Welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday, May 14th, 2019, fake your country back. Attorney General Barr has appointed U.S. Attorney John Durham to look into the, quote, origins of the Russian collusion allegation. This is a good thing. What is a bad thing is that the Department of Justice run by, Mr. Barr, has not brought us up to date on where the Inspector General's report is on this exact same thing. and where the U.S. Attorney Huber in Utah is on the exact same thing. This is number three. Give us an update, Mr. Barr, or President Trump. What are you doing if there's corruption inside the FBI or the CIA or in the FISA warrant process?

The American people deserve to know that. Don't just sit there month after month after month after month and say nothing. Give us an update. You don't have to give us evidence. Just say, here's where we are. Okay, third investigator. Now, Durham is a tough guy. He was the guy who broke the Whitey Bulger case in Boston, where FBI people were helping the gangster killer Bulger. He's the guy that put former Connecticut Governor John Rowland in prison for corruption. So Durham is a good guy. But this is the third situation about the same topic. Much more effective is a group called Citizens United. You may have heard of them.

group who filed a FISA, I'm sorry, a Freedom of Information Act to try to get to the bottom of the FISA warrant situation, all right? And they have, at least partially. So we're going to talk right now with Michael Booz, B-O-O-O-S, coming from Washington, D.C., where Citizens United is based. He's the executive VP of the organization. Now, the Steele dossier for people who might be reminded is this document that was paid for partially by the Clinton campaign that dug up dirt on Donald Trump and his Russian dealings. The document was discredited. This stuff wasn't true. But the FBI got its hands on the steel dossier and used it to get warrants to surveil the Trump campaign. Do I have it so far? That's correct. You have an exact.

From your Freedom of Information Act emails, what did you learn? We've learned the smoking gun, that this was all political from day one. Victoria Newland acknowledges in her emails when she was presented with this, that this is all political. And they spoke about a political deadline being the upcoming election in order to get this. Victoria Newland again? Who is she? She's a former assistant secretary of state. All right. So you are, you believe, your organization believes that the State Department under President Obama entered into some kind of arrangement with people who were trying to dig up dirt against Donald Trump. That's what you believe.

Well, it seems that they're trying to, at a minimum, pass this information on and use it to hurt a candidate for President of the United States, which was candidate Trump at the time. Yes, absolutely. Who do you believe was the director of this operation? Well, we're trying to get to the bottom of that. All right, so you don't know yet. Heavily rejected. Who put this operation together? What you do know from documents that you have now

is that the State Department under President Obama was involved with this phony dossier meant to hurt Donald Trump. All right, Mr. Booz, we appreciate it. Because every single one of us, every American citizen, will be in trouble if due process is not brought back. Now, in the courts, we still have it. You are innocent until proven guilty. But a lot of times in court, it's not fair. What happened?

But in the court of public opinion, we've lost due process. B-2, the fanatical far left, the media in particular blaring allegations on the front page, and then when it's proven not to be true, it's on page 36. That is not true. So all of our most, I don't think it's, I think freedom of speech and freedom of religion are most important rights, but due process is right behind it. Remember, when the founding fathers put together the Constitution, in France, our ally, during the Revolutionary War, they had the Napoleonic Code, guilty. You're guilty, and you have to prove yourself innocent.

And Claudius said, no. Why? Because in the 17th century, in Salem, Massachusetts, they executed 19 people as witches, and witches don't exist. The founders knew that. They go, you know what? No, you're innocent.

And if the state can't prove you guilty, you're not guilty. But that has gone away. Kavanaugh, unbelievable. Mueller report, even though it exonerated Donald Trump on collusion, you see what's happened? No, he's guilty. No, CNN knows better. He's guilty. We don't care what Mueller says now.

We loved Mueller, but now we don't love him. Because he didn't find Trump guilty. This is what they call a kangaroo court, a public opinion. So, read the column. Fight for due process. Anybody who convicts anybody in conversation with you without evidence, call them on it. Got to stop.
