Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Thursday, March 14th, 2024, stand up for your country. Because we are off Fridays, I have to give my staff some downtime because we work extremely hard with much fewer people, much fewer people, does that make sense, with fewer people than the networks and things like that. So they really work hard, and I give them Fridays.
Starting point is 00:00:40 So happy St. Patrick's Day on Sunday. I hope you have a good time, but I hope you keep it reasonable. No excess. So there is a reason why God created the hangover. All right? Do the map. So St. Patrick's Day is a fun day, but a lot of people just take it too far, and we don't want that to happen.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Now, all week I've been analyzing the political polling right now, and Joe Biden did not get any bump after his state of the union address last week. He's pretty much where he was, but it's close. It's closed almost everywhere, and Donald Trump should be up by about 10 points, and we know the reasons why. I mean, it's very difficult for some people to acknowledge the truth that Joe Biden is a terrible president, and he is, and Donald Trump did much better in the Oval Office, but Trump's demeanor holds him back, and it prevents some voters from acknowledging what I just told you. Trump was a far better president, just on logistics, right? The economy oversees. whatever it may be, but it's lost because of the demeanor, and that is the subject of the talking points memo this evening. So Americans should vote for problem solvers, right? When I put together confronting the presidents, my latest book, which will be out September 10th,
Starting point is 00:02:18 we were looking to see which presidents out of the 45 solve complicated problems and which ones did not. And we tell you, and there's no doubt, not going to be a debatable book, a lot of people would be mad at me, I know that, they're always mad at me, but what we have in a book is backed up 15 different ways, it's not opinion, it's fact. So the fact, right now in America, in 2024, so there are three major problems facing you and me. I mean, there are about 300 problems in play, but three main ones. The first one is the open border. that problem was created by President Biden. Not only has he not solved that he created the problem
Starting point is 00:03:02 because Donald Trump had things under control with the Remain of Mexico policy and then Biden knocked it out and opened the border and 10 million people came in at least and tons and tons of narcotics, a record amount of narcotics and a record amount of migrants crossing the border. That's not in dispute.
Starting point is 00:03:23 Did that happen? So the unintended consequences, of that are bankrupting cities and towns, violent crime, all of this. And Biden will not solve the problem. Could tomorrow, today, in the next hour, by just writing an executive order, and I've said this before, I'm sorry to be repetitive, but it is worth repeating. The United States is pausing all asylum claims for at least six months. That means nobody can ask for asylum in six months.
Starting point is 00:04:00 Everybody is turned away, no applications are taken. And the justification for this is we have to reorganize our entire border apparatus and our criminal and civil justice systems when dealing with immigration. That is easy to do. Biden will not do it, so he will not solve the problem. That would solve the problem. almost immediately. Second is high prices for essential. So the Biden BS, you can call it spin if you want, but it's really a lie, is that the president's bringing down inflation. Okay, well, he created
Starting point is 00:04:39 inflation. So when Donald Trump left office, it was 1.4% inflation in the country. Immediately upon entering the Oval Office, Biden signed a series of executive orders, making it far more expensive for fossil fuel companies to operate. Immediately, after that, executive orders went out, after those went out, the fossil fuel companies up their prices of gasoline, of heating oil, of ethanol, of everything. Now, since most of the fuel in this country is transported, all the trucking costs went up, all the port costs went up,
Starting point is 00:05:23 The refinery costs went up, everything went up. And then the food prices went up and the clothing prices went up and everything stayed up. So just because inflation declines doesn't mean the prices are declining. Most people don't understand that. And the Biden administration knows that so they can lie and tell you, well, inflation's coming down and we're doing a hell of a job. You created the problems.
Starting point is 00:05:49 So that's two mammoth problems that Joe Biden created himself. Didn't need Congress to help him. Now, did you vote for that if you're a Biden voter? Did you vote for an open border and paying what, 17% more for essentials of life? Did you vote for that? Why on earth would you consider voting for Joe Biden? Again, he should get no votes. Shut out.
