Hey, Bill O'Reilly here and we're going to talk about undocumented people tonight in a very specific way.
So a lot of these commentators on television and the Internet and all that, they play to a crowd.
All right, so they're a crowd that doesn't like the tremendous infusion of undocumented.
I'll give you the polling numbers.
It's 57% want undocumented people, all of them deported.
57%.
This is according to a CBS poll, and 43% don't.
So that's a plurality.
You have to have a measure of compulsation.
passion for this horrible problem that is causing an immense amount of pain to so many people
because you have to attach the drug importation to the illegal migrant violations of the border.
They're both the same, run by the same evil Mexican cartels.
But let's just deal tonight with the migrants.
So about $15 million, let's use that number, are here without proper paperwork, documentation, about $15 million.
Out of that $15 million, maybe $2 million are criminal.
And I'm just doing the proportion of society.
It usually always breaks down between 10% and 15% of any society, anywhere, including priests and rabbis and imams, 10 to 15 are bad.
evil people. That's just the way it goes. So you've got 15 million. That's 1.5 bad
ombrays here. It's causing all kinds of trouble and get all kinds of headlines when they do it.
Okay. Those people have to be deported immediately. So if you commit a crime in the United States
and you're charged with a crime, ICE has to be immediately, immediately informed that we have to
somebody from Venezuela or El Salvador or China, wherever, Menecrime, you get first call.
And then ICE says, we'll take them or you adjudicate it.
They have the authority to do either or.
If they take them, ICE, then they're out.
Done.
If the state or the locals prosecute, then you go through the process.
But you don't let them out on bail, because they'll skip.
likely. You can't get him bail. You got to hold him. Now, Trump is going to try to kick as many
criminal aliens out of here as possible as fast as he can. Good. Didn't be here. I don't care
about due process here. They're entitled to it, but it's not a headline for me. You're a criminal
undocumented person out, and I'll find a way to get you out. The others, the law abiders, who may
got in here and they've established themselves in the community, have children who are American
citizens, that gets more complicated. What has to happen is federal government has to know
your status and you're going to have to cooperate with that. So I would give every migrant in this
country six months, maybe three, depends on how fast the federal government can
get up and running on this, you go to your post office, there is a form that you fill out
about your undocumented status, where you live, what you do, when you came here, the circumstances
of it, your family, your employer, boom, and then postage paid, you put it in the mail,
it goes to Homeland Security for a review. It's a lot of reviews. Okay. And, and then,
And they see it, and they put it into a computer data bank.
So at least the government knows who's here and what they're doing.
If you do not comply, and then the feds finds you, or the state, gone.
By law, you have to comply or you're deported.
Then on a case-by-case basis, it'll take years.
An immigration judge, and you'd have to hire thousands more of them, thank you, you,
Joe Biden would look at it and decide whether you get to stay or not.
And what your status is, whether you're a resident, whether you're temporary, whether you
have to go back to your own country and do something else, whether you're an asylum
seeker and you get a hearing, whatever it may be.
But it's got to be orderly, it's got to be a prime, and it's going to take forever.
I know that.
You know how the bureaucracy is.
the only fair way to do it and has to be done because of our derelict politicians.
It's just not Biden. Biden's the worst by far, the absolute worst. But all the presidents
since Reagan, when Reagan signed that amnesty, all the subsequent presidents, they didn't really
care about enforcing immigration law. It was way low priority for them. And now it's a catastrophe.
The cost alone, trillions, with a T, because most of these people need help.
And its state gives it, the feds give it, whatever it may be.
Now a plus for the migrant filling out the form would be that they could legitimately get
assistance if the judge ruled they are entitled to it.
So say you were a male and you came here and you married American woman and you have to
you had three kids and you're not doing that well, the judge could say, yeah, you're entitled
to X, Y, and Z to try to get yourself uplifted. So there's an upside, too. But you've got to do
it, you have to do it in an orderly discipline way. Now, Congress has to pass that. Trump can do
stuff with executive order like the Wall and the Mexico stuff. I'm going to get to Mexico
and I'm on. But Congress has to pass that.
called a new immigration law. And in addition to that, there would be, this is how many
migrants we accept legally, give them green cards to work, this is how long, you've got to revamp.
But there's got to be real penalties for people who don't obey immigration law. No more
sanctuate cities, no more of that. Okay, that's over. And if you don't cooperate, a governor,
mayor, whatever it may be, you get arrested for interfering in a federal investigation.
All right?
Does this all make sense?
If not, just write to me, Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com,
Bill at Bill O'Reilly.com.
So I'm a problem-solver.
I want to solve the problem.
And I want to be humane in the process.
You know, I'm a Roman Catholic.
You know that with the Pope goes,
oh, you have to have compassion.
He's right.
We have to have compassion.
A lot of these people are very poor.
You don't have anything, and I come in here
because they got nowhere where else to go in Honduras.
Have you been down there?
And I have.
It's a really rough turf.
If you can prove yourself as hard.
Extortion by the gangs, unbelievable.
They take your money.
Terrorize your children.
They'll kill you.
Now, Mexico.
Mexico is in the top five most corrupt countries in the world.
So the new president, Claudia Shambom, is still saying, oh, no, we're going to assist migrants.
No.
And she won't.
Because all Trump has to do is say, look, madam, all right, we don't want to hurt you in your country.
but if you don't do exactly what we tell you to do,
and I mean exactly what we tell you to do,
we're going to slap a 25% tax on everything you're going to send in here,
and we're going to declare the cartels terrorists,
and we're going to handle them.
Okay, we'll handle them with drones, we'll handle them with special forces,
and you're going to get out of the way.
And we're going to have the State Department issue a warning not to travel in Mexico.
And we're going to make it very difficult for any,
vehicles to get in and out of there.
You want that?
So Mexico collapsed.
Whole country collapsed.
The shine bomb is sitting there in Mexico City going,
what the deuce happened?
And it would collapse fast, less than a month.
Mexican economy totally dependent on the USA.
Now that sounds mean, but how long are we going to go with this?
With drug cartels, shipping all that stuff in?
The guy should have been wiped off the face of the earth a long time ago.
We know who they are.
We know who they are, we know where they live.
Boom.
Just like ISIS and Al-Qaeda.
Okay, they're out.
You know, either get out of the business and we'll give you three days to get out or we're
going to kill you.
Because you're terrorists.
That's it.
What's Claudia going to do?
Because the Mexican government, they're corrupt.
Many of those people down there, including high ranking, taking money from these people.
Cartel, everybody knows that.
And Mexico's got the worst homicide problem in the world.
You think they want to clean it up, but they don't
because of the money.
So what I am telling you here tonight is absolutely true.
And a lot of people don't want to hear it,
but you should know it.
And that's the only way this is ever going to get solved.
And going on now for what, 50 years, you got to stop it.
Thank you.
