Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey Bill O'Reilly here. Welcome to the No Spin News, Monday, June 3rd, 2024, stand up for your country. Well, once again, nothing official on President Biden's schedule. I think the strategy now is for the president to tread water throughout the summer, hoping Donald Trump will blow up. Big event, of course, is the June 27th debate, and we'll see how that shakes, obviously. But Mr. Biden, for the last four weeks,
Starting point is 00:00:41 has really done nothing. He's going to Connecticut tonight to raise money, but that's not part of his official duties. I mean, he's got a lot of problems here, especially on the southern border, which might derail him. Now, violence is mounting among, migrants in this country illegally, and that is the subject of the talking points memo this evening.
Starting point is 00:01:05 So in New York City, 1.45 a.m. this morning, Monday, okay, June 3rd, two police officers shot by a Venezuelan illegal alien named Bernardo Amata, 19 years old. He entered the country illegally through Eagle Pass, Texas, in July, 2000. 23. He is living at a Marriott Hotel in Queens paid for by the city of New York, which is being used as a migrant shelter. Police say, Mr. Mata, now in custody, is a subject in multiple robbery investigations. Okay. Now, he's entitled to due process, but he shot two cops. those police officers are okay thank god richard yaruso 26 years old christopher abreu also 26 uh yaruso was shot in his chest and his vest saved his life and abrayo was shot in the ankle
Starting point is 00:02:13 both went to the hospital now matta the illegal migrant had a gun an illegal gun which is what all criminals in New York City have. So, we started to do some investigating today. My staff did a very good job. There is no agency, federal agency, that tracks illegal migrants committing violent crimes. Okay? They don't have the data. FBI didn't have the data, nobody has the data.
Starting point is 00:02:53 Should? they don't but we found out that it is not unusual to have migrants involved in violence so you all know um about lake and riley in georgia the co-ed university of georgia co-ed killed allegedly but the guy is guilty jose ibarra another illegal from venizuel he pre on friday pled not guilty, but they'll convict them. I mean, evidence is overwhelming on this guy. And then there's a whole bunch of other anecdotal things that I could give you, but that's not going to get us anywhere. Here's what's going to get us somewhere. These stats are really interesting. So there are currently 6.2 million migrants on the, quote, non-detained docket in the
Starting point is 00:03:49 United States. This is under the Biden administration. What is the non-detained docket? That is where federal authorities release people with no supervision because they can't, the feds can't, process their asylum requests. Six point two million. Run around. Out of that, it is estimated that 620,000 of them, 10% of a criminal conviction. This comes out of the House Judiciary Committee. And that makes sense. 20%, 10%, sometimes Zai is 15, of any group in the world are miscreants. 10% of cops, 10% of priests, 10% of the population.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Okay? overwhelmingly, migrants who come here are not violent, but if you have 10 million under the Biden administration, which is a number that pretty much everybody accepts, that's a million that are violent. Shouldn't be here. I mean, there's no two sides to the story. There's more stats. So under Donald Trump, the Border Patrol, okay, arrested for crimes, about 21,000 people, okay, on migrants, 21,000.
Starting point is 00:05:28 Under Biden, more than 50,000, more than a double, and these are crimes, not just crossing in here asking for asylum. These are crimes. This is Border Patrol only. All right. Homicide manslaughter, 110 under Biden. Big number. Assault battery, domestic violence, 4,000, selling narcotics, 8,000. And it's a double across the board from Trump. And that's because of the open border policy. Now, the Democrats know, the Biden administration knows, this could sink Joe Biden in November. So Biden's going to issue. an executive order at any time. But all it's going to say is, once you get to $4,000 or $2,500, whatever it may be, then we're not going to take any more claims that day, asylum claims. But the crux of this matter is, and we reported this, August 9, 2023, if you go back that far. The President Biden has violated the law. When you talk about Donald Trump in New York court
Starting point is 00:06:34 for falsifying business records, but President Biden has violated immigration law. himself. All right. Immigration law reads this way. The Border Patrol issued a proclamation to clear this up that says all non-citizens, including asylum seekers, declaring their fear of persecution, must enter the country at a U.S. port of entry, undergo inspection, go before an immigration judge in order to be allowed to enter the USA. That's the law that Congress passed. When you're Biden, you can apply for asylum in the desert in the middle of the Rio Grande anywhere. No port-a-call, no judge appearance, nothing. They're in.
