Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, stand up for your country. Got a lot to tell you about President Biden's border executive order, but I'm going to issue a viewer warning first. I'm not going to bash Biden. That's cheap and easy, and it's getting us nowhere. I am going to give you tonight the most precise analysis of President Biden's point of view on the southern border that you will get anywhere in the world. And if I'm bragging and I don't live up to what I have just said, I want you to scold me. bill at bill o'reilly dot com name in town from anywhere in the world right so the executive order on
Starting point is 00:01:06 the border is the subject of this evening's talking points memo let's go over the facts so the Biden administration is in deep trouble even with all of Donald Trump's problems he is still losing in the polls the president reasons. The economy, people paying a lot more for everything, and the southern border. Here are the stats. So about 10 million, probably more, but I'm using that as a conservative figure, and this comes from the Center for Immigration Studies. About 10 million foreign nationals have wandered into the United States since Biden's been president. big number, okay? And 6.2 of those 10, and there are more than 10, but I'm, again,
Starting point is 00:02:06 being conservative, 6.2, have requested asylum, and the Biden administration has allowed them to disappear. They're in the United States. Nobody knows where they are. There's no federal supervision whatsoever. 6.2 million out of 10 million. That is as irresponsible a policy as I have ever seen any president institute. And as you know, I'm a presidential historian with the upcoming book confronting the president. There has never been a worse single policy instituted by any president than opening the southern border. Okay. So now Biden issues executive orders, okay, 212F, 215A. You don't need to know that. It's basically this. Simple man, simple analysis. Once the Board of
Starting point is 00:03:04 Patrol in its computer system receives more than 2,500 asylum requests, everything shuts down. No more requests are taken that day. But then they start up the next day. So it's basically a come on over card for 2,500 foreign nationals. But no more than that, a day. There are 365 days in the year. So Biden somehow thinks this is going to stem migration into, no. People just wait online until their time comes where they can apply for asylum. Now, there's all kinds of little stuff.
Starting point is 00:03:53 He's going to remove people. He's going to do this. But none of that will happen. And that, of course, wants more money. Joe Biden wants more money. I need more money to spend. I'm the biggest spending president in the history of the Repar. I need more to hire more people down there.
Starting point is 00:04:14 You didn't need it three years ago, but you need it now, right? Okay. So this thing that he's doing, it might help a little a smidgin. okay but it's not a solution because joe biden doesn't want a solution here is before i get to his sound bite i want it he looked very shaky at the podium today if you watched it you see it he was mumbling talking too fast that's why he stammers okay but it could barely hear him okay reading the in a strained way, like almost a prompter stare, okay, trying to get out this address, why he did this executive order. Very shaky. After he was finished, he barely got off that
Starting point is 00:05:11 stage. It looked like a baby, maybe a two-year-old walking. Very, very slow. Did not take any questions at all. One guy yelled about Netanyahu, and he said one, but no questions. Why would take questions. Why would he answer any questions? He doesn't have any answers. Okay, so he barely got through it. Here's the most important soundbite go. My very first day as president, I introduced a comprehensive immigration reform plan to fix our broken system, secure our border, provide a pathways for citizens, for dreamers, and a lot more. I'm still fighting to get that done. We must face the simple truth. To protect America as a land that welcomes immigrants, we must first secure the border and secure it now. The simple truth is there is a worldwide
Starting point is 00:06:06 migrant crisis. And if the United States doesn't secure our border, there's no limit to the number of people may try to come here because there's no better place in the planet than the United States of America. So it took Biden three and a half years and more than nine, 10 million intrusions for him to figure that out. Is that the kind of chief executive this country needs? The only reason he's doing it, as I said, is because he's sinking. Now, he says that he had a broken system when he got into office. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:06:50 And this is not a partisan pro-Trump analogy. is the fact. Trump got the remain in Mexico policy done by threatening Obrador with a 25% tariff. So Obrador had to put his troops on both borders, Guatemala, USA, which Obrador did, that stopped migration to the extent that about 835,000 migrants made it in here the last year in Trump's term. So Biden didn't inherit a broken board. order, he had Trump solved the problem temporarily. So Biden is being disingenuous, not telling the truth. And again, Biden doesn't even know what the truth is and couldn't care less what the
Starting point is 00:07:39 truth is. He says what is written for him. That's what he does. The first day, Biden dismantled all the remaining Mexico stuff. And the deluge started. the truth. Okay? That is the truth. Why, though? Here's a question. Why did Joe Biden take a border situation that was contained and blow it up? Because the progressive base that controls Mr. Biden doesn't want any restraints on immigration. They want the country flooded with
Starting point is 00:08:23 foreign nationals to destroy the so-called white patriarchy that is in place. White men hold most of the power in America. The progressive left wants to destroy that, and the fastest way to do it is to import foreign people into the USA, which, many of whom will support progressive policies, because along with destroying the white patriarchy, the progressives want massive entitlements given to people who don't earn a certain amount of money. They want socialism. Biden's down with that.