Starting point is 00:06:13 And the third problem is public disorder. So in many parts of the country, including where I live in the New York City area, things are out of control. Now, the President of the United States cannot directly control what states and cities do. So there are no bail laws in New York State, which are insane. They are absolutely insane. And everybody knows that. The women on the view know it.
Starting point is 00:06:38 They were given Governor Hockel a hard time yesterday about the Nobel laws. If you can believe this, I was stunned. So anyway, Biden can't go in and tell Albany, New York, you can't have a Nobel law. Can't do that. What he can do is speak out against it. Now remember as a senator, Joe Biden was the tough on crime guy. He signed on to the mandatory prison sentences. He was pushing that. But like everything else, Joe Biden has reversed all of his past beliefs. All right? I call him a man for no seasons. He didn't believe in anything but power. That's all he wants. It's all his wife wants. Power. They're like the Marcos family in the Philippines. all right i don't know if jill has that many shoes but that's who they remind me up so you've got open border high prices for essentials and public disorder in major urban centers and Biden has no solution doesn't really engage on any of it he's panicking now so he threw out this uh immigration bill um which again when you read the bill does not come close to solving the problem so why would
Starting point is 00:07:51 you vote for it? Why would you give anybody credibility by voting for a bill that doesn't solve the problem? I mean, I'm a simple man. I read the thing and I went this and they got to solve anything. You're still going to have hordes of foreign nationals coming in here. And it's going to cost the government more than it is now. For what? For what? Shut it down. Reorganize. So, Joe Biden is the second worst president, and I have this in confronting the presidents in our history next to James Buchanan, who basically allowed the Civil War to happen. My co-author Martin Dugard disagrees with me a little bit on, not a little bit. He disagrees with me on the Biden second worst president thing.
Starting point is 00:08:43 So you'll find that interesting in the text of the book. You see whose argument is stronger. But now we have a vote coming up in less than eight months, and millions of Americans don't seem to care that Biden is such a bad president. And I say that with concern. Okay, you're a Democrat. I respect that you're a Democrat. Just like I respect you're a Republican.
Starting point is 00:09:08 But the man's delivery, how he's conducted himself in office, is so terrible. And it's demonstrable. You can prove it. I can prove it all day long in any debate. all right and you're still going to vote for that because it's going to get worse if he's reelected all the stuff's going to get worse because then he doesn't have to worry about the vote in four years and the way things are going it's not inconceivable that democrats could control both houses of congress that that would be the end of the united states as we know it traditional america
Starting point is 00:09:39 would evaporate if that happens and very concerning to me all right because i'm watching this And I'm not an activist. I'm not, you know, when I was at the Fox News Channel, I came off as a traditional guy who understood how the United States became the most powerful nation in the world, and I wanted to keep our status as that. Whereas Barack Obama did not. Okay, he didn't want the United States to be the big dog.
Starting point is 00:10:08 You want it all parity. And I disagree with the president, but it was a polite disagreement. We could talk about it. Now you can't. All right. on the conservative networks news max and fox overwhelmingly it's ideology that they're selling you it's not problem solving I don't know of
Starting point is 00:10:27 any television news analyst that is a problem solver right now and if you do please email bill at bill o'reilly dot com bill at bill o'reilly dot com because I don't watch a lot of it anymore I don't learn much but I when I do watch I don't see that. I see ideology, ideology. That's what I see. Pander, pander, pander, pander, all over the place. At the end of this broadcast, we're going to show you how bad the networks are in this regard and how they have instituted a ban against any traditional people being on their air. It's provable. And that's at the end. Okay, so let's sum up. Now, millions of Americans don't seem to care that Joe Biden is the second worst president in American
Starting point is 00:11:19 history. And that's a lot. We have some bad ambres. And you're going to enjoy confronting the presidents. And I don't expect you to agree with me entirely on a book, but we really back it up. And that's a memo. All right. So Biden is in Saginaw, Michigan today. It's another campaign thing. He's not doing the people's business. So far, there have been, let me just get you the number there have been 74 days of this year and Biden has been campaigning for 22 of the 74 okay and he doesn't work weekends so you subtract all the weekend he never works he's never in the white house okay the guy is either in Delaware in Camp David or on the road collecting money not doing our business, because he doesn't care about doing it.
