Hey Bill O'Reilly here.
Welcome to the No Spin News, Thursday, December 2nd, 2021, stand up for your country.
An amazingly busy day.
So we do this broadcast, all right, and it goes out to all of our distributors, including the first TV.
And then at 9 Eastern for premium and concierge members on Bill O'Reilly.com, we have a live town hall with your questions from 9 to about 10.
And the questions are good.
I reviewed them.
And you can also send me questions during the hour.
If they say something that, you know, you want more explanation, you want a challenge.
So it's going to be a lot of fun.
so this is a long day for me much longer than president biden's day i wish i had his schedule boy so
115 he went to maryland and gave some remarks on covid and at 140 he did the same thing
and in 530 he lit the national christmas tree now notice the words national christmas tree
because it was a holiday tree for a few years.
Remember that?
Now it's a Christmas tree.
Because it is a Christmas tree.
There are no holiday trees.
So, you know, I did a few good, really good things in my career,
and that bringing Christmas back was one of them.
So the big story in the Biden administration is not going to be reported.
but the remain in Mexico policy is back.
So you remember on inauguration day, Joe Biden signed an executive order and knocked out
all of the Trump impediments on the border, opened the border, I'd say estimate 3, 4 million
foreign nationals in the last 11 months that poured into the United States, along with a record
breaking amount of narcotics, fentanyl, heroin, COVID.
came. That's all Joe Biden. Anyway, the federal judges are so appalled that they said,
you can't knock out the remaining Mexico policy. So now, today, Biden is re-instituting it,
and it will begin in Texas, December 6th, Monday. Laredo, El Paso, Brownsville, San Diego,
is California, obviously. So the remain in Mexico policy is this. The big con is that people
from all over the world and say, oh, we want asylum, political asylum. And we know it's going to
take five years, but in the meantime, we're going to live in the United States. That's the
con that Biden helped. Now you can't do that. The moment that you come in, Border Patrol says,
what are you doing here? We want asylum. They turn it around and you go back to Mexico.
So the Mexican army is in charge of facilitating this.
And Obrador, the president of Mexico, he doesn't like it, but they bought him off.
Trump bought them off.
Biden's buying them off.
Massive amount of cash.
They'll never tell you that, but believe me, that's why this is happening.
For Mexico.
So Mexico, they don't care whether millions of foreign nationals, mostly Mexicans, come into the United States because the Mexicans who come here send money back to Mexico to their families.
Well, Mexicans don't care.
They like it.
Now, Joe Biden is basically in uncharted territory as far as job approval is concerned.
Trafalgar poll, 1,082 adults, Republican 36, Democrat 39, other 25, that's independent.
Question, how do you think Joe Biden's handling his job as president?
Approved 36, 36, approved.
Disapproved 59.
By party, Republican, approve eight.
8. Disapproved 90. Democrat approved 65. Disapproved 31. It's high a number. Independent approved
29. That's the death number for Biden. Disapproved 61. Now, does Biden know to understand, care?
That's what everybody's asking me. I can't possibly know. But what I do know is that the progressives who
run by them to tell him what to do or say believe they're going to get this big trillion dollar
giveaway bill passed i don't think they're going to and when that money starts to pour in
to people they believe those people will go pro-biden and democrat again so we did analysis on a
radio and i mentioned it i think last night you can game the system for 45 000
dollars a year. You can get $45,000 a year just from the federal government. And if you live in
liberal states like New York and California, you get more. Okay, now this is from the foundation
for government accountability. All right, that is a research firm that studies free market
policies intended to promote work, reduce dependency, and increase opportunity.
So it's a pretty good organization.
So listen to what they say.
Five million Americans have left the workplace since Biden's come in.
Five.
That's a supply chain collapse.
Because truckers, small business, they can't hire people.
All right.
There are four and a half million jobs empty right now in America.
Four and a half million.
Can't fill them.
You don't have enough people.
Why?
Because the people go, I can make $45,000 doing nothing.
Why should I drive a truck?
Now, truck drivers make a lot more than that, I know, but you get the idea.