Starting point is 00:09:09 That's fine. That's why it happened. And to approve it, the ACLU, which is a socialist organization now, that has nothing to do with freedom of speech. Okay, filed suit against. against the Biden executive order, just limiting the little limits that Biden put in, the ACLU wants thrown out.
Starting point is 00:09:32 See? The progressive left is horrified that Biden did this. And they're suing them. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I particularly,

Starting point is 00:11:08 new episodes of the Sean Spicer Show podcast drop at 2 p.m. East Coast every day. Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple Podcast, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. Okay. Okay. So we're in a situation now where most Americans never heard what I just told you. Some, and I don't want to be supercilious here, a word of the day, are not smart enough to understand it. They don't know what the word patriarchy means. Okay?
Starting point is 00:11:42 They don't get it. They don't know. And most of them don't care. All right. So that Biden is doing the old razzle-dazzle. If you ever saw the player of the movie, the best little whorehouse in Texas, the old razzle-dazzle, right?
Starting point is 00:12:00 Will it work? Well, here's what I said on News Nation last night. Go. Would you agree that President Biden, by October, can claim victory? He can claim that he's doing something. Border crossings are down by 42% or whatever it is. And that might help him.
Starting point is 00:12:17 a lot in the election. Yeah, it might carry the dumb vote. I mean, the dumb vote might go for that. But according to Homeland Security, there are 6.2 million foreign nationals now in the country who want asylum, 6.2 million. And Homeland Security doesn't really know where they are or what they're doing. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:41 So the dumb vote. It's growing, substantial. That's what this was aimed at today. All right, once again, I think that analysis I just gave you, 11 minutes of it, is the best you'll get. And bill at bill o'Reilly.com, if I'm wrong, and that's the memo. President Biden's scheduled today, hosts a little picnic. Picnic at the White House.
Starting point is 00:13:12 Then he goes to Paris at 8.10 overnight flight to do the day. D-Day ceremonies and hang out with Macron. Now, the Macron thing is interesting. So D-Day, we'll cover that on Thursday. And I got a good guest tomorrow who's written a book that you might want to read about how the Allies really won that invasion. But anyway, so Biden goes to Paris, he goes to D-Day, gives the standard speech, it's 80th anniversary, and then he hangs out with Macron.