Starting point is 00:12:18 People don't believe me. They go, oh, that's impossible. It's happening right before your eyes. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver. through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.

Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays.
Starting point is 00:13:37 I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the world's politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Okay, Hunter Biden. He's a big problem for his dad. So June 3rd, he goes on.
Starting point is 00:14:07 on trial in Delaware for possessing a firearm under the influence of narcotics, okay? He could get prison time, he will not, okay? Will he be convicted? Yes, and you got the videotape there, but it'll be probation or, you know, home confinement, public service, you know how they do. He's not going to jail.
Starting point is 00:14:30 But the trial is scheduled to be underway, Judge Mary Ellen Norica, June 3rd. There is a problem because that same day, Mr. Biden is supposed to be in California to discuss his other problem, which is dodging taxes, three felony counts in Los Angeles, and he didn't pay taxes on millions and millions of dollars in income. Now, I'm not a guy who wants pain for the Biden family. I don't. But Hunter Biden deserves to be punished. He did it. And his father has the gall, and I mean that word literally, to come out and say,
Starting point is 00:15:17 hey, many Americans are not paying their fair share of taxes. Okay, but your own kid. So I wrote a message today on Bill O'Reilly.com making that point. And if I were the prosecutor, the federal prosecutor in Los Angeles, on the failure to pay taxes, tax evasion is the legal name, I'd call Joe Biden as a witness. I'd call President of the United States a witness in the trial to explain to the jury how important it is for Americans to pay taxes. Wouldn't that make sense of you? Now, that'll never happen in a million years, but I'd do it, which is why I'd never be a U.S. attorney.
Starting point is 00:16:01 eat but read the message of the day on bill o'reilly dot com and you'll enjoy it i believe all right jill biden who i am not very fond of because i believe she's exploiting her husband's uh mental capacity and loves power in a way that is unhealthy i could be wrong all right but i don't have a lot of regard for joe biden so she's going out on the road with a singer named christina aguilera Do you know her? If not, roll the tape. Okay, so she's taking that young woman with her, government expense, we're paying for it, to go out to various places in the country,
Starting point is 00:16:56 and basically talk about reproductive rights. here's what Jill Biden said in a video. Quote, this November, our reproductive rights will be on the ballot in all 50 states. Together, we need to stop a national abortion ban. There is no national abortion ban. It's not even close to being one. It's not on the ballot. It's a simple lie that she's telling.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Now, Christina Aguilera, I don't know her. But I do know that attaching yourself to a pop star is sending a message about abortion. And the message that the Bidens want to send, and the Democratic Party is, abortion is noble. It's a good thing. Let's glamorize it. Let's bring in Christina Aguilara and say to young women, hey, you know, you get pregnant and you don't want the baby, you can exterminate the fetus. And if you do, it's good. It's a good, glamorous thing. It's cool. That's a message. Now, they'll deny that, but you know it's true. Why would you bring Christina Aguilera with you? why would you lie in a video and say there's a national abortion ban or isn't now again i've said
Starting point is 00:18:05 this before it may be unfair and if it is please write to me both biden's are catholics they are glorifying now and promoting abortion if there is a judgment day i would not want to be either jill or joe Could be wrong, I could be out of line saying that. But I speak from the heart on this program. Abortion is not noble. Sometimes it is necessary, woman's life, okay, other circumstances. It is not something to be encouraged. Adoption, which we never hear about at all,
Starting point is 00:18:50 is a far better alternative, in my opinion. Now, I don't have any right to impose that opinion on anybody. And I don't. It's the way I see the world. I think that life is precious. Exterminating a phoenix, while necessary, sometimes, should be, as Bill Clinton said, rare. Am I wrong? Let me know.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Kamala Harris, another abortion zealot on a way to Minneapolis to do the same thing that Jill and Christina are doing glamorize abortion. I don't know how United States has come to this. I really don't. Okay, so Bernie Sanders is the top communist socialist elected official in the country. Bernie wouldn't deny that. He yesterday, he introduced the 32-hour work week act. So he wants national law to tell all businesses that their employees only have to work 32 hours a week. and anything over that, they get overtime pay, and it's got to be time and a half. This is all government mandated, by the way, and a whole bunch of other things. And Bernie says the bill would allow hardworking Americans spend more time at their families
Starting point is 00:20:13 while protecting their wages, making sure profits aren't only going to a select few. This is a communist bill. That's what it is. you are telling business people, both large and small, the government is telling you how long they can work and what you have to do if they go over 32 hours. Now, it's not going to pass, but it may someday. I do a little research. France is a 35-hour work week, and it's going to 32, and Norway and Denmark have 37. Now, those three countries, France, Norway, and Denmark, our economies are flat. They're not vibrant machines.