So right now, there are 10 million open jobs in the USA.
Everybody get a job.
Labor, force, participation, that's workers, at a 45-year low.
Amazing.
And all of this is because of the American Rescue Plan, the COVID thing.
So they give you three, three and a half thousand dollars per child, okay, food stamps, much more than they did in the past.
Healthcare free through the exchanges, that's Obamacare, earned income tax credit, not tied to current wages.
So you could, you could earn nothing in 2021.
Government will send you a check for what you earned in 2018.
You believe this?
So this massive amount of welfare flowing in.
And that's what this billback better stuff's all about.
Biden wants to kick in $2 trillion more to this to create dependency
and a voter base that has to vote Democrat in order to receive the $45,000 a year for nothing.
And there's no tie-ins.
You don't have to look for a job.
You don't have to do public service.
you don't have to do anything you just get the money this is called a welfare state that's what
the democratic party and the progressives want to build their power okay it's really insidious
but um you know the facts of that so the guy that could stop this is mansion the democratic
senator for west virginia i believe you will stop it then you're really going to see pandemonian within
the Democratic Party.
All right, Black Lives Matter Global Foundation.
We broke this story.
They're communists.
They are proud of it.
But they're also racist.
So I know some people who have Black Lives Matter yard signs,
and they have Black Lives Matter stickers on a car.
And I know shopkeepers who have Black Lives Matter stickers in their window.
And I don't like that.
So I go in and I say, let's discuss this, and nobody wants to discuss it, because they know.
So the latest is Christmas.
So the Black Lives Matter Global Foundation puts up this.
I'll read it to you.
Let's harness our economic power to disrupt white supremacist capitalism and build black communities.
Black Christmas is about being self-determined.
determined and dismantling existing structures by building new and more viable, beneficial ones,
in the names of our mightiest and most righteous warrior ancestors,
in the names of all of those stolen by police violence,
in honor of our community and as a commitment to the generations to come.
Boycott white business.
Though the Black Lives Matter organization is calling for all African Americans not to buy
from anyone who's white.
This is unbelievably racist,
but can get more racist than that, right?
So,
did NBC news cover it?
Lester Holt? Nope.
ABC, David Muir?
Nope. Nor O'Donnell, CBS.
Didn't cover it. Didn't mention.
This came up yesterday.
Didn't mention it.
You imagine this?
So, this is part of the media blackout.
We're not going to even report or tell the American people what's happening in this country if it hurts progressive causes.
Now, Black Lives Matter is racist.
You all know it.
Everybody knows it.
Okay, they hurt us if they could because of the color of our skin, Caucasians, and Hispanics and Asians.
these people would hurt us.
It's really unbelievable.
All right, let's flip over to COVID.
So Biden has extended the mass mandates for public transportation to March 18th, 2022,
which means if you want to complain, a bus, anything, got to wear a mask.
All right, ships, taxis, everything.
All right. Would I do it? No. If I were president, I wouldn't do it. I'd be pounding the vaccine drum, but I could see airplanes. I could see that. You're on the plane three, four hours, jammed in. I could see it. I could see it. I'm trying to be reasonable here.
So everybody's panicking because of this new variant.
But the evidence so far is that it's the flu, that it's not really bad.
I don't know.
I got to tell you, I can't keep track of it.
But now there's more panic.
So 9,000 Marines did not meet the vaccine deadline.
That was November 29th.
So 9,000 basically said, we're not getting vaccinated.
Now, the Pentagon has said that if you don't get vaxed by November 29th, you're out of here.
I guess they give a general discharge, okay?
But they haven't done it, and they haven't said anything.
It's pretty big.
It's not that 9,000 Marines are a lot.
It's not.
They can make that up.
but for patriotic Marines to get a general discharge,
because they won't get vaxed.
So that's why the Pentagon's afraid they don't know what to do.
9,000 Marines, excuse me, comprised 5% of the Corps.
LeBron James, this guy is self-destructing.
It makes $41 million a year playing basketball.
So he said he was vaxed, but he's got COVID, apparently.