Starting point is 00:13:44 Why is he spending so much time with Macron? because of Israel, Israel Hamas. That's what that's all about. Now, inexplicably, then Biden comes back here, but has to leave a few days later for Italy to the G7 summit. Why are you coming back? Why don't you just get down to the south of France and relax like you let you know what? So waste of taxpayer money. Old guy, you know, transnational. Atlantic Flight? It didn't make any sense to me at all. But he's probably got stuff that we don't know about over there. D-Day, by the way, is worth paying attention to. And I'll give you one fact to tease our coverage that coming up on Thursday. The area where the American cemetery is, 9,000 American dead in that cemetery, is 173 acres. It's a big big site. That's American soil. Do you know that? We run that. And when you go to Normandy, I hope you do, I did. And I did an extensive reporting from there and really know what
Starting point is 00:15:01 I'm talking about for killing Patton, the book. Okay, on the Biden front again, home energy bills this summer are up 8 percent, will be up. According to the National Energy Assistant Directors Association. Okay. So the average air conditioning in 2020, when Biden won, it's 556 a summer. Now it's 719. And that's why he's likely to lose the election. Every single thing. Up, up, up. Okay. Donald Trump's schedule this week, he's going to Phoenix for a rally and a town hall on Thursday. I'm going to give you Trump and Biden's schedule every day from now on. Money raised for the Biden, for the Trump machine, I should say, since the verdict last week, 70 million. Big. Okay, Wall Street Journal yesterday had an editorial saying the U.S. military is
Starting point is 00:16:08 in dire trouble. Okay? The people who defend this country, it's all going to hell. As I said, Joe Biden, no idea, doesn't care. Here's a journal say, quote, for all the talking points that America spends more than its competitors, U.S. defense spending slipping below three percent of the economy heading towards 1930s territory. Beijing is spending far more than advertised on a military force, clear design defeat the U.S. in the Pacific, unquote. And Putin, of course, is mobilizing everybody because of the war in Ukraine. Now, The decline in the U.S. military is being essentially ignored by the corrupt American press. But I'm not going to ignore it.
Starting point is 00:16:54 And again, Biden couldn't care less about it. Here are the stats. Army recruitment, the year 2008,000 recruits. Last year, 55,000. Marine Corps, 2000, 35, last year 333. Air Force, 2036, 2023, 24,000. Navy, and this is the worst, 58,000, 2,000, 23, 30,000. So, all the services are in decline, they don't have enough people, and they don't have enough money, and the weapons are getting obsolete.
Starting point is 00:17:44 Not good. There is a new book out that you might be interested in reading. It is called Woke Warriors, How the Left is Destroying America's Ability to Fight and Win Its Wars. And the author of the book, very interesting, he's an attorney and was a JAG, worked as a lawyer in the army, and Katie Cherkuski joins us now
Starting point is 00:18:10 from New York City. Okay, I don't really know where to start here. A lot of your book is on The Woke, and we'll get to that. But were you surprised when you read the Wall Street Journal yesterday that the U.S. military is in steep decline? Oh, I'm not surprised whatsoever. This has been known for a long time. They've been facing these recruiting crises for years now,
Starting point is 00:18:33 and it's really come to a head while we're in a world position. That's very precarious, needless to say. Sure. We got Russia, China, Iran access now. They're all helping each other create world chaos in an aggressive way, and our military is on the decline. But I haven't seen much reportage on this. Have you? No, there's not a lot of discussion, and I think there's not a lot of understanding about how political the military is as an institution, and that's really where in our book we discuss from an inside perspective how the justice system has been essentially become a woke system and enforces laws that we would consider to be part of the woke agenda, much to the detriment of our service and to their readiness from our perspective as well. Well, give us an example of how woke affects. military readiness? Well, this is kind of the complicated story that I'll try to make very short here. Essentially, the military is run, of course, by the commander-in-chief, the president.