Starting point is 00:07:20 Okay. You'll be lucky if they put your name in a computer because 6.2 million haven't. They're gone. This is a violation of law. And of course it's impeachable. Of course. They can impeach Biden on this. But everybody knows the Democratic Party would never vote to convict them in the Senate ever.
Starting point is 00:07:40 because the Democrats want an open border to heighten their voting rolls down the road. This is not, again, subject to debate. So when you see what a mess this is now dangerous, then you think back to the two New York City police officers shot at 120 this morning. And, you know, you've got a million migrants here that are dangerous, and that's all on Joe Biden. Not to say some of them wouldn't have gotten across, they would have, but nowhere near the numbers. Remember, after Trump put the remaining Mexico policy, illegal immigration fell to $850,000 a year.
Starting point is 00:08:26 Now it's $3,4 million. And that's a memo. Let's face it, the U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold. Hey, it's Sean Spicer from the Sean Spicer Show podcast, reminding you to tune into my show every day to get your daily dose inside the world of politics. Make sure you tune in. You can find us at Apple Podcasts. Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. As I said, Joe Biden goes to Connecticut to scoop up money, and that's it. It's all he does. New poll, Harris, about, this is after the Trump conviction, Democrat 37, Republican 36, and dependent 25, fair poll question. If the 24 election were held today, would you vote for Trump 43, Biden 42?
Starting point is 00:10:35 Again, after the conviction, don't know 14. It's a high number, don't know. Election were held today, who we vote for with five candidates. Trump 40, Biden 38. RFK Jr. 11, Cornell, West 1, Dealstein 1, unsure, 8. Do you think the prosecutions of Trump are fair and unbiased, fair and unbiased 49, politically motivated 51? Okay, that's an interesting poll, I thought.
Starting point is 00:11:07 Hunter Biden gun trial begins in Delaware, federal beef. He was a drug addict. You know, he's pleading not guilty. I don't know how he gets out of this. I mean, they got him on tape, his own laptop, saying he had the gun. He was on smoking crack every 15 minutes. I don't know. He's entitled to due process, okay?
Starting point is 00:11:30 But that's an embarrassment. So here's a statement out of the White House today. Joe Biden didn't write it, but here's what came out. I am the president, but I am also a dad. Jill and I love our son. We are so proud of the man. He is today. Hunter's resilience in the face of adversity and strength he has brought to his recovery are inspiring to us, unquote.
Starting point is 00:11:50 By the way, Jill Biden is not Hunter Biden's mom, step mom. Okay. Okay. I'm I going to follow it. I'll follow it if anything unusual happens. Shouldn't be long. He's not going to jail. Trump's not going to jail.
Starting point is 00:12:09 They're not going to do that. Okay, so back to another poll, ABC News. Ah, Democrat 31, Republican 29, Independent 32. Do you think Donald Trump should end his campaign because of the verdict? Should end his campaign, 49, should not 37, don't know 14. Do I believe that number? No, but I could be wrong. Do you think the verdict was correct or not correct?
Starting point is 00:12:37 50, not correct, 27, don't know 23. So you had 27, 23, that's 50. All right. Finally, do you think charges against Donald Trump were politically motivated? Yes, 47, no 38. Well, majority think they were politically motivated, but who knows? So what I wanted to do tonight to be ahead of the curve and, you know, give you as much perspective as we can give you on. on the upcoming election, which we are now into high gear on. You know that. If you watch the NOSPN News and listen on a radio every day, we are devoting a lot of time to this vote.
