I'll talk about Putin tonight.
Bad Vlad. He is right now the most disruptive force on the planet. One of the most evil men
that I've seen in my lifetime. He is on the cover of my upcoming book confronting evil
along with Hitler, Mao, and the Ayatollah. It was four of them. Now, in the book, there's about
15 evil people that we profile, but I couldn't put 15 on a cover. But I wanted bad Vlad
there because he's in motion. We can see him. There is a segment of our population that doesn't
really see him as being evil. Let me run down a few things, all right? So Putin had a terrible
upbringing in Leningrad, which is now St. Petersburg, Russia. News awful. And you'll read
about it and confronting. And his father was a brute. And from very early age, Vlad was on his own
doing bad things. Putin's also the richest man in the world. And I explain how he got that way,
and it was all through thuggery and criminality. But he amassed power at the end of the Soviet
Union, his big KGB colonel, based in Dresden, Germany, feared.
by both Germans and Russians.
And when the Soviet Union fell apart,
he went back to Leningrad and he worked for the corrupt mayor there,
and he amassed an amazing amount of power.
And then Yeltsin, who was the president of Russia,
because the Soviet Union collapsed,
brought him into Moscow primarily to enrich Yeltsin
because Bad Vlad was doing so many criminal things,
but he was kicking money to his bosses.
to his bosses. That's how Blad got power. Okay, so he gets in there and he has no interest
in democracy or voting or freedom of the speech, freedom of the press, none. He's running
it like Joe Stalin, because Stalin is his idol. Do you know that? Vladimir Putin's idol is Joseph
Stalin, who's in confronting evil, too.
And so, Vlad consolidates power by assassinating people, outright killing them, and secret police,
gulags, you name it.
No difference with the Soviet Union and Russia now, no difference.
And he amasses an amazing amount of money and helps as all his oligarch friends, which
includes the generals in the military, which is why he hasn't been overthrown yet, but he may
be. So in 2008, the country of Georgia was independent and going toward democracy. Well,
Vlad didn't like that at all. Okay. So Vlad installed his goons to knock out all the pro
democracy people in a horrendous way. And the European Court of Human Rights found Vlad and Russia
guilty of murder, torture, looting, destroying homes, and other atrocities. Georgia. It's a
country. It's a beautiful country. It's under the thumb of Putin now. 2008. Okay. Then,
President Biden, Putin takes Crimea, part of Ukraine, just takes it. And
President does nothing. Okay? So Barack Obama huffed and puffed, but he didn't blow
anybody's house down. You didn't want to sort of war. Putin was testing him. And Obama
I said, ah, it's really not worth it.
We get the war on terror here, we got, uh-da-da-da-da-da, so he didn't do anything.
That opened it up for the current situation.
At the same time, Syria run by Assad, murdering his own people, gassing them.
Well, who's behind him?
Putin.
Where's Assad now?
Moscow.
To Assad, I had to run for his life a few months ago.
He's in Moscow.
They're buddies like this.
Believe me.
side paid Putin big time, big time for that. But Russia propped up Syria for a long time.
Africa. So you've heard of the Wagner group. They were involved in the invasion of Ukraine.
Well, they're in Africa too. And they're brutalizing people, killing people, and they were in
association with Russia. Now you remember that the head of the Wagner group rebelled against Putin.
And then, in a studying display of stupidity that I've never seen, goes to Moscow, the head of the Wagner group, to sort it all out.
Vlad doesn't show up for the meeting, but they have a meeting.
And the Russian authorities, the lesser guys got, don't worry about it.
Vlad's okay with you.
Guys get on a plane.
They take off.
The plane blows up.
You remember, right?
In his lad.
I don't know.
Then he goes into Ukraine, and the war crimes are unbelievable.
The Russian, what the Russians are doing.
Ukrainians, too, sure, but there's no equivalency here.
Russia invaded, a sovereign country.
So Putin is really, really evil.
And if you've been following my commentary on Bill O'Reilly.com,
the NOSPA News, you know that I have explained how President Trump is treating Putin.
He understands that the only way to stop this evil tyrant is to have some kind of
association with him, a rapport with him.
And so Trump does not antagonize Putin.
Now you can say that's wrong, you can say Neville Chamberlain, Hitler, you can do all
of that. I'm just explaining why Trump is doing what Trump is doing. He wants a deal. He wants
to seize fire. It's not good for anybody to continue this horrendous war in a ring in Ukraine.
Ukraine cannot defeat Russia. No matter how much money, no matter how many arms we send them,
they can't do it. Trump knows that. 200 million already in there from the United States.
Trump says it's a lot higher, but it's about $200 billion.
I think I said a million.
It's billion.
And it's endless.
Never end.
So Trump wants it to stop.
And for that, he needs Zelensky to shut up, which is why that whole thing blew up on Friday in the Oval Office.
Now, Putin is gloating right now.
He couldn't be happier because he's just a pure evil.
A lot of people don't understand evil and some don't even acknowledge it exists, but it does.
And then I will define what evil is in the book and you'll see the people that we select to tell you about.
There's no excuse.
But Putin right now, he's going, oh, yeah, you know, look, Zelensky got humiliated.
Trump is on my side.
Trump's not on his side.
Trump knows that the only way a deal happens is if Putin can portray himself as a winner.
But are you going to give him a little bit of that?
So he saves face.
That's what Trump's strategy is.
Is it going to work?
I don't know.
I have predicted, I believe that they will get a ceasefire and that America will get the
mineral rights, which is good for Zelensky in Ukraine, to have our presence on the
on their soil.
But getting back to bad Vlad,
there's no way you're going to change him.
He's just going to do bad things until he dies.
And let's hope that soon.
I'm sorry, but let's hope that soon
because he's right up there
with all the other evil tyrants.
Millions of people die.
His own people, he's got a million casualties
in a stupid invasion of Ukraine.
Does he care about those?
people, those Russians? No. No. And then if you research of Vladimir Putin and you see all the
people that he's directly assassinated, and we have a few of them in the book, it's just,
the guy is worse than any mafia chieftain you could ever imagine, because he has that whole
government in his hand. And Russia's not a democracy. He's run by a dictator. He's a dictator.
So it's a fascinating story, and I can tell you that Trump has a strategy.
You may not agree with it.
Certainly the hate Trumpers don't.
I just want the killing to stop over in Ukraine, and then we'll deal with Putin down the road.
And I'm sure Putin's saying the same thing.
Ah, yeah, I'll give me a ceasefire, but maybe I'll not live up to it, whatever.
Okay.
but the United States is a powerful country and world's watching so that is my assessment of
bad Vlad Putin love to hear from you bill at bill o'reilly.com bill at bill o'reilly.com
name in town and Vlad if you're watching because I know you do watch me and how do we know that
through the Russian ambassador in Washington.
We Christians believe in redemption, but boy, oh boy.
You know, you got a lot of atone to do, pal.
We'll see you next time.