But he doesn't think he has COVID.
He says there's something real fishy going on.
I don't know.
Who knows?
But it's a big story because the African-American community, which looks up,
generally speaking to LeBron James, they're some of the vax hesitators.
They're far right, and the African-Americans are the ones that are hesitating,
generally speaking, obviously being general here. So James going to miss a lot of time, okay,
and the Lakers are not doing very well anyway, the abortion thing. Okay, so let me break this down.
Abortion is legal in the United States for OV.A. We all know that. But the individual states
have the right under public health to regulate abortions.
Okay, that's what most people don't understand.
So Mississippi says, okay, after 15 weeks of pregnancy, that's the cutoff.
You can't have an abortion after 15 weeks.
So this gets into the federal system.
Dobbs versus Jackson Women's Health Organization.
The Supreme Court is hearing it.
I'm not going to guess about what they're going to do,
but I will tell you it looks to me based on the composition of the Supreme Court
that they favor the states having a much more prominent role
in how abortion is legalized.
They don't want Washington doing.
Now, Roe v. Wade, I don't think, is going to get recalled.
I don't think so, all right, because that's the overarch.
But I think after this case, we're going to come back and they're going to let Mississippi do the 15 weeks.
Now, that'll open the door for a very conservative states like Alabama, Oklahoma, other state, Texas, maybe.
to put their own limitation on abortion.
But what's really interesting here is that the most liberal Supreme Court justice,
all right, Sonia Sotomayor, she has abandoned any legal role
and has now gotten into politics, we'll take.
How is your interest anything but a religious,
view. The issue of when life begins has been hotly debated by philosophers since the beginning
of time. It's still debated in religions. So when you say this is the only right that takes
away from the state the ability to protect the life, that's a religious view, isn't it?
Because it assumes that a fetus is life at when.
You're not drawing.
When do you suggest we begin that way?
Okay, so that's an impossible question to answer.
People of faith believe that a fetus is a human being at conception.
Because all life comes from God.
Okay?
Atheists, they're all over them.
place. They believe, I don't know, heartbeat, nothing. If it's in the womb, you can kill it,
no matter what. That's Biden's point of view, Mr. Catholic. So Joe Biden believes that if
the fetus is in the womb, you can kill it anytime for any reason. But what Sotomayor is doing is saying,
hey, this is a question that can't be answered so you can't have any limitations on abortion.
That's just crazy.
The states, based upon what there are people, people who live in Mississippi, want to do, can certainly regulate public health.
So, I mean, I get annoyed at these.
people who say, I know when life begin, no, you don't. No, you don't. If you just go on
the science, life begins at conception. Okay? So you want to call it a potential human life? Go
right ahead. But nine months after conception, there's the baby. So you're going to tell me
the first three months don't count, that you can destroy the baby. And how cruel is this?
Mior? How cruel are you? Just put yourself up there in your black robe and say, hey, we've
been debating this, so since we can't answer it, we're going to kill as many babies as we can
in the womb. Don't you think that's cruel? So I support charities that have residencies for
pregnant women so they can give birth and then either keep
the baby or give it up for adoption okay um sisters of life based in yonkers new york is one of
those charities and i support that because i am not a cruel man so just think about it i mean
what if you weren't born because some because your mother and a doctor said i don't want you
We don't want this.
Pretty heavy.
Anyway, Sotomayor, fanatic, pro-choice fanatic.
We know where she is.
Baby boomers.
So I'm a baby boomer.
Hello.
1946 to 64.
Massive amount of babies were born.
Okay?
And they are now ages 75 to 57.
There are 73 million baby boomers in this country.
They control $59 trillion of personal wealth.
Wow.
Okay?
$59 trillion.
The average baby boomers, total wealth, $834,000.
Why?
Because they worked their whole life.
and a lot of them saved and a lot of them bought homes and investments and things like that.
Now, millennials control $5.2 trillion.
So boomers, $59 trillion, millennials, $5.2.
So millennials are not even a factor in our economy.
It's all the boomers.