Starting point is 00:13:15 It's the most important vote of the 20th and 21st century because the country is veering. It's wobbling right now. And so we all have to get involved in this. So I asked myself, find me a guy or a gal who doesn't know yet who they're going to vote for. And most people don't want to admit that, but we did find a very esteemed guy, the president and CEO of the United States Hispanic Business Council. His name is Javier Palmares, and he joins us now from Dallas.
Starting point is 00:13:49 We're happy to have you. Fill in a couple of blanks you did vote for Biden last time. You have been in the presence of both President Biden and Donald Trump. So you're not some guy wandering around somewhere. You follow, you know. So what's the hold up in deciding your vote? What's holding you back? Bill, first of all, thank you for having me on.
Starting point is 00:14:16 As you know, I run the United States Hispanic Business County, and I have the privilege of advocating on behalf of the 4.5 million Hispanic forms in this country that collectively contribute over $850 billion to the American economy. At the USABC, the only thing we're crowded than being Hispanic is being American. As Americans, we insist on an administration that understands the challenges that our American small business community has faced. And this administration has been a terrible job of, you know, understanding our challenges, understanding, you know, the overregulation, the taxes, the constant onslaught of challenges
Starting point is 00:14:59 that are coming to the American small business community. And it's one, Javier, give me one specific so people who aren't in the small business industry can know. Give me your big one. Why do you feel you're not getting a fair check for the Biden administration? On day one, President Biden, who I voted for, and as you rightly stated, I'm a Democrat, on day one, he took the most draconian approach and signed some of the most draconian legislation against the oil and gas industry. Now, on its face, it sounds fantastic. Everybody wants a clean environment, everybody is including that. But that's short-sighted.
Starting point is 00:15:36 He didn't understand the downstream effects. Look at the industries that hang off of our energy sector, the infrastructure industry, the construction industry, the agricultural industry, the manufacturing industry. And guess where our community works? Guess where we own our businesses? At the end of the day, we're the ones paying the taxes. We're the ones driving the American economy.
Starting point is 00:15:59 America's small business community creates 70% of the net new jobs in this nation. It's not the big corporation, but we're left whatever this administration decides. And sadly, in this administration, if you don't have a voice, you don't get a choice. So like everybody else, Hispanic small business owners had to pay a lot more for almost everything because prices went way up based upon the Biden administration's attack on the fossil fuel industry. I got that. Now, the polls show that many Hispanic Americans are trending toward Donald Trump because he'll knock all these regulations out. Certainly he will do that and probably drop taxes for business to stimulate the economy. I would assume he would do that very short order. because Trump is very hard on the border, very hard, that Hispanics are conflicted about voting for him?
Starting point is 00:17:08 No, not at all. The fact of the matter is we polled over 2,300 of our own members and asked them, you know, what are the key issues driving your decisions during this election? And number one was the economy. Number two was national security. number three uh you know the kind of response to number three but it had to do with kind of where we are in terms of conserving democracy but it was not in the way in which we've heard it
Starting point is 00:17:40 what our constituency meant when they said conserving democracy it was stop the bickering stop the drama stop the theatrics both sides of the aisle need to start working together so that's what they meant when they said you know conserving uh democracy and then finally it was immigration. The fact of the matter is immigration is not the only issue to our community. In fact, it's not even the top issue. 32% of our constituents, number one issue, 32% said it was the economy. 30% said it was preserving democracy. 14% said national security was their top issue, and only 13% said that immigration was their top issue. Interesting. Now, let's get back to Javier Palomarez himself. It sounds to me like you're going to pull the lever for Trump.
Starting point is 00:18:30 Am I wrong? You know, I'm going to wait and see. See what, Javier? What are you going to wait and see? It's pretty stark. What do you think there's going to be more stuff? You know, I think right now our nation is at a transit point, certainly the Hispanic community, which right now is the most undecided and independent voting block in this nation.