Starting point is 00:20:56 They're not like the United States, for sure. But if you own a small business, you're killed on this. This kills you. You'd probably have to go out of business. Bernie Sanders doesn't care because he wants the government to control all business, the entire private marketplace. Biden doesn't object. Do you hear Biden object to this?
Starting point is 00:21:18 He won't. And he'd sign it if it ever got passed, but it won't. Okay, how about your money now? Let's go to go banking. Go banking rates. All right. It's a new study. Says 28% of us have absolutely no retirement funding at all.
Starting point is 00:21:40 Nothing. So 28% of Americans, when they stop, working are going to be poor. They're going to be destitute. They're going to be dependent on federal and state governments to keep them alive. So how irresponsible is it for 28% of the American public to have no retirement funds? Grossly irresponsible. But the decision that you make.
Starting point is 00:22:10 All right. Other stats, 39% do not contribute to a retirement fund. Most companies don't have pensions anymore. They set up the 401ks and all that, and they match certain amount of money. But they don't, like my father, I had a pension. That's gone in most places. Okay, 30% of Americans say they'll never be able to retire. They have to work until they drop dead.
Starting point is 00:22:35 Okay. Pretty grim. Pretty grim. So Americans, according to the Vanguard group, that's a big financial concern. are borrowing at record rates from their 401k. So as long as you have your money in a 401k, it's tax-free. The government doesn't come in and tax it. And then you invest what you have in a 401k.
Starting point is 00:23:00 I mean, companies do this. Vanguard is one of them. All right. And then hopefully your investments rise. That's the theory. So if you do that for 30 years, by the time you cash in, I think it's over 65 now or 63, but you can cash it from anywhere from 62 years old to 70, I think it is.
Starting point is 00:23:23 Then you have to pay taxes, of course. Government's never going to let you have your own money. But people are going in now paying the penalty, because you had to pay a tax penalty if you withdraw early, to pay their bills. To pay their bills. I mean, this is really stunning. they can't pay their bills so they got to go in and raid their 401ks there is a shred of good news 43% of those who are donating to 401ks save more last year than in 22 now that's because of covid but it's encouraging if you young people are watching me out there i know a lot of you do on
Starting point is 00:24:07 youtube you got to put away some money my father said to me when you start working you save 10% of your take-home pay every week. And I did. Now, it really was the best advice that man ever gave me. Haiti. Okay, so the United States has pumped billions of dollars into Haiti, billions, and aid and all of that. I mean, 5.6 billion since the 2010 earthquake, taxpayer dollars from the United States to the Haitian people. Now the country is collapsed. It's run by drug gangs, and there are refugees getting in boats trying to come here. Two places they want to come, Miami, South Florida, New York City, because there are a lot of Haitians in both places.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Okay. Coast Guard is going to try to stop that, and it's easier to stop that than people walking across the border under the protection of the drug cartels in Mexico. But where do you put the migrants that the Coast Guard stop? Well, Biden says he might put them in Guantanamo Bay, which is the prison in Cuba where the terrorists are being held. Only very few of the terrorists there now. Now, I visited Guantanamo twice. It's a nice place.