Now, the boomers hold 53% of U.S. wealth.
powerful block. But they're not unified. Baby boomers are not unified. They are in nostalgia,
you know, rock and roll, Elvis, Beatles. Yeah, they're the ones listening to Sirius FM music,
60s, 70s, that kind of thing. But they're not unified politically. And that has to do with the Vietnam War
and a whole bunch of other things. I would say boomers, probably most are traditional, conservative,
but is a big liberal component. However, and this is anecdotal, I think the baby boom generation
is fed up with the progressive left in this country. And for the exact reason that I just told
you about it. So I know my life, you know your life. I've worked damn hard.
for what I have been able to accumulate and I'm honest and I never hosed anybody for money
or any other reason okay and now I'm facing a progressive left that wants to take my stuff
boy that makes me mad so I'm sensing a movement in the baby boom area and I can only base it on
one thing, crazy colleges. So donations to Cornell, Princeton, Boston College, Villanova,
Georgetown, the boomers cutting back because they know that what's going on on those campuses,
and they love their alma mater, is not fair. And it's not good for the
country. So now write those checks. Eventually, that's going to take its toll on these colleges,
because they were once all the ones that I mentioned traditional places, no longer.
And I don't know if anybody is ever going to be able to emerge as a leader of the baby boomers
and to kind of organize them?
Because most of them are at the end of the work trail
and they're looking forward to little R&R, okay?
Do they really want to get back in the arena
of pretty intense politics?
But I know that my generation doesn't like what's happening.
That will come up.
in the midterms i really wish they would do a you know in addition to all of their uh
analysis about who votes who da da da da da da da they would do the generations so baby boomers went for
trump went for biden whatever it may be i think it was split on trump biden last time around
so i got a lot of mail saying look i'm fed up i want to move out of the u s a
I don't advise that, by the way, unless you have people and established ties living in another country, not easy.
But there's a study from expat insider, that I never heard of, and they quiz 12,000 expats.
When you're an ex-batian, that means expatriate, you leave the country, lives someplace else.
Ex-Fed.
And they got the five places where Americans are happiest.
So they base us on quality of life, ease of settling in, working abroad, personal finance.
You ready for the countries?
All right, here they are.
Number one, Malaysia, and specifically the capital, Kuala Lumpur.
85% of American expats are happy over there.
Wow.
Now I have been to Malaysia.
It's hot.
A lot of Muslims.
Some of them dangerous.
A lot of strife.
Malaysia, third world.
But it's very inexpensive.
So you can have a nice little house on the beach.
You can have a cook.
You can have a cook.
a maid, you can have a driver, it doesn't cost a lot. Would I live in Malaysia? No way. No way.
Second, Spain, specifically Malaga, Spain on the coast of the Seoul. Spend some time in
Malaga. Nice town. It's like Miami. Okay, big high rises, nice beach. Not that expensive,
For Spain, it is, but you know, you can do okay there.
86% of American expats happy in Malaga, Spain.
It's a nice environment. It gets hot, but the Mediterranean is right there.
Three, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
72% are happy there, Dubai.
So I've been there, but I've been to Kuwait, which is just up the road, and it's hot.
All the time.
Hot.
But Dubai is like a theme park.
Now, Kuwait you don't want to go to.
But Dubai has got all these giant malls and very wealthy.
The government there controls everything, safe, whatever you want in the world.
You want with caviar, there it is, whatever you want.
And a lot of Americans have over to Dubai.
Number four, Sydney, Australia. Now, this was before the COVID lockdown. So Sydney in
good town, very similar to America. All the conveniences. People have the same mentality,
capitalism. But now the government of Australia is telling you you can't get out of the house
if you do this, that, and the other thing. COVID has really changed over there. But if you're
interested in Australia, not an easy place to get to, by the way.
way. You've got to buy your way in there. They don't want a lot of foreigners, even if you're
Americans. But Sydney, you're going to have a nice life in Sydney. And finally, Singapore,
79% happy with life in Singapore. So I spent a considerable amount of time there. It's a fascist
dictatorship, no crime, everything runs, everything works, hot, people.