Starting point is 00:19:39 And all of the top military brass are political appointees. And so when you have a president in the White House that essentially folds to the very far left of the party, all of those policies that you can imagine that we talk about as being woke, these DEI policies, these denials of this. the differences between men and women, for example, the focus on the hyper focus on the Me Too movement, which is where we claim that this movement began in the military itself under Obama's administration. All of these become the priority of the service. They spend untold amount of dollars and hours and resources and they take people out of their positions in the military to investigate everything
Starting point is 00:20:19 that you could possibly imagine that falls under these kind of woke ideas. People feel offended. people feel like they are being discriminated against. These are the priority. There's been a few stats released from the Pentagon about the amount of man hours that have gone into training on CRT-type things, DEI, all of these different types of far-left progressive agendas that really has overtaken the Department of Defense
Starting point is 00:20:44 over the past 15 years or so. Do you think that inhibits people from signing up for the military? Well, it obviously does. absolutely does. There have been some studies as well that we discussed in the book that the vast majority of military recruits come from the same small towns across America, come from military families. And many of those people are not encouraging their children to enlist. The recruiting marketing campaigns are aimed at the opposite of what we would think of as a traditional warrior ethos, which many people now find offensive as some sort of toxic masculinity. But when we're talking about
Starting point is 00:21:23 recruiting for an organization who's literally meant to fight and win wars, I think that we need to be pretty plain about why that's important. Now, the defense chief is Lloyd Austin. Liberal man, right? Goes along with the progressiveness. Give me your assessment of Mr. Austin. Well, he's one of the biggest parts of these problems here. There is the attitude of the top brass and of the Biden administration when it comes to the military and many of the actions that have been implemented into the military in terms of the DEI programs and all of that are because of the direct action of the president to instill those policies across the Department of Defense as the number one priority.
Starting point is 00:22:10 We know that, but this Austin guy, nobody knows anything about him. Well, he's incredibly progressive. He's incredibly hyper-focused on the ideas of. of diversity on the ideas of what the far left essentially make us stronger. Rather than being General Patton, okay, he's more, well, I don't even know. Last word on this, last question on this.
Starting point is 00:22:36 When I saw the stats that we gave before the interview started about the decline in people signing up with the various services, I said to myself that this should be a very big story in America. It is not. And I have never heard Joe Biden address it as commander chief at all. You don't see him get out, say, hey, why don't you sign up? Why don't you? You know, you love your country. Come to your country's defense. Never, never hear anything like that. Biden's spending enormous amounts of money on global warming, on entitlement spending, on, you know, infrastructure, all of this. And the military budget is slipping below three
Starting point is 00:23:21 percent. Okay, now. So I'm almost of the opinion that the Biden administration doesn't care at all about this issue and neither does the press. Am I wrong? Well, it seems to be the case. And I think when we're living in an extended peacetime era, essentially, it's easy to become a little bit blind to the issues that are occurring within our military. And as some of the Marine Corps generals have said in the book we mentioned this, that our future enemies will be the arbiters of such decisions because the focus has been so far off of what we would traditionally consider the operational needs of the military that we don't know how that will play, but practically speaking, we know that there's been a huge distraction instilled into the department
Starting point is 00:24:11 at this point. There's no doubt about it. We still have the best military in a sense of technological weapons, special forces, all of that. But China and Russia are catching up. The book, again, is Woke Warriors, How the Left is Destroying America's ability to Fight and win in wars. Katie Cherkoski is the author along with her husband, and we hope to check it out. Thanks for coming in. We really appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:24:38 Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. It's what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Power, politics, and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist, and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week, I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, lawmakers, and even the President of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America and the world.
Starting point is 00:25:37 Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. All right, Anthony Fauci, this is a good story. Again, not reported accurately, but I will. So Fauci, you know, is the architect of all the COVID hysteria, the mask, the distancing, all of that. But the more important story is he was in charge of the National Institute, of the National Institute of Health.
Starting point is 00:26:14 Okay, he's the boss. And they gave, and I got the number here, and we had a ferret this number out. They gave the Wuhan Lab, all right, $1,413,720. We got it right down to the penny. $1,413,722, the Wuhan Lab, which now studies show leaked the COVID virus, which killed millions. So let's go back to Mr. Fauci, Dr. Fauci, if you, you will, on May 11th, 2021. Go. Dr. Fauci, do you still support funding of the NIH funding of the lab in Wuhan?
