox News spent five minutes. Okay. Well, this is just crazy, but it gets worse.
Starting point is 00:13:42 So there's a congresswoman from New Mexico named Melanie Stansberry. Roll it. Secondly, whether or not Virginia Joufrey has accused the president of wrongdoing, what I'd like to say to the American people is believe your eyes. We have all seen the photographs of Donald Trump with underage girls sitting on his lap. There are no photographs of Donald Trump with girls on his lap. So either Congressman Stansberry is lying, or she got faked out by some AI thing or whatever. There are no photographs.
Starting point is 00:14:22 Now, the House Ethics Committee should absolutely drag her in and say, what to do you doing. Second, a guy named Rick Stangle, Trump Hater. Okay, we used to be a journalist, then he was a Democrat, whatever, rule him. I mean, the idea that he calls it a hoax, and all day long people can watch on television, them leering at girls at parties and things, it's like, well, gee, it's not a hoax. So I think it has legs, and it should, and it is the sort of thing that could undermine the basis of his president. Again, it's not true. There's no evidence of the president leering in anybody. Now, you would think that the news agencies that put these people on, CNN and MSNBC, would challenge.
Starting point is 00:15:13 Now, because I don't care what happened. They want to get Trump. Finally, there was a very disturbing X file from Eric Swalwell. You remember, remember that name. He probably the worst Trump hater in the country represents California. He says, quote, the government was shut down for 40 plus days to protect Donald Trump. People weren't paid. Credit was destroyed. Tenets were evicted. All because pedo protector. Mike Johnson sought to shield Donald Trump. But it's coming out now. Pray for these women. Trump, Epstein terrorized. Now, if I'm Donald Trump, and that goes out on X, I sue Swalwell.
Starting point is 00:16:07 But do I win? So herein is the complication of living in the United States of America. Join us now. Rebecca Rose Woodland. She is a New York attorney. Very well thought of. Been on this program before. So I come to you, Counselor, and I say,
Starting point is 00:16:27 Well, just said I terrorized underage women. I got a lawsuit? Of course you do. I mean, look, first we're looking at the president of the United States. So the standard for defamation, which this would be, is actual malice. It's a Supreme Court case against the New York Times, against Sullivan, where when you're a public figure, that that which is published has to be proven to have been knowingly said or written in a false. way or with reckless disregard for the truth. Both apply here. There's nothing in any of these emails that indicate President Trump terrorized one to any women. Nothing at all.
Starting point is 00:17:13 All right. Well, let me stop you there. Reckless disregard for the truth would probably have to be the standard because Walwell would say, oh, I heard or I didn't, I went mal. You could prove Swarwell hates Trump. That's easy. You've been hating. Trump for 10 years. But reckless disregard for the truth. Let's go back to the new Mexico congresswoman who says there's a picture. There isn't a picture. Is that reckless disregard for the truth? Well, the defense to defamation is absolute truth. So the Mexican congresswoman, I'm sorry, the congresswoman from New Mexico would have to show these photos. And what do the photos suggest?
Starting point is 00:18:00 If there's a photo of his grandchild sitting on his lap, what's wrong with that? So we're talking about now a situation where she's implying these were sexual photos of underage women. So she would have to show sexually explicit photos of underage women on Donald Trump's lap. But she can't show that. Of course, not because if that was happening, we would have seen that already. What you can say, here's what you can say. Oh, I saw it on the social media and it was probably AI, but I didn't know. Well, no.
Starting point is 00:18:38 You have to, you have to say something like this against a sitting president or anyone in the public realm, you have to have belief that it is true. If you're just relying on something in social media, that is not enough. That is not enough. This has to be, you know, credentialed information. that you sourced, that you know for sure is real. Like I said, an underage woman sitting on Donald Trump's lap, it could be his grandchild. Now, so you're saying that the burden of the case falls on the accuser, but that hasn't been the standard in America.