Starting point is 00:25:34 I mean, it's not nice to be in a cell, but it's right on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean. and see, it's got every kind of modern mechanism and food and these migrants in Guantano thousand times better than in Forte Prince, the capital of Haiti. A thousand times better. If I was a migrant, I wouldn't even bother trying to get to Miami. I'd sail to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Say, hey, I'm here. I'd like three meals and a nice roof over my head. That's what's going on. Haiti, I've been there twice, got caught up in an insurrection there with Aristide trying to be overthrown. It's brutal.
Starting point is 00:26:21 And it could be an unbelievable tourist destination. Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist, and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week, I'll sit down for candid. conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode.
Starting point is 00:27:07 Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. President Trump and his team are shaking up Washington like never before, and we're here to cover it from all sides, especially on the topics the mainstream media won't. So if you're a political junkie on a late lunch or getting ready for the drive home, new episodes of the Sean Spicer Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day. Make sure you tune in. at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. West Point. Now, here's the story I don't understand, and we have tried and tried and tried to get to the bottom of it. So West Point is right up the Hudson River from where I am now. Okay. It is the United States Military Academy. Okay. Long storied history. The motto
Starting point is 00:28:01 is duty, honor, and country. Okay. Now, duty, honor, and country was used to be up until yesterday, okay, on its mission statement. So when you asked about West Point, say you were interested in attending, you'd see duty on our country. No more. They took it all. It's still going to keep it as a motto. But why would you take it all? Why? So we asked them, there's a pretty simple question. why are you doing this? No answer. They answered us, but they say, quote, here's a quote. Duty on our country is foundational to the United States Military Academy's culture will always remain our motto.
Starting point is 00:28:50 It defines who we are as an institution as graduate to its point. These three hollow words are the hallmark of the cadet experience and buying the long gray line together across our great history, unquote. So why are you taking off all your stationery and everything else? Why? There's no answer. None. It's insane. I don't know why. I can't tell you, well, I think it's because it is, or I have speculation, or I hurt. There's no, I don't know. I do know that the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, President Biden, could have stopped that. You said, no, we're not doing that. But he didn't. Now, a lot of conservatives say, well, this is woke. Maybe, but I don't know what's offensive in a military academy about duty honor country.
Starting point is 00:29:47 Why would woke people object to that? Duty, honor country. even if you are a progressive loon and you hate America, why would you object to that as a mission statement in the U.S. military county? This makes no sense whatsoever. But it's reality. Smart Life, Christy Brinkley, know her most successful model of all time. 70 years old now, lives on Long Island. She went to the dermatologist and had a basal cell carcinoma removed.
Starting point is 00:30:32 All right. And she is publicizing it. And it was just lucky because she brought a doctor to the dermatologist. And the doctor saw a spot on Ms. Brinkley's face and said, hey, I got to check this out. And it was pre-cancerous. And she had to remove. And now she's telling everybody to go to dermatologist. Well, who do you know has been doing that?
Starting point is 00:30:54 Right here. I've had 10 of them removed from my body, 10. Any one of which could have killed me. I go to the dermatologist once every six months now, sometimes even more than that, if I see something popping up. Because my father died from melanoma because he ignored it. So I, in smart life, I continue, you know,
Starting point is 00:31:20 you got to be aware if you see something that you haven't seen before there's a mole or something not right you got to go should go anyway if you're over the age of 50 you should go to dermatologists anyway just have a little exam okay Medicare covers mine so congratulations at Chrissy Brinkley for doing that most obese cities chubbyest people in the USA here they are most obese McAllen, Texas, Jackson, Mississippi, Shreveport, Louisiana, Mobile, Alabama, Little Rock, Arkansas. Are they all in common? They're in the South. And my theory, and I could be wrong, is so hot in the South that people kind of just stay in the house and they snack.
Starting point is 00:32:11 They're not getting enough exercise. But I could be wrong on that, of course. But those are the chubbiest cities. Now, the least overweight cities are. Seattle, Honolulu, Boston, Denver, San Jose. All of those places are younger, younger people. Outside, a lot. Culture is out. Boston, not as much as the others. Seattle is very active.