Starting point is 00:18:54 We want to see which of these two campaigns, which of these two choices is going to do some honest outreach to the Hispanic community and treat us the way we deserve to be treated. When you think about it, look at the amount of time that Joe Biden is spending with the African American community. Now, that's good, and it's right, and he should continue it. But consider, there are more Hispanics in this country, legal Hispanics, not illegal immigrants, but legal Hispanics in this country, than there are African Americans. Americans and Asians combined. Every 30 seconds, a Hispanic turns 18 and becomes an eligible voter in this nation. According to his own Department of Labor, in the next decade, 70% of the new entrance into the American workforce will be of Hispanic descent. We're already the most employed demographic in America with an 86% employment rate. We should be getting the same level of care,
Starting point is 00:19:51 attention, transparency, and frankly, just love that this administration has shown to other communities. I don't see. Well, it's a pretty powerful message you're sending there, Javier. I ought to bring you back in October, if you don't mind, and see then what you've decided to do because I think it's a fascinating situation. We really appreciate your time tonight. Thanks for open a Democrat, but I love what you do. Please keep doing what you do. America needs. Well, thank you. I bless.
Starting point is 00:20:21 Okay. Power, politics and the people behind the headlines. I'm Miranda Devine, New York Post columnist, and the host of the brand new podcast, Podforce One. Every week I'll sit down for candid conversations with Washington's most powerful disruptors, lawmakers, newsmakers, and even the president of the United States. These are the leaders shaping the future of America,
Starting point is 00:20:49 and the world. Listen to Podforce One with me, Miranda Devine, every week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcast. You don't want to miss an episode. Hey, I'm Caitlin Becker, the host of the New York Postcast, and I've got exactly what you need to start your weekdays. Every morning, I'll bring you the stories that matter, plus the news people actually talk about, the juicy details in the world's politics, business, pop culture, and everything in between. what you want from the New York Post wrapped up in one snappy show. Ask your smart speaker to play the NY Postcast podcast. Listen and subscribe on Amazon Music, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Um, let's see.
Starting point is 00:21:38 Robert De Niro, I know you hear that name. Don't turn it off. Don't you dare. I know, I know. All right, so he's supposed to get an award tomorrow, a philanthropic award. Apparently, he's a generous man. Okay. The National Association, a broadcaster's Leadership Foundation, it's going to give him an award.
Starting point is 00:22:02 But now they pulled it. They said, hey, Bobby can't show up. Here's why. Quote, while we strongly support the right of every American to exercise free speech and participate in civic engagement, it's clear that Mr. De Niro's recent high-profile activities will create a distraction from the philanthropic work that we were hoping to recognize, unquote. Okay, that's reasonable. So they pulled it.
Starting point is 00:22:29 And this organization, of course, we checked them out. Here's in the past who have won recognition from them. Laura Bush, Nancy Reagan, Patty LaBelle, the singer, Lynn Manuel Miranda, Miranda, John Legend, so John Bon Jovi. So they got conservatives and liberals there, as they should. I mean, every general speaker. So Bobby's not getting out of war. Okay, I'm starting a new segment tonight entitled Media Madness.
Starting point is 00:23:00 All right. And every day we're going to do it. Because every day, the media gets worse. And it's affecting you in ways that you don't know about, which is my job to point that out. Okay. Washington Post is the second most influential liberal newspaper in the United States. the world, not just the country. And the Post is having a lot of trouble. Last year it lost $77 million. Whoa. So now the Washington Post is saying, well, we can't survive. And this is
Starting point is 00:23:33 Bezos, by the way. He can survive. Bezos can take the 77 million hit. He spends that much on his wife's clothing. Okay. So, but 77 million is a big number. So number one, the Washington Post is going to go all AI. That means they're going to replace people like me, journalists, with some robot or something, which is actually a good thing because the Washington Post is so left. I don't know if the robots could be that left. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:24:04 But they fired their editor, Sally Busby. Sally, remember that Steam song? Nah, nah, nah, hey, hey, hey. Goodbye. Sally's out. 58 years old. distinguished resume, head of the AP at one time. So Matt Murray is coming in. He used to run a Wall Street Journal. But they're doing the AI thing there. That means everybody's going to get
Starting point is 00:24:27 fired, except Matt Murray. Sally Buzzbee got fire. All right. So big trouble at the Washington Post. Entertainment Weekly, much, much less. So I don't read Entertainment Weekly. It's out there, I guess. I don't even know where you find it. But they did an article about Rosie O'Donnell hating Donald Trump. An in said article, they said that I made a bet with Rosie O'Donnell on the New York City Trump trial. This is what Entertainment Weekly said. Here's what really happened. Go. And I totally disagree with you saying that he didn't have anything to do with the insurrection, that he didn't instigate it, plan it, demand it of his fans, because he did, Bill.