Starting point is 00:19:14 If you're a famous person in the public eye, you don't have those protections. Well, you have the protection of this New York Times v. Sullivan case, that if there is actual malice. And if Donald Trump can prove, which he may be able to, that the Congresswoman has malice towards him, intentionally stated things in such a way that would create misconceptions. That is intentional disregard for the truth. You cannot spin the truth to make it sound bad. So how about CNN and MSNBC that puts these people on? They know, the network's what they're going to say, because that's always done their, it's called a POV point of view. They know they're going to come on and rip Trump up. Can you drag them into court in the same case?
Starting point is 00:20:10 Sure, for actual statements. Not just overall, they have the right, we have a First Amendment right, to have beliefs about the president that don't align with the president. But on specific statements that are knowingly stated incorrectly false statements or what they didn't make them the guest made them well then the guest can be brought into court okay we've established that counselor my question is can you then drag cnn in a separate lawsuit or msnbc sue them as well as the perpetrators of what was said like on x that's where swallwell put this garbage Can you drag X? Well, we can't drag X in because X's, X did not make the statement.
Starting point is 00:21:02 They just allow for a forum of interaction the same way they allow other views. If there was evidence, though, that MSNBC or CNN knowingly contributed to these statements that the host or network brass were encouraging statements like that, No, that would be a hard lift. You're not going to get that. So they, under the First Amendment, the CNN and MSNBC would be protected because it wasn't their personnel saying it. Do I have it right?
Starting point is 00:21:36 Yes, I mean, but we did see with, you know, ABC and the situation that happened where one of their hosts dated that President Trump was a rapist. Yeah, they paid 16 million. Right. But they, he worked for ABC. Boarding for flight 246 to Toronto is delayed 50 minutes. Ugh, what? Sounds like Ojo time.
Starting point is 00:21:59 Play Ojo? Great idea. Feel the fun with all the latest slots in live casino games and with no wagering requirements. What you win is yours to keep groovy. Hey, I won! Boating will begin when passenger fisher is done celebrating. 19 plus Ontario only. Please play responsibly. Yep, it's the most powerful iPhone ever, plus more peace of mind with your bill over five years. This is big. Get the new iPhone 17 Pro at TELUS.com slash iPhone 17 Pro on select plans. Conditions and exclusions apply. And these people don't work.
Starting point is 00:22:50 They're just guests. So there was a difference there. Exactly. Right. All right, counsel, I think I have it. If we're me, I would absolutely bring lawsuit in this case outrageous. Okay, let's go to Chicago. Midway Blitz in September. Federal authorities have been there rounding up.
Starting point is 00:23:09 Criminal migrants, they say, opposite, the opponents of this, say, well, they're getting every migrant and all of that. Some interesting stats dropped, okay? Since Operation Blitz has been underway, Chicago, homicides are down 16%. Shootings down 35%, lowest rate in four years. Robberies down 41%, carjacking's down 48%, transit crime down 20%.
Starting point is 00:23:37 So the same thing happened in D.C., same exact thing, happened in Chicago, the federal presence, crime drops. Is Chicago care? No. Prisker care, the governor of Illinois, no. Okay. However, in this case, there's a judge, Jeffrey Cummings, pointed by Biden, all right, who says that ICE, Homeland Security, has to release 300 migrants that are being held, okay, because they were rounded up without warrants, didn't have a judge's order of deportation. So these 300 were caught in proximity of criminal aliens.
Starting point is 00:24:19 audience. And ISIS swept them up. So they have to be released. But there's an interesting wrinkle to this. The court can order ankle monitoring and bail. We've got to put up money, which most of them are not going to be able to do. But anyway, we don't know if the government's going to appeal or not. But that's the latest in Chicago. Gavin Newsom, widely thought to be the frontrunner in Democratic Party for President 28. I was on Clay and Buck today. I met a bet with the guy that that would not happen. We have it posted on Bill O'Reilly.com.