Starting point is 00:32:43 Everybody's got a bike, you know, but they're the least. So I've just up my daily routine of walking because the Teradog was ill, as I told you, Holly, a Teradog had a brain tumor removed. She's okay, stabilized, but you can't do the power walks with me anymore. We have to watch, Holly. So now what I'm doing is even more of power walking to get my blood sugar down further. okay and I do that as many times a week as I can't but minimum four times okay sometimes six I usually take Sunday off so if you're not walking that would be good
Starting point is 00:33:32 knock the sugar out walk you see big changes on the positive side in your life okay this day in history 60 years ago today. March 14th, 1964, jury in Dallas finds Jack Ruby guilty of murdering Lee Harvey Oswald. There's Ruby. So Oswald was in custody of the Dallas Police Department. Ruby was a low-level thug in Dallas who owned the Carousel Club where a lot of Dallas cops went. It was a strip joint. And Ruby was friendly with the cops. So when he came to him, he came into the police station, nobody thought anything about it. They saw him a lot. Oswald was being transferred to a more secure facility, prison facility, after he was arrested for killing
Starting point is 00:34:27 John F. Kennedy for assassinating him. Ruby pulled out a gun, shot Oswald dead. We all remember that. It was shocking. So Ruby went on trial and he found guilty sentenced to death. But Ruby's conviction was overturned um because there was some irregularities in a trial or whatever he was never retried because he died uh in 1967 three years out of a pulmonary embolism now in killing canady my book which is i think next to killing lincoln the biggest selling well killing jesus was was big but anyway we tell you about Jack Ruby or he trace him why he killed Oswald. He said publicly he did it to spare Jackie Kennedy the agony of a trial. So obviously we would have put Lee Harvey Oswald on trial with a big dog
Starting point is 00:35:27 and pony show. Jackie Kennedy would have had to endure it. So Ruby says that he killed Oswald to spare her that. That might be true. Okay, I don't know for sure, but Killing Kennedy is the book on the Kennedy assassination. Okay, mail and final thought you're going to enjoy. My appearance on Saturday Night Live ties into what I'm talking about, and we'll show it to you. Let's go to the mail. Before we do that, I want you to go to billowryly.com store and pick up a self-reliance mug. We have those mugs for you.
Starting point is 00:36:08 Theme mugs. Give it to a younger person. Remind them how to succeed in life, self-reliance, made in America. Confronting the presidency can pre-order out September 10th. We won't bill you until we ship it. And whether they do not be more dent, M-O-R-D-A-N-T. Let's go to the mail. Lee.
Starting point is 00:36:30 Bill, thank you for pointing out that a jury is supposed to decide whether President Biden is guilty in a classified document's case. It is not the prosecutor's job to decide guilt or innocence. Absolutely. That is a flaw in our system. Lloyd, if Hunter Biden invaded taxes, then President Biden probably did also. No. I don't think you can make that linkage. I don't see how you can link the two together. Not file joint tax returns. Mark, people in Congress are missing the point about what's so dangerous about TikTok.
Starting point is 00:37:06 Not data sharing, lots of apps and companies share data. It is that TikTok is brainwashing. OK, I'm not on TikTok. I would love to see an example of TikTok brainwashing the younger people who go on it. I'd like to see it. Maybe we will. Why do you refer to conservatives like Matt Gates, O'Reilly,
Starting point is 00:37:31 as far right, but you never call any progressives far left? Scott Evans, Calabasas, California. I love Calabasas, by the way. It's great, Scott. I guess you're new to this program. I think I've used the term far-left loons about a million times in seven years. So, I don't know how you missed it. Felix Kewick, Uxbridge, Massachusetts.
Starting point is 00:38:04 Bill, you probably answered this question, but how can all of these seemingly intelligent and self-employed people have the same dumb mindset watching, wanting the U.S. to become socialist. No, it's not business people. It's the people who are dependent on the government. The millions and millions and millions of people in this country who get handouts from the government, they want socialism.