Again, all these places are hot.
Sydney, not quite like Singapore.
But if you are into finance and the finer things in life, Singapore, everybody speaks English.
You know, everybody speaks English except in Malaysia and Spain.
In Dubai, every speaks English.
So those are the five.
The five worst for expats, where they don't like it.
Rome, unbelievably expensive.
Milan, no reason to go there.
Johannesburg, dangerous all day long.
Istanbul, exotic, but dangerous.
And Tokyo, chaos.
I've been to all of those cities.
I would never, ever live in any of them.
I visit, but not living.
So if you're thinking about leaving the good old USA,
say, you got to go there first for a month or two before you make any decision. You got to get
a taste of it. But it would take a lot for me to leave this country. Let's face it, the
U.S. economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war, shaking the markets. And
meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. That's why I protected my savings
with physical gold and silver through the only dealer I trust, American Hartford Gold.
And you can do this.

Okay, so this day in history, 1950, Paul Harvey, remember Paul Harvey?
okay was preparing to launch his new radio show all right which got up and running on
December 12th um full up and running he was doing uh shorter shows things like that so if you
don't remember paul harvey here's a taste go one thing more outside the harrison pub in quincy
illinois joe zang has put up a sign a sign bordered in greenery and holly the sign says
to our Christian friends, Merry Christmas.
To our Jewish friends, happy Hanukkah.
To our atheist friends, lots of luck.
Paul Harvey, good day.
So he was syndicated by ABC, massive hit.
He did it until 1976, 26 years.
So a lot of people don't know this, but I took over the Paul Harvey format with the O'Reilly Update.
We got about 300 radio stations, and it's very, very successful.
But I'm not nearly as good at it as Paul Harvey was.
I try, and I admired Harvey. He was really good.
So here's what I said two days ago on the O'Reilly Update.
COVID deaths this year, 2021, have now surpassed the toll for 2020, with 350,000 deaths from COVID since
inauguration day. So Mr. Biden has done far worse than Mr. Trump in the COVID arena.
That is the fact. Did you know that?
I like doing the O'Reilly update.
And you can listen to it if it's not in your city.
I mean, on W.ABC in New York, that's our flagship.
And we have other great WR.K.O. in Boston, down the line, WBT, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
We have fabulous affiliates.
But if you don't know where it is, you can listen to it on Dill O'Reilly.com.
We post it every day.
Okay.
So let's take a quick break.
And then we will get into the mail.

We have fun.
I hope you listen.
It's actually watching.
You're going to see me.
All right.
Let's get to the mail.
Frank on the message board has Joe Biden committed treasonous acts as president.
He is not.
Okay?
Bad policy is not treason.
That being said, his failure to enforce immigration law.
Dicey.
Dicey.
But not treason.
Barry, concierge member, Barry gets direct access to me.
And Barry, this week, 40% off all our stuff in the Christmas store.
Barry, strike.
whatever happened to truth in advertising isn't there a government agency responsible for keeping
the news honest no it's no government agency the founding fathers set up the press to keep an eye
on the government government has no sway over the press um and the press of course is now
betrayed the founding fathers and is corrupt and but government can't get involved with that
That's First Amendment. William Alcare, Jacksonville, Florida.
O'Reilly, you rarely ever mention natural immunity, and I'm not sure why you don't recognize
that the vaccine is nothing more than a therapeutic in a needle. My confidence in you,
relaying the truth, is diminishing. So William, look, we can just go and do this dance every day.
you don't believe in the vaccine 20% of Americans don't okay nothing I can do to persuade you
but when you say natural immunity there are 335 million Americans who's going to examine all of them
who's going to determine they have natural immunity it's insane no
body could do that. Then you have medical privacy laws. You have all kinds of stuff. So this,
I get these letters every day from the anti-vaxxers. Oh, natural immunity. Come on, just live in the
real world occasionally. That's never going to happen. It can't happen. It's impossible.
Our alternatives are these. Vaccine or nothing.
And if you've had COVID, we don't even know how long those antibodies last.