Starting point is 00:25:02 I don't think Newsom is going to make it. Anyway, his chief of staff has been arrested. Dana Williamson, charged with appropriating, misappropriating 225. thousand dollars in donated cash. There's Dana. It doesn't look too happy in that photo. There's a lot of serious charges here. Bank fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to the fraud, obstruct justice, false tax returns. Now this woman, while she was allegedly doing this, and she deserves due process, was the chief of staff to Newsom. Ooh. I'm telling you. I'm talking to A lot of stuff about this.
Starting point is 00:25:48 Seattle, elects a socialist mayor. So it's not just New York City that's got these loons running around. Katie Wilson, no background, really. She beats the incumbent Bruce Harrell. And Katie wants real hardcore socialism imposed on the city of Seattle. Roll the tape. customers. Companies should not be locked in discounts behind smartphones, making them inaccessible to elderly and low-income shoppers. And as we build new housing throughout our city, we will lay the foundations for food security with grocery-oriented development zones, or gods, if you will.
Starting point is 00:26:32 We will pair full-service stores with workforce housing, dedicating some of those units for those who rely on SNAP and WIP. Okay, WIC is an entitlement that gives support, money, and cash to women and children who are poor. So what this one is saying is that we're going to give you a house, we're going to give you food free, we're going to tie the two together, and in order to do that, we're going to tax everybody on a capital gains. It's capital gains tax offense. And the state, now she's saying the city of Seattle's going to have it. Okay, so there's Katie. You guys out in Seattle, you deserve it.
Starting point is 00:27:17 That town is so far left. Beautiful place. I used to love going to Seattle. But you deserve everything you get out there because you have let that city be destroyed. I'm talking to voters. Not everybody. I know those people voted against her, but come on. All right, Gallup poll, younger women want to leave the USA.
Starting point is 00:27:40 No, no, no, no, no. Okay, so 40% of women, according to Gallup, 15 to 44, so they would move abroad permanently if they had the opportunity. Well, what's stopping yet? Go to the Bahamas. You're all right? You can leave. I don't know who's going to take you, but you.
Starting point is 00:28:05 You can leave. Nobody's going to stop you. Go to Mexico. Sneak across the border the other way. Okay, this shows me that this is bogus. If you want to leave the USA, you can leave. Not hard. 90% of men in the same category, 15 to 44,
Starting point is 00:28:26 say they want to leave too. The main countries that want to go to with Canada, that's easy to go there. Just drive on up. New Zealand, Italy, and Japan. Now, Japan, you better learn how to speak the language. So if you don't want to speak Japanese, you have a hard time. New Zealand, I've never been there.
Starting point is 00:28:48 Those be beautiful. Italy, just the food alone. Okay. Let's bring in our guests now. I think this is a time for Phil Balboni to appear. So you know him, we've had him on a couple of times before. He is our foreign policy gun. all right and he and I go way back to the first time I did commentary was at WCVB TV in Boston and Balboni
Starting point is 00:29:23 was a news director and I think he had a heart attack but now he runs global post media and that is our foreign policy go-to operation So you want to know why I'm so smart about foreign policy? Because I read them every morning. He joins us now from Cambridge, Massachusetts. So that was quite the lead in Balboni, right? Did I get nailed it? It was indeed, Bill.
Starting point is 00:29:47 So good to see you and hear from you again. How are you? I'm the same, which is tragic for everybody. But I want to talk about your coverage, your foreign coverage. I've noticed on the Global Post website, which I get every morning, You're doing a lot of African coverage. Why? Well, it's a very important place, believe it or not.
Starting point is 00:30:13 And I think the things I particularly wanted to highlight to your viewers is the threat of global jihadism, which, believe it or not, has not gone away. and actually the heartland of jihadism today is really in Africa, right across the continent from West Africa, Central, East, and Southern Africa. Al-Qaeda is still there, Islamic State is there, and there are other groups aligned with them. It's a great threat to this country, and unfortunately, the U.S. has pulled. back its military and special ops forces from much of the continent, which is allowing these groups free of reign than they've ever had before. France's big colonial power in West Africa, they have also withdrawn. That's because it's so chaotic in those places. There's no central
Starting point is 00:31:19 government, which is why the jihadists are rising. They did the same thing in Somalia. There was recently a big story from President Trump saying, look, in Nigeria, which is an amazingly complex country, not a strong central government, the jihadists are killing Christians, and the Christians in the interior of the country don't have any protection. And Mr. Trump is saying, look, if you're going to stop this, we're going in. How did you assess that story? Well, I mean, I think it's accurate. Nigeria is, you know, for probably 20 years now, has had a rising problem with Islamist militants in the north of the country, which is primarily Muslim. The Christian population is more in the south of Nigeria and also in the central areas. And it's absolutely true that they have been subject to attack.