Starting point is 00:27:03 Senator Paul, with all due respect, you are entirely and completely incorrect that the NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute That's a lie. I mean, it's a provable lie. And Fauci should just disappear. When you tell a lie at that level, it's really horrendous. So yesterday, Fauci is called to Congress, to the Oversight Committee, that's Comer, and one of the members of the committee, Jim Jordan, and Fauci have a back and forth. Go. Did U.S. tax dollars flow through a grant recipient to the lab in China? Yes, of course. It was a sub-award to the Wuhan Institute. And who approved that award? Excuse me?
Starting point is 00:27:58 And who approved that award? What agency approved that award? National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Your agency approved that, right? Yes, it did after. Does that have anything to do with this downplaying of the lab leak theory? No. Nothing to do with it?
Starting point is 00:28:12 Nothing. Do you agree that there was a push to downplay the lab leak theory? not on my part really really wow I think most of the country find that amazing I still got 11 seconds but look at the facts I've kept an open mind
Starting point is 00:28:29 throughout the entire process and you've not told the truth so he admits in this interview yesterday that US tax dollars did flow into Wuhan and by the way there's no supervision once you gave the
Starting point is 00:28:44 million four to the Chinese lab Chinese. Spend the money the way they want. Everybody knows that. It's not like they're American overseers there. So Fauci's a weasel. And I hate to do that invective, but he is. And every time I now see him, I turn it off. Smart Life. Study in Britain on, I get this all mixed up, Gen Z. That's age up to 24 years old. That's Gen Z. So they ask them, how long are you going to live?
Starting point is 00:29:19 And they say to age 76. All right. Now, gen millennials, millennials, 35 to 44, they say to 81. And if you're over 65 as senior citizen, they say you're going to kick out of here at age 84. All right. Now, life expectancy in Great Britain,
Starting point is 00:29:43 is 79 for men, 83 for women. USA, 75 for men, life expectancy, 80 for women. One of the reasons is we in America use more narcotics, that brings the life down, expectancy down. We lead the league in drug consumption. We, Americans, and that's horrible, but we do. And the other is our diet is so loaded with sugar and other garbage, fast foods, that that brings it down too. But anyway, the Smart Life segment has some tips about your longevity. Number one, you can prep. And the way you do that is primarily through two things. Diet is extremely important.
Starting point is 00:30:39 If you're eating all of sugar and drinking these sugar drinks, you're going to going quick. And you're going painful. Not if it's just when. And number two, you need a good doctor. I can't emphasize this enough. Somebody cares about you. We'll take your calls. It will not keep you waiting in the ante room for 90 minutes. And you need to go see the doctor twice a year for checkups. Okay? You got to get out front. And the thing. third thing, and this isn't important as a diet and the doctor, is, hey, you go, you go. And there's nothing you can do about it. You're going, unless you're risky behavior, and that's, you know, your problem.
Starting point is 00:31:25 But if you're going to get cancer or heart disease or whatever, then that's what's going to happen. So to worry about it is foolish and destructive. You know, you resign yourself to the fact that you're going to die. And you prepare yourself for that. Now, if you're religious people, it's easier. If you're a pagan and atheist, well, that's it for you, right? But smart life is methodical about the end. Very unemotional and methodical.
Starting point is 00:32:04 Get a will. You don't have a will out there, even if you're 45-50. Okay. Media madness. So you know this is Caitlin Clark, University of Iowa, superstar. She's now a pro, a place for the Indiana fever. So the W. The women's NBA, okay? A lot of African American women and some gays. I don't know percentage, but more than the general population. There is a belief on the part of some that this Caitlin Clark, because she's white and straight, is upsetting some of the power structure within the WNBA. And so, Ms. Clark gets whacked the other night. Let's see it. In a game with the Chicago Sky, an African-American woman pushes her down. You see it there. There wasn't even any, they didn't have the ball. They weren't even close to the action. And the African-American woman didn't apologize or anything like that.