Starting point is 00:25:22 He did. Well, you'll see, we'll see in court what is presented. And if you are correct, then we'll have another debate. But I will take a $10,000 bet right now with you, Rosie, to your favorite charity or mine, that Donald Trump will not be convicted of insurrection because he's not charged with him. Okay, so we were talking about the special counsel federal case,
Starting point is 00:25:53 not the New York City case. Well, and I really, you know, I don't want to be mean. I really don't. So the reporter on this is a guy named Joey Nalfi. So Joey doesn't apparently know the difference between the federal beef and the New York City beef. And he writes in Entertainment Weekly that I lost a bet to Rosie O'Don. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Does it matter to me, to you? No. But I'm doing this exercise just to prove to you the state of the media in this country, even though it's Entertainment Weekly. So I wrote a letter to the editor of entertainment. weekly. Here it is. Dear Mr. Gomez, his name is Patrick Gomez. Please forgive the intrusion of your time, but EW made a fairly significant mistake that it might want to correct.
Starting point is 00:26:48 Piece by Joey Knopfy discussing Rodeo O'Donnell's dislike of Donald Trump. Your reporter says, I made a bet with Ms. O'Donnell over the outcome of the New York trial. This is incorrect. So Donald and I were discussing the federal charges stemming from January 6th. The News Nation transcript is easily accessed, so we're surprised by Mr. Noffey's era, sincerely Bill O'Reilly. So what do you think is going to happen? I'm betting nothing that Patrick Gomez is going to take this, throw it right in garbage. Okay?
Starting point is 00:27:19 These, they don't care. I don't care. Joey Nalfi, not working for me, Joey. But, right. Interesting, right? If you think I'm being too picky, you're the day, let me know. Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com, bill at bill o'Reilly.com, name in town. town but I'm going to get into this media thing all right smart life this is an
Starting point is 00:27:41 easy smart life maybe the easiest smart life we have ever done on the nosedman news smart life stay away from dumb people that's it roll the tape it's a majestic day and we are rightly saying the system worked like clockwork and the jury was diligent and attentive, and the judge was firm and gentle. Now, that's Harry Littman, former U.S. attorney. It was a majestic day. Judge Mershan was firm and gentle.
Starting point is 00:28:22 Now, there's no reason to debate. Mr. Littman, he's entitled to his opinion. He believes what he wants to believe, and there's nobody going to change it. But in the smart life category, If you were to run into Harry, into library or whatever, and he goes, wasn't it a majestic day when Donald Trump was convicted, you go, nice to see you. And boom, out of there. There is no sense in debating, disgusting, hanging around, doing anything with dumb people.
Starting point is 00:29:00 My life. The stay in history, June 3rd, 2007. 16, perhaps the greatest athlete in American history dies. Muhammad Ali, June 3rd, he died in Arizona of septic shock, 74 years old. So, Ali, you know, was born Cassius Clay, 1942, Louisville, Kentucky, went to the Olympics, won a gold medal, then entered to pro ranks, knocked out Sunny Liston twice in two very, very dubious fights. and I chronicle that in killing the legends, we think the fights were fixed, okay?