So I'm getting my booster tomorrow.
Warren Weber, Norco, California, one of the chances that Democrats and Joe Biden will shut down a country at election time, 22, 22, 24, in the name of COVID.
Who knows?
You know, one of the really
horrible things about this
virus, nobody knows
what's going to happen. There's no
predictability on it.
It's awful.
Matthias
Rotenberg, Israel.
Progressives always explain
away the violence, anger, and crime,
and poor school performance in inner
city communities with one word
racism. Of course.
because if you criticize progressive policies, you're racist.
It doesn't matter whether the kids learn.
It doesn't matter whether thousands of people die in Chicago.
You criticize that?
You're racist.
It's not like that in Israel, I don't think.
It dies.
Barbara Williams, Lake Oswego, Oregon, right outside of Portland.
Why isn't there an independent counsel investigation on Biden's China collusion?
Who's going to do it?
Merrick Garland's not going to do it.
It works of Biden.
Who's going to make that appointment?
Now, if the Republicans take both houses of Congress, maybe you'd have hearings, but Democrats have the power now.
Loretta Hastings, Fargo, North Dakota.
I know it's North Dakota.
It's President Trump really electable since half the country.
country still hates him. I don't know. I don't know if he's electable or not. We'll find out in the
Trump history tour how he's going to present himself, and that begins in 10 days in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, sunrise. And we'll go in the next day, the 12th, to the Amway Center in Orlando,
Toyota Center the next weekend in Houston, Saturday, Sunday, American Airlines Center,
Dallas, Texas.
Unforgettable show.
I can guarantee you that.
Word of the day do not be Peck Sniffian,
one of the greatest words.
You know, there's a little soap
called Peck Sniffs.
I have it.
It's bathroom soap.
Peck Sniffian, great word.
Okay, final thought.
Help your Christmas ordeal.
Is that all right, right?
Coming right back with it.

Okay, so three weeks, right? Three weeks, Christmas Eve, coming up fast.
And this year with COVID and supply chain and inflation and that's why we put together
to Bill O'Reilly.com Christmas store. So if you don't take advantage of that, you're going to
spend more money than you should. And I've been over-vis I'm not even going to bother it, telling you
we have great stuff. Look, killing the mob is a fantastic Christmas gift. And so are the other
nine killing books. They're all there in Bill O'Reilly.com. You get big discounts if you're a
premium concierge member. We got Christmas ornaments, stand up for your country. But anyway,
who are you going to give stuff to? You got to make a list. Like Santa. You got to have a list.
So my list says Christmas gifts and the names and then next to the names what I think they might like.
But it's not that easy you got to think about it.
Okay?
So that's number one.
Put down in a list, write it down what you might want to give to people.
Second is Christmas events.
Parties, you have to go places, you have to do stuff.
stuff. You got to write it all down. All right. And a big calendar. I've got to go here at this
time. Because if you don't do it, you get overwhelmed. And then the fun of Christmas is lost because
you're panicking, you're running around, what do I've got to do? Got to be there. And you don't
do it on the internet. You just do it. Take a paper and a pen and write it down. I'm telling you,
if you follow my advice and don't forget the people like I give a nice tip to my newspaper people
who bring the newspapers every morning okay and I give tips to everybody that helps me throughout
the year don't forget those people and you might forget them if you don't write their names down
now they want cash mostly workers want cash gift cards are okay I like to do some personal stuff
you know, for Christmas. Sometimes it doesn't work, but most of the time it does. But if I don't know,
I'll ask. I will, I will ask. The surprise thing is a little overrated. You'd like,
better get something that you like. And as far as me, I don't want anything. I have everything
I need. I want people to make donations to charity. Okay, that's what I tell all my friends.
Friday check to independence fund.org or whatever, big brothers, big sisters, we got a million
of them. And they're listed on bill o'Reilly.com. So I hope this helps. Next three weeks,
a great season. Enjoy it. Have a good weekend. Column on Sunday. We'll be checking in every day
with a message of the day. Thanks for watching.