Starting point is 00:32:21 but so having Muslims in the north. So it's really the government has just failed miserably to get a handle on this problem. I mean, there is an army in Nigeria. We have provided support and aid to them, but they have not corrected this problem. And, you know, it is getting worse. That's annoying.
Starting point is 00:32:45 What? You're a muffler. You don't hear it? Oh, I don't even notice it. I usually drown it out with the radio. How's this? Oh, yeah, way better. Save on insurance by switching to Bel Air Direct and use the money to fix your car. Bel Air Direct, insurance simplified.
Starting point is 00:32:58 Conditions apply. Get no frills delivered. Shop the same in-store prices online and enjoy unlimited delivery with PC Express Pass. Get your first year for 250 a month. Learn more at pceexpress.ca. And it needs to be addressed. Okay. But Nigeria is only one of many countries where these...
Starting point is 00:33:21 Well, it's an enormous country, and Lagos has got the oil and all that, and so it's probably going to be the headline. I don't think Mr. Trump's going to go in there because it's a morass. You can't get out. You can do special forces and you can do operations, but you just can't. It's too much tribalism. I mean, that would be a disaster. You think Afghanistan was bad. Africa is a thousand times worse as far as logistics are concerned.
Starting point is 00:33:47 The other stories that you're concentrating on. is the debt, the growing global debt, people's eyes glaze over. We owe $38 trillion here, but this debt thing is everywhere, right? Oh, absolutely. I mean, the increase in the debt in the United States and around the world is really unprecedented. I mean, the total global debt is 25% of the debt. higher today than it was, even as recently as the COVID-19 pandemic, when it was already at an all-time high.
Starting point is 00:34:30 What's the threat there? What's the specific threat with this outer-controlled debt? What could happen? The threat bill, and you have to kind of combine where we are in the stock markets and the high valuations and, you know, these crazy numbers being given to technology stocks, AI stocks. is that something will trigger a panic, if you will, and that people will head for the exits, and it will bring down our economy
Starting point is 00:35:05 because we have less ability to address the kind of thing that happened in the Great Recession where the Federal Reserve was able to step in, lower interest rates, and eventually things, you know, corrected over a number of years. Now because the government, the U.S. government has such enormous debt, the ability to step in and fix a problem that happen in the markets, the financial markets, is so much less. I mean, the servicing of the United States debt is
Starting point is 00:35:43 $1.2 trillion a year, right. Yeah. And I don't want to reject politics in this, but I have to here. So the Democratic Party, though, just wants to spend and spend and spend and spend. I mean, that's what this government shutdown was all about. We got to spend more, more, more, more, more, more, more. And, you know, I'm sitting here, I'm not a party guy, as you know, but I'm going, there's got to get some restraint, has got to be put back into USA spending. Am I wrong? No, you're not wrong. I mean, common sense, what every average American family knows is, there's only one way to get out of a debt problem. You spend less and you have to bring in more income.
Starting point is 00:36:27 That's it. That's the basic kitchen table economics. But the American people, they don't see it. I know they don't see it because you couldn't be supporting the mandonis of the world and all these other if you did see it. All right, Phil, you have a special for NOSPA News, watchers and listeners. What is that special? So for the last year, we've been offering all new subscribers to Global Post, 50% discount for O'Reilly members.
Starting point is 00:36:58 They're the only people on the planet that have this opportunity because of our long friendship and relationship. Well, thank you. So it's Global Post.