Starting point is 00:33:16 And the league says, oh, this is bad. So why did she do it? Well, let's run a couple of sound bites in. First, CNN, go. It's part of the conversation out there that a lot of the league sees this white, straight woman coming in and being embraced by the United States of America and maybe they're not white and maybe they're not straight
Starting point is 00:33:45 and they think, what the hell is this? And that is part of what's going on. Okay. That's speculation, but possible. And Leland Vittard last night on News Nation had a reply. Go. That's also just called racism. It's that simple.
Starting point is 00:34:05 If there were multiple white women out there trying to take out the single black players, the single successful black athlete, there would be no debate. Jake Tapper would be waving the racism flag. Now, that is true. Okay? So you can, on CNN, indict African-American players, men or women, or any gay, can't do it.
Starting point is 00:34:34 So Vitter really, and that was a gussy point that he made on News Nation. Stay in history, June 4th, 2018, fascinating. news story. So Bill Clinton is promoting a book called The President Is Missing. It's a novel. You know, he had a bunch of them. And he goes on NBC, which is friendly territory for Democrats and has been for decades. Remember, this was June 4, 2018, six years ago. So a guy named Craig Melvin starts to give Clinton a hard time. Go. Do you feel like you owe her an apology? No, I do. I do. I have never talked to her, but I did say publicly on more than one occasion that I was sorry. That's very different.
Starting point is 00:35:23 The apology was public. And you don't think a private apology zone. I think this thing has been, it's 20 years ago. Come on. Let's talk about JFK. Let's talk about, you know, LBJ. Stop already. I don't think President, you think President Kennedy should.
Starting point is 00:35:41 to resign? Do you believe President Johnson should have resigned? Yes, President. Someone should ask you these questions because of the way you formulate the question. I dealt with it 20 years ago, plus, and the American people, two-thirds of them stayed with me, and I've tried to do a good job since then with my life and with my work. That's all I have to say to you. Nicole offered James Patterson will deal with him in the final thought, but Clinton made two mistakes in that.
Starting point is 00:36:14 He had to know that Lewinsky, Monica Lewinsky, and the impeachment, was going to be raised. He should just said, look, I've said all I'm going to say about that. Bing, nothing else. That's number one. So who was ever coaching Bill Clinton flunked. Okay? And number two, Patterson raises JFK and Linda Johnson. And Patterson makes a good point.
Starting point is 00:36:39 And when you read Confronting the Presidents, I hope you will, you will see that both men, Johnson and Kennedy, did far worse than Bill Clinton. But Bill Clinton was a different age. So there you go. That happened six years ago today. Back with a final thought about a book you might want to read that is kind of exciting in a moment. All right, here is the final thought of the day.
Starting point is 00:37:09 A number one book on Amazon last time I checked was called Eruption. It's a novel by Michael Crichton and James Patterson, who you just saw in the Clinton thing. So this is an interesting story. So Crichton, as you may know, Jurassic Park and Drama Strain, Westworld, Lost, all of that. Big, big, big guy. He was a doctor, physician. Harvard educated. He died at age 66 from cancer, and that was in 2008.
Starting point is 00:37:38 His wife, his widow, found an unfinished manuscript. Crichton was very eccentric. He didn't tell anybody what he was writing. But his wife found the manuscript, and then, I guess, got together with Patterson, who writes betsellers every hour on the hour, and Patterson finished it up. And I'm halfway through it, and it's a good beach read. It's, you know, techno-thriller kind of thing based in Hawaii. I love Hawaii.
Starting point is 00:38:07 But if you're really looking for just get away from it all, that kind of thing, you might check out eruption. Okay, I thought that was a good program tonight. I want to know what you think. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com, name in town. Thank you for watching. The No. Spinn News. See you again tomorrow. Thank you.