Starting point is 00:38:28 They don't want to compete in the marketplace. That's who that is. Jim Danza sat in Ireland, New York, a bill, you and I know the country's too far gone because Democrats control everything. even if Trump win, it's only putting a four-year band-aid. I don't believe that. I think we can turn it around here.
Starting point is 00:38:47 Mark Hardy-Wendon, Carlsbad, California. My question, when politicians form special committees like the January 6th committee, do they receive additional compensation? No. Nope, part of their job. Bruce Gurley, I would like to have the website that Bill says drives down car insurance premiums.
Starting point is 00:39:09 Okay, last time, policy genius.com. PolicyGenius, one word, dot com. Randy McCoy, Dallas, Texas. Quick note to say, Bill, how much you're appreciated. I can always count on your honest reporting. I also want to compliment you on the knot and your ties. There we go. Try to square that knot, center in the dimple.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Okay, back with a final thought in a moment. Here's the final thought of the day. One of the dangers in this country is that the corporate media has now gone 100% left. And here is the proof of that. No conservative traditional people are booked on late night or morning programs run by the networks. We can't find any. We've been searching. Now, you may remember that I appeared 78 times on late night and morning.
Starting point is 00:40:06 work shows, mostly promoting the killing books. So the Today Show eight times, Good Morning America 6, CBS this morning 5, Leno 16, Fallon 4, Letterman 16, Colbert 5. I don't even remember the Colbert stuff. I blocked that out. John Stewart 13, Jimmy Kim 05, because he's in L.A. All right, total 78 times I was on. Now for the past seven years, I can't find anybody. Look, a guy like Mark Levin is a huge bestseller. He's going to be on the Today Show? No. He's going to be on with Fallon? No. Everybody at Fox News is pretty famous, all their front line commentators. Are they ever booked on any of the networks? No. Never see them. I'm not a conspiracy guy, but this is impossible to not have a blank.
Starting point is 00:41:05 blanket, we're not booking any traditional conservative people. That's what they're doing. The networks are doing that to tilt the culture left. And it's worked. Now, I was actually on Saturday Night Live February 18th, 2012. Roll it. All right, now, Bill O'Reilly. You have written a best-selling book on one of our greatest presidents
Starting point is 00:41:31 called Killing Lincoln. That's right. Now, what can we learn about Lincoln? today. Now, D'Andre, listen up, I was a teacher in Miami and I know that the times now are a lot like the times are in the Civil War because we're a
Starting point is 00:41:45 divided nation. It's not as intense as back then, but what we need most now is leadership. We've got to pull together. Pulling together. All right. Now, it's going to take the kind of tremendous leadership that President Lincoln
Starting point is 00:42:05 had to give this country, all right? That's what we need to get it back on course. Back on the path, yeah. Okay, so Lincoln had that leadership, and it was just a tragedy that he died the way he did. It's a tragedy, baby, and I got to say, Ooh, yeah. What's up with that?
Starting point is 00:42:30 What's up with that? Okay, so. that'll never happen again in this country. And it's a shame. That was hysterical. I enjoyed my appearance over there, and everybody was nice to me, except one person on,
Starting point is 00:42:48 I even forget her name, but I'll tell you about someday. But anyway, you're not going to see that anymore. And it's by design. So the younger generation in America, they don't know anything but left-wing stuff. on the network chat shows, morning, afternoon, entertainment. You don't see it anymore.
Starting point is 00:43:15 And Letterman was the basic example. When I first went on, Letterman gave me a hard time, I give him a hard time right back. And at the end, he respected me, said I was one of his best guests. But the network chieftains, the people who run the corporations, we're going to knock out All traditional conservative people, you're not going to see them. We're going to marginalize them. And they have. I'm going to write my Sunday column on it.
Starting point is 00:43:43 You should know about it. It's pretty serious in this culture. Thank you for watching and listening to the No Spin News. Again, have a safe St. Patrick's Day. We'll see you Monday.