Starting point is 00:29:40 Nevertheless, I don't think Cassius Clay at the time was in on the fix. There's a mafia thing, where we have unbelievable detail in killing the legends. Not only about that, but the whole life of Muhammad Ali. So in 1964, he converted to Islam, refused induction to the armed services during the Vietnam War, 1967, was prosecuted,
Starting point is 00:30:03 guilty sentenced to five years in prison but the Supreme Court overturned his conviction okay Ali said it was he was conscientious objector he wasn't serving many people at time including me said well why don't you just go and lift the morale of the troops including African-American troops in Vietnam just go like on a Bob Hope tour and you know that seemed to me to be the solution but Herbert Mohammed a true villain who ran Ali Again, this is all in killing the legends, refused that. That would have been a turning point in Cassius Clay, Mohamed Ali's life, but Herbert
Starting point is 00:30:42 Muhammad, the absolute worst. Okay. So then Ali has a tremendous career, and because of his career, in 1984, he's diagnosed with Parkinson's, and then he lives, you know, let's see, 1984, 32 more years, but he was never the same. At the end, he couldn't speak, and he was. was all taking shots to the head so that is this day in history I have to report in the final thought an outrageous situation something that was said to me we'll be right back okay is the final
Starting point is 00:31:19 thought of the day so I kind of torture my urchins because I want to impart a lot of information to them as long as I'm here on the planet and lucid you know when they were little it was more about guiding them. But now that they're older, trying to give them the stuff that I've learned, sometimes the hard way. So my son is much smarter than I am. He is. When I was his age, I was a total idiot. This kid is really brilliant. So I mentioned that I'm assembling things for a possible memoir, all right? Next year, 2025, marked 50 years in journalism for me. And he's a wise guy. All right, well, he kind of did double take, and he looks at me. And he goes, well, you better do that quick. I said, why? He goes, well, the memory is going.
Starting point is 00:32:22 My memory. He goes, I don't want you to be. Ready? I don't want you to be. Ready? I don't want you to be like uncle junior is the sopranos i mean i i had a laugh out loud uncle junior enters the conversation my own son turns on me comparing me to a gangster uncle junior in the sopranos hysterical hysterical so i have these conversations all of time, all right? And I know some of them are a little bit boring for the urchins because I'm taking them back to places and times that they have no interest in, really. You know, do they care about really what happened in the Vietnam War and the demonstrations after and then Watergate and then disco, disco maybe a little bit because they still hear some of the music, the Saturday
Starting point is 00:33:25 night fever stuff. But there's always a point to my reminiscence. I'm not like Uncle Jr. here. I'm trying to make a point that if you do A, B is likely to happen. All right? I still get mail, by the way, and this is interesting. So I got a concierge letter today about Tulsi Gabbard, who has a book out, and we like the book. And Ms. Gabbard was on the program. And the guy is Adam, who's writing me, the concierge member, that our participation in the Ukraine war is wrong and terrible for America. I mean, and there are people who believe that, firmly believe it, okay? And Ms. Gabri was being one of them.
Starting point is 00:34:08 I mean, they would let Ukraine go, let Putin take it, no problem. Okay, and they got a million reasons to back it up. Now, I try to bring a sense of history to it. it, which I do to my children as well, okay? And they're probably sick of hearing about it. But I try to reason. I've done this a hundred times. Look, if you let Putin run wild, he's not going to stop it. Ukraine, everybody knows that. Megalomaniac, Hitler Light. It'll just be chaos. And then Chinese see that, and their next step is saying, well, we want Taiwan. and a whole world just goes up, all right?
Starting point is 00:34:54 And that includes the Middle East, that America loses credibility, NATO loses credibility, we are weak, Putin and China is strong, North Korea, provocations, all over, it just never ends. It never ends. Now, I know as a historian, that's what led to World War II. It's exactly the same thing. Okay, when Hitler was pushing it, pushing it, pushing it, they could have stopped them early. Britain and France could have stopped them
Starting point is 00:35:26 when he remilitarized the Saar Basin, when Hitler violated the Treaty of Versailles. All Britain and France had to do would just come in and kick the Germans out.
